M PBN Family Day two. Prepper Camp just found a shotgun sholl in the pond. I'm trying to figure that one out. It's spent on top of it. It is going to be a hot one. Yet again, I don't know that. Uh well, I just have to test our mite with the hydration, is what it is. I want to talk to you guys this morning about the people that don't exist, or the people that don't get the uh get the headlines. You know. I went over to the Drudge Report this morning. I haven't been in news very much, and I said, maybe I can find a tastymorse to bring to the PBN Family to talk about, you know what I mean. And I didn't really feel like stirring up controversy or talking about things along that nature, you know what I mean. But I'll tell you one thing. You get around the folks of Prepper Camp and you're reminded of all the people who never wind up in the headlines. You're reminded of all the people who don't wind up in the news. And you know what I mean. The good news has never sold, many people have tried it and all that kind of thing. We try to do our thing on Red Beacon Daily News from time to time. But the truth is, you know, it is what it is. It is what it is, so all I can tell you, And this is one of the motivations for Red Beacon Media is beyond prepper Camp and beyond prepping events, Like the only way you meet these people largely is to get out and meet them. I think we used to have a better feel for the nation when we had radio shows with call ins, you know what I mean, because then you could hear from the common man. Instead get we get an anonymous version of the common man who uses social media to represent himself and herself. And it's just one of these things where like our whole view is completely screwed up, and I want to figure out a way to fix that, man, I really do. Because you come to prepper Camp, you're surrounded by incredible people, both vendors and otherwise. I mean, they really are just amazing people all around, and you're it's just one of those things. It's like, these are the people. These are the working people, right, These are the working and they're from everywhere, so it's not like, oh, we're pulling everybody from the foothills of North Carolina. So of course they're cool, right. We don't got people pulling in form Ashville, you know, pulling each other's wigs off and things like that. So it's just it's a different thing, you know what I mean. But when you come to realize, oh, I'm from Texas, I'm from California, I'm from Alabama, I'm from you know, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Pennsylvania, whatever, everybody's here from everywhere, and you get that refreshing sip of humanity of Americana, of what an American really is when you say in American, when you think what is an American? You know what I mean? What comes to life. You see people with families, You see people you know, you see a lot. You see people who have already raised families and put incredible people back out into the world to carry the flag literally, you know what I mean. And it is a beautiful thing. It is a beautiful thing. And you spend too much time away from all that, and I think that's where the hopelessness starts seeping into your life. Everything's done, it's all falling apart, Ai is taken over. You know. The Muslims are gonna conquer the United States every every bad thing. Right, we got a couple more years of Trump and then it's gonna be all hell breaks loose liberal president. There are so many people, there are so many guns. There are so many capable people with guns. And not that I want people shooting people, but they act as a deterrent, There's no doubt about it. And there's so many people who love this country. Man. They love it for its opportunities, they love it for the people. Right, they have generations invested in this place. They've been here for generations upon generations. Real patriotism, not patriotism with an asterisk. If you identify as this way, or if you look that way, or if you believe in this one, or if you if you cancel this group or that person or this historical figure, then you're an American. Right. It's not patriotism with an asterisk. It's you know, pledge my allegiance to the flag and you get you get a dose of that at Prepper Camp like almost nowhere else. You Know what I mean is it's so powerful because it is an issue of the time. It is undoubtedly an issue of the time. There's no getting around it. But maybe it's an issue of all time. You look to Rome and you see similar things happening, right, You see very similar things happening in Rome. You see it throughout history, and it's a reminder of the fact that no one's gonna sustain this republic. But you know, nobody just not gonna happen. You're not going to have in America unless you want to have in America, and you move to have in America, and you strive to have in America. This is a big deal. This is a big deal. Yesterday, I'm sitting in my booth and Chin brings me something over. He brings me something wonderful, and what is it? What is it that he brings me? He brings me something wrapped in a trash bag, which I loved, by the way, And what it was was a poster of Captain America. And you know what he said, And I mean, this is like one of those things that it's gonna hang with me for a while. Chan I know you're listening, but I tore it open and I saw that it was a big It's a big like a canvas with Captain America on it in a wood frame. And he says that's you. And then the bottom had said fighting for freedom, and he said that's you man. And you know me, Man, I'm a batman. I'm a wolverine kind of guy. I never felt like, I don't know, I felt like maybe Captain America was a little too clean cut for me or something like that. But no one's ever said anything like that to me before. Man's a big deal. You know, you're you're doing this thing with PBN for ten years, twelve year, whatever it has been now, and you're out here saying words you know almost every day of your life and just praying that some semblance of these United States will be left for your kids and grandkids because it's such a beautiful and amazing country. It's a country where people come here from other countries and go, I don't believe this place is real. It's unbelievable. It's magic, it's amazing, and uh yeah, just one of those things man, Like it really rocks your world. Because I look at Chin as a guy who is like a when I say a Coms wizard, like, I'm not joking, but he's much more than that. Because I don't even know what the guy used to do for a living. But I know he's a very capable man. And when you get compliments from a capable man as a man, there's nothing better here, know what I mean. It's like, okay, like I know all my flaws, I know all the things I'm struggling with, but there's something going on here because this guy, this guy thinks I'm doing something right. So I appreciate your shit. It means a lot. And also use your power in that way, man, use your power in that way. The power of a compliment is immense. It really is an immense thing. You can change a person whole day with the right compliment at the right time, especially if you see them sort of waning, right, the pride is waning, the power is waning in the latter part of the day, or in the latter part of life, or whatever. The situation is right, that this particular chapter in your book is really wearing you down. Sometimes a perfectly time compliment can make everything better. I'm gonna run up and down this walkway probably Sunday. I'm gonna bring my two mics and interview some people. I probably do like either a collection of small interview shows or one big probably be a collection of small interview shows. I think I'd like to do that. That would be fun. And yeah, man, just just have a ball, you know what I mean, getting to know some of these great vendors, because there's a lot of them, right, There's a whole lot of them. So I'm not gonna go on and on PBN. I really do appreciate you guys. We've got Hydro Blue here, a great sponsor. We've got Survival Scripts here, another great sponsor of ours, and he Prepared Solutions is here as well. In fact, I'm not sure where Brian is. I'm supposed to talk to him today. But yeah, it's been it's been a blast, man, it's been a blast. It's been way hot, but it's been a blast. And I have a feeling today is going to be even better. So I will talk to you all soon. PBN family, thanks for everything, Thanks for your support. Be sure to spread the word. We're handing out cards like crazy. I'm sure there's gonna be new listeners up and down the track here at Coming Out of Prepper Camp twenty twenty six. Thank Rick Austin for all he did putting this thing together, trying to bring a trying to turn a late an early fall adventure camp into a midsummer adventure camp. Has had its hiccups and it's been you know, it's been a bit of a trial in certain places right just managing the heating of itself. But you know, without him, I wouldn't be here. Without him going through with this and figuring all this out and setting it up, I wouldn't be here, and we wouldn't be meeting the people we're meeting in that man that is iceless. Talk to you soon, Pep and family.
