Welcome into Red Beacon Daily News, folks. June twenty fifth, twenty twenty six. I'm your host, James Walton, and today Redbeacon Daily News is brought to you by Disastercoffee dot Com. Death toll rises to one hundred and sixty four after powerful twin earthquakes hit Venezuela. No joke here, man. Seven point five magnitude earthquake followed shortly after a seven point two magnitude mbloor collapsing buildings in the capitol. One hundred and sixty four dead is unbelievable. Send in the help, send in the boys, send in the troops, whatever it takes. At least one hundred and sixty four people have died in nine hundred and seventy one injured. With the death toll fear to rise, President Delsa Rodriguez said she declared a state of emergency across several states affected. Dozens of buildings quote have collapsed here about thirty kilometers north of Caracas, and we're currently carrying out intensive rescue operations to save lives. Horrible man, Pray for them. Pray for them over there in Venezuela. It's ugly. It's a terrible thing. No matter how you feel about anything over there, pray for them. These things happen, man, These are these are disasters and emergencies that that happened. You see, earthquakes are particularly unbelievable to see in the after uh, the after effects wild right, the whole walls missing off buildings. Wow, it happened. Happens, right, happens. It's uh, it's terrible. It's dark. Yeah, that's what we're dealing with. That's the top news story in my mind. I don't know what else kind of Trump's that at the moment. It's a wild one. It's a lot going on in the world. But we're gonna stay to what we stayed to here at Red Beacon Daily News. We're not gonna do any Prepper tech today, but I am going to tell you about the Prepper Q and a show that Dave Jones, the NBC guy, and I did last night on Prepper Broadcasting. You got to listen to it. It's a lot of great information in that show. There's a lot of great tips we talked about from the tech side. We talked a little bit about radio communications and EMP protection, something you probably want to learn about how to store, how to store safely, the best sort of EMP protection to use. Really good show, a lot of fun, little well definitely explicit, so keep keep that in your back pocket. It's not the one you want to put on with the family in the car. I don't think so. But it is a great store, great great show. Check it out out. Go to Prepper Broadcasting dot com listen there or wherever you listen to podcasts if you're not already at GBN listening to Red Beacon Daily News. That's it on Prepper Tech. Okay, that's it on Prepper Tech. What we have going on is the Sentinels and the Terminators battling it out. The ais are fighting ladies, and Josh's you're a I assistant here. We've got a bit of a good news situation. This is a very interesting story and one that I didn't quite consider. So it makes perfect sense in a highly competitive world that that is AI now and uh highly competitive, lots of money up for grabs that kind of thing, right, and Anthropic claims Ali Baba and Brazen campaign to access its clawed AI model. It's a very interesting story, man, very interesting story. US artificial intelligence lab Anthropic has accused Chinese e commerce giant Ali Baba of illicitly accessing its frontier model CLAW to harvest its capabilities. Now that doesn't sound like China, does it. It's funny. Even in the artificial intelligence world, even with all that intelligence, we're still doing the same things we always do. In a letter obtained by The Wall Street Journal, Anthropic alleged that Ali Baba and its AI unit conducted the largest known distillation attack on the company to date. So the Ais are battling one another. It's hard to believe. And distillation attacks, which involve the illicit training of a less capable model on the outputs of a stronger one, are turning billions of dollars in American investment R and D into a massive subsidy for our geopolitical competitors. The letter dated June tenth, I wonder if side note, I wonder if this had something to do with the There was like a big AI sell off not long ago, a couple of days ago, a few days ago. That's interesting. US centertor Tim Scott Elizabeth Warren claimed that Ali Baba created almost twenty five thousand fake accounts to access Claude through nearly twenty nine million exchanges with the AI model, which is not available to entities in China. According to the letter, ali Baba's campaign targeted some of Claude's most valuable capabilities, such as agentic reasoning, software engineering, and long horizon tasks. An Anthropic spokesperson declined to comment on the contents of the letter, but said we believe combating the threat of illicit distillation requires coordinated action between government industry, and we will continue working with Congress and the administration to maintain American AI leadership. Ali Baba didn't immediately respond to a request for comment. It's not the first time Anthropic has said Chinese AI labs are using its technology to train their own AI models. This is the way I mean, This is the way of Chinese tech. WHOA sorry, I stretched it. This is the way of Chinese tech, you know what I mean. Andthropics letters said the company supportive of Washington's efforts to combat such at tax This is all all of technology. Just is what it is, you know. But it's a battle, and it's a battle. We have to keep our eyes on, you know what I mean, Really and truly it is a battle. The a eyes will war the people with ais wire war. The people will war, oh the war. Love the world without war. I would love a world without war where war is but ah, you know, a tale to be told, long forgotten, a long forgotten feature of human like the addle addle. You know what, I'm sure we had a long way to go for that. I don't want to say no good news, but truth of the matter is, we're on the heels of celebrating two hundred and fifty incredible years in the United States of America. You know, never forget all that we've accomplished. Yesterday we posted the new American poem, the Nameless American Poem that I wrote that I want you to listen to. I want you to think about, and I want you to give me a title for that pipe for that poem. Okay, it's going to be entered into a contest, the Great American Poetry Contest, in the next few days, and I'd love for you to help out with the name. So so look up that poem. You'll find it on the playlist. I may post it again here in the next couple of days, so if it gets lost in the playlist, because you know, we're a deep organization, We're an organization of a different dimension. We really are that. So that's the good news. You know what I mean America is uh, there are a lot of faults in the Internet has a tendency to really magnify the struggles in the United States. What I would recommend is that you take stock of your own life. And you know, when you look at statistics and you see things and you seek prime and you see team takeovers and people getting beat up and shot and stabbed and killed in violence and political violence and protests and all these kinds of things that are happening in parts of the nation, I'd recommend you get up off your ass, go take a walk, a bike, ride, a bus ride, a car ride, or maybe a combination, and really see your world, see your little slice of America, and ask yourself, what is this country? Is this country? Everything that says it is? Is this country everything that the Drudge Report says it is? What is my slice of this country really look like? Because I can tell you right now, I can go take a walk through the city of Richmond and it will have the opposite effect that perusing the Internet has on my soul. Right, So be aware of what's being crafted online and sold to you as America, because there's a good chance it's not actually what you're living, and what you're living is your life, and what you're living is your slights of America. You have to be aware that, you have to be aware the reality of that. And in this age, I thought that for our literature today, for our little reading today, at the end of Red Beacon Daily News, I would have the one and only Henry David Thoreau. Yeah, the one and only, because there's things in his book Walden that are so important for men and women, adults and even children to understand, right I mean it really this section itself is all about possession, not demonic possession, and home building and property and those kinds of things. And I love Walden's perspective on that, right it really, it really is. He Walden does a lot to explain. It's sort of the more beautiful and the more roundabout way of the tyler dirt and the things that own own you. And I have no doubt that Chuck is he can't I don't know how to say his last name. I have no doubt that he came up with that sentiment from reading Walden. Probably not that he's the only guy that ever talked about it. But the future inhabitants of this region, Nope, started at the wrong sentence, and afternoon sufficed to lay out the land into orchard, wood, lot and pasture, and to decide what fine oaks or pines should be left to stand before the door, and whence each blasted tree could be seen to the best advantage. And then I let it lie fallow perchance. For a man is rich in proportion to the number of things which he can afford to let alone. Should I read that again, in the age of hyper customization, in the age of hyper information, in the age of hyper stress, in the age where we worry about earthquakes in Venezuela, that if we shut the computer and turned off the television, we not there would know about and would never affect us. So I read you this line from throw again, for a man is rich in proportion to the number of things which he can afford to let alone. My imagination carried me so far that I even had the refusal of several farms. The refusal was all I wanted, but I never got my fingers burned by actual possession. The nearest that I came to actual possession was when I bought the Hallowel place and had begun to sort my seeds and collected materials with which to make a wheelbarrow to carry it on or off with. But before the owner gave me a deed of it, his wife every man has such a wife, changed her mind and wished to keep it, and he offered me ten dollars to release him. Now, to speak the truth, I had but ten cents in the world, and it surpassed my arithmetic to tell if I was the man who had ten cents, or who had a farm, or ten dollars or all together. Thank you for joining me today. Folks read Walden. Read Walden at the Beach. It's a very important book for any grown adult, particularly men, to read. Understand what this life is all about. If you feel locked in and wrapped up in the hustle and bustle of life, the never ending gout to make money and you know, buy things and own things and do things, and you follow the ways that are set up for you so clearly on social media bagged with hashtag you know success or whatever the situation is like, get a different perspective, right, I will talk to you guys, tomorrow Man, thanks so much. We wrap the week up on Friday,
