[00:00:02] [SPEAKER_08]: Prepper Broadcasting Network
[00:00:40] [SPEAKER_08]: I had some place to escape to.
[00:00:43] [SPEAKER_08]: And in that sentence he told us the entire story.
[00:00:46] [SPEAKER_08]: If we lose freedom here, there's no place to escape to.
[00:00:48] [SPEAKER_08]: This is the last stand on Earth.
[00:00:55] [SPEAKER_09]: This is the last stand on Earth.
[00:01:01] [SPEAKER_09]: The last stand on Earth.
[00:02:11] [SPEAKER_04]: You are now listening to the Patriot Power Hour.
[00:02:14] [SPEAKER_04]: This live episode features the situational awareness you need
[00:02:18] [SPEAKER_04]: to practice self-reliance and independence.
[00:02:22] [SPEAKER_04]: Introducing your hosts, Ben, the Breaker of Banksters,
[00:02:26] [SPEAKER_04]: and Future Dan, the editor of futuredanger.com.
[00:02:34] [SPEAKER_06]: Patriot Power Hour, we are live episode 275.
[00:02:40] [SPEAKER_06]: Ben, the Breaker of Banksters here with Future Dan.
[00:02:42] [SPEAKER_06]: Future Dan, it is August 21st, 2024.
[00:02:45] [SPEAKER_06]: Getting closer and closer to the election, that's for sure.
[00:02:49] [SPEAKER_07]: This is Patriot Power Hour.
[00:02:52] [SPEAKER_07]: Not the news sucks, so you have to prep.
[00:02:56] [SPEAKER_07]: But the news isn't that bad tonight.
[00:03:00] [SPEAKER_07]: It's got some serious direction to it though.
[00:03:04] [SPEAKER_07]: And we're going to get into all of that.
[00:03:06] [SPEAKER_07]: But before we do, it was one week ago
[00:03:09] [SPEAKER_07]: that this Patriot Power Hour blocked 7 to 8 p.m. Eastern on Wednesdays
[00:03:15] [SPEAKER_07]: that I think you kicked off or shortly thereafter kicked off your fast.
[00:03:21] [SPEAKER_07]: And that fast continues right now. How you doing?
[00:03:25] [SPEAKER_06]: It does continue. I'm actually on 118 hours right now.
[00:03:30] [SPEAKER_06]: Almost five full days.
[00:03:34] [SPEAKER_06]: I started, or I guess my last meal was Friday.
[00:03:38] [SPEAKER_06]: So today's Wednesday. So five days ago, Friday.
[00:03:42] [SPEAKER_06]: At 9 p.m. I was going to try to have my last meal at 6 p.m.
[00:03:46] [SPEAKER_06]: but I cheated a little bit. I'm not going to eat for a few days.
[00:03:48] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm going to have a little bit more eggs and a little steak as well.
[00:03:53] [SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, it's been five full days.
[00:03:56] [SPEAKER_06]: Essentially I'm going to break my fast tomorrow mid-afternoon.
[00:04:02] [SPEAKER_06]: So fasted right now. Feeling pretty great.
[00:04:05] [SPEAKER_06]: Actually just in the last few hours is almost the only time
[00:04:08] [SPEAKER_06]: I've started to feel a little drain in energy.
[00:04:11] [SPEAKER_06]: But I had to go to the office today. I had commuted.
[00:04:13] [SPEAKER_06]: I was stuck in traffic. I'd been in the car for two and a half hours
[00:04:16] [SPEAKER_06]: dealing with crap. And I was super energetic and productive today.
[00:04:20] [SPEAKER_06]: So eh, we'll see. I guess this will be a judge of my mental clarity.
[00:04:23] [SPEAKER_06]: But I'm feeling okay. But I'm excited to get over, you know,
[00:04:27] [SPEAKER_06]: to break the fast. It's been good. But good things come to an end.
[00:04:32] [SPEAKER_07]: What are the symptoms or sensations or, I mean how do you know right now
[00:04:41] [SPEAKER_07]: that you haven't eaten in five days?
[00:04:44] [SPEAKER_07]: What's the standout symptom?
[00:04:47] [SPEAKER_06]: I would say a little lightheaded here and there. Not always.
[00:04:52] [SPEAKER_06]: And I would say the best way to handle that is make sure you're
[00:04:55] [SPEAKER_06]: drinking enough water and electrolytes. So maybe we'll talk about
[00:04:58] [SPEAKER_06]: that in a second. But occasionally I feel a little lightheaded
[00:05:01] [SPEAKER_06]: or a little, just a little like whoa. Not even dizzy though.
[00:05:06] [SPEAKER_06]: Like a one out of ten or a one and a half out of ten.
[00:05:10] [SPEAKER_06]: Occasionally, like if you need stand up.
[00:05:12] [SPEAKER_06]: So I think that's more of a hydration, electrolyte thing.
[00:05:15] [SPEAKER_06]: And since I was at work I didn't get as much today maybe.
[00:05:18] [SPEAKER_06]: Otherwise you do fantasize about food a lot more.
[00:05:23] [SPEAKER_06]: Like you'll just think about even like mundane food in a way
[00:05:28] [SPEAKER_06]: like a strawberry. You can just think about a strawberry
[00:05:30] [SPEAKER_06]: if you see one and just be like oh that's going to be so good.
[00:05:33] [SPEAKER_06]: Whereas when you weren't fasting, yeah I like strawberries.
[00:05:36] [SPEAKER_06]: I never thought much else about them.
[00:05:37] [SPEAKER_06]: So I've done that with, I was talking to the guys a couple days
[00:05:42] [SPEAKER_06]: ago. I was with Dave Jones and Intrepid Commander and they
[00:05:47] [SPEAKER_06]: went like 72 hours or so. And Dave Jones has gone a whole
[00:05:50] [SPEAKER_06]: week before so he's even going to go longer than I have.
[00:05:53] [SPEAKER_06]: But I was telling them that I didn't even mean to but I was
[00:05:56] [SPEAKER_06]: just looking into my refrigerator kind of habitually and I
[00:05:59] [SPEAKER_06]: just was like looking at a jar of peanut butter for like
[00:06:03] [SPEAKER_06]: 30 seconds before I realized what I was doing.
[00:06:05] [SPEAKER_07]: And I was like wait, wait, wait.
[00:06:07] [SPEAKER_07]: You're fasting now on 118 and a half hours.
[00:06:14] [SPEAKER_07]: And you were just checking out what's inside the refrigerator
[00:06:19] [SPEAKER_07]: by just coincidence. You went through the kitchen
[00:06:22] [SPEAKER_07]: thought I should just look in here.
[00:06:25] [SPEAKER_07]: But I'm not like wicked hungry right now.
[00:06:28] [SPEAKER_06]: Well this is a couple days ago.
[00:06:30] [SPEAKER_06]: I think I've only looked at the refrigerator like four or
[00:06:32] [SPEAKER_06]: five times but since almost everyone except like once was
[00:06:36] [SPEAKER_06]: absent mindedly once or twice I was like getting like some
[00:06:41] [SPEAKER_06]: water and I had a couple like carbonated waters that are no
[00:06:46] [SPEAKER_06]: calories no sweetener no artificial sweetener either just
[00:06:49] [SPEAKER_06]: like water carbonated water.
[00:06:51] [SPEAKER_06]: So that in black coffee. But a couple of times I went to
[00:06:53] [SPEAKER_06]: get some of those. But there was times where I just kind
[00:06:57] [SPEAKER_06]: of was standing by the kitchen for whatever reason and
[00:06:59] [SPEAKER_06]: just like open the fridge out of habit probably.
[00:07:02] [SPEAKER_06]: And really what one time I was like I'm going to go
[00:07:04] [SPEAKER_06]: And then one time specifically I was just I did that and I
[00:07:06] [SPEAKER_06]: was looking at just a jar.
[00:07:07] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't have much in my fridge. Trust me.
[00:07:09] [SPEAKER_06]: I was looking at a jar of like almond butter and I was
[00:07:12] [SPEAKER_06]: like oh that looks so good.
[00:07:13] [SPEAKER_06]: And then I snapped out of it sort of like well shit I
[00:07:16] [SPEAKER_06]: can't look at that but I didn't realize I wasn't going
[00:07:21] [SPEAKER_06]: in there to look or like torture myself.
[00:07:23] [SPEAKER_06]: So that so the random daydreaming of food is you
[00:07:28] [SPEAKER_06]: know much more your smell is much more acute which is a
[00:07:31] [SPEAKER_06]: good thing probably maybe it depends I guess by smelly
[00:07:34] [SPEAKER_06]: people. But you can smell good and bad things more
[00:07:37] [SPEAKER_06]: clearly if that makes sense.
[00:07:41] [SPEAKER_07]: That's so that's about it.
[00:07:43] [SPEAKER_07]: How far along before you personally think you might
[00:07:47] [SPEAKER_07]: get delirious enough that you might be going to
[00:07:52] [SPEAKER_07]: places that you have food stored and you're kind of
[00:07:56] [SPEAKER_07]: semi conscious about it.
[00:07:57] [SPEAKER_07]: You just kind of want you know you get something
[00:08:01] [SPEAKER_07]: that you're like oh I'm going to get that food.
[00:08:02] [SPEAKER_07]: Maybe when you're really tired.
[00:08:04] [SPEAKER_07]: How far before you start losing your senses and
[00:08:07] [SPEAKER_07]: wouldn't wouldn't be able to keep away from looking
[00:08:09] [SPEAKER_07]: for that food.
[00:08:11] [SPEAKER_06]: So the tiredness would make a huge difference.
[00:08:14] [SPEAKER_06]: Sleep deprivation would just make this so much worse.
[00:08:19] [SPEAKER_06]: That said I need less sleep.
[00:08:23] [SPEAKER_06]: I know I normally I need a lot of sleep.
[00:08:25] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm just I say it's because I got a big brain but
[00:08:27] [SPEAKER_06]: maybe I'm lazy or whatever.
[00:08:31] [SPEAKER_06]: I get up to nine hours and feel pretty good on the
[00:08:33] [SPEAKER_06]: work days you know.
[00:08:35] [SPEAKER_06]: And this whole week I've been waking up at about
[00:08:38] [SPEAKER_06]: the seven and a half hour mark so that's at least
[00:08:41] [SPEAKER_06]: a full hour less and I feel just as good or
[00:08:44] [SPEAKER_06]: better in the morning.
[00:08:45] [SPEAKER_06]: And I kind of oppose that too in my past
[00:08:49] [SPEAKER_06]: sometimes on a night eater or I would wake up in
[00:08:52] [SPEAKER_06]: the middle of the night and eat something kind
[00:08:54] [SPEAKER_06]: of a bowl of cereal like not good right.
[00:08:57] [SPEAKER_06]: And I would feel like crap the next day I'd
[00:09:01] [SPEAKER_06]: still feel crappy because my blood sugars and
[00:09:03] [SPEAKER_06]: my digestion is all jacked up because I ate
[00:09:05] [SPEAKER_06]: like two in the morning.
[00:09:07] [SPEAKER_06]: Anyway long story short need less sleep but
[00:09:10] [SPEAKER_06]: I know I would be way more delirious and just
[00:09:13] [SPEAKER_06]: like maybe even more willing to cheat or
[00:09:15] [SPEAKER_06]: whatever if I was tired for sure.
[00:09:20] [SPEAKER_07]: So is there any food that you dislike just
[00:09:25] [SPEAKER_07]: that much that if if you say you're ending
[00:09:31] [SPEAKER_07]: your life now that like even today right now
[00:09:33] [SPEAKER_07]: you'd say no I'm a pass on that.
[00:09:35] [SPEAKER_07]: I'm going to I'll eat something else.
[00:09:37] [SPEAKER_07]: I'll wait. I don't I don't like that enough
[00:09:41] [SPEAKER_06]: we'll consider this true real food in the
[00:09:43] [SPEAKER_06]: American sense. No cats and dogs for
[00:09:47] [SPEAKER_06]: example.
[00:09:51] [SPEAKER_06]: I honestly almost everything sounds appetizing
[00:09:54] [SPEAKER_06]: to me if I really think about it but on
[00:09:57] [SPEAKER_06]: the other hand I don't have much hunger so
[00:09:59] [SPEAKER_06]: that's something really interesting about
[00:10:01] [SPEAKER_06]: fasting is after the first like 24 hours
[00:10:04] [SPEAKER_06]: 36 hours you actually lose a lot of your
[00:10:06] [SPEAKER_06]: hunger and sometimes you like fantasize
[00:10:08] [SPEAKER_06]: about the food but not even feel the same
[00:10:11] [SPEAKER_06]: hunger as much. It's kind of weird but
[00:10:15] [SPEAKER_06]: name some random foods that are kind of
[00:10:18] [SPEAKER_06]: gross and I'll let you know.
[00:10:21] [SPEAKER_07]: I don't know for me it was probably
[00:10:22] [SPEAKER_07]: green peas but OK.
[00:10:26] [SPEAKER_07]: As I shared last week the most
[00:10:28] [SPEAKER_07]: promised I've ever done this is 36 hours
[00:10:31] [SPEAKER_07]: last day and a half a range of school in
[00:10:33] [SPEAKER_07]: the third phase with zero food but I
[00:10:36] [SPEAKER_07]: can tell you that the day before that
[00:10:39] [SPEAKER_07]: I had traded away a tuna fish a meal
[00:10:43] [SPEAKER_07]: ready MRE tuna fish pouch.
[00:10:48] [SPEAKER_07]: Circa 1997 and didn't look back.
[00:10:53] [SPEAKER_07]: I think I got like few condiments for
[00:10:55] [SPEAKER_07]: it but I was fine. I was fine not having
[00:10:58] to eat it. I was fine.
[00:10:58] [SPEAKER_07]: But that was only a day and a half.
[00:11:00] [SPEAKER_07]: You're on day five just wondering if
[00:11:03] [SPEAKER_07]: you have a least favorite food that
[00:11:04] [SPEAKER_06]: you turn down right. Yeah I would say
[00:11:08] [SPEAKER_06]: you were in much worse condition
[00:11:10] [SPEAKER_06]: because you've been months and months
[00:11:12] [SPEAKER_06]: of low food and heavy activity.
[00:11:15] [SPEAKER_06]: I really prepped well for this fast
[00:11:17] [SPEAKER_06]: where I was just eating super clean
[00:11:18] [SPEAKER_06]: for at least three weeks before and
[00:11:21] [SPEAKER_06]: I took a lot of supplements a lot
[00:11:23] [SPEAKER_06]: of fish oil vitamin D vitamin C all
[00:11:25] [SPEAKER_06]: that stuff that could make your fast
[00:11:28] [SPEAKER_06]: way worse. So but I don't like meat
[00:11:31] [SPEAKER_06]: loaf very much but I would kill some
[00:11:33] [SPEAKER_06]: meatloaf right now. So hard to say
[00:11:36] [SPEAKER_06]: it's hard to say that yes things I
[00:11:38] [SPEAKER_06]: would like a lot more than other
[00:11:41] [SPEAKER_06]: things but I don't feel like I
[00:11:44] [SPEAKER_06]: would like literally some green olives
[00:11:45] [SPEAKER_06]: I would kill that right now just
[00:11:47] [SPEAKER_06]: give me some cheese just like I
[00:11:49] [SPEAKER_06]: would eat tuna. I wouldn't want to
[00:11:51] [SPEAKER_06]: know that much but I would eat a
[00:11:53] [SPEAKER_07]: tuna. Well how far does this go.
[00:11:59] [SPEAKER_06]: Where are you aiming for. So on our
[00:12:03] [SPEAKER_06]: show and you guys missed it the
[00:12:04] [SPEAKER_06]: fasted cast go listen to it.
[00:12:06] [SPEAKER_06]: Intrepid commander myself Dave Jones
[00:12:09] [SPEAKER_06]: we decided in February we're going
[00:12:12] [SPEAKER_06]: to do another long fast and I'm
[00:12:15] [SPEAKER_06]: all I'm not going to do this five
[00:12:16] [SPEAKER_06]: plus day fast probably until
[00:12:19] [SPEAKER_06]: February but I'll do maybe once a
[00:12:21] [SPEAKER_06]: month like a 36 or 48 hour one
[00:12:23] [SPEAKER_06]: maybe for various reasons but long
[00:12:25] [SPEAKER_06]: story short I'm going to try to go
[00:12:28] [SPEAKER_06]: for a full week then but I'm just
[00:12:30] [SPEAKER_06]: going to go for about five to five
[00:12:32] [SPEAKER_06]: and a half days this time and that
[00:12:36] [SPEAKER_06]: way I can achieve something better
[00:12:37] [SPEAKER_06]: next time. But also I don't want
[00:12:40] [SPEAKER_06]: to burn too much muscle. I don't
[00:12:41] [SPEAKER_06]: want to press my luck too much
[00:12:43] [SPEAKER_06]: because this is like double what
[00:12:45] [SPEAKER_06]: I've ever done and it's going
[00:12:47] [SPEAKER_06]: really well but I'm also waiting
[00:12:48] [SPEAKER_06]: for the other shoe to drop you
[00:12:50] [SPEAKER_06]: know. So I think yet tomorrow
[00:12:52] [SPEAKER_06]: depends how I feel tomorrow but
[00:12:54] [SPEAKER_06]: pretty much from noon on I'm going
[00:12:56] [SPEAKER_06]: to allow myself to pull the
[00:12:58] [SPEAKER_06]: rip cord and I'm going to try to
[00:13:00] [SPEAKER_06]: go to maybe four or five and then
[00:13:02] [SPEAKER_06]: just eat for a few hours and go
[00:13:03] [SPEAKER_06]: to sleep because I don't want to
[00:13:05] [SPEAKER_06]: like trust me once you start
[00:13:07] [SPEAKER_06]: eating you don't really want to
[00:13:08] [SPEAKER_06]: stop. So if I start eating at
[00:13:10] [SPEAKER_06]: like noon I'll probably just eat
[00:13:11] [SPEAKER_06]: and eat and eat and eat and
[00:13:12] [SPEAKER_06]: that's not good for you when you
[00:13:13] [SPEAKER_06]: after a fast. So anyway we're at
[00:13:18] [SPEAKER_06]: nearly five full days and I think
[00:13:22] [SPEAKER_06]: we're going to get a little
[00:13:22] [SPEAKER_06]: more is where I end up. Yeah. So
[00:13:28] [SPEAKER_07]: what do you think the prospects
[00:13:29] [SPEAKER_07]: are hanging on to that seven and
[00:13:31] [SPEAKER_07]: a half hour nightly sleep. Are
[00:13:33] [SPEAKER_07]: you aiming to do that after
[00:13:35] [SPEAKER_07]: this is over. I got a feeling
[00:13:38] [SPEAKER_06]: I'll be real tired and sleepy
[00:13:40] [SPEAKER_06]: all weekend when I'm eating
[00:13:43] [SPEAKER_06]: which is good and bad because
[00:13:45] [SPEAKER_06]: I need to heal up and absorb
[00:13:46] [SPEAKER_06]: all that but you know you don't
[00:13:47] [SPEAKER_06]: want to be you don't want to
[00:13:50] [SPEAKER_06]: be a little bit of a
[00:13:50] [SPEAKER_06]: you know if you swing up and
[00:13:53] [SPEAKER_06]: down a lot it's not good for
[00:13:54] [SPEAKER_06]: you. But what was the question
[00:13:56] [SPEAKER_06]: maybe I forgot now there's my
[00:13:58] [SPEAKER_07]: first failing. No I mean I
[00:14:01] [SPEAKER_07]: would you would you want to
[00:14:02] [SPEAKER_07]: adopt a seven and a half hour
[00:14:05] [SPEAKER_07]: you know you say you're doing
[00:14:06] [SPEAKER_07]: well with it now. I'll tell
[00:14:08] [SPEAKER_07]: you I've always been five
[00:14:09] [SPEAKER_07]: minimum less than that and I'm
[00:14:11] [SPEAKER_07]: in trouble not not feeling
[00:14:13] [SPEAKER_07]: great and seven and a half
[00:14:20] [SPEAKER_07]: hours going longer than seven
[00:14:22] [SPEAKER_07]: and a half is actually
[00:14:24] [SPEAKER_07]: detrimental. I've actually I'll
[00:14:26] [SPEAKER_07]: be yawning all day long if
[00:14:28] [SPEAKER_07]: I oversleep which wasn't true
[00:14:31] [SPEAKER_07]: when I was your age but maybe
[00:14:32] [SPEAKER_07]: that's coming for you too.
[00:14:35] [SPEAKER_06]: A compared to where I was
[00:14:38] [SPEAKER_06]: nearing 40 and compared to
[00:14:40] [SPEAKER_06]: where I was when I was 25 I
[00:14:41] [SPEAKER_06]: can definitely not sleep as
[00:14:43] [SPEAKER_06]: long but I'm sure as you get
[00:14:46] [SPEAKER_06]: older I definitely heard the
[00:14:47] [SPEAKER_06]: same things go to and also
[00:14:51] [SPEAKER_06]: kind of is just the general
[00:14:53] [SPEAKER_06]: trend I guess. My mother is
[00:14:55] [SPEAKER_06]: not like that she's night owl
[00:14:56] [SPEAKER_06]: no matter what all the time
[00:14:58] [SPEAKER_06]: practically but I here's the
[00:15:01] [SPEAKER_06]: thing I didn't change my
[00:15:05] [SPEAKER_06]: alarms or sleep schedule I'd
[00:15:06] [SPEAKER_06]: like woke up before my alarms
[00:15:08] [SPEAKER_06]: 30 40 50 minutes an hour
[00:15:09] [SPEAKER_06]: before my alarm and I was
[00:15:11] [SPEAKER_06]: like I feel great let me just
[00:15:12] [SPEAKER_06]: wake up and you kind of feel
[00:15:14] [SPEAKER_06]: motivated. I think a lot of
[00:15:15] [SPEAKER_06]: it is your body doesn't have
[00:15:16] [SPEAKER_06]: to spend a lot of resources on
[00:15:19] [SPEAKER_06]: digestion so it can kind of
[00:15:22] [SPEAKER_06]: shut down and repair and
[00:15:24] [SPEAKER_06]: temporarily like obviously I
[00:15:26] [SPEAKER_06]: go like way too long without
[00:15:27] [SPEAKER_06]: eating the negatives are way
[00:15:29] [SPEAKER_06]: more than the positives but I
[00:15:31] [SPEAKER_06]: don't know. I like sleep a
[00:15:34] [SPEAKER_06]: lot is one of my favorite
[00:15:34] [SPEAKER_06]: things really good for your
[00:15:35] [SPEAKER_06]: immune system in your brain
[00:15:37] [SPEAKER_06]: but time is really of the
[00:15:39] [SPEAKER_06]: essence these days especially
[00:15:40] [SPEAKER_06]: as a prepper so I've saved
[00:15:42] [SPEAKER_06]: a lot of time on the sleep
[00:15:46] [SPEAKER_06]: and it's not too bad.
[00:15:50] [SPEAKER_07]: Yes shipped in a lifestyle for
[00:15:51] [SPEAKER_07]: a little while so we're
[00:15:53] [SPEAKER_07]: talking before the show you
[00:15:55] [SPEAKER_07]: tell me you've currently lost
[00:15:57] [SPEAKER_07]: 10 pounds and you think
[00:15:59] [SPEAKER_07]: six of that is water
[00:16:02] [SPEAKER_07]: and I might be displaying
[00:16:04] [SPEAKER_07]: my ignorance. I'm thinking
[00:16:05] [SPEAKER_07]: that maybe on the high
[00:16:07] [SPEAKER_07]: side of an estimate and then
[00:16:09] [SPEAKER_07]: we kind of started to talk
[00:16:11] [SPEAKER_07]: about you know blood
[00:16:13] [SPEAKER_07]: hydration versus overall
[00:16:14] [SPEAKER_07]: hydration. Can you lay
[00:16:17] [SPEAKER_07]: out for me what how you
[00:16:19] [SPEAKER_07]: how you arrive at these
[00:16:20] [SPEAKER_07]: figures and what what do
[00:16:23] [SPEAKER_07]: you think they mean?
[00:16:25] [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah let's try to run through
[00:16:26] [SPEAKER_06]: them super simple not get
[00:16:28] [SPEAKER_06]: too deep into my let's just
[00:16:30] [SPEAKER_06]: call it 10 pounds.
[00:16:35] [SPEAKER_06]: So I'm relatively
[00:16:36] [SPEAKER_06]: big guy by my
[00:16:38] [SPEAKER_06]: frame and a decent
[00:16:40] [SPEAKER_06]: amount of muscle no
[00:16:41] [SPEAKER_06]: bodybuilder but I've burned
[00:16:43] [SPEAKER_06]: more than 2000 calories per
[00:16:46] [SPEAKER_06]: day on average or whatever.
[00:16:46] [SPEAKER_06]: So I say that I burn at
[00:16:48] [SPEAKER_06]: least 2000 calories per day
[00:16:51] [SPEAKER_06]: even sedentary so let's just
[00:16:53] [SPEAKER_06]: take 2000 per day one
[00:16:55] [SPEAKER_06]: pound of fat which is my
[00:16:57] [SPEAKER_06]: only source of fuel the
[00:16:59] [SPEAKER_06]: last four to five days is
[00:17:00] [SPEAKER_06]: body fat after the first day
[00:17:01] [SPEAKER_06]: of fasting you're all body
[00:17:03] [SPEAKER_06]: fat or muscle and organs if
[00:17:05] [SPEAKER_06]: you don't have enough body
[00:17:06] [SPEAKER_06]: fat it's about 3500 calories
[00:17:10] [SPEAKER_06]: per pound of body fat I
[00:17:11] [SPEAKER_06]: believe so you could say
[00:17:16] [SPEAKER_06]: 2000 plus per day so
[00:17:18] [SPEAKER_06]: in two days that's 4000
[00:17:20] [SPEAKER_06]: calories burned let's just
[00:17:22] [SPEAKER_06]: call it one pound of
[00:17:24] [SPEAKER_06]: fat per two days or
[00:17:26] [SPEAKER_06]: half a pound per day
[00:17:29] [SPEAKER_06]: half a pound per day
[00:17:30] [SPEAKER_06]: and I've been going six
[00:17:31] [SPEAKER_06]: days so that's like three
[00:17:32] [SPEAKER_06]: pounds of fat and I
[00:17:35] [SPEAKER_06]: would say I hope
[00:17:37] [SPEAKER_06]: less than one pound of
[00:17:39] [SPEAKER_06]: muscle I would like to
[00:17:40] [SPEAKER_06]: have like a five or six
[00:17:42] [SPEAKER_06]: to one ratio minimum where
[00:17:44] [SPEAKER_06]: like if I lose you know
[00:17:46] [SPEAKER_06]: long story short I don't
[00:17:47] [SPEAKER_06]: know I've heard things as
[00:17:49] [SPEAKER_06]: low as you lose half an
[00:17:51] [SPEAKER_06]: ounce a day all the way
[00:17:53] [SPEAKER_06]: up to a quarter of a
[00:17:55] [SPEAKER_06]: pound per day which would
[00:17:55] [SPEAKER_06]: be four ounces so that's a
[00:17:57] [SPEAKER_06]: huge discrepancy I did work
[00:18:00] [SPEAKER_06]: out some I went for a run
[00:18:01] [SPEAKER_06]: and I felt pretty darn good
[00:18:03] [SPEAKER_06]: on the first day and I
[00:18:04] [SPEAKER_06]: went for a run the second
[00:18:05] [SPEAKER_06]: day and felt even better
[00:18:07] [SPEAKER_06]: actually those were days
[00:18:08] [SPEAKER_06]: three and four of the fast
[00:18:10] [SPEAKER_06]: not days one and two
[00:18:13] [SPEAKER_06]: so anyway I
[00:18:15] [SPEAKER_06]: burned at least half a
[00:18:16] [SPEAKER_06]: pound of fat per day
[00:18:17] [SPEAKER_06]: minimum and it's been six
[00:18:19] [SPEAKER_06]: days that's three pounds
[00:18:20] [SPEAKER_06]: of fat let's just say a
[00:18:23] [SPEAKER_06]: pound of muscle hopefully
[00:18:24] [SPEAKER_06]: less hopefully a lot less
[00:18:26] [SPEAKER_06]: but one pound of that
[00:18:27] [SPEAKER_06]: and that's six pounds of
[00:18:28] [SPEAKER_06]: water left it's the only
[00:18:29] [SPEAKER_06]: thing really left I
[00:18:32] [SPEAKER_06]: probably am a little
[00:18:38] [SPEAKER_06]: better and took more
[00:18:39] [SPEAKER_06]: electrolytes but you lose
[00:18:41] [SPEAKER_06]: a lot of water that was
[00:18:42] [SPEAKER_06]: in your muscles and just
[00:18:44] [SPEAKER_06]: your overall system and
[00:18:46] [SPEAKER_06]: definitely some in your
[00:18:48] [SPEAKER_06]: blood too but I don't
[00:18:50] [SPEAKER_06]: know people get really
[00:18:51] [SPEAKER_06]: bloated especially if you
[00:18:52] [SPEAKER_06]: eat a lot of carbs and
[00:18:53] [SPEAKER_06]: you'll be surprised how
[00:18:55] [SPEAKER_06]: much water will come out
[00:18:56] [SPEAKER_06]: of your system if you cut
[00:18:58] [SPEAKER_06]: out a bunch of carbs or
[00:18:59] [SPEAKER_06]: even go fasting so
[00:19:02] [SPEAKER_06]: it's kind of crazy that
[00:19:03] [SPEAKER_06]: five six pounds of water
[00:19:05] [SPEAKER_06]: just like falls out of
[00:19:06] [SPEAKER_07]: you know yeah and as
[00:19:10] [SPEAKER_07]: they say in baseball here's
[00:19:11] [SPEAKER_07]: the payoff pitch final
[00:19:13] [SPEAKER_07]: question let's do it how
[00:19:15] [SPEAKER_07]: do you think this
[00:19:16] [SPEAKER_07]: experience relates to your
[00:19:20] [SPEAKER_07]: prepping strategy I
[00:19:23] [SPEAKER_06]: got to think about it
[00:19:25] [SPEAKER_06]: because I think it could
[00:19:26] [SPEAKER_06]: revolutionize it but
[00:19:27] [SPEAKER_06]: maybe I need to you know
[00:19:29] [SPEAKER_06]: sit on it and think about
[00:19:30] [SPEAKER_06]: it for a little longer but
[00:19:32] [SPEAKER_06]: I honestly have no
[00:19:33] [SPEAKER_06]: concerns now of going 72
[00:19:37] [SPEAKER_06]: hours on a bug out or
[00:19:39] [SPEAKER_06]: anything else without food
[00:19:40] [SPEAKER_06]: look all I almost want
[00:19:43] [SPEAKER_06]: to fast in that I
[00:19:45] [SPEAKER_06]: almost feel like my body
[00:19:47] [SPEAKER_06]: in the 72 hour period
[00:19:48] [SPEAKER_06]: would do better with no
[00:19:50] [SPEAKER_06]: calories compared to limited
[00:19:51] [SPEAKER_06]: calories or shitty MREs
[00:19:56] [SPEAKER_06]: or three months or six
[00:19:57] [SPEAKER_06]: months or longer of course
[00:19:58] [SPEAKER_06]: you got to eat but I
[00:20:00] [SPEAKER_06]: don't want to get that
[00:20:00] [SPEAKER_06]: extreme yet but I but my
[00:20:02] [SPEAKER_06]: confidence level sky high in
[00:20:03] [SPEAKER_06]: terms of no food but on the
[00:20:04] [SPEAKER_06]: other hand just shows how
[00:20:07] [SPEAKER_06]: important it is to have
[00:20:08] [SPEAKER_06]: water and electrolytes like
[00:20:10] [SPEAKER_06]: if I didn't have a ton of
[00:20:12] [SPEAKER_06]: water and a ton of salt
[00:20:13] [SPEAKER_06]: and potassium and a couple
[00:20:14] [SPEAKER_06]: others it would be way more
[00:20:17] [SPEAKER_06]: difficult number one and
[00:20:26] [SPEAKER_06]: number two I made sure I
[00:20:26] [SPEAKER_06]: drank about a liter of water
[00:20:28] [SPEAKER_06]: and took some electrolytes
[00:20:30] [SPEAKER_06]: and I'm good now but
[00:20:32] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't know like if I
[00:20:34] [SPEAKER_06]: had to do a 30 mile bug
[00:20:36] [SPEAKER_06]: out I don't even think I'd
[00:20:39] [SPEAKER_06]: want any food I will still
[00:20:41] [SPEAKER_06]: pack some food in my pack
[00:20:42] [SPEAKER_06]: but it's not that big a
[00:20:44] [SPEAKER_06]: deal you definitely don't
[00:20:44] [SPEAKER_06]: need to bring on five
[00:20:46] [SPEAKER_06]: pounds of food in a pot
[00:20:49] [SPEAKER_06]: to boil in and stuff you
[00:20:50] [SPEAKER_06]: know like I don't know I
[00:20:51] [SPEAKER_06]: think it just opened my eyes
[00:20:53] [SPEAKER_06]: that humans can go without
[00:20:55] [SPEAKER_06]: food and longer than maybe
[00:20:57] [SPEAKER_06]: people in the 21st century
[00:20:58] [SPEAKER_06]: think in America at least
[00:21:00] [SPEAKER_07]: right yeah depends on if
[00:21:03] [SPEAKER_07]: that bug has on foot I'll
[00:21:05] [SPEAKER_07]: agree with most of that
[00:21:06] [SPEAKER_06]: though I still want to be
[00:21:09] [SPEAKER_06]: prepared in case that three
[00:21:10] [SPEAKER_06]: day turns into 14 days
[00:21:11] [SPEAKER_06]: because you had to take a
[00:21:12] [SPEAKER_06]: side route or something so
[00:21:15] [SPEAKER_06]: but it was that was that
[00:21:23] [SPEAKER_06]: was that the
[00:21:26] [SPEAKER_06]: the keeping some fat on
[00:21:28] [SPEAKER_06]: your body is actually like
[00:21:30] [SPEAKER_06]: a really good idea that's
[00:21:32] [SPEAKER_06]: something that's come to me
[00:21:33] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm not even going to try
[00:21:35] [SPEAKER_06]: it all to get a six pack
[00:21:36] [SPEAKER_06]: not that I necessarily could
[00:21:38] [SPEAKER_06]: but I want to lose a few
[00:21:41] [SPEAKER_06]: more pounds but I don't
[00:21:42] [SPEAKER_06]: want to lose much more than
[00:21:43] [SPEAKER_06]: I have maybe you know five
[00:21:45] [SPEAKER_06]: to ten pounds total of
[00:21:47] [SPEAKER_06]: compared to where I am but
[00:21:52] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't want to lose a
[00:21:52] [SPEAKER_06]: body fat on me just as
[00:21:55] [SPEAKER_06]: like a prep because I
[00:21:56] [SPEAKER_06]: don't know if I went into
[00:21:57] [SPEAKER_06]: like a shtf level with
[00:22:00] [SPEAKER_06]: with a six pack like that's
[00:22:02] [SPEAKER_06]: bad idea I think so keep
[00:22:04] [SPEAKER_06]: that in mind I don't know
[00:22:05] [SPEAKER_06]: it's like six pack looks
[00:22:06] [SPEAKER_06]: good but maybe it's not as
[00:22:07] [SPEAKER_06]: good for survival or
[00:22:09] [SPEAKER_06]: something you know no
[00:22:11] [SPEAKER_07]: different frames carry
[00:22:12] [SPEAKER_07]: different amounts of body
[00:22:13] [SPEAKER_07]: fat but there's a reason
[00:22:22] [SPEAKER_07]: why I think five lean times
[00:22:23] [SPEAKER_07]: always was here's another
[00:22:25] [SPEAKER_06]: thing I thought about I
[00:22:27] [SPEAKER_06]: haven't fully vetted it
[00:22:30] [SPEAKER_06]: but if stuff hits the
[00:22:31] [SPEAKER_06]: fan and especially like the
[00:22:33] [SPEAKER_06]: power grid goes down and
[00:22:35] [SPEAKER_06]: your generators running low or
[00:22:36] [SPEAKER_06]: you have some food that may
[00:22:38] [SPEAKER_06]: spoil in the next week or
[00:22:39] [SPEAKER_06]: whatever maybe just eat the
[00:22:42] [SPEAKER_06]: heck out of it because your
[00:22:43] [SPEAKER_06]: body will put that on as
[00:22:44] [SPEAKER_06]: fat so like maybe if stuff
[00:22:46] [SPEAKER_06]: hits the fan he just feast
[00:22:52] [SPEAKER_06]: on that because because I'm
[00:22:54] [SPEAKER_06]: telling you I actually did
[00:22:55] [SPEAKER_06]: some fasting like I said like
[00:22:56] [SPEAKER_06]: a few weeks ago month ago and
[00:22:58] [SPEAKER_06]: I almost lost no weight
[00:23:00] [SPEAKER_06]: afterwards because I ate
[00:23:01] [SPEAKER_06]: probably a little bit too much
[00:23:04] [SPEAKER_06]: macadamia nuts peanuts
[00:23:05] [SPEAKER_06]: almonds and then lots of red
[00:23:07] [SPEAKER_06]: meat and eggs all healthy
[00:23:10] [SPEAKER_06]: stuff no sugar but I was
[00:23:12] [SPEAKER_06]: actually able to keep my
[00:23:14] [SPEAKER_06]: weight up so I don't know
[00:23:15] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm just thinking like hey
[00:23:17] [SPEAKER_06]: if you're worried you're going
[00:23:22] [SPEAKER_06]: to get fat and then your
[00:23:23] [SPEAKER_06]: body will hold on to some of
[00:23:24] [SPEAKER_06]: it and that's better than let
[00:23:25] [SPEAKER_06]: it go to waste I guess you
[00:23:28] [SPEAKER_07]: know you're going to wish
[00:23:29] [SPEAKER_07]: you did if you're sitting
[00:23:30] [SPEAKER_07]: there after it rotted you
[00:23:31] [SPEAKER_07]: don't have anything else
[00:23:33] [SPEAKER_06]: right yeah so I don't know
[00:23:35] [SPEAKER_06]: these are all things that
[00:23:36] [SPEAKER_06]: have kind of I have a new
[00:23:38] [SPEAKER_06]: perspective on but I need to
[00:23:39] [SPEAKER_06]: kind of like you know
[00:23:40] [SPEAKER_06]: return to my baseline and
[00:23:42] [SPEAKER_06]: think about it for a few
[00:23:52] [SPEAKER_06]: minutes and then I'll start
[00:23:52] [SPEAKER_06]: with trying to cut out a
[00:23:54] [SPEAKER_06]: little bit of the sugar or
[00:23:56] [SPEAKER_06]: a lot of the sugar and try
[00:23:59] [SPEAKER_06]: to go 16 hours without
[00:24:01] [SPEAKER_06]: food try to only eat dinner
[00:24:03] [SPEAKER_06]: have one meal a day or if
[00:24:05] [SPEAKER_06]: you get to that try to go
[00:24:07] [SPEAKER_06]: 24 or 36 hours and don't
[00:24:09] [SPEAKER_06]: push it too fast but also
[00:24:11] [SPEAKER_06]: you'll be surprised how good
[00:24:12] [SPEAKER_06]: you do probably of course
[00:24:14] [SPEAKER_06]: we got medications or other
[00:24:16] [SPEAKER_06]: issues diabetes already got
[00:24:18] [SPEAKER_06]: be very careful with that
[00:24:22] [SPEAKER_06]: so I'm excited to see
[00:24:25] [SPEAKER_06]: where this goes in the
[00:24:26] [SPEAKER_06]: future for me but I think
[00:24:28] [SPEAKER_06]: it's pretty interesting stuff
[00:24:29] [SPEAKER_06]: and bigger success than I
[00:24:31] [SPEAKER_06]: expected how about that
[00:24:33] [SPEAKER_07]: about a daily audio cash when
[00:24:35] [SPEAKER_07]: you break this thing tell us
[00:24:37] [SPEAKER_07]: what you're cooking up yeah
[00:24:40] [SPEAKER_06]: deal I'll do a little
[00:24:42] [SPEAKER_06]: you know record 30 or 60
[00:24:44] [SPEAKER_06]: seconds and then pause it
[00:24:45] [SPEAKER_06]: and then a couple hours later
[00:24:46] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm eating something else
[00:24:48] [SPEAKER_06]: talk about that and I could
[00:24:53] [SPEAKER_07]: do that all right let's do
[00:24:55] [SPEAKER_07]: the news next segment it's
[00:24:57] [SPEAKER_07]: your power hour last
[00:24:59] [SPEAKER_07]: broadcast August
[00:25:02] [SPEAKER_07]: two thousand twenty four let's
[00:25:03] [SPEAKER_07]: get to it Ben

[00:26:30] [SPEAKER_01]: assessment and stabilization
[00:26:32] [SPEAKER_01]: you'll even deal with things
[00:26:34] [SPEAKER_01]: like bioterrorism response
[00:26:36] [SPEAKER_01]: radiation and how to build
[00:26:38] [SPEAKER_01]: the off-grid medical kit at
[00:26:41] [SPEAKER_01]: home look 2020 taught us a
[00:26:43] [SPEAKER_01]: lot about the limitations of
[00:26:45] [SPEAKER_01]: our medical infrastructure in
[00:26:47] [SPEAKER_01]: America get the preppers

[00:27:28] [SPEAKER_10]: I'd wake up every morning
[00:27:30] [SPEAKER_10]: and before I'd start each
[00:27:32] [SPEAKER_10]: day I'd take a drag from
[00:27:33] [SPEAKER_10]: last night's cigarette that's
[00:27:35] [SPEAKER_10]: smoldered in its tray
[00:27:37] [SPEAKER_10]: down a little summer
[00:27:39] [SPEAKER_10]: then then beyond the way
[00:28:44] [SPEAKER_06]: Patriot Power Hour we are
[00:28:46] [SPEAKER_06]: back future day and we're
[00:28:47] [SPEAKER_06]: going to get to the news
[00:28:49] [SPEAKER_06]: blitz how little snafu with
[00:28:51] [SPEAKER_06]: the tech hopefully it'll pull
[00:28:53] [SPEAKER_06]: through before we get to
[00:28:55] [SPEAKER_06]: the news blitz hopefully
[00:28:56] [SPEAKER_06]: though what are a couple of
[00:28:58] [SPEAKER_06]: the biggest headlines or
[00:29:01] [SPEAKER_06]: issues you've seen this week
[00:29:03] [SPEAKER_07]: so far oh today the
[00:29:06] [SPEAKER_07]: March jobs
[00:29:08] [SPEAKER_07]: estimates
[00:29:09] [SPEAKER_07]: you know running from last
[00:29:12] [SPEAKER_07]: year into March of this year
[00:29:13] [SPEAKER_07]: we're all revised
[00:29:16] [SPEAKER_07]: so eight hundred
[00:29:17] [SPEAKER_07]: and eighteen
[00:29:18] [SPEAKER_07]: thousand jobs that never
[00:29:21] [SPEAKER_07]: happened the
[00:29:23] [SPEAKER_07]: Department of Congress Bureau
[00:29:25] [SPEAKER_07]: of Labor Statistics
[00:29:26] [SPEAKER_07]: the banks knew
[00:29:28] [SPEAKER_07]: but nobody else did
[00:29:30] [SPEAKER_07]: the Treasury or the Commerce
[00:29:33] [SPEAKER_07]: Secretary is at the DNC in
[00:29:35] [SPEAKER_07]: Chicago refuting
[00:29:38] [SPEAKER_07]: from her own department
[00:29:40] [SPEAKER_07]: it's a fiasco this
[00:29:42] [SPEAKER_07]: second worst revision
[00:29:43] [SPEAKER_07]: in the history of the
[00:29:45] [SPEAKER_07]: United States the only
[00:29:47] [SPEAKER_07]: time a revision was done like
[00:29:49] [SPEAKER_07]: that previously was
[00:29:52] [SPEAKER_07]: 2008 2009 timeframe
[00:29:55] [SPEAKER_07]: and
[00:29:57] [SPEAKER_07]: it shows that
[00:29:59] [SPEAKER_07]: after the bounce back
[00:30:00] [SPEAKER_07]: from the
[00:30:03] [SPEAKER_07]: COVID period
[00:30:05] [SPEAKER_07]: of job loss
[00:30:07] [SPEAKER_07]: the
[00:30:08] [SPEAKER_07]: overestimates coming straight
[00:30:09] [SPEAKER_07]: out of the Department of
[00:30:10] [SPEAKER_07]: Commerce you know finally
[00:30:13] [SPEAKER_07]: during the election season
[00:30:14] [SPEAKER_07]: they got to come clean
[00:30:16] [SPEAKER_07]: so they couldn't they
[00:30:17] [SPEAKER_07]: couldn't hide it forever
[00:30:21] [SPEAKER_06]: here's a question
[00:30:23] [SPEAKER_06]: is that
[00:30:24] [SPEAKER_06]: because they just mistimed
[00:30:26] [SPEAKER_06]: it and they're incompetent
[00:30:27] [SPEAKER_06]: and they missed their mark
[00:30:28] [SPEAKER_06]: they wanted to just hold
[00:30:29] [SPEAKER_06]: this fraud just to like
[00:30:36] [SPEAKER_06]: push Harris
[00:30:37] [SPEAKER_06]: you would've got to expect this
[00:30:38] [SPEAKER_06]: would be negative for
[00:30:40] [SPEAKER_06]: the current administration
[00:30:42] [SPEAKER_06]: is it possible that the
[00:30:44] [SPEAKER_06]: powers that be or at least
[00:30:45] [SPEAKER_06]: a faction within is trying
[00:30:47] [SPEAKER_06]: to sabotage them and they
[00:30:48] [SPEAKER_06]: want Trump or at least
[00:30:49] [SPEAKER_06]: they want to cause more
[00:30:50] [SPEAKER_07]: chaos no certainly not
[00:30:54] [SPEAKER_07]: what it is is they don't
[00:30:56] [SPEAKER_06]: care oh that's not
[00:31:01] [SPEAKER_06]: a good plan for life
[00:31:02] [SPEAKER_06]: but that's some hubris I
[00:31:10] [SPEAKER_07]: do their
[00:31:11] [SPEAKER_07]: voters even understand
[00:31:14] [SPEAKER_07]: what that
[00:31:16] [SPEAKER_07]: eight hundred and eighteen
[00:31:17] [SPEAKER_07]: thousand falsely reported
[00:31:19] [SPEAKER_07]: jobs means to
[00:31:21] [SPEAKER_07]: anybody it can't
[00:31:23] [SPEAKER_07]: possibly mean
[00:31:25] [SPEAKER_07]: something directly to most
[00:31:26] [SPEAKER_07]: of those voters lives
[00:31:28] [SPEAKER_07]: if I don't understand
[00:31:32] [SPEAKER_06]: no the voters
[00:31:34] [SPEAKER_06]: that are already locked in
[00:31:36] [SPEAKER_06]: don't even pay attention
[00:31:37] [SPEAKER_06]: don't care would probably
[00:31:40] [SPEAKER_06]: Harris and I don't
[00:31:40] [SPEAKER_06]: ever see anyway
[00:31:41] [SPEAKER_06]: the independents
[00:31:43] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't know if they'd be
[00:31:44] [SPEAKER_06]: swayed or or I
[00:31:47] [SPEAKER_06]: guess dissuaded from
[00:31:50] [SPEAKER_06]: voting for Harris
[00:31:51] [SPEAKER_06]: because of this but
[00:31:53] [SPEAKER_06]: it's more that they
[00:31:55] [SPEAKER_06]: are experiencing the
[00:31:57] [SPEAKER_06]: average American especially
[00:31:58] [SPEAKER_06]: independent voter middle
[00:31:59] [SPEAKER_06]: class whatever is
[00:32:00] [SPEAKER_06]: experiencing a rougher job
[00:32:02] [SPEAKER_06]: market economy than
[00:32:10] [SPEAKER_06]: with the current
[00:32:10] [SPEAKER_06]: administration and current
[00:32:12] [SPEAKER_06]: economy as Harris is
[00:32:14] [SPEAKER_06]: letting on
[00:32:16] [SPEAKER_06]: I get what you mean
[00:32:19] [SPEAKER_06]: hey I've said these
[00:32:20] [SPEAKER_06]: numbers are bogus forever
[00:32:22] [SPEAKER_06]: and look it comes out
[00:32:23] [SPEAKER_06]: as bogus and does it
[00:32:24] [SPEAKER_06]: even matter sometimes it's
[00:32:26] [SPEAKER_06]: like now I guess not
[00:32:27] [SPEAKER_06]: maybe not but I another
[00:32:28] [SPEAKER_06]: hand like at least they
[00:32:31] [SPEAKER_06]: have to have to show the
[00:32:33] [SPEAKER_06]: numbers I'm sure the real
[00:32:34] [SPEAKER_06]: numbers are even worse
[00:32:35] [SPEAKER_06]: than this but hey at least
[00:32:36] [SPEAKER_06]: they tried to revise a
[00:32:39] [SPEAKER_06]: little bit super quick
[00:32:40] [SPEAKER_06]: breaking down the eight
[00:32:42] [SPEAKER_06]: hundred plus thousand
[00:32:43] [SPEAKER_06]: revision what does that
[00:32:44] [SPEAKER_06]: mean it means over the
[00:32:45] [SPEAKER_06]: last when was it at
[00:32:46] [SPEAKER_06]: least most of this year
[00:32:48] [SPEAKER_06]: they inflated the new
[00:32:51] [SPEAKER_06]: jobs and
[00:32:53] [SPEAKER_06]: pretty much deflated
[00:32:54] [SPEAKER_06]: or covered up unemployment
[00:32:57] [SPEAKER_06]: and all that
[00:32:58] [SPEAKER_06]: but not only that the
[00:33:00] [SPEAKER_06]: jobs they created weren't
[00:33:02] [SPEAKER_06]: just your average forty
[00:33:03] [SPEAKER_06]: thousand a year job
[00:33:04] [SPEAKER_06]: a lot of them were
[00:33:06] [SPEAKER_06]: professional type
[00:33:09] [SPEAKER_06]: jobs and
[00:33:10] [SPEAKER_06]: they took a huge hit
[00:33:11] [SPEAKER_06]: manufacturing took a huge
[00:33:13] [SPEAKER_06]: hit a lot
[00:33:14] [SPEAKER_06]: but you know what actually
[00:33:16] [SPEAKER_06]: got revised up by one
[00:33:18] [SPEAKER_06]: thousand jobs actually added
[00:33:19] [SPEAKER_06]: a little bit more the only
[00:33:21] [SPEAKER_06]: one government so
[00:33:23] [SPEAKER_06]: government not only did it
[00:33:25] [SPEAKER_06]: shrink relative
[00:33:27] [SPEAKER_06]: they actually added a
[00:33:28] [SPEAKER_06]: thousand extra government
[00:33:29] [SPEAKER_06]: jobs which is not
[00:33:31] [SPEAKER_06]: very productive in my book
[00:33:34] [SPEAKER_07]: these are just bureaucrats
[00:33:35] [SPEAKER_07]: estimating bureaucrats
[00:33:37] [SPEAKER_07]: with economics degrees
[00:33:39] [SPEAKER_07]: there's no counting
[00:33:41] [SPEAKER_07]: of any of these things it's
[00:33:42] [SPEAKER_07]: all just government
[00:33:43] [SPEAKER_07]: estimates so
[00:33:47] [SPEAKER_07]: long ago
[00:33:48] [SPEAKER_07]: administrations must have
[00:33:50] [SPEAKER_07]: understood the power
[00:33:51] [SPEAKER_07]: of controlling how those
[00:33:53] [SPEAKER_07]: estimates are created
[00:33:54] [SPEAKER_07]: at least since the
[00:33:56] [SPEAKER_07]: nineties right so
[00:33:58] [SPEAKER_07]: it's just one more
[00:33:59] [SPEAKER_07]: chink in the armor
[00:34:01] [SPEAKER_07]: back back in the day
[00:34:03] [SPEAKER_07]: when the Bureau of
[00:34:03] [SPEAKER_07]: Labor
[00:34:05] [SPEAKER_07]: statistics was created
[00:34:07] [SPEAKER_07]: but a lot more
[00:34:09] [SPEAKER_07]: employees of the US
[00:34:11] [SPEAKER_07]: government that wouldn't
[00:34:12] [SPEAKER_07]: have altered
[00:34:14] [SPEAKER_07]: the data were constructed
[00:34:16] [SPEAKER_07]: the methods of estimates
[00:34:18] [SPEAKER_07]: in ways that were
[00:34:19] [SPEAKER_07]: politically favorable
[00:34:21] [SPEAKER_07]: but in the last
[00:34:22] [SPEAKER_07]: twenty thirty years
[00:34:24] [SPEAKER_07]: I got to believe that's
[00:34:25] [SPEAKER_07]: just one more
[00:34:26] [SPEAKER_07]: target point
[00:34:29] [SPEAKER_07]: of the regime
[00:34:31] [SPEAKER_07]: that has control of the
[00:34:32] [SPEAKER_07]: numbers right now
[00:34:33] [SPEAKER_07]: the Democrats
[00:34:37] [SPEAKER_06]: I sort of take solace
[00:34:39] [SPEAKER_06]: in the fact that this even
[00:34:40] [SPEAKER_06]: came out like they
[00:34:42] [SPEAKER_06]: already been
[00:34:43] [SPEAKER_06]: spitting in our face
[00:34:45] and
[00:34:46] [SPEAKER_06]: they actually had to
[00:34:48] [SPEAKER_06]: have some egg on their
[00:34:49] [SPEAKER_06]: face this time
[00:34:50] [SPEAKER_06]: by showing that their
[00:34:51] [SPEAKER_06]: numbers were totally
[00:34:52] [SPEAKER_06]: skewed totally wrong
[00:34:54] [SPEAKER_06]: either because of
[00:34:55] [SPEAKER_06]: incompetence and or
[00:34:56] [SPEAKER_06]: because of corruption
[00:34:58] [SPEAKER_06]: you can infer that
[00:35:00] [SPEAKER_06]: in my opinion it's got
[00:35:01] [SPEAKER_06]: to be one or the other
[00:35:02] [SPEAKER_06]: or both incompetence
[00:35:03] [SPEAKER_06]: or
[00:35:05] [SPEAKER_06]: corruption
[00:35:06] [SPEAKER_06]: not random chance
[00:35:08] [SPEAKER_06]: in my opinion very
[00:35:09] [SPEAKER_06]: unlikely it's random
[00:35:12] [SPEAKER_06]: so with that said
[00:35:13] [SPEAKER_06]: doesn't really matter
[00:35:15] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't know but it is
[00:35:16] [SPEAKER_06]: another chink in the
[00:35:16] [SPEAKER_06]: armor and there is the
[00:35:18] [SPEAKER_06]: old you know straw
[00:35:19] [SPEAKER_06]: that broke the camel's
[00:35:19] [SPEAKER_06]: back so
[00:35:21] [SPEAKER_06]: Kamala
[00:35:21] [SPEAKER_06]: could this be the
[00:35:22] [SPEAKER_06]: straw that breaks her
[00:35:23] [SPEAKER_06]: back highly doubt it
[00:35:24] [SPEAKER_06]: but the economy will
[00:35:25] [SPEAKER_06]: be a focus of things
[00:35:27] [SPEAKER_06]: we'll see what happens
[00:35:27] [SPEAKER_06]: with the Fed in
[00:35:28] [SPEAKER_06]: September with rates
[00:35:31] [SPEAKER_06]: so what's your
[00:35:32] [SPEAKER_07]: opinion on the banks
[00:35:33] [SPEAKER_07]: being foretold
[00:35:35] [SPEAKER_06]: because it was late
[00:35:36] [SPEAKER_06]: by like thirty five
[00:35:37] [SPEAKER_06]: minutes today or
[00:35:38] [SPEAKER_06]: something right
[00:35:41] [SPEAKER_07]: yeah maybe it
[00:35:43] [SPEAKER_07]: was only thirty five
[00:35:44] [SPEAKER_07]: minutes they knew
[00:35:45] [SPEAKER_06]: that's a lifetime
[00:35:47] [SPEAKER_06]: though
[00:35:47] [SPEAKER_06]: in trading
[00:35:48] [SPEAKER_07]: yeah or maybe
[00:35:51] [SPEAKER_07]: it was thirty five
[00:35:51] [SPEAKER_07]: days ago and
[00:35:53] [SPEAKER_06]: true
[00:35:54] [SPEAKER_07]: you know people
[00:35:55] [SPEAKER_07]: understand that
[00:35:57] [SPEAKER_07]: data like this
[00:35:59] [SPEAKER_07]: is used by
[00:36:03] [SPEAKER_07]: private sector economists
[00:36:05] [SPEAKER_07]: hedge funds
[00:36:07] [SPEAKER_07]: traders
[00:36:07] [SPEAKER_07]: institutional traders
[00:36:09] [SPEAKER_07]: and and and
[00:36:12] [SPEAKER_07]: at least at
[00:36:13] [SPEAKER_07]: to some level
[00:36:13] [SPEAKER_07]: those people trust
[00:36:14] [SPEAKER_07]: those numbers right
[00:36:17] [SPEAKER_07]: and
[00:36:17] [SPEAKER_07]: for such a massive
[00:36:19] [SPEAKER_07]: revision to come in
[00:36:20] [SPEAKER_07]: the banks probably
[00:36:21] [SPEAKER_07]: in my opinion
[00:36:22] [SPEAKER_07]: they probably knew
[00:36:23] [SPEAKER_07]: long before
[00:36:24] [SPEAKER_07]: because it could be
[00:36:25] [SPEAKER_07]: a destabilizing
[00:36:27] [SPEAKER_07]: type of thing maybe
[00:36:28] [SPEAKER_07]: maybe a leak of that
[00:36:29] [SPEAKER_07]: came out on
[00:36:30] [SPEAKER_07]: a couple of Mondays
[00:36:31] [SPEAKER_07]: ago when the
[00:36:33] [SPEAKER_07]: stock market tanked
[00:36:34] [SPEAKER_07]: thousand points
[00:36:36] [SPEAKER_06]: could be and
[00:36:38] [SPEAKER_06]: actually this is
[00:36:39] [SPEAKER_06]: perfect timing
[00:36:39] [SPEAKER_06]: the technical glitch
[00:36:41] [SPEAKER_06]: has resolved itself
[00:36:42] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm going to go
[00:36:42] [SPEAKER_06]: through the news
[00:36:43] [SPEAKER_06]: blitz and I'll start
[00:36:43] [SPEAKER_06]: with the economy
[00:36:44] [SPEAKER_06]: how about that
[00:36:46] [SPEAKER_07]: yeah rockin
[00:36:48] [SPEAKER_06]: well we just went
[00:36:49] [SPEAKER_06]: through
[00:36:50] [SPEAKER_06]: up to a million
[00:36:51] [SPEAKER_06]: American jobs
[00:36:52] [SPEAKER_06]: vanish in federal
[00:36:53] [SPEAKER_06]: government revision
[00:36:55] [SPEAKER_06]: Bureau Bureau of
[00:36:57] [SPEAKER_06]: Labor Statistics
[00:36:58] [SPEAKER_06]: March jobs report
[00:36:59] [SPEAKER_06]: revised down by
[00:37:01] [SPEAKER_06]: eight hundred
[00:37:01] [SPEAKER_06]: eighteen thousand
[00:37:03] [SPEAKER_06]: second worst in
[00:37:04] [SPEAKER_06]: American history
[00:37:05] [SPEAKER_06]: well guess what
[00:37:06] [SPEAKER_06]: happened today
[00:37:07] [SPEAKER_06]: gold all time
[00:37:09] [SPEAKER_06]: high above
[00:37:10] [SPEAKER_06]: two thousand five
[00:37:11] [SPEAKER_06]: hundred
[00:37:12] [SPEAKER_06]: even hit a mark
[00:37:12] [SPEAKER_06]: at twenty five
[00:37:13] [SPEAKER_06]: thirteen let's see
[00:37:14] [SPEAKER_06]: where it is right now
[00:37:15] [SPEAKER_06]: silver not in
[00:37:16] [SPEAKER_06]: an all-time high
[00:37:17] [SPEAKER_06]: but chasing it
[00:37:19] [SPEAKER_06]: down
[00:37:20] [SPEAKER_06]: quicker
[00:37:20] [SPEAKER_06]: than gold
[00:37:22] [SPEAKER_06]: even bitcoin
[00:37:23] [SPEAKER_06]: about sixty one
[00:37:24] [SPEAKER_06]: thousand so
[00:37:24] [SPEAKER_06]: right now yeah
[00:37:25] [SPEAKER_06]: gold is at
[00:37:25] [SPEAKER_06]: two thousand five
[00:37:26] [SPEAKER_06]: hundred thirteen
[00:37:27] [SPEAKER_06]: silver just a
[00:37:29] [SPEAKER_06]: couple quarters
[00:37:30] [SPEAKER_06]: below thirty
[00:37:31] [SPEAKER_06]: dollars
[00:37:32] [SPEAKER_06]: so
[00:37:33] [SPEAKER_06]: long story short
[00:37:34] [SPEAKER_06]: maybe people
[00:37:35] [SPEAKER_06]: don't trust this
[00:37:36] [SPEAKER_06]: system maybe they're
[00:37:37] [SPEAKER_06]: like oh here's
[00:37:38] [SPEAKER_06]: another
[00:37:39] [SPEAKER_06]: example of
[00:37:41] [SPEAKER_06]: me being
[00:37:42] [SPEAKER_06]: uncertain of
[00:37:43] [SPEAKER_06]: what's really
[00:37:43] [SPEAKER_06]: going on maybe I
[00:37:44] [SPEAKER_06]: should allocate a
[00:37:45] [SPEAKER_06]: little bit more to
[00:37:45] [SPEAKER_06]: bitcoin or to gold
[00:37:46] [SPEAKER_06]: we're not seeing
[00:37:47] [SPEAKER_06]: huge huge huge
[00:37:48] [SPEAKER_06]: flights to
[00:37:49] [SPEAKER_06]: bitcoin or gold
[00:37:50] [SPEAKER_06]: right now but
[00:37:51] [SPEAKER_06]: gold
[00:37:52] [SPEAKER_06]: above twenty five
[00:37:53] [SPEAKER_06]: hundred that's
[00:37:54] [SPEAKER_06]: big and
[00:37:55] [SPEAKER_06]: bitcoin above
[00:37:55] [SPEAKER_06]: sixty K is
[00:37:56] [SPEAKER_06]: always a nice
[00:37:57] [SPEAKER_06]: spot
[00:37:59] [SPEAKER_06]: that's what
[00:38:00] [SPEAKER_06]: we're seeing here
[00:38:01] [SPEAKER_06]: is it gonna
[00:38:02] [SPEAKER_06]: break one way or
[00:38:02] [SPEAKER_06]: the other
[00:38:03] [SPEAKER_06]: into this
[00:38:04] [SPEAKER_06]: into
[00:38:06] [SPEAKER_06]: september and
[00:38:06] [SPEAKER_06]: beyond some
[00:38:07] [SPEAKER_06]: people think gold
[00:38:08] [SPEAKER_06]: could easily hit
[00:38:09] [SPEAKER_06]: three grand
[00:38:10] [SPEAKER_06]: but hey if
[00:38:11] [SPEAKER_06]: we have an
[00:38:12] [SPEAKER_06]: economic collapse
[00:38:13] [SPEAKER_06]: all a lot of
[00:38:14] [SPEAKER_06]: the air could
[00:38:15] [SPEAKER_06]: be taken out
[00:38:16] [SPEAKER_06]: of the tires in
[00:38:17] [SPEAKER_06]: the short term
[00:38:18] [SPEAKER_06]: remember what happened
[00:38:18] [SPEAKER_06]: in like
[00:38:19] [SPEAKER_06]: kovid in
[00:38:19] [SPEAKER_06]: two thousand eight
[00:38:20] [SPEAKER_06]: gold and
[00:38:20] [SPEAKER_06]: silver and
[00:38:21] [SPEAKER_06]: bitcoin dropped
[00:38:22] [SPEAKER_06]: well bitcoin
[00:38:22] [SPEAKER_06]: was not
[00:38:23] [SPEAKER_06]: in two thousand eight
[00:38:23] [SPEAKER_06]: but long story short
[00:38:25] [SPEAKER_06]: they can drop
[00:38:25] [SPEAKER_06]: big time
[00:38:26] [SPEAKER_06]: before they bounce
[00:38:28] [SPEAKER_06]: back big time
[00:38:28] [SPEAKER_06]: potentially so
[00:38:30] [SPEAKER_06]: anyway gold
[00:38:31] [SPEAKER_06]: twenty five hundred
[00:38:32] [SPEAKER_06]: let's get on to
[00:38:34] [SPEAKER_06]: the rest of
[00:38:34] [SPEAKER_06]: the news
[00:38:35] [SPEAKER_06]: blitz i'll try to
[00:38:35] [SPEAKER_06]: go quickly
[00:38:36] [SPEAKER_06]: more than one
[00:38:37] [SPEAKER_06]: in nine
[00:38:38] [SPEAKER_06]: americans live
[00:38:39] [SPEAKER_06]: in poverty
[00:38:41] [SPEAKER_06]: new stack come
[00:38:42] [SPEAKER_06]: through
[00:38:44] [SPEAKER_06]: let's go to
[00:38:45] [SPEAKER_06]: natural news
[00:38:46] [SPEAKER_06]: and health
[00:38:47] [SPEAKER_06]: not too much
[00:38:48] [SPEAKER_06]: going on
[00:38:50] [SPEAKER_06]: we do have
[00:38:51] [SPEAKER_06]: the chai comms
[00:38:53] [SPEAKER_06]: conducting emergency
[00:38:54] [SPEAKER_06]: drills for
[00:38:55] [SPEAKER_06]: a pneumonia
[00:38:55] [SPEAKER_06]: of unknown
[00:38:56] [SPEAKER_06]: cause across
[00:38:57] [SPEAKER_06]: china
[00:38:58] [SPEAKER_06]: keep an eye
[00:38:59] [SPEAKER_06]: on that
[00:39:01] [SPEAKER_06]: devastating
[00:39:02] [SPEAKER_06]: floods in
[00:39:04] [SPEAKER_06]: chad's
[00:39:04] [SPEAKER_06]: desert claim
[00:39:05] [SPEAKER_06]: at least
[00:39:06] [SPEAKER_06]: fifty-four lives
[00:39:08] [SPEAKER_06]: volcano erupts
[00:39:09] [SPEAKER_06]: in russia
[00:39:10] [SPEAKER_06]: after a
[00:39:11] [SPEAKER_06]: seven point
[00:39:11] [SPEAKER_06]: magnitude
[00:39:12] [SPEAKER_06]: earthquake
[00:39:13] [SPEAKER_06]: sending ash
[00:39:14] [SPEAKER_06]: column five
[00:39:15] [SPEAKER_06]: miles high
[00:39:15] [SPEAKER_06]: pretty big
[00:39:16] [SPEAKER_06]: earthquake with
[00:39:17] [SPEAKER_06]: the volcano
[00:39:18] [SPEAKER_06]: right there after
[00:39:20] [SPEAKER_06]: keeping tabs
[00:39:21] [SPEAKER_06]: on this stuff
[00:39:22] [SPEAKER_06]: topical news
[00:39:24] [SPEAKER_06]: geopolitics
[00:39:25] [SPEAKER_06]: and war
[00:39:27] [SPEAKER_06]: got a lot of
[00:39:28] [SPEAKER_06]: fires burning
[00:39:29] [SPEAKER_06]: worldwide
[00:39:30] [SPEAKER_06]: literally
[00:39:31] [SPEAKER_06]: and or figuratively
[00:39:36] [SPEAKER_06]: israeli assassinations
[00:39:38] [SPEAKER_06]: at near
[00:39:38] [SPEAKER_06]: daily rate
[00:39:39] [SPEAKER_06]: in lebanon
[00:39:41] [SPEAKER_06]: there's also
[00:39:41] [SPEAKER_06]: lots of
[00:39:42] [SPEAKER_06]: air strikes
[00:39:44] [SPEAKER_06]: so
[00:39:45] [SPEAKER_06]: not just the
[00:39:46] [SPEAKER_06]: gaza strip
[00:39:47] [SPEAKER_06]: having all this
[00:39:48] [SPEAKER_06]: activity
[00:39:50] [SPEAKER_06]: american soldier
[00:39:51] [SPEAKER_06]: pleads guilty
[00:39:52] [SPEAKER_06]: after selling military
[00:39:53] [SPEAKER_06]: secrets to china
[00:39:55] [SPEAKER_06]: there was a
[00:39:57] [SPEAKER_06]: attack on
[00:39:58] [SPEAKER_06]: jb sa
[00:40:00] [SPEAKER_06]: laklan air
[00:40:01] [SPEAKER_06]: force base
[00:40:02] [SPEAKER_06]: pretty much they
[00:40:03] [SPEAKER_06]: came up to the
[00:40:04] [SPEAKER_06]: guard shack
[00:40:05] [SPEAKER_06]: and unloaded
[00:40:07] [SPEAKER_06]: and were
[00:40:07] [SPEAKER_06]: fired back on
[00:40:09] [SPEAKER_06]: kinda odd
[00:40:10] [SPEAKER_06]: but we're keeping
[00:40:11] [SPEAKER_06]: track of it
[00:40:13] [SPEAKER_06]: in case it leads
[00:40:14] [SPEAKER_06]: to a bigger trend
[00:40:15] [SPEAKER_06]: body of alleged
[00:40:17] [SPEAKER_06]: trump shooter
[00:40:17] [SPEAKER_06]: cremated
[00:40:18] [SPEAKER_06]: ten days after
[00:40:19] [SPEAKER_06]: assassination
[00:40:20] [SPEAKER_06]: attempt
[00:40:20] [SPEAKER_06]: the body is gone
[00:40:22] [SPEAKER_06]: new video appears
[00:40:24] [SPEAKER_06]: to show
[00:40:24] [SPEAKER_06]: d.c police units
[00:40:26] [SPEAKER_06]: planting
[00:40:26] [SPEAKER_06]: a j6 pipe bomb
[00:40:29] [SPEAKER_06]: even though
[00:40:30] [SPEAKER_06]: there's not
[00:40:30] [SPEAKER_06]: necessarily
[00:40:31] [SPEAKER_06]: article on it
[00:40:33] [SPEAKER_06]: operation in
[00:40:33] [SPEAKER_06]: kursk
[00:40:35] [SPEAKER_06]: is getting
[00:40:35] [SPEAKER_06]: pretty extreme
[00:40:37] [SPEAKER_06]: ukraine's pushed
[00:40:38] [SPEAKER_06]: in
[00:40:39] [SPEAKER_06]: got many
[00:40:39] [SPEAKER_06]: many
[00:40:40] [SPEAKER_06]: hundreds of square
[00:40:42] [SPEAKER_06]: kilometers
[00:40:42] [SPEAKER_06]: and have
[00:40:42] [SPEAKER_06]: blown some
[00:40:43] [SPEAKER_06]: bridges
[00:40:43] [SPEAKER_06]: they're fortifying
[00:40:45] [SPEAKER_06]: and maybe even
[00:40:45] [SPEAKER_06]: pushing further
[00:40:46] [SPEAKER_06]: on the meanwhile
[00:40:47] [SPEAKER_06]: russia is taking
[00:40:48] [SPEAKER_06]: many key
[00:40:50] [SPEAKER_06]: strategic areas
[00:40:51] [SPEAKER_06]: more south
[00:40:53] [SPEAKER_06]: in the eastern front
[00:40:55] [SPEAKER_06]: which could cut off
[00:40:57] [SPEAKER_06]: car kiv
[00:40:58] [SPEAKER_06]: so both sides
[00:40:59] [SPEAKER_06]: are just going
[00:41:00] [SPEAKER_06]: going at it
[00:41:01] [SPEAKER_06]: big time
[00:41:02] [SPEAKER_06]: both are winning
[00:41:03] [SPEAKER_06]: and both are losing
[00:41:04] [SPEAKER_06]: it seems
[00:41:06] [SPEAKER_06]: keep an eye on that
[00:41:08] [SPEAKER_06]: for sure
[00:41:08] [SPEAKER_06]: final
[00:41:09] [SPEAKER_06]: article of
[00:41:10] [SPEAKER_06]: the newsblitz
[00:41:12] [SPEAKER_06]: texas attorney general
[00:41:13] [SPEAKER_06]: launches
[00:41:13] [SPEAKER_06]: investigation
[00:41:14] [SPEAKER_06]: into reports
[00:41:15] [SPEAKER_06]: of organizations
[00:41:17] [SPEAKER_06]: illegally registering
[00:41:18] [SPEAKER_06]: non-citizens
[00:41:19] [SPEAKER_06]: to vote
[00:41:20] [SPEAKER_06]: so
[00:41:22] [SPEAKER_06]: not just
[00:41:23] [SPEAKER_06]: the legals that
[00:41:25] [SPEAKER_06]: are signed up to vote
[00:41:26] [SPEAKER_06]: they didn't do it
[00:41:28] [SPEAKER_06]: themselves
[00:41:28] [SPEAKER_06]: very unlikely
[00:41:30] [SPEAKER_06]: they came here
[00:41:31] [SPEAKER_06]: and were like
[00:41:31] [SPEAKER_06]: hey let me sign up to
[00:41:33] [SPEAKER_06]: vote
[00:41:33] [SPEAKER_06]: somebody helped
[00:41:34] [SPEAKER_06]: to vote
[00:41:35] [SPEAKER_06]: just like they're helping them get across the border
[00:41:36] [SPEAKER_06]: just like they're helping them
[00:41:38] [SPEAKER_06]: get jobs
[00:41:40] get
[00:41:40] [SPEAKER_06]: residents
[00:41:41] [SPEAKER_06]: get paperwork
[00:41:43] [SPEAKER_06]: some legal
[00:41:44] [SPEAKER_06]: some otherwise
[00:41:45] [SPEAKER_06]: so anyway
[00:41:46] [SPEAKER_06]: future dan that's newsblitz
[00:41:48] [SPEAKER_06]: we got about
[00:41:49] [SPEAKER_06]: 15 minutes
[00:41:50] [SPEAKER_06]: to go
[00:41:50] [SPEAKER_06]: where do you want to head
[00:41:53] [SPEAKER_07]: so the
[00:41:54] [SPEAKER_07]: Chinese are
[00:41:57] [SPEAKER_07]: rehearsing
[00:41:58] [SPEAKER_07]: the next infectious disease outbreak
[00:42:01] [SPEAKER_07]: it's
[00:42:01] [SPEAKER_07]: drills
[00:42:03] [SPEAKER_07]: in ten
[00:42:03] [SPEAKER_07]: provinces of
[00:42:06] [SPEAKER_07]: not
[00:42:06] [SPEAKER_07]: to say if there
[00:42:07] [SPEAKER_07]: is a
[00:42:08] [SPEAKER_07]: mystery disease
[00:42:09] [SPEAKER_07]: in China now
[00:42:10] [SPEAKER_07]: but they are
[00:42:12] [SPEAKER_07]: practicing for it
[00:42:16] [SPEAKER_06]: well we've seen
[00:42:17] [SPEAKER_06]: drills turn into real things
[00:42:18] [SPEAKER_06]: but of course
[00:42:19] [SPEAKER_06]: they
[00:42:20] [SPEAKER_06]: do
[00:42:21] [SPEAKER_06]: put
[00:42:22] [SPEAKER_06]: put on a lot of
[00:42:23] [SPEAKER_06]: drills as well
[00:42:24] [SPEAKER_06]: military
[00:42:25] [SPEAKER_06]: pandemic
[00:42:25] [SPEAKER_06]: and otherwise
[00:42:26] [SPEAKER_06]: so
[00:42:26] [SPEAKER_06]: hopefully just a
[00:42:28] [SPEAKER_06]: drill I don't want another
[00:42:29] [SPEAKER_06]: pneumonia of unknown
[00:42:30] [SPEAKER_06]: cause coming through
[00:42:32] [SPEAKER_06]: but
[00:42:33] [SPEAKER_06]: hey these days
[00:42:34] [SPEAKER_06]: got to be ready for anything
[00:42:35] [SPEAKER_06]: I guess
[00:42:38] [SPEAKER_07]: yeah
[00:42:40] [SPEAKER_07]: we're not a regular
[00:42:42] [SPEAKER_07]: news show
[00:42:42] [SPEAKER_07]: we're looking at what
[00:42:43] [SPEAKER_07]: you know
[00:42:44] [SPEAKER_07]: potentially
[00:42:44] [SPEAKER_07]: leads to
[00:42:46] [SPEAKER_07]: real crisis
[00:42:48] [SPEAKER_07]: meanwhile
[00:42:49] [SPEAKER_07]: there's Chicago
[00:42:51] [SPEAKER_07]: the Democrat National Convention
[00:42:53] [SPEAKER_07]: and all the
[00:42:54] [SPEAKER_07]: demorogary
[00:42:55] [SPEAKER_07]: of
[00:42:56] [SPEAKER_07]: the 2024 election
[00:42:58] [SPEAKER_07]: going on
[00:42:59] [SPEAKER_07]: we're not talking about that
[00:43:01] [SPEAKER_07]: until or unless
[00:43:03] [SPEAKER_07]: it relates to
[00:43:04] [SPEAKER_07]: you know
[00:43:06] [SPEAKER_07]: seriously bad news
[00:43:07] [SPEAKER_07]: overall though
[00:43:09] [SPEAKER_07]: with the exception of
[00:43:10] [SPEAKER_07]: black on red
[00:43:11] [SPEAKER_07]: grade one
[00:43:12] [SPEAKER_07]: government
[00:43:13] [SPEAKER_07]: statistics being
[00:43:14] [SPEAKER_07]: falsified
[00:43:17] [SPEAKER_07]: relatively calm
[00:43:18] [SPEAKER_07]: summer evening
[00:43:20] [SPEAKER_07]: with
[00:43:21] [SPEAKER_07]: relatively
[00:43:23] fewer
[00:43:23] [SPEAKER_07]: indicators
[00:43:24] [SPEAKER_07]: activated than
[00:43:26] [SPEAKER_07]: we had at least
[00:43:27] [SPEAKER_07]: last month when the
[00:43:28] [SPEAKER_07]: president
[00:43:28] [SPEAKER_07]: ex-president was shot
[00:43:31] [SPEAKER_06]: compared to that
[00:43:32] [SPEAKER_06]: and compared to
[00:43:33] [SPEAKER_06]: COVID it's quiet
[00:43:34] [SPEAKER_06]: but
[00:43:35] [SPEAKER_06]: it's not
[00:43:36] [SPEAKER_06]: that quiet
[00:43:37] [SPEAKER_06]: and I got a feeling
[00:43:37] [SPEAKER_06]: things are going to
[00:43:38] [SPEAKER_06]: pick up even more in the
[00:43:39] [SPEAKER_06]: next few weeks
[00:43:40] [SPEAKER_06]: but
[00:43:41] [SPEAKER_06]: but you're right
[00:43:42] [SPEAKER_06]: you got to take some
[00:43:43] [SPEAKER_06]: perspective
[00:43:43] [SPEAKER_06]: and as we always say
[00:43:45] [SPEAKER_06]: when things aren't
[00:43:46] [SPEAKER_06]: going
[00:43:46] [SPEAKER_06]: too crazy
[00:43:48] [SPEAKER_06]: take advantage of that
[00:43:49] [SPEAKER_06]: time
[00:43:50] [SPEAKER_06]: because
[00:43:50] [SPEAKER_06]: you never know when
[00:43:51] [SPEAKER_06]: this will be
[00:43:52] [SPEAKER_06]: just
[00:43:53] [SPEAKER_06]: dozens and
[00:43:54] [SPEAKER_06]: dozens of
[00:43:55] [SPEAKER_06]: shtf level
[00:43:56] [SPEAKER_06]: articles all at once
[00:43:57] [SPEAKER_06]: and maybe it'll be
[00:43:58] [SPEAKER_06]: a little too late
[00:43:58] [SPEAKER_06]: to get your preps
[00:44:00] you know
[00:44:01] [SPEAKER_07]: right
[00:44:03] so
[00:44:03] [SPEAKER_07]: something that
[00:44:05] [SPEAKER_07]: is clearly
[00:44:07] [SPEAKER_07]: related to all
[00:44:08] [SPEAKER_07]: this that we
[00:44:08] [SPEAKER_07]: never really
[00:44:09] [SPEAKER_07]: put our finger on
[00:44:10] [SPEAKER_07]: or talk about
[00:44:11] [SPEAKER_07]: but I was thinking
[00:44:12] [SPEAKER_07]: about it just
[00:44:13] [SPEAKER_07]: just today
[00:44:16] is
[00:44:16] [SPEAKER_07]: going on
[00:44:17] [SPEAKER_07]: back and forth
[00:44:18] [SPEAKER_07]: between the
[00:44:19] [SPEAKER_07]: parties
[00:44:19] [SPEAKER_07]: between the
[00:44:20] [SPEAKER_07]: you know
[00:44:20] [SPEAKER_07]: the campaigns
[00:44:21] [SPEAKER_07]: there is
[00:44:23] [SPEAKER_07]: discussion of
[00:44:24] [SPEAKER_07]: tax policy
[00:44:25] [SPEAKER_07]: all right
[00:44:26] [SPEAKER_07]: last week
[00:44:26] [SPEAKER_07]: the democrat
[00:44:28] [SPEAKER_07]: nominee
[00:44:28] [SPEAKER_07]: the vice president
[00:44:30] [SPEAKER_07]: you know
[00:44:32] [SPEAKER_07]: basically
[00:44:32] [SPEAKER_07]: announced that
[00:44:33] [SPEAKER_07]: she would
[00:44:34] [SPEAKER_07]: bring forward
[00:44:34] [SPEAKER_07]: price controls
[00:44:35] [SPEAKER_02]: right
[00:44:36] [SPEAKER_07]: want to talk a
[00:44:37] [SPEAKER_07]: little bit about
[00:44:38] [SPEAKER_07]: price controls
[00:44:39] [SPEAKER_07]: thanks to
[00:44:40] [SPEAKER_07]: breaker
[00:44:41] [SPEAKER_06]: literally
[00:44:43] [SPEAKER_06]: economics 101
[00:44:44] [SPEAKER_06]: they teach you
[00:44:45] [SPEAKER_06]: about
[00:44:45] [SPEAKER_06]: price floors
[00:44:46] [SPEAKER_06]: and price ceilings
[00:44:49] [SPEAKER_06]: in this
[00:44:50] [SPEAKER_06]: in this
[00:44:51] [SPEAKER_06]: you know
[00:44:52] [SPEAKER_06]: obviously
[00:44:52] [SPEAKER_06]: this is a
[00:44:53] [SPEAKER_06]: price ceiling
[00:44:54] [SPEAKER_06]: can't go
[00:44:54] [SPEAKER_06]: above
[00:44:55] [SPEAKER_06]: this certain
[00:44:55] [SPEAKER_06]: price
[00:44:56] [SPEAKER_06]: a price floor
[00:44:58] [SPEAKER_06]: would be
[00:44:59] [SPEAKER_06]: like corn
[00:45:00] [SPEAKER_06]: subsidies
[00:45:01] [SPEAKER_06]: for ethanol
[00:45:02] [SPEAKER_06]: or something
[00:45:03] [SPEAKER_06]: where
[00:45:04] [SPEAKER_06]: the
[00:45:05] [SPEAKER_06]: there's a
[00:45:05] [SPEAKER_06]: subsidy being
[00:45:06] [SPEAKER_06]: paid but
[00:45:06] [SPEAKER_06]: anyway
[00:45:07] [SPEAKER_06]: what happens
[00:45:08] [SPEAKER_06]: there's something
[00:45:08] [SPEAKER_06]: called dead
[00:45:09] [SPEAKER_06]: weight loss
[00:45:13] [SPEAKER_06]: that's the
[00:45:14] [SPEAKER_06]: natural
[00:45:14] [SPEAKER_06]: market forces
[00:45:15] [SPEAKER_06]: and adjust
[00:45:17] [SPEAKER_06]: either the
[00:45:18] [SPEAKER_06]: quantity
[00:45:18] [SPEAKER_06]: or the
[00:45:19] [SPEAKER_06]: price
[00:45:21] [SPEAKER_06]: now
[00:45:21] [SPEAKER_06]: price and
[00:45:22] [SPEAKER_06]: quantity are the
[00:45:23] [SPEAKER_06]: x and y
[00:45:25] [SPEAKER_06]: access
[00:45:26] [SPEAKER_06]: axis
[00:45:27] [SPEAKER_06]: on
[00:45:27] [SPEAKER_06]: the graph
[00:45:28] [SPEAKER_06]: and there's supply
[00:45:29] [SPEAKER_06]: as one line
[00:45:30] [SPEAKER_06]: and demand as
[00:45:31] [SPEAKER_06]: the other line
[00:45:32] [SPEAKER_06]: that's like
[00:45:32] [SPEAKER_06]: literally the
[00:45:33] [SPEAKER_06]: economics 101
[00:45:34] [SPEAKER_06]: graph
[00:45:35] [SPEAKER_06]: you're doing
[00:45:36] [SPEAKER_06]: quantity versus
[00:45:37] [SPEAKER_06]: price when
[00:45:38] [SPEAKER_06]: price goes up
[00:45:40] [SPEAKER_06]: those suppliers
[00:45:41] [SPEAKER_06]: the people
[00:45:42] [SPEAKER_06]: that make
[00:45:42] [SPEAKER_06]: things they want to
[00:45:43] [SPEAKER_06]: make more
[00:45:44] [SPEAKER_06]: like if you're
[00:45:45] [SPEAKER_06]: getting paid
[00:45:46] [SPEAKER_06]: a bunch
[00:45:47] [SPEAKER_06]: you want to
[00:45:48] [SPEAKER_06]: make more
[00:45:49] [SPEAKER_06]: things to get
[00:45:49] [SPEAKER_06]: paid even
[00:45:50] [SPEAKER_06]: more
[00:45:50] [SPEAKER_06]: on the other
[00:45:51] [SPEAKER_06]: hand like
[00:45:52] [SPEAKER_06]: if
[00:45:52] [SPEAKER_06]: well if there's
[00:45:54] [SPEAKER_06]: a restriction
[00:45:55] [SPEAKER_06]: in that
[00:45:56] [SPEAKER_06]: price especially
[00:45:57] [SPEAKER_06]: artificially
[00:45:58] [SPEAKER_06]: in the
[00:45:58] [SPEAKER_06]: short term
[00:45:59] [SPEAKER_06]: like the
[00:46:00] [SPEAKER_06]: government
[00:46:00] [SPEAKER_06]: saying
[00:46:01] [SPEAKER_06]: you have to
[00:46:02] [SPEAKER_06]: lower your
[00:46:02] [SPEAKER_06]: prices
[00:46:04] [SPEAKER_06]: well guess
[00:46:05] [SPEAKER_06]: what you're
[00:46:06] [SPEAKER_06]: not going to
[00:46:06] [SPEAKER_06]: want to make as
[00:46:07] [SPEAKER_06]: much and then all
[00:46:07] [SPEAKER_06]: of a sudden there's
[00:46:08] [SPEAKER_06]: going to be
[00:46:08] [SPEAKER_06]: shortages
[00:46:09] [SPEAKER_06]: and when there's
[00:46:10] [SPEAKER_06]: shortages
[00:46:11] [SPEAKER_06]: what happens
[00:46:12] [SPEAKER_06]: when there's
[00:46:12] [SPEAKER_06]: less quantity
[00:46:13] [SPEAKER_06]: actually the
[00:46:14] [SPEAKER_06]: price goes up
[00:46:15] [SPEAKER_06]: so there might
[00:46:16] [SPEAKER_06]: be a very
[00:46:17] [SPEAKER_06]: short term benefit
[00:46:19] [SPEAKER_06]: maybe
[00:46:20] [SPEAKER_06]: that'll be
[00:46:21] [SPEAKER_06]: eaten up
[00:46:22] [SPEAKER_06]: so quickly
[00:46:24] [SPEAKER_06]: that with the
[00:46:26] [SPEAKER_06]: shortages
[00:46:26] [SPEAKER_06]: and expectation
[00:46:27] [SPEAKER_06]: of shortages
[00:46:28] [SPEAKER_06]: that you
[00:46:30] [SPEAKER_06]: can probably
[00:46:30] [SPEAKER_06]: expect
[00:46:31] [SPEAKER_06]: not only
[00:46:32] [SPEAKER_06]: prices to go
[00:46:33] [SPEAKER_06]: up
[00:46:33] [SPEAKER_06]: but quality
[00:46:34] [SPEAKER_06]: to go
[00:46:34] [SPEAKER_06]: down
[00:46:38] [SPEAKER_07]: exactly right
[00:46:39] [SPEAKER_07]: in the
[00:46:40] [SPEAKER_07]: entire
[00:46:41] [SPEAKER_07]: experiment
[00:46:42] [SPEAKER_07]: following Karl
[00:46:44] [SPEAKER_07]: Marx's
[00:46:45] [SPEAKER_07]: Tommies
[00:46:46] [SPEAKER_07]: Manifesto
[00:46:47] [SPEAKER_07]: all the
[00:46:48] [SPEAKER_07]: way through
[00:46:48] [SPEAKER_07]: the Russian
[00:46:49] [SPEAKER_07]: Revolution
[00:46:50] [SPEAKER_07]: and the
[00:46:51] [SPEAKER_07]: entire second
[00:46:52] [SPEAKER_07]: world
[00:46:53] [SPEAKER_07]: during the
[00:46:53] [SPEAKER_07]: Cold War
[00:46:55] [SPEAKER_07]: you know
[00:46:56] [SPEAKER_07]: trying to
[00:46:56] [SPEAKER_07]: do this
[00:46:58] [SPEAKER_07]: that
[00:46:59] [SPEAKER_07]: brought
[00:47:00] [SPEAKER_07]: so
[00:47:00] [SPEAKER_07]: much
[00:47:01] [SPEAKER_07]: death
[00:47:02] [SPEAKER_07]: and destruction
[00:47:02] [SPEAKER_07]: to this
[00:47:03] [SPEAKER_07]: world
[00:47:03] [SPEAKER_07]: that it's
[00:47:05] [SPEAKER_07]: dangerous
[00:47:05] [SPEAKER_07]: when a
[00:47:07] [SPEAKER_07]: US presidential
[00:47:08] [SPEAKER_07]: candidate
[00:47:08] [SPEAKER_07]: suggests it
[00:47:09] [SPEAKER_07]: now in
[00:47:10] [SPEAKER_07]: fairness
[00:47:10] [SPEAKER_07]: they got
[00:47:12] [SPEAKER_07]: stupid enough
[00:47:12] [SPEAKER_07]: in the
[00:47:13] [SPEAKER_07]: early 70s
[00:47:14] [SPEAKER_07]: and Nixon
[00:47:14] [SPEAKER_07]: tried it
[00:47:15] [SPEAKER_07]: and it
[00:47:16] [SPEAKER_07]: did
[00:47:16] [SPEAKER_07]: not
[00:47:17] [SPEAKER_07]: work
[00:47:17] [SPEAKER_07]: so
[00:47:19] [SPEAKER_07]: the real
[00:47:21] [SPEAKER_07]: danger I
[00:47:21] [SPEAKER_07]: see is
[00:47:23] [SPEAKER_07]: how many
[00:47:24] [SPEAKER_07]: voters for
[00:47:24] [SPEAKER_07]: that kind
[00:47:25] [SPEAKER_07]: of economic
[00:47:27] [SPEAKER_07]: policy
[00:47:27] [SPEAKER_07]: could there
[00:47:28] [SPEAKER_07]: really be
[00:47:29] [SPEAKER_07]: out there
[00:47:29] [SPEAKER_07]: and for how
[00:47:31] [SPEAKER_07]: long would
[00:47:31] [SPEAKER_07]: they put up
[00:47:32] [SPEAKER_07]: with it
[00:47:32] [SPEAKER_07]: before
[00:47:33] [SPEAKER_07]: everybody
[00:47:34] [SPEAKER_07]: agreed you
[00:47:35] [SPEAKER_07]: cannot
[00:47:35] [SPEAKER_07]: control
[00:47:36] [SPEAKER_07]: prices
[00:47:38] [SPEAKER_06]: hey there's
[00:47:39] [SPEAKER_06]: the other
[00:47:39] [SPEAKER_06]: side of
[00:47:40] [SPEAKER_06]: the coin
[00:47:40] [SPEAKER_06]: is that
[00:47:41] [SPEAKER_06]: price
[00:47:42] [SPEAKER_06]: floor
[00:47:42] [SPEAKER_06]: and that's
[00:47:43] [SPEAKER_06]: the like
[00:47:43] [SPEAKER_06]: the minimum
[00:47:44] [SPEAKER_06]: wage
[00:47:44] [SPEAKER_06]: they've
[00:47:44] [SPEAKER_06]: already
[00:47:45] [SPEAKER_06]: pushed
[00:47:45] [SPEAKER_06]: hard on
[00:47:56] [SPEAKER_06]: so I think maybe they're gonna not hit that as hard and maybe try to go on the other side which is the price controls that's just maybe a thought but
[00:48:03] [SPEAKER_06]: uh
[00:48:04] [SPEAKER_06]: yeah it
[00:48:05] [SPEAKER_06]: never has worked it's pretty much mathematically impossible for it to work and when it came out I I will even meet
[00:48:12] [SPEAKER_06]: the
[00:48:13] [SPEAKER_06]: breaker of banksters what I
[00:48:14] [SPEAKER_06]: what I heard of this I was like
[00:48:16] [SPEAKER_06]: almost like stunned or like what like they're actually like going with like Mao
[00:48:22] [SPEAKER_06]: and and and Stalin who both killed millions and millions of people in Stalin's case a lot of them were in the Ukraine
[00:48:30] [SPEAKER_06]: who were starved out in the early 30s because of you know collectivism of the farms and all that and same thing like the 50s and beyond
[00:48:39] [SPEAKER_06]: and in China so like just whoa whoa whoa wow I say this on my radio show all the time that the Democrats are
[00:48:52] [SPEAKER_06]: kind of surprising and makes me think oh man I better get just you know stay serious be serious get serious
[00:49:01] [SPEAKER_07]: yeah maybe they don't tend to do it at all but it just sounds good to the dumbest of their voters
[00:49:08] [SPEAKER_06]: that's you know that's too that too they can be testing the waters as well like you know maybe they'll do it at some point down the line
[00:49:16] [SPEAKER_06]: maybe not but yeah yeah they came straight out and Kamala hasn't really even floated any other economic policies besides that either
[00:49:27] [SPEAKER_06]: so it's like okay what else are you gonna do
[00:49:32] [SPEAKER_07]: so you ad libbed a little bringing some Russian Ukraine war front news but I'm not sure that news necessarily
[00:49:39] [SPEAKER_07]: earns its way onto the future danger heat map because I it just doesn't I'm not sure that the Ukrainian invasion of Russia
[00:49:49] [SPEAKER_07]: really changes the status quo in the long run
[00:49:55] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm not a military expert but I would say that this has been a big escalation and the only reason Ukraine was able to actually attack
[00:50:05] [SPEAKER_06]: Russia proper is because they've gotten
[00:50:09] [SPEAKER_06]: 100 billion plus in military aid as well as high Mars and the drones and all the support
[00:50:16] [SPEAKER_06]: and training so like
[00:50:19] [SPEAKER_06]: when Russia invaded Ukraine it was bad I think it was really you know for tensions and it is a global
[00:50:25] [SPEAKER_06]: threat but like this is
[00:50:28] [SPEAKER_06]: I feel like it's an escalation and the only reason this is happening is because America and the West helped to happen Russia knows that
[00:50:37] [SPEAKER_06]: and so they can't be very happy even you know hopefully I'm not saying a tactical nukes gonna go off next week but like
[00:50:43] [SPEAKER_06]: this is very I think it's worth at least some discussion even though you were absolutely right
[00:50:51] [SPEAKER_06]: when this first happened two and a half years ago almost exactly two and a half years ago February 2022 and it's August 2024
[00:50:59] [SPEAKER_06]: you said it would turn into a multi-year slugfest attrition civil war Slavic Civil War and that's what's happened
[00:51:10] [SPEAKER_07]: yeah and the nerves had going to Russia is
[00:51:14] [SPEAKER_07]: interesting but I mean we saw
[00:51:18] [SPEAKER_07]: you know for goes in run a convoy towards the capital of Russia that was just incredible news at the time
[00:51:29] [SPEAKER_07]: yeah I don't know it's kind of like
[00:51:32] [SPEAKER_07]: the frog boiling in water metaphor like maybe
[00:51:38] [SPEAKER_07]: tactical nukes can be actually used in certain occasions there and it still continues without escalating
[00:51:47] [SPEAKER_07]: so
[00:51:49] [SPEAKER_07]: I personally believe that any nuclear exchange can't be stopped and rolls right up into full thermonuclear war worldwide
[00:52:00] [SPEAKER_07]: but I'm wondering if people that control those weapons are
[00:52:05] [SPEAKER_07]: poign with that idea especially in Russia
[00:52:08] [SPEAKER_07]: they might consider that a method to put a shot across the bow
[00:52:13] [SPEAKER_07]: and it would but in the western news cycles for how long
[00:52:20] [SPEAKER_07]: could you imagine a day in the next 12 months where there has been a nuclear weapon used on the battlefield
[00:52:27] [SPEAKER_07]: in Ukraine and
[00:52:31] [SPEAKER_07]: 30 days later like the Trump getting shot we're not even seeing headlines about it
[00:52:37] [SPEAKER_06]: that was actually the analogy I was thinking in my head like oh I wouldn't have ever thought Trump would have got a shot
[00:52:42] [SPEAKER_06]: let alone survived it so closely but almost didn't
[00:52:46] [SPEAKER_06]: I was thinking the same thing like
[00:52:48] [SPEAKER_06]: that
[00:52:49] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't know if it would be I'm also at least from the research I've done
[00:52:55] [SPEAKER_06]: and even the RAND Corporation and others say
[00:53:00] [SPEAKER_06]: tactical nukes used like 80 plus percent of the time it's full of thermonuclear war
[00:53:05] [SPEAKER_06]: heck watch that game with or the movie War Games with Matthew Broderick
[00:53:10] [SPEAKER_06]: and every simulation ends in total destruction
[00:53:14] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't know maybe there could be a 10 kiloton bomb used on one battlefield one time
[00:53:20] [SPEAKER_06]: and it's kind of kills a bunch of Ukrainians but also is a threat
[00:53:25] [SPEAKER_06]: and then everyone's like okay we're not going to do any more of that
[00:53:28] [SPEAKER_06]: okay Russia's serious we're not going to you know
[00:53:30] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't know if that would be the end of the war but
[00:53:33] [SPEAKER_06]: and then 30 days later nothing happens
[00:53:35] [SPEAKER_06]: I sure as heck ain't rolling the dice hoping on that one though
[00:53:40] [SPEAKER_07]: well Israel is assassinating Hamas in Iran
[00:53:46] [SPEAKER_07]: openly
[00:53:47] [SPEAKER_07]: I mean some of these things are creeping along with just
[00:53:53] [SPEAKER_07]: Overton window pushing and pushing and pushing
[00:53:56] [SPEAKER_07]: and like under the service of the economy
[00:54:00] [SPEAKER_07]: 800,000 fake jobs reported for a long streak of months
[00:54:05] [SPEAKER_07]: all the way up to last March and then
[00:54:08] [SPEAKER_07]: it doesn't come out until five months later that was a bad number
[00:54:11] [SPEAKER_07]: underneath the surface there's so many systems that
[00:54:15] [SPEAKER_07]: you know could be pretty fragile right now
[00:54:19] [SPEAKER_07]: so we broadcast every Wednesday night on the proper broadcasting network
[00:54:23] [SPEAKER_07]: this is Patriot power hour
[00:54:25] [SPEAKER_07]: we're talking about these things as early as anybody else is
[00:54:30] [SPEAKER_06]: it's all about that systemic risk and that's why future dangers
[00:54:33] [SPEAKER_06]: is a nice tool for us to not only see what's going on now
[00:54:36] [SPEAKER_06]: but drill back in time but as you saw with COVID
[00:54:39] [SPEAKER_06]: as we've seen with a lot of different things but
[00:54:42] [SPEAKER_06]: especially COVID was the one that really showed us on our show
[00:54:47] [SPEAKER_06]: how one column can affect every other piece of news on the entire dashboard
[00:54:56] [SPEAKER_06]: if it gets crazy enough
[00:54:57] [SPEAKER_06]: so yeah systemic risk and the old domino effect
[00:55:03] [SPEAKER_06]: everything seems like a lot of things are on the precipice
[00:55:06] [SPEAKER_06]: and I got a feeling if one or two of those fail
[00:55:09] [SPEAKER_06]: it could lead to more failures which could lead to more
[00:55:12] [SPEAKER_06]: so that's why I'm a prepper I'll tell you that
[00:55:15] [SPEAKER_07]: and for people who are inclined to believe that
[00:55:18] [SPEAKER_07]: all of this is centrally controlled
[00:55:20] [SPEAKER_07]: the powers that be whoever they are
[00:55:23] [SPEAKER_07]: have you know are just absolutely perfect popput masters
[00:55:28] [SPEAKER_07]: I beg to differ
[00:55:30] [SPEAKER_07]: these people think that that's what they are
[00:55:33] [SPEAKER_07]: but some of the forces that they're you know
[00:55:37] [SPEAKER_07]: tampering with that are economic
[00:55:42] [SPEAKER_07]: or national security imperatives
[00:55:45] [SPEAKER_07]: sort of rules of human nature in the aggregate
[00:55:50] [SPEAKER_07]: that cannot be defied in the long run
[00:55:52] [SPEAKER_07]: let alone column four news that stems from the natural world
[00:55:58] [SPEAKER_07]: just threats there
[00:55:59] [SPEAKER_07]: or column one with trespasses on liberty
[00:56:04] [SPEAKER_07]: that eventually go too far
[00:56:06] [SPEAKER_07]: all of these things can break
[00:56:08] [SPEAKER_07]: and that's what we're doing is we're trying to watch that
[00:56:11] [SPEAKER_07]: analyze it tell people seriously this is exactly where we stand tonight
[00:56:16] [SPEAKER_07]: so I'm glad to have a chance to do that with you on a weekly basis Ben
[00:56:22] [SPEAKER_06]: yes sir episode 275
[00:56:25] [SPEAKER_06]: crazy to think we've been doing this since November 2017
[00:56:29] [SPEAKER_06]: and we actually did a few shows even before that
[00:56:31] [SPEAKER_06]: so coming up on the seven year anniversary soon enough
[00:56:35] [SPEAKER_06]: but hey we're just getting started
[00:56:38] [SPEAKER_06]: I got a feeling this fall and beyond could be even more important
[00:56:43] [SPEAKER_06]: than all the other Patriot power hours we've ever done
[00:56:45] [SPEAKER_06]: so we've paced ourself
[00:56:48] [SPEAKER_06]: but we've also saved some energy for when things get a little crazy
[00:56:54] [SPEAKER_06]: but on the other hand it's a long haul
[00:56:56] [SPEAKER_06]: so you know we try to hit that good balance
[00:57:00] [SPEAKER_07]: so when you come off the bone broth for the first meal
[00:57:04] [SPEAKER_07]: what's the actual real first meal you got lined up
[00:57:08] [SPEAKER_06]: oh man
[00:57:10] [SPEAKER_06]: so and you were telling me this is a horrible idea
[00:57:14] [SPEAKER_06]: but I'm doing it just as the capstone of discipline that I'm trying to build here
[00:57:18] [SPEAKER_06]: because a good portion of why I did this is just to increase my resiliency
[00:57:23] [SPEAKER_06]: and increase discipline
[00:57:25] [SPEAKER_06]: but I'm gonna have an appointment
[00:57:28] [SPEAKER_06]: tentative appointment tomorrow
[00:57:29] [SPEAKER_06]: and then I'm gonna go grocery shopping right after
[00:57:32] [SPEAKER_06]: and then I'm gonna come home
[00:57:33] [SPEAKER_06]: and have the bone broth for a few hours
[00:57:36] [SPEAKER_06]: and then I'm gonna have like a half dozen scrambled eggs
[00:57:41] [SPEAKER_06]: I don't know if that counts as a meal
[00:57:43] [SPEAKER_06]: steak and eggs
[00:57:44] [SPEAKER_06]: and what I'm gonna do after that is probably have a steak
[00:57:49] [SPEAKER_06]: either maybe even with the eggs I might as well
[00:57:52] [SPEAKER_06]: and or what I was thinking
[00:57:53] [SPEAKER_06]: what I want to do and I was talking about this on the fasted cast
[00:58:00] [SPEAKER_06]: and Maria
[00:58:01] [SPEAKER_06]: aka Dave Jones's wife
[00:58:04] [SPEAKER_06]: who's all into this and has done many long fasts
[00:58:06] [SPEAKER_06]: agreed with me when I said this she was listening
[00:58:08] [SPEAKER_06]: that after a fast
[00:58:11] [SPEAKER_06]: you need to repopulate your gut with like friendly bacteria
[00:58:14] [SPEAKER_06]: so a little bit of yogurt or kefir
[00:58:17] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm gonna have a little of that
[00:58:19] [SPEAKER_06]: and then I think for the last thing tonight
[00:58:21] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm gonna have some Italian sausage slash hamburger
[00:58:26] [SPEAKER_06]: kind of mixed up with some sauerkraut
[00:58:28] [SPEAKER_06]: fry that up
[00:58:30] [SPEAKER_06]: it's gonna be yummy
[00:58:31] [SPEAKER_06]: so almost no carbs
[00:58:33] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm definitely not gonna have like a bowl of Lucky Charms
[00:58:35] [SPEAKER_06]: even though that'd be one of the first things I'd want to have
[00:58:39] [SPEAKER_06]: so
[00:58:40] [SPEAKER_06]: and then the next day
[00:58:41] [SPEAKER_06]: the next day I might have tacos or something
[00:58:45] [SPEAKER_06]: some celebratory one
[00:58:46] [SPEAKER_06]: you offered me tacos today
[00:58:49] [SPEAKER_06]: but I passed it
[00:58:51] [SPEAKER_06]: but I'll take a rain check
[00:58:52] [SPEAKER_06]: so anyway I'm getting really hungry now
[00:58:54] [SPEAKER_06]: I'm gonna go ahead and
[00:58:56] [SPEAKER_06]: go to sleep for the next hour or two
[00:58:58] [SPEAKER_06]: power through
[00:59:00] [SPEAKER_06]: enjoy my broth
[00:59:01] [SPEAKER_06]: eggs, steak
[00:59:04] [SPEAKER_06]: actually that is probably one of the hardest things of fasting
[00:59:07] [SPEAKER_06]: is eating again
[00:59:08] [SPEAKER_06]: cause you're kind of like oh I deserve to eat now
[00:59:11] [SPEAKER_06]: right and you know
[00:59:13] [SPEAKER_06]: you're not gonna eat 8,000 calories the day after a fast
[00:59:16] [SPEAKER_06]: it's not only gonna get you fat again
[00:59:19] [SPEAKER_06]: it's just not so great for your hormones
[00:59:22] [SPEAKER_06]: and your
[00:59:23] [SPEAKER_06]: the whole reason you're fasting is to try to
[00:59:25] [SPEAKER_06]: help your blood sugar
[00:59:27] [SPEAKER_06]: help your pancreas
[00:59:28] [SPEAKER_06]: help your liver
[00:59:29] [SPEAKER_06]: and not eating for five days
[00:59:31] [SPEAKER_06]: and then eating 8,000 calories at a buffet
