With that, let's go ahead and bring on our guest. Now, our guest has been a reoccurring guest on Church and State. I'm talking about Anne VanderSteel. She's an investigative journalist. She's a host of Steel News. She's been doing so much in the state of Florida to assist families that are having their children ripped away from them, protecting kids at all costs. And it's a pleasure to have you back on the show again. Oh, Caleb, always good to be with you. Thanks for having me. Absolutely. Yeah. So we were talking a little bit off camera and I do want to devote more of the most of the show really on what you are passionate about. But I do want to talk because you're such an expert in the field, a little bit about the current political situation, because it seems to be kind of a mess as far as where I'm sitting. How do you feel? Well, where do you want to start? We voted for mass deportations. We voted to start to really pare down agency government. We were told that we were going to get the Department of Education removed. If Linda McMahon did a good job, she'd be out of a job. You know, the economy was going to get better. The Dow Jones is doing great, but it's easy when it's only 30 stocks you have to manipulate. And they're all owned by BlackRock, which, according to Catherine Austin Fitz, has stole $ 55 trillion. So I'd say they have a little pocket change to manipulate the stock price. Jobs are not plentiful. People are out of work. Home prices are still not low enough where they need to be. Interest rates are up. And we have a war going that nobody wanted. It wasn't even on the bucket list of things when we were fighting to get President Trump reelected. So, you know, I'm not very pleased with where we are right now. There's some things I think Trump has done well. And the most recent one, as I told you, was, you know, kicking CNN and MS Now out of the Oval Office and Politico. I mean, those three companies, those three, you know, should we say CIA carrier pigeons carried the water for the Russian collusion hoax that took down, you know, And basically, you know, made the first administration, you know, somewhat hamstrung. And it got, you know, basically knocked out General Flynn, who was a key national security advisor. And if you read his X-Feed at all and you see what he's posting in the last several months, you recognize that he understands where we are going sideways in this war and how we've been led around by the nose. I mean, I think it was Nick Fuentes who and I didn't I have gone I have not gone to look for the Trump clip yet. But he said that Trump is openly stating that he was tricked into this war with Iran and and he wants to get out of it before the midterms. Well, I'm sure he does because it's not polling well right now. So, you know, this is where I see things. Can president Trump turn it around? Well, if anybody can, he can, but he has to find the political will to stop listening to the people that surround him in the oval that have put him in this position in the first place. And that might be difficult. So we'll see what happens. I think, uh, it's a very astute assessment. Um, You bring up the media, and I feel like a lot of people are missing the mark here because you're an advocate for the First Amendment, as am I. And a lot of people, you know, specifically on the liberty side of things, are taking great issue with Donald Trump on this. And they're saying, you know, how dare you, you know, kick out the fourth estate. But you're bringing up the point that these guys, they're not even truly media. They're a bunch of CIA hack jobs. They've been installed into their positions to bring a specific agenda that is very anti-American. Yeah. I mean, you don't have to look back too far, including the first administration, just with the Russian dossier, the Steele dossier. That was a collusion between the Hillary Clinton campaign, the CFO of their Hillary Clinton campaign, Gary Gensler, who's embroiled in a bunch of SEC scandals even today that I've been reporting on. you know, is helping cut checks to Perkins Coie, who's cutting checks to Christopher Steele to fabricate a dossier about President Trump and some prostitutes. I mean, just disgusting stuff. Totally unfounded. And of course, like everything that we've now loaned, J6, you know, the Fed's erection, the J6 pipe bombers, the independent media that has done the heavy lifting and the gumshoe legwork to uncover this. I mean, talk about crowdsourcing the news. Somebody once said, we are the news now. Well, we are. I mean, your show has taken off and you're getting a lot of opportunities and that's fantastic. A lot of my friends shows have gone that direction. I took a step back because I wanted to really make the sausage and get my hands dirty and fix things. Reporting on it for 10 years. sort of lost its satisfaction for me as opposed to just getting my hands dirty. But, you know, the media has a lot of culpability in where we are today because they lull, whether it's people on, it doesn't matter if it's right or left. You've got factions out there that are telling you everything is great. They said everything was great when Joe Biden was president. They would tell you he was the sharpest, most intelligent guy. Meanwhile, he's snoring in the chair while they're talking about him. And then you've got people that are saying everything is great today. And I just rattle off here open some reasons why I don't say it's great today. And it can be. We're on the verge. We can be. But we've got to make some adjustments, of course, correct to what the people want. But the media don't care about what the people want. They care about what the masters want and what they're told to carry the water for. And, you know, if you have that on both sides in any administration, it's a problem. So I think with this Trump television, I really do hope it's more of a C-SPAN and less, you know, it can be fun TV. It can be sitcoms or whatever. But the White House shouldn't be broadcasting sitcoms. And it shouldn't be funded by we, the people. It should literally be all day, all night, streaming news coming out of the White House, what's going on, updates, just fact, fact, fact, fact, fact. And by the way, they shouldn't be discouraged if some of us out there disagree with the, quote, facts coming out of the White House. Maybe we have a different interpretation. Maybe we have a different source. Maybe we were on the ground and we disagree with their interpretation. their coverage of what we witnessed on the ground. Because I witnessed that myself when we had Biden in the administration and what I was covering going down in the Darien Gap with the thousands of people flooding across the border in Panama headed to the United States. So, You know, media really needs to be, I think, crowdsourced. And I think citizen journalism is where it's at. So just to say, hey, it's going to be Trump TV, while that's a great alternative and I'm glad they're doing it on some level, if it turns into their way or the highway, then it's no different than CNN. So we just have to monitor that. We've got to be open and honest and use our First Amendment right to express that. One of the things about people who love liberty, and this used to be the Republican Party, was that you did have all these independent voices. You did have these people that would check it. check it according to the Constitution or the Bill of Rights, they would look at this and say, no, you're not allowed to do that, government. Or, you know, this is the, honestly, I don't even want to call it like the real news. Like this is the facts that you're spinning, that you're putting out there. I'm looking at it this way. And that used to be accepted. And now we seem to live in a society where specifically within the MAGA community, if you dare utter a word against Against Trump and his administration, you're called a libtard. I mean, they just they really go after you. You're called a panicking. And it begs the question, you know, who is on the payroll for Brad Parscale and Clocktower X? And that is funded by the nation state of Israel, Bibi Netanyahu, putting money into people here to influence our opinions, particularly going after the Gen Zers and the Gen Xers. These are the people that are going to be voting. When we're old and gray, Caleb, and someone needs to change our diaper, these are the people who are getting their mind melded and influenced today by paid influencers from another country. That, to me, is a big problem. Do we do it? Has our CIA been involved in overthrowing governments around the world? Abso-freaking-lutely. Is it right? No. Does it mean we should tolerate when somebody else does it to us? Absolutely not. but we shouldn't just you know we shouldn't just hear about it and like oh that that goes on you know no no no no i mean it's sort of like the smith month modernization act when the government legalized propaganda we got to repeal that we need to get rid of that and we should take it out of our side as much as you know and and enforce the uh repealing of that on the other side it has to be as much clear if you're going to be editorial be editorial news and label yourself such and so uh i'm um You know, I take a hard line on that. I really feel that we have to be towing the line on that and we have to get real about it, because, again, this future depends on what these children today, these young people, young 20 year olds are hearing and inferring from the way the news is being crafted and the story that is being told. Right. So, yeah, I'm concerned. Put it that way. You also bring up Israel, and this is such an interesting conversation to have. For the longest time, really due to dispensationalism, Christians just had this idea that we had to support Israel no matter what. That seems to have lessened considerably, really just over the last maybe two years or so. But especially those younger generations, they're fighting this. They're fighting this idea that And they're starting to examine Israel and they're starting to say, you know, I don't support, you know, carpet bombing Gaza into basically where it doesn't exist anymore, targeting women and children. Did Israel jump the shark, as it were? Have they gone too far to where now America is really questioning their support of them? Well, unfortunately, you know, whenever we talk about Israel, it's the third rail and we have to do a better job. And I hold myself accountable to this all the time. We have to do a better job to segregate. What do we mean when we say Israel? I don't refer to the people of Israel. I refer Israel as the government of Israel. And I'm very clear on that. Because words matter in this conversation, just like I would say when people say, well, Americans are terrible. I don't think the people of America are terrible. I definitely think our government is. There's a few good people in government, but majoritively speaking, we have agencies that partner with industry that absolutely rape and pillage over all of us nonstop, from poisoning us to stealing from us. It doesn't matter. Agency government is not a representative form of government. It's a design policy. kill program to steal for everything they can possibly get at our expense. So Israel, I talk very specifically about Bibi Netanyahu and the government. Now, a good friend of mine, Patrick Byrne, was talking about Ehud Barak the other day and say, you know, Anne, I don't think it's Bibi that's doing this. I think it's really Ehud Barak. And he's made a compelling case for it. At that point, to me, you know, it doesn't matter because Bibi is in charge, just like President Trump's in charge. So if you have a rogue intelligence community, that is driving the actions of your state and controlling another country and dragging people into war and decisions are being made and you're just going along to get along because you're the prime minister or the president, that's not good enough. And so I do think that we need to be very specific linguistically about who we're discussing. So the nation state of Israel is a construct, right? That was formed in 1948 with Lord Rothschild and with the Balfour Declaration. So, or excuse me, Lord Balfour and the Balfour Declaration. So I just like a lot of the Middle East countries, they're all synthetic, newly created countries. America was one of the more newest countries until we created the Middle East and Israel. And Israel was really created to do exactly what it's trying to do, which is control routes and resources through the Middle East from the Far East. You know, the Silk Road has been around for a couple thousand years. And the Silk Road ultimately, through the maceration of people traveling along that road and mating and marrying and creating other demographics along the way, ultimately ended up in the UK and created the city of London in 1067. And it was the Rattanites who were what evolved from the different inbreeding along the way that created usury. In the city of London in 1067. And when they realized they were hated for that by taxing people, or excuse me, charging interest to people, they decided they needed to rehabilitate their image. And they decided to go with, you know, some machination of being Jewish because of. you know, Jesus was Jewish and he was loved in the Bible and all of that, but they were known as Ashkenazi Jews and they changed their identity to that of Ashkenazi Jew. What you see in the city of London, that one square mile, it's a private country essentially, is what is dictating what is going on in the government of Israel, which is then also dictating what our military industrial complex is doing. And so we are being, we're the dog that is being wagged by the tail of the city of London through Israel. And, of course, they throw up the anti-Semitic tropes whenever they can to say, oh, you're anti-Semitic if you don't support Israel. No, no, no. It's not about being anti-Semitic. I have a lot of Jewish friends. Remember Dr. Zelenko, who was an Orthodox Jew, made me his chair of his Zelenko Freedom Foundation. And we spent many nights late at night on the phone talking about all kinds of stuff. I don't think I'm an anti-Semite, and I have lots of other Jewish friends. It's not about that. It's about policy, not people. And, unfortunately, the policies coming out of the government of Israel are no different than what was— created to do in the city of London. And again, it's about usury and it's about financial control, which is where we are today. The system they designed is expired. And so they need to collateralize that system because they printed fiat into an oblivion. And our treasuries are being dumped all over the world because people recognize they're not backed by anything. The United States dollar, which is treasury based, has nothing behind its fiat. And now they want to move us into this financial system online. So basically fiat on the blockchain is And routes and resources are critical to collateralizing and putting something behind that fiat to say, yeah, okay, that money is worth something because they control a significant portion of global trade. And so I think this war is a lot in part about that, but it's also distractionary to get us through into this financial reset. You know, if I was going to take just five minutes of the show and just like five minutes of truth, it would be exactly what you just said. You just walked people through history. through finances, through what we're currently experiencing in geopolitics, the war in Israel. I mean, that was phenomenal. I so appreciate what you just said there. I would tell everybody that's watching this program, go back and listen a little bit slower to what Ann just said, because she just revealed And I echo exactly what you said on the whole anti-Semitism. Just because you question the government of Israel does not make you anti-Semitic. Am I anti-American when I question our government? Exactly. I mean, that's part of American DNA is to question their government. That's who we are. And so it stands to reason that we would question every other government throughout the world. There's nothing anti-Semitic. It's the same as when the Democrats or liberals used to say that we were we were racist because we didn't support BLM. Right. You're absolutely right. Well, you know, Caleb, I'm not sure where we go from here, except that we've talked about this ad nauseum. And I I'm shocked when I rail if I'm out in the public and I'm just talking to anybody and I somehow get the conversation to meander into something like this to kind of gently probe to see if people are aware at all. Some people, I'm shocked at how much they know, but you would never know it because they keep it to themselves. And others have no idea. I would say we're probably at about a penetration rate where people have a decent comprehension level of 30% in the country. I'd say 70% are still asleep. They know something's not right. They don't like the prices at the pump and eggs are 10 bucks a dozen and whatever. They're not happy with that, but they don't know why. And They're too busy to put food on the table and work, both parents, while their kids are sent off to indoctrination camps called public education, to take the time to care to find out why and to figure out what they can do to fix it. And they are steamrolling us. Down here in Florida, we're in a dogfight for our lives because the governor candidate elect for the Republican Party, Byron Donald, has been heavily funded, $ 110 million by big tech, big prisons, and surveillance state, essentially. He wants hyperscale data centers all over Florida. He's all about it. And 20 miles from me, they want to put five, five hyperscale data centers in Martin County, 20 miles to my west. So it's terrifying because I know what those things represent. Let's say they don't take water. Let's say they don't use any electricity. Let's say it doesn't cost me a thing, right? It's not even harmful to the environment. The tonal noise isn't going to create stillborns and cows in the fields that these things are being built. Let's say everything's hunky-dory. It's what they're going to be deployed for that is very disconcerting. And if you know anything about what's coming, the digitization of money and, of course, everything you have, they are digitally trafficking you now as it is. But if you read the Genius Act and the Clarity Act, you also know that you are now still part of that debt slave system. They still don't have anything to back up the stable coin, which is based on treasuries. There's no real world asset there. And so I am definitely afraid of the application because, you know, again, the GEO Group was a million dollar donor to Byron Donalds. They're a private prison system. Michael Burry, a few years ago, oddly enough, I love that movie, The Big Short, when he shorted the housing market in 08 and he made tons of money because he saw what people didn't see. He actually sold and dumped his portfolio and invested in private prisons a few years ago because he saw what's coming. So, you know, when you start to put these big pieces together, it weaves a picture that's not pretty for where we're headed as a country. And then you've got, all of these illegals that are still here. You've got our corrupt voter rolls. They're not fixing the machines. They're not even going to ban the machines. They haven't done that yet. If we don't ban the machines, we're toast in Florida. Florida's toast. We're one of the last free states. We're toast. So we are watching the demolition of the United States in real time. Yeah. You know, and I wish people would look like if if there were prisons being built all over the country, just I mean, what you just said, five of them in your local area, five. Prisons, hyperscale, hyperscale, not prisons. But I know. But this is my point. If if they were building prisons like that, I feel like the people would pay attention to that. They would they would take notice. And they're literally building digital prisons all over this country because that's what it is. It's going to take all your data off your cell phone. off your laptop. They're literally a digital prison that's being built in people's backyards and they're not paying attention to it. No, no. We've been walked into the digital prison. My goodness. The first time I got really concerned during the campaign trail in 2024 was a speech President Trump gave about using biometrics at the border. And I went, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. I'm not comfortable with that. Now, I was on the TSA quiet skies list as a domestic terrorist for almost two years. I'm suing the federal government. Peter Tickton is my attorney because of what I was put through and the amount of times I was harassed, missed flights, missed engagements that people were paying my plane ticket to fly to speak for them and stuff like that. I mean, it was an inconvenience of epic proportion. It was disrespectful to others whose time is valuable. And I was, you know, just my Fourth Amendment was totally destroyed. In addition to the abuse verbal I've received from these people and humiliation ritual nonstop. But when you talk about using biometrics everywhere you go, you are now what people fail to understand. And this goes back to 1868 when we created the when we when the 14th Amendment was birthed. And I think that was one of the one of the worst amendments they could have done because we were stripped of our natural born God given rights and exchanged it for the privilege of being an American U.S. citizen. We were Americans from the state of Delaware, New York, New Jersey. Right. We were electing our public servants. And then we became U.S. citizens voting in our debt slave masters. And from there, we incorporated D.C. The Bar Association was the British Credit Registry was formed. And that's a private club that you have to join if you want to be an attorney. Spend $ 500, 000, go to law school, you still got to pay your bar dues. And I've got a story I'm working on, as a matter of fact, about that, how they are basically extorting these attorneys for money and profiting off hundreds of millions of dollars off interest that should go back to the client who had to put money into an interest-bearing escrow account, a retainer. But the client doesn't get it back. The nonprofit that just serves 10 people, part of the Bar Association here in Florida, the state bar, total fraud. This is tax fraud and a whole bunch of other things. But again, it's rules for the and not for me. And we exchange that right to defend our rights. rights for the privilege of being that U.S. Citizen. And what has the U.S. citizen gotten us? Do we get free food and education and all these benefits when you are an illegal coming into the country? Remember, we were going to mass deport all these people, but we haven't. We've taken out probably most of the worst of the worst. But now Mark Wayne Mullen is saying, yeah, we're not going to, well, we just got the worst bad guys out, but we're going to leave everybody else. Well, wait, that's not what we were told. Shouldn't our tax dollars go to get the rest of these guys out here? So we are being snookered everywhere we go and we're under some sort of weak umbrella thinking the United States designation is going to protect you. It's creating us to be the most hated class of people around the world right now because we're acting like a colonial empire. And we are basically an extension of the British Empire. Colony, you know, today as we're being weaponized through Israel, through the city of London and our military industrial complex is sent marching all for the almighty quote dollar. That's not worth anything. No, it certainly isn't. So you and I want to go over to this because you and I could spend so much time talking about all of this. But you had mentioned that you you decided to get in there and actually make the sausage. And I want to make sure that we devote some time to really what you're passionate about. And you are passionate about protecting kids. So tell us a little bit about what you're doing in the state of Florida. Sure. So first off, we wrote a book called CPS Pipeline State Sanctioned Kidnapping. We did a documentary called Taken State Sanctioned Kidnapping. And these are based on true stories. But this book, it's a really short little primer. You can get it on our website at AmericanMadeFoundation.org or Barnes and Nobles or Amazon, whatever. But what we did was we looked at the problem set of What's going on with Child Protective Services nationally? How can we resolve the issues? Because statistically, you know, Caleb, if I told you there was 500,000 Americans being held hostage in Afghanistan, what would your response be? Let's go get them. Right. Send the military. Today, we have 500,000 children trapped in a system right here in this country under the auspices of Child Protective Services. Did you know that 95% of the children trapped in that system legally don't meet the threshold to be taken because the circumstances of which there was a hearsay reporting was poverty, some kind of neglect or abuse. And it could be because the kid doesn't have a dresser or a bed in his room because the parents are hard up. Or maybe their house got blown away like in Hurricane Helene and they're living in a hotel. Or they're in a tent because they can't afford a hotel and the mortgage for a piece of property with no structure on it. As opposed to help the family stay together, finance $ 3, 000 a month for a house or apartment. No, let's separate the kids. Let's destroy the family unit, and it's going to cost well north. You can't even take care of one kid for $ 3, 000 a month, let alone more than that. So this is the mindset that CPS has driven through the policies of big money coming out of the federal government under the Health and Human Services Agency of Social Security Administration. Title IV-E, Title IV-D, and Title IV-B funding. It's about $ 81 billion a year that gets dispersed down to all 50 states into their respective child protective services agencies under different three- and four-letter names. And those agencies, again, have an attachment to a bunch of parasitic organizations that profit off keeping the children separated from the family. And frankly, their first right of refusal to take the child and put him with another family member is genuinely overlooked. foster care homes because, again, the money to put a head in a bed, as they say, is so lucrative, Caleb. There's no incentive to say, let's put him with grandma or the aunt or maybe the fictive kin neighbor next door that's like an aunt, something like that. No, no, no, we don't do that. And again, taking a child on hearsay where the parents have zero ability to provide exculpatory evidence when they finally get drug into court, they're basically stuffed into a star chamber because the judge, the court-appointed judge, defendant, uh, you know, defense lawyer and the state appointed CPS caseworker that's in there. These guys meet for lunch every day. They're doing case after case after case. It's a cabal and it's you based on hearsay. And they immediately always lean into whatever the CPS caseworker said. So it's a rare day when the parents get a fair shake. Majority of these parents don't get a fair shake. So anyhow, sorry, my dog just ran in here with his Squeaky toy. He was getting upset, too, about what you were talking about. He is. He gets very upset. And rightfully so. This is absolutely disgusting. I mean, this is one of those quiet wars that you never, ever hear about, Anne, is the amount of children that are taken from their parents. And look, are there cases where a parent is abusing a child? Absolutely. Tragically, that is the truth. But unfortunately, because there's such an incentive from the government and all these alphabet agencies... They're looking to the kids as a profit. They can make a profit off of taking them from their home and putting them through the system, getting them into the foster care. They're making money hand over fist. But I mean, I'm encouraging the audience to go and read the book and get involved with Anne and the project that she's engaged in. Thank you very much for that, Caleb. And again, in this book, CPS Pipeline, not only we lay out, if it took you an hour to read it, it would be a lot. It's an inexpensive goldmine of information. But more importantly, there's a bonus chapter in there written by a brilliant man who we work with closely, K.L. Winton, that explains how parents can actually use the system to protect their children from actually being taken. And again, you have to read it to understand it. But if it took you five minutes to even read that chapter and you would see in the big picture how it works, it's something that can be executed. And I highly recommend parents or grandparents do that to protect their kids, because in today's day and age, these agencies at this point, the masks are off and they don't care. They simply do not care that you know who they are. So one of the things that we did was we wrote legislation. In fact, last year, we submitted our first pass of a bill to reform title Florida Statute 39, which is the DCFS statute, Department of Children and Family Services statute. We submitted it to Senator Don Gates. In Florida, he's Matt Gaetz's dad. He's a Florida state senator. We had several phone calls and went over it with him. And because we got in late, we weren't ready to get it in for session. So we waited until this year. But between last year and this year, we did a lot of work. We spoke with a lot of different people around the country and we got what we think is the best parts. And ideas from other states about what was working well on their bills, what wasn't working well, how could we tune that up? And we compiled it into, I think, a really bad, I mean, an amazing bill. It's just a brilliant piece of legislation. That being said, between then and today, Florida stood up a grand jury in Marion County and indicted Department of Children and Families Services on 34 counts of And once that came out a few weeks ago, we learned it was related back to the bill we had submitted and the investigation. We had presented a lot of information to the senator's office. We took those 34 counts and then we matched it up with our bill and beefed it up even more. So we just had another meeting with several members of the Florida House. And we're building a coalition of about 20 people from the House side and the Senate side here in Florida to get this bill through legislation in March when they go back into session next year. And once that's signed into law, we are going to take that and we're going to go around. We're already going, you know, taking it around the country, but we will be benchmarked as the state with the most reformed child protective services legislation. And the goal, Caleb, is simple. Reduce the amount of children that are going into the system. Because like I said, you've got 95% of 500,000 children that shouldn't be in the system. Not to say we shouldn't become better at protecting children from real bad situations, but We shouldn't be putting as many in that simply don't warrant. There's no victim. There's no harm. So we've got to just slow that revolving, that front door down. And when we do that, all that money that's coming out of D.C. that gets dispersed, we will be taking less money out of D.C., which means D.C. is going to have to find another place to spend it because they never get rid of the appropriated funds. We just don't want it coming here because we don't need it. We're very excited about this, and that's called real action. And I'm very proud of that, you know, because you can't complain about something and then not try to figure out how to solve it. In fact, that's our civic duty. Amen to that. Let me personalize this a little bit for the audience. I'm going to paint a scenario, and I'd just love for you to weigh in on this. Let's just say you have a child that was vaccine injured. And because of that, you go into debt because you're trying whatever you can to help this child. And somebody turns you in because you're in poverty. Maybe they saw something. Maybe the child was, you know, sleeping on the floor or on a cot or something, you know, that it wasn't their bed. And so they turn you in for this. Now CPS gets involved. And because the established medical community has not accepted this diagnosis of a vaccine injury, now they're able to take that as well, compile it with the poverty accusation, and they're taking your kid. Is that fair? Is that something you're seeing? 100 percent. Absolutely. I mean, if you read our book, we've got story after story after story that covers all of those scenarios and more. And so we do need to become better at protecting our children from genuine abuse. But we have to become much more disciplined about when and how government separates children from safe parents and families. So our bill reforms four critical points. First, it changes the front door of the Department of Children and Families here in Florida by separating poverty and family hardship from non-criminal safety concerns. And of course, any suspected criminal abuse. And, you know, if you have families who primarily need food, housing, beds, help, I don't know, transportation, maybe to and from school, child care, whatever, stuff like that. Those people should not be automatically be pushed into some sort of investigative pipeline as cases involving sexual abuse and trafficking or torture or anything like that, because they are they're not. They're simply people who have needs and churches and others. I mean, your program would be a wonderful place to start. We are working with organizations like America's Future with Mary Flynn O'Neill. But there are churches around our state that can supply those needs and can help families in need. Secondly, it changes the legal standard for child removal. So prior judicial authorization has to become the norm. Warrantless emergency removal is reserved only for a genuine exigent circumstance. And we go into definitions of what's exigent. It requires an independent law enforcement determination of any probable cause. If there's eminent harm and the inability to obtain any judicial authorization without basically increasing the danger to the child and then third it strengthens due process and evidentiary integrity because this is where it falls down all the time somebody makes a phone call it's anonymous they perhaps were your neighbor they don't like you and they saw your kid outside playing without a coat and it's 50 degrees and they decided they know what's best for your child and so they make a report and cps comes and takes the child so we have to have Real due process. You have to have evidentiary integrity. The parents have to be able to provide exculpatory evidence. And frankly, law enforcement should be on the scene as well with their cameras rolling so that you know you capture exactly what's going on. Because if we told you how many times a caseworker walks in the house, Caleb, and gets in and looks around the house and decides it's messy, there's a glass of wine on the counter while mom's cooking dinner, she must be a drunk, all these things, they just take it to the extreme sometimes. And then the parents are trapped in the system and they're fighting it. And this is how families get bankrupted and families are even further decimated and destroyed. And when they potentially could get their child back, but now they have nothing for the child to come home to. And they go, oh, that's another reason you lost your house. No reason to give you the child back. This is how diabolical the whole thing is. So we are really, I think, dialing in to hold everybody accountable because accountability has to be on both sides of the child protection equation. I got to tell you, the work that you're doing in Florida, this needs to happen, not just in the state of Florida. It needs to happen nationwide. Every single state should have this legislation placed forward. And it's something that I would assume anyway, Anne, that the Democrat, Republican, really doesn't matter where you fall on the political spectrum, that you should support a bill like this. Yeah. Yeah. This is nonpartisan. CPS doesn't care if you're Republican or Democrat, although I'm sure there's cases where rivals have thrown somebody, another rival under the bus, just like husbands and wives do, and neighbors that are mad. I mean, there's retaliation a lot of times, and it's because they allow these anonymous phone calls. This is a nonpartisan issue. Children are our future. If you want to make America great, Caleb, you can't start without making the families great. And right now the families are massively under attack. And, you know, what I love is the fact that our bill doesn't operate from the premise that DCF always intervenes too much or intervenes too little. But because we can look now and point to, I mean, talk about timing. God is incredible. We can point to that Marion County grand jury that found examples of both systemic failure and catastrophic failure to act. And in that report, they also described cases involving repeated warnings, multiple prior investigations, alleged falsification of records, misstatutory deadlines, all kinds of stuff, right? So it was on both sides, the failure to act side And then they overreacted. So I feel like our bill has addressed both of these sides so that we can come to a norm. But again, if something is being reported and it's criminal, law enforcement has to be involved before somebody who is just a caseworker that has no law enforcement experience whatsoever shows up with a clipboard and is going in with a checklist and looking around your house and checking up messy clothes, didn't do the loss, you know, there's a glass of wine, all this stuff. No, we have to get, you know, we got to do this a lot more structured and you've got to have real, you know, specific definitions of what these exigent circumstances are if you're taking a child without a court order. You know, I tell a joke oftentimes when I'm doing presentations as to speak wherever, and it's a libertarian joke and it's a knock-knock joke, but the audience has to say knock-knock and my response is get a warrant. And you get a lot of laughs and everything. It's a great joke. But the reality is I tell people all the time, like if you get somebody like CPS knocking on your door, you don't open the door. You say get a warrant. Is there other steps that people can take to make themselves a little bit of a hard target? Well, yeah. Chapter 11, our book tells you how to protect yourself. So you're not a hard target. That's number one. But if CPS does come knocking at your door, you're right. Never let them in. Ask, first of all, do they have a warrant? Don't let them in your house. Tell them that you will, you know, if they are adamant about they have to talk to you now, this, that, the other, then you need to call a corresponding law enforcement officer or your attorney if you have one and have somebody there as a credible third party witness so that it's not a he said, she said situation. Because until these bills are passed and until you have what we're doing to protect all parties involved, you know, running video cameras the whole time, all of this stuff to document, document, document. If you're not documenting this, then it's problematic because you become guilty until proven innocent. That's how these star chambers work. You don't have a jury of your peers. So you always want somebody on your side with you. And I'm not talking about your spouse. I'm actually talking about somebody else. So either an attorney, if you have one, or... you know, law enforcement, call somebody else from law enforcement. If they send the police, call the sheriff, whatever you can do, but get somebody there. And then, and if that won't work, say, fine, I'll come to your office tomorrow and I'm bringing so-and-so with me. But I absolutely say do not, you know, at any, at all costs, let them in your house at that moment in time, particularly if you know that you've done nothing wrong. If you know you've done something wrong, Well, you're going to be in a whole other situation. But for those parents that like, where did this come from? You got to start by protecting yourself. I think that's sound advice. So, yeah, don't let them in the house because things you're just saying, like the house is a little messy. Mom has wine on the on the kitchen counter while she's preparing dinner. Like I've got three small kids. My house is messy a lot of times. Like kids are little cyclones of destruction. That's what they do. But a CPS worker gets inside there and all of a sudden they're making the check mark. So do not let them into the house. And I love also document, document, document. Like get it on video. Get somebody else a third party. This is all very sound advice because I don't want any parent that has been doing the right thing. That's just trying to parent as well as they possibly can to get their kids removed from them. Uh, and I want to bring up your website. I know you mentioned another one. Legislatively speaking, we have a federal bill as well that we're working on. But we are educating people not only in the work that we do, but by the publications. We have a second book coming out and a third right behind it. So we advocate on behalf of victims in a lot of aspects. We are not here to represent you legally in these cases, but we certainly can connect you with those that can. We're here to cut the head of the snake off and to put the power back to the people, parental rights, which are fundamental, back into the hands of the parent. And again, this is a team approach, right? Since when did you call FEMA when a tree fell on your house in a windstorm? No, your neighbor came over with a chainsaw, right? Right. You didn't wait for FEMA to show up two days, two days, two weeks later. No, your neighbor came and helped you. So why are we looking to the state when there's a crisis in the family? If one of the parents has a drug or drinking problem or emotional issue, why are you removing the children? Get help for that parent. Either remove them or just get help immediately. Help them help themselves. Because children fundamentally want to be with their parents, even when the parents aren't well. They don't want to be on the side of the road or in somebody else's home. It's completely destructive. to their psychological well-being and to the growth. And so we have got to be smarter about what we're doing. And so I appreciate your platform here so much. Thank you. Yeah, absolutely. Or even if the parents, you can't have the kids and the parents, the grandparents, aunt and uncle, which is not something they're doing either. They're putting them in the foster care system instead of with family that they know. And I so appreciate the work that you're doing. Obviously, I've loved your political commentary, because it aligns so much with what I believe. But I also love that you're doing so much with the American Made Foundation.
