Big announcement today, folks, we light the lamps of the Red Beacon July fourth, twenty twenty six. In short, Redbeaconmedia dot Com goes live July fourth, twenty twenty six. What is Redbeacon Media. It is the next stage. It is the next step beyond Prepperbroadcasting dot Com. Not that Prepper Broadcasting will not exist. It will always be a podcast and always be available Prepper Broadcasting dot Com wherever you get podcasts. But Red Beacon Media is the evolution. It took me long time to flesh it out, figure it out, but I had to go back to the basics. What is what is the lighthouse for? What is the lighthouse for? You know what I mean? They were built to warn you have sandbars of dangerous shallow waters, rocky shores, avoid these places. They also gave you safe passage, passage to harbor. Right and fundamentally, the red Beacon, the lighthouse is a navigation tools. What it is, It's a tool for navigation. So we set out to build this thing that would be just that, a tool for navigating human life in twenty twenty six and beyond, in the age of algorithms, in the age of artificial intelligence, in the age of radical isolation, in the age of highly addictive and habit forming technologies that seem to be only getting stronger and better, and in an age where probably one of the most dangerous things about it all is all of these things have an archetizing effect to the very real threats that we're all facing. Red Beacon Media is not just a navigation tool for threats. It's also safe passage to God. There are a lot of pieces to this website that a whole lot of fun, a whole lot of fun, but also you know, a strong sort of guiding mechanism, whether you're off course yourself, or you know someone who's off course, or maybe you just like staying on course right, You enjoy staying the course and you want to be around people who are doing that. Another big p of this navigational resource that is red Beacon Media is a section on real, live people events right, things that are happening around the country, And this is going to be an open forum for you to add your own events, and they don't have to be prepping events. This isn't about prepping, right, This is about events places people can go to meet people do things with people. There's going to be a hobby section as well. What's a hobby. Hobby got transformed into hustle. Hobby became hustle, and then there were no more hobbies. I was out fly fishing with my father this weekend, catching little bluegill and smallmouth bass on poppers and just having an absolute ball the whole time, you know what I mean, just doing a hobby. I wasn't filming it, I wasn't recording it. I wasn't looking to monetize it. I wasn't trying to do anything with it but cast the fly line and watch a fish boil up over top of that popper and just, you know, look back at Dad and whatever. You know what I mean. In the cacophony of the modern age, we're losing things, we're losing sight of things, we're hyper focusing on certain things, we're isolating from other things. And it is a very real battleman, Make no mistake about it. The way that this all came to be, the way that we well. Also, I need to tip my hat to the phoenix. Jordan has been on my ass for years, I think literal years to get this to fruition, and it wouldn't. She doesn't believe it, but it never would be. If it weren't for her, I could just as easily devoted my time to something else, and I think it would have been a mistake because it was hard, you know what I mean. It's and sometimes bringing hard things to life gets put on the back burner because nowadays you can bring easier, less thoughtful things to life and it's just as fun and just rewarding, but it might not have that effect that you're looking for. So thank you Jordan for pushing me to get this to where it is, you know, and where it will go God only knows. But the creator of the Prepper Broadcasting Network, Glenn Martin, left me with the network in twenty and eighteen, and he also left me with a little like a like a like a relic or like an idea. It's you know, an ember and it was a very important one man, but it wasn't anything more than Redbeaconmedia dot com, Red Beacon Radio dot com. And he would talk to me a little bit about it in passing as the years went on, and we podcasted together essentially together, but he would eventually hand the network over to me, and he would eventually pass away, and I would have this Red Beacon Media thing in the back of my head, you know what I mean, what what is it? What would Glenn have wanted it to be? It was always his dream, right, It was always this idea to bring this thing to life. There was always this idea that there was more to what we all have to offer here at PBN than just the prepping side and the news and reviews side of things, right, And so for years I really wrestled with that what is this, What should this thing be? What it should it look like? What would he wanted it to look like? You know, what would an Idaho mountain man want Red Beacon Media to be? And it was funny to arrive at the idea of navigation, because, you know, he wrote a book called Prepper's Survival Navigation, and it's a great it's the ultimate bugout bag navigation book. It really is. It's small, it's effective, it's there's some stories in it, there's great navigation techniques in it and survive and it's basically a survival manual in the second half. It's an amazing book. But to me, it was like, oh, okay, this is something you know what I mean, this is something, this means something, and yeah, we've got to do more with this. So we light the lamps of the Red Beacon July fourth, twenty twenty six, the two hundred and fiftieth anniversary of our great nation. And I thought that i'd get on to tell you about it and let everyone know stay tuned. We're only days away and you will get a glimpse. We'll probably do some previews leading up to it and all that kind of thing. But yeah, it's it's gonna be a fun time. It's gonna be a fun guidance system. Hopefully we'll get a lot of of fan interaction. I'd love to get the Lightkeepers involved, because along with the sort of self reliance and rebellious side of things, rebellion, rebelling against the modern age and sort of navigating back to the somewhat traditional, navigating back to the human side of things, let's go with that. Uh, there also is there also will be the side of the Red Red Beacon that focuses on the American Renaissance version two point zero, right, and not just that, but the appreciation for poetry and art and literature and the things that are being lambasted or have been, you know, because of one or two words in an entire novel. But the novels can be banned, you know what I mean. Not because of salacious sex scenes in children's books. I'm talking about the use of words from a certain error right era that can you know, have things blacklisted. But beyond all of that, and beyond all the political and cultural warfare, there are just volumes of great of just incredible words, work, words, smithing. Right there's incredible art that sits on the walls of museums that you don't take the time to go and see anymore, to marvel at. And it's a piece of your life that is mostly free and cheap and easy. But again, because we are we're a little lost at sea, we're missing out on all that beauty, you know. So I want to thank you folks for tuning. In short, just a short little announcement. More to come in the very near future. Stay tuned as we light the lamps, don't miss it. More to come. Previews of the website you get a taste of what it is to be a lightkeeper, what it is to be a prepper, what it is to be a zealot, at redbeaconmedia dot com. Okay, talk to you guys. Soon, Tell your friends, spread the word. This is the next step, hopefully a good one.
