[00:03:28] He was on to say it was my understanding that those personnel were not aware the assailant had a firearm until they heard gunshots If you believe that, you will believe anything This is some cockamamie doo doo if I ever heard stupid in my life This right here

[00:03:51] Despite the dozens and dozens of rally attendees who video recorded Was facing their back to Trump facing away from Trump pointing and recording this man on a roof While others were poking, pulling on the pant leg of police officers

[00:04:12] Secret Service agents and temp agents from Homeland Security pointing at this guy that was on the roof with a rifle Despite the fact that the Secret Service had reported that they had watched this guy for 60 minutes And that they had eyes on him for 24 hours prior

[00:04:32] Trying to watch him as a person of suspicion But most importantly he was on that roof with a rifle Everybody on the ground saw it But this clown is telling us, and we're supposed to believe it right

[00:04:50] That the agents who were on the roof, other roofs watching him with counter sniper rifles Did not know that he had a rifle on him until he pulled the trigger Are you serious? This clown I don't even know what to say about this

[00:05:15] This guy is going to be another cheetah If he don't pull his head out of his rectum, he's going to be another Kimberly Cheetle

[00:06:56] New Secret Service Director announces changes in wake of Trump assassination attempt The Secret Service is making changes in the wake of the assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump The agency's new acting director announced on July 30

[00:07:12] Acting director Ronald Roe Jr. said that he traveled to the site of the July 13 rally in Butler, Pennsylvania where the former president was shot by a man who fired from the roof of the nearby AGR building

[00:07:26] What I saw made me ashamed, Mr. Roe told two U.S. Senate committees on Capitol Hill in Washington As a career law enforcement officer and a 25-year veteran with the Secret Service, I cannot defend why that roof was not better secured

[00:07:42] He added, to prevent similar lapses from occurring in the future, I directed our personnel to ensure every event site security plan is thoroughly vetted by multiple experienced supervisors before it is implemented

[00:07:56] That's enough for now. You get the point. This guy is now stepping in saying that he's ashamed of the lack of security at the site and then he's gonna do a better job Meanwhile, he's pouring dry Kool-Aid mix into spoons and shoving it down our throats

[00:08:15] Feel free to swallow. I'm not going to I guess Biden is trying to, you know, they're always big about Trump is, he's a threat to our democracy

[00:08:27] Trump is a threat to our democracy. Everybody's talking about how Trump is Hitler, right? He's a Nazi and he's a threat to our democracy

[00:08:35] Well, now Biden is trying to put term limits, I guess, amongst other things on the Supreme Court, which I think is funny because how long have we wanted term limits for members of Congress? Right?

[00:08:53] These people are banding together to write term limits for the Supreme Court because they don't like the outcome of the way they interpret the laws Let me reinforce this again because I've told you guys in previous episodes

[00:09:10] Every government employee, it doesn't matter if you're a city employee, a county employee, a state employee or a federal employee We don't use the word immunity. Oh, I'm immune. That sounds wrong. It has the wrong connotation

[00:09:23] We're indemnified as long as we're acting under the colors of the laws of which we're working with So myself being a police officer, if I do something, let's say that I'm doing chest compressions on a person Actually, you know a Good Samaritan can do the same thing

[00:09:42] Chest compressions on a person save their life and you break the ribs or you puncture their lungs with a rib when you're doing the chest compressions So you go too deep. The Good Samaritan law indemnifies you

[00:09:54] And similarly, a police officer, if he's acting in accordance with the law, if he does something Let's say somebody pulls a weapon on him or is trying to take his pistol from him and he's wrestling and he's trying to hold his pistol

[00:10:10] That police officer feels that that person is trying to take their weapon for what purpose? To run away with it? To steal it? No To shoot him with it

[00:10:21] So if he uses his right hand, for example, and presses that pistol down inside of his holster and reaches over with his left hand And grabs a knife, say and starts stabbing him in self-defense and kills him

[00:10:37] He's not a murderer. He's indemnified, right? Because he's trying to enforce the law at which point this guy said you're not going to enforce this law on me I'm gonna try to kill you instead and he defended himself and saved himself

[00:10:50] Same thing within placing a person on arrest. A normal citizen can't just go up to a house And say I got a search warrant and knock on the door and say hey, I got to place you on arrest. I'm sorry

[00:11:00] A police officer can do that, right? And they're indemnified from certain aspects of things that were the normal citizen couldn't maybe do that A police officer can But if they do something that might be, say, misconstrued as breaking the law

[00:11:17] But it's under the color and they're performing their duties as an official police officer performing their official duties Well, then they're indemnified But if they go outside the scope of their job And we're gonna call this gross misconduct. We're gonna call this negligence Okay?

[00:11:37] We're gonna say we're gonna call this willful and wanton misconduct is how they word it in the actual law That's the only thing a police officer or any not just police officer but any member of any city, county, state or government statute

[00:11:54] If you violate, if you perform an act that is willful and wanton misconduct outside of the realm of your policies, procedures and the law Then you are not protected by indemnification So these Supreme Court characters, right?

[00:12:17] They put out a ruling saying that yes, well President Trump is indemnified in this particular case and the mainstream media and the Lune left they ran rampant with it

[00:12:29] Oh, Trump is immune now. Oh my gosh, the idiots out there, the post, the memes, the left can't make memes. They make garbage memes

[00:12:39] But they're putting these stupid memes together that and there's a couple, we'll say influencers, data men who are trying to put out this information that Trump could now send in SEAL Team 6

[00:12:57] And do all this crazy stuff because now he's immune or not Trump, I'm sorry, that Biden could send in SEAL Team 6 It wasn't long after that after he made that threat like that that Trump was actually shot in the ear

[00:13:13] You know and you've heard my intro people been doing this for some time making threats. They're not indemnified You cannot as a congressperson make a threat to the president of the United States because you're acting in your official capacity

[00:13:31] If you're lobbying, if you're campaigning, if you're talking about something political, you're performing your job And if you say get up in their face, if you say he needs to be taken out, I'll take him out tonight

[00:13:46] If you say things like this, right, Donald Trump needs to be taken out, then that is in fact a threat And in the government I believe it's called workplace violence and these persons should have been charged, right?

[00:13:59] But they weren't. They were allowed to walk three. And so they go on perpetrating this and creating this atmosphere that is hostile And some have said it raises the temperature. Yeah, yeah, at some point this mess has got to boil over and that's exactly what happened

[00:14:18] Some idiot stepped up and said, world needs a hero. It's going to be me And you saw what happened. I guess Joe Biden is unveiling a proposal that changes the US Supreme Court and he's urging Congress to establish term limits

[00:14:35] And an enforceable ethics code, I guess for the nine justices, which there's always been ethics codes for legal professionals But the problem with this is they're unhappy with the decision that they made, you know

[00:14:55] It's funny that they're trying to push these ethics codes when they themselves are out there threatening to kill the president Threatening to beat up the president. Biden right in my intro at least three different recordings, three different times

[00:15:11] One talking about taking Trump behind the woodshed or behind the school or the gym or whatever and punching him in the mouth, you know These kind of things. That's unethical. Not just unethical. It's immoral and they got away with it

[00:15:27] But the moment they don't get their way, well all hell breaks loose. We're going to have to change things We're going to have to write some ethics codes. We're going to have to put some term limits on these justices

[00:18:29] That's not the point. Europe is not a border to the United States Mexico is And millions of people are crossing over into the United States illegally And you haven't even been there yet. In fact, she's done nothing since right to stop this
