[00:00:01] Hello, welcome to the podcast. Present your vaccine passport. Enter your social credit score and be sure you have enough remaining carbon credits to enjoy today's show.

[00:00:19] Your garden is the resistance.

[00:00:25] Good Saturday morning, PBN family. What is up? What is up? I'll tell you what is up on our end. There will be no live shows for a little while.

[00:00:35] I don't know how long that while will be right now.

[00:00:40] We have a bit of an issue with Spreaker. Not a censorship issue to any at all. Nothing like that.

[00:00:49] But it's a problem with Spreaker that we're going to fix a unique way.

[00:00:55] For those of you who are unaware, we're losing the ability to go live in December through Spreaker anyway.

[00:01:03] So our live shows are going to have to change. They're going to have to become something different.

[00:01:13] We're not going to give up on live. It's too much fun. You guys are too much fun.

[00:01:17] But it will change. It'll probably live at PrepperBroadcasting.com along with the rest of the podcasts.

[00:01:27] The live casts, if they've become some kind of video or some kind of rolling chat or just audio, will always exist in Spreaker post live.

[00:01:40] I think, in all honesty, this is probably going to be better.

[00:01:44] You know, our Spreaker lives have never been off the chain.

[00:01:50] We have great people who come, but we've never had a ton of people.

[00:01:56] And then again, you know, there is that whole...

[00:01:58] One of the hallmarks of PBN is that sort of quality over quantity thing, particularly in chat.

[00:02:03] You know, we have no problems ever.

[00:02:07] But all that said, you're not going to hear us live for a while.

[00:02:12] Could be a week. Could be a month. I don't know.

[00:02:14] But we won't be live. We'll be doing a ton of...

[00:02:17] We'll do all the shows that we normally do.

[00:02:19] We'll even do Preppers live, though it won't be live.

[00:02:23] And, you know, that sucks, but we'll try to get it cleaned up as quickly as possible.

[00:02:27] Could be as soon as Monday.

[00:02:28] You know, I may... You never know with me.

[00:02:30] I'll turn around and fix things, you know, repair, create the whole nine yards.

[00:02:36] I'll do it in 24 hours sometimes if I have the capability.

[00:02:41] So we'll just have to see how it goes.

[00:02:42] But suffice to say, that's the situation right now.

[00:02:45] It just is what it is.

[00:02:48] And, you know, we'll be back.

[00:02:50] We'll be back probably in a big way.

[00:02:52] We'll probably be back with a larger chat for more people for you to meet.

[00:02:57] Unless that becomes a problem.

[00:02:59] If we find out that, you know what, this live chat business

[00:03:01] with just letting anybody come into the live chat is no good.

[00:03:08] And we'll kick them all out and forget it.

[00:03:12] But we'll, you know, we'll manage it and all that.

[00:03:17] I'm kind of interested to see what happens with this FCC complaint

[00:03:23] that has been logged, of course, by conservatives.

[00:03:27] So you're already sort of, you know.

[00:03:31] CBS hit with FCC complaint over edited 60 Minutes Harris interview.

[00:03:38] It's an interesting one.

[00:03:39] Watchdog files FCC complaint to demand 60 Minutes release unedited

[00:03:44] Kamala Harris transcript.

[00:03:47] This thing was radically edited.

[00:03:52] And it's, I don't, you know, this is kind of,

[00:03:56] the reason this is such an important thing in my mind

[00:04:00] is because this is kind of where the country makes or breaks.

[00:04:04] Not the country.

[00:04:05] The country's confidence in the institutions that we have depended on forever.

[00:04:12] This is sort of one of those rubber meets the road situations, right?

[00:04:16] So we have a guy, Daniel Sir, president of the Center for American Rights.

[00:04:23] He, you know, comes out and says,

[00:04:27] this person is running for president.

[00:04:29] You guys edited it so much.

[00:04:33] Well, there's a bunch of things that they did that are kind of weird.

[00:04:36] They used answers more than once.

[00:04:40] It says,

[00:05:00] CBS has maintained that the answer was to the same question from Whitaker,

[00:05:04] but that was edited for time constraints.

[00:05:09] But Sir dismissed the excuse and says,

[00:05:12] CBS crosses a line when its production reaches the point of so transforming an interview's answer

[00:05:17] that it is fundamentally a different answer.

[00:05:21] Here's what the initial answer was, right?

[00:05:26] Let's see if we can find the question.

[00:05:28] The Tiffany Network has faced a flood of backlash for airing an edited version of Harris's answer

[00:05:33] about U.S. relations with Israel.

[00:05:35] After broadcasting, her word salad replied to the same question during a promo

[00:05:39] for the upcoming special Face the Nation the day before.

[00:05:44] So in her answer to a question by Billy Whitaker that aired on Face the Nation,

[00:05:49] Harris said,

[00:05:50] Well, Bill, the work we've done has resulted in a number of movements in the region by Israel

[00:05:55] that were very much prompted by or a result of many things,

[00:05:58] including our advocacy for what needs to happen in the region.

[00:06:03] And then, you know, during the primetime broadcast of 60 Minutes,

[00:06:08] they cleaned up her answer and she said,

[00:06:10] We're not going to stop pursuing what is necessary for the United States

[00:06:13] to be clear about where we stand on the need to end this war.

[00:06:20] He goes on to say,

[00:06:21] The news distortion must involve a significant event

[00:06:27] and not merely a minor or incidental aspect of the news report

[00:06:30] to be considered a policy violation according to the FCC.

[00:06:35] The question is incredibly consequential, says the filing.

[00:06:39] U.S. foreign policy toward the Middle East in the middle of a war,

[00:06:43] and the timing is also significant weeks before presidential election

[00:06:46] with a candidate who has sat for very few news interviews, the filing said.

[00:06:51] Sir, who worked as a policy director for former Wisconsin Governor Scott Whittaker,

[00:06:55] launched CAR last year, Center for American Rights,

[00:06:58] with fellow attorney Pat Hughes.

[00:07:01] So, you know, it's...

[00:07:04] Everything needs to be viewed,

[00:07:05] and you might be bored with it,

[00:07:07] and it is kind of annoying and kind of goofy.

[00:07:11] But I just want you to understand, you know, like,

[00:07:15] Rogan might have Trump on, right?

[00:07:18] If Rogan has Trump on,

[00:07:20] and they do three hours,

[00:07:22] and Joe Rogan releases a 30-minute interview with Donald Trump

[00:07:27] that's trimmed up and...

[00:07:29] It would never happen, but I'm just saying.

[00:07:30] Trimmed up and polished up,

[00:07:32] and all the answers are perfect,

[00:07:33] and questions and so on.

[00:07:37] What would people say?

[00:07:39] What would people say?

[00:07:40] If he looked great and wonderful,

[00:07:41] and that he was going to affect the polls,

[00:07:43] and a tight race and so...

[00:07:44] How is it a tight race, by the way?

[00:07:45] Can anybody tell me how this is a tight race?

[00:07:49] Seriously.

[00:07:50] How is this a tight race?

[00:07:52] It's blowing my mind.

[00:07:55] But anyway, CNN themselves...

[00:07:59] You see, this is where people have to come out.

[00:08:01] And please call me on this.

[00:08:03] It's hard to see sometimes,

[00:08:04] but please, God, call me on this.

[00:08:06] If you see...

[00:08:07] If you see me make a mistake,

[00:08:10] just reach out to me in Element and say,

[00:08:11] Hey, dude, you got that wrong.

[00:08:14] Because...

[00:08:14] I don't want to be in the same breath as these people.

[00:08:17] You know, CNN should come out and just say,

[00:08:22] Yeah, we messed up.

[00:08:25] Right?

[00:08:27] When...

[00:08:28] It's so much better for a society.

[00:08:31] We've come so far as a people,

[00:08:34] and one of our main tenets,

[00:08:36] professionally anymore,

[00:08:37] which is really depressing,

[00:08:39] is just weather the storm

[00:08:43] and never admit to being wrong.

[00:08:47] You know what I mean?

[00:08:48] Like, go through the hell

[00:08:50] and never admit you're wrong.

[00:08:51] And it just is horrible.

[00:08:54] You know, it's so much...

[00:08:55] It's so refreshing.

[00:08:56] You know who did it?

[00:08:57] Sean Ryan came out and did it yesterday.

[00:08:59] He said that...

[00:09:00] He made some comments about

[00:09:03] events happening in North Carolina

[00:09:06] and how what was mentioned on the podcast

[00:09:09] wasn't accurate.

[00:09:11] It was like a two-minute video

[00:09:12] or something like that,

[00:09:13] and it was just so refreshing

[00:09:14] to see somebody say,

[00:09:15] Oops, I messed up.

[00:09:16] And guess what?

[00:09:17] It's not the end of my career.

[00:09:18] It's not the end of the world.

[00:09:19] I'm just letting you know.

[00:09:20] We messed up.

[00:09:21] Sorry.

[00:09:22] And then the world goes on.

[00:09:26] And the difference between

[00:09:27] Sean Ryan doing it

[00:09:28] and CNN not doing it

[00:09:30] is massive.

[00:09:31] Sean Ryan is...

[00:09:32] If you don't know,

[00:09:32] he does a podcast.

[00:09:33] I think it's called

[00:09:34] The Sean Ryan Show.

[00:09:35] I don't watch it much.

[00:09:36] I watch clips of it.

[00:09:37] But I like the guy.

[00:09:38] I think he's, you know...

[00:09:40] I think he's right there.

[00:09:42] He did a great interview

[00:09:43] with Joe Rogan that I watched.

[00:09:47] I talked about it, actually.

[00:09:49] I talked about the things

[00:09:49] that Joe Rogan and Sean Ryan

[00:09:51] talked about

[00:09:51] and were surprising each other with

[00:09:53] and how we've been talking about them

[00:09:55] on PBN for probably five years.

[00:09:57] Maybe.

[00:09:57] And some of them like ten years.

[00:09:59] Just kind of, you know,

[00:10:00] pat on the back.

[00:10:01] Good work, everyone.

[00:10:04] So,

[00:10:06] the difference

[00:10:07] is so staggering.

[00:10:09] It's unbelievable.

[00:10:10] You know what I mean?

[00:10:11] You have this difference

[00:10:12] that's just unbelievable

[00:10:13] because you've got one guy

[00:10:15] who comes out and says,

[00:10:17] I screwed up one line

[00:10:18] or a couple lines on the podcast

[00:10:19] and I'm sorry

[00:10:20] and we got it fixed.

[00:10:22] And then you have

[00:10:22] a giant news organization

[00:10:23] that doesn't come out

[00:10:24] and say,

[00:10:25] yeah, we're playing political a little.

[00:10:27] Okay?

[00:10:28] Yeah, we're playing

[00:10:29] a little political.

[00:10:31] And one institution is eroding

[00:10:33] and the other is exploding.

[00:10:36] But then again,

[00:10:37] Sean don't take no money

[00:10:37] from the government

[00:10:38] as far as I know.

[00:10:39] And that's probably the biggest

[00:10:41] differentiating thing.

[00:10:42] Right?

[00:10:44] I don't know, PBN family.

[00:10:46] It's a Saturday morning.

[00:10:47] I'm just here yakking with you

[00:10:48] for a little bit.

[00:10:49] I got a very little bit of time here.

[00:10:50] And I thought I'd come talk to you,

[00:10:52] you know,

[00:10:53] about what's going on.

[00:10:55] We spent the evening

[00:10:56] playing with the 3D printer.

[00:10:58] My son got a 3D printer

[00:11:00] for his birthday.

[00:11:00] It's pretty cool.

[00:11:03] Pretty mind-blowing stuff.

[00:11:05] Kind of way too exciting, actually.

[00:11:08] Kind of way too exciting.

[00:11:09] You go to this website

[00:11:11] called thingverse.com

[00:11:13] and the beauty of the internet

[00:11:15] rears its head.

[00:11:16] You know,

[00:11:16] the ugliness of the internet

[00:11:17] rears its head.

[00:11:18] I have to look at Kuzco

[00:11:20] and her face.

[00:11:21] But the reality is

[00:11:23] that

[00:11:26] when you see the beauty

[00:11:27] of us

[00:11:28] together,

[00:11:30] you see it on a website

[00:11:31] like Thingverse

[00:11:32] where just millions of people

[00:11:36] are downloading

[00:11:37] and creating

[00:11:38] and, you know,

[00:11:39] showing off

[00:11:40] all kinds of awesome things

[00:11:42] that they have 3D printed.

[00:11:44] And it's a beautiful thing, man.

[00:11:46] And you can download the files

[00:11:47] for what they printed

[00:11:48] and print it yourself

[00:11:49] and modify it

[00:11:50] and so on and so forth.

[00:11:51] It's just like

[00:11:53] this is part of the game too.

[00:11:56] You know,

[00:11:56] the game is not

[00:11:57] just Twitter fights.

[00:11:58] The game is not

[00:11:58] just left first right.

[00:12:00] The game is not

[00:12:00] just Donald Trump

[00:12:01] and Camel the Harris.

[00:12:04] It's like

[00:12:06] it's all of it.

[00:12:07] You know?

[00:12:08] And we do beautiful things, man.

[00:12:10] We do beautiful things.

[00:12:12] Yeah.

[00:12:13] I know.

[00:12:14] It's

[00:12:14] you can get so wrapped up in it

[00:12:17] that you forget about it.

[00:12:18] You know?

[00:12:19] Yeah,

[00:12:20] you fundamentally forget about it.

[00:12:21] I think

[00:12:22] my hosts

[00:12:23] and you guys

[00:12:25] the

[00:12:29] the listeners

[00:12:31] I don't know what that noise was.

[00:12:36] sorry.

[00:12:38] My hosts

[00:12:38] and you guys

[00:12:39] the listeners

[00:12:39] keep me

[00:12:42] balanced.

[00:12:42] My children do also

[00:12:44] of course

[00:12:44] my wife

[00:12:46] and you need that

[00:12:47] you need that constant reminder

[00:12:49] that you know

[00:12:49] life is

[00:12:50] it's a beautiful thing.

[00:12:51] It's a beautiful thing folks.

[00:12:54] So

[00:12:55] playing around

[00:12:56] with the 3D printer

[00:12:59] I got piles of stuff

[00:13:00] I gotta dig through books

[00:13:01] and

[00:13:02] toys

[00:13:03] opportunities

[00:13:04] let's call them what they are.

[00:13:08] Opportunities

[00:13:09] nonetheless

[00:13:10] I got some ham radios

[00:13:12] here by me

[00:13:12] with some biofang

[00:13:14] charging up next to me

[00:13:15] on the .0 energy

[00:13:16] solar generator.

[00:13:18] If you're on Instagram

[00:13:19] we've got a huge giveaway

[00:13:21] happening on Instagram.

[00:13:23] Huge.

[00:13:24] I've got to get you guys

[00:13:25] a link to it.

[00:13:26] I should have

[00:13:26] how would I not put that

[00:13:28] into the

[00:13:29] newsletter?

[00:13:30] Newsletter.

[00:13:32] as I leave

[00:14:25] gift giving membership

[00:14:59] too
