There's 5G in the water. There's radiation in the cereal. There's microplastics in the bath water. There's lizards in the government. It's all true. I mean, not all of it, but, you know. There's some truth to the concerns of the day about things like microwaves, radio waves. The whole nine yards. Contamination overall. Right? I wanted to tell you something about sugar, man. Ahem. Truly, truly, the reality. I want to tell everybody first about the radio check tonight, 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Our weekly 9 p.m. radio checks. This is something you're going to want to be a part of if you have been thinking about alternative communications, emergency communications, building a PACE plan. We can be a part of your PACE plan. You can train this aspect of your PACE plan weekly. If it's a deal, if it's a big deal for you and you've been looking for a solution, okay, go to Skycom PTT, buy one of their POC radios. In the affiliate line there, just put PBN, and we'll get some kickback for that, and you'll get free access to an emergency comms meetup. That is really quick and really easy. It's not a huge time commitment, all right? It happens tonight, 9 p.m. It'll probably be over by 9.15, all told. So a few weeks ago, we're crazy people, okay? In my household, we buy soda for our children, right? They drink soda. We drink soda. Well, actually, my wife doesn't drink it anymore, but I drink it sometimes, okay? For the most part, I avoid sugar, though, largely, right? There are days when I go... Sometimes the whole day, but, you know, big long chunks of the day without touching any sugar whatsoever. I drink black coffee. I eat eggs and bacon and stuff in the morning or eggs and scrabble or eggs and toast. And, you know, so maybe not all sugar, but, you know, sugary, high sugar stuff I mostly avoid. Most days, most of the time. I'm the type of guy, if I eat sugary stuff, it'll give me the old crash. You know what I mean? The crash is pretty hard because I don't eat a lot. couple weeks ago they were selling Bart's root beer for like uh buy one get one free or something like that I bought them I brought them home my kids drank a couple and they were like we don't want we don't want them so I started drinking them because I love root beer I love I mean I've always loved root beer I remember in uh ninth grade my girlfriend bought me she wrapped a case of mug root beer and put it under the tree amongst other hilarious gifts but um I picked it up like, what the hell is this, it was a funny thing, um, but anyhow, I started drinking them, man, right, I bought, completely unrelated, for my son, I bought some apple cider, because it's getting around that time, I thought it'd be good, I bought some, you know, some of that good apple cider, put that in the fridge, he wasn't really drinking it, so I started drinking on that, drinking apple cider throughout the day a little bit, drinking some root beer, um, Then all of a sudden my wife goes like, oh, it's blueberry time. And we go on this sort of tear to find blueberry cereal, which is this very, like, it's this very weird treat of mine. You know what I mean? It's the blueberry-flavored cereal that comes out only around Halloween time. And this pimp ghost is on the front, and I love him. His name's Blueberry. And he's not really a pimp, but it's just, I don't know, he's a cool-looking dude. And so I'm eating blueberry cereal, right? And then the wife also brings home, well, actually, I was the one who did it first. I bought some Haribo Halloween candy because my kids and my wife, they love Haribo gummies. Little tiny little packs, you know what I mean? And then my wife goes out and she buys Reese's candies and Kit Kats, right? And I'm eating these Kit Kats now. All this stuff is creeping. Up on me. I'm not, like, keeping an inventory of it, right? The other day, I start to feel like I'm sick. I'm getting sick. My son, he's like, yeah, everybody's sick at my school. And I'm like, yeah, I think I'm getting a little something, too. And I keep waking up, like, feeling... kind of bad you know what I mean headache and kind of like creaky which is rare for me dude I don't feel bad I've told you many times zero injuries no no arthritic anything no inflammation no recurring anything and I'm waking up and you know the other thing like my mind is everywhere now I know it's it's been a crazy month it has been an exceptionally crazy month really on every level But my mind is everywhere, dude. I mean, it's just out of control. It's literally out of control. It's everywhere. And, you know, that's a whole show in and of itself, all the stuff going on on that end. But overall, it's just like, you're due for an inspection, Mr. Walton. Like, your tags are out of date. You need to go in the mechanic and see what the hell's wrong. And I worked out pretty hard the other night, and I was so unbelievably sore. It was crazy. Like, it was, I don't know. It's different. You know what I mean? I worked out today, and I was just doing terrible. The whole workout, just bad. Just bad. Like, no two ways about it. Not like, oh, you're a little off. Like, this is way off. Okay? Way off. I mean, to put it quite frankly, I'm like VR boxing and losing every match, which doesn't happen. You know what I mean? It just never happens. Three in a row. Knocked dead. I mean, over before it even began, some of them. Really bad. Slow, like, reaction times. Wrong. Just. Unable to focus. Unable to be like, I'm getting hit with the right hand every time I throw a jab. He's coming over the top with the right hand every time. Every time. Every time. What do I do? Throw a jab. Don't put my hand up. Get knocked out. What is going on? And I'm sitting down sweating to death after that nightmare. And I just go, what is it? And then I just, it's the sugar. It's the sugar. It's just what it is. My body is saturated with too much damn sugar. My mind, the whole thing. And the reason I wanted to tell you about it is because, you know, I'm sure many of you are out there who eat sugary stuff or drink sugary stuff. You guys are probably numb to it. You know what I mean? The effects probably don't hit you as much. But I just wanted to bring up all these crazy effects... Of slowly integrating more and more sugar into a diet of a person who doesn't eat sugar. And the very real effects it's having on my whole situation. You know what I mean? It is literally like being poisoned. Slowly. You know what I mean? That's what it feels like. Performance is waning. You know what I mean? Now, all the root beer is gone. After the workout, I threw the apple cider away. It was kind of old anyway. And I was like, alright, it's enough of this. So it's all over, you know what I mean? I will return back to normal, I'm sure, with haste. But I just thought, you know, of all the things, right? My big point here is of all the things we worry about that get into the diet because of contamination of foods and waters and of all the things we worry about in the air and the trees and the birds and the bees. I don't know why I just did a Beavis laugh over that. But I'm still nine years old at heart, I guess. One of the things that we can fall into real easy, and I mean, it's really easy, is the sugar, you know. But it's a noticeable difference for me from doing, you know, like, what I do with sugar is I'll do like a day. You know, I would do a day where it'll be like, I'm going to make some cookies today. I'm going to drink a Coke. I'm going to have whatever. You know what I mean? We're going to have a day that's heavy in sugar. And then the sugar hits and the insulin and all that. And I'm just flat lined on the couch. But it's usually a weekend or a weeknight or whatever. So it doesn't matter. But I'm just sitting there going like, wow, that's some powerful stuff there. That sugar is. And you feel it. You know what I mean? Oh, you know what else happened? Here's what else happened. I forgot about this little number. Friday, the family and I went to the state fair. So you know what happened there, right? You know what happened at the state fair. Lemonades and cough. I mean, lemonades and sodas and sweet teas and fried donuts and powdered sugar on everything. And you know what I mean? And just literally like this, this amazing experience that sucks of watching sugar accumulate in the blood and in the body and I don't know where else and just really having like true effects on me and it just put it all into perspective because I'm sitting there thinking about it like wow this is a thing you know what I mean this is a thing that we eat like all the time and it's clearly clearly having an effect you know what I mean like like just on multiple levels of my life And I wanted to bring that to your attention because I hear a lot of people concerned about a lot of things. You know what I mean? About a lot of filtering and a lot of eliminating and move this out of the diet and put this in and don't wear this and don't do that and don't say this. And make sure that you got a filter on that and you got a Faraday over that. You know what I mean? The whole thing. And I'm just wondering like, man, I wonder how much sugar is going in the body. With people like this. Because it is real man. It's a very real thing. You know it will tear you up. And I've never really felt it like this before. Because like I said I avoid it most of the time. But man am I experiencing it. And it's real. It will tear you down. It will tear you down. No lie. And that's exactly what I've been feeling over the last few days. Maybe even like up to a week now. I think it's been about a week. I've been kind of. slowly uh denaturing slowly devolving slowly decomposing and having more and more issues and like what is going on but this this thing with the with the physical fitness today was now at the gym i did feel very strong no no problems at the gym during that workout that was like yeah i'm good like i'm definitely not weak but the recovery was rough The recovery was bad, like days. You know what I mean? And I know I hadn't squatted heavy in maybe a couple weeks. So that has a lot to do with sort of the leg pain. But, you know, I'm accustomed to the leg pain. I usually squat every workout that I go to the gym. But the recovery was slow, man. It was slow. My chest is even still a little sore. And like I said, this is three days ago. this is Thursday night, Thursday, yeah, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, almost three full days to heal, and my chest heals fast, you know what I mean, it's, it's a, it's a big muscle in my body that's been trained for years, it doesn't hurt very long, no matter what I do to it. Beware the sugar, PBN family, seriously, I'd love to hear from you, I really would, I mean, I know it seems kind of, you know, trivial and that kind of thing, but I've been given to what people really experience in this life. I've been really given to my lifestyle and kind of how do people survive. I said it to my wife on the way home from the gym Thursday. I've been in a kind of a depressive kind of poopy pants mood throughout the latter part of this month. And I said to her, I was so high on the workout and the sauna that followed. I just said to her, I said, like, the way I feel right now, the way I felt before we got to the gym compared to the way I feel now, I always, when I have that sort of gym high, I always am like, I can't believe people go through their whole life never feeling this. You know what I mean? Like the exertion and the fulfillment and sort of the endorphin rush of working out hard. And I'm just like, I can't believe that there are people all around us right now. Driving and working and living and doing their life in this state of misery. And they never work out. Never! They never go hard and like blow the engine out. And then, you know, sit there half dead and come back triumphantly. And feel that good feeling, man. And then, you know, the follow up to that was... I wonder how many people think they're sick, think they're, you know, out of shape, think they're, think something terrible of themselves because they're just saturated in sugar. Because there's definitely a sort of, there's a different, a differing effect between having some sugar, you know, a lot, cake, whatever, and then your body, you know, flushes through it all or works through it all and then, You know, you move on to the next day and you clean up the act. There's definitely a difference between that and what I'm experiencing now, which is a saturation of sugar and the effects. Like I've got like a shoulder, right shoulder pain right now. I don't even know what it is. Never had it before. Never. Never. Crazy. It's inflammation. It messes the blood. The red blood cells stick together when you got too much sugar in the blood. It just messes everything up. I'm almost as mad at myself as I am if I drink a lot. It doesn't happen very often. But if I drink, which doesn't happen often either. And then if I drink a lot and I feel bad the next day. Then I feel like you're an idiot. Like you spend money. Time, effort, suffering to keep your body working in tip-top shape. The working out, the supplements, the stretching, all these things. And now you've gone and poisoned your liver, your kidneys, your blood. And you did such a good job at poisoning yourself that you're ill from it. Some of you out there are probably listening to this going like, I can't believe I listened to this guy. He drank some sodas and he's falling apart. I'm far from falling apart, but I had to report back to the PBN family about my findings. All right.
