[00:00:05] You're listening to PBN. You will pay off back the stability.

[00:00:13] He is the great equalizer, the secret to life.

[00:00:43] From the time I was a boy, I learned to always inflict pain faster than my opponent,

[00:00:48] to never let pain guide my decisions, and always harness the pain from my own strength.

[00:00:55] The great quake brought misery and death to a countless number of people.

[00:00:59] Blur of my domain, the greatest bounty hunter to ever live.

[00:01:07] No one, no one dares run from TJ Swenson, except one, or her, the lone survivor.

[00:01:18] The savior of the refugees, but she is my greatest bounty ever.

[00:01:24] This is life on the changing Earth.

[00:01:31] Look at mom, she loves inspiring those soldiers.

[00:01:34] Yeah, but I think Bennett's scowl grows bigger each time her smile grows whiter.

[00:01:40] Yeah, the vein in his forehead is about to explode.

[00:01:44] I don't like this. I'm going to follow them.

[00:01:48] I'm gonna go for a run with Trucker.

[00:01:50] Sounds good.

[00:02:00] You know, your daughter looked just the same way when I interrogated her.

[00:02:04] You better been nice.

[00:02:06] Come on, Erica, it's me.

[00:02:08] Yeah, that's just what I'm afraid of.

[00:02:10] Why did you do it, Erica?

[00:02:12] Oh, come on, Bennett.

[00:02:13] Really?

[00:02:14] Why did we leave?

[00:02:16] Why didn't you tell me?

[00:02:18] Because I knew you would do something stupid, and I was right.

[00:02:21] No, you were wrong.

[00:02:23] You want to know why I left?

[00:02:26] I left because you lied.

[00:02:28] I asked straight off, and you lied.

[00:02:32] You lied.

[00:02:33] I gave you the chance to tell me, and you lied.

[00:02:37] You lied when the lives of my family and closest friends were on the line.

[00:02:42] You would have sat safely in the North hoping upon diplomacy while people died.

[00:02:48] And you knew it was coming.

[00:02:50] You're no different from the feds who decided to close down the California border after the great quake.

[00:02:56] That is not fair, Erica.

[00:02:58] I'm under orders.

[00:02:59] Of course you are.

[00:03:01] Your orders always come first.

[00:03:04] Yeah, they do, Erica.

[00:03:05] That's just the way it is.

[00:03:06] It's my job to protect you.

[00:03:08] And if you haven't noticed, I've been doing a fine job.

[00:03:13] Let's see.

[00:03:13] I trained you to protect yourself.

[00:03:15] I got you out of Vegas.

[00:03:17] I saved your husband in Montana.

[00:03:19] And I just saved your ass again last night.

[00:03:23] I know.

[00:03:24] And I can't begin to repay you for what you've done for me.

[00:03:27] Yes, you can.

[00:03:28] You should follow your heart, but must also follow my orders.

[00:03:31] You owe me that.

[00:03:32] I appreciate you, Bennett.

[00:03:34] I do.

[00:03:35] But I don't owe you that.

[00:03:37] You're asking me to give up my freedom.

[00:03:40] The very thing we're fighting for.

[00:03:42] In exchange for what?

[00:03:44] For orders from you?

[00:03:46] We've been through this too many times.

[00:03:49] How about in exchange for your life and your husband's life?

[00:03:52] You know, the ones I've been saving over and over and over again?

[00:03:55] The ones you've been saving over and over?

[00:03:58] Why, Bennett?

[00:03:59] Why?

[00:04:00] So that you could use me as a puppet to stir up the people?

[00:04:03] It's not like that, Erica.

[00:04:06] Really?

[00:04:06] Las Vegas.

[00:04:07] Get us out so Matthew Tweed can't kill us.

[00:04:10] And we can help the resistance.

[00:04:12] Montana.

[00:04:13] Get us back into society.

[00:04:14] Even at the possibility of a federal prison camp.

[00:04:18] And life as a refugee again.

[00:04:20] So we can go on public display.

[00:04:23] Why did you save us this time?

[00:04:25] What do you need us for now?

[00:04:27] Nothing.

[00:04:27] It's not like that this time.

[00:04:29] Then why do you care if I follow orders?

[00:04:33] Because then I'll always know right where you are.

[00:04:36] I don't know, Bennett.

[00:04:37] So much has happened in the past few weeks.

[00:04:41] Do you know I watched people die on the streets?

[00:04:45] Babies!

[00:04:45] Because you were looking for us.

[00:04:48] Did you have to go there?

[00:04:50] You freaking left, Erica.

[00:04:52] You were on federal probation and you left.

[00:04:55] You can't come back after that.

[00:04:57] They will kill you.

[00:04:59] I was going to bring you back without incident so no one would ever know.

[00:05:03] Well, my friends and family died?

[00:05:05] Damn it, woman.

[00:05:06] You and your husband made a fool of me.

[00:05:08] Did you know that your son and I were almost arrested in Dallas?

[00:05:12] We were hunted and I had to crawl through four miles of tunnel behind your son's dog's ass because of you.

[00:05:19] Oh, you think that's funny.

[00:05:20] We're leaving in the morning.

[00:05:22] No, I'm staying with the militia.

[00:05:24] What are you talking about?

[00:05:25] Your family is back in Reno at the Merc base.

[00:05:28] I know.

[00:05:29] Don't you want to see them?

[00:05:30] I do, but we're taking out Las Vegas before we move east with the refugees behind the army so they can be evacuated, right?

[00:05:37] Well, yeah, but...

[00:05:39] Kasti and Eli already talked to me about the plans when we were down south.

[00:05:42] The militia has never hidden anything from me since I entered their camp.

[00:05:48] Damn it, Erica.

[00:05:49] Don't walk away.

[00:06:13] The woman is one crazy lady.

[00:06:15] I have to tell you, I never expected that phone call.

[00:06:18] Erica Moore.

[00:06:19] I don't know how she does it, but she inspires everyone.

[00:06:23] A leader of leaders.

[00:06:25] Yeah, I guess you're right.

[00:06:27] Bennett pointed out to me at the trial in the northern region.

[00:06:30] She can intoxicate them all, but now I have two crazy women to deal with.

[00:06:34] Isn't that the truth?

[00:06:36] Is Bennett bringing Erica back here?

[00:06:38] Yeah.

[00:06:38] Nobody knows that camp like Vince and Erica.

[00:06:40] It'd be nice to have them to help plan the attack.

[00:06:43] Why didn't you go with Bennett to get them?

[00:06:45] Erica needs to make some decisions.

[00:06:47] Either she's going to trust us and be a member of the team, or not.

[00:06:50] That's fair.

[00:06:51] But I think you need to treat her like one of the team then, and not a protected asset.

[00:06:55] I'll talk to her when they get back here.

[00:06:58] Are you heading out to the homesteads?

[00:07:00] I was thinking about heading out there.

[00:07:02] We're gathering all the fighters we can to go into Denver.

[00:07:05] I'll keep soaring through the refugees.

[00:07:07] The ones from Vegas will just about double our forces.

[00:07:10] Powder's always the problem.

[00:07:12] But we'll be all set if we can get that supplied from Texas.

[00:07:15] Why don't you hang out until Bennett and Erica get back?

[00:07:18] I want to visit with Cassidy.

[00:07:20] I can be back before the invasion.

[00:07:21] Well, it's about time, boss man.

[00:07:54] Waiting for you.

[00:07:56] Let's talk a minute.

[00:08:00] You know, Bennett, tactics aren't going to work this time.

[00:08:03] She is the most stubborn little...

[00:08:06] She's stubborn?

[00:08:07] You know what, Bennett?

[00:08:08] She is exactly what you made her to be.

[00:08:12] You've been trying to mold her from the moment you met her.

[00:08:16] To change her.

[00:08:17] Make her into what you thought was best for her.

[00:08:21] I know sometimes it doesn't seem like it.

[00:08:24] But she has tried to be exactly what you wanted.

[00:08:29] She came home night after night.

[00:08:32] Bruised from your training.

[00:08:33] Hurt from your challenges.

[00:08:35] Does she ever complain?

[00:08:38] Did she ever give up?

[00:08:42] You know what I wanted?

[00:08:43] I wanted to take my wife and kids and live in the woods.

[00:08:47] Some place we could grow food, live, spend time together.

[00:08:51] Now, here we are.

[00:08:54] Wrapped up in the center of this conflict because you told her she could save the world.

[00:09:00] I know you have saved my life specifically.

[00:09:03] But Bennett, she's given you her life.

[00:09:07] She trusted you to be her friend.

[00:09:10] Hell, she gave you our lives.

[00:09:12] It's time you take a second and realize that.

[00:09:17] Vince, I'm jealous of you.

[00:09:19] I'm sorry.

[00:09:20] You've got such a great woman and beautiful kids.

[00:09:23] Your family is solid and 100% loyal to each other.

[00:09:27] Wherever you've lived, whatever is happening around you guys, you're happy as long as you're together.

[00:09:33] I'm sorry for causing you guys to make the decision you did.

[00:09:36] You've got to let her in, Bennett.

[00:09:39] She will follow your lead.

[00:09:41] But she needs to know where you're headed first.

[00:09:45] You know she loves you.

[00:09:47] You're not threatened, are you, Vince?

[00:09:49] Because it's never been like that.

[00:09:51] Bennett, I've never been jealous of another man in my life with Erica.

[00:09:56] I trust my wife 100%.

[00:09:59] We talk about everything.

[00:10:01] We respect each other's opinions and work hard to find a solution that will make both of us happy.

[00:10:07] We've had you as part of our lives for a long time now.

[00:10:11] You'll have to face it, you're one of the family, whether you like it or not.

[00:10:16] I can imagine worse things.

[00:10:18] What do I do about her?

[00:10:19] Talk to her.

[00:10:20] Just be straight with her.

[00:10:22] Thanks, Vince.

[00:10:23] Anytime.

[00:10:24] Just hold on to what you believe in.

[00:10:39] Keep on dancing, your sweet traveled far.

[00:10:44] Seen so many dogs.

[00:10:50] You can't beat the smell of gun oil.

[00:10:52] They should make it a cologne.

[00:10:54] Um, Erica, I don't know how else to say this and I'm terrible at this stuff, so I'm just gonna say it.

[00:11:03] I'm sorry.

[00:11:05] We've both given a lot of ourselves and been through some messed up stuff on this journey.

[00:11:09] I'm sorry I didn't talk to you.

[00:11:11] I know I have orders, but you guys are all the family I have.

[00:11:15] And I'm sorry I put on the line by not talking to you.

[00:11:20] I'm sorry too.

[00:11:22] You've been the greatest mentor and taught me so much.

[00:11:27] We shouldn't have left like we did.

[00:11:29] We made a snap decision and I apologize for leaving you like that.

[00:11:33] It was wrong.

[00:11:35] Looks like you're ready for inspection.

[00:11:38] Yes, sir, I guess I am.

[00:11:40] Why don't you pack it up and spend time with your boy?

[00:11:42] I've got to check with Eli, but I'll meet you guys at chow time.

[00:11:46] Sounds good to me.

[00:11:47] You should spread your wings.

[00:12:23] Is Crab sorted?

[00:12:24] Yes, sir.

[00:12:25] It's about damn time, boy.

[00:12:28] With Erica taking care of and Yuri and Sergei bringing back new stock, I'm ready to relax.

[00:12:33] You still have Dixon to take care of?

[00:12:35] Yeah, but the Supreme General isn't concerned with him.

[00:12:38] Dixon doesn't stir up the people the way Erica did.

[00:12:42] You've got a visitor here.

[00:12:44] And you will love this.

[00:12:46] Well then, jump on in.

[00:12:51] Sir, I brought you a gift.

[00:12:53] Well, look what we have here.

[00:12:55] Corrine, gentlemen.

[00:12:57] My, how the mighty have fallen.

[00:12:59] TJ, we tried to bring her in.

[00:13:02] I heard.

[00:13:03] The militia forces overwhelmed us.

[00:13:08] Don't you ever lie to me.

[00:13:11] Somehow, the thermals didn't pick them up.

[00:13:13] They were wearing something that hid them.

[00:13:15] How do you know that?

[00:13:16] Their feet were the only thing my men could see.

[00:13:18] And they were faint.

[00:13:20] Interesting.

[00:13:21] Please, make my son one of your men.

[00:13:24] Don't put him in the refugee system.

[00:13:26] What about your future?

[00:13:27] It doesn't matter.

[00:13:29] I want my son to be able to have a child one day.

[00:13:31] Blackshirts don't raise their children.

[00:13:33] But they can produce them.

[00:13:35] I'll put him to the test.

[00:13:36] He will pass or fail on his own accord.

[00:13:40] Do you want the woman?

[00:13:41] No.

[00:13:42] I'll take her first.

[00:13:44] Put her in my cell, Jimmy.

[00:13:45] Yes, sir.

[00:13:46] Wait.

[00:13:47] Yes, sir.

[00:13:48] Corrine, what happened to your guard, Bert?

[00:13:50] He was killed.

[00:13:52] Good.

[00:13:53] I would have done it myself if that wasn't the case.

[00:14:04] Good morning, boys and girls.

[00:14:09] Let's go, people.

[00:14:14] It's five o'clock.

[00:14:15] Time to move.

[00:14:16] What?

[00:14:17] What time is it?

[00:14:19] Erica, I'll see you in the briefing room, Cupcake.

[00:14:25] I guess I'll see you at the chow wine.

[00:14:28] I guess so.

[00:14:30] Sir?

[00:14:39] Yes, sir.

[00:14:41] We'll drive straight through.

[00:14:43] Yes, sir.

[00:14:44] Over and out, sir.

[00:14:45] Morning, Cupcake.

[00:14:47] Good morning, sir.

[00:14:48] What's up?

[00:14:49] You wanted to be informed?

[00:14:50] Well, this is the briefing hour.

[00:14:52] Okay.

[00:14:53] After chow, we're headed back to Reno.

[00:14:56] But I told you.

[00:14:57] Erica, you're being informed.

[00:14:58] But this is not open for debate.

[00:15:02] Listen.

[00:15:03] After chow, we're headed back to Reno.

[00:15:06] The feds know you guys are here, which endangers this whole force.

[00:15:10] The mercenaries are working on sweeping out the federal forces' pockets in the Badlands.

[00:15:15] And then they're headed to Las Vegas.

[00:15:16] I was told to assemble a team that knows the facility.

[00:15:20] I'll have three weeks to get this team ready to infiltrate the refugee camp,

[00:15:24] to remove critical targets that could be used as leverage against us before the mercenary army attacks it.

[00:15:30] Are you in?

[00:15:31] You know I am.

[00:15:32] Good.

[00:15:33] Grab some chow and get over to the truck.

[00:15:35] Dex knows where it's at.

[00:15:36] You're dismissed.

[00:15:37] So send Jensen in on your way out.

[00:15:39] Okay.

[00:15:45] Hey, Jensen.

[00:15:46] Hello.

[00:15:47] First Sergeant Bennett's ready for you, sir.

[00:16:49] Good to see you too, Dad.

[00:16:51] Hi, Erica.

[00:16:52] It's nice to see you two.

[00:16:54] And we have places for you two to sleep.

[00:16:56] Hold on a second.

[00:16:59] What's the plan, sir?

[00:17:00] You have two days, then we start.

[00:17:02] Good night, sir.

[00:17:03] There are so many tents.

[00:17:12] And three times as many people.

[00:17:14] I've had my handful.

[00:17:17] Hey, Star!

[00:17:19] You made it!

[00:17:21] Oh, thank God!

[00:17:22] Hi, Mom!

[00:17:24] Hey, baby!

[00:17:26] Hey there, Superstar!

[00:17:29] Hi, Dad.

[00:17:30] I'm so glad you two are back.

[00:17:31] It was a long trip.

[00:17:33] Oh my goodness, Erica.

[00:17:35] What happened to your face?

[00:17:38] You know, same old story, Kay.

[00:17:41] There will be plenty of time to tell us about it.

[00:17:43] Come on in.

[00:17:46] Who's that?

[00:17:47] It's Megan.

[00:17:49] Her family didn't make it.

[00:17:50] And Johnny...

[00:17:52] You've probably heard about his dad.

[00:17:54] My dad.

[00:17:55] My dad.

[00:17:57] Daniel.

[00:17:58] You down, always around.

[00:18:07] I made you feel, feel alone.

[00:18:14] Spent most of your nights just sitting on your own.

[00:18:17] I should have done so much more.

[00:18:24] Things you asked before was wrong.

[00:18:33] But I try to tell you with some,

[00:18:36] tell you with some.

[00:18:38] What if I said I'm sorry?

[00:18:46] I've got them all under one roof again.

[00:18:49] You've been blessed since.

[00:18:50] Your entire family has just lost.

[00:18:53] That's true.

[00:18:54] I don't understand why you feel the need to put that at risk.

[00:18:57] We can talk about it tomorrow, Dad.

[00:19:00] Good night.

[00:19:00] I know that I've done so many things to let you down.

[00:19:06] That you give me one...

[00:19:32] Is TJ here?

[00:19:34] Yes, sir.

[00:19:34] Send him in!

[00:19:35] Come on in, Mr. Tran.

[00:19:38] You can call me Jimmy.

[00:19:40] Yes, sir.

[00:19:41] That is some little lady you got there, TJ.

[00:19:45] Jimmy Tran, have a seat at my table.

[00:19:48] Drink?

[00:19:49] Yes, sir.

[00:19:53] Thank you, TJ.

[00:19:55] I can't thank you enough for doing that pick-up for me.

[00:19:58] No worries, TJ.

[00:20:00] I already had men in the area.

[00:20:02] The Supreme General's going to bomb Albuquerque.

[00:20:04] If you have people in their area, get them out.

[00:20:07] Noted, sir.

[00:20:11] You know you're more than welcome any time.

[00:20:13] But it seems like there's something else on your mind than Tillman.

[00:20:17] I can't get anything by TJ Swenson, can I?

[00:20:21] No, sir. So what do you need?

[00:20:23] I want to buy Patrice.

[00:20:25] I've never owned that woman.

[00:20:27] Then is she free to go?

[00:20:28] I didn't say that.

[00:20:30] What are you worried about, TJ?

[00:20:32] She knows too much to be let go.

[00:20:35] Do you trust her?

[00:20:36] I do.

[00:20:37] Would she betray you?

[00:20:38] No.

[00:20:39] I love her, TJ.

[00:20:40] I want to have her in my life every day.

[00:20:43] What?

[00:20:44] Is Jimmy eating with you, TJ?

[00:20:46] Ask him.

[00:20:47] Yes.

[00:20:50] Thank you, TJ.

[00:20:52] This is a big ask, Jimmy.

[00:20:54] I know, but...

[00:20:56] They can't live without her.

[00:20:58] Let me see what I can do.

[00:21:00] I missed you guys so much.

[00:21:17] I would never see you again.

[00:21:21] Don't do that again.

[00:21:27] We won't, buddy.

[00:21:28] I promise.

[00:21:41] I'm sorry.

[00:21:43] I miss him.

[00:21:45] And Gage.

[00:21:47] I'm so sorry we weren't there, Daniel.

[00:21:50] There's only one thing to do.

[00:21:52] Hug it out.

[00:21:54] I know that I've done so many things that let you down.

[00:21:57] Johnny, Megan, get over here.

[00:22:05] Close my eyes.

[00:22:09] Know that you're the only thing I see.

[00:22:16] What's wrong?

[00:22:17] Let's get some food.

[00:22:19] And then we can talk.

[00:22:20] I'm starved.

[00:23:02] Now that everyone is together,

[00:23:05] do you guys want to talk about what happened?

[00:23:07] Nah.

[00:23:09] It's okay, Daniel.

[00:23:11] We need to talk and share our feelings.

[00:23:14] It's a good thing.

[00:23:16] It's okay, buddy.

[00:23:17] We're all here.

[00:23:18] Together.

[00:23:19] Yeah.

[00:23:20] But you weren't there then.

[00:23:22] You weren't there.

[00:23:25] Grandma Katie and Vanessa were in the kitchen canning jam.

[00:23:29] Gage and I were in the family room with Kristen, the tutor.

[00:23:34] Jack started growling at the door.

[00:23:37] And we heard someone on the landing.

[00:23:40] Then two men in black burst through the doors, pointing their guns at us.

[00:23:45] Called Jack to her so that they wouldn't hurt him.

[00:23:50] They put us all in the family room.

[00:23:52] The guy that was supposed to be watching us was looking out the window with his partner.

[00:23:58] I saw the soldier's sidearm and told Jack to go get him.

[00:24:03] Jack did it and I grabbed his gun.

[00:24:05] But the man at the door shot Jack.

[00:24:08] I shot the man at the door in his neck.

[00:24:11] But the man that Jack had bitten sprayed bullets from his gun across the room.

[00:24:17] Grandma was with me, standing behind him as he shot them.

[00:24:21] I pulled the trigger and shot him in the back of his head.

[00:24:25] He killed my friends.

[00:24:27] You did what you had to do buddy.

[00:24:30] Grandma was freaking out, but you guys taught me what to do.

[00:24:34] I grabbed my pack and told Grandma to get some clothes while I got food.

[00:24:38] We peeked out the window, more soldiers were in the field.

[00:24:42] So he snuck out the back and hit in the woods.

[00:24:45] They did kill them all.

[00:24:47] We were all in the field and they opened fire on us like target practice.

[00:24:52] My dad jumped in front of me when they shot.

[00:24:55] He landed on top of me and told me I shouldn't move.

[00:24:58] I'm here honey.

[00:25:00] He told me that we would play dead until the soldiers left.

[00:25:04] He died while we were waiting.

[00:25:06] I was at work when a client who lived down south came into town and told us about the invasion.

[00:25:14] Burgess came and got me and headed directly for the farm.

[00:25:18] It was empty.

[00:25:19] There weren't even guards at the gates.

[00:25:22] As we drove past the fields, we found Megan running towards us.

[00:25:27] She was in shock. Her father was dead.

[00:25:31] Then we went to the house.

[00:25:33] Daniel already told you about what happened there, but we couldn't find Kate or Daniel.

[00:25:38] We drove into the trails and two soldiers were out there.

[00:25:42] As they approached the vehicle, Cole shot them both.

[00:25:45] He went into the woods in a few yards and called for Kate and Daniel.

[00:25:49] They were there.

[00:25:51] Will piled into the car and drove back to the trail.

[00:25:54] We didn't dare go back into town.

[00:25:57] Daniel was the one who ensured we had a tent and some clothes.

[00:26:02] That boy of yours saved my wife.

[00:26:04] Then he says,

[00:26:06] Come on, Grandpa.

[00:26:07] This is how the Boers team does it.

[00:26:10] Well, it is the way we do it, Grandpa.

[00:26:13] You don't get to live too long in one place if you're not locked in.

[00:26:17] And sometimes...

[00:26:19] Sometimes bad people make you have to do bad things.

[00:26:22] Or they'll hurt the people you love.

[00:26:25] Mom told me that you can't hesitate.

[00:26:28] I'm just glad you guys are okay.

[00:26:31] I'm so sorry more of you didn't make it here.

[00:26:34] I know how much you love Vanessa, Mom.

[00:26:38] Like a daughter.

[00:26:40] Thank God we have Megan.

[00:26:43] We'll take care of her like our own.

[00:26:48] Come check out my new paintings.

[00:26:50] Okay.

[00:26:50] They were looking for you and Eric Vince.

[00:27:00] Our farm was one of the first targets.

[00:27:03] I don't think they were intending on shooting any of the people in the house.

[00:27:07] Or they would have right away.

[00:27:08] They were looking for you and were willing to take your family as a bargaining chip.

[00:27:14] You've got to get the family out of here.

[00:27:17] And go where, Dad?

[00:27:19] There's no place we can go they won't find us.

[00:27:22] Trust me.

[00:27:23] I've been all over this country.

[00:27:26] Did Star tell you about the next quake that's on its way?

[00:27:29] She did.

[00:27:30] A scientist said that.

[00:27:32] He predicted the first one.

[00:27:34] It's not worth taking the risk of it hitting while we're in the path of that wave, Dad.

[00:27:40] You don't want to see that wave.

[00:27:42] I made diamonds in my butt crack when we made it out of California.

[00:27:47] Trust me.

[00:27:48] It's not something you can run from.

[00:27:50] Then why don't we leave now, Vince?

[00:27:52] Go north.

[00:27:54] If we have two weeks to get ready to infiltrate Vegas and get some key mercs out.

[00:27:58] Plus Erica's mom and Greg and Penny's family.

[00:28:02] Then we can discuss our next move.

[00:28:04] What?

[00:28:05] Why do you guys have to do this?

[00:28:07] Because, Dad, we know that facility better than anyone.

[00:28:11] We live there for nine years.

[00:28:15] We have to get Nancy.

[00:28:16] And we can get these key people out before the mercenary army attacks.

[00:28:21] Otherwise, they may just be executed when the first shots are fired.

[00:28:25] Just you and Erica?

[00:28:27] And Dexter and Star.

[00:28:28] I can't stop you from doing what you think is correct.

[00:28:32] I don't like it.

[00:28:34] What are you going to tell Daniel?

[00:28:35] The truth.

[00:28:36] His grandma is in there.

[00:28:39] Carmen and Crystal are like a brother and sister to him.

[00:28:42] He'll understand.

[00:28:44] He'll understand.

[00:28:45] But I doubt who will.

[00:28:46] I think you're right.

[00:29:15] General Merkley is back at the homesteads.

[00:29:18] He's thinking we're running out of time.

[00:29:20] Three weeks.

[00:29:21] She needs to leave, but she also needs to heal.

[00:29:23] Hmm.

[00:29:24] We have a lot of loose ends to collect before we start moving the caravan.

[00:29:28] We can't keep all these people at the homesteads.

[00:29:31] General Merkley plans on weeding out the fighters at that checkpoint.

[00:29:34] Then he can organize escort crews for the refugees and build our force for the Denver invasion.

[00:29:39] That's why you're going back to the homesteads as well.

[00:29:42] I was going to go with the Vegas team.

[00:29:44] And now you have alternate orders, Major.

[00:29:46] Yes, sir.

[00:29:47] You know how to organize roundups.

[00:29:49] These people need help, Murchis.

[00:29:51] The water is coming, and some won't be able to move fast enough.

[00:29:55] You're giving me orders to help people?

[00:29:56] I am.

[00:29:57] Well, it's about damn time, sir.

[00:30:01] I'm guessing you'll be headed out then?

[00:30:03] I have a couple of my own loose ends tied up before I leave, sir.

[00:30:05] But yes, I'll be headed out.

[00:30:07] I'm right behind you.

[00:30:09] If there's nothing else, you're dismissed.

[00:30:11] Yes, sir.

[00:30:40] Very good, sir.

[00:30:41] It's nice to see you.

[00:30:42] I had heard you were headed out.

[00:30:44] Damn, we're traveling fast around here, but you heard correctly.

[00:30:47] I wish we had time to have a drink.

[00:30:49] Me too.

[00:30:50] But from what I've heard, we'll be out in Colorado for a while.

[00:30:53] We'll catch up then.

[00:30:54] Sounds good.

[00:30:55] Where's Bennett's scrawny ass at?

[00:30:57] They got in at 0300.

[00:30:59] He went to crash.

[00:31:00] Love those late night drives.

[00:31:02] Tell me about it.

[00:31:03] Speaking of, I need to get moving, or I will have one of those myself.

[00:31:44] You ready to go, Daniel?

[00:31:45] The owners told me that they're shipping food.

[00:31:59] Did the Mercs take the North back?

[00:32:00] Major Burgess's forces did a lot of damage on the way here.

[00:32:06] They took down the federal prison.

[00:32:08] Were you there?

[00:32:09] Only for a minute.

[00:32:11] And then Jefferson drove us here.

[00:32:13] I overheard Burgess.

[00:32:16] Canada, they would rather the Mercs fight Henderson so they don't have to.

[00:32:22] What is that stink?

[00:32:25] It's poop, Mom.

[00:32:27] What?

[00:32:28] They're just shooting it over.

[00:32:32] Oh, that is freaking nasty.

[00:32:35] Too many people get-

[00:32:38] But some of the soldiers said everyone is leaving anyway.

[00:32:41] That's the same story I'm hearing.

[00:32:46] Is that the slave laborer doing the laundry?

[00:32:49] No, Mom.

[00:32:51] Everyone volunteers.

[00:32:52] And most people want to pitch in so they don't feel like a burden.

[00:32:56] This is where we do laundry and get more water.

[00:32:59] That's good to know.

[00:33:00] Pretty cool how these solar generators work.

[00:33:03] And look over here, Mom.

[00:33:05] They have a soccer field.

[00:33:07] Hi, Corporal.

[00:33:08] Is this your other boy?

[00:33:10] Sure is.

[00:33:11] My little man, Daniel.

[00:33:13] Not so little anymore, Mom.

[00:33:14] You know how to play, big man.

[00:33:18] You bet. Can we?

[00:33:20] You can, buddy.

[00:33:22] But your mom has had a rough few weeks.

[00:33:24] The doctor says I'm supposed to take it easy.

[00:33:30] Really, Danny? I'm sore.

[00:33:33] Alright.

[00:35:11] Sit down.

[00:35:12] Thank you, DJ.

[00:35:19] Take you home with him.

[00:35:21] He did?

[00:35:22] Do you want to go?

[00:35:23] I'll do what you ask of me, DJ.

[00:35:26] I would never go against your wishes.

[00:35:29] You're a diamond in the rough, Patrice.

[00:35:33] I wish I could find hundred more intelligent people like yourself.

[00:35:37] I would never drink again.

[00:35:40] Thank you, sir.

[00:35:42] He says he loves you.

[00:35:46] Do you love him?

[00:35:47] I do.

[00:35:50] Understand your hesitation, DJ.

[00:35:53] But I want you to know I would never betray you.

[00:35:57] I know.

[00:35:57] But it doesn't make my decision any easier.

[00:35:59] Whatever you decide.

[00:36:02] Thank you for at least considering it.

[00:36:05] I don't own you.

[00:36:06] But understand.

[00:36:07] If you go, he will own you.

[00:36:10] I understand.

[00:36:12] And you still want to be with him?

[00:36:13] Yes, DJ.

[00:36:15] I need time to think about this.

[00:37:08] Hey, Danny. I told you I'd get them back, didn't I?

[00:37:11] You sure did, sir.

[00:37:12] But I'm still mad you didn't take me with you.

[00:37:15] Sounds like Grandma is glad I didn't take you.

[00:37:18] Yeah.

[00:37:19] I guess you're right.

[00:37:20] You know I am.

[00:37:21] High five, buddy.

[00:37:22] You did a great job.

[00:37:24] Looks like you guys have been out working up a sweat.

[00:37:27] Yes, sir.

[00:37:28] Good.

[00:37:28] You'll all be ready for tomorrow.

[00:37:30] I'll see you at 0500 right here.

[00:37:32] See you in the morning, sir.

[00:37:33] And guys, it's really good to see you all back together.

[00:37:36] It's good to be back together.

[00:37:38] Good night, sir.

[00:37:39] Good night, Vince.

[00:37:40] What is he talking about, Mom?

[00:37:42] We're training to get Grandma and Greg and Penny's family out of Las Vegas, along with some other essential mercenary soldiers.

[00:37:49] We start tomorrow.

[00:37:51] Are you eating Carmen and Crystal, too?

[00:37:53] Yes, we are.

[00:37:55] Can I come?

[00:37:56] No, Danny.

[00:37:57] We need someone to stay and protect Grandma, Grandpa, and Megan.

[00:38:01] Don't worry, little dude.

[00:38:02] I'll be here, too.

[00:38:03] We're not leaving you.

[00:38:04] We're training right here.

[00:38:06] And then we go to Vegas.

[00:38:07] We'll only be gone a day or so.

[00:38:09] Then we'll be right back with Carmen and Crystal.

[00:38:12] If all goes well.

[00:38:15] What if it doesn't?

[00:38:16] Nobody has an answer for that, Danny.

[00:38:19] Anything could happen to any one of us at any time.

[00:38:23] Tomorrow is never a guarantee.

[00:38:25] That's why we have to make every moment together count.

[00:38:28] We got wrapped up in a game of soccer.

[00:39:02] What about the wound on your arm, Erica?

[00:39:04] It's fine.

[00:39:05] You guys better get up there and get your plates before they're not serving dinner anymore.

[00:39:11] I'll grab you a plate, baby.

[00:39:13] Thanks.

[00:39:14] Come over here.

[00:39:15] Have a look at it.

[00:39:17] I can't believe you guys are going into Vegas.

[00:39:20] And your only day to rest.

[00:39:22] You're out running all over.

[00:39:25] Earl, stop that.

[00:39:27] She was playing with her boys.

[00:39:29] With an infected arm.

[00:39:31] It feels okay.

[00:39:33] It does seem to be clearing up.

[00:39:35] But you'll have to wash it.

[00:39:37] And those stitches can't come out for at least four days.

[00:39:43] You're going to have to take it easy during training.

[00:39:46] I will.

[00:39:47] There you go.

[00:39:49] Thanks.

[00:39:50] We'll see you both back at the 10.

[00:39:51] Sounds good.

[00:39:53] Bye, Dad.

[00:40:16] What are you doing?

[00:40:19] Missing Teresa.

[00:40:20] You can't just sit here.

[00:40:22] This isn't healthy.

[00:40:24] What am I supposed to do, TJ?

[00:40:26] She was my everything.

[00:40:28] Are you going to sell me?

[00:40:30] If you keep up this depressing, bullcrap attitude, yes.

[00:40:33] I'm sorry.

[00:40:34] I'm just...

[00:40:35] Stop.

[00:40:36] Stop talking.

[00:40:38] Do you want your old job back?

[00:40:43] Yeah.

[00:40:44] It would keep me so busy, I wouldn't have time to think.

[00:40:48] But what about Patrice?

[00:40:50] She's always been loyal to you.

[00:40:52] That's why she's being rewarded.

[00:40:54] She's going to live with Tram.

[00:40:56] Jimmy Tram?

[00:40:57] Out west?

[00:40:58] Yes.

[00:41:01] Wants her.

[00:41:02] What about Margaret and the baby?

[00:41:05] That's a good question.

[00:41:06] Put her to work for me.

[00:41:08] I'll make sure she and the baby are cared for.

[00:41:10] I'll consider that option.

[00:41:12] Do you want to stay here?

[00:41:13] I love this house, TJ, but everything here reminds me of her.

[00:41:18] Do you want your old home back?

[00:41:19] I'll take whatever you have available and make it my own.

[00:41:22] A tiny home for me, Margaret, and the baby.

[00:41:25] I want you inside the supply center so she is guarded.

[00:41:29] That's fine.

[00:41:30] Pack your stuff.

[00:41:32] I'll make it happen.

[00:41:33] Thank you, TJ.

[00:42:30] Yes, sir.

[00:42:32] Erica Moore, my husband Vince, and my daughter Star, sir.

[00:42:35] First Private Moore is reporting as ordered, sir.

[00:42:39] Fall in, soldier.

[00:42:41] Yes, sir.

[00:42:43] Master Gunnery Sergeant Ben Nickleton.

[00:42:45] Thank you three for coming.

[00:42:47] I understand you have experience with the Las Vegas facility.

[00:42:50] We will work very hard during the next three weeks to ensure you're 100% ready to get through the facility safely.

[00:42:58] Thank you, sir, for helping us achieve that goal.

[00:43:02] I thought you said she was a handful, Bennett.

[00:43:04] We're all here to work, sir.

[00:43:06] Then fall in, people.

[00:43:07] Yes, sir.

[00:43:11] This is the insertion team.

[00:43:13] Staff Sergeant Sebastian White.

[00:43:15] He is a specialist in covert operations.

[00:43:18] And First Team Sergeant Bennett will lead the team.

[00:43:22] Let's get those heart rates pumping.

[00:43:24] The course I have designed for you will require you to work together.

[00:43:27] Lieutenant Colonel Virgis suggested you might be lacking in that area.

[00:43:32] This is more.

[00:43:33] I understand you have stitches in your arm that won't come out for the next few days.

[00:43:36] Take it easy on your upper body and stay out of the dirt.

[00:43:40] Yes, sir.

[00:43:41] Each piece of the course requires at least four people to complete.

[00:43:44] Erica and Dexter.

[00:43:46] You're teamed with Bennett and Smith.

[00:43:48] Vincent Stark here with Jensen and White.

[00:43:50] Look at these times.

[00:44:42] I think I just threw up in my mouth a little.

[00:44:45] You guys think you can pull off a covert operations scoring like this?

[00:44:50] Let's get some chow, but tomorrow we're double-timing it.

[00:44:53] Yes, sir.

[00:44:55] I would have doubled my scores if I had used my throwing knife instead of a pistol.

[00:45:01] Really? You're getting that good?

[00:45:03] Oh yeah, Dex.

[00:45:05] You were right on that target when we rescued your parents.

[00:45:08] I still hit him, didn't I, sir?

[00:45:12] Yeah, in the forehead with the back of your knife.

[00:45:14] Then it landed in his foot, sir.

[00:45:18] So, what happened?

[00:45:19] We're sneaking in the back.

[00:45:21] I took out one guard and Dex was supposed to take the other.

[00:45:23] He throws the knife like a moron.

[00:45:25] It bounced off the guy's head and landed in his foot.

[00:45:28] Oh, no way. That's classic.

[00:45:32] I'd like to see you do it.

[00:45:34] No problem. Stand in front of the wall, Dex.

[00:45:36] What?

[00:45:37] What, sir?

[00:45:39] Stand in front of the wall.

[00:45:40] Yes, sir.

[00:45:41] First Sergeant, don't.

[00:45:43] Relax, cupcake.

[00:45:53] You hit me, sir.

[00:45:55] I didn't miss.

[00:45:56] That's a reminder not to challenge your superior officer again.

[00:46:00] Yes, sir.

[00:46:01] Go find a doctor.

[00:46:02] Yes, sir.

[00:46:04] Was that necessary?

[00:46:06] He gets sloppy with protocol.

[00:46:08] He just needed a reminder.

[00:46:10] Whatever.

[00:46:10] Don't make me have to remind you.

[00:46:12] Oh, really? I'll kick your ass, sir.

[00:46:55] What brings you by?

[00:46:56] I am leaving.

[00:47:05] Or go to just anyone, Jimmy.

[00:47:07] I know, TJ.

[00:47:09] I'll make it up to you.

[00:47:10] How?

[00:47:12] You're back.

[00:47:13] I want to own you.

[00:47:17] It's the only way I can justify letting her go.

[00:47:20] TJ, I...

[00:47:21] If I own you, she's still under my roof.

[00:47:24] Good choice.

[00:47:28] I have always been loyal to you.

[00:47:30] And will never do otherwise.

[00:47:32] So I choose Patrice.

[00:47:35] Wise choice, Jimmy.

[00:47:36] Wise choice.

[00:47:37] You two have been working so hard.

[00:47:59] I'll take care of Daniel tonight.

[00:48:01] You two go get some alone time.

[00:48:03] I guess we can go over to Dolores' place.

[00:48:05] To the strip club?

[00:48:07] It's not just a strip club.

[00:48:09] They have food and a bar without naked people.

[00:48:12] It's a popular hangout spot, Mom.

[00:48:15] Okay.

[00:48:16] But be careful.

[00:48:17] You just got those stitches out, Erica.

[00:48:20] We will. Thanks, Kay.

[00:48:21] The bar alone.

[00:49:01] Here comes a waitress with the drinks.

[00:49:03] Maybe we should have them tested.

[00:49:05] For real.

[00:49:06] Two whiskeys on the house.

[00:49:09] Compliments of Dolores.

[00:49:11] Thanks.

[00:49:12] Are you two okay?

[00:49:14] Yeah, thank you.

[00:49:17] Lightning never strikes the same place twice, right?

[00:49:21] Actually, it does.

[00:49:26] My little superstar is so quiet these days.

[00:49:30] That freaking jerk really hurt her.

[00:49:33] We've been so busy, I haven't had time to talk to her.

[00:49:37] Erica, Vince, how good it is to see you two again.

[00:49:41] Hello, Dolores. How have you been?

[00:49:43] Busy, busy. Just like always.

[00:49:46] Thanks so much for helping us.

[00:49:48] I wish it could have been more.

[00:49:50] Things may have been different if I had talked to Cole earlier.

[00:49:53] Things worked out just as God intended.

[00:49:56] I guess that's the best any of us can ask for.

[00:49:59] Isn't that the truth?

[00:50:00] You two enjoy your evening.

[00:50:02] Thanks again, Dolores.

[00:50:07] What are you laughing about?

[00:50:09] I'm just thinking about Dexter and Bennett.

[00:50:12] Those two go round and round with each other, don't they?

[00:50:16] I'm so proud of Dexter, though.

[00:50:18] He's such a good man.

[00:50:20] Yeah, I don't know how that happened.

[00:50:21] I think it's because of his incredible father.

[00:50:25] Oh, don't look now, but Bennett, Nickleton and White just walked in.

[00:50:29] Look who's here.

[00:50:31] What are you two doing out at the residential center?

[00:50:33] We're looking for a quiet night together.

[00:50:36] Oh, nonsense.

[00:50:37] Let's get some extra chairs over here.

[00:50:41] Hey, guys.

[00:50:41] Hi, Ben.

[00:50:43] Hi, Sebastian.

[00:50:44] Good evening, Eric and Vince.

[00:50:46] How are you two doing?

[00:50:48] Not too bad.

[00:50:51] So, how are you and Ben acquainted?

[00:50:54] Ben and I were in basic together in the Marines and did a tour in Iraq together.

[00:50:59] The bum jumped ship when we got home and joined the private sector.

[00:51:02] I told you from the start I wasn't a lifer.

[00:51:04] Mr. Marines for life got all bent when I left, but the money was good in the private sector

[00:51:09] and I could go further faster.

[00:51:11] Who wants to go further faster?

[00:51:13] Don't you know slow and steady wins the race?

[00:51:16] Oh, really?

[00:51:17] Who was the girl you cheated on your wife with?

[00:51:20] Guess going further faster and arrested you more than.

[00:51:24] Oh, man, that's hitting below the belt.

[00:51:26] I'll tell you what, though.

[00:51:28] Check out that long-legged beauty that just walked in.

[00:51:30] Who wants to go further and faster with her?

[00:51:33] Why don't you buy her a drink?

[00:51:35] Yeah, Bennett.

[00:51:36] Don't be a chicken.

[00:51:36] That woman won't give him the time of day.

[00:51:40] I'll put money on that.

[00:51:41] If he doesn't go for it, I am.

[00:51:46] Okay, here I go.

[00:51:48] Where are you from, Ben?

[00:51:49] I was born in Nebraska, but grew up in Canada with a machete in one hand and a fishing pole in the other.

[00:51:55] I grew up in Michigan, fishing and bow hunting.

[00:51:58] I thought you were from California.

[00:52:00] They call you the lone survivor of Sacramento.

[00:52:03] That's right.

[00:52:03] I lived in California during the Great Quake, but was born and raised in Michigan.

[00:52:07] I should have known by your accent.

[00:52:09] It's always worse when I drink.

[00:52:12] You know, Erica, I have to hand it to you.

[00:52:14] What did I do now?

[00:52:16] For years, I tried to get Patrick to retire from the Marines and join the private sector.

[00:52:21] Working in Homeland Security, we saw how things were going even before the Great Quake.

[00:52:25] The government feared the people and set up a war against them.

[00:52:28] I tried to tell Patrick, but he wouldn't listen.

[00:52:30] He said he had already given up three wives for the Corps and wasn't about to divorce it.

[00:52:35] He can be a stubborn bastard sometimes.

[00:52:38] Hmm, I noticed.

[00:52:40] It takes a strong individual to get anything through that thick head of his.

[00:52:44] People like you were born to be leaders of leaders.

[00:52:48] I've come to realize that staying true to your values and loyal to the people you love can make you into a legend.

[00:52:56] My purpose now and this time is to spread hope as far and wide as I can.

[00:53:00] We must fight the hatred and the fear that is crippling the spirit of our country.

[00:53:07] I'm not a leader, Ben.

[00:53:09] My life taught me how precious the freedom you fought for and what we took for granted was.

[00:53:15] I pray that it's not too late.

[00:53:17] The Great Quake brought unprecedented misery and it's been a long road to recovery.

[00:53:23] But we can't turn our backs on everything that made our country great in the name of security and survival.

[00:53:29] Is survival enough now?

[00:53:31] I don't think so.

[00:53:33] That's why I'm here training you to go kick some ass.

[00:53:36] You keep doing what you're doing, Erica.

[00:53:38] If you can change Bennett, you can change the world.

[00:53:41] Thanks, Ben.

[00:53:43] Are you ready to go?

[00:53:45] I'm sure we can find another quiet spot on our way home.

[00:53:50] Sorry, boys, but my hubby is calling in tonight.

[00:54:00] I'm mad they pulled you off the Vegas takeover.

[00:54:03] Honestly, it was so refreshing to hear him say,

[00:54:05] I need you to rescue those people.

[00:54:07] I didn't care what he said next.

[00:54:10] Isn't that the truth?

[00:54:11] We can do this.

[00:54:13] We'll make the United States a place of liberty once again.

[00:54:16] The West was about to fall, but the feds pulled a lot of forces into the Central region.

[00:54:21] They must know the next disaster is on route.

[00:54:23] I'm sure they do.

[00:54:24] We're gonna surround them and squeeze them until they submit.

[00:54:27] And finally, we'll be able to rest, my brother.

[00:54:36] There she is.

[00:54:38] Go get her.

[00:54:39] I'll set up camp.

[00:54:40] Really? Thanks.

[00:54:42] Oh, you're going to owe me one.

[00:54:43] But yeah, I got you.

[00:54:48] You weren't gonna come tonight.

[00:55:23] Nothing would have kept me away.

[00:55:27] I wanna say...

[00:55:28] You already said it.

[00:55:29] Nothing more needs to be said.

[00:55:31] We all make mistakes, Cassidy.

[00:55:33] I've always understood your reasoning.

[00:55:34] I love you, Cole.

[00:55:36] I've loved you since you first sat down at the table with me.

[00:55:39] I loved you since the moment you said my name is Miss Cassidy Baker.

[00:55:44] My position is the only thing that's ever kept me away.

[00:55:46] None of that matters now.

[00:55:48] With the militia and the mercenary forces united, the Central Region will fall.

[00:55:52] And we can finally fight together.

[00:55:55] Don't get away!

[00:56:14] What the hell was that?

[00:56:15] That was Albuquerque.

[00:56:17] Look, more planes.

[00:56:46] Sir!

[00:56:46] I saw it.

[00:56:49] And I'll need to get back to Reno to report this.

[00:56:57] Hall, I want you to return to the homesteads to help organize the rescue teams.

[00:57:01] You got it, Virgis.

[00:57:02] Well, isn't that one hell of a buzz kill?

[00:57:05] I guess I'll see you in a few days.

[00:57:07] I guess so.

[00:57:08] Take care of yourself until then.

[00:57:10] I always do.

[00:58:50] She wasn't in Albuquerque.

[00:58:56] Cassidy Baker.

[00:58:57] Where?

[00:58:58] She's headed back to Colorado.

[00:59:00] She survived Albuquerque as well.

[00:59:02] Denver?

[00:59:03] Nah.

[00:59:04] She stays at these homesteads outside Denver.

[00:59:07] I guess it's a way station for refugees headed north.

[00:59:10] Do you think Erica's trained to take Denver?

[00:59:12] No, I've studied this woman.

[00:59:14] She's more passionate than that.

[00:59:16] She's loyal to a fault.

[00:59:18] She'll go after her California friends in Las Vegas.

[00:59:22] You knew that's where she was going all along.

[00:59:24] Why didn't you tell the Supreme General?

[00:59:26] He didn't ask.

[00:59:28] TJ.

[00:59:29] The truth is, Mr. Lee, the Supreme General's done trying to capture her.

[00:59:33] He wants her dead.

[00:59:35] The Supreme General's going to wait until they attack.

[00:59:38] Then he'll put the planes in the air.

[00:59:40] Slaughtering people from afar is not my thing.

[00:59:44] I'll be up close and personal so I can bring them home and play with them.

[00:59:48] You are my son.

[00:59:50] No doubt about that.

[00:59:51] Anyway, I'm looking forward to some time off.

[00:59:54] We'll have plenty of new stock to work with as soon as Zuri and Sergey return.

[00:59:58] I don't want to hurt you, man.

[01:00:17] That's enough, guys.

[01:00:18] Very nice job, Erica.

[01:00:20] Dexter, you're in next.

[01:00:22] Come over here, Cupcake.

[01:00:23] Let's do some timing drills.

[01:00:25] Yes, sir.

[01:00:26] Here, just like that.

[01:00:29] And Duck, what would your footwork and attack be like if your target moved forward like this?

[01:00:37] Well, depending on what type of mood I was in, I could either step right and side kick or move past my opponent and back kick.

[01:00:47] Okay, let's try that, Cupcake.

[01:00:50] Boom!

[01:00:52] Now you're in the not-the-freak-out mood.

[01:00:55] Ha ha.

[01:00:57] First Sergeant Bennett, can you please join us? The rest of you, as you were.

[01:01:03] Yes, ma'am. Continue, guys.

[01:01:10] What's up with that?

[01:01:11] I thought Cole left for Colorado.

[01:01:14] Looks like he's back.

[01:01:15] They look worried.

[01:01:20] Our time is up.

[01:01:21] You all know your jobs.

[01:01:23] You will report at 0500 to head out toward Vegas.

[01:01:26] Head home and do what you gotta do.

[01:01:28] Yes, sir!

[01:01:29] Come on, let's tell Daniel and my folks.

[01:01:32] Hold on a second, I'll be right there.

[01:01:35] You got a minute?

[01:01:37] Sure, what's up?

[01:01:38] How come they moved up the timeline?

[01:01:40] Shut the door.

[01:01:46] The Federal forces decimated Albuquerque.

[01:01:48] There's radio silence from Cassidy's forces right now.

[01:01:51] The ground troops were advancing.

[01:01:53] We must finish eradicating them from the Badlands so we only have one front.

[01:01:58] The planes are still at base in Vegas.

[01:02:00] We'll have a chance to take them.

[01:02:02] All we have to do is secure our people and those gardens.

[01:02:05] Oh shoot, I hope they're okay.

[01:02:07] Are you ready to move on Vegas?

[01:02:08] You know I am, sir.

[01:02:10] That's our mission.

[01:02:11] Then, we can worry about the next objective.

[01:02:14] Yes, sir.

[01:02:15] Thanks, sir.

[01:02:15] Go spend time with your boy.

[01:02:17] I will, sir.

[01:02:18] Good night.

[01:05:07] Again, that's the Prepper's Medical Handbook by William W. Forgey.

[01:05:12] I want to go.

[01:05:22] We've had this conversation, buddy.

[01:05:25] I don't care.

[01:05:26] I miss my friends, and I don't want to miss my family.

[01:05:29] I don't want to sleep alone.

[01:05:31] I love you, Daniel.

[01:05:33] We will be back.

[01:05:35] I love you, too.

[01:05:37] I just...

[01:05:37] It's time to roll, guys.

[01:05:39] We're coming.

[01:05:40] I love you, buddy.

[01:05:42] Make sure you come home.

[01:05:43] Bye, Daniel.

[01:05:45] Keep an eye on Johnny for me.

[01:05:46] I will.

[01:05:47] I want to see a cool new painting when we get back.

[01:05:50] I love you, little bro.

[01:05:52] Bye, Star.

[01:05:53] I love you.

[01:05:56] Might as well just rip my heart out and stomp it into the ground.

[01:06:00] The world won't magically fix itself.

[01:06:04] We have to get my mom away from Tweed.

[01:06:35] I'm sorry about Sean, Star.

[01:06:37] So am I.

[01:06:38] What happened?

[01:06:40] Jensen got word from Cole when he checked in that the feds had invaded,

[01:06:43] and they decided to reveal themselves to me, like I didn't know he was following me.

[01:06:49] Anyway, he told us we should head west immediately with him.

[01:06:53] Cole was worried that they would come for me.

[01:06:55] Sean freaked out.

[01:06:57] He didn't want to have to leave his band.

[01:06:59] He didn't want to go back to a life on the run.

[01:07:01] You know the drummer, Todd?

[01:07:03] Yeah?

[01:07:04] He has a sister, Bree.

[01:07:06] She fell off the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.

[01:07:09] But they're landowners.

[01:07:11] He talked with another manager, and the guy arranged the paperwork.

[01:07:15] He said he still loves me, but this was his big chance to become a superstar.

[01:07:19] How do you feel about that?

[01:07:21] Well, I'm pissed.

[01:07:23] And sad.

[01:07:24] I miss him.

[01:07:25] I got him all those gigs.

[01:07:27] I thought he loved me, but it was all a lie.

[01:07:30] I don't think it was, Star.

[01:07:33] Marrying you was a fast decision that we had to make.

[01:07:36] What else was he going to do?

[01:07:39] I think he did love you, but his head grew too big, too fast once he started drawing crowds.

[01:07:44] Well, I think he's an asshole.

[01:07:47] And if I ever see him again, I'm going to rip off his balls.

[01:07:50] Dad!

[01:07:51] What?

[01:07:52] Nobody hurts my superstar.

[01:07:55] Oh, Dad.

[01:07:56] Hey, I'm serious.

[01:07:57] I never trusted that jerk off anyway.

[01:08:00] Stop it, guys.

[01:08:01] He's a good guy.

[01:08:02] He just loved his music more than me.

[01:08:05] His loss.

[01:08:11] Good to see you, sir.

[01:08:13] Are we ready to roll?

[01:08:14] Yes, sir.

[01:08:15] Staff Sergeant Bingham made contact with Greg and Penny.

[01:08:18] They should be ready for us.

[01:08:20] Excellent.

[01:08:21] Put on your thermal cloaks and keep your heads down, people.

[01:08:24] We're going into the lion's den.

[01:08:51] Johnny, you watch yourself out there.

[01:08:54] We're set to go, sir.

[01:08:55] Our caravan will head south toward Vegas and pick up Dexter's family.

[01:08:58] Keep your head on a swivel.

[01:09:00] Hopefully all goes well in Vegas, but you never know.

[01:09:02] Sir, I'll do my best to come home safely.

[01:09:05] But if they need help, I'm going to provide it.

[01:09:07] I would expect nothing less.

[01:09:09] Keep an eye on that boy.

[01:09:10] I'll be fine, sir, and handle all my responsibilities.

[01:09:13] I know you will.

[01:09:14] How about the birders?

[01:09:32] Why are they flying us out?

[01:09:33] Why use the fuel?

[01:09:34] The earthquake risk is upticking exponentially.

[01:09:37] We need our command ready to respond.

[01:09:39] I hope they make it.

[01:09:46] They have their orders and a head start on the crowd.

[01:09:49] Look at how many people are here.

[01:10:21] White, take your team and secure the gardens.

[01:10:24] Erica, Dex, Smith, let's go.

[01:10:27] Keep your mother safe.

[01:10:29] I will, Dad.

[01:10:36] There's a soldier.

[01:10:38] It's Walker.

[01:10:39] The cameras can see him, but they can't hear him.

[01:10:45] I'll walk through the gate and open it.

[01:10:47] Walk through and quickly search the other side.

[01:10:49] That's all the time you have to get through.

[01:10:52] The refugees are ready on the other side.

[01:11:06] Zulu, Hotel, Bravo, Golf.

[01:11:09] Hello, sir. Welcome back.

[01:11:14] I wish I could say I was happy to be here.

[01:11:16] Who would wish that, sir?

[01:11:18] Come on.

[01:11:19] Dexter, Smith, you two hold this position.

[01:11:21] No one comes in.

[01:11:22] Yes, sir.

[01:11:24] She's not in any of these cells, Bennett.

[01:11:27] Come on. A lot of times they keep VIP prisoners in the other wing.

[01:11:30] Plus the armory.

[01:11:35] Hello, sir. Glad you made it.

[01:11:37] Is the arm restocked?

[01:11:38] Full ammo resupply this morning, sir.

[01:11:40] We don't have enough weapons to arm everyone.

[01:11:42] That's okay. We can improvise.

[01:11:44] Go. Start framing them all. We'll need them.

[01:11:47] Yes, sir.

[01:11:52] She's not in any of those cells either, sir.

[01:11:55] We have to find my mom.

[01:11:57] Don't be too fast.

[01:12:07] Don't worry. We'll find her.

[01:12:46] No, ma'am.

[01:12:52] She's my mom, Bennett. Don't you understand?

[01:12:57] Who's your commanding officer?

[01:12:59] I am, sir.

[01:13:02] Henry Sergeant Christopher Crain, sir.

[01:13:05] I'm leaving Corporal Smith with you.

[01:13:06] He knows the details of this mission.

[01:13:08] I need you to rally these refugees

[01:13:10] and keep them pressing on towards the gate.

[01:13:12] The mercenary abolition of teams won't be long.

[01:13:15] Just keep them alive.

[01:13:16] Dex, Erica, let's go.

[01:13:40] Disaster Coffee is fueling disaster relief in America.

[01:13:44] Our coffee is roasted to order and shipped to your front door.

[01:13:48] You cannot get it any fresher.

[01:13:50] Visit disastercoffee.com and caffeinate with a purpose.

[01:13:55] That's disastercoffee.com.

[01:13:58] Looking good.

[01:14:15] Wayne's still the most natural leader.

[01:14:17] What about Rick and James?

[01:14:19] Snipers, G.J.

[01:14:20] And outstanding ones.

[01:14:23] Are Yuri and Serge coming soon?

[01:14:25] Yes, sir.

[01:14:26] Vaughn has been going out of his mind rotating stock to get ready.

[01:14:30] Why don't you worry about your business?

[01:14:32] And quit worrying about mine.

[01:14:34] Yes, sir. I'll pick you out a good one.

[01:14:37] You do that.

[01:14:47] Are you ready for some new stock?

[01:14:49] I'm so ready.

[01:14:50] Someone better know how to get a good massage.

[01:14:52] I've been working my ass off.

[01:14:54] I'm sure you'll have plenty to choose from.

[01:15:01] Black shirts! Grind them up!

[01:15:04] Well done, boys.

[01:15:11] Did you pick one?

[01:15:12] This girl, Alexis.

[01:15:15] Her eyes are as blue as stars.

[01:15:18] And I like her white hair.

[01:15:21] Don't you pull away from me.

[01:15:24] Get over here.

[01:15:25] Yuri!

[01:15:26] I'm keeping this one.

[01:15:28] Her name is Tina.

[01:15:30] We'll see how long she lasts.

[01:15:35] Which of you is Dolores?

[01:15:37] My name is Dolores.

[01:15:39] I've read your file.

[01:15:41] You're coming with me.

[01:15:43] Hello, sweetie.

[01:16:05] What's your name, ma'am?

[01:16:07] My name's Dolores.

[01:16:08] What's your name?

[01:16:09] My name is Jenny.

[01:16:10] What do you do, Jenny?

[01:16:12] I cook and clean for DJ.

[01:16:14] I missed the introductions.

[01:16:16] I'm sorry, DJ.

[01:16:17] Don't you have work to do?

[01:16:19] Yes, DJ.

[01:16:21] You remember who protects you.

[01:16:23] You know what happens to naughty girlies around here?

[01:16:26] I know, DJ.

[01:16:27] I'll get dinner ready.

[01:16:28] Stay focused, and don't forget it.

[01:16:30] Yes, sir.

[01:16:40] Dolores, let's you and me have a chat

[01:16:42] and talk about your future here.

[01:16:44] I have nothing to say to you.

[01:16:47] Let me tell you how this is going to go.

[01:16:55] I'm going to ask you questions,

[01:16:57] and you're going to tell me the answer.

[01:17:00] If you don't answer,

[01:17:02] there'll be pain.

[01:17:03] If I don't like your answer,

[01:17:05] there'll be pain.

[01:17:10] You never run from me.

[01:17:11] Do you understand?

[01:17:13] Not one step.

[01:17:15] I understand.

[01:17:16] This is your world now.

[01:17:18] I'm your god,

[01:17:19] and you will worship me as such.

[01:17:23] Crazy.

[01:17:24] Woman, you don't understand the half of it.

[01:17:26] I suggest you start reconsidering your place in this world.

[01:17:29] You're mine now.

[01:17:33] We'll take care of this attitude tonight.

[01:17:40] This is going to be fun.

[01:18:02] Bingham and I will hold this position.

[01:18:04] You two secure the control room.

[01:18:06] We're on it.

[01:18:18] Dad, wait.

[01:18:19] Greg, is that you?

[01:18:20] Star?

[01:18:22] Vince.

[01:18:22] Buddy, I'm glad to see you.

[01:18:25] Hi, Vince.

[01:18:26] Hi, Penny.

[01:18:27] Where are the kids?

[01:18:28] Jen and Mitch will have them in the adjacent warehouse.

[01:18:31] We're ready to go, brother.

[01:18:33] She's with Bennett and Dax.

[01:18:35] They went to get her mom and the mercs out of the prison.

[01:18:41] Let's dial it in, Vince.

[01:18:42] What do you think? I've been doing here.

[01:18:44] Vince, Nancy's not in the prison.

[01:18:46] Tweed has her.

[01:18:47] What?

[01:18:49] Everything's secure in here?

[01:18:51] Erica's gonna freak.

[01:18:53] She'll go to Tweed.

[01:18:54] They're going to trigger the alarm.

[01:18:56] This place will be swarming by then.

[01:18:58] We have to get there before the alarm sounds.

[01:19:01] Get to where?

[01:19:02] To Matthew Tweed in the Luxor.

[01:19:04] No, hold on, Vince.

[01:19:06] I'm the senior officer here, and our top priority is to secure these gardens.

[01:19:11] Sebastian, I'm sorry, but I know my wife.

[01:19:15] I know what she'll try to do.

[01:19:17] I can't let her die.

[01:19:18] You're on orders, Vince.

[01:19:20] But I'm not a merc.

[01:19:22] Greg knows this system better than I do at this point.

[01:19:25] I'll stay, Dad.

[01:19:27] I'll help the incoming refugees organize to load on the train with Alex.

[01:19:32] With your permission, I'd like to go with Vince, sir.

[01:19:35] Just go get her and get back here.

[01:19:38] What do we got, Ben?

[01:19:54] A damn shit show, sir.

[01:19:56] Merkley put his kid in charge of training.

[01:19:59] We'll put an end to that.

[01:20:00] I'll talk to Merkley.

[01:20:01] A lot of people want to keep moving.

[01:20:03] They're tired of fighting.

[01:20:05] We have to keep their hope alive.

[01:20:07] If they don't believe we can win, how will we?

[01:20:09] I'll do what I can, sir.

[01:20:10] Hopefully Bennett gets here soon. He can help you.

[01:20:13] You got a second call?

[01:20:14] I have places to be, sir.

[01:20:17] You're dismissed. Come on in, Cassidy.

[01:20:19] I'm headed out.

[01:20:21] What? Now?

[01:20:21] I need to go back to Dallas.

[01:20:23] We need to have a clear path for refugees headed that direction.

[01:20:27] Can't you stay the night?

[01:20:29] Trust me, babyface.

[01:20:30] Nothing would make me happier.

[01:20:32] But Governor Dixon doesn't stay in one place very long.

[01:20:35] The meeting is already set up.

[01:20:37] Damn your responsibilities, woman.

[01:20:40] I'll be back in a few days, and I promise to stay in one spot for a while.

[01:20:44] Go do what you gotta do.

[01:20:45] I know the sign was given.

[01:20:48] It's in the...

[01:20:51] The sound of your hope is that we stay close.

[01:21:11] The life that we chose.

[01:21:14] It takes time to get it...

[01:21:38] Stay in the shadows.

[01:21:40] Please, this light up like a Christmas tree.

[01:21:42] I know another way in.

[01:21:43] Where all the lights are.

[01:21:48] One guard's stationed by the door.

[01:21:50] And we've got one inside.

[01:21:53] No.

[01:21:54] He's a refugee.

[01:21:56] He has chains and his broom on the floor.

[01:21:58] I'm taking.

[01:21:59] Hello. Nice night.

[01:22:04] Hold it right there.

[01:22:13] Now don't you move a muscle.

[01:22:15] Either of you.

[01:22:16] Or he's dead.

[01:22:18] Don't shoot him.

[01:22:19] I'm putting the gun down.

[01:22:21] Slowly now.

[01:22:22] Slide it away.

[01:22:32] Clint?

[01:22:34] What in the hell are you doing here?

[01:22:37] I'm headed for Texas after my run in with y'all.

[01:22:40] But the damned feds caught up to me.

[01:22:44] I needed supplies.

[01:22:46] Ain't you glad you didn't kill me?

[01:22:48] I guess so.

[01:22:50] You know, I always thought Erica had been wrong to let you go.

[01:22:54] I guess she wasn't.

[01:22:56] I see you're still getting use out of my cloak.

[01:22:59] We sure are.

[01:23:00] But Clint, I need you to focus.

[01:23:03] How many more guards will be between here and Tweed's office?

[01:23:08] Hell if I know.

[01:23:09] I ain't never been in enough trouble to get sent up there.

[01:23:14] That's where we're headed.

[01:23:15] Well, y'all are on your own.

[01:23:20] Come on, Jensen.

[01:23:20] We'll go through the refugee processing area.

[01:23:29] What is all this, Vince?

[01:23:31] They ensure all the refugees are cleaned up before being displayed to the landowners for adoption.

[01:23:37] That's sick, man.

[01:23:38] That door takes you back into the main area of the Luxor.

[01:23:42] That one will take us to the adoption interview rooms.

[01:23:51] Matthew Tweed's office is down here.

[01:23:53] This is it.

[01:23:56] 3...

[01:23:57] 2...

[01:23:58] 1...

[01:24:00] Just hold it right there.

[01:24:02] Or Nancy dies.

[01:24:04] How nice of you to join us, Vince.

[01:24:07] It's been a while.

[01:24:08] This is like organizing feral cats.

[01:24:19] They're just scared.

[01:24:23] Terrence!

[01:24:23] Hey there, Star.

[01:24:25] Good to see ya.

[01:24:26] We got too many folks around those gardens.

[01:24:28] I'll clear them out.

[01:24:29] We'll help you.

[01:24:35] Mr. Trane, clear this area!

[01:24:43] Let's check on Greg.

[01:24:51] Where's he headed?

[01:24:52] I know that guy.

[01:24:53] Staff Sergeant White?

[01:24:55] He's with us, Sergeant.

[01:24:56] He's with the feds.

[01:24:57] You must have him confused with someone else.

[01:25:00] I'm telling you, Star.

[01:25:02] He's with the feds.

[01:25:03] I saw that guy that just left.

[01:25:05] White.

[01:25:06] Here a little over a month ago.

[01:25:08] They flew him in on a helicopter.

[01:25:16] Greg, what did he say before he left?

[01:25:20] White, what did he say before he left?

[01:25:23] He mumbled something about how we're going to lose our gardens.

[01:25:26] He's a mole, Greg.

[01:25:27] We gotta move the civilians.

[01:25:30] And I've got to warn my folks.

[01:25:32] Where did Staff Sergeant White go, Greg?

[01:25:35] To find Vince and Erica.

[01:25:36] I don't know what the feds are planning to do here, Greg.

[01:25:39] You might want to thank all of the more your people out of here.

[01:25:42] I know you need this food.

[01:25:44] It's not worth your life.

[01:25:46] I have to find them.

[01:25:47] Be inserted, bride-inners, and quality women, TJ.

[01:26:07] Bed stock I've seen in a while.

[01:26:09] Well-fed and healthy.

[01:26:11] All thanks to their caretaker, Miss Dolores.

[01:26:14] The pretty woman on the wall?

[01:26:15] She'll be broken soon enough.

[01:26:17] You going to keep her?

[01:26:18] She'll always be close, that's for sure.

[01:26:21] Good. Let me use her for my girls.

[01:26:23] Duh.

[01:26:24] You picked out a girl yet, Carl?

[01:26:26] The night is young, Chuck.

[01:26:28] What's the rush?

[01:26:30] How's the Supreme General's battle going?

[01:26:32] Bad.

[01:26:33] He's losing ground in the South and the West.

[01:26:37] He has enough force to kill half of them, so the others submit.

[01:26:41] It's more complicated than that, TJ.

[01:26:43] Is it?

[01:26:44] I thought you should know, Erica is alive and she's headed to Vegas.

[01:26:49] I know.

[01:26:50] You knew where she was all along, didn't you?

[01:26:53] Of course I did.

[01:26:54] Why didn't you tell the Supreme General?

[01:26:57] I'm not a killer, Carl.

[01:27:00] The hell you aren't.

[01:27:01] I guess it depends on the opponent.

[01:27:04] I wouldn't want to miss the opportunity to break that woman.

[01:27:07] You're going to have to.

[01:27:08] The Supreme General is bringing the planes from Vegas now.

[01:27:12] They're going to bomb the city on their way out.

[01:27:15] That strategy sounds too familiar, but hell, maybe it'll work for them this time.

[01:27:21] Ginny!

[01:27:22] Get me another bottle!

[01:27:24] Where is that girl?

[01:27:37] What are you doing back here?

[01:27:39] I'm sorry, TJ. Wait.

[01:27:40] Hanging out with a refugee whore.

[01:27:43] What?

[01:27:43] Alexis, get your ass out of here and find Sergei.

[01:27:46] Yes, sir.

[01:27:46] Ginny, come here. We'll talk to refugees.

[01:27:58] But she wanted to play, and I wasn't alone.

[01:28:02] You want to back talk me?

[01:28:04] No, TJ. I'm sorry.

[01:28:06] You think you're alone?

[01:28:07] You could spend the night in that cell and see how alone you are.

[01:28:11] What? You have more to say?

[01:28:13] No, TJ.

[01:28:14] Beacious, Sergei.

[01:28:29] So the girls want to giggle.

[01:28:31] It's a party, TJ.

[01:28:33] The way you treat that girl, she won't last a month.

[01:28:36] I'm not going to let Ginny get attached.

[01:28:38] Oh, TJ's soft spot for his little girls.

[01:28:43] You better shut your mouth, Sergei.

[01:28:45] Or what, TJ?

[01:28:48] Rock Killer.

[01:29:12] Your dark friend too.

[01:29:15] Get their weapons.

[01:29:18] There.

[01:29:19] That's better.

[01:29:20] I wasn't expecting you, Vince.

[01:29:23] Where is that whore wife of yours?

[01:29:25] Not talking?

[01:29:27] Show him what happens when refugee scum doesn't do what they're told, Captain.

[01:29:31] With pleasure, sir.

[01:29:34] You're knocking my tooth out, you son of a bitch.

[01:29:48] That's enough.

[01:29:49] Now, let's try this again.

[01:29:52] Where is that bitch of a wife of yours?

[01:29:54] If you're here, she's here.

[01:29:57] Where is she, Vince?

[01:29:59] Oh, was that your tooth?

[01:30:02] Go to hell, Matthew.

[01:30:04] Captain.

[01:30:05] Know where she is?

[01:30:15] He wants to talk.

[01:30:17] See, Nancy, people are always willing to be helpful.

[01:30:20] You just have to ask the right way.

[01:30:22] You pig!

[01:30:23] Wait until you see what I'm going to do to your daughter.

[01:30:26] Maybe I'll let you watch.

[01:30:30] So, Mr. Black, where is she?

[01:30:33] She's flying overhead right now on a purple Pegasus.

[01:30:37] What? Do you think this is a game?

[01:30:39] Captain!

[01:30:40] Where is Erica?

[01:31:33] Tweets that ass off of him.

[01:31:41] I'm good.

[01:31:42] Thank God he's alive.

[01:32:36] So sweet, DJ.

[01:32:38] Well worth the time and effort.

[01:32:40] If you and Anthony keep after her like that,

[01:32:43] she's not going to last long.

[01:32:45] She's like a drug, DJ.

[01:32:47] I can't stop.

[01:32:49] Looks like it's my turn, Mickey.

[01:33:08] There's something about that girl, isn't there?

[01:33:10] They raised her like a daughter.

[01:33:12] My brother, Sergey, chose her.

[01:33:15] She says now.

[01:33:17] Just like you're mine now.

[01:33:19] The sooner you realize that, the easier your life will be.

[01:33:26] What did I tell you?

[01:33:28] You never run from me.

[01:33:30] Not one step.

[01:33:32] When I talk to you, you say,

[01:33:35] Yes, TJ.

[01:33:37] Don't push me, woman.

[01:33:39] It will not end well for you.

[01:34:20] Never run from you.

[01:34:22] Good girl.

[01:34:32] Jenny.

[01:34:33] Breakfast in the morning.

[01:34:35] Yes, TJ.

[01:34:44] Come on, Vince.

[01:34:48] Thanks, Nancy.

[01:34:50] Thanks, Nancy.

[01:34:50] That was badass, Mom.

[01:34:52] Now we know where you get it from, cupcake.

[01:34:54] Oh, man.

[01:34:56] Let me take a look at that.

[01:35:03] Should do for now. Let's go.

[01:35:21] I can see that.

[01:35:23] Clint?

[01:35:23] This guy, Erica?

[01:35:27] Long story, but yeah.

[01:35:50] Staff Sergeant White, why aren't you at your post?

[01:35:53] I have one more thing to do before my mission is accomplished.

[01:35:56] What are you talking about?

[01:35:58] The mission is not over until the compound is ours.

[01:36:01] Please don't do it, Sebastian.

[01:36:03] I'm so sorry, Vince.

[01:36:05] I like to, but she has to die for the good of our great union.

[01:36:10] No!

[01:36:14] Las Vegas is compromised.

[01:36:16] Target has not been destroyed.

[01:36:22] Star?

[01:36:23] Are you okay?

[01:36:24] I'm good, thanks to you.

[01:36:27] My superstar.

[01:37:51] Henderson couldn't have the gardens. No one could.

[01:37:54] Do you think they survived?

[01:37:56] Henderson hasn't been able to take them down yet, Danny.

[01:37:58] I'm sure we'll find them.

[01:38:06] Can I help you?

[01:38:07] Hi!

[01:38:09] We're looking for Staff Sergeant Bingham.

[01:38:11] We have a man who'll find them.

[01:38:13] There's Greg!

[01:38:15] Hey, Daniel.

[01:38:16] It's good to see you.

[01:38:18] Who's your friends?

[01:38:19] This is Trent Hall and Johnny.

[01:38:24] We're not sure.

[01:38:25] Is your family okay?

[01:38:28] We're good.

[01:38:29] But if you have doctors, there's plenty of work to do.

[01:38:31] Walker, can you get the people that are left organized?

[01:38:35] We brought buses for the wounded, but we need to get these people on the move.

[01:38:39] Yes, sir.

[01:38:40] Where was the last known location of Bennett and the Moors?

[01:38:43] They went to the lecture.

[01:38:45] I'll show you the way.

[01:38:46] Daniel, bring Tucker.

[01:38:47] You'll find Dexter.

[01:38:49] Okay.

[01:38:50] Come on, Tucker.

[01:38:52] The bombing stopped.

[01:39:24] Here, hold the light.

[01:39:32] Oh man, this is not happening.

[01:39:34] At least there's a cold steak for my face.

[01:39:40] But everything is gonna melt.

[01:39:43] What about Jensen's arm?

[01:39:44] Is there anything we can use to wrap it better?

[01:39:47] Someone help us!

[01:39:49] They can't hear you, Dexter.

[01:39:51] Well, it has to be daytime by now.

[01:39:55] Shh.

[01:39:55] Hey look!

[01:39:56] Ice cream.

[01:39:57] But nothing to help Jensen.

[01:39:59] Here, it's chocolate.

[01:40:00] Really, Bennett?

[01:40:02] Why not?

[01:40:02] In a few hours it'll be liquid anyway.

[01:40:04] I'll take chocolate chip cookie dough in that case.

[01:40:09] This is the plan.

[01:40:11] Debris has blocked the door.

[01:40:13] Eventually they'll search this area.

[01:40:14] We have to make sure we're making noise while they're searching.

[01:40:17] We'll go on half hour shifts of banging the shelf against the door.

[01:40:21] Dexter, you're up first.

[01:40:24] All we can do is re-wrap it for now, Jensen.

[01:40:27] All this crap is going to melt.

[01:40:29] Let's pile it all on the shelf over there.

[01:40:31] We can slide these two together so Jensen and Vince have a place to lie down.

[01:40:35] If we pile the meat, it should stay frozen longer.

[01:40:40] So, how was it living in Dallas?

[01:40:43] Hot.

[01:40:43] I enjoyed the position, but I missed my grandkids so much.

[01:40:48] Don't get me wrong.

[01:40:50] Brett's daughters took good care of me.

[01:40:52] And her children are little dollies.

[01:40:55] But it only made me miss Dex and Star and Daniel more.

[01:40:59] I thought maybe we could get you once we got to Minnesota.

[01:41:03] But that was a joke.

[01:41:04] After news of the Northern meeting came,

[01:41:07] I knew there was no way I'd be able to get a cross-region pass.

[01:41:13] Then, one day, Matthew shows up.

[01:41:16] He claimed my occupational pass was denied.

[01:41:20] We took a train back to Vegas, but I knew something was wrong.

[01:41:25] None of it felt right.

[01:41:27] We had all seen Matthew's desire to discredit you,

[01:41:30] and when it all blew up in his face, he was livid.

[01:41:34] I knew he wanted revenge, but he housed me well,

[01:41:38] and often spent evenings talking about what happened to him after the great quake.

[01:41:44] The governing board made him a scapegoat, Mom.

[01:41:47] I had a run-in with Miss Corrine Tillman,

[01:41:49] leader of the Western FEMA region in Colorado.

[01:41:53] She told me that they didn't want to make a murder of me,

[01:41:56] and that's why they let me go.

[01:41:58] She didn't seem to have a problem with it anymore, though,

[01:42:01] and was going to ship us back to the capital to be tried and executed.

[01:42:06] Matthew was just a pawn.

[01:42:08] I'll take the next shift, X.

[01:42:13] The trip across the country was crazy, Grandma.

[01:42:18] We saw the USS Missouri!

[01:42:21] The battleship?

[01:42:22] Yeah! That's when Daniel almost died.

[01:42:25] What?

[01:42:26] They implanted him with a tracker that had a kill switch.

[01:42:30] What?

[01:42:31] You have a tracker in you.

[01:42:33] We can get that taken care of, though.

[01:42:36] Then we bought dogs, and Dad got bit bad.

[01:42:39] He's got a gnarly scar on his arm.

[01:42:42] Why didn't you tell me all this when we talked?

[01:42:45] The government was monitoring all of our conversations.

[01:42:49] I couldn't.

[01:42:50] We've killed a lot of soldiers.

[01:42:52] Been it covered for you?

[01:42:54] You're damn right I did.

[01:42:55] Erica's story has had a big impact on this country.

[01:42:58] We were winning.

[01:42:59] But then, Henderson made himself the Supreme General and took total control.

[01:43:04] I'll take over, Bennett.

[01:43:06] Just stay true to what you believe in.

[01:43:18] Gale sings, spread your wings.

[01:43:32] Did you sleep?

[01:43:33] How can I sleep with all the endless banging?

[01:43:36] It's your turn.

[01:43:37] All together.

[01:43:51] We're alive.

[01:43:52] They'll find us.

[01:43:53] Bennett's right, baby.

[01:43:56] Did you hear that?

[01:43:59] I think I heard something.

[01:44:39] Jensen's hurt, too.

[01:44:41] Oh, my God.

[01:44:43] Look at what they did.

[01:44:46] There's a site for sore eyes.

[01:44:52] Trucking!

[01:44:57] Let's get moving, guys.

[01:45:32] Welcome to the podcast.

[01:47:24] Erica, are you okay?

[01:47:28] Erica?

[01:47:29] What?

[01:47:29] I was asking about the Capitol building and you just found out.

[01:47:33] Are you okay?

[01:47:34] Oh, yeah.

[01:47:35] What did you want to know about it?

[01:47:36] Is it true what they say?

[01:47:38] Does it look like a giant snow globe?

[01:47:41] Yeah, it does.

[01:47:44] What are you two doing?

[01:47:46] Mrs. Jane has cookies she made on her bus.

[01:47:49] Can we get one?

[01:47:50] I don't see a problem with that.

[01:47:52] You better bring us back one.

[01:47:57] You know, Erica, you can talk to me about what happened.

[01:48:00] It might help.

[01:48:01] I'm fine, honey.

[01:48:02] You're not.

[01:48:03] You have this far off stair.

[01:48:05] You're somewhere else.

[01:48:07] It was a long road.

[01:48:09] I can't begin to understand.

[01:48:11] But I'll try.

[01:48:12] We've still got a long way to go.

[01:48:14] We'll do it together this time.

[01:48:16] Sounds good to me.

[01:48:58] It's over.

[01:48:59] Be on the ready for aftershocks.

[01:49:01] The quakes are starting again.

[01:49:03] It's too soon.

[01:49:04] We still have too far to go.

[01:49:08] Go check on Vince.

[01:49:09] I'll check on the kids.

[01:49:11] I'll go with you.

[01:49:12] The boys are headed to Jane's bus.

[01:49:14] Walker, Potsford.

[01:49:15] Let's get the rods out and get these buses stabilized.

[01:49:18] Yes, sir.

[01:49:33] She survived again.

[01:49:35] I'm tired of this game, Mr. Lee.

[01:49:37] No one can take her as long as Ben is by her side.

[01:49:39] There has to be a way, TJ.

[01:49:41] You've been hunting her for years.

[01:49:43] Last I heard, she was in a massive caravan headed across Nevada.

[01:49:46] But there have been quakes that way.

[01:49:48] Big ones.

[01:49:49] I think we should be on the ready.

[01:49:52] I've dreamed many nights of how I would take that girl, Mr. Lee.

[01:49:55] But Bennett is a messful opponent.

[01:49:57] We've got everything under control without her.

[01:50:00] With the nuclear disaster in Illinois, our services supplying refugees for the cleanup effort are needed more than ever.

[01:50:06] Yet still, the resistance grows.

[01:50:08] With the quakes returning, they won't last long.

[01:50:11] The mercenary leader is a buffoon.

[01:50:13] Do you know where she's going?

[01:50:14] Remember Cassidy Baker?

[01:50:16] Yeah, the Western militia leader.

[01:50:18] Last we saw her, she was leaving those homesteads.

[01:50:21] Judging by Vince and Erica's patterns, I wouldn't be surprised if they were headed there.

[01:50:25] You should give heading out there some serious thoughts, TJ.

[01:50:28] Okay, that's an interior spot with the Supreme General.

[01:50:31] I already have that spot, Mr. Lee.

[01:50:33] And like I said, I'm tired of the game.

[01:50:36] Anyway, I have to get back to my sweet Dolores.

[01:50:39] We have more to discuss.

[01:50:41] You made the choice, son.

[01:50:43] Sometimes it's about perseverance.

[01:50:45] I'll keep that in mind.

[01:50:47] Good night, sir.

[01:52:02] ...facility.

[01:52:03] She met a man.

[01:52:04] His name was Kly facility.

[01:52:08] My men tracked her to Oakhurst.

[01:52:09] And then Erica disappeared.

[01:52:11] How did they end up so far north?

[01:52:13] I don't know, but I know there were tunnels all over the state from the refugees.

[01:52:18] It was the only way to avoid the thermal trackers.

[01:52:22] Bennett's team had devices to mask their thermal signatures.

[01:52:25] Tell me about that.

[01:52:26] I don't know about that.

[01:52:27] I only saw Erica for a few hours.

[01:52:30] We didn't have time to talk.

[01:52:31] Her boy was dying?

[01:52:33] Yes, from the tracker in him.

[01:52:39] How'd your doctor know how to remove it?

[01:52:41] He had been studying them for a while.

[01:52:43] The refugees always died when he tried to remove it.

[01:52:47] Why was Daniel different?

[01:52:48] Guess it was radiation exposure.

[01:52:51] So you get them all cleaned up and feed them, and then what happens?

[01:52:55] General McClintic's son saw them.

[01:52:57] So I sent them north in my tunnel system.

[01:53:00] You didn't know Virgis was trying to find her to take her back to the northern region?

[01:53:03] No.

[01:53:04] You already told me you were very friendly with Virgis.

[01:53:07] Why didn't he tell you?

[01:53:08] He's a private man.

[01:53:10] Oh, you're lying.

[01:53:11] I did tell Virgis, but not until he told me about Monroe.

[01:53:15] What did he tell you?

[01:53:17] Do you want Sheila to ask?

[01:53:19] I've watched Virgis arrest his best friend.

[01:53:21] I thought Monroe died fighting for his freedom in Vegas.

[01:53:25] He didn't?

[01:53:26] No.

[01:53:26] Virgis got him to Freetown in Montana.

[01:53:29] He changed his name, and his wife wore him a son.

[01:53:32] Interesting.

[01:53:33] They left.

[01:53:34] I didn't see them until they returned to train for the battle.

[01:53:40] You home?

[01:53:41] I'm finishing my dinner.

[01:53:42] I got the bike done.

[01:53:47] You remember Dolores, the healer?

[01:53:49] I sure do.

[01:53:50] Dolores, this is Chuck Laudner.

[01:53:52] Sir.

[01:53:53] We're going to help him during the day to keep his women healthy.

[01:53:55] You shower before you come here.

[01:53:57] Yes, sir.

[01:53:58] Come on, enough business.

[01:54:00] Come check out the bike.

[01:54:34] Good, sir.

[01:54:35] We received all the munitions from Reno.

[01:54:37] Well done, Gunny.

[01:54:38] Any word on Vegas?

[01:54:39] Johnny reported in.

[01:54:41] Henderson destroyed the city.

[01:54:42] But the Moors and Bennett all survived.

[01:54:45] We were able to retrieve the militia soldiers.

[01:54:47] The caravans are en route.

[01:54:49] Excellent.

[01:54:49] Let's toast to that.

[01:54:50] I could definitely go for a drink after that trip.

[01:54:53] Have a seat.

[01:54:56] What's it looking like out there?

[01:54:58] Not good.

[01:54:58] The quakes are getting more intense, and the water is starting to move.

[01:55:02] Brad doesn't think there will be another tsunami like after the Great Quake.

[01:55:05] Isn't it all speculation at this point, sir?

[01:55:08] Who could have predicted this?

[01:55:10] He did.

[01:55:12] What's next on the agenda?

[01:55:14] You'll get a full briefing tomorrow, but we need to focus on the people who can't move fast enough on their own accord.

[01:55:19] I'm not sure how long the roads will hold, sir.

[01:55:22] Then we'll go off-road, but we're saving as many as possible.

[01:55:25] I'll do my best, sir.

[01:55:26] Let them choose whether they want to go south to Texas or help us take back the north.

[01:55:30] Hey there, babyface.

[01:55:35] Cassidy.

[01:55:35] I'm nice to see you back in town.

[01:55:37] Come in.

[01:55:37] This is...

[01:55:38] Gunnery Sergeant Ben Nickleton.

[01:55:40] How's the world been treating you, Ben?

[01:55:42] Not too bad, Miss Cassidy.

[01:55:44] Huh.

[01:55:44] Of course you know each other.

[01:55:46] You're the one who hasn't been here, babyface.

[01:55:48] Not us.

[01:55:50] Sounds like you have some things to get straight, ma'am.

[01:55:53] I'm heading off to bed.

[01:55:54] Good night, sir.

[01:55:55] Good night, Gunning.

[01:56:00] You started without me?

[01:56:02] How did it go?

[01:56:04] We've got a nest of blackshirts smack in the middle of Amarillo.

[01:56:08] Their forces are strong and trained, Virgis.

[01:56:11] We're getting ready for the Denver battle, moving all these people.

[01:56:14] We don't have time to move enough forces that way right now.

[01:56:16] My thoughts exactly, but we need to warn people what they are up against if they choose to go to Texas.

[01:56:23] They have access to port travel as well as the Southern Pass.

[01:56:26] We'll have to focus on it after Denver.

[01:56:28] I'll talk to Merkley.

[01:56:30] How long are you here?

[01:56:31] A few days, at least.

[01:56:33] In that case, you better kiss me again before you get called away.

[01:56:37] Say no more, babyface.

[01:56:53] We only need the two of us because we got love.

[01:57:17] Erica, there you are.

[01:57:19] Is everything okay?

[01:57:20] Is Vince all right?

[01:57:21] Everything is fine, but I have ten more buses to attend to.

[01:57:25] Can you watch over this one for a while?

[01:57:27] You got it, Doc.

[01:57:37] Is everyone all right?

[01:57:39] I'm sure there have been a few casualties, but at least we aren't around any buildings.

[01:57:44] Isn't that the truth?

[01:57:46] How are you feeling, mister?

[01:57:48] Like I've been hit by a truck?

[01:57:50] You look like you've been hit by a truck.

[01:57:53] And your tooth.

[01:57:55] Oh, yeah.

[01:57:56] That frickin' jerk.

[01:57:58] When did the captain manage that one?

[01:58:01] Right at the start.

[01:58:03] He even pointed to his tooth afterward and winked at me.

[01:58:08] Don't worry too much about it.

[01:58:10] That's kind of cute.

[01:58:12] Yeah, I bet.

[01:58:14] More stuff would fall.

[01:58:30] These medical buses are well built.

[01:58:33] I'm impressed by how many bunks they can pack in here with all these supplies.

[01:58:39] Maybe I should make sure the rods are out.

[01:58:41] The bus isn't going to go very far outside.

[01:58:51] Dex, I was just coming to do that.

[01:58:53] I gotcha, Mom.

[01:58:55] Did Grandma find Daniel?

[01:58:57] Yeah, starts with him now.

[01:58:59] We need to move faster.

[01:59:01] People are catching up to us, saying the water is coming.

[01:59:05] Another tsunami?

[01:59:06] I don't know, but it's coming.

[01:59:08] Where's Bennett?

[01:59:09] I don't know.

[01:59:10] Do I look like I have a built-in Bennett detector?

[01:59:13] Why don't you go find him?

[01:59:14] I told Earl I would stay here.

[01:59:19] You're back quick.

[01:59:20] Get ready to go.

[01:59:45] Sir.

[01:59:46] Go away.

[01:59:47] Sir, it's urgent.

[01:59:49] I'll be right back.

[01:59:58] This better be important, Trent.

[02:00:00] It's New Dove, Cole.

[02:00:02] The quakes split the entire city in half.

[02:00:04] They're talking about tens of thousands of casualties

[02:00:07] and need immediate evacuation.

[02:00:11] Sir, Merkley wants you in his office now.

[02:00:14] Hold on a second, Stevens.

[02:00:15] Hall, get us ready to roll.

[02:00:17] Come on, we're leaving.

[02:00:22] Are you serious?

[02:00:23] New Dove was split in half.

[02:00:25] What?

[02:00:26] They need Evac.

[02:00:27] I have to talk to Merkley.

[02:00:28] I'll make sure my teams are ready to move out.

[02:00:39] You wanted to see me, sir?

[02:00:40] Have you been briefed?

[02:00:42] Regarding New Dove, sir?

[02:00:43] Yes.

[02:00:44] Yes, sir.

[02:00:46] I want half our teams headed that way,

[02:00:48] but keep the other crews on the move.

[02:00:50] Take them down to the skeleton crews,

[02:00:52] but keep them moving.

[02:00:54] Yes, sir.

[02:00:54] Permission to speak freely, sir?

[02:00:56] Granted.

[02:00:57] I am honored to serve under you

[02:00:58] and grateful for the care you are putting

[02:01:00] into rescuing civilians.

[02:01:02] Thank you, Cole.

[02:01:03] I believe we've seen enough death.

[02:01:06] Sir, Clintok's son,

[02:01:08] First Sergeant Bennett,

[02:01:09] and the Moors are out on the edge of the disaster

[02:01:11] because they were trying to get our men out of Vegas

[02:01:13] before the attack.

[02:01:14] I'm fully aware.

[02:01:17] Can we send a helicopter to retrieve them

[02:01:18] and ensure they return here before the water does?

[02:01:21] I'll send one.

[02:01:22] There's a large group of essentials out there, sir.

[02:01:25] Three choppers could collect them all.

[02:01:26] No, that's too much fuel.

[02:01:29] I can send one.

[02:01:31] Thank you, sir.

[02:01:34] Stevens, radio to Bennett.

[02:01:36] Let them know a helicopter's coming to get him,

[02:01:38] Johnny, and the Moore family.

[02:01:39] Yes, sir.

[02:01:40] Are we ready to roll?

[02:01:41] The trucks are ready to go.

[02:01:43] Medical supplies are stocked,

[02:01:44] and the fuel's been topped off.

[02:01:46] Very good.

[02:01:47] Let's move.

[02:01:55] Get Vince ready to move.

[02:01:57] What?

[02:01:58] Why?

[02:01:59] Bennett has a helicopter ready for us.

[02:02:01] The kids and your mom are coming with us.

[02:02:03] What about Greg and Penny?

[02:02:05] I worked too hard to find them.

[02:02:07] I'm not leaving them again.

[02:02:09] There's only room for us.

[02:02:10] Bennett wants you out of here.

[02:02:12] We can send a chopper back for them.

[02:02:14] I'll go check on Vince.

[02:02:15] You go get the kids,

[02:02:17] and your mom round it up and meet me inside.

[02:02:20] Are we going to leave, Mom?

[02:02:21] Get Star and Daniel.

[02:02:25] What am I supposed to tell Greg and Penny?

[02:02:28] Tell them the truth.

[02:02:30] The chopper's coming back for them.

[02:03:02] One of the buses tipped in the unit of help transferring supplies.

[02:03:04] Where?

[02:03:05] Over three lines from here.

[02:03:08] Dent's.

[02:03:08] What's going on?

[02:03:10] Bennett's got orders to fly us out of here.

[02:03:13] All of us?

[02:03:14] The chopper is coming back for you guys.

[02:03:18] Hey, Greg.

[02:03:21] I love you.

[02:03:22] We'll meet again.

[02:03:24] I love you too, kid.

[02:03:25] I guess I'm just sick of saying goodbye.

[02:03:27] It's coming back.

[02:03:30] Daniel!

[02:03:32] Dan!

[02:03:42] Daniel!

[02:03:42] What's up, Dex?

[02:03:43] We have to go, Daniel.

[02:03:45] Bennett is flying us out of here.

[02:03:47] What about Carmen?

[02:03:48] The chopper is coming back for him, Danny.

[02:03:50] We just got back together.

[02:03:53] And we'll see each other again soon.

[02:03:55] I guess so.

[02:03:57] Let me say goodbye.

[02:04:01] If it all stops, we'll search the pieces.

[02:04:11] Here you are.

[02:04:15] Are you sure we're doing the right thing?

[02:04:18] No?

[02:04:18] But I don't see we have much option right now.

[02:05:09] Who's the one that makes you feel...

[02:05:12] Who's the one they call Dr. Feelgood?

[02:05:33] Nothing.

[02:05:34] Were you dancing, sir?

[02:05:36] Are you hanging a hummingbird feeder on the window?

[02:05:39] Is it your business to know what I'm doing?

[02:05:41] No, sir.

[02:05:42] What the hell are you doing anyway?

[02:05:45] Chuck wanted me to see if you wanted a woman tonight when I was done training.

[02:05:49] Well, I'm done training.

[02:05:51] I'm fine.

[02:05:52] Go do whatever it was you were doing.

[02:05:54] Yes, sir.

[02:05:55] I wouldn't go in there.

[02:06:01] What's he piece about now?

[02:06:03] He's having his happy time.

[02:06:05] What's that about?

[02:06:07] Nate, what's Mr. Leo fired up about?

[02:06:11] He's been spending a lot of time with Susan.

[02:06:14] That explains the hummingbird feeder.

[02:06:16] The what?

[02:06:18] How do you know where Susan's been spending her time?

[02:06:20] Well, I was over visiting with Mark.

[02:06:23] With Margaret?

[02:06:24] Yes, sir.

[02:06:25] My baby girl's so sweet, sir.

[02:06:28] You make sure they're all well taken care of.

[02:06:31] I will, sir.

[02:06:33] What the hell are you all doing outside my office having a powwow?

[02:06:36] Nate, get back to class.

[02:06:38] Yes, sir, Mr. Lee.

[02:06:40] Sir, get your ass inside.

[02:06:42] Yes, sir.

[02:06:44] TJ, figure it out.

[02:06:45] Yes, sir.

[02:06:46] This is yet to come, has come to pass.

[02:07:00] Too many moments put aside.

[02:07:15] Hi, TJ.

[02:07:16] Where's Susan?

[02:07:17] In her office.

[02:07:21] Hi, TJ.

[02:07:22] What brings you by?

[02:07:23] I want you to schedule an extra shipment of oil from Texas.

[02:07:27] We're moving soldiers to Rutherford's compound this month, and I don't want to run low.

[02:07:31] Yes, TJ.

[02:07:32] We can trade canned foods for it.

[02:07:34] They'll be happy about that.

[02:07:36] What?

[02:07:37] Doesn't Yuri usually take care of those requests?

[02:07:40] I beat him to it.

[02:07:42] How is Margaret doing?

[02:07:43] She's doing great.

[02:07:44] I think she was meant to be a thinker, not a fighter.

[02:07:47] She was one hell of a fighter.

[02:07:49] So was I.

[02:07:50] True.

[02:07:51] What did you do to Mr. Lee?

[02:07:52] What are you talking about, TJ?

[02:07:55] He was dancing and hanging a hummingbird feeder.

[02:07:58] The man doesn't dance.

[02:07:59] Maybe you've just never seen him dance before.

[02:08:02] And what if he wants to watch birds?

[02:08:04] What's the problem with that?

[02:08:05] Watch yourself, woman.

[02:08:07] You think I'm a hard man?

[02:08:08] He could be as cold as ice.

[02:08:10] TJ, are you concerned about me?

[02:08:13] Just do your job and watch yourself.

[02:08:15] Yes, TJ.

[02:08:21] Come to my house to eat tonight.

[02:08:22] I need to talk to you.

[02:08:24] Yes, TJ.

[02:09:35] You're fine, Cupcake.

[02:09:36] We're going back for this small building.

[02:10:21] Maybe they have to refuel.

[02:10:28] Put these on.

[02:10:29] Why?

[02:10:30] This is the scoop, Erica.

[02:10:32] You were part of the Merc forces.

[02:10:34] You're going undercover.

[02:10:36] The homesteaders that live here have been on their own since the quake.

[02:10:40] They support the mercenary and the militia efforts and cover up the base.

[02:10:44] They didn't want government assistance and they never received it.

[02:10:48] The homesteaders like having the protection of the Merc forces,

[02:10:51] but they do not want to draw attention to themselves.

[02:10:54] You'll need to play the role if you're going to mingle here.

[02:10:56] I have to pretend to be someone else?

[02:10:59] The feds are hunting you, short stack.

[02:11:02] How long do you want to live?

[02:11:04] Really?

[02:11:04] You're all giddy about this?

[02:11:06] A new nickname?

[02:11:08] Whose command are we under?

[02:11:11] Mine, of course.

[02:11:12] Where's Lieutenant Colonel Burgess?

[02:11:14] He's helping get people out of New Dove.

[02:11:16] Speaking of, what about Greg and Penny?

[02:11:23] I'm taking care of that when we're done here.

[02:11:25] Your name, Miss Erica Moore, is Karen Case.

[02:11:29] Karen Case?

[02:11:31] That's the best you could come up with?

[02:11:33] Don't forget, your name is known, but if you keep your hat on and your head down,

[02:11:38] hopefully your face won't be.

[02:11:39] It's still a risk, so don't do anything stupid.

[02:11:43] Who, me?

[02:11:44] Do something stupid?

[02:11:45] Come on, First Sergeant.

[02:11:47] You know me better than that.

[02:11:49] Erica?

[02:11:50] What about us?

[02:11:51] You better not do anything stupid either.

[02:11:53] No, sir.

[02:11:54] What are our names?

[02:11:57] You're Justin.

[02:11:58] Vince is Eddie.

[02:12:00] Star is Jenny.

[02:12:02] And Daniel is Danny.

[02:12:04] How come I don't get a fake name?

[02:12:06] Because that will be easier to remember.

[02:12:08] Just in case.

[02:12:10] Real cute, sir.

[02:12:14] I used to have a friend with that name.

[02:12:16] Now, Johnny, you know the down-low rules.

[02:12:18] Go with Jonathan or Corporal Johnson.

[02:12:21] Yes, sir.

[02:12:22] Kay and Earl, you should use the alias last name.

[02:12:26] Everyone else will be okay.

[02:12:27] Now, head over to the gate.

[02:12:29] They have the tents ready for your family.

[02:12:31] Yes, sir.

[02:12:32] Don't give me that crappy salute cupcake.

[02:12:39] Yeah, everyone.

[02:12:57] Reminds me of the Vegas camp in the early days.

[02:13:00] Minus the green, of course.

[02:13:02] On the road again, Grandma.

[02:13:04] At least I'm with my family.

[02:13:06] But I am not looking forward to living in a tent again.

[02:13:09] You can say that again.

[02:13:11] There are so many people.

[02:13:13] Where will they all go?

[02:13:15] They're part of the resistance now.

[02:13:17] If they want to be.

[02:13:19] Face it, Dad.

[02:13:20] The feds will have to eliminate them.

[02:13:22] It's the only way to maintain order now.

[02:13:25] Assumptions can be dangerous, Vince.

[02:13:28] I mean, Eddie.

[02:13:29] Do you think they would ever be accepted again?

[02:13:32] Can we just wait and see what happens?

[02:13:35] There will be many more people in a few days.

[02:13:37] And we need to be ready to help.

[02:13:40] How did you like the helicopter ride, Megan?

[02:13:42] Never thought I would be in one.

[02:13:44] Did you guys see that huge crack by New Dove?

[02:13:47] That was wild!

[02:13:49] I knew I'd find you here eventually.

[02:13:52] Kyle!

[02:13:52] I was so worried about you and Cassidy.

[02:13:55] After the bombing in Albuquerque, I wasn't sure if you made it.

[02:13:59] We did.

[02:14:00] I heard that y'all took Vegas, but they bombed it heavily.

[02:14:03] Word was that the lone survivor survived again, though.

[02:14:06] Is Cassidy here?

[02:14:08] No.

[02:14:08] She's going out on a scouting mission for a couple of weeks.

[02:14:11] I would like to introduce my family.

[02:14:13] You know Vince and Dexter.

[02:14:15] Or Eddie and Justin, as they're known here.

[02:14:19] Oh, and I'm Karen.

[02:14:21] Anyway, this is my mom, Nancy.

[02:14:24] My daughter, Star.

[02:14:26] Or Jenny, here.

[02:14:28] My youngest son, Daniel.

[02:14:30] Or Danny.

[02:14:31] My in-laws, Earl and Kay, and their adopted daughter, Megan.

[02:14:34] That guy over there is Jonathan Johnson.

[02:14:37] Nice to meet you all.

[02:14:39] I'm Kyle Bravowski.

[02:14:41] I met Karen and Eddie in Dallas and became...

[02:14:44] their driver, I guess?

[02:14:46] Do you guys need help getting checked in?

[02:14:49] I guess so.

[02:14:50] I'm Earl Case.

[02:14:51] I know who you are.

[02:14:52] Well, actually, I know who they are.

[02:14:54] And if you're with them, I know where you need to go.

[02:14:57] Well then, I guess all you need to know is we're with them.

[02:15:01] I'm sorry, sir.

[02:15:02] I didn't mean to be rude.

[02:15:03] I'm just really busy and have orders to check them in.

[02:15:06] No offense taken.

[02:15:08] Do what you gotta do.

[02:15:09] Staff Sergeant Case.

[02:15:11] Staff Sergeant Karen Case.

[02:15:13] Oh, me?

[02:15:14] I'm a Staff Sergeant?

[02:15:16] That's what your uniform says.

[02:15:18] Come on, I'll show your family to their tents.

[02:15:21] Leon?

[02:15:36] Yes, just two.

[02:15:38] It's all we could spare.

[02:15:39] I wanna split it up.

[02:15:45] Nancy and Johnny can stay with us.

[02:15:47] Then it's five in each tent.

[02:15:49] That's fine with me.

[02:15:51] Johnny and I can be roommates.

[02:15:52] I'd love to share my abode with a cougar like yourself.

[02:15:55] Let's just get settled in and grab some chow.

[02:16:21] TJ told me to come for dinner.

[02:16:23] Come on in.

[02:16:27] Margaret Parker.

[02:16:28] Hi, TJ.

[02:16:29] How do you like your new position?

[02:16:30] I like it.

[02:16:32] Susan has me keeping inventory for our canned food.

[02:16:34] It's fun to learn all the math to keep it all straight.

[02:16:37] Sit down.

[02:16:37] Thank you, TJ.

[02:16:40] What would you like to drink, ma'am?

[02:16:42] Jenny, this is Margaret.

[02:16:44] Don't call her ma'am.

[02:16:45] Yes, TJ.

[02:16:46] I'll have a glass of water.

[02:16:48] Water?

[02:16:49] I had Jenny make lemonade for you.

[02:16:51] Really?

[02:16:52] I love a glass.

[02:16:53] You can have some as well, Jenny.

[02:16:55] Thank you, TJ.

[02:16:56] Bring your plate here and eat with us.

[02:16:58] Oh.

[02:16:59] No problem, Margaret.

[02:17:20] How can I help you?

[02:17:22] I don't know what to do with your father.

[02:17:25] Jasper?

[02:17:26] That man is nothing to me.

[02:17:29] Should I kill him?

[02:17:30] I can't trust him working with my refugees.

[02:17:33] That would be too kind, TJ.

[02:17:35] Whip him until he's a cripple.

[02:17:37] Then take him out to the middle of the Badlands and leave him for dead.

[02:17:40] Now there's an idea I didn't think of.

[02:17:42] But he was probably...

[02:17:44] That man was never my father.

[02:17:46] I miss my father.

[02:17:47] Jenny, you don't stick your nose in business that doesn't concern you.

[02:17:50] Yes, TJ.

[02:17:51] Since you're so full of ideas tonight, Margaret, I have another problem for you to solve.

[02:17:55] Okay.

[02:17:57] Jenny's lonely and needs a friend.

[02:17:59] That's an easy problem to solve.

[02:18:01] I want you to take her to the marketplace so she can start doing the shopping.

[02:18:05] You'll stay with her.

[02:18:07] And do not take her to the pit.

[02:18:08] Yes, TJ?

[02:18:10] Come by and take her tomorrow.

[02:18:11] Have Wayne, Ricky, and James guard you.

[02:18:13] They're not even black shirts, TJ.

[02:18:15] They're capable and loyal.

[02:18:17] And so are you.

[02:18:19] How does that sound, Jenny?

[02:18:20] I like that very much.

[02:18:22] Good.

[02:18:22] Then it's settled.

[02:18:24] I'm headed to Yuri's.

[02:18:25] You can help with the dishes, Margaret.

[02:18:28] I will.

[02:18:28] Good night, TJ.

[02:19:15] Fresh greens give it a bright note.

[02:19:27] More quakes?

[02:19:29] Meh.

[02:19:29] I barely notice them anymore.

[02:19:32] I'm going to volunteer at the little school they have going.

[02:19:35] The woman running it looked very overwhelmed.

[02:19:38] You know where I'll be.

[02:19:40] Never a shortage of work for doctors.

[02:19:43] Always too many patients.

[02:19:46] Never enough supplies.

[02:19:48] Well, at least dinner's not rat.

[02:19:54] Jeez.

[02:19:56] What's her problem?

[02:19:58] She's just concerned about Greg and Penny.

[02:20:01] Plus, I don't think she's hip about living someone else's life.

[02:20:06] I'm with her on that one.

[02:20:14] You okay, baby?

[02:20:15] Yeah, I just need a break from the negative energy.

[02:20:19] Hey, Karen.

[02:20:20] I'll catch up with you later.

[02:20:22] See you later.

[02:20:24] Your dad is just so...

[02:20:28] Guys ready?

[02:20:30] It's going to be an early morning.

[02:20:32] Yep.

[02:20:46] You're dragging your feet, Mom.

[02:20:48] Yeah.

[02:21:07] It's beautiful here.

[02:21:08] It is.

[02:21:10] It reminds me of that river we used to go to when I was little, before the quake.

[02:21:15] You remember that?

[02:21:17] Sort of.

[02:21:18] We used to pick ferns.

[02:21:20] We used to cook ferns like that, didn't we?

[02:21:23] Yeah.

[02:21:24] Fiddlehead ferns.

[02:21:25] I used to bread them and fry them.

[02:21:31] What's going on?

[02:21:51] It's too expensive, and they need their energy.

[02:21:53] Need to be healthy, or they are useless.

[02:21:56] You'll end up with a whole mess of sick women, like you have in your sick houses.

[02:22:01] They need to do their jobs and keep their mouths shut.

[02:22:04] They need protein and vegetables.

[02:22:06] It's a miracle you've kept them in the condition that they are eating potatoes and wheat slaw.

[02:22:11] I roll the stock over often.

[02:22:13] A bunch of pissed off women and aren't doing the job they could be.

[02:22:20] TJ, my brother.

[02:22:21] What brings you by?

[02:22:22] Is she giving you problems, Chuck?

[02:22:25] I send her by to help out, not pitch a fit.

[02:22:28] It's okay, TJ.

[02:22:29] She's not wrong.

[02:22:30] You make sure you stay in your place.

[02:22:33] Yes, TJ.

[02:22:34] TJ, this salve she can make, this stuff works like magic.

[02:22:38] Heals those whip wounds in half the time.

[02:22:40] Make sure she gets hope when you're done with her.

[02:22:42] I will.

[02:22:43] What do you want, anyways?

[02:22:45] I want you to take Jasper out to Tran.

[02:22:47] What?

[02:22:48] Have Tran whip him almost to death and leave him in the middle of the Badlands.

[02:22:53] There's something you've never done before.

[02:22:55] Margaret's suggestion.

[02:22:56] She's been doing well.

[02:22:58] If that's what she wants, then whatever.

[02:23:01] I knew there was still a soft spot in there.

[02:23:03] Keep an eye on Dolores, Chuck.

[02:23:05] She's a smart one.

[02:23:06] Don't I know it.

[02:23:08] I'll get plenty of use out of her skills.

[02:23:10] Come by my home when you're done here.

[02:23:12] Yes, TJ.

[02:23:13] But Bennett socked General Merkley right in the face.

[02:23:52] What?

[02:23:53] Did you say that Bennett socked Merkley?

[02:23:57] Saw it with my own two eyes.

[02:24:04] Sure.

[02:24:05] Can you find out where they're keeping him and let me know?

[02:24:07] You got it.

[02:24:12] I don't know, buddy.

[02:24:14] You said that Bennett was going back to get him.

[02:24:17] We saw him right there.

[02:24:20] But where are Carmen, Greg, and Penny?

[02:24:23] That's what he told me, Daniel.

[02:24:25] Us, baby.

[02:24:26] That's what he told us.

[02:24:28] I never would have left him if that helicopter wasn't going back.

[02:24:32] I told Greg the helicopter was going back.

[02:24:35] Okay, guys.

[02:24:35] Calm down.

[02:24:37] We don't know what happened yet.

[02:24:38] Let's wait to see how angry we need to get.

[02:24:41] I hate that name.

[02:25:12] Come on in.

[02:25:44] Sure.

[02:25:46] What happened.

[02:25:47] I'll go with you.

[02:25:52] Hi, Mom.

[02:25:53] What are you guys up to?

[02:25:54] We're heading into town.

[02:25:56] We're looking for decks.

[02:25:57] You ready, bro?

[02:25:58] I'm good to go.

[02:25:59] Daniel's going to take care of trucker and dad for me.

[02:26:02] Right, bud?

[02:26:03] Uh-huh.

[02:26:04] We'll walk with you.

[02:26:05] There's supposed to be a community center to hang out at.

[02:26:08] I guess they have pool tables there.

[02:26:10] And live music.

[02:26:12] You'll have to come with us one night, Mom.

[02:26:14] You guys scout it out for me.

[02:26:16] We're on it.

[02:26:17] And stay safe.

[02:26:18] We will, Mom.

[02:26:20] We'll keep an eye on them.

[02:26:21] Bye, Karen.

[02:26:23] Shut up, smart aleck.

[02:26:27] You certainly know your way around here.

[02:26:29] This is Cassidy's training center.

[02:26:32] The feds gave up on this place long ago, but Cassidy's father created a militia force.

[02:26:37] The federal government treated them like a mercenary force.

[02:26:41] They kept in contact for a while.

[02:26:44] Having the image of a united force in the area keeps the homesteaders safe

[02:26:47] and the law maintained in town.

[02:26:50] I've made a lot of trips up here from Texas.

[02:26:53] I had no idea.

[02:26:54] Lead on, then.

[02:26:58] Erica Moore!

[02:26:59] What in the hell is going on here, ma'am?

[02:27:02] Gunny, how the heck are you?

[02:27:04] I haven't seen you since you were kicking our butts in Reno.

[02:27:07] I've been better.

[02:27:08] I've just gotten into town to find out that Bennett's in a lockup.

[02:27:11] I don't know what happened, sir.

[02:27:13] I was going to find out.

[02:27:14] Don't bother.

[02:27:15] They're waiting for Lieutenant Colonel Virgis to get back into town

[02:27:18] to figure out what to do with Bennett.

[02:27:21] Bennett was supposed to head back to the camp in Nevada

[02:27:23] to get another group on the helicopter.

[02:27:26] Do you know if they did?

[02:27:27] I don't know.

[02:27:28] Like I said, I just got here myself.

[02:27:30] We were one of the first convoys, though.

[02:27:32] The water has been filling Nevada.

[02:27:34] Not fast like before.

[02:27:36] More like someone slowly filling a bathtub.

[02:27:39] Well, I'm going to give it a try anyway.

[02:27:41] I've got to know what happened to my friends

[02:27:43] and what the heck happened to Bennett.

[02:27:45] I didn't hear that.

[02:27:46] I'll have to report to my CO.

[02:27:48] We'll catch up later.

[02:27:49] Gunny, here my name is Staff Sergeant Case.

[02:27:52] You can't call me Erica.

[02:27:54] Got it.

[02:27:57] Friend of yours?

[02:27:58] He was my training officer for Vegas

[02:28:00] and an old friend of Bennett's.

[02:28:02] Come on.

[02:28:14] We still have two teams pulling people out of the ravine.

[02:28:18] Cassidy, how many transports do we have ready to go?

[02:28:20] We've got five ready in a row now

[02:28:22] and three more coming in.

[02:28:24] Okay, let's evacuate the community center again

[02:28:26] and do one more sweep of the town.

[02:28:28] We're going to have to move these people north quickly.

[02:28:30] They'll overwhelm the homesteads.

[02:28:32] Half the transports are going straight through.

[02:28:34] Dixon just sent us another load of fuel.

[02:28:36] Perfect.

[02:28:38] Sir, I think you're going to want to hear this.

[02:28:41] What's up?

[02:28:42] Bennett is in custody at the homesteads.

[02:28:45] What are you talking about?

[02:28:46] He's supposed to be watching Erica.

[02:28:48] Nicholton said he hit General Merkley.

[02:28:50] He did what?

[02:28:51] Gunny said there was a disagreement.

[02:28:53] Bennett wanted to return for the rest of Erica's crew from Vegas,

[02:28:57] but Merkley wouldn't put the bird back in the air.

[02:29:00] It sounds like something Erica would do, but not Bennett.

[02:29:02] Her passion is contagious, sir.

[02:29:05] Gunny wants you to come back so he can talk to the General.

[02:29:08] Stevens and I can wrap things up here, babyface.

[02:29:11] Go see what you can do.

[02:29:13] Need, boss?

[02:29:31] Make sure she gets out of here.

[02:29:34] Now it's six more in three hours.

[02:29:36] We're headed west as soon as we're done here.

[02:29:38] Perfect.

[02:29:39] That water is moving quicker now.

[02:29:40] If Erica's crew is still out there,

[02:29:42] let's make them a priority as soon as we're done here.

[02:29:44] Will do.

[02:29:45] I'll head back, get this shit straightened out,

[02:29:48] and meet you at the pass.

[02:29:49] Stevens is reliable.

[02:29:51] She can help you coordinate the transports

[02:29:52] and reroute incoming when you're done here.

[02:29:54] I'll see you then.

[02:29:55] Keep me posted.

[02:30:04] You two aren't allowed back here.

[02:30:06] What's up, Jeff?

[02:30:07] Hey, Kyle.

[02:30:08] What are you doing back here?

[02:30:10] You gotta let us see one of the prisoners.

[02:30:12] Oh, no.

[02:30:14] General Merkley is pissed.

[02:30:15] Who's the cutie?

[02:30:17] This is Staff Sergeant Case.

[02:30:20] She just got here.

[02:30:22] Yeah, that's Erica Moore.

[02:30:24] Isn't it, Kyle?

[02:30:26] Holy shit!

[02:30:27] It is!

[02:30:28] Yes!

[02:30:29] Don't say anything, though.

[02:30:30] She needs to talk with Bennett.

[02:30:32] I guess.

[02:30:33] For Erica Moore?

[02:30:35] Yeah, we can do that.

[02:30:36] Thanks, man.

[02:30:37] I owe you one.

[02:30:38] Yeah, you do.

[02:30:47] Can you give us a minute?

[02:30:49] Sure.

[02:30:50] Can you tell me to start?

[02:31:22] Hi, Sergeant.

[02:31:23] Erica.

[02:31:24] What are you doing here?

[02:31:26] Is Cole here yet?

[02:31:27] Cole isn't here yet.

[02:31:29] What happened, Bennett?

[02:31:31] Where's Greg and Penny?

[02:31:32] I don't know, Erica.

[02:31:34] I told you we would go back.

[02:31:36] I don't want to lose your trust again, but...

[02:31:38] What are you talking about?

[02:31:40] I went back to fly out with the helicopter, but the pilot's orders were to keep it grounded.

[02:31:45] I went to his CO, but the orders came down from Merkley himself.

[02:31:49] Cole's out of town, so I went to Merkley.

[02:31:52] Greg and Penny aren't the only ones out there.

[02:31:54] I promised Terrence I'd be back.

[02:31:56] So you went to Merkley, and he wouldn't change his mind.

[02:32:00] So you hit him?

[02:32:02] I don't know what I was thinking, Erica.

[02:32:04] You never disrespect a ranking officer, and I hit the man.

[02:32:07] But everyone was counting on me.

[02:32:09] I knew the orders, but I...

[02:32:11] Oh, Erica, what did I do?

[02:32:14] You hit the acting leader of the mercenary army in the face.

[02:32:20] Guess I'm wearing off on you.

[02:32:22] Way to go, Captain Cantaloupe.

[02:32:24] Oh, you think this is real funny?

[02:32:25] I didn't ask you to clock Merkley in the kisser.

[02:32:29] Whatever.

[02:32:30] No really, Bennett.

[02:32:32] You put the ones you love before your orders.

[02:32:34] It sounds much more like something I would do.

[02:32:38] You're right.

[02:32:39] What are you going to do?

[02:32:41] Wait to see what Merkley has to say.

[02:32:43] What else can I do?

[02:32:44] Nothing, I guess.

[02:32:46] I'm sure Cole will be here soon.

[02:32:48] And he'll fix this.

[02:32:50] No, Erica.

[02:32:51] I'll face the consequences of my actions.

[02:32:53] I screwed up.

[02:32:54] I brought you something.

[02:32:56] A hood?

[02:32:57] Go ahead.

[02:32:58] Try it on.

[02:32:59] Now imagine a chain holding it around your neck.

[02:33:02] And turn the temperature up about 100 degrees.

[02:33:06] Erica, I...

[02:33:07] I didn't bring it to make you feel bad.

[02:33:10] I brought it because that's what I endured, Sergeant Bennett.

[02:33:13] I spent weeks in a box being treated like dirt.

[02:33:17] All because I wouldn't give up on my beliefs.

[02:33:20] Honestly, I'd do it all again.

[02:33:22] So you stood up for your beliefs.

[02:33:24] And now you have to live with that decision.

[02:33:27] I lived in that thing.

[02:33:28] So suck it up, buttercup.

[02:33:30] I'm proud of you.

[02:33:32] I've said it before.

[02:33:33] And I'll say it again.

[02:33:35] You are a leader of leaders.

[02:33:37] It's me that is proud of you, Erica.

[02:33:40] Now get the hell out of here before those boys get into trouble for letting you in.

[02:33:44] It's Burgess.

[02:34:17] Oh, shoot.

[02:34:20] There's no avoiding him now.

[02:34:22] Erica, what are you doing here?

[02:34:28] What do you think?

[02:34:29] It's good to see you safe.

[02:34:31] You got here quickly.

[02:34:32] It's good to see you too.

[02:34:33] You went to see him, didn't you?

[02:34:35] I did.

[02:34:36] What did he say?

[02:34:37] I don't know.

[02:34:38] The young men down there wouldn't let anyone in.

[02:34:40] Hmm.

[02:34:41] Where's Vince?

[02:34:42] At the tent sleeping.

[02:34:44] He got messed up in Vegas.

[02:34:46] I heard and prayed for him.

[02:34:47] Is he going to be okay?

[02:34:48] His smile won't be the same, but he'll be okay.

[02:34:51] And how are you?

[02:34:52] I'm just peachy, Cole.

[02:34:54] Don't play your interrogation game with me.

[02:34:56] I know what you're doing.

[02:34:59] Why did Merkley lie?

[02:35:02] Lieutenant Colonel, just the man I've been waiting for.

[02:35:06] Sir?

[02:35:07] Go meet me in my office.

[02:35:09] Yes, sir.

[02:35:12] You must be Mrs. Erica Moore.

[02:35:16] Yes, sir.

[02:35:17] We've never formally met, but I understand I have you to thank for a series of times you

[02:35:21] sent Bennett to help me and my family.

[02:35:23] Can you please come up to my office as well?

[02:35:26] I want to talk with you more.

[02:35:29] Yes, sir.

[02:35:30] I'll catch up with you later, Kyle.

[02:36:08] I'll catch up with you later.

[02:36:19] I'll catch up with you later.

[02:36:27] I'll catch up with you later.

[02:36:59] Food storage and preservation are at the heart of self-reliance.

[02:37:00] And even a food storage guide.

[02:37:02] Hi, this is Sarah F.

[02:37:07] Hathaway, the creator of the Changing Earth series and the voice of Erica Moore.

[02:37:12] Visit changingearthseries.com to explore the novels behind the drama and the survival

[02:37:17] knowledge behind the stories.

[02:37:19] Join the Changing Earth membership program and get one week early access to the show.

[02:37:24] We appreciate you helping the Changing Earth world go round.

[02:37:28] Visit us at www.changingearthseries.com.

[02:37:32] That's www.changingearthseries.com.

[02:37:48] What is taking him so long?

[02:37:52] Might as well have some water.

[02:38:34] Yes, sir?

[02:38:36] Lone Survivor of Sacramento.

[02:38:40] You've certainly made a name for yourself.

[02:38:42] Thank you for your efforts.

[02:38:44] I know it wasn't easy for you to attend in front of that board.

[02:38:47] It wasn't easy to be made public face of a movement that so many of us supported in

[02:38:51] the background.

[02:38:52] Thank you, sir.

[02:38:53] I appreciate that.

[02:38:55] That being said, I have to manage many moving parts all at once if we are going to win this

[02:39:01] war.

[02:39:02] You've become a target now that our stance is known and the battle has begun.

[02:39:06] No need for the feds to keep you alive anymore.

[02:39:09] Your public death would only strengthen their position.

[02:39:13] I know, sir.

[02:39:14] So it is in our interest to keep you alive and safe.

[02:39:18] It strengthens our position.

[02:39:20] Bennett has stuck his neck in the line for you many times.

[02:39:23] I know, sir, and I...

[02:39:25] Bennett is one of the most patriotic duty-bound men I have ever known.

[02:39:29] He impressed me from our first meeting and I gladly accept his transfer.

[02:39:33] This type of behavior he had displayed this afternoon is entirely against his character.

[02:39:37] He did this for you.

[02:39:39] My soldiers are loyal to you.

[02:39:42] I decided to ground those choppers against your wishes and look what happened.

[02:39:46] That makes you a threat to our operations.

[02:39:49] One that I honestly don't have time for.

[02:39:52] You must understand that I'm seeing the bigger picture and maximizing our resources to fight

[02:39:57] a much larger, better armed one.

[02:39:59] I'm sorry that some of your friends got left behind.

[02:40:03] I truly am.

[02:40:04] But you and your family are safe.

[02:40:06] We've all made sacrifices.

[02:40:09] We don't have to be at odds.

[02:40:11] We're on the same side.

[02:40:12] Fighting to restore a constitution we swore to and the people respected.

[02:40:17] I need your voice singing with unison in mind.

[02:40:20] Can you do that?

[02:40:23] General Merkley, I assure you that I never met any disrespect.

[02:40:29] I didn't ask Bennett to hit you.

[02:40:31] I didn't even know what was going on.

[02:40:34] He didn't even talk to me.

[02:40:38] He didn't have to.

[02:40:39] What did you make him promise before you would go with him?

[02:40:43] He said he would return for them.

[02:40:45] And I don't regret it.

[02:40:47] We just got them back.

[02:40:49] They're more than friends.

[02:40:51] They're family.

[02:40:52] Our families survived California together.

[02:40:55] Good for you.

[02:40:56] So many other families got destroyed.

[02:40:59] Other people's families died.

[02:41:01] And others were living in slaves.

[02:41:03] We're fighting for all of America.

[02:41:06] For the future.

[02:41:07] You're preaching to the choir, General.

[02:41:10] You don't think I know?

[02:41:11] I freaking know.

[02:41:13] I've been in it.

[02:41:14] In that system.

[02:41:15] For a decade.

[02:41:16] You owned a private defense company and became a soldier defending the country for years.

[02:41:21] Well, I ate scraps.

[02:41:22] You don't think I know?

[02:41:25] I wanted to give up so many times.

[02:41:28] Take my family.

[02:41:30] Find a hole to crawl into.

[02:41:32] But I believe in a country that stands for something beautiful.

[02:41:36] A supreme message that gave all its citizens equal rights to exist.

[02:41:43] That's why I'm here, sir.

[02:41:44] But I assure you.

[02:41:46] I'm a free individual.

[02:41:49] And I don't take orders anymore.

[02:41:51] Why not?

[02:41:53] You took orders from Master Gunnery Sergeant Nickleton in Reno.

[02:41:57] I have an outstanding performance report regarding you from him.

[02:42:00] That was different.

[02:42:02] Why?

[02:42:03] Because we were training to get our friends back.

[02:42:06] Because your goals were the same as Nickleton's?

[02:42:09] Yeah.

[02:42:10] Our goals are still the same.

[02:42:13] Don't you think I want to get those people out of here?

[02:42:16] What do you think we've been doing here?

[02:42:18] I've seen enough death.

[02:42:20] But resources are valuable and must be appropriately allotted if we want our country back.

[02:42:25] I've sent as many trucks as to Nevada to get those people out.

[02:42:29] We all have friends out there.

[02:42:32] These people want to follow you.

[02:42:34] And I can't have friction.

[02:42:36] We all need the same focus.

[02:42:38] That means you trust me and you supervisors.

[02:42:43] Okay.

[02:42:44] Bennett's going to receive a formal reprimand.

[02:42:47] I'm giving you the ordinary title of Staff Sergeant.

[02:42:50] You'll continue your training.

[02:42:52] I need you sharp and able to defend yourself.

[02:42:55] You'll have a guard for protection as well.

[02:42:56] You'll respect the orders of the officers above you.

[02:43:00] And you will report directly to Master Gunnery Sergeant Nickleton.

[02:43:04] Yes, sir.

[02:43:05] You're dismissed.

[02:43:30] Erica.

[02:43:34] Lieutenant Colonel, I'm tired.

[02:43:36] Oh, it's Lieutenant Colonel now.

[02:43:38] What happened to Cole?

[02:43:39] Guess I'm an honorary staff sergeant now.

[02:43:42] Really?

[02:43:42] The general made a lot of good points.

[02:43:45] Well, in that case, I better get a salute next time I approach.

[02:43:48] A real one, too.

[02:43:50] Not one of those crappy things you give Bennett to piss him off.

[02:43:54] What's Vince and your family going to say?

[02:43:56] I don't know, sir.

[02:43:57] We've been through so much.

[02:43:59] I'm tired.

[02:44:00] Go get some shut-on.

[02:44:01] Good night, sir.

[02:44:13] Lieutenant Colonel, sir.

[02:44:14] Go to my office.

[02:44:15] Yes, sir.

[02:44:16] What the hell were you thinking?

[02:44:36] I'm sorry, sir.

[02:44:37] I told him we were coming back for them.

[02:44:39] You know what the consequences of your actions should be?

[02:44:41] Yes, sir.

[02:44:42] Given your exemplary record, the general will let you off with a formal reprimand and a demotion in rank to sergeant.

[02:44:48] Yes, sir.

[02:44:49] You are assigned to the youth trainees, and I would steer clear of Merkley for a while.

[02:44:53] Yes, sir.

[02:44:53] I'm going into the Badlands to retrieve everyone we had to leave behind.

[02:44:57] Sir, I'll go back with you.

[02:44:59] No, Bennett.

[02:45:00] Follow Merkley's orders and watch over Erica.

[02:45:02] Someone needs to be here for her.

[02:45:03] Yes, sir.

[02:45:04] I'm concerned, Bennett.

[02:45:05] Haven't seen those black shirts in a while.

[02:45:07] I'll have her ready to go.

[02:45:09] Good.

[02:45:10] I'll get the hell out of here and get some sleep.

[02:45:12] Yes, sir.

[02:45:12] Don't tell me you're smoking again.

[02:46:09] Damn it, Erica.

[02:46:10] I hate it when you do that.

[02:46:12] It's Karen.

[02:46:13] Remember, Mom?

[02:46:14] Oh, yeah.

[02:46:15] Yeah, it's so stupid you have to have an alias.

[02:46:18] If the feds knew I was here, they'd come for me, Mom.

[02:46:21] You think so?

[02:46:22] I know so.

[02:46:24] Give me one of those.

[02:46:26] You sure?

[02:46:27] Yeah, give me one.

[02:46:31] You're out late.

[02:46:32] I went out to see Bennett.

[02:46:34] What happened?

[02:46:35] He hit Merkley because they wouldn't send the chopper back for Greg, Penny, Terrence, and everyone.

[02:46:41] Good for him.

[02:46:42] Not really, Mom.

[02:46:43] We have to maintain order to win this battle.

[02:46:46] What?

[02:46:48] That's Greg and Penny out there?

[02:46:50] Carmen and Roxy?

[02:46:52] What's wrong with you, Erica?

[02:46:54] I know.

[02:46:55] We'll get them back.

[02:46:56] But we must trust that Merkley is managing resources in the best way for all of us.

[02:47:02] Sometimes our personal interests need to be put aside.

[02:47:06] They're our family.

[02:47:07] I know, but there's a bigger picture here.

[02:47:10] You're working for them, aren't you?

[02:47:12] We're fighting for the same goal.

[02:47:14] We've worked for them since Burgess and Bennett found us in Montana.

[02:47:18] I can't do anything alone.

[02:47:20] I'm just one woman.

[02:47:22] I can't help that people follow me.

[02:47:24] I never asked to be a leader or any part of this.

[02:47:29] But I can't go along with the federal system.

[02:47:32] They'd kill me.

[02:47:34] We've been there and tried that.

[02:47:36] I can help restore what is right.

[02:47:39] Don't I have a responsibility to do that?

[02:47:41] Is that why God put me on this planet?

[02:47:43] You've always been so strong, both your mind and your body.

[02:47:48] You've always chosen your own path and stayed true to your beliefs.

[02:47:54] You keep on doing that and you'll be just fine.

[02:47:59] I hope so.

[02:48:01] I feel like I'm not even in control anymore.

[02:48:04] Life throws me one challenge after another.

[02:48:06] And I feel lost in the wave.

[02:48:09] When you can't stand it anymore, get on your knees and give it to God.

[02:48:13] He'll lead you.

[02:48:15] I always have.

[02:48:16] Come on.

[02:48:17] It's late.

[02:48:43] Blessings at a cow.

[02:48:48] Fun night?

[02:48:49] Oh, yeah.

[02:48:51] What are you doing up?

[02:48:53] Waiting for you.

[02:48:55] I love you.

[02:48:56] I love you too, but what's up?

[02:49:00] I'm an honorary staff sergeant under Master Gunnery Sergeant Nicleton's command.

[02:49:07] General Merkley asked me to join officially and I did.

[02:49:11] Bennett's in a cell and Virgis is back in town.

[02:49:16] I thought after Vegas we were done.

[02:49:19] You said you were done.

[02:49:21] You know I'll never get away now.

[02:49:24] What am I going to tell my dad?

[02:49:27] I don't know, Vince.

[02:49:29] But they need me here.

[02:49:31] Merkley needs me.

[02:49:33] He's not going to let me go.

[02:49:35] His soldiers follow me.

[02:49:37] And if the feds find me and kill me, it would hurt the cause too much.

[02:49:42] Merkley got to you.

[02:49:45] You let him get to you.

[02:49:47] Why?

[02:49:47] Because of Bennett?

[02:49:49] You agree?

[02:49:51] And Bennett gets off easier.

[02:49:53] No, Vince.

[02:49:54] He got to me because he's right.

[02:49:57] Bennett will face the consequences of his actions.

[02:50:00] These people will need help and hope.

[02:50:03] And I can provide both.

[02:50:05] We have a place here.

[02:50:06] We can make a difference.

[02:50:08] Well, I didn't have any immediate plan.

[02:50:13] But boy, my dad's going to be pissed.

[02:50:16] I know.

[02:51:58] Yes, sir.

[02:51:59] Wayne, Rick, James, I have a job for you.

[02:52:02] Yes, sir.

[02:52:03] My house girl needs an escort.

[02:52:05] You will accompany her and Margaret when they go to the marketplace.

[02:52:09] What about Nate, sir?

[02:52:10] What about him?

[02:52:11] Um, nothing, sir.

[02:52:13] The girl's name is Jenny.

[02:52:14] If you boys touch this girl or allow anyone else to, I will skin you alive.

[02:52:19] And you'll pray for death.

[02:52:21] Yes, sir.

[02:52:22] You're dismissed.

[02:52:23] Hi.

[02:52:26] Where the hell are you going?

[02:52:27] I thought you said...

[02:52:28] I told them to guard her.

[02:52:30] Did I mention your name?

[02:52:32] No, sir.

[02:52:32] After training each day, you'll start a private session with Mr. Lee, Anthony, Sergey, and myself.

[02:52:38] Yes, sir.

[02:52:40] Does Sergey have you snapping with Rick and James?

[02:52:42] Yes, sir.

[02:52:43] Plus using a shotgun and a schema for close quarters.

[02:52:47] Although, I wanted to train with the archers.

[02:52:49] There's no reason for it if you're sniping.

[02:52:51] It keeps you out of the mid-range fight.

[02:52:53] But I would be even more stealthy if I could shoot arrows.

[02:52:56] No, I agree with Sergey.

[02:52:58] Stick to the sticks, boy.

[02:52:59] Yes, sir.

[02:53:00] I expect at least two of you to lead crews one day.

[02:53:03] Wayne has shown he's a capable leader.

[02:53:05] This is your shot to claim the next spot.

[02:53:07] Thank you, TJ.

[02:53:08] I won't let you down.

[02:53:09] We'll see.

[02:53:19] Bowman.

[02:53:19] If you have a moment, I have news from the West.

[02:53:22] Did you just get in?

[02:53:23] Yes, sir.

[02:53:24] I came straight to you.

[02:53:25] Good news or bad news?

[02:53:26] Good news, sir.

[02:53:28] Go get a shower and some food and come to my home later.

[02:53:30] The boys and I are drinking tonight.

[02:53:32] There'll be liquor and women.

[02:53:34] Thank you, sir.

[02:53:44] Morning, Danny.

[02:53:46] Where is everyone?

[02:53:47] Dad went to talk with Grandpa before he left for the medical facility.

[02:53:52] They tried to whisper, but I heard them arguing.

[02:53:55] Grandpa left for the medical center.

[02:53:58] And Dad said he needed to take a walk to think.

[02:54:02] Grandma is in her tent.

[02:54:04] Still getting ready to go to the school.

[02:54:07] Star went to the kitchen to help with breakfast.

[02:54:10] Dexter and Johnny have guard duty in the tower.

[02:54:13] Megan left to help check in new refugees.

[02:54:16] I'm just waiting for you.

[02:54:18] I'm starting training with a group of boys at camp today.

[02:54:22] It was either that or school.

[02:54:24] I'd rather learn to fight better.

[02:54:26] I think he should have chosen school.

[02:54:28] It's never worked out well, Grandma.

[02:54:31] I'm going to stay here and take care of the laundry.

[02:54:33] Sounds good.

[02:54:34] I love you, Mom.

[02:55:16] First Sergeant, you look chipper for a man who spent the night in a cell.

[02:55:21] It's Sergeant Bennett again.

[02:55:23] It's okay.

[02:55:24] I get to do what I love.

[02:55:26] Train.

[02:55:27] You're with me, Daniel.

[02:55:29] What?

[02:55:31] General Merkley made me an official Staff Sergeant.

[02:55:34] That means you have to follow my orders.

[02:55:38] Great.

[02:55:38] Just great.

[02:55:39] In that case, with your permission, I'll take Cadet Case with me, ma'am.

[02:55:43] That's fine.

[02:55:44] You two are dismissed.

[02:55:46] Meet you at the weight room later?

[02:55:48] You got it, ma'am.

[02:56:01] Victoria Gleason?

[02:56:02] Do I know you?

[02:56:04] Wait.

[02:56:08] Yeah.

[02:56:09] But here I'm Staff Sergeant Karen Case.

[02:56:11] I knew it was you.

[02:56:13] Did you continue training after you were adopted?

[02:56:16] I did in secret.

[02:56:18] I never should have left.

[02:56:20] You were one of my very first students.

[02:56:23] What you taught me is all that kept me alive.

[02:56:26] As soon as I got the chance to join the Merks, I didn't hesitate.

[02:56:31] We're going to take those federal bastards out.

[02:56:34] What are you doing here?

[02:56:36] They flew me here after we liberated the Las Vegas camp.

[02:56:39] You were there?

[02:56:40] Yep.

[02:56:41] We got Greg's family out too.

[02:56:43] Where is he?

[02:56:44] Still in Nevada.

[02:56:46] His trucks are going to get him.

[02:56:48] Let's go, ladies.

[02:56:49] We're burning daylight.

[02:57:07] There are so many.

[02:57:11] Best in a meal.

[02:57:12] There's way too many to settle in one place.

[02:57:15] Once we retake the north, there will be plenty of space.

[02:57:18] Much rather be spending the day with her than you two.

[02:57:24] With Megan?

[02:57:25] Yeah.

[02:57:25] We had such a good time in the city last night.

[02:57:29] I think I'm beginning to love that girl.

[02:57:32] She's like your sister, right?

[02:57:34] Or your aunt because your grandparents adopted her?

[02:57:37] Exactly.

[02:57:39] Adopted.

[02:57:40] We're not blood.

[02:57:41] And I think she's hot.

[02:57:46] Nothing beats tower duty.

[02:57:47] Look at the line, Dexter.

[02:57:49] Oh my gosh, Johnny.

[02:57:51] Look.

[02:57:52] It goes for miles.

[02:57:54] I'll take the spotting scope first.

[02:57:56] Keep your eye on that rifle.

[02:57:57] Yes, sir.

[02:57:59] I wonder what their stories are.

[02:58:01] You know the story, Dex?

[02:58:03] I had a home and a life, and we lost it all.

[02:58:05] We had loved ones, and we lost them.

[02:58:08] We had mothers and fathers.

[02:58:12] You think he's still alive?

[02:58:14] Your dad?

[02:58:15] Yes, my dad.

[02:58:16] No news is good news.

[02:58:18] Burgess didn't say anything.

[02:58:20] All we gotta do is cross the Ogallala Lake, and we're in Kansas.

[02:58:24] I've heard the feds are building a floating city out there, Johnny.

[02:58:28] The longer we wait, the less chance we'll have.

[02:58:31] I don't know, Johnny.

[02:58:33] We need more intelligence before we can go.

[02:58:37] We'll wait to find out what Cassidy's scouting party has to say when they get back.

[02:58:42] They're not going to be back for two weeks.

[02:58:44] But you're right.

[02:58:45] We need the info.

[02:58:46] It's my turn with the rifle.

[02:58:52] My brother must be done with the morning training.

[02:58:54] He's down there with his drawings.

[02:58:56] He's been quiet lately.

[02:58:58] Hey, Dex.

[02:58:58] Check out the dude at two o'clock.

[02:59:00] All of Daniel's friends got left behind again.

[02:59:03] You mean the guy in the trench coat in the middle of the day?

[02:59:06] Gate, this is Overwatch.

[02:59:10] We have a potential hostile at your 12 o'clock.

[02:59:13] Caucasian man in a black trench coat.

[02:59:17] Here come the mercs.

[02:59:19] Weapons surrendered.

[02:59:20] Do they give him back if he's cool?

[02:59:22] They'll probably take him to the other gate and let him go.

[02:59:25] They don't have time to deal with that crap.

[02:59:26] Makes sense.

[02:59:28] Dex, you're not watching the crowd.

[02:59:30] You're watching your brother.

[02:59:31] He's drawing them.

[02:59:33] The refugees?

[02:59:34] Yeah, he draws characters of them and gives it to them.

[02:59:38] That's cool.

[02:59:38] It's nice to see him smile.

[02:59:40] You're such a hopeless romantic.

[02:59:42] It's my turn with the scope.

[02:59:44] Who's that guy with him?

[02:59:46] I don't know, dude.

[02:59:48] But Daniel could probably take that guy.

[02:59:50] No problem.

[02:59:53] Man, those homes look nice and cozy.

[02:59:57] Imagine settling down there with a family.

[03:00:00] Dex, we aren't supposed to be watching the homesteads.

[03:00:03] Johnny, look out over there.

[03:00:05] Where?

[03:00:06] The edge of the tree line.

[03:00:07] Out at the horizon.

[03:00:09] Is that a coyote?

[03:00:10] It wouldn't be out in the middle of the day.

[03:00:12] It is, dude.

[03:00:14] It is?

[03:00:14] What's it looking at?

[03:00:16] It's watching those kids in the sandbox.

[03:00:18] Where's their mom?

[03:00:20] She's over there, hanging the clothes on the line.

[03:00:22] It's moving.

[03:00:23] It's going for the kid.

[03:00:24] It didn't even flinch.

[03:00:31] It's a long shot.

[03:00:32] 862 yards.

[03:00:33] Shoot.

[03:00:34] It's got the kid.

[03:00:36] Five meters left.

[03:00:40] You got it.

[03:00:41] Here comes mama.

[03:00:42] She's waving.

[03:00:43] Dex, what's up?

[03:00:44] That was an excellent shot.

[03:00:45] Yeah, but we're not supposed to look over there, let alone shoot.

[03:00:50] You saved that kid.

[03:00:51] Things don't always work out like you think they should, Johnny.

[03:00:55] Or you're just being a worrywart.

[03:00:58] Status report, Corporal Johnson.

[03:01:00] Oh, shit.

[03:01:02] Shh.

[03:01:03] Shots were fired at a coyote attacking a child on an adjoining homesteader's property.

[03:01:08] Dispatched?

[03:01:09] Yes, sir.

[03:01:14] See, bro?

[03:01:15] Nothing to worry about.

[03:01:35] Sorry, sir.

[03:01:36] No, you're not.

[03:01:37] Or you would have been here sooner.

[03:01:38] What do you need, sir?

[03:01:39] Did you talk to Serge about Guy?

[03:01:41] I talked to Guy.

[03:01:42] That's not what I asked.

[03:01:44] No, sir.

[03:01:45] Talk to him tonight.

[03:01:46] I will, sir.

[03:01:47] It's your next mission.

[03:01:49] You know, sir, I'm not sure.

[03:01:52] We're moving people on schedule.

[03:01:53] Our supplies are staying stocked.

[03:01:55] Our borders and our lands are secure.

[03:01:57] Sounds like you're ready to get fat and happy.

[03:01:59] I'm ready to do some relaxing.

[03:02:01] That's for sure.

[03:02:04] Dolores is a wild woman.

[03:02:06] She's intelligent and interesting to talk to.

[03:02:09] Another refugee whore.

[03:02:11] She's not, Mr. Lee.

[03:02:12] She was a leader and a coordinator.

[03:02:14] I'm going to keep her for sure.

[03:02:17] DJ!

[03:02:18] There you are.

[03:02:19] I finally made it to the party early and you weren't there.

[03:02:23] Looks like you've already been at it for a while, Chuck.

[03:02:25] Nonsense.

[03:02:26] I've only had a couple.

[03:02:27] You coming, Robert?

[03:02:30] I'm not going over there with you, bunch of fools.

[03:02:32] Oh, come on.

[03:02:33] We'll rock and roll like we used to.

[03:02:36] I've gotten early morning with the juniors and plenty of warmth in my bed.

[03:02:40] Come on, TJ.

[03:02:42] If Robert wants to act like an old man, I guess we have to let him.

[03:02:45] Good night, Mr. Lee.

[03:02:46] Good night, sir.

[03:02:50] You brought your bike over?

[03:02:51] Of course.

[03:02:52] Let me drive it back.

[03:03:55] I have to ride it, TJ.

[03:03:55] See that.

[03:03:56] So you want me to babysit, sir?

[03:03:59] You're the dad, right?

[03:04:02] I guess you're right, sir.

[03:04:04] I'll take care of it.

[03:04:20] It's about time.

[03:04:22] That's the second time I've heard that tonight.

[03:04:24] What has been taking you so long, brother?

[03:04:27] Liberto has made us up a special batch of vodka for tonight.

[03:04:31] Keep it together, Yuri.

[03:04:33] There's plenty of time.

[03:04:36] I told him he could ride my bike.

[03:04:38] I'm surprised he didn't take you up on that offer.

[03:04:42] He loves acting like a bitch.

[03:04:45] Sergey, don't you star tonight.

[03:04:47] I'll kick your ass.

[03:04:49] Sergey didn't mean anything by it.

[03:04:51] Let's sit down and drink.

[03:04:56] But pour me one.

[03:04:58] TJ, did you see that girl that I brought to you?

[03:05:00] Where is Dolores?

[03:05:01] Don't worry about her.

[03:05:09] This girl, TJ.

[03:05:11] And look.

[03:05:13] Soft virgin skin.

[03:05:21] Bet she's sweet, too.

[03:05:22] You know that she is.

[03:05:25] I still want to drive that bike.

[03:05:27] I gave you Caitlin for that gas tank.

[03:05:31] I don't know, TJ.

[03:05:33] Why don't we do some more drinking first?

[03:06:09] Your mom went to the laundry facility.

[03:06:12] She said she'd grab lunch over there and bring some back.

[03:06:16] You want to come with me?

[03:06:18] Dexter and Johnny will eat up the extra food later.

[03:06:21] Sure.

[03:06:22] I'd love to get out of here.

[03:07:00] What's up, Erica?

[03:07:02] Did you have a good morning?

[03:07:04] Yeah.

[03:07:05] It was fine.

[03:07:07] Do you remember Victoria Gleason?

[03:07:10] She was one of my first students in Vegas and used to organize all those community events.

[03:07:15] Remember, she was adopted out in the first wave.

[03:07:18] Oh, yeah.

[03:07:19] She's in my unit.

[03:07:21] Wow.

[03:07:22] How is she?

[03:07:24] Different.

[03:07:25] Erica, we're all healing.

[03:07:28] Give it time.

[03:07:30] Hey, you gotta buck up.

[03:07:32] We're doing the best we can.

[03:07:34] Life is too short to live it depressed.

[03:07:37] Why hide that beautiful smile from me?

[03:07:41] There it is.

[03:07:43] Vince.

[03:07:44] I love you.

[03:07:45] You know that, don't you?

[03:07:48] Yeah, I think you told me that a time or two.

[03:07:57] Have to be smart.

[03:08:23] Gleason.

[03:08:24] Good to see you again.

[03:08:25] You remember Eddie, right?

[03:08:27] Yes, Mr. Case.

[03:08:29] How have you been?

[03:08:30] I've been better.

[03:08:32] Looks like it.

[03:08:33] You just finishing up?

[03:08:35] No, I've been waiting for you.

[03:08:37] Master Gunnery Sergeant Nickleton asked for volunteers for your guard duty, and I took position.

[03:08:44] Excellent.

[03:08:45] Let's go get some lunch.

[03:08:46] What's this now?

[03:08:48] General Merkley said he was assigning me a guard.

[03:08:51] It's Victoria.

[03:08:53] Does he know your guys' history?

[03:08:56] Obviously not.

[03:08:57] Burgess and Bennett wouldn't even know about that.

[03:09:04] Is that your daughter working in the kitchen?

[03:09:06] What's her name again?

[03:09:08] Yep, that's Jen.

[03:09:10] She's all grown up.

[03:09:11] I should say so.

[03:09:13] How old is she now?

[03:09:14] She just turned 20 at the beginning of the month, if you can believe that.

[03:09:18] Yeah, it seems like she was an eight-year-old girl with all that wavy hair just yesterday.

[03:09:26] She just turned 20?

[03:09:28] Time flies, doesn't it?

[03:09:30] Come on, ladies.

[03:09:31] The line's moving.

[03:09:33] Oh, salad greens and fresh tomatoes, rabbit, and protein cakes.

[03:09:40] Looks like a mix of dried meat, fruit, acorn flour, and honey.

[03:09:45] Looks like yum, yum.

[03:09:48] What will you do when you get all healed up, Eddie?

[03:09:52] Hands are needed out in the fields.

[03:09:54] And soldiers are needed in the Merk army.

[03:09:58] I know.

[03:09:59] I train.

[03:10:00] And I'll be in the battle.

[03:10:01] But I'd rather work out in the gardens than fight all day.

[03:10:05] Keeps you prepared.

[03:10:07] I'll be prepared when the time comes.

[03:10:09] And it always comes too soon.

[03:10:12] That's why you enjoy each moment.

[03:10:15] And I'm going to enjoy this lunch.

[03:10:35] Dinner's going to taste good tonight.

[03:10:37] That was a long day.

[03:10:40] Corporal, how the heck have you been?

[03:10:45] Trucker enough.

[03:10:47] Sir, I've been better.

[03:10:48] How's life treating Staff Sergeant Merkley?

[03:10:50] Buzzy.

[03:10:51] Buzzy?

[03:10:51] I understand we had a shooting incident today.

[03:10:54] Shots fired into a homestead?

[03:10:56] Yes, sir.

[03:10:57] Private First Class Case took the shot to eliminate a hostile animal on the property, sir.

[03:11:01] Lieutenant Colonel Jackson would like to see the two of you in his office immediately.

[03:11:06] Yes, sir.

[03:11:09] Here we go.

[03:11:11] I don't know what to tell you.

[03:11:12] I heard shots this afternoon.

[03:11:20] What happened?

[03:11:22] Coyote attacked a homesteader's kid.

[03:11:24] Did you kill it?

[03:11:26] Course I did.

[03:11:27] Now I have to go explain it to Lieutenant Colonel Jackson.

[03:11:30] Do you want me to wait for you to go to supper?

[03:11:33] No, go with my grandma and grandpa.

[03:11:35] I'll grab some chat with Johnny when we're done.

[03:11:38] I don't know how long this will take.

[03:11:40] Don't worry.

[03:11:42] Everything will be fine.

[03:11:43] We'll catch up later.

[03:11:45] See you then.

[03:11:51] Dexter, snap out of it, man.

[03:11:53] You gotta be on your game to meet Lieutenant Colonel Jackson.

[03:11:55] I know, Johnny.

[03:11:56] I am.

[03:12:09] Corporal Johnson in Private First Class Case.

[03:12:13] But that's not who you boys are, is it?

[03:12:15] No, sir.

[03:12:16] I'm sorry about your father, Johnny.

[03:12:19] Thank you, sir.

[03:12:20] But we still have a job to do here, don't we, Corporal?

[03:12:23] Yes, sir, we do.

[03:12:24] Your team fired shots today.

[03:12:26] Yes, sir.

[03:12:27] Private First Class Case spotted the hostile animal and discharged his weapon for the child's sake.

[03:12:32] Private First Class Case, did you fire the shots?

[03:12:35] Yes, sir.

[03:12:36] You have a closed file.

[03:12:37] Were you authorized to shoot into a homestead property, son?

[03:12:41] No, sir, I was not.

[03:12:42] Did you discharge your weapon before or after the animal attacked the child?

[03:12:45] Sir, I saw the animal leave the wood line headed for the child.

[03:12:50] I took one shot then, but it was about 875 yards long.

[03:12:55] I missed and the animal took the child.

[03:12:58] I fired another shot and I missed.

[03:13:01] Received corrections from my spotter and took the kill shot.

[03:13:05] Even though it was against orders, you didn't hesitate to fire?

[03:13:09] No, sir.

[03:13:14] What would you do if you were in my shoes, son?

[03:13:18] Sir, I would understand that a child's life was at risk and offer the Private First Class a steak dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy.

[03:13:27] Son, I don't know what to do about the steak, but I couldn't agree more.

[03:13:31] We don't only need soldiers who can follow orders, we need men who can think.

[03:13:35] Let me introduce you to Mr. James Creed.

[03:13:38] His father is Lars Creed, the owner of the 10,000 acres that make up the homesteader's compound.

[03:13:43] His son, Frederick, is the boy whose life you saved today.

[03:13:47] Very nice to meet you, Private First Class Case.

[03:13:51] Thank you for taking the shot.

[03:13:54] I am in your debt.

[03:13:56] You're welcome, sir.

[03:13:58] I grew up watching out for my little brother.

[03:14:00] I wouldn't have let anything happen to your son if I could have helped.

[03:14:04] It is nice to know you are up there.

[03:14:07] You two are dismissed.

[03:14:08] Go get some chow.

[03:14:17] See, dude, I told you.

[03:14:18] Sometimes it pays to do the right thing.

[03:14:20] Private First Class case.

[03:14:23] I may be able to help you with that steak.

[03:14:27] And you too, corporal.

[03:14:29] Thanks, sir.

[03:14:30] I appreciate that.

[03:14:31] But I should go check in with my parents.

[03:14:34] Nonsense.

[03:14:35] A man of your age should be free to decide where he's going to eat.

[03:14:40] And I'd be offended if you turned my hospitality down.

[03:14:45] Just in that case, I'd be honored, sir.

[03:14:48] That was impressive, Cupcake.

[03:15:10] You're doing good.

[03:15:11] Really?

[03:15:12] Thanks, Bennett.

[03:15:13] We've got a few months to hold out here before we go north.

[03:15:16] Cole told me Greg and Penny are safe and headed this way.

[03:15:20] Take time to enjoy your family.

[03:15:22] Stay sharp.

[03:15:23] But try to relax a little.

[03:15:25] Who knows what life will dish out for us next.

[03:15:27] But for now, we're good.

[03:15:29] I'm feeling pretty good, actually.

[03:15:31] Come on.

[03:15:32] I'll walk you home.

[03:15:33] There's no need.

[03:15:34] Staff Sergeant Gleason will escort me.

[03:15:37] This is Staff Sergeant Victoria Gleason.

[03:15:40] My bodyguard.

[03:15:41] Nice to meet you, Staff Sergeant.

[03:15:43] Nice to meet you as well, Sergeant.

[03:15:46] So let me get this straight, Cupcake.

[03:15:49] You let General Merkley give you an escort just like that.

[03:15:53] How long did I try to tell you that you needed an escort?

[03:15:56] He made sense, Bennett.

[03:15:58] We're on the same side.

[03:16:01] Never thought I'd see the day.

[03:16:03] What?

[03:16:03] I need to be safe.

[03:16:05] And kept under control?

[03:16:06] I have to tell you, I earned even deeper respect for General Merkley.

[03:16:11] Whatever.

[03:16:12] I'll see you later.

[03:16:21] How do you know him?

[03:16:23] In Vegas, we waited as long as possible before launching the plans to take the camp over.

[03:16:29] But that was the last straw when the infertility law was passed.

[03:16:33] They were coming to perform the procedure on Star.

[03:16:36] Daniel was old enough to survive without me.

[03:16:39] So I fought alongside Vince, Greg, and the whole crew.

[03:16:42] I cheered for you when word went around about the riot.

[03:16:47] I knew it was my old friends raising hell.

[03:16:52] Yeah, well, the rebellion was utterly squashed.

[03:16:56] I ended up in a metal prison facility they created to house unruly refugees.

[03:17:01] You don't have to talk about it if you don't want to.

[03:17:04] I don't.

[03:17:05] One day you should.

[03:17:07] That helps.

[03:17:08] The most ironic part is, when I was in that box, a soldier talked to me every day.

[03:17:14] And then he became my CEO for rescue squad training.

[03:17:18] It was Bennett.

[03:17:19] What?

[03:17:20] Seriously?

[03:17:21] Yeah, indeed.

[03:17:23] The Lord works in mysterious ways, Victoria.

[03:17:26] Long story short, he changed me and I changed him.

[03:17:29] He's been looking out for me and my family for a long time.

[03:17:47] Staff Sergeant Hindley is my replacement, Karen.

[03:17:51] I'll see you tomorrow.

[03:17:53] It's nice to meet you, ma'am.

[03:17:54] Kyle asked me to give you this letter from Miss Cassidy.

[03:17:57] Thanks.

[03:18:02] Hey, hon.

[03:18:03] What's that about?

[03:18:04] Merkley put a guard on me.

[03:18:06] I meant the note.

[03:18:07] Cassidy wants me to stay here until she gets here.

[03:18:11] She's talked with the Duncans and they send their love.

[03:18:14] She doesn't know when she will be back, but she has info for me and her brother is in the homesteads.

[03:18:20] Watch out for him.

[03:18:21] After your fight with Cassidy, it may be a good thing that you have that guard.

[03:18:26] I'm sure it'll be fine.

[03:18:28] Any news on Greg and Penny?

[03:18:29] Bennett said Cole has them and they are in route.

[03:18:32] That's good.

[03:18:33] I can't believe Bennett pulled us out and not them.

[03:18:37] What are your plans for tonight?

[03:18:40] Are you going to clean those guns again?

[03:18:43] No, I was going to sharpen my knives.

[03:18:45] You need a hobby.

[03:18:47] I have one, maintaining the weapons that have kept us alive.

[03:18:51] Well, I met a gentleman at the laundry today.

[03:18:55] Really?

[03:18:56] Yes, and he invited me to the concert in town tonight.

[03:18:59] Well, well, look at you, getting assed out on a date and dancing nonetheless.

[03:19:06] You going to go?

[03:19:07] I don't know.

[03:19:08] I miss Brett.

[03:19:10] What do you think?

[03:19:11] You should go.

[03:19:12] You've been through enough doom and gloom.

[03:19:14] You should live a little.

[03:19:15] Look who's talking.

[03:19:17] Vince is feeling better.

[03:19:19] Why don't you guys come with us?

[03:19:20] We'll see.

[03:19:21] Erica!

[03:19:23] What, Mom?

[03:19:24] You can't go on like this.

[03:19:26] Like what?

[03:19:27] Floating from battle to battle with nothing but training and weapons maintenance in between?

[03:19:32] This is my life, Mom.

[03:19:35] These are the cards I've been dealt.

[03:19:37] I'm the lone survivor of Sacramento.

[03:19:40] Remember?

[03:19:41] The hope of the free people.

[03:19:43] The savior of the refugees.

[03:19:45] Bennett said I'm doing perfectly.

[03:19:47] This is life.

[03:19:49] Bennett doesn't know anything other than training and fighting.

[03:19:52] He's too full of himself to take a moment to see that you're on a downhill slide.

[03:19:57] It's not healthy.

[03:19:59] Healthy.

[03:20:02] What's going on, ladies?

[03:20:04] Grandma was telling me about a man she met today.

[03:20:07] They're going to go to the concert tonight.

[03:20:09] Way to go, Grandma.

[03:20:10] I think I'm headed over there myself.

[03:20:12] Kyle said he's going.

[03:20:14] That boy is cute.

[03:20:15] I was trying to get Erica to come too.

[03:20:18] You should.

[03:20:19] It would be fun.

[03:20:22] What would be fun?

[03:20:24] Going to the concert tonight.

[03:20:25] You up to it?

[03:20:26] I'm going to need a nap first.

[03:20:29] But it sounds like an excellent idea to me.

[03:20:31] What do you think, baby?

[03:20:33] I was just going to chill tonight.

[03:20:36] But we could go if you want to.

[03:20:39] Great.

[03:20:39] Then I'll tell Walter it's a go.

[03:20:41] Who's Walter?

[03:20:43] Gentlemen, I met at the laundry.

[03:20:45] I wasn't sure about going with him.

[03:20:48] But if everyone else is, I'm game.

[03:20:51] You and I, the future is bright.

[03:20:54] I think something got stuck in the tire.

[03:21:49] You wrecked my baby.

[03:21:51] I'm sorry, Chuck.

[03:21:55] TJ, wrecked the bike.

[03:21:57] Where did you get your license, TJ?

[03:22:03] Oh, that's right.

[03:22:05] You never did.

[03:22:07] Sergey, shut your freaking mouth.

[03:22:09] Oh, look at that mess.

[03:22:12] Glad it wasn't my bike.

[03:22:14] Sergey, that's enough.

[03:22:17] Oh, my hard work.

[03:22:19] And now, TJ has turned it into a pile of scrap.

[03:22:24] Sergey.

[03:22:25] What, TJ?

[03:22:26] What?

[03:22:58] Guys have to stop.

[03:23:00] You're on the other.

[03:24:01] Two of you are going to hit that bag until one of y'all gives up.

[03:24:04] I mean, you can't hit harder than that, you freaking pussies.

[03:24:13] You didn't let TJ ride your bike?

[03:24:23] That man hasn't driven a car more than a dozen times.

[03:24:26] Sergey made sure to remind him of that in his own special way.

[03:24:29] Oh, I'm sure he did.

[03:24:31] They're going to be a while.

[03:24:32] You boys want another drink?

[03:24:34] Give me a bottle.

[03:24:48] Good evening, Mrs. Case.

[03:24:53] Come on, cheer up, baby.

[03:24:55] What's the worst that could happen?

[03:24:57] Heaven forbid we might have some fun tonight.

[03:25:00] Out having fun when we don't even know where our friends are?

[03:25:03] There's nothing we can do for them now.

[03:25:06] We just need to trust that they'll get home safely.

[03:25:10] Worrying about it is useless.

[03:25:12] I know.

[03:25:14] There you are.

[03:25:16] This is Walter.

[03:25:18] Hello, Mrs. Case.

[03:25:20] Nice to meet you.

[03:25:21] Hi.

[03:25:22] Nice to meet you.

[03:25:23] I understand you're from California.

[03:25:26] You must have an interesting story.

[03:25:30] That was a long time ago.

[03:25:32] We've been with the mercenary forces in the western region pretty much since the quake.

[03:25:36] Yes, your mother said you're quite the fighter.

[03:25:40] Not my thing anymore.

[03:25:43] If everyone would just put down their guns, maybe we could focus on rebuilding this country rather than destroying it.

[03:25:52] Yeah, maybe.

[03:25:53] Hi, I'm Eddie.

[03:25:56] And you must be the son-in-law.

[03:25:58] Yes, sir, I am.

[03:26:00] Good for you being able to hold your family together like that.

[03:26:04] Quite the rarity these days.

[03:26:07] But it looks like you've been in a heck of a battle recently.

[03:26:11] Let's say it was an exciting trip back to base this last go-round.

[03:26:16] What sort of work are you doing?

[03:26:18] I work with Lars over on the homestead farms.

[03:26:22] Lucky for me, I was doing laundry today and ran into Nancy here.

[03:26:28] That's something.

[03:26:37] Hi, Mom.

[03:26:38] Hey, guys.

[03:26:39] I'm so glad you decided to come.

[03:26:41] We're going to have so much fun tonight.

[03:26:44] Have you seen Dex?

[03:26:45] No, but I heard he got rewarded for his activities this afternoon.

[03:26:49] See, baby?

[03:26:50] He's fine.

[03:26:51] I'm sure he'll pop up in a little while.

[03:26:54] This town is really cute.

[03:27:00] I'm glad I came.

[03:27:02] This is going to be fun.

[03:27:04] It is.

[03:27:12] Dance?

[03:27:13] Hell yeah.

[03:27:14] Want to get a drink?

[03:27:15] Hell yeah.

[03:27:37] At least it goes down smooth.

[03:27:40] It's okay to relax, Erica.

[03:27:42] You know Hensley is hovering around somewhere back there.

[03:27:46] What do you mean?

[03:27:47] I'm chilling.

[03:27:48] No, you're not.

[03:27:49] You're scanning and analyzing.

[03:27:52] And now Bennett and Nickleton are here.

[03:27:55] Isn't that Miss Longlegs from the bar in Reno?

[03:28:00] I think so.

[03:28:03] How about that?

[03:28:34] No, not really.

[03:28:36] What's going on, baby?

[03:28:38] Nothing.

[03:28:39] I'm fine.

[03:28:40] You've been in a mood all afternoon.

[03:28:42] I thought Bennett gave you props this morning.

[03:28:45] He did.

[03:28:46] Then what's up?

[03:28:47] My mom.

[03:28:49] Yeah?

[03:28:50] My mom said I needed to find something else to do besides train and clean weapons.

[03:28:56] I was thinking about it.

[03:28:58] I don't know what else to do.

[03:29:01] You need to stay sharp, baby.

[03:29:03] She doesn't understand.

[03:29:06] Yeah.

[03:29:07] But I was thinking.

[03:29:09] How did I get here?

[03:29:12] Maybe I should find something else to do.

[03:29:14] That would be nice if we were in another reality.

[03:29:19] A lovely little basket weaving hobby, maybe?

[03:29:24] You're being hunted, Erica.

[03:29:27] The feds would love to have your head on a platter.

[03:29:30] You have to train so you can always defend yourself.

[03:29:34] And the people who love you have to be ready.

[03:29:38] Because we never know when they're coming.

[03:29:41] Just because we're safe for now doesn't mean we will be forever.

[03:29:47] You have to train.

[03:29:49] But tonight, when we have some fun, let's dance.

[03:29:58] Okay.

[03:30:38] Hello again.

[03:30:39] Didn't you want to go into town with the others?

[03:30:42] Not really.

[03:30:43] With everyone gone, it's quiet.

[03:30:45] And I can sketch landscapes.

[03:30:49] You're a fantastic artist.

[03:30:51] What's your name?

[03:30:52] I, uh...

[03:30:54] Danny Case.

[03:30:56] You draw like Michelangelo, but can't remember your name.

[03:31:01] Well, what's yours?

[03:31:03] My name's Aesop Rowan.

[03:31:05] But you can call me Mr. Rowan.

[03:31:07] Okay.

[03:31:09] Would you like to see my studio, Danny?

[03:31:11] You have a studio?

[03:31:13] Come with me.

[03:31:14] You can see it.

[03:31:40] The city community?

[03:31:41] Yes, sir.

[03:31:42] At the end.

[03:32:04] Oil painting.

[03:32:05] Have you ever tried?

[03:32:06] Oh, no.

[03:32:08] When I was young, people would give me watercolors now and then.

[03:32:13] I've made paints, and I have a good supply of sketching charcoal.

[03:32:17] But I've never seen paintings like this.

[03:32:20] I have an extra easel.

[03:32:22] Why don't you try to paint that river you were staring at?

[03:32:24] Really?

[03:32:25] On a canvas?

[03:32:27] Hair, the paints, and a palette.

[03:32:34] That's right.

[03:32:34] Don't be afraid of it.

[03:32:35] I didn't mean to disturb you.

[03:33:03] When you've created a scene this beautiful, you can interrupt my meditation anytime.

[03:33:09] You added lilies on the river bank.

[03:33:12] Huh.

[03:33:13] It needed more color.

[03:33:15] Is that okay?

[03:33:17] Your work is a projection of yourself.

[03:33:20] Did I do it right?

[03:33:22] There is no right and wrong.

[03:33:24] Oh, my goodness.

[03:33:25] It's dark out.

[03:33:26] My grandparents will be worried sick.

[03:33:28] Then go, boy.

[03:33:29] Here's a rag for your hands.

[03:33:31] Thank you so much, sir.

[03:33:33] That was awesome.

[03:33:34] I'll see you again soon.

[03:34:00] There you are, Daniel.

[03:34:02] Where have you been?

[03:34:04] We've been waiting for you to go to dinner.

[03:34:06] I'm sorry.

[03:34:07] I was out drawing and lost track of time.

[03:34:10] But it's been dark for an hour.

[03:34:13] I must have dozed off.

[03:34:15] It's too late for dinner now.

[03:34:17] I'm sorry, Grandma.

[03:34:19] Luckily, your sister works in the kitchen and brought us dinner.

[03:34:23] Come on.

[03:34:24] Let's eat.

[03:35:07] Have they been going at it all night?

[03:35:09] Yep.

[03:35:10] How long will it go on for?

[03:35:13] Until one of them gives up.

[03:35:15] How long will that be?

[03:35:17] One time.

[03:35:18] They went for three days.

[03:35:20] Three days?

[03:35:22] That's insanity.

[03:35:26] Doesn't matter because old-ass Sergei is about to give up.

[03:35:29] I'm still getting warmed up.

[03:35:32] Then quit hitting like a pussy.

[03:35:34] Oh, really?

[03:36:00] TJ, where's Mr. Lee?

[03:36:02] I need to talk to both of you now.

[03:36:05] TJ.

[03:36:06] What?

[03:36:07] One of our southern caravans was hit.

[03:36:09] What?

[03:36:10] The caravan from Mexico was hit last night.

[03:36:13] Oh, hell no.

[03:36:14] Come on.

[03:36:15] Go get us another drink.

[03:37:29] Thanks, baby.

[03:37:39] Save the homesteader's child today.

[03:37:41] Turns out it was James Creed's son and the grandson of Lars Creed, who owns the homestead community.

[03:37:51] Really?

[03:37:52] I couldn't.

[03:38:00] But it was good.

[03:38:08] She met him at the laundry.

[03:38:10] You don't like him?

[03:38:12] If he makes grandma smile again, he can't be too bad.

[03:38:21] Getting spoiled by the homesteaders?

[03:38:23] You'll have to introduce me.

[03:38:25] I'd love to check out the facilities.

[03:38:28] They must be producing a lot of food to run this operation.

[03:38:32] If that's okay, I came to steal your mom away for a minute.

[03:38:37] Sure.

[03:38:37] I'm going to go see if I can find someone to dance with.

[03:38:41] I think Megan is over there talking with some teenagers.

[03:38:44] I bet she'd love a partner.

[03:38:47] I bet she would.

[03:38:49] Come on, hon.

[03:38:50] What's up with you?

[03:38:52] It's a surprise.

[03:38:54] I know I agreed to a guard, but that guy is really starting to annoy me.

[03:39:02] You agreed to it.

[03:39:04] Come on out here.

[03:39:06] This beer is so fresh.

[03:39:14] Oh, what's that smell?

[03:39:17] Come and see.

[03:39:18] I know that smell, but it's been a long...

[03:39:23] Jump in the circle.

[03:39:32] You sure know how to cheer a gal up?

[03:39:35] I thought you might enjoy this.

[03:39:38] Hey, man.

[03:39:39] How are you doing tonight?

[03:39:41] Pretty darn good.

[03:39:43] I haven't seen you around here before.

[03:39:48] You part of the Merck reinforcements?

[03:39:51] We sure are.

[03:39:53] Here.

[03:39:54] You smoke much?

[03:39:56] It's been a while.

[03:39:57] I always preferred it to drinking, though.

[03:40:00] I hear you, sister.

[03:40:01] And the pain relief is so much better for you than aspirin and more effective than willow bar.

[03:40:09] True again.

[03:40:11] But now I have cotton now, and I could use that drink.

[03:40:15] Me too.

[03:40:16] Come on.

[03:40:42] There's my little cupcake.

[03:40:44] Hi, Sergeant Bennett.

[03:40:46] Hensley told me you guys were outside.

[03:40:48] Yeah?

[03:40:49] Is there a problem?

[03:40:51] No.

[03:40:54] I think you met Michelle.

[03:40:56] Oh, isn't she Miss Longlegs from Reno?

[03:41:01] Oh, uh, um...

[03:41:03] My name is Michelle Benson.

[03:41:05] Do you have a name other than Cupcake?

[03:41:09] Staff Sergeant Karen Case.

[03:41:11] Aren't you his superior now?

[03:41:14] Since the Merkley incident.

[03:41:16] And he has the nerve to call you Cupcake?

[03:41:21] That's a long story.

[03:41:24] You ladies go on and sit down.

[03:41:26] We'll bring the drinks over.

[03:41:27] Thanks, Bennett.

[03:41:29] Phew.

[03:41:30] That was amazing.

[03:41:31] Where's Kyle?

[03:41:33] Getting drinks with Dad and Bennett.

[03:41:37] Correction.

[03:41:38] I'm helping carry drinks back.

[03:41:40] What is this?

[03:41:42] Moonshine.

[03:41:43] Not just any moonshine.

[03:41:45] This is the maker's best.

[03:41:46] Over 190 proof.

[03:41:49] Hmm.

[03:41:50] Much of that stuff.

[03:41:59] You're gonna be sick.

[03:42:00] Here, Vince.

[03:42:01] You finish that.

[03:42:07] There's no one here by that name.

[03:42:10] I need to talk to Star.

[03:42:12] There's no one here by that name either, son.

[03:42:14] You need to leave now.

[03:42:15] But I really need to talk to Star.

[03:42:17] Do we have a problem here, Sergeant?

[03:42:19] Just some confused band member.

[03:42:21] He thought he knew one of the ladies here.

[03:42:23] Let's me and you discuss this outside.

[03:42:26] But...

[03:42:26] She'll meet you outside.

[03:42:32] You okay?

[03:42:33] Yeah.

[03:42:34] I just didn't think I'd run into them here.

[03:42:37] Forget it.

[03:42:38] We're having too much fun to worry about that.

[03:42:40] You know what?

[03:42:41] You're right, Mom.

[03:42:52] Slee isn't paying attention.

[03:42:54] What do you want to do?

[03:42:56] Let's go get a drink.

[03:42:58] Sounds good to me.

[03:42:59] We need another drink, sir.

[03:43:03] One of those big shots of moonshine.

[03:43:06] I'll tell you what.

[03:43:08] You give me a kiss and I'll give it to you free of charge.

[03:43:14] Here you go, ladies.

[03:43:16] Enjoy.

[03:43:18] Let's dance.

[03:43:21] I'm in.

[03:43:22] You smile.

[03:43:56] It's been a long...

[03:44:01] Does he have a black eye?

[03:44:07] The asshole deserves it.

[03:44:09] Time for another drink.

[03:44:11] Sure is.

[03:44:12] I wish the fans would catch that woman.

[03:44:19] Who cares about some survivor from Sacramento?

[03:44:24] She should have gone with the wave that took California.

[03:44:28] And we all be never off.

[03:44:31] Did you hear that?

[03:44:33] Just let it go, Mom.

[03:44:35] Wait, wait, wait.

[03:44:36] I want to hear this.

[03:44:38] She provided hope for all of us.

[03:44:41] I think she should be sainted.

[03:44:43] Some hope.

[03:44:45] Look what happened to all those innocent people in the North.

[03:44:50] And where is she now?

[03:44:52] She appears and causes all this chaos.

[03:44:56] And then disappears like a coward.

[03:45:00] I found her.

[03:45:02] I would kill her.

[03:45:03] Myself.

[03:45:04] I could trade her head to the fish for that bounty.

[03:45:12] That way and all this.

[03:45:14] Isn't someone gonna say something?

[03:45:18] Anyone?

[03:45:21] You got something to say about the lone survivor of Sacramento?

[03:45:25] Maybe I do.

[03:45:27] What do you care?

[03:45:29] Maybe you shut your pie hole before someone does it for you.

[03:45:33] Do you know who I am, you little bitch?

[03:45:36] Am I supposed to care?

[03:45:38] As far as I'm concerned, you're just some drunken whore

[03:45:42] who needs to have taste slap out her mouth.

[03:45:46] Let it go, Mom.

[03:45:48] She's not worth my time anyway.

[03:45:53] Sounds like one of you has a head on your shoulders.

[03:45:57] Maybe you should listen to your son of the daughter more.

[03:46:00] Really?

[03:46:01] She's all yours, Mom.

[03:46:03] Maybe you should watch your freaking mouth.

[03:48:01] Thank you for showing up.

[03:49:27] We got Family Feud Changing Earth Edition happening tonight.

[03:49:30] It's going to be an exciting show.

[03:49:32] We got Team TJ facing off against Team Virgis.

[03:49:36] Let's go ahead and meet Team Virgis, the challengers, tonight.

[03:49:41] Leading the team is Virgis.

[03:49:43] He's got his friends Hall, Cassidy, and Gear with him tonight.

[03:49:47] And they're going to be taking on TJ, Yuri, Nate, and Javier.

[03:49:52] So let's go ahead and get to our first question.

[03:49:55] Can I have TJ and Virgis up?

[03:50:01] TJ here.

[03:50:02] Ready and waiting.

[03:50:04] All righty.

[03:50:05] Here we go, guys.

[03:50:06] Top four answers on the board.

[03:50:08] Name something you'd hate to accidentally drop in the toilet.

[03:50:13] I need one of you to ding.

[03:50:19] You got a ding, ding, ding.

[03:50:21] Ding, ding.

[03:50:21] Up, Phil.

[03:50:24] Your phone.

[03:50:26] Phone.

[03:50:26] That's the number one answer.

[03:50:31] Are you guys going to pass or play?

[03:50:35] I think we'll play.

[03:50:36] All righty.

[03:50:37] All righty.

[03:50:39] Hall, name something you'd hate to accidentally drop in the toilet.

[03:50:47] Wallet.

[03:50:50] Wallet.

[03:50:51] We'll go wallet with money.

[03:50:53] There we go.

[03:50:54] That's the number four answer.

[03:50:59] Cassidy, can you name something you'd hate to accidentally drop in the toilet?

[03:51:05] Your toothbrush.

[03:51:07] Ding, ding, ding.

[03:51:08] Correct.

[03:51:09] That is the number two answer.

[03:51:14] One answer left on the board.

[03:51:16] Gear, do you know something you'd hate to accidentally drop in the toilet?

[03:51:23] Do I have to do Gear's voice?

[03:51:26] Absolutely.

[03:51:26] Absolutely.

[03:51:27] That's the only way we'd want to hear Gear.

[03:51:33] I'm going to save my wedding ring.

[03:51:36] Ding, ding, ding, ding.

[03:51:38] That clears the board, folks.

[03:51:41] I can't believe it.

[03:51:43] First up and we knocked it all apart.

[03:51:46] That's awesome.

[03:51:46] Clear the board.

[03:51:47] Excellent job.

[03:51:48] Always love to see Team TJ take it.

[03:51:53] We know what the team to beat is going to be.

[03:51:56] All righty.

[03:51:57] I need my next two contestants up.

[03:51:59] It's going to be Yuri and Hall.

[03:52:01] Can you each introduce yourself?

[03:52:03] Hall here.

[03:52:09] All righty, guys.

[03:52:11] This question, we have the top five answers.

[03:52:15] Name something a burglar would not want to see when he breaks into your house.

[03:52:21] Ding, ding.

[03:52:22] Oh, that's Hall.

[03:52:26] Big dog.

[03:52:27] Number one answer.

[03:52:30] You guys want to pass or play?

[03:52:33] Oh, we're definitely playing.

[03:52:35] All righty.

[03:52:37] Cassidy.

[03:52:39] Name something a burglar would not want to see when he breaks into a house.

[03:52:45] Send with my gun.

[03:52:47] Ding, ding, ding, ding.

[03:52:49] The number two answer.

[03:52:53] Now we are up to gear again.

[03:52:56] This big Viking god.

[03:52:58] Do you have the answer, too?

[03:53:00] Name something a burglar would not want to see when breaking into a house.

[03:53:07] I have an answer, but I don't know if it's the answer.

[03:53:12] I'm going to go with a club or a baseball bat.

[03:53:21] I'm sorry.

[03:53:22] That's your guys' first X.

[03:53:24] Thanks.

[03:53:25] That's going to bring us back to Virgis.

[03:53:28] Do you need me to repeat the question?

[03:53:32] Yeah, give it to me one more time.

[03:53:34] Name something a burglar would not want to see when he breaks into a house.

[03:53:47] A homeowner.

[03:53:52] That's strike two, guys.

[03:53:53] You only got one left, and the other team has a chance to take it.

[03:53:57] The other team can start deferring with each other on their signal group to come up with the answer.

[03:54:07] We are back to Hall.

[03:54:10] California, so it could be just about anything.

[03:54:14] Name something a burglar would not want to see when he breaks into a house.

[03:54:22] Alarm system.

[03:54:29] We're going to go over here to Team TJ.

[03:54:32] Have you guys had a chance to confer with each other?

[03:54:40] Variety TJ.

[03:54:42] Name something a burglar would not want to see when he breaks into a house.

[03:54:46] We're going to go with a naked homeowner.

[03:55:00] Sorry, that is incorrect.

[03:55:02] So Team Virgis gets the points.

[03:55:04] That's a double points round.

[03:55:07] And we are on to round three.

[03:55:11] Can I please have Nate and Cassidy?

[03:55:15] And will you guys introduce yourself, and then we'll get started.

[03:55:24] Hey, yo.

[03:55:25] Nate here.

[03:55:26] Ready to go.

[03:55:29] Cassidy Baker.

[03:55:31] All righty, guys.

[03:55:33] We got the top six answers this time.

[03:55:36] It's another double points round.

[03:55:39] Name something you wouldn't want to see on the runway as your plane is taking off.

[03:55:45] Ding, ding.

[03:55:46] Oh, Nate.

[03:55:48] A player.

[03:55:53] You know, burning.

[03:55:56] Eh.

[03:55:58] Cassidy.

[03:56:00] I have an answer.

[03:56:02] Your landing gear.

[03:56:06] I would not want to see the landing gear.

[03:56:08] Ding, ding, ding.

[03:56:09] That's the number four answer.

[03:56:11] Planned wings or parts?

[03:56:14] Would you guys like to play?

[03:56:18] You know what?

[03:56:18] I think we do.

[03:56:19] Let's try it.

[03:56:20] All righty.

[03:56:21] Gear.

[03:56:23] Name something you wouldn't want to see on the runway as your plane is taking off.

[03:56:33] Your luggage.

[03:56:35] Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.

[03:56:36] Number six answer.

[03:56:40] All righty.

[03:56:41] Back around to the leader, Virgis.

[03:56:44] Can you name something you wouldn't want to see on the runway

[03:56:47] as your plane is taking off?

[03:56:49] Another airplane.

[03:56:51] Ding, ding, ding.

[03:56:53] Number two answer.

[03:56:56] Moving right along the hall.

[03:56:59] Can you name something you wouldn't want to see on the runway

[03:57:02] as your plane is taking off?

[03:57:07] Police.

[03:57:09] Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.

[03:57:11] Police.

[03:57:13] All right.

[03:57:15] It's the number three answer.

[03:57:17] We still have the number one and number five answer left out there,

[03:57:21] and we're back to Cassidy.

[03:57:23] Can you name something you wouldn't want to see on the runway

[03:57:27] as your plane is taking off?

[03:57:29] Your pilot.

[03:57:33] Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.

[03:57:35] People, my pilot is the number five answer.

[03:57:39] We still got the number one answer up on the board here, folks.

[03:57:43] And we are back to gear.

[03:57:44] Go, Trish.

[03:57:46] Can you name something you wouldn't want to see on the runway

[03:57:49] as your plane is taking off?

[03:57:54] Large flock of birds.

[03:57:56] Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.

[03:57:58] And that sweeps the board again for Team Virgis.

[03:58:02] Wow.

[03:58:02] Oh, man.

[03:58:03] You guys are a fire.

[03:58:04] I can't believe we're doing this.

[03:58:06] And you're a pilot.

[03:58:07] What was that?

[03:58:07] You're a pilot.

[03:58:08] Way to go.

[03:58:14] That's crazy.

[03:58:15] Yeah, you're a pilot on the runway.

[03:58:19] That'd be a bad sign, I'm thinking.

[03:58:30] All righty, guys.

[03:58:31] Well, that is through the first three rounds,

[03:58:35] and Team Virgis is wiping the floor with Team TJ here.

[03:58:39] And this brings us to the last Fast Money round.

[03:58:46] So for this round, you're each going to pick one member of your team to represent you.

[03:58:54] And we're going to go through Fast Money.

[03:58:56] I'll ask Team Virgis' team first, since they have the most points going into the Fast Money round.

[03:59:03] So they get first chance.

[03:59:05] And then Team TJ, and whoever has the most points at the end of this round will get the round points.

[03:59:12] Everybody understand?

[03:59:17] We understand, Bullman.

[03:59:20] Who is Team TJ going to have represent them?

[03:59:30] Their baby face or haul, in my opinion.

[03:59:34] I think Nate should step up to the plate.

[03:59:38] Alright.

[03:59:39] And Team Virgis, who are you going to have represent your team?

[03:59:42] Don't you be looking at the car.

[03:59:45] I ain't looking at the car.

[03:59:48] I think my team is throwing me in front of this bus.

[03:59:51] I agree.

[03:59:53] Alright.

[03:59:54] We got a healthy lady, man.

[03:59:56] We got all the confidence in you.
