[00:04:22] which is just a, you know, 20-day fitness routine kettlebell exercises.

[00:04:57] A lot of core, basic Kettlebell moves.
[00:05:05] What I really want is people to buy kettlebells and use kettlebells.
[00:05:08] Because they're amazing.
[00:05:11] They are an amazing tool for physical fitness.
[00:05:15] And the first time I touched one, I didn't really quite understand it.
[00:05:20] And before long, it became really, like I said, the core of my physical fitness.
[00:05:26] One of the reasons is you can buy them all sizes.
[00:05:30] And really get strong because they strengthen your body in ways that traditional, not all, but some traditional exercises don't.
[00:05:43] I had something like a mentor.
[00:05:48] I had something like a mentor, a guy named Antoine, who taught me how to swing a kettlebell.
[00:05:54] He taught me all about the kettlebell first.
[00:05:58] And what Antoine really explained to me that changed the way I looked at physical fitness and strength,
[00:06:09] was he said, if you want to look good, train the front of your body.
[00:06:16] If you want to get strong, train the back of your body.
[00:06:21] Right?
[00:06:22] So the kettlebell, there's almost nothing.
[00:06:24] You could do, like, you can do kettlebell bench press style, right?
[00:06:31] Like dumb, almost like a dumbbell press kind of.
[00:06:34] You could do that.
[00:06:36] But that's not really what the kettlebell's for.
[00:06:39] The moves that were developed for the kettlebell, almost none of them have anything to do with your chest.
[00:06:47] Because it predominantly focuses on your back and your hamstrings and your calves.
[00:06:55] You know what I mean?
[00:06:56] And the back of the body.
[00:06:58] Your glutes.
[00:07:00] You know what I mean?
[00:07:00] All that.
[00:07:01] It really does focus on that.
[00:07:04] And you can get strong, really strong, by just doing those things.
[00:07:09] I mean, you really can get strong.
[00:07:12] And you don't even really have to look really strong.
[00:07:14] And I think there's some benefits to that.
[00:07:17] You know what I mean?
[00:07:17] I think there are some benefits to being explosive and being strong and not looking like, you know, somebody on social media.
[00:07:28] With the abs and the pecs and the whole thing.
[00:07:33] So I just wanted to get on briefly.
