[00:00:49] I have one more year of teaching history. Yeah, well that's what's going on in my life. Well, lots of things are going on. They told me they want me to teach an ag elective next year. How about that? The school wants me to partner with a farm that's just down the road from the school

[00:01:15] and teach ag to get a Future Farmers FAA, Future Farmers of America chapter started at the school. So it's interesting. Interesting. I'm all for it. So we'll see how that goes. But that is not why I'm on here. Boy, have this been a week of shows. Man, Steven Minkin was on Monday night.

[00:01:45] That was just pure gold. James and him just talking. Two friends. First time I ever saw Steven Minkin's face, I think, on the video. So his voice sounds just like he looks. Unlike mine. Hey, it's Sarah Hathaway is redoing her audio drama.

[00:02:13] She's remastering and sending it out. And she sent me a clip that she put on YouTube. And it was the only time I did it. A gay guy. And I said, you'd have to send me that clip. If you don't know, I do all kinds of voices for Sarah. And it just happened to be that one particular voice in that clip. So it was interesting.

[00:02:44] And the Patriot Power Hour guys. Man, they were awesome this week. James was awesome this week. The Herbal Prepper. This week was an awesome week for shows. So I am telling you, this was fantastic. I don't know why my phone here is just going crazy. All my apps are opening up.

[00:03:13] And they're, they're, it's not supposed to be this way. I don't know what's going on. Someone, someone is taking control of this old expired phone. Because I am on Spreaker. And speaking of the Patriot Power Hour guys. They have their 300th show coming up. This week, you do not want to miss it. It's going to be fantastic. Totally off the hook. So you don't want to miss that.

[00:03:44] And if it sounds like I have a little bit of a cold. It's just these allergies have been just terrible. Terrible. The pollen. I don't have to tell you guys about spring. Your spring has sprung. It's interesting that the trees that are at the bottom of my driveway. Have blossomed first. And the trees that are at the top of my driveway.

[00:04:09] Where there's, there's not, I mean, there, you know, it's probably, I don't know how long my driveway is. But there's a definite temperature difference. Between the bottom of my driveway and up where my house is. But it's interesting. I pointed that out to the kids the other day. So, I wanted to talk about prepping on and Trump. Help.

[00:04:40] So, the tariffs that have started. First of all, totally 100% controllable. Okay. This is not a disaster or an implosion or a crash. This is a, the market adjusting to a new reality. Okay.

[00:05:08] And at any time, Trump can stop this. So, it's not something out of control. It is totally controllable. So, just understand it for what it is. Don't let the news media scare the crap out of you. And tell you, oh, it's the end of the world. Recession. Depression. Da, da, da, da, da, da. Because it's not.

[00:05:35] It's not like 2008 with the sub-mortgage prime debacle. It's not, let's see, go back to Reagan's time. It's not the savings and loan collapse. Those things were not market reactions. Those were actual catastrophes.

[00:06:00] So, the way I look at this is if you're invested in the market, it just got to buy more now. So, if your dollar cost averaging, you know, and you put $100 in every month, well, your $100 now is buying way more stock than it did just a few days ago. So, hang on, you know.

[00:06:29] This is not the end of the world. This is not that. So, interesting. So, Maria, not sure why my phone's doing that. Let me look. It's just stupid stuff, you know. I should probably turn it down. But then I forget to turn it up. Maria follows the news in Romania.

[00:06:58] And, of course, there's all kinds of crazy stuff going on in Europe. And this news out of Romania reported that in Spain, Chinese nationals are leaving their stores and shops. They are just leaving. And they left the doors open, unlocked for people to take whatever they wanted, whatever they, for free.

[00:07:26] And no one knows where these Chinese nationals went to or are going to. Or are they going back to China? Or are they going, they just abandoned their shops. So, I don't know what that's all about. And it was a strange situation that the news thought they'd report on. So, and may I remind everybody, China is aligned with Russia.

[00:07:56] Okay? So, not sure what's going on. And, of course, if we start bombing Iran for what the Houthis are doing, that's a whole other thing.

[00:08:15] If we send, you know, retaliatory strikes into Iran because of what the Houthis are doing, you know, in retaliation, what will happen then? Will Iran try and cut down the straits of Hormuth or Vermouth or whatever it is? Straits of Vermouth. Yeah.

[00:08:46] Vodka martini, shaken, not stirred. Yeah. I, that, that's what, you know, I'm just listing things that I'm looking at and reasons I continue to prep on because, yeah, Trump's in there and he is a big fan of not going to war.

[00:09:10] But it seems Europe is hell bent on expanding what's going on in Ukraine.

[00:09:20] And, there's reports out of Romania that the villages along the border of Ukraine are now getting, you know, vans driving into the village across the border and snatching up able-bodied young men and taking them back to Ukraine to fight. There are reports of that.

[00:09:43] So, they also reported on the news that the 1,500 soldiers that are in Romania are being pulled out. Now, where they're going and what the reason is, no one knows. But people are a little, the military in Romania are more than a little concerned about this.

[00:10:11] So, yeah, Trump, the big peacemaker, the big fan of not going to war. But everybody else is, you know, Israel, that hasn't stopped. They're bombing Hamas out of existence. They said, you know, cease fire, but that didn't happen.

[00:10:40] So, everybody else wants war. So, we, and how many times has James said war equals off-grid? Do you really think that if there is a world war and everybody knows our Achilles tendon is our electrical grid,

[00:11:08] that they are going to not attack the most vulnerable thing that this nation has? I mean, you can't build war machines without electricity. It's just impossible.

[00:11:28] So, your total ability to create more weapons of war is hanging on by a thread. And they're not going to pick that thread? I expect an all-out attack on the electrical grid of the United States. And what I mean by all-out attack, I mean everything.

[00:11:57] Sabotage, EMP, you know, if they don't get it all, they can get portions of it in critical areas that will make us not be able to ship build anymore. Or, you know, tanks or planes or weaponry. Or at least impede that long enough, you know, that we can't get backups into the field.

[00:12:25] And how that would affect you, wherever you are, you know, you just got to be prepping for that. So, ladies and gentlemen, I submit to you the evidence before the world that you should be prepping on and not sitting back on your laurels saying, well, Trump's in charge. Everything's good. Speaking of which, there's going to be another prepper camp.

[00:12:55] So, and right now, although Maria runs really hot and cold on this, she wants to take the kids out of school and all of us go to prepper camp together. I think it's because of what happened last year. Yeah.

[00:13:18] Anyway, she's making nettle tinctures and she wants to create all kinds of stuff to bring to prepper camp itself. So, Rick, if you're listening, I haven't answered your email yet because, well, Maria's changing my mind as we speak. So, now we're all gone. And what does that mean? I'm sure we all can't sleep in the back of that little travel trailer.

[00:13:46] Well, I take that back. We could. We could. Be a little snug. Be warm. Yeah. Usually kind of chilly at prepper camp. Last year, it was kind of hurricane-y. Hurricane-y, rock-slide-y, tree-fall-y-down-y. It was kind of like that. Yeah.
