Are you doing IT? Phoenix Survival

[00:00:00] You are listening to PDN.

[00:00:07] Your path back is to be ready here.

[00:00:30] I keep on moving forward, always getting closer.

[00:00:37] March until it's over and just like a soldier.

[00:00:44] I keep on moving forward, always getting closer.

[00:00:49] I march until it's over and just like a soldier.

[00:00:55] I keep on moving forward, always getting closer.

[00:01:03] I march until it's over and just like a soldier.

[00:01:09] I keep on moving forward, always getting closer.

[00:01:15] I march until it's over.

[00:01:20] Good morning ladies and gentlemen.

[00:01:24] That's right April 6th, this beautiful Saturday morning.

[00:01:28] I think we're going to hit a balmy 66 today which should be totally down here in Myrtle Beach.

[00:01:34] It's still a bit chilly.

[00:01:38] All right.

[00:01:39] So here we are.

[00:01:42] And I tell you what, my Saturday mornings have seemed to turn into quite a bit of a rant at times.

[00:01:49] But I'm just going to ask, are you doing it?

[00:01:52] And what is this it right?

[00:01:56] Prepping.

[00:01:57] Have you or whatever your goal was?

[00:02:00] Have you already started your garden?

[00:02:02] It.

[00:02:03] Have you started putting food away?

[00:02:05] It.

[00:02:06] Have you started looking at having things put together for certain situations?

[00:02:11] It.

[00:02:12] It is whatever it needs to be to fit your goal right?

[00:02:18] So there's been a lot going on and there is a lot to still to come.

[00:02:25] So yesterday, New Jersey had an earthquake and it affected both New Jersey and New York.

[00:02:34] It was a 4.8 magnitude.

[00:02:37] Now I'm not trying to take anything away from Sarah and Shin shows by any means they are still the change in Earth podcast and have all the news.

[00:02:45] But the only reason I bring it up is because I work for New Jersey.

[00:02:50] I have coworkers who live in there and watching how they were shook up from it, you know, I felt for that because of the fact I have been through an earthquake before.

[00:03:03] And I've slept doing one.

[00:03:05] I've been due to.

[00:03:08] And I understood their.

[00:03:11] Emotional, you know how they would fill the vulnerability and as Chris would say it, it is the closest thing to experiencing the direct hand of God because no matter what you do, you cannot stop it.

[00:03:28] So.

[00:03:30] Me being me.

[00:03:33] I.

[00:03:34] Talk to 2 individuals and I ask them. Hey.

[00:03:38] Do you have emergency bags?

[00:03:41] Do you have.

[00:03:43] This I asked 1 co worker, what did you do in the situation and what did you do with your child?

[00:03:50] And I was told how they handled it. I'm like, okay.

[00:03:54] So I grew up in Arkansas.

[00:03:56] We went through all of the drills.

[00:03:59] In school tornado, earthquake again new, new Madrid fault line.

[00:04:07] So.

[00:04:10] You know, I'm glad everyone's safe.

[00:04:12] Glad everyone's okay.

[00:04:14] But.

[00:04:15] Next time.

[00:04:17] Because that here's the thing.

[00:04:19] They've even announced they're going to have shockwaves.

[00:04:23] Our aftershocks sorry.

[00:04:25] For 24 to 72 hours after something like that.

[00:04:28] And.

[00:04:30] Yes, it garden girl.

[00:04:32] It definitely was a surprise for him.

[00:04:35] No pun intended but they were literally shook up.

[00:04:39] That dad jokes are.

[00:04:41] And so I went as far as to find in the.

[00:04:46] The banners from similar to what we learned in school, you know, assess take cover whole type.

[00:04:52] You know, hide under a table desk anything of some sort of support.

[00:04:57] Keep your head down if debris falls, use your shirt to cover your nose and mouth.

[00:05:03] So.

[00:05:05] I sent it to two of them with the simple basic steps where it's listed.

[00:05:10] I sent with the diagram in the back.

[00:05:15] And.

[00:05:17] I was thanked for it and I, and I told him, I know this is doesn't help you for what you just went through, but it will help you better.

[00:05:25] To handle the next one should there be another one, which New Jersey does get earthquakes.

[00:05:33] Now.

[00:05:34] I think their last earthquake was two years ago and it was like a 2.2.

[00:05:40] So this was probably, this was a much bigger one than that area is accustomed to.

[00:05:47] And right now.

[00:05:48] The world seems to be going absolutely crazy. You've got 3 major earthquakes that hit in the, I'd say it was almost like a triangle area, but it was across all the fault lines.

[00:06:01] Taiwan Japan.

[00:06:04] On somewhere else.

[00:06:06] And then there was an earthquake not too long ago in Mexico that it was so intense that the devil's hole in California had shock waves and ocean coming back up out of its car.

[00:06:19] Cave.

[00:06:21] So.

[00:06:23] There's a lot going on in the world.

[00:06:27] And it's a mad world out there. It really is and it's only going to get matter.

[00:06:31] So that's why I am always so adamant to people have an emergency bag.

[00:06:38] Get ready because you know what we cannot control things. We cannot control.

[00:06:45] The weather, especially we can't big government may be able to.

[00:06:50] Problem. Yeah, we know they have a weather seed and but I digress.

[00:06:56] What we can control is how we react and how we handle that situation.

[00:07:03] We can choose to hold handle it with our head up.

[00:07:07] Let shoulder squared and a level mind of how we're going to handle it.

[00:07:11] Even in the most stressful situations, we can be that bit of peace.

[00:07:16] Or.

[00:07:18] We can be like the masses.

[00:07:21] And run and cry and scream and ask why it's happening to us.

[00:07:26] And why weren't we warned? Why weren't we prepared?

[00:07:30] But that's not who we are.

[00:07:32] If you're listening to be being if you come across Phoenix survival my podcast.

[00:07:40] And you're still listening.

[00:07:44] Then you already have a bit of a mindset to want to change things.

[00:07:49] We can't change the world right, but we can change how we respond to the stress around us.

[00:07:58] You control that.

[00:08:01] You can decide whether or not you're going to let this chaos break you down and got you.

[00:08:09] Or you can choose to stand up, take the punches and keep going.

[00:08:15] It's that simple.

[00:08:18] So.

[00:08:21] Last weekend was that last weekend was Easter weekend garden girl I'm so off time.

[00:08:26] Was it last weekend?

[00:08:28] Yes, I'm gonna say it was because I didn't air.

[00:08:32] And there was a lot going on.

[00:08:34] And so I breastfeed my son.

[00:08:39] I breastfed all of my children.

[00:08:42] I think it's the best thing, but being in and out of the hospital has significantly hurt my supply.

[00:08:50] My son is now eating baby foods and meats and we decided we would pick up more formula and I have to have some formula in the house.

[00:09:04] And I mentioned that in the past that we were going to go look into that because before.

[00:09:12] No, right after we had him friend gave us a little box with stuff in it and had a box of formula which came in a pinch.

[00:09:21] So we decided we were going to keep some formula in the house to be able to offset or supplement.

[00:09:27] However, we needed to.

[00:09:29] I've never given any of my children formula before.

[00:09:32] But you do what you have to not knock in the mom's who do.

[00:09:37] So when I went, Chris and I read every container on that shelf of Walmart.

[00:09:46] Every single container and I'm going to share this in the group in the live chat.

[00:09:54] So I apologize. I didn't realize it was on.

[00:09:59] So this is what we ran into.

[00:10:02] Even the stuff that said it was soy free.

[00:10:05] Was not soy free.

[00:10:07] I have a soy allergy.

[00:10:09] We don't necessarily think he will my oldest son. He has the same soy and dairy allergy.

[00:10:17] So we are choosing to completely eliminate anything with soy in the house, which is removed a lot.

[00:10:25] But what has also been a learning moment of okay, I can do this.

[00:10:30] I'll just make my own mannings because they use soybean oil and what you buy in the store.

[00:10:37] So I found some.

[00:10:40] We found some after reading every single container on those shelves.

[00:10:46] And when I say every single container, I mean every single container.

[00:10:50] And I shared it in the group and yes, it costs $41 for 14 ounce can.

[00:10:56] Okay, for anyone who knows how much a baby goes through just in a day, let alone a week, 14 ounce can doesn't last very long.

[00:11:08] So what we noticed, I found two cans with absolutely no soy.

[00:11:13] In the second picture, if you're an element, take a look when you click on that second picture on the back.

[00:11:19] The first ingredient is corn syrup solids 54%.

[00:11:27] I'm going to be honest with you.

[00:11:30] I have no clue what that is.

[00:11:35] It doesn't even sound right.

[00:11:37] I mean reading everything else is terrifying too, but

[00:11:41] I know for a fact this is probably their way of saying high fructose corn syrup.

[00:11:49] You can hear my baby in the distance, sorry about that.

[00:11:53] But it's just interesting to know that this is what they're putting in our children's food.

[00:12:02] Yeah, it really is.

[00:12:04] Garden girl it's even gotten more expensive so some of your main name brand stuff when I was in there was around $54.

[00:12:12] I could take a picture and it's terrifying.

[00:12:15] I know Phil in the group I was talking about this with all of the host, and he said therefore while

[00:12:24] when prices had definitely started to jump or a few years back or something I forgot when it was he mentioned there are recipes for making your own home formula, which I am going to look into.

[00:12:36] We have also discussed looking at other locations I saw that target carries a gook based baby formula with absolutely no soy in it because I've gone online.

[00:12:51] I even had a one of my coworkers tell me show me all these different things and one that said it was supposed to be soy free.

[00:13:00] You look down there soy lecdonut.

[00:13:02] So it's just one of those things right in garden girl. I was lucky.

[00:13:07] My my older three I breastfed all of them with him.

[00:13:12] I'm still nursing, but it just gives that little bit of support so I'm not stressing over my own milk supply even though I'm doing what I can to increase it.

[00:13:22] I'm doing what I can to make sure I put some up.

[00:13:25] You know it's it's it's hard.

[00:13:28] I didn't expect my health to take a kick at me so hard that it would affect my milk supply.

[00:13:39] It was just a point to show that that is something that moms you need to think about if you are a young woman.

[00:13:48] Who wants to have children or of that age be mindful in an emergency situation.

[00:13:57] Do you have what you need for your child?

[00:14:01] You know that's that comes down to number one is always my children.

[00:14:07] But remember.

[00:14:09] You have to make sure you keep yourself alive to keep your children alive and that's that's something that I always looked at is I want to be prepared.

[00:14:18] I want my children to be prepared, but I have to make sure I am there to teach them all these moments and I have to make sure if I'm not there they know enough to be able to keep going.

[00:14:30] It's always been my mindset.

[00:14:38] I had another point.

[00:14:45] So the weather is crazy.

[00:14:50] Food prices are crazy.

[00:14:52] What are you doing about it?

[00:14:55] So we have looked into a couple little chickens.

[00:15:01] And.

[00:15:04] Only because it is a good food source, it is something that children enjoy.

[00:15:10] Then I've owned chickens in the past.

[00:15:13] I love it.

[00:15:15] We have planted seeds.

[00:15:20] And pretty sure my seeds are old enough that they're not viable anymore.

[00:15:27] But we're still attempting to see if we can get the seeds that we have just route.

[00:15:34] But I've already placed some orders for more seeds.

[00:15:39] I should check to see when those are coming in.

[00:15:43] Because why not keep your keep your keep your seeds, keep your growth.

[00:15:51] Because what it is is what we plant.

[00:15:56] Then we harvest.

[00:15:58] We take a few seeds from that harvest and replant and cycles.

[00:16:02] Rabbits are easy protein to absolutely.

[00:16:05] I love them.

[00:16:08] I miss having my rabbits.

[00:16:12] I had, I was raising for those of you who are new before I was a

[00:16:18] podcast on a family fair and I raised in Gore rabbits.

[00:16:22] I used their fiber to spin and even those rabbits,

[00:16:28] even though they're too old, they're still growing.

[00:16:32] And when I mean eight, well, I mean like they were delicious,

[00:16:37] which for the bleeding hearts out there.

[00:16:41] Unfortunately, that's the way of the world.

[00:16:43] Your food that comes packaged in the store was once on a live animal.

[00:16:48] Sorry.

[00:16:50] So I'm going to go ahead and get my food.

[00:16:53] I'm going to go ahead and get my food.

[00:16:55] I'm going to go ahead and get my food.

[00:16:57] I'm going to go ahead and get my food.

[00:16:59] Sorry.

[00:17:01] So I loved it.

[00:17:03] I love to have in my rabbits.

[00:17:05] They are quite easy, but if you're going to keep them outside,

[00:17:09] make sure you have them well fortified because did not realize

[00:17:15] until it happened firsthand that coyotes can rip through certain

[00:17:19] types of wiring and will continue until they can get to what

[00:17:25] they want.

[00:17:26] And I had them tear open a bottom of one of my pins and rip one

[00:17:30] of my rabbits out.

[00:17:31] I actually lost two rabbits that way.

[00:17:35] And then someone let one of my rabbits out and when she fell

[00:17:43] she broke her neck.

[00:17:44] Yeah.

[00:17:45] So you've got to be mindful because people, people and animals

[00:17:51] and things want what you have, which segues straight into

[00:17:57] what are you doing about self-defense?

[00:18:01] Yep.

[00:18:02] That's right.

[00:18:03] Self-defense.

[00:18:04] You've seen how mad out there it is.

[00:18:09] You've seen what's going up on in the Northern States.

[00:18:13] You hear about the things that are going on down here.

[00:18:17] You need to be safe.

[00:18:19] You need to be able to protect what's yours and yourself.

[00:18:23] If that is as simple as putting fence around your stuff, then do

[00:18:28] it.

[00:18:29] If it's as simple as putting solar sensor lights to go off if

[00:18:36] someone approaches the house or approaches your stuff, then

[00:18:39] do it.

[00:18:40] If it's as simple as putting cameras up, then do it.

[00:18:46] If it's as simple as making sure that you can protect yourself

[00:18:52] no matter where you are, then do it.

[00:18:55] Buy that gun.

[00:18:57] Take the classes.

[00:18:58] If you've never owned a gun, if you've never shot a gun, take

[00:19:02] the classes.

[00:19:03] I understand it's eight hours of your day.

[00:19:05] You know what?

[00:19:06] But it's eight hours of a day that you are going to leave

[00:19:09] with something that could save your ass.

[00:19:15] I don't have the time for it.

[00:19:17] Do you?

[00:19:18] You don't have the time, Miss Betty.

[00:19:20] Really?

[00:19:21] Really?

[00:19:23] Yeah, you want to...

[00:19:25] I could list 20 different things, right?

[00:19:28] I don't know, Miss Betty.

[00:19:29] Just throw it out there.

[00:19:30] But come on.

[00:19:32] We can make time if it is worth learning or doing.

[00:19:37] You make time for it.

[00:19:38] Do you not?

[00:19:39] You make time to go sit on the couch for four hours to

[00:19:44] binge watch a show.

[00:19:47] You make time to go start some sort of craft.

[00:19:51] You can make time to benefit yourself and your family

[00:19:57] and learn some skills.

[00:20:00] Oh, see?

[00:20:01] I love that.

[00:20:02] Oh.

[00:20:03] So Garden Girl has stated,

[00:20:05] Hubby just started getting back into Jiu Jitsu.

[00:20:08] I love that, exactly.

[00:20:10] And he makes time for it.

[00:20:12] He doesn't.

[00:20:13] You don't have to sacrifice everything else that's going on

[00:20:16] in the house to make time for something.

[00:20:21] You don't.

[00:20:29] Oh, hot water.

[00:20:32] Tea.

[00:20:36] Being well-rounded is not a bad thing.

[00:20:40] I had one of my coworkers ask me, well,

[00:20:44] mentioned wanted to get into Canon and preservation

[00:20:49] and a few other things, but didn't know where to start.

[00:20:52] I said, okay, call me and we can talk through it.

[00:20:58] And they're like, well, tell me where.

[00:21:00] Like, no, no, no.

[00:21:01] What is it that you're unsure of on starting?

[00:21:04] Is it the Canon?

[00:21:05] Okay, well, you have to get supplies first.

[00:21:08] Simple.

[00:21:09] If you're new to Canon, go ahead and get that,

[00:21:12] the one book, the Canon book.

[00:21:15] It's got some great recipes in there.

[00:21:18] Good start.

[00:21:20] Watch YouTube tutorials.

[00:21:23] If you're one of those who wants to just look into it

[00:21:27] first then do your homework.

[00:21:29] That simple.

[00:21:31] Do your homework and then make moves.

[00:21:36] You know, it's not that hard.

[00:21:38] You can definitely do it.

[00:21:40] Let's see.

[00:21:42] Sorry, I'm checking.

[00:21:52] All right, sorry, I was checking.

[00:21:54] I'm starting to see if there is any...

[00:21:58] I'm trying to see which seats are coming in

[00:22:00] because I'm going to be honest.

[00:22:02] I order between three different sites.

[00:22:07] For those of you, I order from rareseeds.com.

[00:22:13] I also order from strictlymedicinalseeds.com.

[00:22:18] And I also order from the Southern Exposure Seed Exchange,

[00:22:23] which if you're curious, it's southernexposure.com.

[00:22:27] All three places are phenomenal.

[00:22:30] You can find heirloom, organic, hold on.

[00:22:34] On Southern Seed Exposure, they also lift on here

[00:22:38] certified organic, heirloom, especially well suited

[00:22:42] to the southeast and S stands for small farms.

[00:22:45] They have it listed so you know exactly what types of seeds

[00:22:49] you're buying.

[00:22:51] On one, there's another one that will tell you

[00:22:53] the percentage of the germination

[00:22:57] and how many seeds are coming in with that

[00:22:59] based on that germination person.

[00:23:01] I mean, these people are amazing.

[00:23:14] I'm trying to see if there's any idea

[00:23:21] which these seats are going to be in

[00:23:25] because I ordered some lettuce seeds

[00:23:31] because it's great when I have that.

[00:23:33] I have them put in my stacked containers

[00:23:36] with some of my herbs because we can continue to clip

[00:23:39] and let them keep growing.

[00:23:41] I love my glass germ corn.

[00:23:44] It's just, it's a pop, it's like a popcorn.

[00:23:47] It's, but it's beautiful.

[00:23:49] Amarth seeds because I did grow giant amarth one year

[00:23:53] but the storms got us so I wanted to try that again.

[00:23:57] Let's see, hot peppers.

[00:24:00] I do some of my own pickled hot peppers

[00:24:04] and which I make, I make some to can

[00:24:09] and I make some to be able to keep in the refrigerator

[00:24:14] for sandwiches, burgers, you name it.

[00:24:17] They go like candy in this house.

[00:24:20] Let's see.

[00:24:23] I'm also looking into passion flower.

[00:24:26] Passion flower was a native in Mississippi

[00:24:29] but passion flower has amazing uses for teas,

[00:24:34] ascended as to calm someone.

[00:24:37] It's, it works really well

[00:24:40] and it also helps I have some teas

[00:24:43] in which there's a little bit of passion flower

[00:24:45] just to help you relax to be able to sleep.

[00:24:48] Then I have for me, these are what I like to grow.

[00:24:53] Yes, I went back to the garden

[00:24:54] and I don't feel like ranting as hard as I did the last time.

[00:24:58] Small sugar pumpkins.

[00:25:00] I do a lot of pumpkin pies.

[00:25:02] I love cooking those from scratch.

[00:25:04] I have the Carolina gold rice,

[00:25:07] which there's another thing to double check on.

[00:25:10] I have the straight, I have summer squash in here.

[00:25:14] Straight next summer squash, butternut winter squash,

[00:25:19] cucumbers, sweet corn.

[00:25:22] I love the Amish snap tall snap peas.

[00:25:26] Green beans, wild lettuce mix like that.

[00:25:32] Can't go wrong.

[00:25:35] Now I have a partner who I'm probably the only one

[00:25:40] who actually eats squash in the house

[00:25:42] other than my older children.

[00:25:45] But I'm okay with that.

[00:25:47] I always just make sure if I'm making something

[00:25:50] I know he doesn't care for,

[00:25:52] then I'm going to make something that I know he'll eat

[00:25:56] and vice versa.

[00:25:58] So let's see.

[00:26:08] You know what?

[00:26:09] Garden girl.

[00:26:11] Since you're the one in here,

[00:26:12] you're going to be on the hot seat with me.

[00:26:14] What is,

[00:26:19] what is something that you like to grow?

[00:26:21] I want to see what they have on here.

[00:26:27] I always keep adding more stuff to my carts.

[00:26:29] Okay, I hope that I like growing stuff.

[00:26:32] Speaking of which, after today's show,

[00:26:34] I am going to stock up on groceries.

[00:26:38] If you haven't done so,

[00:26:40] you need to go ahead and do so.

[00:26:43] Our eclipse is Monday,

[00:26:46] which I'm here in all sorts of different things.

[00:26:49] You don't know what is what.

[00:26:52] It could be absolutely nothing.

[00:26:55] Please folks, do not look at the sun

[00:27:00] while the eclipse is going without some sort of protection.

[00:27:04] It is not safe,

[00:27:07] even if it seems like it because the moon is covering it.

[00:27:11] It is not safe.

[00:27:16] Get your food in your house.

[00:27:19] Get your supplies.

[00:27:23] Make sure you're at where you need to,

[00:27:25] make sure you're going to,

[00:27:27] you have things where you would like them.

[00:27:29] So for me is once I leave here,

[00:27:32] I'm going to pick up a few containers.

[00:27:35] We have decided because the one side of our house

[00:27:40] gets the most done,

[00:27:42] that I am going to put some containers there

[00:27:45] and plant my plants in individual containers

[00:27:48] along the side of the house,

[00:27:50] just to make it a bit easier to be able to contain

[00:27:53] and see exactly what it is I have.

[00:27:56] I have the trellis set over by my porch

[00:28:00] for the cucumber and beans to grow up.

[00:28:05] So, yeah, sorry, my son.

[00:28:14] So it's just getting things where we want them, you know?

[00:28:21] Oh, so something did happen.

[00:28:23] All right, so for those of you who don't know,

[00:28:26] and I know a garden girl knows,

[00:28:28] and Joe Rait and Jay Pindi.

[00:28:33] So, James does a live on Instagram,

[00:28:41] whether it be in the morning, whether it be midday,

[00:28:43] whether it be in the evening, just as a daily life.

[00:28:47] And if I'm able to chime in or pop in,

[00:28:51] I typically do and one, what was it, weekend, right?

[00:28:55] Garden, no, it was, yeah, I had that Friday off.

[00:28:59] It was Friday before Easter.

[00:29:03] And I have been working on some things.

[00:29:05] I planned on bringing to Prepper Camp,

[00:29:08] and I'm making some dump pouches.

[00:29:11] And right now I'm in the process of using old BDUs

[00:29:16] and military surplus items,

[00:29:18] and they're turning out great.

[00:29:20] I love them.

[00:29:22] And I was showing them on there with James,

[00:29:26] and I guess when I had him pushed forward on selling them,

[00:29:31] I mean, they were literally something I was just

[00:29:34] building up a larger quantity to take with me to Prepper Camp.

[00:29:40] And I sold one and sent it out to the new owner.

[00:29:46] So he should be getting it any day now.

[00:29:53] And I'm excited.

[00:29:55] It's going to be interesting.

[00:29:57] I think it looks great.

[00:29:59] I am going along with what James has said,

[00:30:03] and eventually I'm going to be able to offer different features.

[00:30:09] But yeah, so I've got my dump pouches now going right now.

[00:30:15] I have all the smaller ones, which are still good sizes.

[00:30:20] Actually, he asked measurements like on point.

[00:30:32] So my smaller pouches are 10 and a half inches long by 8 inches wide.

[00:30:42] The larger pouches at the bottom are about that same size as far as

[00:30:48] 8 wide, but the wider ones go up to 12 inches.

[00:30:53] They are wider mounts.

[00:30:55] I do put a stitch in those just so you can,

[00:30:57] if you have to, you can remove that stitch and expand the bag

[00:31:00] to fit whatever you're trying to put in it.

[00:31:07] But yeah, it's going.

[00:31:09] It's coming along.

[00:31:10] I think they look great.

[00:31:14] The few people who saw him before I put them...

[00:31:23] I'm trying to see what...

[00:31:25] Before I had even started sharing them,

[00:31:28] so they really liked him and they're turning out.

[00:31:31] I'm pretty happy with him.

[00:31:33] Okay, so he'll get his bag Monday.

[00:31:43] What?

[00:31:50] Why did they do that?

[00:31:53] Sorry.

[00:31:55] So for whatever reason, it should...

[00:31:59] It was in a state and then it got shipped back to...

[00:32:02] Okay, so it won't be there Monday.

[00:32:05] I'm sorry, man.

[00:32:06] He'll probably be there Tuesday or Wednesday.

[00:32:12] But yeah, I'll have to post some pictures in the group

[00:32:15] and see what you'll think.

[00:32:16] I'm looking at trying to make some dump pouches for kids

[00:32:20] and some fun colors and bright camos

[00:32:23] and for those individuals who don't like

[00:32:28] the whole military print.

[00:32:31] It's not for everybody.

[00:32:32] Oh, biggie.

[00:32:34] Let's see.

[00:32:36] I am going to play a couple of commercials real quick

[00:32:40] and then I'll be right back

[00:32:44] if I can find him.

[00:32:48] Hello.

[00:32:50] Welcome to the podcast.

[00:32:53] Present your vaccine passport.

[00:32:57] Enter your social credit score

[00:32:59] and be sure you have enough remaining carbon credits

[00:33:04] to enjoy today's show.

[00:33:08] Amy and family, your garden is the resistance.

[00:33:16] Looks like there's some terrible things I'll have to add

[00:33:19] to continue this.

[00:33:23] We are the prepper broadcasting network.

[00:33:30] Your path, act as stability.

[00:33:34] On the brink of blackouts again

[00:33:36] as power demand reaches an all-time record high overnight,

[00:33:39] slivers of the Golden State plunged into darkness.

[00:33:43] Scum says it expects to continue with stage six.

[00:33:45] Blackouts pull the risk.

[00:33:47] He's scheduled outage on Thursday

[00:33:49] but the one that happened Sunday,

[00:33:50] it wasn't scheduled, it was unexpected

[00:33:52] and it lasted longer than a day.

[00:33:54] Point zero energy has given me

[00:33:56] the American tested, American assembled,

[00:34:00] reliable solar backup that I've been looking for.

[00:34:03] Their Titan solar generator is American ingenuity

[00:34:06] at its finest with a removable, expandable lithium ion battery,

[00:34:11] 2,000 watt hour, 3,000 watt high efficiency inverter.

[00:34:16] So what does all that mean to you?

[00:34:18] It means the Titan can charge your smart phone for 88 hours.

[00:34:21] Your laptop for 35 hours.

[00:34:23] A CPAP for 108 hours.

[00:34:26] Your refrigerator for 26.8 hours.

[00:34:29] Get to point zero energy dot com today

[00:34:32] for the all American solution to backup power.

[00:34:39] All right, thank you all for that.

[00:34:45] You know what?

[00:34:46] I can say I take every moment as a network in possibility.

[00:34:55] Everybody I meet, I tell them I'm at prep room.

[00:34:58] I fill them out to see if they're interested.

[00:35:00] I tell them about prepro-broadcastin.com

[00:35:03] for prep or broadcast and network.

[00:35:06] Oh, have fun.

[00:35:07] Let me know how that game goes.

[00:35:11] I won't be on here too much longer.

[00:35:13] I don't try to take too much away from you on Saturdays.

[00:35:16] I know as a individual myself

[00:35:20] I enjoy to have a little bit of time in the morning.

[00:35:24] That's why I feel like Saturday mornings

[00:35:26] are actually probably a bit easier for listeners

[00:35:29] than Saturday evening.

[00:35:33] But if you tell me otherwise,

[00:35:34] I can always switch things around.

[00:35:36] It's not a big deal.

[00:35:39] So yeah, kind of like how I started.

[00:35:42] Are you doing it?

[00:35:43] Are you prepping?

[00:35:45] What are you prepping?

[00:35:46] Oh, speaking of which,

[00:35:47] I'm going to give a shout out to JB Bondy

[00:35:51] and Garden Girl because these two women

[00:35:54] are absolute badasses.

[00:35:58] They just are.

[00:35:59] Sorry, ladies.

[00:36:00] I'm putting you in the hot seat.

[00:36:02] So if you're not a part of our chat on element,

[00:36:05] you need to become a part of it

[00:36:07] because we have all sorts of different rooms in here.

[00:36:11] We have the live chat, open chat, prepping projects.

[00:36:15] Let's see.

[00:36:16] I'm a garden and homesteading group.

[00:36:22] I mean, the cupcakes, those look delicious.

[00:36:27] I don't eat sugar,

[00:36:28] but I do think those look delicious.

[00:36:32] The things that people are doing of just getting things going,

[00:36:37] the homemade pizza pockets for school lunches, Garden Girl.

[00:36:41] I need your recipe, please.

[00:36:45] And then the homemade protein bars for the family.

[00:36:48] I mean, come on, folks.

[00:36:50] Yes, I understand it's going to take time.

[00:36:52] It's going to get messy.

[00:36:53] But you know what?

[00:36:55] Being able to know how to do that stuff,

[00:36:57] to be able to feed your family in the long run.

[00:37:01] Actually, it's a lot cheaper to cook

[00:37:04] and get the ingredients for all of this stuff

[00:37:06] than to just go out and buy it.

[00:37:09] And that's the problem.

[00:37:11] We have become a society of just convenience.

[00:37:16] Oh, well, why would I go through all that trouble

[00:37:19] to make it when I can just buy it?

[00:37:21] Oh, I hear that a lot.

[00:37:23] Well, why would you do that?

[00:37:24] You can just go to the store and pick it up.

[00:37:27] Okay.

[00:37:28] Do you know what is all in your food on that label?

[00:37:32] Do you know what additives or other things have been put in there?

[00:37:38] Do you know the percentage of bugs per million

[00:37:40] that is allowed in your food by the FDA on the daily?

[00:37:45] Come on now.

[00:37:50] Do you realize how much high fructose corn syrup

[00:37:53] and soy is in everything?

[00:37:58] Even your bread.

[00:38:00] There's probably only two brands of bread

[00:38:02] that I can eat from the store

[00:38:04] that do not have any type of soy in it.

[00:38:08] So what have we done?

[00:38:10] It's supposed to go out today.

[00:38:11] Go get a bread pan.

[00:38:13] Make my own bread.

[00:38:15] I make my own rolls.

[00:38:17] Manage.

[00:38:20] I'm going to make my own mayonnaise because of the soy bean oil.

[00:38:24] What's another one?

[00:38:25] I cannot eat store brand chicken nuggets

[00:38:33] because the bread has soy in it.

[00:38:38] And folks, I keep saying this

[00:38:39] and for those of you who don't know,

[00:38:41] I have a terrible soy allergy

[00:38:43] that has only gotten worse over the years.

[00:38:46] It's only gotten worse, unfortunately.

[00:38:50] So, I mean, do you really want to be feeding your family

[00:38:55] that much soy anyways with all the studies about it?

[00:39:00] I mean, it's definitely not great for you.

[00:39:07] They are pretty easy and quick

[00:39:09] because it doesn't have all the extra sugar.

[00:39:12] Exactly.

[00:39:13] Yes, garden roll.

[00:39:14] I'm going to have to hit you up

[00:39:15] with my recipes because those are great.

[00:39:17] And I like to cook.

[00:39:18] I love to cook.

[00:39:19] And that was something is when I've told someone,

[00:39:21] oh, I have a soy allergy and they go,

[00:39:23] oh, you then you don't get to eat much.

[00:39:25] No, I cook everything I eat.

[00:39:28] A lot of places restaurants will go out.

[00:39:31] We have to ask them what kind of oil are y'all frying with

[00:39:35] and what is in the bread and or is it 100% beef?

[00:39:39] You know how many restaurants

[00:39:41] actually do not have 100% beef?

[00:39:44] It has soy protein added to it as an additive

[00:39:48] so they can cut back on the percentage of beef

[00:39:50] that is being served.

[00:39:53] I shit you not.

[00:39:56] And people don't realize they go to these restaurants

[00:39:59] thinking that what they're eating is perfectly safe

[00:40:02] and healthy.

[00:40:04] You're not even getting full beef.

[00:40:07] You're not.

[00:40:12] Okay, check in.

[00:40:14] Check out homesteading with the Zimmerman's on YouTube.

[00:40:18] She has an amazing recipe.

[00:40:20] She was Mennonite.

[00:40:21] You know what?

[00:40:22] I think I may have seen her stuff.

[00:40:24] I may have.

[00:40:26] So if anyone can hear my little one in the other room,

[00:40:42] I actually set him down in the spare room

[00:40:47] in his little play area

[00:40:49] and got Miss Rachel on in the background.

[00:40:52] And he's eating it up.

[00:40:56] Alright, homesteading with the Zimmerman's.

[00:40:59] Alright, I subscribed.

[00:41:01] I'm definitely going to check them out.

[00:41:03] I think that's awesome.

[00:41:07] She'll have stable pasta.

[00:41:10] I didn't mean to hit play.

[00:41:12] Alright, see, look.

[00:41:14] Thank you, Garden Girl.

[00:41:15] I appreciate that.

[00:41:18] But, but yeah, no, I mean,

[00:41:21] I literally pick up any item that you typically buy

[00:41:27] off the shelf and read the ingredients.

[00:41:32] Did you know most peanut butter has soy in it?

[00:41:35] Yeah, most peanut butter has soy in it.

[00:41:39] I have found the naturals, the organics

[00:41:44] are the only ones that don't.

[00:41:47] I mean, I don't know, the Peter Pan.

[00:41:51] I know jet jet.

[00:41:53] Jeff for sure has soy in it.

[00:41:56] So I mean, and it just goes to show people.

[00:42:00] People want plant based, right?

[00:42:03] How good is that plant based for you?

[00:42:06] I mean, it folks, just look up what soy does.

[00:42:10] It increases estrogen levels and melts.

[00:42:16] We've got enough chaos in our world.

[00:42:19] Let's not poison our children with food that could alter them.

[00:42:24] I mean, I feel like it's to me, it's like the almost the new

[00:42:28] Montessent set.

[00:42:30] Hold on.

[00:42:32] What was that?

[00:42:33] We were spraying with our pesticide.

[00:42:38] You know what I mean though.

[00:42:40] Just just look at what you're eating though.

[00:42:43] Look at what is being put in your food and tell me honestly,

[00:42:47] you don't have to have that same feeling about soy like I do.

[00:42:51] You don't have that allergy.

[00:42:53] I hope you don't.

[00:42:54] But look at what's in your food.

[00:42:58] Look at what's in your chewing gum.

[00:43:00] I can't even chew gum anymore because I realized, man,

[00:43:04] why am I having these issues?

[00:43:06] And then we realized how much just things I never thought

[00:43:10] about, how much it's in that or why I'm having these reactions.

[00:43:15] Or yeah, we had to sit through and purge a lot of stuff out of

[00:43:21] our house.

[00:43:22] No, not purge out of our house.

[00:43:24] We had to be more cognizant as to what we were bringing into

[00:43:30] our home.

[00:43:31] And we do.

[00:43:32] We check all of the labels of everything we buy, everything.

[00:43:38] So yes, there are going to be nights where I just don't.

[00:43:42] I would love to be able to pull a frozen lasagna out of the freezer

[00:43:45] and just pop it into the oven.

[00:43:47] But I can't.

[00:43:48] So that means I have to take the extra time to prep.

[00:43:52] Yep.

[00:43:53] Even with my food.

[00:43:55] If I don't feel like making something super easy.

[00:43:59] I know I'm going to have a night one week where I just

[00:44:02] don't want to cook and Chris doesn't want to cook and that's

[00:44:05] okay.

[00:44:06] So what do I do?

[00:44:07] When I make meatloaf, I make two loaves back and still in freeze

[00:44:11] one, you know, pre prep meals that I can throw in the freezer,

[00:44:14] pull out and pop into the oven.

[00:44:16] It really is that simple.

[00:44:18] Same with cannon.

[00:44:20] I think Jay Bondy was cannon stews or was that you garden

[00:44:24] girl?

[00:44:25] I don't want to both of these women are phenomenal and

[00:44:28] everything that they're doing.

[00:44:30] And hey, mad dog, I see you hiding back in the in the

[00:44:36] back.

[00:44:37] But these these women and these people and men are doing

[00:44:44] stuff.

[00:44:45] They're putting away stews and soups and food and it makes

[00:44:49] life easier.

[00:44:50] It really does.

[00:44:51] If you're able to pressure can several cans of beef stew,

[00:44:55] guess what?

[00:44:56] There you go.

[00:44:57] There's one less meal you have to worry about because

[00:44:59] it's already made.

[00:45:01] And guess what?

[00:45:02] It's real.

[00:45:04] That's right.

[00:45:05] It's real because the food you get in the can from the

[00:45:08] store, not saying it's not real, but you know, when it goes

[00:45:14] through the cannon process, they actually have to

[00:45:16] inject the beef with certain things to make it still look

[00:45:19] and taste like beef from what I've heard in the

[00:45:22] processes of it.

[00:45:23] Yeah, I think you both do honestly.

[00:45:28] I mean, you're both bad asses.

[00:45:31] It's just what it is.

[00:45:33] And I love it.

[00:45:35] And it's inspirational because.

[00:45:39] Oh, okay.

[00:45:40] See, so J Bondy says in here, JB Bondy says in here, I do it

[00:45:44] with whatever is left in the pot.

[00:45:47] So she puts up anything that's left in the pot and puts

[00:45:50] it away.

[00:45:51] That's great.

[00:45:52] I do what I call today's soup.

[00:45:54] One day I will make a vegetable beef stew.

[00:45:57] Eat on it.

[00:45:58] I am a soup fanatic and the next day, you know, there's

[00:46:02] still a bit in the pot because I make jumbo pots.

[00:46:06] The next day I add a whole different amount of different

[00:46:09] kinds of vegetables, which kind of changes it just a

[00:46:13] little bit.

[00:46:14] There's your second day soup and we eat it and usually

[00:46:17] it's gone.

[00:46:18] Cab JB Bondy, have you done cabbage soup is a big one

[00:46:24] in our house.

[00:46:25] We love cabbage soup, but I don't mean cabbage water.

[00:46:29] I mean, I will take chicken thighs and quarters and

[00:46:33] I'll boil them down.

[00:46:35] Pull the chicken out, pull them off the bone, use that

[00:46:39] same water to cook down carrots.

[00:46:43] I do Italian roasted tomatoes and then I put in my

[00:46:48] cabbage and then my seasoning.

[00:46:52] So we like ours with a little bit of a kick and then

[00:46:55] we add the chicken back and everything.

[00:46:57] So my cabbage soup has cabbage, chicken, carrots, and

[00:47:02] there is some roasted tomatoes in there as well.

[00:47:07] I mean, why not?

[00:47:09] What is the point in prepping and having food if

[00:47:12] it's not going to be flavorful and delicious?

[00:47:14] And that's another thing.

[00:47:17] We call it vegetable soup.

[00:47:20] I mean, I don't call my vegetable soup is essentially

[00:47:25] just because I always put a protein in there, whether it's

[00:47:28] beef or chicken or whatever.

[00:47:32] Okay, she calls it vegetable soup with chicken.

[00:47:36] I love it.

[00:47:37] Love it.

[00:47:38] But yeah, I mean it's.

[00:47:41] Oh, okay.

[00:47:42] So garden girl the way I make my cabbage soup is

[00:47:45] probably closer to like stuffed cabbage.

[00:47:48] My only thing is, is I don't care for the ground meat

[00:47:51] texture and I think that's why I buy such a super lean

[00:47:58] meat.

[00:48:00] I buy the Laura's brand from Kroger.

[00:48:02] I can get it at the meat counter for $2 less than

[00:48:05] what it is on the shelf.

[00:48:07] I buy out there full amount and I find it's less

[00:48:11] gristly.

[00:48:12] I mean that it is so much better and it cooks down

[00:48:17] so well.

[00:48:18] Well, rephrase it doesn't have all that extra fat, right?

[00:48:21] So and people are like, oh, the fat gives it flavor.

[00:48:23] No, the fat causes you to lose quantity of the meat.

[00:48:27] So I find that one pound of the extra lean meat makes

[00:48:32] twice as many patties if I'm making hamburgers than

[00:48:36] your basic 80, 20 and so on and so forth because

[00:48:45] there's less fat to cook down.

[00:48:47] So I can make four or five patties from a one pound

[00:48:52] amount versus if I make the same four or five patties

[00:48:56] with the 80, 20, I am going to have some very tiny

[00:49:02] burgers because they shrink quite a bit.

[00:49:08] Yeah, you know what ladies?

[00:49:10] I will and for any of the listeners, I will be

[00:49:12] more than happy to share how I make certain things

[00:49:14] if you all want to know.

[00:49:15] I can always share in the group, I have no problem with that.

[00:49:21] But it's cost effective for us.

[00:49:23] Cabbage is relatively cheap.

[00:49:24] If you're growing cabbage, then it's definitely great.

[00:49:27] My walking onions are doing amazing, looking great,

[00:49:31] very prolific or not.

[00:49:36] I'm still so tired.

[00:49:37] I'm not going to lie.

[00:49:39] But that's the point is there are certain things that yes,

[00:49:45] buying from the store is convenient.

[00:49:47] But it's easier just to make it yourself and I don't mean

[00:49:52] easier as in less time but the taste, the flavor,

[00:49:57] it's better.

[00:49:58] It honestly is better homemade pizza.

[00:50:02] In our house we've done simple things as homemade pizza

[00:50:06] bites literally sticking biscuit making my biscuits,

[00:50:11] taking them and sticking them in the bottom of cupcake tins

[00:50:14] and you fill it with what you want a little sauce,

[00:50:17] cover with cheese.

[00:50:18] Ta-da!

[00:50:20] Pizza bites.

[00:50:23] It's not that hard folks.

[00:50:25] It's not.

[00:50:26] If all it takes on your end is a little bit of effort.

[00:50:32] If you can take that much effort to take the time on your day

[00:50:37] to watch the newest show, then you can take a little time,

[00:50:41] you can make that effort to take a little time to do

[00:50:43] something that's going to benefit you and your family.

[00:50:48] Guess what?

[00:50:49] You can multitask.

[00:50:50] You can cook and listen to a book at the same time.

[00:50:53] You can cook and if you really want to see that show,

[00:50:55] if you have your TV set right, great.

[00:50:59] Okay, if you're that worried about losing your four hours at

[00:51:02] that show, please get your priorities straight,

[00:51:05] but there you can multitask.

[00:51:11] You should be able to provide for your family.

[00:51:15] You should be able to provide for yourself.

[00:51:23] Because when it comes down to it,

[00:51:26] you have to look out for you.

[00:51:29] You have to look out for your family and your community

[00:51:33] and the people that you deem as a part of that.

[00:51:40] The world's only getting crazier.

[00:51:43] We're watching it happen every day,

[00:51:45] every minute there's always something else.

[00:51:50] So do it.

[00:51:51] You're thinking about prepping.

[00:51:53] Do it.

[00:51:54] You're thinking about learning to can do it.

[00:51:57] You want to start gardening.

[00:51:59] Do it.

[00:52:00] I mean, literally just go out there and just,

[00:52:03] just do it.

[00:52:04] I mean, why aren't you already?

[00:52:08] You don't know where to start.

[00:52:10] I think is usually the biggest thing I hear is,

[00:52:13] I don't know where to start from the beginning.

[00:52:17] I don't know where to start from the beginning,

[00:52:20] not trying to be an ass,

[00:52:22] but literally from the beginning.

[00:52:26] Look into what it is you need for what it is you're wanting to do.

[00:52:33] You're wanting to garden.

[00:52:34] Okay.

[00:52:35] What do you need to start that garden?

[00:52:37] Look it up.

[00:52:38] If you're not sure, ask somebody go to the tractor supply

[00:52:41] or the garden center and talk to someone.

[00:52:44] Do your own research.

[00:52:46] Understand that gardening is not something you get right off the bat.

[00:52:50] You don't.

[00:52:51] It is trial and error.

[00:52:53] I have been doing gardens for years,

[00:52:57] four years and guess what?

[00:52:59] Some years it's great other years.

[00:53:02] I completely screwed the whole thing up because the weather is not controllable

[00:53:07] because a tropical storm is coming.

[00:53:10] The weather is not controllable

[00:53:13] because a tropical storm wanted to soak my entire garden under two feet of water.

[00:53:19] It happens and you learn that you cannot put certain plants together

[00:53:24] and you'll learn that something works one way for one plant,

[00:53:27] but it doesn't for another.

[00:53:28] That's what it is.

[00:53:29] Exactly.

[00:53:30] J.B. Bondi, you said it.

[00:53:33] Action is key.

[00:53:35] You cannot be...

[00:53:41] You cannot be idle in your own life.

[00:53:45] You cannot be idle in preparedness.

[00:53:50] I understand where people outside of the prepping community see it as a job or a task,

[00:53:58] but prepping is a way of life.

[00:54:01] It is a balance.

[00:54:03] It is sustainable.

[00:54:05] It is...

[00:54:07] It really is who we are.

[00:54:09] I'm still Jordan.

[00:54:11] I'm still Jay Ferg on here,

[00:54:13] but I'm the same person on air with you as I am off air.

[00:54:19] I still take the time to sow and sit with my family

[00:54:25] and feed my family in crochet and garden and what have you.

[00:54:31] It is a part of my life.

[00:54:33] And once you figure out how to fix, fit that into everything you're doing,

[00:54:39] it becomes second nature just like Garden Girl,

[00:54:43] just like J.B. Bondi,

[00:54:47] they both live and breathe this because it is their life.

[00:54:53] It is our life.

[00:54:55] And the sooner you start doing it now,

[00:54:59] the sooner you'll get down into a cycle,

[00:55:04] a routine, a way of living,

[00:55:07] which makes it as simple as getting up every morning.

[00:55:11] It makes it as simple as taking a breath.

[00:55:13] Yes, it takes work,

[00:55:15] but anything worth doing is worth the hard work.

[00:55:21] It is worth the time and the studies.

[00:55:24] It's that simple.

[00:55:27] All right, folks, I don't want to get onto too hard of a rant,

[00:55:31] so I'm probably going to wrap it up here,

[00:55:33] but start doing stuff.

[00:55:35] Seriously, you want to learn Canon, like I said,

[00:55:39] start reading on it, get some supplies,

[00:55:43] see what it is that you need first and foremost.

[00:55:47] Make that list.

[00:55:49] Go get those things.

[00:55:51] Yes, the first year of Canon is a financial investment,

[00:55:55] but it is an investment that pays off.

[00:55:59] That may not seem it right now,

[00:56:01] may not seem it the first few times you can,

[00:56:07] but over time it pays for itself.

[00:56:12] It really does.

[00:56:14] So yes, those 20 to 30 cans of pickles you've got on the shelf,

[00:56:19] it will pay for itself because that's something I miss.

[00:56:23] And I told Chris that I miss my homemade pickles.

[00:56:27] I miss being able to make my own fried pickles.

[00:56:32] And that's the whole point.

[00:56:34] That's why we garden is the excess does not go to waste.

[00:56:38] The excess gets put up in which you can have the entire year.

[00:56:43] Who says you have to have something just at one part of the year?

[00:56:47] No, you can have it year long.

[00:56:49] Realize that folks.

[00:56:50] What you're doing is an investment throughout the entire year,

[00:56:54] which is less money you have to spend and more money you can put up

[00:56:58] or put towards something else.

[00:57:01] It is an investment in yourself.

[00:57:04] It's an investment in your family.

[00:57:06] And it's an investment for the future.

[00:57:11] It's that simple.

[00:57:13] With anything you look at in prepping,

[00:57:15] it is an investment.

[00:57:20] And you can't say someone didn't let you do it because you are capable.

[00:57:26] You are.

[00:57:30] So I appreciate it, everyone.

[00:57:32] I hope you have an amazing weekend.

[00:57:36] Keep your head on the swivel.

[00:57:38] There's a lot going on.

[00:57:39] Please be aware of what's going on around you above you below you.

[00:57:43] Just be there.

[00:57:45] Oh, okay.

[00:57:46] Hold on.

[00:57:47] I'm going to.

[00:57:48] I started off with jams and OU jars and wick.

[00:57:55] Oh, okay.

[00:57:56] So see, JB, she started out with simple things.

[00:58:00] Nothing fancy.

[00:58:01] Just a little, or isn't that the OU jars?

[00:58:05] Aren't those the jelly?

[00:58:08] Yeah, those are the...

[00:58:10] See, she was just recycling what she had.

[00:58:12] And you know what?

[00:58:13] It works.

[00:58:14] It's simple.

[00:58:16] And it was inexpensive, exactly.

[00:58:19] But when you are committed to doing something,

[00:58:22] it is worth that investment.

[00:58:24] It really is.

[00:58:30] Yeah, I mean, it really does pay for itself.

[00:58:33] For me, I think you really see the benefits of it.

[00:58:36] I'd say year three.

[00:58:37] I'm not going to say you don't benefit from it through from year one to year three,

[00:58:41] but that's when you really see it come about.

[00:58:43] Oh, it's yogurt.

[00:58:44] Okay, that's what I thought.

[00:58:45] It's yogurt.

[00:58:46] I said jelly, but...

[00:58:47] But that works.

[00:58:49] And water bath safe.

[00:58:50] Yes.

[00:58:51] Whoa, that's even better.

[00:58:52] I like that.

[00:58:53] Okay.

[00:58:54] See, folks?

[00:58:55] You don't have to kill yourself financially to do it.

[00:58:58] But when you're ready, it is worth the investment.

[00:59:01] So I appreciate anyone who's tuned in this morning live.

[00:59:05] I appreciate anyone who's listening to me on the replay.

[00:59:11] And I hope everyone has an amazing weekend.

[00:59:14] Get out there and do what you need to do to protect your family.

[00:59:18] Start that garden.

[00:59:22] Start, you know, just start.

[00:59:26] Just...

[00:59:27] You've got to get up and do it.

[00:59:28] So I hope everyone has an amazing weekend and amazing time.

[00:59:32] And enjoy the rest of the day.

[00:59:36] Take care.

[00:59:37] And I will talk to you later.
