[00:03:42] Was Caught bringing in Some kind of Bioterrorism Agent That would destroy crops And we're here to study it And all that kind of stuff And we're supposed to buy that You know And live on that Little bit of juice So fundamentally Through executive order In the short term But through process In the long term China Russia Russia North Korea Iran Won't be allowed to buy Farmland in the United States
