[00:04:07] A lot of those resources were donated

[00:04:11] And then they were put into schools

[00:04:12] To house the resources

[00:04:13] Well, they're nine days away from opening the schools back up again

[00:04:17] You can't have school in a building filled with resources

[00:04:20] So they're coming back out of the schools

[00:04:22] They are, in some cases, being passed to other churches

[00:04:25] To steward those resources

[00:04:26] But by and large, under TEMA

[00:04:28] Tennessee Emergency Management Agency

[00:04:30] They're going to Bristol Motor Speedway

[00:04:32] Which is near to where the problem is

[00:04:34] But it's far enough removed

[00:04:36] There's enough standoff there

[00:04:37] We can get all of the stuff

[00:04:38] See, TEMA and Grindstone are working together on this

[00:04:41] We are advising TEMA

[00:04:42] Because this is our 46th deployment

[00:04:44] It's the first time they've had to deal with something like this

[00:04:47] So, Grindstone is advising TEMA

[00:04:50] At Bristol Motor Speedway

[00:04:52] If we can bring in everything we've got in the area

[00:04:54] Now we can better inventory it

[00:05:12] So the need goes unmet

[00:05:13] Because all the resources are disaggregated

[00:05:17] By bringing it all to Bristol

[00:05:18] We can inventory and control all of it

[00:05:21] So that we can push it back out to where it's needed

[00:05:23] On the Tennessee side

[00:05:24] It's not being confiscated and given to illegal immigrants

[00:05:28] It's not being taken by TEMA

[00:05:30] It's being resourced so that it can be distributed effectively

[00:05:33] In North Carolina

[00:05:34] That's a whole other story

[00:05:37] I have never seen FEMA actively work against recovery

[00:05:41] And that is what is happening there

[00:05:43] We literally yesterday established the Ho Chi Musk Trail

[00:05:47] To smuggle Starlinks behind enemy lines in North Carolina

[00:05:51] To get commo up

[00:05:53] So that we can coordinate supply logistics rescue

[00:05:56] On the North Carolina side

[00:05:58] And FEMA has put a cordon around the affected areas in North Carolina

[00:06:01] So that they will not allow supplies, resources, commo in

[00:06:06] For those affected people

[00:06:08] You want to share your thoughts on why that might possibly be?

[00:06:15] There is critical infrastructure to the defense and the economy of the United States of America

[00:06:41] On whether or not to declare a federally declared state of emergency

[00:06:44] Which would enact Title 10

[00:06:46] Which means DOD and federal assets can come in

[00:06:49] And they've been back and forth on whether or not they want to do that

[00:06:52] And so a little bit of insider baseball

[00:06:54] The governor should have declared an emergency days ago

[00:06:57] But if he did

[00:06:58] And then FEMA comes in

[00:07:00] Because it's a nationally declared federal emergency

[00:07:03] They have jurisdiction over that area

[00:07:06] Which means they could do an even more effective job of keeping people out

[00:07:10] Because right now, jurisdictionally

[00:07:12] The sheriff in each county

[00:07:14] Has the highest authority in that county

[00:07:17] And so the sheriffs can and are arresting FEMA people

[00:07:22] Pushing FEMA out

[00:07:24] Blowing FEMA

[00:07:24] Dude, it's an asymmetric guerrilla war

[00:07:27] That is happening in North Carolina right now

[00:07:29] You're not hearing about it

[00:08:55] But they've chosen to stay

[00:08:57] In the area is so bad

[00:08:58] And they don't want

[00:08:59] Their property destroyed

[00:09:02] Somebody in Little Germany

[00:09:03] Had had enough

[00:09:04] And committed suicide

[00:09:06] They're starting to

[00:09:14] That nobody had forecasted
