Oh, man. Day two. Huh? Dirt cheap and free preps. How's everybody doing out there? More light today. We're talking more light today, and we're also talking nuclear war prepared, not scared, okay? Nuclear war prepared, not scared is your free ticket to nuclear war preparedness, okay? It was written by the one and only Dave Jones, the NBC guy, who has spent... Well, let's get into it real quick. You know what? We'll get into the credentials in a minute. Let me first show you the cheap light source that I want to talk about today. Where are we at here? Yeah, who is the NBC guy? That's what I'm looking for. And we'll go into that in a minute. But first and foremost, I want more light, more light, more light. I'm realizing we might do a lot of dirt cheap light systems. I almost grabbed another light system on the way over here. There's no reason you should ever be sitting in the dark. Okay? This is not, you know, 1800s. Doesn't matter what you're dealing with in terms of power outage. There's almost no reason. In this modern age, you should be sitting in the dark. It makes no sense, okay? Yesterday, we looked at headlamps. Headlamps are an amazing and affordable resource. What I'm going to show you now is, it's nothing groundbreaking. You probably have seen these before, but it's a battery-powered light bulb light on a little cheap carabiner. And these things are cheap. I mean, they feel cheap. They look cheap. They are probably cheaply produced because they go for about $ 3 a pop. Now, I don't think you can buy them individually. You should get them in sets of three or four for around $ 12 for four, $ 10 for three, something along those lines. In fact, when I showed up to Prepper Camp, Jay Ferg hung one of these, the Phoenix. Jordan hung one of these right in my mosquito tent that I had to live in for the week. But they're super simple to use, man. They take three AAAs. The inside of the light takes three AAAs. It's one of these guys. You probably have a flashlight that works in just the same way. These little bars line up so that it goes in the right way. Let me make sure I put it in the right way. User error here. Nope. They usually come with about three settings. I mean, to me, man, like these things are incredibly valuable. Once you figure out how to put the batteries back into them, that is. So you got regular light. You got a dimmer light. Not sure why that went crazy. And then you got a flashing light. I don't know why everything has to have a flashing light. I've never once been in a position where I need to use a flashing light, but whatever. And like I said, they're about three bucks a piece. What do you do with them? Well, one of the easiest things and best things you can do on this, put them in every closet, every pantry in your house. Right. You open a pantry closet door, boom, hit the button. You got to like whether there's power or no power. Right. You know, everybody's got something. You got a place where you hang the blinds. You got a place where you hang something else. Who knows what you got? Everybody's got a place where you can hang one of these. The other thing you can do with these guys, you can turn this thing on and drop it into your ceiling fan. You know how the ceiling fan has a little bolt? You drop it into the ceiling fan, turn it on high, boom, you got light in the living room. You should not be sitting in the dark. You could spend 50 bucks and probably light your whole house up between LED strip lights and these things. You know what I mean? Power goes out. Who cares? In terms of light. That's not counting headlamps, flashlights, candles, whatever else, right? Solar lights from the outside you bring inside. Darkness is nothing. Really. Darkness is nothing. You store some extra batteries. You get some rechargeable AAAs, AAs. The darkness surrenders. It's that simple, right? Get everybody a headlamp in the house, flashlight, bingo. So that, and like I said, they're insanely cheap. I'll show you. Let's look at them real quick. Why not? I got it brought up already. I don't have... I don't have a link for these, but like I said, these dirt cheap preps don't make me a whole lot of money on the affiliate side anyway. But look what I'm talking about, right? Don't buy the black ones. Whatever you do, don't buy the black. That's a bad idea. The last thing you want is something black that you have to go find in the dark. I know it looks cool, but I wouldn't do it. These ones are kind of cool, these little orange ones. They got a hook. I like the hook. The carabiner is good too. But look at them, dirt cheap, right? Four of them, $ 13. Four of them, $ 12. Five of them for $ 12. Five for $ 12. That's a deal right there. Okay? So, yeah, man. The light should surrender to you. That's it. That's the whole game. I mean, I'm sorry. The darkness should surrender to you. You should have light and plenty of it. For today's freebie, it's in the Facebook page. It's in the Rumble description. It is not in the X description. I'll have to post it with the podcast, and then we'll share it over at X. I'll just post the link directly. You know what? I'll post it to X right now. Why not? See what's going on over there anyway. But basically what we're giving you is a manual for surviving nuclear war that was written by Dave Jones, the NBC guy, a great friend. Let's see. Where can I stick this? Boom. Nuclear war prepared, not scared. PDF. Paste plain text. Boom. Hashtag nuclear war. And I think that'll do it. Let's throw a gif in there. A big old mushroom cloud. Right. Have fun with that. Boom. Get everybody's attention. And that's it. Social media post done. So now if you're watching over at X, you can get your hands on the link. It's a PDF. Download it and, you know, do your thing, man. Download it and be done. I don't know. This month is all about easy. Last month was a heavy lift. Last month was making sure you got guests and this and that and the whole thing and digging out the very important information. Let's talk about nuclear war prepared, not scared. Um, I want to talk to you about Dave Jones, the NBC guy, the author here, so that you know this wasn't crafted by artificial intelligence. This wasn't written by me pretending I know everything about nuclear war. Who is the NBC guy? Before I get us started, I think it's important for you to know a little bit about my background so you know where I'm coming from. I started my military career in the U.S. Army in 1975. I was selected as an assistant to the Nuclear Biological Chemical Warfare non-commissioned officer. And I attended a two-week training course on the subject. As it turned out, my scores were quite high, the highest in the class, if I remember exactly. He's being modest. On the four exams we took in two weeks, even beating out some of the officers that were also attending the training. Maybe I was wrong. I found NBC very interesting, and I worked hard to develop my skills after receiving multiple awards for my work in nuclear, biological, and chemical warfare. I traveled to Fort McClellan, Alabama to attend two months of training that would change my military job to nuclear biological chemical warfare operations specialist. This was a non-commissioned officer course, and I graduated number one in my class. There we go. Even beating out the three other NCOs that were instructors at the school. For a period of about six years, I pursued a career in law enforcement. He goes on to talk about all that. During this time, I became an NBC instructor, received many awards for my duties, promoted to sergeant first class. Dave Jones, the NBC guy, is the real deal, ladies and gentlemen, okay? I graduated from Officer Candidate School, Distinguished Military Graduate, and my NBC Officer Basic course is number one in my class again because I did so well the U.S. Army wanted me back on active duty with a choice of assignments. So, you know, this is who you're dealing with, okay? This is who you're dealing with. This is why we promote this book, Nuclear War Prepared, Not Scared, answering America's questions about preparing for nuclear war. The subtitle of the book is a thousand times more important than the title of the book. Nuclear War Prepared, Not Scared, fine. But what this book does is answer America's questions about preparing for nuclear war. Because you got questions. I know you got questions. So this book is linked down below in the show description. For those of you, many of you listening who are sort of old standards here at the Prepper Broadcasting Network, you probably have it already. You know what I mean? You probably have it already. And good deal. Good on you. So. Well, let's look at the table of contents and then we'll call the show. So you get an idea of what it is. So you get to learn all about Dave Jones, the NBC guy sees the man. And then we attack this thing with multiple questions. Right. Are you afraid of a nuclear blast? When could I expect a nuclear attack? And are you everyone's afraid of a nuclear blast? But it goes in detail to explain kind of what it is. Start to finish. How bright is an atomic blast? Are there any warning signs of a nuclear attack? Are you afraid of radiation from a nuclear blast? And this breaks down the whole spectrum on the radiation. How do I check my food without radiation detection? How do I protect myself from fallout? Do I need a gas mask? In the nuclear preparedness section, what if I'm traveling during an attack? Are you afraid of not having a fallout shelter? What should be my number one concern in a nuclear attack, right? Questions, questions, questions, and answers to those questions, folks. Get the book. It's completely free. It's our offer to you. You don't have to sign up for a newsletter. We'll do that later in the month. There's another book I'm going to give you for free. You will have to sign up for it. This is 100% free PDF. You download it using the link. If you can't get the link, then just message me wherever you're watching this. But what I want you to understand is, This book came to be because of Russia-Ukraine. Russia-Ukraine kicked off, and we started having all kinds of concerns, being preppers, right? Jay Ferg, what is up over at Rumble? Jay Ferg says she printed hers, put it in a binder. It's a good thing to do. We had concerns. One of the major concerns we had was that there was a war being fought that we were clearly going to get involved in, right? I don't think anybody from the get-go was like, Russia, Ukraine? Nah, we're going to stay out of that, right? War breaks out. Joe Biden's in office. Nobody's hearing anything about, if you piss Russia off bad enough and they start lobbing nuclear weapons at the United States, what do I do? The New York City emergency management put out one video And the best they could come up with was get off the street, go inside, turn on the TV. I think that was it to a T. Get off the street. Should a nuclear war break out, get off the street, go inside, turn on the TV or the radio. And from that point on, me and Dave were looking at each other going, Americans don't have a chance in hell. If you're not a prepper, if you've never thought about these things, if you've never wrapped your head around what nuclear war could actually look like and where your location is and all those kinds of things, people had no chance. They had no idea what to do. There wasn't even an education piece. What happens when a nuclear weapon goes off? Before I was a prepper, I assumed if a nuclear weapon goes off in Washington, D.C., that I'd be dead in Richmond. That's what I assumed. I had no idea. Who the hell knows? You watch them on movies. You see them in Terminator and you go, wow, I don't want to be anywhere near that. But what does anywhere near it even mean? Right? So that's why this book came to be. And now I want you to have it. All right? Like I said, folks, these aren't going to be long shows. These are going to be short shows, breakdowns. Jay Ferg, did you see I was highlighting your light today that you gave me? Remember you handed me a light? I put it on my mosquito tent for the weekend at Prepper Camp this year. Dirt cheap preps. Free stuff. All month. Thank you guys so much for joining us.
