[00:02:15] [SPEAKER_01]: There's a lot of nuts out there, but it really takes a very special kind of nut to pretend

[00:02:33] [SPEAKER_01]: You have to, well, I have a 16-year-old daughter that's about ready to drive and you have to

[00:02:59] [SPEAKER_01]: We are prepping on here at the Jones Homestead because in Romania they exercised their emergency
[00:03:13] [SPEAKER_01]: alert system and it was the first time since Ceaușesco was in office that they did this
[00:03:25] [SPEAKER_01]: and people freaked out.
[00:03:29] [SPEAKER_01]: Now they think the war is about to happen.
[00:03:34] [SPEAKER_01]: World War III, that war.
[00:03:38] [SPEAKER_01]: And I don't know, but when they get excited in Romania, Maria gets excited here in the
[00:03:47] [SPEAKER_01]: United States and we start prepping like maximum overdrive.
[00:03:55] [SPEAKER_01]: So we got rabbits back, we're doing rabbits again.
[00:04:00] [SPEAKER_01]: One of our rabbits escaped the pen.
[00:04:06] [SPEAKER_01]: The rabbits were very heavy.
[00:04:08] [SPEAKER_01]: We put the females in one pen.
[00:04:11] [SPEAKER_01]: It collapsed the thing.
[00:04:13] [SPEAKER_01]: One of them got away.
[00:04:15] [SPEAKER_01]: So there's a blue, very big heavy fat rabbit, blue that's running around the mountain here.
[00:04:26] [SPEAKER_01]: Well for as long as the fox don't get it.
[00:04:30] [SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, we're on the lookout.
[00:04:32] [SPEAKER_01]: It's only been gone a little over 24 hours so we still have hope that we may find
[00:04:37] [SPEAKER_01]: it.
[00:04:40] [SPEAKER_01]: She is wanting to get more of everything.
[00:04:46] [SPEAKER_01]: We have the aquaponics going.
[00:04:51] [SPEAKER_01]: We have the indoor sprouting that's going, that's going right now.
[00:04:57] [SPEAKER_01]: We have the grow lights on them.
[00:04:59] [SPEAKER_01]: Now we're a little behind the Intrepid Commander because of our elevation here.
[00:05:06] [SPEAKER_01]: And we're about 200 miles more north than he is so he's further south.
[00:05:15] [SPEAKER_01]: So we don't want to put anything out until the 1st of May, maybe even the first week
[00:05:25] [SPEAKER_01]: of May.
[00:05:25] [SPEAKER_01]: Now we may put them in the greenhouse because they may do fine but there has been instances
[00:05:36] [SPEAKER_01]: where we have had cold weather at the end of April, beginning of May and it just, true.
[00:05:48] [SPEAKER_01]: Now we're going to expand our berry production here because berries do quite well.
[00:05:56] [SPEAKER_01]: Naturally we're transplanting some of our raspberries and making a border around our perimeter
[00:06:05] [SPEAKER_01]: which is a natural briar type barrier, you know, anti-personnel barrier around our property
[00:06:19] [SPEAKER_01]: that we can harvest.
[00:06:21] [SPEAKER_01]: How about that?
[00:06:22] [SPEAKER_01]: Things you should think of.
[00:06:25] [SPEAKER_01]: Things that come to mind if you're a prepper.
[00:06:31] [SPEAKER_01]: If you put prickly berries around your perimeter of your property, you could be a prepper.
[00:06:42] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah that's one of those.
[00:06:45] [SPEAKER_01]: If you don't have a front yard but you do have a pasture, you could be a prepper.
[00:06:52] [SPEAKER_01]: I got a million of them.
