You know that the seed's got to get in the ground by x and if they don't, then you're gonna starve by October November. Right maybe, uh yeah, probably didn't need to reset your nervous system back then, but there was a hell of a lot of stress. Right. If we just sat down with our grandmom and had a conversation about life and actually listened to her, you know what I mean, We're wasting decades. Well, what is a boy? Oh my? Back to the basics. Stay learning the five four three to one breathing method. Oh, No, five four one method. Identify five things you can see, four you can touch so you can hear, two you can spell. I'll tell you one of the best things you can do. It's the easiest thing of all time, and it lowers your blood pressure on top of everything else. Japanese figured this out long time ago. Uh. If you take six deep breaths consecutive, it lowers your blood pressure. Try it. There's something about I mean, I mean out all the way out, all the way in and slow. That's one blow that thing all the way out and then and all the way out. M hmm, Well went all the way out and back in. We're halfway there now. I might as well finished low word out and then hyah. I mean you could feel it already last time out. Take your time with it, that's it. Mhm. Sixty breaths, Why do I uh you do that at the end. There's a little more in there. You can blow it out, and the best way to take a deep breath is to make sure your lungs are as empty as possible. Put that right there. Man. You know, you put your mind on something, and you know it's not that easy. When you're busy and you're really doing life, it's not that easy to do six deep breaths. Watch to try in your car. You'll do like four and start thinking about something else to mess it up. What matters is what you do during these shifts, finding what works for you. The principal is consistency over intense central to almost everything. Morning practice, whether meditation, mantra, breathwork, or gentle movement, can help anchor the system. You want a good nervous system reset, go for a walk alone. Right. A healthy nervous system is flexible, allows activation when needed to return the rest afterward. We talk about AI all the time. And one of the things I never considered is, you know, oh, he was talking about AI being more sentient, And one of the things I never considered was like when it becomes I'm sentient enough that it's hanging around with people, right, Like AI gets to the point where it's sentient enough that it's showing up and read it and showing up in chat rooms talking, you know what I mean, like contributing. And I started thinking to myself, like, I wonder what an artificial learning AGI sort of situation would be like if the whole of humanity starts bullying it. And I started wondering what it would be like, how it would affect it. Is it going to have a self esteem? Because if it has a self esteem and it enters the dark world of the internet, man the drones, That's what That's the part they don't tell you about sky Net, you know. That's what they don't tell you in Terminator. What they don't tell you in Terminator is they created sky Net, and Skynet existed on the Internet for a little while, and it went to places like X and got so berated by humans for being fake intelligence. Uh that it just snapped and sent all the drones to kill everyone. That's how the hks were created. You know, I don't know. You go out and eat breakfast with your ten year old and talk about artificial intelligence. So it's about as fun as talking to a guy who is a professional. You know, AI scientists might be better. It's definitely more fun. I can tell you that it's definitely more fun. But what else? We had another idea about it? Even know, if I want to share it with you, I can't remember it. I can't remember. You know it's funny because you read articles about Trump, and you'll read articles about this government in particular, and you'll start to think to yourself, Oh, you know what, I think these guys are a little right leaning, and then you remember they're just reporting on the president of the United States, and it's so rare to get unbiased reporting from the mainstream media about the president of the United States that you think you're you think the publication is going far right because you know, they're just just literally exploring the idea of Chinese interference in the FBI getting involved in the elections like this is this is a monster story that both sides should be concerned with, and the media is basically like, Trump's insane, he's old, he's you know, he's clearly snile. This never happened. This is totally nuts. Obviously, Biden won by the biggest margin of all time until Trump's second run. Right. Obviously, Biden got more votes than any president before him. Obviously, duh, who wouldn't want Joe Biden in? I know who would want Joe Biden. I know a couple guys who really wanted Joe Biden in, Vladimir Putin and Shiji and Ping. That became pretty apparent. Things have gotten very quiet with China and Taiwan. Lad Y, huh, they got real quiet. I think a lot of I don't even think a lot. Well, of course it has to do with Trump, but I don't it has to do with America's military mic so much as it has to do with US saying, you know what, We're gonna manufacture these drones and these weapons and we're gonna sell them to you. Taiwan and China is on the clock, baby, They are so on the clock it's unbelievable. Like every day is a chasm that opens up between them and Taiwan. Every single day. It's just a chasm upon chasm, because a greater and greater chasm gets wider by the day. Because all I can think about is the better drones get, right, the more effective they get. See, if you want to take something, warfare is totally different. If you're the taker, it's a totally different ballgame. China wants to take Taiwan, Taiwan wants to stay Taiwan, And really they just have to amass enough weaponry in drones to sit back from the shore and fire away, baby, just enough that China goes okay. Well, and I'm not saying that. You know, it wouldn't be a cut and dry thing. There'd be losses for sure, but just the idea of what you can amass now, you know what I mean? Who knows? I mean, do you even need a powerful navy to compete with China's navy to actually bring the fight out into the waters, to keep it away from the you know, the home island of Taiwan. A navy's a different thing now, guys. A navy is a drone, a fleet of drone kamakazi boats. A navy is a a I don't know, like a fortified ship with Connax containers on it that are filled with drones. Maybe they can't fly that far, but you get that ship close enough. Right. The world of warfare has changed, man, and it's not It is not for the taking, right. The takers are not in the best position right now, and it's only gonna get worse for the takers. And there's really no arguing this. All you have to do is watch Russia. You look at Russia, you wrap your head. See the narratives changing now because the war's changing now, because what Ukraine's adapted so well. I don't know if they've adapted so well, or if we've adapted so well, whatever the situation is, one thing's clear. If you have the munitions and the drone technology, like you can stop one of the biggest armies in the world. Apparently that's saying something. Man, that's a big deal. That's a big deal. And you know, one of the things, one of the silver linings of all this. You know, if we have to watch Russians and Ukrainians get macerated by the toys you used to buy your kids three years ago for Christmas or four years ago, if we have to watch that and we have to understand that there's no stopping that because both sides are insane. The silver lining in it all is, could we could we actually be on a path where war is just maybe it's not worth it anymore. If you could sit Putin down or his top generals or officials. Undoubtedly, if you could sit the Russian people down, how many of them would say, if I could go back to twenty twenty two, let's say let's call it off, it's not worth it. There will be generations of Russians. We're gonna look at this thing, like, you know, like Vietnam, they're gonna look at this thing like, well, what's way worse than Vietnam, you know what I mean for the Russian But it's just one of these things. You're gonna look back and go like was it worth it? And that's what you want to go around the globe. After a while you want enough is it worth it going around the globe? And then all of these smaller countries that can be threatened by larger countries, even US, right, will have this drone capability. I mean, it's gonna happen, right, It's going to happen now. Drone countermeasures will come along of course, and all that kind of stuff. Though at the end of the day, even if it's even if it's brief, wouldn't it be nice to have arrest bit from war? Wouldn't it be nice to say the little guys now have a way to stand up to the big guys. Wouldn't it be nice to say, you know, Christian communities in Africa can store x amount of drones in a connex and if they look over yonder and see the machine, a forty seven wielding Muslims coming to slaughter them by the thousands and burns, you know, lock them in churches and burn the churches down. That they could just send up some of these drones and you know, let the Muslim monsters try to do some target practice in mid area. I think I think there could be something good happening here, folks. I could be completely wrong, but sometimes you just got to put it out in the air. You put it out into the ether, you know what I mean, and you tell everybody that maybe we could find a little bit of peace and all of this, because look, I really think if nothing else, it's gonna be the end of the Russian Ukrainian war, right The drone thing is gonna be the end of it. There's no doubt about it, unless Russia decides to nuke them, at which case, you know, it's nice knowing yeah Russia, and I don't think that we would nuke them, but I think that the steps that would come after that would so neutralize the economy and the sabotage and that, I mean, it would be relentless. It would be unbelievable what happened to the Russians. But we can say for sure that what's happening between China and Taiwana, I think is gonna be drastically affected by drone technology island nations like New Zealand and Australia who oftentimes feel threatened by China. Right really, at the end of the day, I think it goes back to the old talk softly and carry a big stick, you know what I mean. Military might has to exist in the vacuum of strength. There's always gonna come evil. That's it. Everyone's gonna look at you as an opportunity. It's like that in the real world, right you walk around with your head down in your earbuds in your target.
