It is so hot, hot, hot, hot, and the storms are coming through, severe thunderstorms. It looks bad out there. Anyway. I wanted to tell you I haven't left school yet. School's almost out for the year, and I'm pretty happy about that. But I wanted to tell you I really liked the Commander's riff on the paper and geesh, just all the shows on PBN. The Commander has really stepped up his game on getting the throwback Thursdays on there, and all of them are just great. But I wanted to tell you about a supplement that I found many years ago. And this is really old school. I mean, this is an old school thing. You will not find this in most anybody's workout regiment. And I kind of stumbled across it when I found a book, a small book kind of like a big pamphlet on clearance, and I started reading this thing, and I said, huh, I never knew that. I knew just about everything about working out and supplements and all that. For those of you who don't know, I was an Army fitness instructor and. Always my whole life. Ever since, you know, getting in the Army, been trying to take care of myself, my health. You know, use of supplements. Wisely, I don't use any you know, what do you call it? Growth hormones or none of that. But there is a supplement called innocent. Innocent and I N O S, I N E. And if you google this, so I already knew about ATPs and the energy that's produced in muscle cells and all that kind of stuff. And the more ATPs you got, the more you're able to produce his energy over and over. Well, what innocent does. Is it produces more ATPs. Okay, Now, creating. Actually makes you bigger, makes the muscle sells bigger. And I never had much luck with creatine. But innocent. If there is a supplement, that's my that's my walk. Let me turn it off here, let me find it. Oh we go, where is it? Okay? So if there is any kind of a supplement that makes you want to work out, innocent is it. It cuts your recovery time in half. The trupid commander, are you paying attention because if you're flipping them tractor tires, that's something you don't do regularly. You need some recovery time. And innocent is weight dependent. You take it depending upon how much muscle mass you have, how much your wave. So you take it before the workout, thirty minutes before and then thirty minutes after, and I'm telling you it will make a difference in every workout you make. Now you should only take this during. Heavy workouts and also for a limited amount of time because your body will become dependent on it, and you don't want that to happen because you produce these ATPs anyways in your body. So just know that this is out. There and if you can work it into your routine, it is a game changer. This is how the East Germans and the Russians were getting extra workouts in. They were using this to get an. Extra two or three workouts in in a week, and they were beating us in weightlifting all the time. So this and I have tried this when I. Was in the Middle East on Navy seals that were doing some insane physical activity. And when I gave it to them because I thought it maybe only works on old guys, they said, what is that? I breathed through my workout. It was easy and I want more. So there you go. That is my supplement recommendation for the seriously hard workout people. If you're pushing it and you want to reach higher limits, add this to your. Supplement regimen and. For a period of like four to six weeks and watch your progress. Just go crazy, and then cut it off for four to six weeks and then put it back on again. You know, like that innocent Yeah, So there you go. Do your own research, make your own mind up. But it works for me. Whenever I'm around the Jones homestead, the Jonstead and I know I'm going to be doing something like splitting wood or you know, extra activity that I don't normally do, I will pop some of them in the morning and in the afternoon and I don't have the stiffness to soreness, and it goes a lot easier, a lot easier. So there you go. That is my tip for the day. Nothing about bugging out or currency situation, none of that, just the supplement. Innocent, take care and prep on
