[00:00:12] [SPEAKER_00]: To oppose tyranny and fight for the rights our Creator bestowed us in the United States Constitution.

[00:00:22] [SPEAKER_00]: We are The Prepper Broadcasting Network.

[00:00:29] [SPEAKER_01]: Hello, hello, hello everyone out there on Internet Radio Land.

[00:00:34] [SPEAKER_01]: This is Dave Jones, the NBC Guy, back from his week-long trip.

[00:00:39] [SPEAKER_01]: And I must say that all of our preparations worked.

[00:00:46] [SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so there's going to be some future content coming on PBN.

[00:00:53] [SPEAKER_01]: You hear that? I'm turning on all my computers. I haven't checked mail, haven't checked much email.

[00:01:00] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I have been out of the loop on vacation, living it up large on the Jersey Shore.

[00:01:06] [SPEAKER_01]: I gotta tell you, in this daily audio cache, I'm going to give you my impressions of what's going on in the world,

[00:01:16] [SPEAKER_01]: seeing it from the outside in.

[00:01:19] [SPEAKER_01]: Because there were some interesting things that happened to me while I was gone.

[00:01:25] [SPEAKER_01]: You know, something always interesting happens.

[00:01:28] [SPEAKER_01]: It's just sometimes it's hilarious. Sometimes it's just terribly funny.

[00:01:33] [SPEAKER_01]: So, gosh, where do I start? Man, the intrepid commander is leaving. I am liberty.

[00:01:44] [SPEAKER_01]: I, you know, I listen, I only got to listen to about half, you know, and sometimes because I've been duped before on his April Fool stuff.

[00:01:56] [SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes he, he, you know, makes a joke about that.

[00:02:01] [SPEAKER_01]: So I was concerned. I was like chin, you know, when this when he announced that and I said, wait a minute, wait a minute.

[00:02:11] [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe he's joking. Maybe.

[00:02:15] [SPEAKER_01]: I understand, though. I totally understand.

[00:02:20] [SPEAKER_01]: And ladies and gentlemen, the intrepid commander has the finger on the pulse of this country in prepperdom.

[00:02:32] [SPEAKER_01]: OK, like no one I know of.

[00:02:36] [SPEAKER_01]: If this man says it's ready for a change, it is ready for a change.

[00:02:43] [SPEAKER_01]: And man, we are all there. The Democratic National Convention.

[00:02:49] [SPEAKER_01]: I didn't see a minute of it, but I know it was a week long series of lies with little to no policy discussion.

[00:03:03] [SPEAKER_01]: OK, it was like a cheerleading for the left.

[00:03:09] [SPEAKER_01]: They are not interested in being centrist anymore.

[00:03:16] [SPEAKER_01]: For whatever reason, the international left has pushed all their chips across the table and they are all in.

[00:03:26] [SPEAKER_01]: And if you know what that means, you should be prepping your butt off.

[00:03:32] [SPEAKER_01]: The left has never given up power voluntarily.

[00:03:38] [SPEAKER_01]: And I don't know how this is going to go down.

[00:03:40] [SPEAKER_01]: The only thing I know is it is going to go down.

[00:03:48] [SPEAKER_01]: And when the intrepid commander says three months, by God, you better get three months.

[00:03:54] [SPEAKER_01]: You better you better be able to isolate yourself.

[00:03:57] [SPEAKER_01]: Secure your position for three months or longer.

[00:04:04] [SPEAKER_01]: And I'm super happy that we got to take this vacation because it might be the last one for a long, long time.

[00:04:13] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm just saying I'm not predicting.

[00:04:17] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm just worried.

[00:04:18] [SPEAKER_01]: You know, just the state of affairs in the United States and the world.

[00:04:29] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it's an article I read the headlines.

[00:04:35] [SPEAKER_01]: Seventeen ships are going into dry dock because we don't have enough sailors to man them.

[00:04:43] [SPEAKER_01]: OK, when the rest of the world is on fire and on the brink of World War Three, we don't have enough men.

[00:04:52] [SPEAKER_01]: This is just exactly what happened in World War Two.

[00:04:58] [SPEAKER_01]: In World War Two, we had just finished World War One, the Great Depression.

[00:05:05] [SPEAKER_01]: The defense budget was cut by 50 percent.

[00:05:12] [SPEAKER_01]: And there was a bill before Congress to reduce the standing army to nothing but guard and reserve.

[00:05:20] [SPEAKER_01]: We were not going to have a standing army, and it almost passed.

[00:05:27] [SPEAKER_01]: Now, from my perspective at Joint Base Dix Maguire, Lakers, whatever you want to call it.

[00:05:39] [SPEAKER_01]: It was like a ghost town.

[00:05:43] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I noticed it right off.

[00:05:47] [SPEAKER_01]: But Maria came around to saying it seems like this place is on life support, that they're just trying to keep enough people here to keep it going.

[00:06:03] [SPEAKER_01]: Because everything was dead. The pool was dead. The bowling alley was dead. I didn't go to the club.

[00:06:09] [SPEAKER_01]: The PX was dead.

[00:06:13] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, every place we went, the air activity was minimal, minimal and no troops.

[00:06:28] [SPEAKER_01]: Another thing, just a personal observation.

[00:06:32] [SPEAKER_01]: Whenever I went through a gate, a military gate in the past, even though I was retired or in civilian clothes, I got a salute.

[00:06:43] [SPEAKER_01]: I never got a salute this time.

[00:06:47] [SPEAKER_01]: Now, I am not about being saluted.

[00:06:52] [SPEAKER_01]: For those of you who know me, know that that ain't me.

[00:06:56] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm just saying that there is not the level of proficiency, professionalism and people.

[00:07:11] [SPEAKER_01]: There's three P's for you.

[00:07:13] [SPEAKER_01]: Proficiency, professionalism and people that were there.

[00:07:20] [SPEAKER_01]: And McGuire was a hub for material transport.

[00:07:26] [SPEAKER_01]: And man, it was dead.

[00:07:31] [SPEAKER_01]: I did see one unit pull in and it shocked me because it was a chemical unit.

[00:07:38] [SPEAKER_01]: And I actually saw some guys at the PX and I said, hey, what's the chemical core doing here at Fort Dex?

[00:07:46] [SPEAKER_01]: And they said, we're here for annual training, sir.

[00:07:49] [SPEAKER_01]: So it was a reserve unit in on annual training.

[00:07:54] [SPEAKER_01]: So just, I don't know, a sad state of affairs for our military.

[00:08:02] [SPEAKER_01]: And I have some military friends.

[00:08:04] [SPEAKER_01]: I text them in the background questions and it seems we've come to the same conclusion that the United States military is a hollow shell of what it once was.

[00:08:18] [SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, they say recruitment is down 25%.

[00:08:25] [SPEAKER_01]: Now that's insane.

[00:08:29] [SPEAKER_01]: And with so many of the middle management, look, the same thing happened during Obama.

[00:08:36] [SPEAKER_01]: OK, he came in with all these crazy policies and people were getting out.

[00:08:43] [SPEAKER_01]: And now we got the what's your pronouns and, you know, trans gender surgery and all that kind of crap, which has no place in the military.

[00:08:58] [SPEAKER_01]: No place.

[00:09:04] [SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, that's my editorial.

[00:09:07] [SPEAKER_01]: Hey, the matter of fact, guys, actually, Phil Ravele, Google it.

[00:09:16] [SPEAKER_01]: He did a great YouTube video on a man pack GMRS radio.

[00:09:26] [SPEAKER_01]: If you do not have your GMRS radio license, I have to say what is wrong with you?

[00:09:33] [SPEAKER_01]: OK, Trump brought the price down to 35 bucks and it's for everybody in the family.

[00:09:42] [SPEAKER_01]: I can't I can't remember if it's seven or ten years.

[00:09:47] [SPEAKER_01]: No test.

[00:09:49] [SPEAKER_01]: You could you can broadcast up to 50 watts.

[00:09:54] [SPEAKER_01]: And it seems to be the go to prepper network.

[00:10:02] [SPEAKER_01]: So. Ladies and gentlemen, get your GMRS radio hand license, I mean, and get your radio.

[00:10:14] [SPEAKER_01]: Get hooked in. Oh, someone's someone's knocking it might be Larry.

[00:10:21] [SPEAKER_01]: Yes, it was my good friend and highly armed neighbor, Larry.

[00:10:25] [SPEAKER_01]: He is he was the guy that was watching the homestead while we were gone.

[00:10:31] [SPEAKER_01]: And it went well.

[00:10:35] [SPEAKER_01]: Everything worked.

[00:10:36] [SPEAKER_01]: Not not that I should be amazed, but you know, you go away, expect something to be not quite right.

[00:10:45] [SPEAKER_01]: This fell over. That turned off.

[00:10:49] [SPEAKER_01]: Everything worked.

[00:10:51] [SPEAKER_01]: Thank the Lord. Thank the Lord.

[00:10:56] [SPEAKER_01]: Hmm. We we kind of waited the last minute and a lot of that stuff,

[00:11:02] [SPEAKER_01]: but I'm going to I'm going to send video to the Intrepid Commander of how we set things up and what we did.

[00:11:13] [SPEAKER_01]: Now, the beach was just fine.

[00:11:18] [SPEAKER_01]: Everything was just fine.

[00:11:20] [SPEAKER_01]: It's just that that military base was a shell.

[00:11:24] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, an empty shell of what it once was.

[00:11:29] [SPEAKER_01]: I I just couldn't believe it.

[00:11:30] [SPEAKER_01]: Everything closed at eight.

[00:11:33] [SPEAKER_01]: And I go and tell Maria, well, the gas station's open, you know, at least till nine or ten because at the gas station,

[00:11:41] [SPEAKER_01]: you know, it's like a mini market for the military and you get gas.

[00:11:46] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, close that eight closed up at eight.

[00:11:52] [SPEAKER_01]: And that's during the weekend, too.

[00:11:55] [SPEAKER_01]: I just I can't figure it out other than, you know, if the troop strength is down, then everything's down.

[00:12:08] [SPEAKER_01]: It's just not enough there to support anything.

[00:12:11] [SPEAKER_01]: So they close it down.

[00:12:14] [SPEAKER_01]: Sad, very sad.

[00:12:17] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. So what is ahead?

[00:12:23] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, my gosh.

[00:12:25] [SPEAKER_01]: Huge, huge.

[00:12:26] [SPEAKER_01]: We're going to do a live election broadcast.

[00:12:31] [SPEAKER_01]: OK, that's coming up.

[00:12:36] [SPEAKER_01]: The the fast, the fast that we're doing.

[00:12:39] [SPEAKER_01]: This one's going to be a longer fast.

[00:12:41] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm still feeling the effects of the fast.

[00:12:44] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm sleeping good.

[00:12:48] [SPEAKER_01]: Energy levels are there, you know, without supplemental energy drinks.

[00:12:54] [SPEAKER_01]: And I think Ben is still feeling the effects of the fast.

[00:12:59] [SPEAKER_01]: But he did a little longer.

[00:13:01] [SPEAKER_01]: The longer you do it, the longer the effects.

[00:13:05] [SPEAKER_01]: I would like to try an experiment in that for a month, you do 72 hours each one day, 72 hours each one day.

[00:13:22] [SPEAKER_01]: I would like to try that experiment because, wow, talk about build your confidence level.

[00:13:32] [SPEAKER_01]: That's that's a huge, huge confidence builder is fasting because you have a frame of reference.

[00:13:43] [SPEAKER_01]: Your mind don't freak out on you when they say there's no food.

[00:13:48] [SPEAKER_01]: We're not going to eat for a few days.

[00:13:53] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's a confidence builder.

[00:13:58] [SPEAKER_01]: It's just like when we did the chamber exercise in the military.

[00:14:04] [SPEAKER_01]: For every military person out there, they know what this means.

[00:14:08] [SPEAKER_01]: The chamber exercise.

[00:14:10] [SPEAKER_01]: They would pump this room full of C.S. tear gas and you would go in there with your masks on and you would breathe and it would be smoky in there and full of tear gas.

[00:14:26] [SPEAKER_01]: You'd feel the tingle on the back of your neck.

[00:14:29] [SPEAKER_01]: Every place that you sweat, you could feel it burning a little, but you could breathe and you could talk and you could function.

[00:14:38] [SPEAKER_01]: And then you took your mask off and you got the full effect of the tear gas.

[00:14:45] [SPEAKER_01]: So that's what they call a confidence building exercise.

[00:14:49] [SPEAKER_01]: It build confidence in your equipment and your ability to use it.

[00:14:56] [SPEAKER_01]: So that's what a fast does.

[00:15:01] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, usually with your body.

[00:15:06] [SPEAKER_01]: You won't freak out like a person that has never fasted will freak out and it is 80 percent mental.

[00:15:17] [SPEAKER_01]: So I highly recommend fasting and so does Ben and so does the intrepid commander.

[00:15:24] [SPEAKER_01]: PN family, you can tell I missed you.

[00:15:28] [SPEAKER_01]: You can tell I miss being in the saddle, but it was good to be on R&R rest and relaxation.

[00:15:36] [SPEAKER_01]: And it was good.

[00:15:38] [SPEAKER_01]: And now I'm back.

[00:15:40] [SPEAKER_01]: School starts for me on Monday.

[00:15:45] [SPEAKER_01]: And well, we'll see what this year has.

[00:15:50] [SPEAKER_01]: We'll see what this year entails.

[00:15:55] [SPEAKER_01]: Looking forward to it.

[00:15:58] [SPEAKER_01]: Great anticipation, but no tribulation.

[00:16:04] [SPEAKER_01]: Take care, PN family, and I'll talk to you soon.

[00:16:08] [SPEAKER_01]: Dave Jones, the NBC guy, signing off.

[00:16:12] Thank you.
