She moved to Moscow in nineteen ninety nine and founded the Angel Coalition to combat human trafficking. Over the next ten years, the Angel Coalition grew into an underground railroad that assisted thousands of victims and beyond that she was also a victim of MK ultra where they practiced. And actually, let me give a warning here real quick before I dive into this. Ladies and gentlemen, if you're listening to the show and there are small children in the room, the conversation that we're about to have is not four young years, so please shut us off and come back to this when you are free to do so. With that being said, she's a victim of MK ultra sex magic and was able to break free from that. She also met Epstein, infamous Epstein. With that, Juliette, thank you so much for joining us on church and state. It's a pleasure glad to be here. Absolutely so, I mean, that's that's quite the introduction. And I forgot to mention an author of three books I'm looking forward to reading myself. But you you've loved lived a very difficult life. Yeah, it's it's and I'm seventy seven years old, so I've managed. To live it. Absolutely. So you're starting from the beginning. Your father sold you at a very young age to the CIA to be experimented on with MK ultra. Yeah, I come from a family of the OSS, which was offices of Strategic Services that then became the CIA in nineteen forty seven, and. So I had my father and five of my uncles. Well in the CIA, and so the CIA was formed in nineteen forty seven. I was born in nineteen forty nine. Nineteen fifty three, there was the formation of the MK Ultra program, which was put together by my uncles in Nuremberg, Germany, and it was a matter of importing the German scientists who had been doing the experimentation on people in the concentration camps, and a lot of their focus was on using torture abused terror to create mind control. And unfortunately, my uncles and the other people in the CIA, who were evaluating what to do with these evil scientists, decided not execuse them, but to bring them to the United States with all of their research and their families, and to set them up in centers all across the United States, which they did, including Seattle. And then the people that were in the upper echelons meeting the tops of an intelligence and government and business put their own children in the program. So that's how I got in the program, and my father sold me into the program in nineteen fifty five, when I was six years old, and so I'm one of the first in and they at seventy seven. The programming is worn off. I've been through the. Healing process, and a lot of what I did in Russia, rescuing children and repatriating eventually thousands. Of children from the former Soviet Union. Bringing them back home to their own homes, not overseas, to their back to their homes, was to as squash in retrospect, the guilt I felt about surviving when so many children didn't survive the mpl PRA program. You know, as a father, myself and my daughter is the apple of my eye. I can't imagine a father selling their kids into that knowing full well what it is, what they're going to subject their child to. Words don't begin to express how sorry I am that you had to go through something like that. It was profoundly awful and eventually, which most people that are traumatized in that way do, forgot everything about my childhood, but I always remembered that my father taking money for me. It was the ultimate betrayal. Once again, I just it blows my mind that a father would do something like that. If you don't mind talking about this, I mean one of your books is called Sparky Surviving Sex Magic. I'd love to go into a little bit of this for the audience to understand what you were put through and what our own government does in an attempt to really break through to some very dark power. Yes, and it's affecting everything in our country today. There because I was one of the early ones in. There weren't so many children in the program in the beginning. Now now there are thousands. I met the German scientists, I met the organizers of the program, which included Sidney Gottlieb, who was known as the chief poisoner of the CIA, who came into with unlimited quantities of LSD. Which he used on us. And his goal being the ultimate control of the mentality of everyone in the United States through drugs as to which you're derivatives of LSD, and that would be prozac. So they've they've achieved, they've accomplished. A lot of the goals that they set out to do. But it's not too late to stop this, turn it around and get our get our countries back, kick these people out, you know, before this all goes into AI and no one can think beyond this. The stupid garbage which is being deliberately fed into AI as part of the MK ultra program. Absolutely, it's it's all tied in together. And you know, I'm familiar with the chief poisoner of the c i A and what he did and experimenting on on the prostitutes and John's in San Francisco using LSD. Uh, And they were doing that to you as well. And you know, I firmly believe that through the Hippie movement that the CIA was behind that pushing LSD upon people. Absolutely. Yeah. From nineteen sixty one to nineteen sixty six, I was at the Presidio in San Francisco, which is a star Ford in an east corner or northwest corner of San Francisco. And the point of the star Ford extends out underneath the Golden Gate Bridge and that's four. Point and that's where we were. That's where I was. I was there with Anton LeVay, with Michael Aquino, with Phil Spector, with Charles Manson, and. A whole lot of other people. And the program was the psychological Warfare program of the US Army. So this was funded by the government and organized and run the US Army. I mean, you just threw out some big names there. You know, Anti the Baby, he was the founder of the Church of Satan in the United States. Here, Michael Queen, he's the one who wrote the book on psychological Warfare. You know Phil Spector, that's the man behind so many of these musicians that everybody that everybody loves. So this is all tied in together, and they're practicing using acid, using torture, diving into sex magic. Can you go into some of the things that you saw or were subjected to using these dark arts. Well, it was the Church of Satan was created there at Fort Point, and what they were doing with us that I was twelve to sixteen years old. And then I escaped. But what what I was doing for them was doing trans dimension and inter time travel to bring back lore, alien entities, demonic entities that they had then incorporated into the Temple of Set and the Church of Satan. And what they were using us for was writing the Satanic Bible could write backwards. So but you know, everything was soaked in drugs. So Joan Baiez wrote a great song about everything that happened in mk Eltra, which. Is the night begins with a pop of skin and a sudden rush of stars. So everything was done under drugs and some It's interesting Charles Manson loved the drugs. He was when I knew him, he was a straight, clean shaven, nerdy guy. He was married. He was a good, good musician. He was the one that could organize everything. Something broke, he could fix it. And he did a lot of the background musicals for the people who became very big stars. You're not you're not hearing their own bands on the background tracks. You're hearing Charlesonvnson, then the MK Eldra guys, and they used me people like me. I was in preparation for to become a New Age performer, and New Age music was what we were researching, which was how to influencing mind of large groups of people using vibrational energy, frequency, transdimensional electrical impulses. So you know, I. Never was able to even listen to mkay to the New Age music after that. And I mean once you wake up to these kind of things and you hear like the back masking for example, that was very prevalent during this time period. Yeah, they I mean clearly there was an agenda there and a lot of the songs that you know, for people, it's our favorite musician or it's their favorite song, and when you know the truth about it is very, very difficult to listen to. Now, you had mentioned that you felt a lot of guilt for surviving when others hadn't. So during your time here in this facility in San Francisco, were there people that you witnessed that didn't make it, that were killed. Yes, the trends dimensional travel where you send yourself out of your electrical. Body, your physical body, to detach. This from your energetic body, and then your energetic body is tree to travel in time and space. But if you don't get back in time, your physical body is dead and nobody knows your energetic body went and that that happened. So you're talking about an astral projection. I suppose you could call it dad or or the transdimensional travel or the interdimensional travel. They were trying to bring back. Alien languages and languages from ancient civilizations. Uh, but you know it was all under drugs, So as far as I'm concerned. It was all useless, pointless. Shouldn't have been done, and the Nazi research should never have been done, and bringing that research to the US should never have been done, and those scientists should have been punished instead of rewarded. And now those families are third generation in our society, and I don't think they're doing it sending good. No, I would absolutely agree. I think Operation paper Clip, as it's referred to, as one of the worst things that the United States has done, and bringing in these Nazi scientists and researchers, and you know, I mean what you're talking about with the drugs. Yeah, perhaps this is why the Bible warns us three times to be mindful, to be wary of pharmachia, which is where we get the word pharmacy from. And as you point out, you know, these third generation people, they've moved from they've moved from doing this in a secret, underground basis to doing it out in the open, and the public is unaware of it. Yes, and I think that we're going to find that well. I think you mentioned in nineteen seventy six, Senator Church had commissioned to review MKULTRA, and they did admit that at that time there were eighty American institutions running one hundred and fifty programs. Thousands of people had been affected by that time from nineteen fifty three to nineteen seventy six, and then they claimed that they'd ended the program, of which they hadn't, and they had destroyed all the records under Richard Hilms. So but a one year later up comes the Senior Executive Service, and so it's the strange, unaccountable government agency which now has thousands of people in it. These are the. People who become the permanent deep State. Because they nobody knows who they answered to. They can be put into any business. So like the CEOs that make no sense, they're coming out of the Senior Executive Service trying to run organizations or were at one time legitimate and now make no sense at all. Like a lot of the un agencies, they've been staffed now by Senior Executive Service, so and they can't be fired. They make more money than anyone else. They have some kind of an incredible million dollar retirement fund. So who are these people? They have a website you can look up the Senior Executive Service. They're listed in the Plum Book, which is which is a book of like everybody, you wondered, like why the earth were these people fired and prosecuted? Because they're in the Plumb book. They're in the Senior Executive Service. So I think we're seeing that. I think that just recently, I think in the Supreme Court, just pass a decision so that these people can be fired. First step. Yes, there we go Senior Executive Service, and they brag in their website that they control seventy six of our top government agencies. And they are unaccountable and they are inexplicable, and and I think that they're the people that were chosen from the mk Ultra program because of their compliance and their agreement to become at moral. Entities. And this is what mk Ultra was aiming for with the Church of Satan, Temple of the Set Satanic Bible. Helter Skelter that came right out of the persidio. And you talked about the giving giving LSD two the hippies in San Francisco. I was definitely part of that, and so and that's where they were trying to generate helter skelter, and it apparently evidently eventually worked on Charles Manson because it wasn't who he was on I knew him. It was Yeah, it was not the crazy lunatic that that we all came to know through through me. No, but he did like the drugs. Yeah. Eventually you end up escaping at sixteen seventeen years old, and you actually start a company, a business with ultrasounds, and you're up in Washington State at this point, and you get invited to a private island where you're going to have a very swinky event and you meet Epstein, Jeffrey Epstein and his brother who offered you a rather lucrative deal. Can you go into that a little bit. Yeah, I was invited to what I was told it was supposed to be a book premier and a book party and by a friend of mine who lived in Friday Harbor. So I went up to Friday Harbor, stayed at her home, and the police chief drove she and I out to the beautiful house on a cliff overlooking that you just sa and it was just gorgeous, but there was nobody there, just my friend Ruth Phoebe Hill, who also was an author, but she was about four feet tall and eighty years old, and a bunch of men so who didn't look to me like authors. And then Steve Clayton started flying in and it was the Iran Contra crowd. I don't know if you're old enough. But at that time in Seattle they were sort of the legidary gentleman bandits. It ran into them everywhere, and two of them were Jeff free Epstein and the man who I believe is his brother. So you're talking about the I'm sorry to interrupt, but you're talking about the CIA cutout pilots that were running the Iran contra. They were running the drugs into Nicaragua and then taking that well, taking the sorry, taking the arms into Nicaragua, flying back with the plane full of drugs into the United States to disperse that. And Gary Webb did a fantastic job, unfortunately he was murdered over it of revealing that information. So that's that's the pilots that were bringing in all these these men. Yes, but being it was nineteen eighty eight in the in Washington State, it wasn't unusual to see them. So then they fled into this party. Suddenly there were about burning men in this room. And I think at that point I couldn't remember my own MK Altra background, I couldn't remember my child, and I couldn't remember anything. But this was triggering every warning bell in my body. So I didn't drink anything. I didn't need anything. And Epstein kept trying to take me on tours at this beautiful house, and I kept not going, and eventually he said, you. Like this house and I said, yeah, it's beautiful. He said, well you. Can have it, and then he named the exact amount of cash that I had in my. Bank account and that that was like, okay, I'm not eating anything. And then he explained that. They were in the process and by vague he he met this whole room full of people were busy buying islands in the Caribbean, and that they were going to build a resorts for heads of state to come and have explusive medical care and spaw treatments and all this and what he wanted from me. I had an ultrasound company and I was on that edge of research of translating anal analogue into digital technology, and so he wondered if we could take analog information and transmit it as digital technology disguised as medical matter. And I said, yeah, we could do that, and then I thought, you I want to do that, So I pulled away from that. He offered to fly me home and I declined. I stuck with my little four foot. Tall, eighty year old. Author who actually was the person who had the farm where Charle Stanson and his followers lived in the orchard in her orchard. And so I was surrounded by people who really were probably all from my past, but I didn't have any mental connection. To the man. It's probably a very good thing, definitely. So you turned down Epstein. And this is why, you know, these kinds of conversations are so important, because there hasn't been justice for what's occurred, not only for Epstein, but so many of these other you know, obviously the MK ultra we're talking about. There has to be justice in America for the people that were tortured abused under these circumstances. And this is why somebody like myself, when Trump says, are we still talking about Epstein? Like, yeah, we're still going to talk about Epstein because justice hasn't been served. But anyway, continuing with your story, you turned down Epstein. You listen to that voice you're conscious the Holy Spirit in my opinion, and definitely absolutely, and he told you not to go anywhere near this guy, and you listened. And then eventually you moved to Russia and you find that there are numerous, numerous young girls that are being sold into sex slavery, and you start an organization to bring these girls back. Yeah, I was. My specialty was pre nadal ultrasadd diagnosis. So I was invited to Russia in nineteen ninety, so this is two years after I'd met Epstein. So I was invited to come to Russia to help them reform their maternal. And healthcare system. And I did go and had a series of day jobs experiences in Russia like I had been there before. Years later, I figured out that I'd actually been programmed to go there, and I actually carried out a mission. To find my way into the top secret. Communications center, which was in the basement of a building. But I was thirty years too late. It had been gone for twenty years. But it's it's it's an annoying thing. I can't remember the programming, I can't remember. The obvious dangers. That I'd been through, and but the little warning ticker was always running and I think that saved me in a lot of ways. And I've heard other survivors describe this. You develop a develops a psychological spider since which is an extension of yourself and actually made it possible for me to work in Russia without knowing the different languages because I could just communicate psychically. Okay, So you're you're in there, and you're you're revamping their medical system, which obviously nineteen ninety, I mean that's one year one year after the fall basically, so you're still dealing with all of that, and obviously Communism was not a very good system, I mean, with everything but medical care included. So you're doing this and you start recognizing that there's all these girls that are being sold into slavery. Can you walk us through that story, because even in this, if memory serves me correctly, your mentor was actually assassinated and you were told you were next. It was my protege who I'd rescued from trafficking. Okay, Yeah, As I was working in the maternity hospital, I discovered that children were being about a third of children being born in Russia were being abandoned at birth. They would go into birth houses, and from there they would go into orphanages, and from the orphanages, as soon as they hit the age of fife, they disappeared. And it was flat out I'm in trafficking and I followed a group. I got to know kids in various orphanages. And Juliet, let me let me pause you real quick. I apologize, but we hit that hard break. Juliette, and I apologize for having to interrupt you as just the nature of the beast. But you were talking about you'd been in, you'd seen inside these orphanages. They're they're getting the kids out at a young age of fifteen and they're just disappearing, So please continue. Yeah, I was helping an orphanage up on the Northern Barter of Russia between Russia and Finland, and fifteen girls that I'd known for five years at that point disappeared and I found out that they'd been taken on a bus and driven into Finland Untild. They were going on a. Fancy vacation, and so I knew that there was something terribly wrong, and I was able to follow Over the following weeks, I was able to trace the path of this bus and follow it up to Murmansk in northern Russia. And then you can take a bus from Mermonts to Norway. It's a four hour drive with a bunch of Sammi cigarette smugglers, but that's another story. So I took the. Bus to the very farmost northern town of Norway, which is Kucinus, and I went to the police to apartment and I had some pictures of the kids, and I said, have you seen these kids? And these kids came on a bus all the way from Norway to Norway, and I want to know what happened to them. I want to take them back. And there's the. Policemen at the desks opened a big drawer and it was full of polaride pictures and it was all face shots of children, but they were all dead. And that I regret that I didn't. Take some of those pictures that I didn't copy, the pictures that I just I fell apart and. I realized what was happening. And I came back the next day and they said they didn't have any pictures. Of course, they got their story together. But they didn't admit that they buried the children that they found every week, and they put them all in a grave called Natasha. And it just broke my heart and thinks, those kids are so. Vulnerable, nobody spoke up for them, nobody cared about them. I suppose it triggered my own experience of having been sold by my father and how helpless I was. But boy, I wasn't helpless anymore. And I decided to do something about all of that. And I was able to get one of the first US State Department grants for evaluating trafficking in persons in Russia. And of course they wanted me to go out to find all kinds of horrible things about Russia, and I did. I did a study that covered the entire former Soviet Union, and we did questionnaires. We did a chat room from from Vladivostok to Kleinigrad, which eleven time zones got a huge amount of information and the long and the short of it was that the trafficking problem was huge, that the Russians, all these Russians in these little Russian villages that were being victimized, wanted to do something about it, and that the three countries that were the main trafficking receiving countries were Germany number one, number two, Israel number three, the United States, and. So here I had a US State depantment grant. I was I was first grantee in the TIP office, and I thought, wow, they'll want to hear this. So I came back to the US. I presented this data at the UN. I I presented a stateartment. I testified the Congress, and nobody wanted to listen. Nobody cared I had. I knew where they were going, I knew who was doing it. I knew the flights. I knew they were coming right in beach and to Virginia Beach, and how they were being brought in nothing crickets, And somebody finally warned me off. And after that then they took over our grants and put us under a UN agency which then became it was obviously they were wandering money and using us. So I came Eventually I got support from other countries and also tremendous support from inside Russia. So I continued this work for about ten years and we rescued. By the end of that time, we could document about seventy thousand people that we had rescued and brought back home or sent home. So no one came out. I mean, it would have been so easy for us to be trafficking, but that wasn't going to happen. And so at the end of that time, I was getting seriously threatened because we were rounding up children. We talked to the Russian police into rounding up children in Moscow and that did it. So my protege was killed and they took me aside. This was Russian military intelligence. Took me aside and said we're driving me to the airport. You're leaving, And I waited. I needed ten more days to get things organized, and then I left, and I thought, well, everything that we did in Russia we could do here in the US. Why not. The trafficking problem is huge. We know that we're receiving traffic children and nothing crickets. Every time I've tried to start anything, it's been shut down. Anytime any state agency tries to start anything, it's shut down. The agencies are forbidden to even collect data on trafficking in their neighborhoods. So that's an indication of. How vast and institutionalized trafficking is in our country. And this is all part of this is. All part of the MK ultra, the Epstein files, the electronic targeting of individuals. Now like havanas Inderma, what's a where you have the false memories created sounds skull to and. So it's it's all in the same category for the same purpose. And AI is supposed to be the pinnacle of it. Yeah, I mean what you're talking about, the voice to skull And if you look all those people that are wearing those little air pods in their ears, a little white thing. If you look at the patent, it actually says that it can actually control your mind, and everybody's just putting those in your ears. So yes, it's it's all interconnected. And the history it goes back to when they were trying to access this demonic tech, which actually if you go back into the Bible into Genesis, this isn't the first time that humanity has accessed demonic tech. Happened all the way back in Genesis sixty four when the fallen angels made it with humankind. But this is an extension of all of that. And you know the fact that not a single politician, no state department will go anywhere near this won't won't cover it. I mean, obviously we're seeing that with the Democrats and the Republicans covering up Epstein, covering up Epstein Island because they have this ability now through the trafficking of children, where they have total leverage over pretty much everyone. Yeah, and the trafficking where children is so enormous, and the State Department whistle bowers last year came out and said that over the past two years there's been over five hundred thousand children traffics across the Mexican border. We know they're coming through the Dairy and Gap. We know they're being traffic by the International Organization of Migration and the United Nations, who has multiple camps in Mexico and the Dairy and Gap. And then it just ends and the State Department claims that, yeah, they gave them, they turned them all over to transportation companies, and we don't know where they took them. Boloney sure, and then every single time we get engaged in another foreign war and create havoc, no matter where it is, Gaza, Syria, Libya, i Ran, it does not matter. You're going to create a vacuum to where these kids can be so easily scooped up in these refugee camps and taken all over the world, never to be seen again. Exactly right. I mean, you've had two and a half million Ukrainian men killed. All those children are just going to be harvested. It's just appalling, sickening. And you think they aren't calculating that, you know they're calculating that. The government in Kiev is calculating. Oh, absolutely they are. So I want to go back to one of the things that you were talking about here, where you were able to decipher that the three countries that the traffic to the sex traffic, the children that were being trafficked were going to, and it was Germany, Israel, and the United States. Now, obviously this is a global problem. There are countries. I mean, I would say no country is immune to this, but the fact that three very westernized countries are at the top of this trafficking makes you wonder, like, who the good guys. Are yeah and interesting. I went to all of these countries. Germany is just I don't know what's wrong with them. I mean, they have things they have got going into that. But Israel, actually I had more response from Israel. When I went to Washington, DC and presented this to this department. I actually got a response from Ron Dermer, who eventually became the Israeli ambassador to the US, and he connected me to prominent Israelis in the Knesset, and they actually became very helpful in repatriating Russian children. We would just call them up and say this is missing. You know, they went there, can you send them back? And they did so. That'ought really interesting. I thought the US would do the same, like. We didn't. Now. Now, a lot of people when they when they're examining Epstein in his files, a lot of people are pointing the finger towards Israel that they believe he was either Masad or or an agent or something. But your experience with them was that they were actually pretty helpful. Well, you got the politics there too, because the trafficking was run by the ultra Orthodox, and every time there would be a bropo raid or something it was in an ultra Orthodox community, and the secular jurious community community intensely dislikes the ultra Orthodox community. So I think I think we had that going. I didn't care. I just wanted the kids back. Absolutely. Yeah, politics be darned, It's just about getting these kids back. Spark Sparky is a story of my life as a child in the Mkaltra program and how at the age of ten, I created a mythological warrior named Sparky and then became that person. So I invented myself and then became my own person, which eventually became a doctor and went on to do all the work that I did in Russia and other places with rescuing children, and then eventually was able to remember my own life and write about it. And Angels Over Moscow is my is picking up where Sparkling left Hoop. So it's it's where I was invited to Russia and then all the things that I experienced which later turned out to be programming in Russia, and how the how I worked with Russian and Yos and all these international groups to create an underground railroad that did eventually rescue seventy thousand people. And the third book, Moscow Traffic, is written as a historical novel, but it's really the Russian experience of them pay Ultra because they took a group of the Nazi scientists also and they created their own Ultra programs, which then became, I am very certain became. The Russian mafia. So I think we're seeing the results in all of our countries of this terrible programming, and it's really riffing the morality out of the people so that they could support things like genocide and file trafficking and murder, and so it came from somewhere. Yeah, I'm want to encourage the audience to read through all of these books, and like I said, I'm going to have to bring you back on to have a second conversation about all of this. But I guess a solution. I always try to offer solutions on the show, and my solution today is going to be read through these books, order them, read through them, and then start actually taking action. I know for a lot of my audience, a lot of my Christian audience, you know, abortion is going to be one of the biggest issues. And I agree abortion isn't a very important issue, but I would say this is just as important. You know that The Life said, these innocent children who are absolutely destroyed to programs like MK Ultra and sold into sex slavery. We got to do something about this. Ladies and gentlemen, We got to start holding our politicians accountable. This should be one of the primary issues of whether or not you're going to put these people into power to represent you and Juliette, any last words for the audience here, Well. Today Washington, the Congress is holding the first hearings on MK ultra since nineteen seventy and they did not write any traffic airbl survivors. I watched the hearings. They had two experts who are very good. But that's just the beginning. They need to listen to us who were in the program in the nineteen fifties, need to listen to the people who were part of the whole cultural revolution, like in the Pristudio and hayd Ashbury and and and the influenced there, the growth of Satanism, the fact that Michael A. Kino could conduct Satanic masses in his army uniform. Yeah, I mean, let's ask about that and. Be a guest on Oprah. He was a guest on Oprah talking openly about this in uniform. Yeah. And and the program I was in was the Psychological War Department. Yeah. That was also the case at Stanford Research Center. Yeah. So, I mean, this is a it's a difficult episode. It truly is. It's a difficult episode to get through. But I just got to say, as we close out, I want to thank you for being so brave and being so bold. So many people PEO that have gone through experiences like this, And as a former EMT I've been around children that have been abused and it broke my heart, and maybe want to do things that I can't talk about on the show to the parents or to the abuser. So I just I. Applaud your boldness and bravery and not being willing to let them destroy you. And so I honestly I cannot wait to read your books here.
