A good life happens on the other side of quit. This is a message from a quitter. For many, many years, I was the type of guy to throw the towel in. Now, I see so many people with issues and excuses that I thought it time to talk about life on the other side of quit.I learned this through fitness but it applies to everything and there is an opportunity to exist beyond the QUIT in so much of what we do each day. Take notes. You don't need special powers for this. It's just a lifestyle.
