We are the Prepper Broadcasting Network. Now this is All Hallows' Eve right here. Rainy. The leaves clinging to the asphalt. Sun can't even peek through these sodden clouds. And man, it looks about as fall as possible. I'm going to sit here in the car and let the parents figure out how to maneuver the situation they're in. because we're dropping kids off at school and it's rainy and people are confused. Generally, I enjoy the people that surround me, so I don't want to say any more than that. PBM found that I want to revisit state-level collapse, which has been my bread-and-butter prediction forever. Really, from the time that I kind of, you know, there's like a evolution in a prepper, right? There's an evolution in the average prepper where they see the big one and they go, oh my God, the big one, EMP, whatever, this, that, the other thing. And that sort of motivates them to get to work. But then there's also a refinement that happens. As you pay more and more attention to society, you start to kind of refine what you know and yada, yada, yada. And then you develop most people, particularly preppers who talk and like to talk about these kinds of things, refine this idea of what collapse really is going to look like, right? We start to refine it. Because we realize that maybe the EMP comes, maybe it doesn't. Maybe this happens, maybe that doesn't. But for the most part, you know, Maybe there's something else. I don't know. Maybe there is. Maybe there isn't. Who knows? It's hard to watch society on a day-to-day basis and not fear the worst. Now, when it comes to the collapse of the nation, most preppers are kind of in accordance with the idea that it's all coming down. This whole thing is coming down and it's a wrap. And you better be able to self-sustain. And that's pretty bleak. That's pretty bleak. Because... Who do I know? I know very few people who are prepared to self-sustain. In all aspects of their life. Very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very few people. Who are prepared to... self-sustain and all that goes with that, right? It's not an easy undertaking. So I look at the landscape of the nation and I say to myself, would it really all collapse? You know, because it's funny. It's all, well, I don't really feel like picking that idea apart. I'd rather tell you about what is happening in the nation. And what I've been telling you is going to happen for a long time. Which is state level collapse. State level collapse is... It is the big ticket item. And you could argue, to be honest, that state level collapse has been happening for a long time. Case in point, California. Southern California. You tell me that what's happened in... Los Angeles over the last five years is not state-level collapse. I don't know what to tell you. You know, the federal government is now bailing out states. That's happening. Which brings up another unique thing, right? Which brings up something I probably should talk about in greater detail. I was in the shower the other day using my narcissist soap. For those of you... If you're not in the EOC and if you don't follow the commander's feed... which is basically my social media over at EOC because I don't really do much social media. But over in the EOC, I can pop into the commander's feed and do some funny pictures and stupid stuff and, you know, quotes and all the stuff that I really enjoy doing through the social media platforms. But, you know, I go up and down with social media, man. And I'm really down right now. I'm really, really down. I have no access to it whatsoever unless I, like, Go to the websites on my desktop. There's no social media apps on my phone. There's very little, if any, social media promotion going on. The only social media promotion going on for Prepper Broadcasting Network right now... Comes from Spreaker's autopost. Right? They post things to our social media automatically when they're published. But anyhow... In the shower... Narcissist soap... Which I think is hilarious. And I'm thinking to myself... We need across-the-board elections for Congress, for all states now. We need corruption elections, right? Anti-corruption elections. What do I mean by that? Or maybe accountability. Let's not call them anti-corruption elections. Let's call them accountability elections. So what is an accountability election? Well, An accountability election, you see, because the federal government's not supposed to give the states money to fall apart and to help them fall apart more because that's what those states are going to do with their money. That's what California's going to do with its money. If you think it's going to end its homeless program problem, it's going to end its druggies in the streets problem, you think it's going to end any problem. No, it's going to tax the citizens more money. So it's going to make more money. That money's going to funnel to the most corrupt in the democratically ruled, And that's going to, you know, and in another two or three years, they'll be saying, come to the federal government with their hands out, right? Please, we need more money. All the rich people moved out. We're not getting any taxes. We don't know. We can't sustain the people who are robbing the CVS shelves bare. We can't help them eat. So what an accountability election would be in my America is very simple. Once your state takes money from the Fed to bail your failing state out because the representatives that have been elected by the people there have failed to such a degree that they have to take my money. This is our money now, right? Remember, you want states' rights and state law and state representation exclusively... then you've got to be able to manage your damn state. You can't say, oh, federal government needs to stay out of my state. I want to sell marijuana. I want my people to have abortions. I want my people to be free. I want to mandate vaccines, by the way, and I also wouldn't mind censoring all the right-wing everything. But I want freedom in my state. The moment you take federal money, not for a disaster. I'm talking about federal money just for the status quo. I can't pay the bills of the state because I'm such a socialist nightmare of a leader that this is what I've created. The moment you take that money, I think there has to be accountability to the taxpayer, right? I'm not saying steal states' rights away. I like the idea of states' rights. But we've crossed a line in this country where the Fed is bailing out states, and now it's time for the people of the nation to hold certain politicians accountable. I heard Ilhan Omar talking about accountability, which is just hilarious, right? The nation is awash in crime and murder, in the black neighborhoods in particular. And she comes out and talks about accountability. Yeah, I bet there's a lot of mothers in those neighborhoods who would like to talk to you about accountability when you decided that you were going to defund the police up the flagpole, right? So accountability elections take senators from failing states who have taken money from the government and turn their elections into national elections. And maybe these governors get a grace period of five or ten years, right? I'm sorry, not governors, these representatives. Maybe these representative congressmen get five years or ten years in office. And then it goes to the hands of the nation. It goes to the people, right? Because you know in a place like California, it is what it is. That's why Nancy Pelosi's been in for 200 years. These people need to be held accountable. Your state has failed year over year. You're chasing away the moneymakers. You're bringing in more people who can't make a dime and can't survive on their own. And now you're taking the taxpayers' money from all across the nation. You've got hands in the pockets of Pennsylvanians, Virginians, Ohioans, everybody. You've got hands in everyone's pockets, Madam Pelosi, and now it's time for an accountability election. It's very simple. It's very simple. It's time for an accountability election, right? Something heinous is happening in your state that you are incapable of managing. You can't get yourself out of it the governor can't get themselves out of it and so much so you've needed to take my money to fix it so now i want to vote it's that simple as soon as you go into my pocket i want to vote you could go into my pocket but i can't vote for you that happened before do you remember that That's something that rings that something something in this situation reminds me of another period of history. Right. If Madam Pelosi can take money from my pocket, which is the federal treasury. Right. The IRS just brought on how many more people? Eighty five thousand more people to make sure that you know what the hell you're doing. They make sure they know what the hell that you're doing with your money and they know what's going on with every dollar you spend so they can make sure that they tax it appropriately and give it off to other states that are failing. That's called taxation without representation. If the representatives, the dually elected representatives of these terribly run states have the ability... To go into my back pocket, even though I'm not in their state, then I need to be a part of that election. So we hold these accountability elections across the nation. And those representatives in Congress that have been part of this failing state, that have taken money from the federal government to prop up their terrible programs that are failing both the nation and the people of their state, they wind up on the ballots across the nation during general elections. Why not? Or we do an account. You know, it'd be even better, actually, would be an entire nationwide accountability vote. Forget about tag along votes with other elections. Right. Forget about we're going to go vote for governor and we're going to do our accountability. No nationwide accountability election so that everybody in the country knows this is not about the governor. This is not about the sheriff. No, this is a nationwide accountability election. accountability election where the people of the nation basically go in to vote out the worst representatives across the nation. And if the people of the state want to cry about it, I don't know what to tell you. You know? I don't know what to tell you. You voted the dummy in. If the dummy that you voted in decided to take my money to help prop up their failed state, hey, it is what it is. These things don't happen overnight. This takes decades of screwing things up. So we cannot leave people who screw things up for decades in Congress. Let's explore the accountability election. There are very few ways, PBN family, that we can publicly... Well, no, not even ridicule, really, because that's not enough. That we can publicly punish the traitors in our society. And I do think that the accountability election is a way to do that. And I think we should propose it. I think we should add it as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. And I think if we did that, we'd see a turnaround in this nation like you wouldn't even believe. Because there'd be representatives who say, I better not do these sideways dealings because my accountability election's coming up if I do. Oh, I got to get my state back up above the red line or else I'm going to be on the accountability ballot. Right? There are people smarter than me that can hone the idea down and fix it up and make it real nice and pretty. I don't care. about all those details. I just think it is time for an accountability vote when it comes to state representation. And the reason is because they've taken money from you and me, even if we're not in their state. The moment the federal government says, hey, let's give them, you know, let's take care of California. Let's take care of Detroit. Let's take care of that bad section in Chicago. Let's make sure that New York has some money for what they want to do. I'm sorry. If you're getting money from the federal government because you can't hold it together, then your state reps got to be held accountable by the nation. And your track record can be spread all throughout the country. It's very easy. I mean, it wouldn't be a hard election to have. Let's look at Nancy Pelosi. Let's look at these representatives. Let's look at what their states look like. Let's look at the track record. And then they get the boot. They get booted. Because in the state, they're too powerful. They can't get booted. They're untouchables. Because PBN family, state-level collapse is a very real thing. And it's being shielded from us by this now. And that's exactly what you need to know about. You need to learn about your state. You have to say to yourself... If you're in a place like California, where are you? You've got to do your local intelligence to understand what's going on with crime in your immediate area. But you also have to understand what the trends are. You've got to understand how business is going to work in that state. Right? Who's at the helm? Very big election here in Virginia that's going to decide kind of where this nation, where this state goes. And to be honest with you, I will not be surprised if Glenn Youngkin wins. Because I think things are so crazy here in this state. And I think the effects of Loudoun County and the effects of, was it Stafford up there in Northern Virginia, are going to shake some voters away from McCullough. You know, you can't rape girls in school. Transgender skirt-wearing boys in high school cannot rape girls in the bathroom and have the school faculty silence about it. Then beat the dad up in the street and make him look like a fool. Come on. I mean, I look at it this way. We know this much about the state of Virginia. Northern Virginia dominates the vote, and it's a big problem, and it's a big part of the reason why the state has gone blue. If the rape of a little girl and the cover-up of said rape is not enough to take the parents of Northern Virginia... off of their Democrat high horse and have them say, you know what, let's at least try the other side, then I don't know what to say about it. It'd probably bring on state-level collapse here in Virginia. So you've got to understand what you're up against, PBN family. You've got to understand what you're willing to live through. This is your decision. You know what I mean? This is nobody else's decision. This is not my place to give you advice. All I can tell you is I believe in home. That's what I believe in. I believe in home. I believe in community. So I don't think I would leave Virginia even if it began to collapse. Why? I don't know. Maybe it's stubborn. I don't know. I don't know what it is. But I can tell you right now, that's just the type of person I am. I believe in the home. I believe in sticking around and trying to make things better. And I know that a lot of preppers say that's foolish, but I don't really care what other people say or think most of the time. But you've got to figure out what works for you. Maybe you're a rolling stone. You know, I put in stakes and this is what I want to do. I think that a lot of American people, and I know lots of you don't want to hear this, but I think a lot of conservative, right-minded people in America have taken a backseat to what it takes to run a state. Minimal or no involvement in the running of the state. And a lot of problems come from that. A lot of problems come from the convenience of sitting on the couch at night, having a good time, and poking fun at and laughing at the Democrats as they take your city over and drive it into the ground. And there is fun to it, don't get me wrong. But I think with a little more involvement, things could be much better. So look for state-level collapse, PBN family. That's what's here. State level collapse is upon us as waves of subsequent immigrants arrive into these states. The states will have to absorb them and figure out what to do with them and they will incur the cost. And sure, some of them will work and some of them won't. Some people will work and some won't. Government assistance is going to go through the roof because people aren't working. States will begin to collapse long before any giant nationwide collapse. And just do the math. What kind of a state are you in? And do you want to be in that state? Okay? Carl B. Don't miss The Strange Truth later today. Okay? Lots of cool stuff coming up. Talk soon, PBN family.
