Yeah, we're around, You're doing goal setting, and we're gonna start doing evaluations, weight tape, measure all that kind of stuff, and then a fitness evaluation push up, sit ups. I don't have any place to do pull ups, but we'll do. We'll do a cursorary fitness evaluation, you know, heart rate things like that. Oh you hear that? Hear that? Yeah, it's blown through pretty quick. I can see sunlight off. Their power flickered a few times, so I thought I'd have to go to my emergency backup power. I chuckle because. When I was very new at my job at Mount Weather, I said to my boss, power went off. But the emergency backup systems are working fine. He thought, I meant at work, and I said no, at my house. So it's just a. Funny thing that was a long long time ago in a galaxy. Fire fight Away, fire away, donkey. That's my impression of Shrek. Anyway, what can I talk to you about today? What is the prepper tip? You know I said yesterday, Hey, here's a prepper tip. Listen to the Patriot Power our guys. Wow. I love the prediction shows. I love them. You should listen and to the rationale because wow, it's one thing to make predictions. It's a whole other thing to justify your reasoning behind them and then evaluate yourself, you know, six months and a year out. So that is pretty fair fantastic. I like and I always remember the shows when they make the predictions. So when they say, oh, when we did this, and I'm like, yeah, when you did that. Patriot Power guys, they're awesome, awesome, closest thing we have to an actual news broadcast here at PBN. I know the Intrepid Commander wants to do something with Red Beacon Media and daily news, but you know, I am not that. I am just a guy that's a prepper, and hey, what about your questions? I have received no questions, so if I don't receive any questions, there will but not be a show. So just saying the other day, when I came up with this idea, I was answering a question about EMP and I said, well, you know, maybe I should open it up to everybody. Whatever your question is, email it to me. I'll put them on altogether, make a show out of it and broadcast and hopefully I can get the warden to participate along with me, because she definitely has a different view than I do. Not wrong, just different, and it always helps to have more than one head, especially when you're counting on my head. Okay, PBN family, I don't know what to tell you. The rain is slacking off. Down around seventy Now it was like ninety four ninety five, so that's pretty nice. We did get the rabbits moved. They're in their new home. They're liking it, and I don't know how it's gonna work. They are in a colony. That's how some people raise rabbits, just like free range like chickens, not in cages. So we'll see at least for another what four weeks, I think three or four weeks before we butcher them, and they can graze on grass, a lot of grass in there. And the chicks, the chicks, they're about ready to come out of the box. They got feathers. They're good. Didn't use the heat light last night and didn't feel any problems. So it was awfully hot today though, just ninety five. Gosh, that's hot for June. And the weather has been kind of strange. What do you do? What do you do about the weather? Nothing? All my Virginia folks. Yeah, are you buying any firearms? One July is coming up quick, and if you don't get them now, you won't be grandfathered in. And who knows what this thing is gonna? Who knows? Yep, we put them in little packets. We're gonna bring him to prepper Camp. Doesn't to a packet, and uh, we'll see raw freeze dried eggs. You can cook them, you can do whatever you want with them. Raw freeze dried eggs talking about prepper Camp. I just want to bitching out here. I'm not bitching. Stay down in the middle. So the striking get you. About here in the rain, the freeze dried eggs saying, we're bringing them prepper Camp dozen in a pack. We spent the last day creating labels, very nice labels. So yeah, yeah.
