Spokane Valley could become a sanctuary city of a different kind. Councilman Caleb Collier says that this proposal... I'm proposing that the city of Spokane Valley issue a proclamation stating that our city is a Second Amendment sanctuary. Welcome to the fire. Welcome to the fire. Today on the Caleb Collier Show, we'll be talking about cults, elections, and does our money have any value anymore? Hello, Christian Patriots, and welcome to the Caleb Collier Show of Church and State Media, where we drive morality and religion over tolerance and apathy. And I'm your host, Caleb Collier, once again, your favorite far-right shock jock. And the show that talks about politics and religion, Jesus Christ is our referee, so it's always nice and clean. Let's go over to the website, shall we? Churchandstate.media for now. It's gonna change soon, Chris. It'll be easier. Oh, man. We're going to have a. Com. That'll be nicer. I mean, it's going to be groovy. Groovy. So groovy. I just need a time machine to give myself all the hours I need. I know. It's a lot of work. But you know the drill here. You want to fill out this form for us, get our newsletter, which is coming out very, very soon, bypass so much censorship, and, of course, a personal phone call from me, the guy. I'm fun to talk to. What are you laughing about? Sorry, that just struck me funny for some reason. The guy. You didn't like that? My son's middle name is Guy. He hates it. Hates his middle name. I don't know why he hates that. That's a cool name. What's the big deal? Guy is a great name. I'd slap him around for that. Allegedly. Allegedly. Plus, it's Guy Fawkes, dude. That's where I got it from. Right? Yeah. How cool is that? I know. We're... Very soon, November 5th will be upon us. Ooh. Remember, remember. Who can forget the 5th of November? The Gunpowder Rebellion. Sorry, Titus. Your middle name is cool. You are lucky, son, that that's not your first name. If I would have had my way, it would have been his first name. Dude, if that was my name, I'd be going by my middle name. Yeah, see? Guy Wilde. Dude, Guy Wilde's a cool name. That's a cool name. I mean, anything wild is pretty cool. Yeah, it's true. That's fair. Okay. Totally, totally off subject. But yeah, get a personal phone call from me by filling this out. Also, check out our most recent episodes. These are great, guys. And I want you to scroll through them. You can get on the website. You can see all the different episodes that we've had. Share them around. That's a great way to help us grow is by sharing it because we're producing great content for you daily, Monday through Friday. And some huge guests. I mean, Rod Blagojevich, that's a big guest for us. A really interesting guy. You're going to want to share that, even if he is a Bears fan. I don't care. Do you know any Bears fans other than people from Chicago? Not since, I don't know, 30 years ago. When you had the fridge, right? Yeah. I couldn't name another football player from the Bears other than the fridge, and I don't even know his real name. Yeah, the refrigerator. That was it, right? It was a big dude. It was like getting hit by a fridge. Yeah, okay. But then again, you didn't come to this show for sports. Also, check out our featured guest page. We've got some incredible people that have joined us throughout the almost decade that we've been doing this. That's on a full list. You can see where Chris is flashing right now. That's the full list. But go check it out. Scroll through. If you see somebody, you're like, hey, that's a really interesting person. Don't worry. Chris took care of it. Click on the name. It'll go right to the episode or episodes for some of them. So please share those ones around as well. Also, shop. You know, Christmas is fast approaching. And, you know, there's a lot of things. Let's just talk for the guys, shall we? Guys. Guys don't want what you think they want. How many bad gifts have you gotten over the years, Chris? Well, you know, the socks actually have come in really handy as it turns out. Do you get excited about socks, though? No. No. And then as guys, we mask our pain, right? We don't show our emotions. So what do we do? We unwrap the gift and we're like, we're shaking it. Because all guys shake. We've got to shake still. We're still kids at heart. We're like, I don't know what it could be. And you open it up and it's socks. And you're like, that smile, you know, like, thank you. It's just what I wanted. And they take the picture. And the pictures are awful, right? It's you holding up the socks and you got this fake grin plastered on your face. And that goes into, you know, the Christmas of 2025. Look at that. There's dad with the socks. He's so happy. I died inside. Literally. So go shopping with great companies that we have over at Church and State Media. Cigars, stuff like that. I mean, who doesn't want cigars for Christmas? I do. New phone. Like, that's some great stuff. Don't worry, I'll address it when we come back from the break. But they're great companies. Use the promo code Church and State with all of them. It helps support us. And the donate button. That glorious donate button. You remember in Seinfeld, Chris, did you like Seinfeld? Uh, yeah. Seinfeld was pretty good. A pretty good sitcom. There was a episode where George, because it was Christmas time, he made up a fake organization. So I think it was called like the human fund and P you know, and so instead of giving gifts around his office, he just gave him a piece of paper that said a donation of $ 20 has been given in your name to the human fund. All right. And it was a great idea. It was a great idea. That's so wrong. Right. But the company ended up being like, Hey, we want to sponsor a fund and we've picked yours. So now the company is going to dump thousands of dollars into a fake fund. Of course, I mean, typical Seinfeld, but fund church and state. That's a great gift. You could do that. You could give somebody a gift instead of socks. Every man would be thrilled to open up a package that says, A donation of $ 20 has been given to churchofstate.media. This is one of my best ideas. This is brilliant. I know. I told you I was going to try to get better about my asks. I can't imagine the disappointment from people that are like, I did what? My gift is what? Maybe an honorary citizenship to Bibliotaria. Ooh, hey. Ooh. That's right. Does that come with a certificate? I will make one. Yeah. Yeah. Do you want to be an honorary citizen of the country that I made up? I mean, who doesn't want to be a part of that? I really am a strange man. I'm a strange, strange. Hey, how many people do you know that made up their own country? Like I said, one, you know, one. No, you know, two. You met the other guy too. When we interviewed. Two nerds. Glorious nerds, Chris. Anyway, if you want to help us support or help support church and state, and being on NRB TV and Prepper Broadcasting Network and OBBM and National Syndication, so many great networks, please hit the donate button for us. And lastly, if you want to get a hold of us, churchandstate1776 at proton.me. With that, let's get into the news. I'm already having fun. So much fun today. I'm in a jovial mood. Let's see if we can ruin that. I think we can. Yeah, I think we can too. which I'm not exactly excited about. I should just stay in this happy, joyful experience. But no, I can't, because I got a report on the news. First and foremost, I love to start things with a little bit of comedy, and I found such a video. This is great. This is a rally in South Carolina, and poor Fox News. If I didn't hate him so much, I would feel bad for him. No, I don't feel bad for him. I just, I can't. As I tell you so often, Fox News is spelled F-A-U-X. But Fox News is in the audience and they grab a guy and they want to know why he's there, why he's there to help support Donald Trump and the Republican administration and agenda. Listen to what he has to say. Go ahead, Chris. Tom, why are you here this morning? Well, in the late 70s, I was a little too. Young to get involved and go to South America for the Jonestown Massacre. But this is as close as I'll ever get. So that's why I'm here. Wait, the Jonestown Massacre? That's right. See, it's nothing like being a cult right up front, man. All right. Maybe this is not a Trump supporter right now. It's OK. We'll find over it. Appreciate that. Not at all what that reporter was expecting. You know, he expected to go in, find some MAGA person. And why are you here? Man, it's just all the talking points, right? Most important election of our lifetime. We are coming together because we can't allow socialism. You've heard all the talking heads saying exactly the same thing. And while I loathe and despise socialism, I very quickly tire of the same talking points, whether you're listening to Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Ben Shapiro, Clayton Buck, Glenn Beck. I mean, you know all the ones. But this guy... This guy's brilliant. This guy really threw him for a loop. At first, he starts out, you know, in the 70s, I was too young to get involved. And what's this guy thinking? He's looking at his chops. Oh, my gosh, we got a younger voter, right? This is kind of fun, the bread and butter, right? And he's going to say, now I really want to make sure that we get involved and save our democracy or whatever, right? But no, instead, he chooses to go and talk about the Jonestown Massacre Which for me, there's a little bit of a personal history there. So that really resonates with me. Yeah, that's right. For those of you who maybe have not heard that story, I was born in a cult. And my mom actually corrected me recently, Chris. I've been telling everybody I was there until I was about two years old. I was wrong. My mom said I was there actually until I was four years old. So I had a whole another two years, an extra two years of being in a cult. Nice. Now you know what's wrong with me. Right there. But I was. I was born in a cult. And even more interesting, my aunt has told us that we were represented or we were visited by representatives of Jim Jones. So I know what he's talking about there. Yeah. Boy, there could be no Caleb Collier show. I could have been. Just leave it at that. Yeah. Kool-Aid heaven. Kool-Aid. Yeah, for sure. Why does he say they're a cult, though? I think that's the more interesting question because they're behaving like one. What is the thing about the cult, right? You have a very strong leader, a strong leader who initially comes off as very benevolent, somebody that you really relate to. They're charismatic. They say everything that you want to hear. And ultimately you come on board and you sell completely out. I'm a member now. And then what happens as the cult progresses? The individual becomes more tyrannical. The leader ends up doing a lot of really bad things. A lot of times with women. And then ultimately, the cult collapses. And oftentimes it results in death. What are we seeing right now? What are we seeing right now with the MAGA community? Those who refuse to even address, even discuss some of the things they're not happy about. And that's the problem with politics. That's not just the Republican Party. The Democrats are just as bad. This is why I don't identify. Even though I call myself a Bibliotarian or Libertarian or a Menarchist, I'm not part of the Libertarian Party. Because I don't like being a part of the party. Because the party sucks. If I was to show up to any of these parties... At like midnight, I walk in the door. You know what happened? The kegs dry. Everybody's just kind of hanging out listlessly. Like there's no energy to the party. What am I going to do? I'm going to turn around and I'll walk right out. That's how I view the parties. All the parties. I want energy. I want new ideas. I want to walk into something and the roof is literally blowing off the house. That's how cool the party is. I don't know why I got under this analogy. If you are part of a party, if you are part of the Democrats or the Republicans, really, I mean, those are the two big ones, right? You got to join one of them. And you can't question. You can't question Biden. You can't question Trump. You can't question Bush, Obama, whoever it is. If you just got to be lockstep with them on every action they take, then you're part of a cult. And you've made that politician or that party your god. They're an idol to you. Flat out. I'm sorry if that's offensive. But that's the truth. Because there's only one person who's ever walked the earth then I'm required to 100% follow. And that's Christ. Everybody else is a human being just like me. Puts their pants on just like me. Makes mistakes just like me. Sins just like me. And then you put yourself in a position of power. In a lot of cases, you get to the presidency, like almost total power. Well, what's that old line? You remember this one? Absolute power corrupts absolutely. It seems to be kind of the case in our political system here. And you all think that by picking a side, that you're a winner. You're not. In fact, the reason we're in the position that we are as a country is because of that mentality. Because you maybe, you hear the old buzzwords. Hey, you got to vote the lesser two evils. We've gotten here because of the lesser of two evils. It's the incrementalism that I talk about all the time. Slowly but surely moving further and further and further and further away from the grand republic that we once had. And this guy calls it out very accurately. Don't be a part of a cult, ladies and gentlemen. Look, be a Republican. Be a Democrat. Align with whoever you want. But when you're in that camp, Make sure that you still are allowed to criticize. Because if you're not, it's time to move on. Otherwise, you're drinking the Kool-Aid. From there, let's move over to something else that I wanted to talk about that really made me guffaw. How about that, Chris? I guffawed. Oh, that's a good one. Oh, yes. Yes. This one's coming from The New American, one of the best magazines you can possibly read. Ah. The Petola campaign in Alaska running spoiler candidate to defeat incumbent Republican Senator Sullivan. All of the media is talking about this right now. And the New American has a great article on it, and I highly recommend that you read it. But what's happening? Well, we have an existing senator, a Republican senator named Sullivan. And there's a woman running against him that is hoping to defeat him. Her name is Mary Petola. You got another Republican in there as well, Gerard Heikes. But Sullivan, obviously, as the sitting senator, is the favored one, and especially in a state like Alaska, that is primarily red. Well, what did the Democrats conspire to do? They went and did a search. And I'm telling you, like, there is evidence here. They did a search, and I would suggest that this Mary Peltola, maybe she's not completely behind it, but she was definitely aware of it. They did a search for other Daniel Sullivans in Alaska, and they found somebody, a retired school teacher who lives in a remote village that's only accessible by sea or air. And they got this individual to put himself on the ballot. So now, in Alaska... There's two Daniel Sullivans running for Senate. What's this going to do to the voters? It's going to confuse them. It's a bold, well, you know what? It could work. It's probably not the most ethical thing to do. Okay, I'll throw it out there like that. It's not the most ethical thing to do. But welcome to American politics. It's been dirty since day one. So they're going to confuse the voters, and some people are going to be like, I know I'm supposed to vote for Sullivan, but which one? And you know what they count on? The vast majority of people, even though they have access, they can just whip out their phone. Which one's the right Sullivan? A simple search. They can do it. Many people won't. Many people will just mark it down. I think it's that one. Pretty sure it is. Boom. It's a bold strategy. And the Republicans are losing their minds over it. Of course they are. Because they could lose. Because of this. Because of this fraud. Donald Trump has weighed in here as well. They're even investigating it. There might be charges against this Patola, the Democrat machine that's running in Alaska. And the Republicans across the nation, because they're listening to the talking heads, are all crying foul. And you know what? You're right. It is a foul. But how quickly we forget. See, I happen to unfortunately live in Washington state. We have a terrible gut. here His name's Bob Ferguson He looks like the guy from Revenge of the Nerds Have you noticed that Chris? Spitting image Yeah literally it is And you know what Bob Ferguson Guarantee you he was a nerd in high school He's having his revenge now He's still a nerd Yeah he still is a nerd Not a cool nerd like me that invented my own country. No. This guy's revenging for everything that the jocks did to him through really bad policies making people suffer in Washington State. But last election, a friend of mine, actually, a guy I know, he got like three different Bob Fergusons. Did a search himself in Washington State. There's either two or three of them. Do you remember the exact number? I don't. At least two. Yes. They were all named Bob Ferguson. And they went on the ballot. And you know what? Through threats, the Democrats in Washington State, they got real uppity. Both those Fergusons, or all three of those Fergusons, dropped out. But we did the exact same thing on the Republican side, guys. So if you're mad about what's going on in Alaska, then you should have been mad about what was going on in Washington State as well. You see, the whole what's good for the goose is good for the gander, you know, that analogy. We got to be consistent, guys. That's something I'm big on on this show. Consistency is key. Have outrage. Fine. Get upset about things. I do all the time. But be consistent in it. If it's okay for the Republicans to do in Washington State, then you know what? It's okay for the Democrats to do it in Alaska as well. And if it's not, if you're upset about what's going on in Alaska, then don't let it happen on the Republican side of things. You see, that's such a big, massive issue within where we align politically. It's the sports analogy that I give all the time. I watch sports with my son, hockey specifically. And if he was in the room, number one, he'd be mad because I told everybody his middle name. But he'll tell you. When I see a penalty from the Chiefs, or he really likes the Seattle Kraken, I'm like, yeah, he clearly slashed him. He's like, dad. I'm like, what? It was obvious. Okay, the ref was right for calling the penalty on the Kraken or the Spokane Chiefs. But you know what? That's not how fans operate, is it? No, the fans get real mad at the refs. Oh, blind ref. How dare they call that? It was a little love tap. Now we got a penalty kill. But you know what? When the other team, when the other team does anything in hockey, hockey's a brutal game. You check somebody in the wall, you can see the fans. Why aren't you calling something? Well, because it was a clean hit. And if you get that, if you understand that, you understand why so many within the political system are operating like fans. You're a fan. Of the Republicans. You're a fan of the Democrats. You're rah-rah-rahing. You're wearing their colors. And you get real mad when the refs don't call a penalty. Who are the refs? Us. Justices. The media. Those are the refs. We're supposed to be anyway. We're supposed to be watching that game. Calling out things that we believe are wrong. And what's the rule book? It's real simple, guys. It's the Constitution. That's the rule book. If people don't like it, there's a process to alter it. Welcome to the amendments. But what happens? You talk to anybody who loves a sport. What happens when they get in there and they start ripping things out, changing things? Look at Football, for example. How many rules have changed in the NFL that fans will tell you, oh, this makes it not as good of a game? Baseball just changed. I will say I'm glad about this. They get to that 10th inning. A runner starts on second base trying to speed up the process. You're not watching it for like 18 innings going. I really hate baseball. But when you change, when you change the rule book, you change the sport, you change the game. So I wouldn't recommend it. In fact, I would tell you that the amendment process should be difficult. We had a great republic. But through fandom, we've ruined it. We've become members of a cult, and we've become fans of that cult. And that's not the country that I want to live in. From there, we'll move on over to another great video. Catherine Austin Fitz is gold. Excuse the pun. She really is. She's an incredible woman. I've actually tried to get her on the show multiple times. I was close and it fell through. She shared a video. A video where the Pentagon admits, admits that Bitcoin is a U.S. military power projection weapon against China. Don't believe me? Here's the video right here. Go ahead, Chris. Over the past decade, Bitcoin has evolved from a fringe asset into a matter of national security. Iran has demanded Bitcoin as a toll for transit through the Strait of Hormuz. North Korean cyber actors have leveraged it in ransomware campaigns, and China is believed to be stockpiling substantial holdings. As part of a strategic reserve. Just last week, IndoPaycom Commander Admiral Paparo stated that Bitcoin has direct implications for power projection, and he noted that IndoPaycom is operating a node on the Bitcoin network in furtherance of that mission. Secretary, do you share the opinion that Bitcoin is a tool to project power, and are there any department-wide initiatives to ensure the U.S. secures a strategic advantage in Bitcoin and combats China's digital authoritarianism? I guess my short answer would be yes and yes. Long an enthusiast of Bitcoin and crypto potential, and a lot of the things we're doing, enabling it or defeating it, are classified efforts that are ongoing inside our department, which do provide us a lot of leverage in a lot of different scenarios. I appreciate that, and I share your views. Hmm. Interesting. Interesting video to listen to what they're talking about, how Bitcoin... has become a powerful, powerful weapon. And that countries all over the world are stockpiling it and using it, demanding it. But when asked, Hex's response was blunt. Yes and yes. That they are able to manipulate it. That's not what he said. Go ahead, Chris. What? Well, what do you mean by manipulate? They can buy and sell it. Yeah. They can own a vast majority of the resource. That's the easiest way to manipulate it. Sure. But they can't print it from thin air. They cannot. You are correct in that. Fiat currency, yes, our dollar is worthless. Absolutely worthless. But the problem that I've long had with Bitcoin specifically, or any cryptocurrency for that matter, actually, I think I'd have to separate Bitcoin and all other cryptos. Would that be more fair, Chris? That would, yes. Okay. Let's separate them. Okay. The cryptocurrency first is what we're going to talk about here. Pretty much all the other cryptocurrencies are not what Bitcoin is or was. They are able to print it. They are able to make more. And there is government inside almost all of them. That's a real problem. Now, What a terrible time to take a break, but I got to take one. All right, we've run out of time. Obviously, I'm going to talk a lot more about cryptocurrencies. Hey, this is Caleb Collier with Church and State, and I want to tell you about Methylene Blue. For a long time now, you've seen the Maha people using Methylene Blue. I thought I'd give it a try. You know what? It helped me considerably, not only with mental clarity, but also with insomnia. Now, you got to be careful with Methylene Blue because the market is filled with with counterfeit products, but best three 65 labs is the greatest methylene blue on the market. Telling you, take this stuff, enjoy the benefits. And it'll also have a little bit of fun when going to the bathroom. I need you to go to best three 65 labs.com and use that promo code church and state. You're going to get a discount. You'll also be helping to support church and state and our pursuit of truth. And we are back. Thank you for staying with us. You're over at church and state.media. And we're going to go right back into the conversation at hand, but real quick, Let's plug one of our awesome affiliates. And I'm thinking Mark37 because this is one of my biggest go-tos because I love him. And I want more and more people to get them. In fact, stay tuned. uh mark three seven just turned four years old and in celebration of that we're gonna be doing a massive promotion where you can actually win a whole bunch of free gear including ghost phones nice yes chris you could enter into this competition it's gonna be a contest And I will be sharing that. I will be sending that out as a newsletter to everybody on the list. So, hey, if you're not on the list, maybe it's time for you to fill out the form so you can get on the list. But also, I'll be talking about it a lot in episodes to come. But I'm telling you, get a ghost phone. Get out of what's going on. I'm so tired of people that just accept the spyware. That's just life nowadays. Everything we do is spied on. And you know what? Yes. But you can take steps to mitigate it, reduce it. I've told people before when they get upset, when they're like, well, they already have all the information on me. Okay, fine. Chris, I'm going to throw an analogy at you. I really like analogies. You're a member of a SWAT team, okay? Uh-oh. Yeah. You're going to raid a house, okay? And I'm the intel. Okay. And I come to you and I give you a whole bunch of papers. And I say, hey, this is everything that we know about the house. This is who lives here. This is when they come and go, the jobs that they hold, if there's dogs there, front door access, window access. You're going to know everything about this house. So you would expect that if you're going to go do a raid on the house, right? Yeah, sure. Okay. And then I tell you, by the way, this information is two years old. You feel good about going into that house? Not as good as I did a second ago. Right? Exactly. And the point is this. Yes, maybe they do have all the information on you. Start using a ghost phone. Start using a ghost laptop. And you know what? In a few years, it's going to be outdated. That's what I'm talking about. Get into this technology, guys. I guarantee you're not going to be disappointed. I use it. I love it. I will never go back. mark37. com. Use the promo code church and state for a discount. You'll be helping to support us and you're going to get a great product. Also, again, hit the donate button, please. It's a great button to hit if you're feeling in a festive spirit. Christmas, well, Thanksgiving first. Actually, Thanksgiving. I don't count Halloween. I don't care about Halloween. Thanksgiving is around the corner. So if you're in the mood, hit the donate button for us and help us stay on the air. All right. With that, let's go back. All right. Let's go back into the story at hand. I was talking about cryptocurrencies. I don't trust them. I don't trust them at all because the stablecoins, the central bank digital currencies, these are not good things. These are things that are going to be extremely oppressive to really all people, okay? Where everything you do, everything you buy is going to be tracked. And if you don't behave yourself, if you suddenly find yourself as an enemy of the state, what can they do? Oh, they can turn it right off. You no longer have access to any capital. Sounds dystopian. Sounds great. I'm all in. Two thumbs up. No, of course I'm not. Now, Bitcoin is different, or so we've been told. Bitcoin, through Satoshi Nakamoto, is supposed to be completely free, completely bypasses any government entities. They're not supposed to be able to influence whatsoever. But my point in all of this, and according to Pete Hegseth, and let me just quote what he said. He confirmed Bitcoin provides... quote, real strategic leverage over China and other adversaries and revealed the Pentagon is already running classified initiatives to enable and to counter the technology. That was specifically about Bitcoin, not about crypto, not about stable coins. That was specifically what Pete Hegseth, the Secretary of War, said about Bitcoin, that the Pentagon is running classified initiatives to to enable and to counter the technology. That's troublesome. That worries me. I don't even have any Bitcoin. But if somebody did, I think you should be concerned there. I think you should be slightly worried that our government is running things like this. Now, it also lines up with earlier military experiments testing Bitcoin nodes for hardened censorship-resistant communications and cybersecurity, plus the 2025 executive order that created a U.S. strategic Bitcoin reserve. CIA also casually admitted that Bitcoin is used as a surveillance tool. They admitted it. I thought the intentionality behind Bitcoin was to get away from surveillance, or at least one of the purposes of it. And yet the CIA admitted that they're using it as a surveillance tool. Well, actually, the Bitcoin ledger is 100% open. Anybody can view the ledger. That's one of the features. And you can say they use that for surveillance. That's like saying you can audit data. The books. Sure. Okay, I can appreciate that. Which makes things like money laundering and illicit trafficking a little bit more difficult. Yes. But look at what people say about gold and silver, right? The hard currencies, or assets, I should say. Look at what happened with FDR. Well, he made an order, an executive order, that all gold was to be confiscated from American citizens. And if anyone held on to that I mean, we just had the woman who was talking about Lindbergh, the Lindbergh baby's death. How did they track the guy? Because he had currency that was stamped that it was gold-backed. That's how they were able to find the guy that allegedly kidnapped the baby. So you buy that story? It's an interesting one. The real problem here is Bitcoin is not anonymous. And a lot of people, I understand you're in more in the know than most, Chris. But a lot of people do believe that Bitcoin is a solution to be anonymous for security as an alternative currency. Well, our government is paying attention to that and they're using it as a weapon. They're using it as a tool and they are surveilling you. And I tell you, it's not that hard to predict a future not too distant future, where anyone who has Bitcoin in this country could be viewed as an enemy, as potentially a terrorist. And if the ledger is open, and the CIA is admittedly watching it, surveilling it, well, you could find yourself on the wrong side of government. That's a scary position to be in. With that, I want to move over to our last story, which I got to throw myself under the bus on. I do this a lot, actually. But it's kind of the new Caleb, right? The new Caleb Collier show, if you will. I'm breaking down strongholds. I'm looking at my very foundation and I'm saying, is this true? And I have long been in the gold and silver camp. I've promoted them. I bought it myself. I still think it's a good investment for now. But investments change at the times. Any investor will tell you, you got to watch the market. See what it's going to do. There's a time to buy. There's a time to sell. I have long said I would never sell any of my gold and silver. I'm kind of rethinking that now. Why? Because of this story right here. And Marathon Fusion claims to have made gold from mercury. What? What? Chris, back in the day, I mean, alchemy was like the thing. Like, that was always the dream of every alchemist, to be able to make gold. Boom. And here we are. Modern science has given us just that. San Francisco-based startup Marathon Fusion has claimed to have converted mercury into stable gold using fusion-generated neutrons while also reporting progress in isotope enrichment and plans to build a fusion reactor. Why does this interest me? Because of the diamond market. That's why. Because I like history. What happened to the diamond market? What were they able to do? Well, for a long time, they had to go dig into the ground and find diamonds. And then finding truly a perfect diamond was a very difficult process. Most of the diamonds they were pulling out of the earth had little discrepancies, uh, And you'd look at it, you'd look at it through the light, right? That's what every diamond guy did. They had the little monocle, right? And with the magnifying glass on it. hold it up to the light. And what would they see? Little impurities, right? But the diamonds, they were extremely valuable. And every person who gets married, every woman, what's she want? She wants a big rock right on the finger, right? And you can kind of tell, you can kind of see where people are in their lifestyle process. When you first get married, maybe you're 18, you're getting married, high school sweetheart. And you go to one of these stores in the mall and you get the diamond. And what is it? It's the marquee cut because that was the cheapest cut. And it had this like big flaw in it. One you could see even with just regular eyes. You're like, oh, wow. That's a big dark blot right in your diamond. And then what happens? They move through life. They start getting a better career. And suddenly there's an upgrade. There's an upgrade to that diamond. I want a princess cut. I want a brown cut. I want a brilliant cut. Suddenly you got a much bigger rock on your finger. But then they were able to produce lab-grown diamonds. And what happened to the diamond market? It crashed. Because now they can just produce it in any lab. And they can produce very high-quality diamonds in a lab. And then you saw the propagandists come in. Because the people who owned the diamond mines, the De Beers and things, they didn't want that. So then what? What was the narrative? You don't want a lab-grown diamond. You want one that was made in Earth. But the reality for the vast majority of the people, we can't tell. We don't know. We want a shiny rock on our finger. So we bought whatever we could. We bought what was most affordable. And if that was lab-grown, so be it. Well, the thing about gold and why gold has always been precious throughout recorded history is because of its scarcity. Yes, I know there's applications for gold and medicine and all sorts of things, but primarily what made it valuable was that it was scarce. And that's potentially about to be taken away from us. And what does that do for us? What does that do for humanity? We've already had fiat currency after fiat currency drop. The bottom drops out of it. And it's worth nothing. And currently in the United States, we're in a precarious position right now where our dollar is really not worth anything. But because of faith in the currency, it continues to be a world reserve. That's not going to keep for very much longer, guys. That dollar will get yanked. And so what have so many conservatives done? Well, they've listened to all the different talk shows, myself included, who pushed one gold company or another. Many of those gold companies are rather nefarious, by the way, I should add. But it was an asset. It was a way to protect your wealth with something that would always retain value. Always. Not anymore. Not anymore. If they're able to pull off this alchemy and literally change mercury to gold, and suddenly gold will flood the market, and a one-ounce coin that used to be worth, what's it right now, Chris, $ 4, 000 an ounce, somewhere around that? Something like that. I can look it up. I mean, it's around there, so you don't have to worry about it. But a one-ounce coin that at one point was worth $ 4, 000 an ounce because of the scarcity could now be completely bottomed out. Could be a novelty item. Could be like the copper coin that I carry in my pocket because I'm a fidgeter. Could be as valuable as this. That's a real concern. That is a deep concern. It troubles me greatly. Because I believe that if this is to occur, if this actually happens, that so many of you will lose all of your wealth because you put it all in precious metals. And when precious metals no longer have the value that they once did, that opens the door for these cryptocurrencies. Because I firmly believe that Bitcoin will be taken out some way, some manner. Because they want something that they can track and trace. Tell you, we live in some very, very scary times. But I just want to give you a warning to the audience. Especially those who have bought so much of gold and silver. Follow this one. Follow this company. Like your retirement depends on it. Because if they successfully pull this off and gold starts flooding the market, those who sell just prior to are the ones that are going to be alright.
