But we're going to go to seventeen seventy six Live. And I love that idea, seventeen seventy six live, that we're living it, that it wasn't just a moment in our history, but it's an idea, a mentality that each one of us as Americans retain in our DNA. And so Lisa and Taylor, it is a pleasure to have you here on Church and State. Good to be here. Thank you so much. Yes, it's lovely, absolutely so. Number one, I want to inform people about a great event that we've got going here in Spokane. Actually that's right, Patriots here in the Spokane area, you can come to an event called Stop Starting Over Reclaim the American Dream. Lisa and Taylor, I'm so happy that you guys have brought this Spokane. What can the audience expect here? We're going to be going over at the Stop Starting Over event there, we're going to be going how to control your state, which is one thing, take control of your sovereignty, right, like, take control of your assets, your wealth, your income, streams, your rights. That's a really big one. A lot of people don't control their rights, and so we talk about controlling your state, and then how to operate through trust. So once you get control of your estate, now you've got to put it around and this comes from me being attacked over the January sixth. Stuff which I'm sure we'll talk about, is you've got to put your wealth and your assets in protected entities, so using trusts and then actually generating wealth. Right, there's no free lunches out there. But if you actually concentrate your efforts, A lot of people have a much larger estate, even people who think they don't don't then they really, you know, think once you protect it, then you can focus on growing it. When it's in your own name, there's a bleedoff there's taxes, taxes on the money you make, taxes on the money you owe, taxes on the things that you already bought with already tax money getting taxed again. Right when you put things into trust, you're able to limit the bleed off, which allows you to generate wealth and then of course grow it. So we kind of go through those steps to success and how to really reclaim your American dream. But first and foremost it starts with reclaiming your rights right and understanding what that means. How to actually enforce your constitutional protections versus running around claiming my civil rights. My civil rights, well, civil rights get legislated and changed every day. How do you actually approach situation and stand on your rights? There's a maximum law. When you stand on your rights, you injure no one. How do you effectively do that when you're on the side of the road with a police officer, stuff like that. You know, Taylor Riddle meed this, So why is it did every single one of these hyper elites are extremely wealthy. Why do they have all their money and trust? Why do people like Rockefeller have their money rolled into trusts? And the American people are over here screaming about their rights, as you said, and they have no idea how to actually protect their wealth. So in the Constitution, if you go to Article three, Section two, Article three, which is the judicial branch, Section two of that, it says the judicial PowerShell rest in all cases in law and equity. Law is termed there is the construct. Those are your legislations, your contract enforcements. The contract is the law, and then you have equity. Equity is well understood to be justice, fairness, right dealing, but more importantly, the interaction or to the intercourse of man to man. With the creation of the Federal Reserve in nineteen thirteen, we lost something critical. We lost equity. Money used to be measured in weights and measurements ounces, right, gold and silver witched over to a fiat currency system. It became a contract. Money is an IOU, and so with that, we don't have a lot of equity. We're not running around with gold and silver. We're running around with IOU contracts, which then puts commerce into the commercial realm and it's regulated by law. So as soon as they did that, all of a sudden, they can start legislating and restricting what used to be free commercial activity. Right, you and I could exchange gold and silver. Government had nothing to do with it. Well, now the government is in the middle of it. They determine how many dollars are floating around, they determine what those dollars can and cannot be used for. And so we get stuck into law where our contracts are measured in dollars, which means it's measured in treasury. Right. It just changes the whole game. And so that is why rich people use trusts. Trust are a product of equity. Trusts deal with real money, and so even if you're dealing with dollars, you put it into trust, it will act like real money. But we, on the other hand, get convinced to use corporations, which means you go to the state, you ask them for permission to incorporate a fictional entity. The trust is a fictional entity that existed long before the Constitution. It existed basically back to the time of Rome. Right, So rich people understand to project wealth into the future, you've got to use a trust. Us plebs or us peasants as I like to say, we get convinced to go petition the state for the inherent protections that come with a trust. Natively. You know, oh you need asset protection, do an LC. Oh you need tax advantages, do an escorp. Oh you need this. You know you want a retirement account, use a roth IRA or an IRA or four one K. All of those different features that they create in all the different corporate structures and all the different benefit programs where the government is part of the deal, those are available natively in a trust. So that's how we are objective at seventeen seventy six Live is to help people realize that, internalize it. And you know, Carnegie put one dollar to start a trust in. Rockefeller put one dollar to start a trust in. I think the Rothchild's are on their seventh generation of the same trust right, So we have to take that power back. No attorney is going to give this to you. They practice at law, right, they practice that commercial world. They want to create the construct. They're under the state, they're officers of the court. Okay, so we've got to take it for ourselves. We have to do it. You've got to learn how to do it. You've got to manage your state, develop trusts, and then you can go generate wealth. Just like the big dogs, they all started with a dollar you can too. I absolutely love that. At least I want to bring you into the conversation as well. Seventeen seventy six Alive. Obviously, we're going to be hearing some great information about how to actually have generational, purpose driven wealth, that we're going to be exiting the corporate system that they established a very long time ago. What are some other reasons that people might want to come to an event such as this and Spokane. I think one of the key pieces that we're communicating is this idea of stop starting over. And I remember the first time I heard Taylor say that was on his podcast, Peasant's Perspective, and he's talking about how they keep moving and you figure it out and you have yourself organized in this construct of reducing taxes. Right, all of us who have been entrepreneurs, we've owned businesses, we have decades of reducing our taxes. Start an LLC, start a corporation, move things around, and you're constantly starting over again. But the reality is you don't have to. You can establish something through trust that can function through the vehicle of the trust allows you to do it in the public and the private, whereas without the trust you can't do that you're doing everything in the public. And the key to what has happened with Taylor in his life and this experience of J six is the comprehension of how important it is to be as private as possible but still have the vehicle to contract in the public when you need to. Right, we can't go to the point where we're living on a homestead. You know, the Amish have that down, right, but we're not Amish. So we need a vehicle to be able to do this. And we teach through community and education and applied practice how to do this, how to live in the private and each family, each each member we have we're a PMA Private member association, comes with a unique set of circumstances and needs for their family so that they don't have to start all over again. And what Taylor does that is so brilliant is he is? And this is how I fell in love with him because we met in an equity class and I watched him address these people. We had hundreds of people in this course, and he would address them and their unique situation how to apply equity, which equity is not what everybody thinks it is. Way we're using that word it's not equity inclusion or the equity in your homes. All less equality. They misuse that word. Yeah, I'll let him speak to that. But that's part of what we're going to discuss at the conference. And we believe in this power of community of taking these concepts and making them practical. So we have these sessions where any member can attend and look at their unique constitution of a family and need, and Taylor does a mapping of how they can learn the liberty. The contract is their contracts. What we're creating in these trusts and what you can do with them and how it can best serve your family. Then you've learned a duplicatable system as opposed to going and hiring and attorneyed when we had our daughter and we have a trust that would never protect our assets, which would make us start starting all over again over and over her. So when you come to this conference, you will see proof of what we're doing and that it works, and meet other people that are actively participating. And we believe that this community aspect is key to succeeding. It's we the people, right. I absolutely love that At least I got to tell you that the community is so important to what we're trying to do here as patriots, as Christians, the people who love Jesus, who love the foundation of this country. And you're right, we have to stop starting over. We stop have to stop beating our head against the wall expecting different results, because we've seen that, We've seen people that have had plans. We've seen we saw the Tea parreaty come about, and we were going to have this green, grand transformation and it never materialized. And so I think what we need to be doing is actually ensuring that the people, your average citizen is able to come out and say I'm not operating under the system anymore. That's the beauty of what we have here is that no matter what the enemy attempts, they cannot squash the human spirit. And I think that's what we have right here, is that individuals looking at it and saying there's a different there's a different way to attack this issue. That's what you guys have. With that. Taylor, I'd love to talk to you a little bit about J six because there's a lot of interest in this. Obviously you went through some horrific things, really brought on by your own government. But please tell the audience the story here, how you got involved and ultimately the m result. Well, you know, I had a I've got an interesting life trajectory. But ultimately, right before J six, I was a small business owner. I owned an excavation, septic installation, sebject design company here in the area. And the reason I was in the industry was because I felt like it was one of the last few honest industries. You know, I'll put in your septic tank, you can flush your toilet, give me a dollar. That's a fair trade. I'd come from mortgages and insurance and you know, flipping houses and a lot of that is just ethereal and it just didn't feel right. So by the time twenty twenty rolled around and we started having COVID nonsense, Trump was being impeached, I decided to wake up early in the morning and do a podcast, which is the peasants' perspective. And so as I followed the news and I followed the election. My other background is I have a political science degree, right, so useless degree except for you can see through the news and I thought, they're still in this election. They're suspending state constitution. So by the time the election rolled around and Joe Biden got you know, twenty million extra votes, I was like, there's no way this is right. And I was right on the front of all of that, just watching it in the news cycle. And most Americans, you know, you just go to work, you do your thing, maybe you turn on this radio show, but you're not steeped in every little thing. So by the time Trump, you know, January sixth rolls around, he says, come to DC show your support, storm the Capitol. I don't know if he said storm the capitol, you know, but you know it'll be wild. I was like, I'm going to go at worst case scenario, it'll be his last rally, and I had never been to one living in Washington State, so I wanted to go. And best case scenario, we follow the constitutional paths and the votes back to the legislature and kind of do that number. So I showed up, listened to the whole speech. By the time I made my way to the capitol, capitol had already been breached. I didn't know that, and I made my way up kind of under the bleachers, unobstructed, and eventually the officers erected a bike rack in front of me. I had a bullhorn with me, it was in my backpack, and I was going to do like I had a friend there that was going to take some video footage for the podcast, and so I gave a little speech, you know, election's been stolen, very articulate, no swear words, because I knew it was going to be published. But the crowd, I'd helped the crowd kind of fill in. You'd have to see where we were at. It was really the stairwell outside of the capitol. I never went in. They'd erected these barricades and behind them prot testers were walking up against the capitol. So it felt very arbitrary. So it was like, and you know, I'm from Seattle. We just lived through Chaz Chops, so I'm like, oh, these barricades are meant to be moved, right, So I said in the bullhorn. You know, let's move the barricades inch by inch, foot by foot. We just want to touch the walls. I even said the words, we won't even break the windows, having no knowledge that windows were being broken anywhere. And I said one, two, three go. And when I did that, rather than the gate go inch by inch, somebody really shoved the gate. Gate went into the air. I held on pepper spray was flying. Officer touched me in the face. I fell back, touched his arm. Eventually made my way out. The whole thing lasted twelve seconds, and made my way back down, you know, went home, and I kind of thought nothing of it. I went back up to the police line to get my hat and glasses. Later they didn't care, you know, they knew who I was. Whatever, here's your glasses, there's your hat that'd fallen off, and went home. About a week later, FBI showed up at my house. I wasn't home. A neighbor called me and said, hey, FBI's at your house. They gave me a card. Call this guy. I did an FBI interview over the phone. He said, I told him everything, total disclosure. I had nothing to hide. I mean, what's the worst thing that we'd give me, you know, some misdemeanor mischief charge or something, and I figured maybe a sixty five dollars ticket welcome to DC or a protester kind of ticket. And he said, oh, there's no big deal. I just have to follow up on all the leads. Okay, great. A week later, I was scrolling through Twitter and Rick Grnell posted a picture saying why are they going after the JA sixers? They didn't go after Antifa? And right there was my wanted poster and I was like, oh, this is wow serious than I thought. So I called and emailed the FBI agent that had made contact with me. I said, hey, I saw the wanted poster. I'd like your phone interview and this thing to you know, cancel each other out so I can be done. And he called me a day later, Hey, DC wants us to meet. So we met outside of a Starbucks down in Port Orchard, Washington, and you know, they showed me the little video on their little secure phone of the thing is that you Yeah, And it was interesting because both officers are from the Seattle area. One of them's from the Vancouver area, and he went down to the Maultnomal courthouse for sixty nights in a road to defend it in twenty twenty. So we're watching this video and the one the one goes, I saw a lot worse down in Portland, like misdemeanor mischief at best, and then the other one goes, it's fifty to fifty if you even get charged. It's like okay. So then then they pull out the warrant and they've got a multi page warrant. They were going to raid my house and stuff, but I had proactively gone to them. So they're like, listen, if you give us your cell phone, this will satisfy the warrant, we won't raid your house. Okay, here's my cell phone. And then I drove away and I was like, okay, well, I guess they're going to go through my phone and realize that I'm not a part of any militia and I didn't go with any intent to do violence. You know. In fact, there's lots of exculpatory information, Like I had a guy I was traveling with, Are you gonna bring any body armor? No? Why would I do that? Like if there's any trouble upgoing the other direction, you know. So I was like I had no intention of doing anything wrong. But I pushed a gate. It touched an officer, is what it is. Well, next day, Oh and we had a little pause there, but that's all right. He'll come back on as he as we get the feedback up there at Lisa, anything else you want to say? I mean, I know hits his story, but anything else that you'd like to add to that? Well, I feel oh, there we go, Yes, yes, sorry, we had Hey, you know when they talk when you start talking about the FBI. And and what happened to hear me? Okay, yeah, we can hear you just fine. Can you hear us? Sometimes I still think the FEDS are in my in my. Stuff, That's what I'm saying. Yeah, it's interesting that the first time this happens. There we go. So anyway, sorry, I hear you guys. However, oh well, Chris, Chris will fix that. We can hear you just fine. But I'm not sure what's going on anyway, Lisa, please jump in here at more. I feel that there's a gift in the suffering, and it was divine what happened, because before Taylor was incarcerated, I got to know this incredible wisdom and skill that he holds. And when we got through all of this, the gift was that he's helping anyone and everyone who wants to pursue freedom and privacy through these strategies. So that was huge. And I hate that he went through the suffering and he's got a beautiful wife and five children and what you know, the repercussions of this, And if we can help anyone never deal with something like this again and stop starting over, I'm all for it. Yeah, absolutely, I love the name of it. Stop starting over. We desperately need to stop starting over here. And I think Taylor's story here and hopefully we can get him back and he can actually feel Oh he's saying he's back, but now we can't hear him. He can hear us, and we can't hear him. We're still navigating that, and gentlemen, that's kind of what you get with an organic platform like church and state. But you know, his story is heartbreaking that the government would turn upon a citizen who literally just gone over there to exercise you know, their free speech, which is is not granted by government, it's granted by God. We have that God given right to be able to vocalize opposition to our own government in this case, that we wanted to stop the steal and to have them literally go after him and have promises from you know, specific FBI agents say hey, man, you're not even going to do any time, and then it ends up happening. He ends up getting scooped up, arrested. And the idea behind this is reclaiming the American dream, right, The American dream was life liberty in the pursuit of happiness, and each of us, each of us, has to step into that place to make that happen, because they ain't going to give it to us. No, no, definitely not. All right, Taylor, can you hear us? We can't hear you, but we can you can hear us. This is a really strange how this is playing out here. Actually, I see Chris is over there, like hitting buttons and typing and everything. So yeah, Chris, Chris is actively trying to bring him back. We can see him. We were able to hear him earlier, and now it's been completely cut off. And Taylor, we just had some grimlins in the audio system. Draw your own conclusions, audience, but we got you back. Now we want to we want to continue the story with where you were at when we left off, you would give me your phone to the FBI agents. You assumed that you know they were going to look through the information and discover, hey, look at this, he's actually not a domestic terrorist. Go ahead and pick it up. Well, so I went home, and immediately at that point I was like, I should probably get a hold of a defense attorney. So I got a couple of referrals and made some phone calls, and I had multiple defense attorneys. It wouldn't take the case, And eventually I did find a great defense attorney. Ended up he's stuck by my side all the way to the end. Not by his own choice, the court forced him to, but anyways, and I got a call about three days later, and then he said the FBI agent said, hey, I got bad news and good news. I was like, okay, what's the bad news. I got a warrant for your arrest. What's the good news. We can do it the easy way or the hard way. Like okay, well let's take the easy way, I guess. So the next morning he had my wife drop me off at a local gas station here by my house. He said, I'll call you and tell you where to go. So I got dropped off and there were eleven FBI agents, marshals who knows, you know, eleven people standing there to arrest me who's turning himself in? And I got shackled up. I got thrown into a car and they drove me down to the Tacoma courthouse, which was a dystopian situation. Right as an American, you expect to go to court, see a judge, you know, have people there. It was during COVID, So I get put in the holding cell, sat in there all day. Eventually, when I went into the courtroom, they forced a mask on you and you're shackled up, so you can't do anything. I sit down at this desk and where the judge is supposed to be, there's a TV screen, there's a there's some phone call, you know, conference calls apparatus on the table, so all the attorneys are shown appearing remotely on conference call, and there's the FBI agent and one bailiff on the back wall. And here I am going, what is this? This is like a nineteen eighty four dystopian nightmare. And they start reading off the charges. Now keep in mind, I'm thinking worst case scenario, misdemeanors and I'm gonna plead guilty, take your licks up front, do your time, pay your fine, call it good. Well, first thing is felony fifteen twelve, obstruction of Congress, twenty years in prison, assault one to eleven, a assault in a federal officer, ten years in prison, you know. And then they start going through a bunch of misdemeanor charges and I'm like, I'm adding it up in my head and it's like forty years in prison. I'm like, I can't plead guilty to this. I'm going to have to consult with the attorney, right So I pled not guilty, and that kind of started the process. And then unfortunately, there were some angels in the courthouse that day. One particular lady, it was her last day of work at the courthouse after a twenty year career, and she did the job of My defense attorney stood up to the judge and was like, you have to grant him bond. You would never not grant someone in his situation bond, family ban, homeschool dad Christian, which I don't know that she said that, but you know, small business owner ties to the community, not a flight risk. He turned himself in and so I ended up getting out on bond and ended up basically at home for about three years, and then I had trial in twenty twenty three. November of twenty twenty three, I was immediately remanded from trial and I spent four months in the DC goolog did some solitary confinement time there, like many did. Ended up going to Philadelphia then too Oklahoma, and I did most of my time in a federal prison for United States United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, which is a administrative facility. It's kind of like a max security facility for inmates down in Missouri, and that's where I did the bulk of my time. And I was pardoned on January twentieth this year or twenty five. Walked out of prison a free man at about eleven thirty at night, into my wife's arms and the nightmare ended. But I got a seven year and three month sentence for what amounted to twelve seconds pushing a bike rack and literally touching an officer and the officers that took the stand up. I ended up presenting myself in court. I'd ended up not using the attorney, and I just said, you know, did I hurt, harm, injury, threaten you. The answer from both of them was no, do you accept my apology? Yes? All right, Well I get to confront my accuser. There's my accusers. Are we done now right? Oh my gosh. The prosecution objected. They were freaking out. Just you know, you just got them to say they didn't assault. You didn't assault them, and you apologize and they accepted it. One guy was like, hey, it's water into the bridge. The other guy's like, yeah, man, we're good, We're good. Gave me a thumbs up on the way out. Because I didn't cross examine them, I didn't impeach their record. I was just like, listen, I made a mistake. Do you accept my apology? And they're like, yeah, no problem. Well aren't you supposed to be able to confront your accuser and settle acclaim? And if no one's saying that you're hurt, why are we still here? You know? I Anyways, I ended up I ended up just looking at it like, listen, you can't you can't run away from tyranny. You have to face it, and sometimes you have to face a head on like that, you know, take your licks up front. I didn't argue any of the detail. It didn't matter. I was there, I pushed a gate. It's on video, you know. But obstruction of Congress, you know, was I gonna sit there and argue, Well, I didn't even show up till Congress was obstructed. The whole thing was nonsense, you know what I mean, Like, the whole thing was nonsense. So to argue it with just to give it life and make it real, And it was like, it's not real. You guys rain me in front of a computer screen. You have zoom court going on. Now, what kind of kind of nonsense is that? And on top of that, these guys manufactured the whole freaking situation, you know. So I just accepted my way through it. But in the process I learned a lot. A couple of things that happened after I was indicted. I got debanked, My small business got debanked. So my partner had to, oh, no, go ahead and pause it again, Chris, Oh no, okay, so we're about forty seconds from that heartbreak, but we'll we'll reset the clock here in the second and then yeah, you can just take right off again and from now on for the rest. Of the episode. If if it does that we're just gonna pause and we're gonna bring it back. I'm sorry, Chris. I know I'm creating a lot of editing nightmares for you, but. I got yeah, I got grumblings. Who knows. Yeah, okay, yeah, so yeah, you guys could just make that check out to me directly. There you go, editing. Yeah, do you want to reset the clock to forty. No, I don't. It doesn't work like that. It doesn't if I'll go to twenty eight minutes. Oh okay, gotcha, So all right, just signal me when we got to all right, you ready, I'm recording. Okay, three two one. So my partners had to reincorporate without me because no business, bank account, no business and so well that took my business away like that. I mean, I could still work, but I wasn't an owner anymore, and that created a whole bunch of problems long term as far as assets and business stuff. I got audited by the IRS, so all of a sudden, I'm dealing with the IRS going through years of tax returns and finding tiki taki things to send me letters and create a bunch of nightmare there. You know, I was deplatformed by various things, and there's a whole bunch of stuff that happened, but it was just kind of all overwhelming. But actually I'm gonna go ahead and pause you there, Taylor, because we're at that hard break. But audience, we are coming back. There's a whole lot more to this story. Yes, you're the one that actually bought it for him. Yeah. I met one of the founders of the company, Mark three to seven at an event that we were both speaking at and found his passion and his commitment to protecting us to be really deep and that attracted me and we share the same values and I believe it's incumbent upon us to protect ourselves and this notion that oh, I have nothing to hide just doesn't work. And Taylor speaks brilliantly to that in our Ignite presentations and why we need to take a leadership position for our own protection and having a thirty seven that has these not only devices, but the training and the support is brilliant. I love this company and we've been affiliates with them for years. Yeah, Matt Taylor, how much of a difference would this have made if you would have had some of these products before you went through what you went through. Well, first of all, they wouldn't have been able to get into the iCloud and you know they tap your phone like there's just no doubt about it. So there's a lot it would be it would have been harder for them to do those things. That that's probably the biggest, the biggest element. The other thing was was the way that our system is set up with the Google and the Facebook cookies and stuff like that. They know who you are, right, so there's a file just like Dewey decimal system. They got a book on you, but they have to connect it to you, right, that's the Dewey decimal system, the real ID and all that kind of stuff the Linux operating systems that Mark thirty seven puts on there. The only way they're going to find out that that is you is if you disclose it somehow, right, So that privacy starts with just understanding that fact alone. And so the ghost the ghost products I think are great because it prevents it prevents them from being able to just buy your commercial data. That was the other thing with January sixth is so many people got hurt by geo fencing, you know, and once they had the geofense, then they could, you know, figure out what your commercial data was, who you were, and I believe we know basically at this point they created target lists. Chicago University did a study on all the January six ers and it was over fifty percent of them were small business owners. I think it was like sixty percent of them were homeschool parents. There was a you know, ten percent, fifteen percent were church pastors. Like you know, there's fifteen hundred and eighty defendants. Take off the one hundred Antifa, take off, the hundred FEDS that were just kind of patsies, and you end up with this list of like really good, down to earth, salt of the earth kind of people. Well, how did they decide to go after that group? Because we weren't the most violent, we weren't the ones causing the most ruckus, but we were there, and they targeted us, and it created a chilling effect inside of our networks, our churches, you know, our homeschool groups. Everybody just got really quiet because we we were if we if they could come for me, they could come for you. That was the other thing too. Anything you provide to these people and by these people, the cabal, whatever that is, will be used against you. There is nothing exculpatory in their world. And we're gonna go out and pause again. Okay, three two one. Anything you say can and will it will be used against you. There's nothing exculpatory to these people. There's no character that you can have that they're going to take a win. In my sentencing memorandum, there was a paragraph that just blew my mind. And as I'm reading through the sentencing, they were asking for one hundred and eight months, right like ten years or whatever number that adds up to. And as I was reading through, it says, you know, he comes from a middle class family and he has no socioeconomic hardship, and he's college educated. And it was kind of like and he's a family man, and it was like listing all these good things, and I thought, Oh, they're going to do like a downward variance or they're gonna ask for you know, he's a good guy, Like just give him a break. Nope, the last sentence, they flipped it on its head because he's never been in trouble before. We need to go max sentencing to deter other people in similarly situated from committing similar crimes. I was like, okay, so they took my eagle scout, you took my homeschool, you took my faith, you took my fact that I'm a small business owner, and you flipped it on its head. And it's like you need to punish him the max because he should have known better. They can flip anything around and use it against you. So the best thing is just privacy, man, Just don't be on their radar. Don't give them the information. And it starts with the ghostbones. Absolutely, and so I mean it kind of goes with stop starting over right, like stop using the iPhone or the android, go get something brand new and see if it works. And so to kind of close that, I'll just say, ladies and gentlemen, mark three seven dot com. It's it's based off scripture, right there. But please continue, sir. Okay, So after I was arrested, you know, I got the audit, I got deep banks. So all of a sudden, I'm in a situation like how do you survive without a bank account? I'd never really like gone there. Well, there's alternatives, silver banking, crypto, there's alternatives, and like, thank goodness, we're at a point in time where there are alternatives as far as the irs. I through that process, I learned how to deal with the government using equity, that is something that's in the constitution. There's no constitutional amendment getting it. But you have to bring equity into court. You have to bring equity to your interactions with the government. So I was able to deal with the IRS and get through that audit whatever you want to call it, review, whatever they want to call it, and ultimately basically close my IRS accounts. Didn't even know you could do that. So at our conference in Spokane, we'll be talking about that, right And that's the thing that's different about our group and a lot of other people that have taught different ideas. I've done it. I've got the paperwork, I've got the proof. I've used the methods that we teach in state court, county court, federal court. I've used it in with health departments. I've used it with the IRS. There is remedy with our constitutional protections, but you cannot argue with these people. You have to approach it with clean hands. You have to approach it with acceptance, and then you can start navigating through it. The facts are on the moon, man. These people will turn what you think is good into evil. Well, we've got to do the opposite. We've got to do the Genesis Chapter fifty thing, turn the evil into good and bring it back to reality. Our government is a construct of Our government is of people, buy people for people. Right, Founding Fathers Free Men sat around a table literally in secret in Philadelphia and created a constitution a construct. Yeah, Taylor, I gotta tell you, I like, you just said something and you I mean, obviously you were in a long string of sentences putting your thoughts together here, But I gotta tell you just bypassed something that I think the audience is going to be really interested in. You closed your IRS account. Like that alone, the fact that you said you closed your IRS account should mean that this event Spokane April twenty fifth, where you can. Get tickets at seventeen seventy six Live dot. US should be absolutely brimming, like completely filled with people right there. Closing your IRS does? Does this mean you're not paying taxes anymore? No? I pay my taxes, all right? Yeah, and we'll talk about what that means, right Who's paying who? That's that's the dirty secret that the IRS doesn't want people to understand. People don't own dictionaries. Go look up the word payment. It's from the debtor to the creditor. I will show you how the irs will send you a payment if they send it to me, and their letter heads in the top left corner and it's written like a check. Who's paying who? Who are those interest payments due to the people? So, yes, I absolutely pay my taxes. I would never encourage someone to pay their not pay their taxes. The difference is we approach it as the creditor, the one who is being paid, right, and so it's a different paradigm, but it works. It's very simple, it's not overly complex. It does not allow you to abscond or tax evade, or commit fraud or money launder. That's that will land you in prison, right, But there's there's a very certain way you can do it. Lots of people have done it. There's people recently on podcasts talking about some of these concepts. People have different approaches, will share our approach and for me, it worked, and it's duplicatable and it's it's not overly complex. And once you learn that, you actually learn how to deal with things like traffic tickets. Don't argue with the police officer on the side of the road, don't drive around without a driver's license. Sure, maybe you have a right to travel, but try to convince that with the guy with the gun. But we have remedy in the courtrooms, all cases in law and equity. But we have to bring the equity. We have to act like a self governing sovereign people, not sovereign citizens, although that's a loaded phrase, right, a self governing sovereign people. And the first thing about that is you have to be peaceful and you can't argue. Right, there's laws because there's people who can't self govern. If you want to be exempt from that, then don't be someone that has to be governed. It's that simple. I am so I am giddy with anticipation. I got to tell you, like, I am so excited for this event. I know I'm going to be presenting there about the ghost phones, but I think the greatest joy that I'm going to have is sitting back and listening to this and then applying it to my own life. But Taylor walk us through why people should be listening to you. So it's just a daily news commentary show, right, we just go through what kind of happened in the day. Mostly focuses on federal politics because that's kind of got a universal reach, but I hone in on some local issues here and there. But it's we're all peasants. We have to live here. It doesn't matter what regime is in charge, whether it's Trump or Biden, or whether the communists take over the place. We have to live here. Right. I've got a family, I have to feed them. I have duties and obligations that go way beyond the state. And so how do we navigate a world that's constantly changing, that's full of strife and riff? How do we find our grounding, find who we really are and take back control of our lives? And part of that is just seeing the world as it is, right, Like I don't obviously I'm a conservative. I've got my perspective, but you know, I'm a political science guide debate like I can take both sides of an issue. I can see both sides. There's you know, well, should we tax more tax less? These are nuanced issues. But right now in our country, we're dealing with truth over lies and corruption. Right, We're dealing with stuff that affects the way of life that we have grown to appreciate that's at risk right now. So you have to have the right perspective. You have to see it as someone who's going to outlast whatever pendulum swing we have left or right, and then learning how to navigate that. And that leads into the trust right why we operate, And trust is trust will insulate your estate once you gather it up from the pendulum swinging back and forth. We mentioned before we went live, the Rothschilds, Right, why aren't you doing it like them? They've got seven generations on their trust, the Forge, the Carnegie, the Rockefellers, and the Kennedys. You can go on and on. They're using trust. Why aren't you? Even with the most recent revelations with the Epstein stuff, you've ever heard of the Zoro trust. You know what, no one's talking about cracking the zoral trust. You got a lottery ticket for eighty some million dollars that went into that thing. It's got property, you know what, It's still in existence because guess what the Constitution itself is a trust. And trust respect other trusts. They can't crack them. They're outside of them. They are based in your liberty to contract. Not all trusts are the same. If you go to an attorney to write a trust, good, more power to you. He's at law. He's going to draw one that's subject to the creations of the state. Right. But when we take our governing power back, then you can learn how to write your own that applies to you, and then you can project that out into future generations. So and everything has to work, right. One of the big things about that I tell people, trust are not about taxes, right, if you're trying to do a trust to evade taxes or you're going to fail. Trust are about protection of assets. Does that make sense? And there's fiduciary duties and fiduciary responsibilities that have to be respected. Anytime we get into the liberty people, and I'm going to use this phrase very loosely, but the sovereign citizen movement. You start to see a lot of sham trusts. You start to see a lot of tax protesting and things like that. I want nothing to do with that. That just makes you a target. What we do has to work. You have to be able to go and get a bank account, you have to be able to survive an audit. You have to be able to stand your square, as we say, stand on your rights with your trust and with your personal estate. So there's nothing gnostic. There's no secret sauce, there's no magic skeleton key. It's about you understanding the truth of who you are, who I am, who we are, and how we are the people. And we the people have certain inalienable rights that have been guaranteed to us by our creator. In law. We say they're fundamental. So that's another thing. In court. We never say my rights come from God. We say my rights are fundamental. Whether you come to the conclusion of that because you ascribe to the school of thought I think therefore I am, or you ascribe to the school of thought I am that I am from the Book of Exodus. Either way you arrive at the same conclusion I am and my rights are fundamental, and I know how to use them. I know how to enforce them, and I know how to use my liberty to contract to deal with the political associations we have that are kind of imposed upon us by government. Doesn't mean you're you can be a scoff law or live above the law, not at all. But we have remedy and so that's what we'll be focusing on there. It's it works in conjunction. I got a free but I taylor my estate. I do not want to be surety for those debts and obligations and implied contracts that are imposed upon me. So that's one of the reasons why we have the trust is the trust can be the surety, which makes me personally not the surety. So it changes how we can operate in commerce. I might take away on here is it's almost like the libertarian non aggression principles weaponized freedom. And I love this. I love this idea. Can you walk us through just kind of briefly, why you wanted to start something like this, Why you want to educate the public about their rights and how they can fight back against this tyrannical system that's been developed. Well, it's not about fighting, it's about community meeting practical solutions. And what Taylor is brilliant at is taking complex ideas and making them relatable so that you can embody them. And as he talks about standing your square, everything you do, you want to be sure that you can support internally, that you can defend, that you can stand, you can speak it, you can be it. It's a lifestyle and I a lot of people would say to me, you know, thank you so much for doing this for all of us. You know we've been around, like we've got people who've been members for five years, going back to the original platform. I had do it for you. I did it for me because I need a community to see the runway, to see the pros the cons to reduce the level of risk that I'm taking to start doing things differently, and if I'm going to I heard Taylor say we were at an event this weekend and he looked at somebody and he said, what is it worth to you to be able to remove and close your account with the irs? What is it worth to you to be able to live in a con He didn't say it this way, but basically in privacy, so that you are tax neutral, what is that worth as opposed to starting over and over again every year, every year constantly. You know, I owned a production company and I was constantly trying to reduce the tax liability, so I would spend out the money. But then how is that going to be generational wealth? It's diametrically opposed to creating, you know, generational wealth. So we have Liberty Lounge. Liberty Lounge is something that also takes place on peasants perspective on Sundays where people can come in and have a dialogue with us as opposed to peasant's perspective dealing with current events. So you can actually come in and talk to us. And we also have in our community multiple meetings where we can come together and share what we're tackling. So that for me was the impetus. How do we come together as a community where we're where we look at these practical solutions and hear how it's going, the pros, the cons, the fears. You know, in a way, there's a little bit of therapy that goes on there. And there are people who are what I call mixed marriages. They've got a wife that's into doing this, but the husband thinks they're insane, and it starts dealing with all of those real life challenges, which you know, we're real. We're very real and very transparent, and we have a philosophy about, you know, being totally non drifting and completely open about what we're doing, and many other groups are not that way. So you can challenge and ask anything you want. The other thing too with the community is you get to share each other's successes and your challenges and your triumphs. So you know it's easy for me to get on here. Oh you can close your IRS account. Well what does that mean? Well, here's nine people who have done it, So how do it look for them? You see what I'm saying. Here's oh, hey, you can get out of a ticket. You don't get out of tickets, but we can accept the tickets and deal with them. Okay, here's somebody who did it. Here's another person who did it. So all of a sudden, you have that validation, that encouragement, that support, Because when you're out in the wild and ninety nine percent of your neighbors put masks on during COVID, they're not going to support you on your liberty journey, you know what I mean. And so it's nice to have other people that are on the journey at different phases of the journey, and especially for the people that are just starting out that haven't had a couple wins, and especially if they came from other groups that have just got their teeth kicked in because they were protesting, right, it's nice for them to see other people that struggled with the same starting issues and slowly work their way into freedom. I say often, there are no silver bullets, right, there's no court case you're going to pull out and show to a judge and be like, look, see, I'm a sovereign. Not going to happen, and judges aren't going to stand up at the end and congratulations, you found the loophole. There are no silver bullets. But one day there are no silver bullets for the were wolves. But one day you wake up and look in the mirror and you realize you're a wolf that you can deal with these people one on one. Judge is just a guy who put his pants on one leg at a time, but then he threw on a black robe, and you're supposed to respect him. Right. We learn how to be equal with the judge. We learn how to be equal with the officers on the side of the road, because Caleb, you and I are equal. So just if you've got a new job title, you're still Caleb. Right, Lisa, You're still Lisa. So we learn to approach the world on an equity basis, right where we're all equal and we can we learn how to communicate. We also learn how to inquire right rather than argue. We ask questions, So we start to change the way we approach things. We don't argue with the police officer. We inquire. We don't argue with the judge. We inquire right, and then they answer questions, and then we inquire further and further, and so it changes how we approach things. It's a much more peaceful approach. It brings a lot more resolution, and at the end of the day, most people just want to get along. So if there's a conflict and they're like, hey, XYZ is wrong and you come and go, oh, yeah, geez, I'm sorry, the milk is built. Would you like me to wipe it up? Yeah? I would wipe it up. Okay, is this matter settled? Can I go? Now? You see what I'm saying, like, don't argue, well you made me spilt the milk. If you didn't do this, if the banks weren't committing fraud, and if the Federal Reserve screw that right, make it simple? How can we move forward? How can we settle this right? It is a it's a community of people that are trying to self govern, and one of those necessitating factors is we can't accept the benefits right. We have to be able to operate independently, which means control your state, operate and trust and then go pursue your happiness. Right, Go pursue your happiness and hopefully generate some wealth along the way, so that future generations don't have to go to a bank for a bank loan and get tied up into that system and have a death note a mortgage, you know what I mean. But for not just for us not to start over a year after year, start over with every new thing that comes along. But also generations don't have to start over. It all ties in together. Yeah, I love the analogy that you were talking about, where you look in the mirror and you see you're a wolf. I'd like to actually piggyback off that because you know a lot of people say we're sheep dogs, and so if the people are more comfortable with that, right, you got the wolf, you got the sheep. The wolf is trying to go after the sheep. You're a sheep dog. Hey, you and the wolf are both canines. You both got sharp teeth, you can both actually do a considerable amount of damage to each other. So maybe that's what we are where the sheep dogs were coming out of the system. We're understanding our rights and using them. And you know, I said weaponized, but I guess in the most libertarian approach on that one is that I'm using this as a weapon to secure my financial freedom, to secure my liberties for myself and for my family. I got to tell you, guys, I am really excited. People accuse me with my last name of Collier. Oftentimes people accuse me of being French. They try to say Collier or Coolier or something I might when I see you guys in Spokane. I might give you a like a wrench greeting. We've got to gather together and support each other and find real remedy. You know. There. I love Donald Trump. I think he's great. He pardoned me. You're not gonna hear me say too much critical about him. Although I don't agree with every policy, but who does, right. But he's not the savior. He is not going to fix the problem. He's the president of the corporation and he's going to go chase some oil and Iran so so being right, But we have to take control of ourselves. Thomas Paine once said, the constitution of every nation is a reflection of the constitution of the people. It's who we are that we reflect into our political leadership. Right, And things don't change overnight. Obviously, stolen elections can be a huge problem, but they only do that because the constitution of the American people has become self centered. It's become in the moment, doesn't think generationally anymore. We seek entertainment over value. Right, So what do we have. We have a reality TV show that is our daily news cycle, you know what I'm saying. And so we have to change our constitution. And it's a one by one type of thing. It's right, it's one drop in the bucket and eventually the bucket will overfill. And that's what seventeen seventy six Live wants to create, is that community of people that are refocusing their constitution from constantly chasing starting over, you know, and constantly just come planning about government regulation. You can change it. You can be the change you want to see in the world. And then one person at a time we can change the constitution of the whole nation.
