DAC - Winchester Or Federal? Which Is Better?

[00:00:36] Oh my gosh, so we're putting the fans with the rabbits and the livestock. It's getting hot. So I got to put the... I have a solar fan for the chicken coop and it blows air in one end and out the other. We're going to move some chickens.

[00:00:57] You gotta water them twice a day when it's this hot because they just go through it. So keep an eye on your livestock when it gets hot like this. You gotta give them extra water, extra stuff that they need.

[00:01:12] You may also experience that they eat less. They're just like people. If they're too hot they don't eat as much. Just saying. So the Intrepid Commander is under the weather. That's interesting. It's interesting how it came about. You can say that this has never happened before

[00:01:36] but you've never been this old before. Okay, James if you're listening. Just from experience you've never been this old before. So that may be a factor. People think that they're 20 and their capabilities at 20 are going to last forever.

[00:02:05] You've got to figure things out when you can't do the things that you used to do. A prepper joke came to mind which I cannot share. Maybe a prepper camp I will. I got to talk to Jay Ferg this past week.

[00:02:27] I won't tell you what it was about but it was very nice talking to Jay Ferg and her wonderful companion. We shared a few jokes and stories and we're looking forward to prepper camp. So the current plan is Monday we're going to butcher some more chickens.

[00:02:52] We took care of the guineas the other day. They are nice. They are nice. Like I said, bigger than a chicken smaller than a turkey. It's all dark meat. It's really good. So Monday, Mondays the day will probably process about 20 chickens.

[00:03:17] But it's planned. They've had a stay of execution a few times now. So they've managed to get the governor to call and last minute stay. I did not get to tell you that great shows this week too. On Patriot Power guys were on fire. What happened to Dane?

[00:03:46] Dane must be awful busy on the homestead. Usually he comes on and does like 20-30 minutes about a thing that's bugging him or something he's been researching or thinking about. Don't forget Dane D has the quintessential book on the AK-47.

[00:04:06] It's everything you need to know if you have an AK. I don't even have an AK but I have the book in case I come across one in the post-apocalyptic world that I think is approaching now that the Russians are in Cuba.

[00:04:29] I heard an interesting... who said it? Gosh, I wonder... Florida had more... I think it was James. I think James said this. Florida had more rain. They had record breaking rainfall without a hurricane. They said this has never happened unless there was a hurricane that caused it.

[00:04:56] It was at the same time that the Russian ships went into Cuba. James said what if they were seeding the clouds? Of course there are more and more terrorists and terrorist attacks going on. Another substation was shot up in South Carolina just like before.

[00:05:22] So what is the FBI doing to jikestan? Man. And the more that comes out about this, these guys were in three different sanctuary cities. These eight guys were split up in teams and what was their plan?

[00:05:51] What were they going to execute and a better question on whose behalf? You know, Hezbollah is sending rockets from Lebanon into Israel. So expect the Israeli response in Lebanon. Today is Friday. So they did this on the Muslim Sabbath.

[00:06:27] They performed their executions on the Muslim Sabbath day too. It's part of the religion to kill people. But that's interesting. So I don't know if the Israelis will retaliate on Saturday or wait until next Friday. The Israelis picked their targets well and they don't do anything halfway.

[00:07:02] It's a measured response that is measurably higher than what the attack was. Usually that's what the Israelis do. What's going on in the NBC guys mind? I'm still thinking about shotguns. I don't know why. Shotguns, shot shells. I want a double-brow shotgun.

[00:07:29] I want to be able to pull both triggers at the same time. I don't know why. When I was in Baghdad, I told those guys, I said, I want shotguns and hand grenades. I want area weapons. I don't want point weapons. I want area.

[00:07:54] I don't know why. Maybe all this is triggering that memory. I'm just fascinated by shotguns. Hey, here's a survey I put out and got no response in the back channel. If you had to choose between federal and Winchester, which shotgun round would you choose?

[00:08:42] Probably none, but I thought I'd throw that out there. You can get a hundred pack for like $73 at Walmart. A hundred shells, hundred shotgun shells, $73. The Winchester is a little more, I think it's like $78. But is the Winchester that much better or is federal better?

[00:09:14] That's what I don't know. And I haven't shot any of them yet to even know. I probably should do that. Take them up and shoot them and see which one has a better pattern. Anyway, got to get back to work.
