[00:02:21] You know, Russians have a right to be, you know, concerned that those ATACAMs could strike assets in their, you know, overall structure to, you know, defend itself during a nuclear war

[00:02:35] So, how, the targeting and how well it's targeted and whether the Russian national command that has to maintain its nuclear posture

[00:02:50] You know, will the Russians consider these strikes as putting at risk Russia's ability to counter-strike, right?

[00:03:02] And this is a frog boiling, right?

[00:03:05] This is a slow boil, right?

[00:03:07] We're actually talking about deep-strike Western-made missiles hitting, you know, hundreds of miles into Russia

[00:03:14] And it's happening tonight

[00:03:15] Western weapons are doing that

[00:03:19] And I'm not certain it upsets the whole balance of things

[00:03:22] I don't think it's a risk to, you know, Russia's, you know, fundamental
