[00:03:40] by the way but it's just the beginning this is what this is how my brain works and a lot of you guys know it I see these things that are amazing and I see the future I'm like oh these things are going to be everywhere I'm going to give you a tip now because it's what popped into my head somewhere in my neighborhood is a guardrail and when I saw this thing I said you know what a good place for a starter might not stay there forever but a good place for a starter node in my community

[00:04:11] would be magnetized to this guardrail it could even be the cool thing about it is it could even be pretty covert if you're smart about where you place it right because what I'm thinking is that internal portion of the guardrail assuming that I can get good sun right for the solar powering portion

[00:12:39] cool let me check that out and it was literally that song i pulled it out of long downloads long past and it turned out to be the exact song so let's get into the summary of uh recent developments china has imposed new export licensing restrictions on seven rare earth minerals crucial for u.s weapon manufacturing including components in the f-35 jets and tomahawk missiles the move threatens to disrupt

[00:13:06] u.s defense supply chains and shift strategic leverage to china the cyber security and infrastructure security agency warned of disruption and a uk-based think tank agreed ultimately quote ultimately this could give beijing a crucial strategic advantage in long-term u.s china competition for military and technological supremacy i just i disagree with the uk-based think tank to be honest with you no really i do i disagree

[00:13:32] wholeheartedly um we are under new management okay and it's the kind of management that i don't think people really can understand the pace at which things are happening we're under actual management like things get done and they get done fast i don't look at the u.s government right now the federal government particularly at the executive level um that's this thing that's like

[00:14:03] you know good ideas and and things are going to get stuck in bureaucratic web maybe they do right maybe they do maybe some will this will not this will not be one of those things you know the the minerals and the rare earths and all that kind of we we have them here too here's the secret to the rare earth conversation we've got everything but the problem is

[00:14:34] our dependence on rare earth minerals and electronics is filthy and terrible and bad for human health and bad for the health of the planet it's very pollutive and and the process sucks to get them out of the earth you know there's chemicals used and and all kinds of stuff right we want other people to do it

[00:14:58] that's all that's all it is all it is is we don't want those disgusting putrid minds messing up our beautiful country so we've farmed it out to china because they don't care about their country i mean you look at what the you know they do with pollutants you look at waterways you look at you know they don't care um i mean the hard truth is that's what it is we don't want to do that to our beautiful lands

[00:15:27] we want to find another nation to do it and that's it and we will this is one that i am a little nervous about with trump the trump administration's considering tariffs on pharmaceutical imports raising concerns about disruptions to the generic drug supply now um 90 of u.s prescriptions are generic and mostly sourced overseas in the trajectory of one of possible shortages and price hikes this uh

[00:15:54] this one makes me nervous you know the department of commerce issued a notice to assess with a main eighth deadline an analyst says it likely to result in recommendation to present day he imposed significant tariffs on imports pharmaceuticals i get it it seems we have to make it impossible for these companies to make money unless they make stuff here that's the whole idea particularly with

[00:16:19] this and look we need to make our own medicine like that's a must we have to make our own medicine you can't have the country you're most likely to go to war with making your medicine and your weapons and your electronics and the and the and the most important and elements of your power grid right can't do it we can't live that way anymore it's like a abusive relationship you know what i mean we're like a like a beaten wife that just keeps going back to the husband you know he helps pays the bills

[00:16:49] so uh it's something you got to do you just got to do it all that said this is one of those issues where you can't be like cut it all off because people die in weeks you know if you run short on medicine or if you put yourself in a position where you're close and then something crazy happens and listen everything in the world is positioned for something crazy to happen right china itself has

[00:17:17] not done anything crazy like they're getting pushed into a corner like you wouldn't believe russia they seem to be wanting to come to the table we'll see how that goes you never know with them they do crazy stuff they'll be like we want peace and then they'll unleash the largest bombing you've ever seen so if you if you dwindle your access to these things um and then all of a sudden

[00:17:42] something crazy happens you got problems right uh april 15th white house fact sheet china faces up the 245 tariff on imports to the united states as a result of its retaliatory actions yeah that sucks to some degree um but at the same time like it's good that we did that it's good that you stood strong

[00:18:08] it's good that china said oh yeah well we're gonna give you retaliatory actions and then we said okay 245 how's that sound sound good is everybody gonna have a bowl of rice in china now g topple that guy anyway uh there's talk about the lawsuit in maine yeah the department of justice filed a lawsuit against

[00:18:35] maine for refusing to enforce president trump's executive order that bans males identifying as females from participating in girls sports look the long and short of it in high school guys is you're stealing opportunity that's it it's the end of it you're potentially injuring people and you're stealing away literal money opportunity and the future of these girls and that's all you know what i mean

[00:19:01] there's we really don't it doesn't have to be anything else like that's the deal that's the way i look at it anyway yeah people could get injured and and you screw up the record books and that kind of stuff and that's bad you know and it's really bad when it goes really bad um but to me the saddest thing is is that there's a girl who has been playing her whole life on a sport and she excels at it and

[00:19:29] you know there could be more than one girl depending on the school um and this is how they're gonna get to college you know the mommy and daddy ain't rich you know they're looking at i want to go to college for this thing and that's what i want my life to be built on we're talking about building your life on something like this you know what i mean and they're gonna do it through their athletic acumen and

[00:19:52] obviously the hard work with their grades and then along comes some dude who just jumps right into first place and i'm sorry man if you can put a stop to that why wouldn't you and it absolutely blows my mind that the country is not united on this issue you can be united on this issue right we can be

[00:20:18] united on this issue and just say hey look i get that you're going through some kind of existential gender crisis at the moment but people got plans do you know what i'm saying like the we you can't just jump in front of people in line doesn't work that way you can't just pretend you you don't get to play pretend while a little girl's life goes into the toilet can't do it sorry and that's the end of it
