[00:00:37] gosh. What a week of shows on PBN. Yeah. Well I'm on spring break so I'm working my butt off but I get to listen to PBN like I haven't listened to since I was retired.
[00:00:54] So that's great. James, I mean Monday, Prepper's live was like ear candy. It was two Preppers talking. Rick Austin, I agree with James it was probably the best podcast they've ever done together. It was fantastic. And then what? Patriot Power Hour guys are back. They were
[00:01:24] on fire. Okay even though the websites down they give you analyze the news like you won't get anywhere else. And they give you straight up their opinions. It's fantastic. And let's see James is on Wednesday night and he did, you know what if you just started prepping
[00:01:57] right now? What if he had never got into prepping? I can't imagine that because I've been a Prepper all my life. It was the way I was brought up and raised and we just, that's what we
[00:02:15] did you know so I just, Maria made me kick it into high gear. I tell her every chance I get I wouldn't do, it's more than half. I would not do more than half the stuff we do
[00:02:33] if it wasn't for her because she's a bigger Prepper than I am and that's the truth. And what are we doing right now? Well I tore up my porch and I'm making garden beds right where the porch was right in between the railroad ties. The porch was non-treated
[00:02:51] wood so it's starting to deteriorate and so I used those the planks to make the boxes and we have four really nice garden boxes started and they're going to get really good sun because of the reflection off of the house and really good rain and they'll be easier
[00:03:15] to water since they're so close to the house and Maria said she's not going to water so much that it runs into the basement. Yeah we'll see, we'll see how that goes. We're changing
[00:03:30] out our wood stove. I have to move 12 tons of gravel which I got a start on but didn't get it didn't get a dent really put into it and I said really. We're going to make another run to
[00:03:44] the scrap metal place. I don't know if you remember I take scrap metal to a scrap metal place I get money for it and then that money I used to buy silver although silver's up pretty
[00:03:58] much right now maybe I'll hang off on that for a little bit. Yeah well then I listed the Carl Beatt. Man I cannot let Maria listen to Carl Beatt because she'll she will go positively nuts
[00:04:15] she's been talking about the the eclipse some portals supposed to open up and then we had an earthquake today in New Jersey of all places and we had sleet and hail yesterday and
[00:04:33] the weather tonight is supposed to get down to 34 so Maria's all on this but I'm with a suspicious observer he said that he's not saying that nothing will happen but if something does happen it's
[00:04:53] because the government made it that way and I believe that. I believe that. I mean in my lifetime I've seen a bunch of solar eclipses they're interesting they're cool but yeah that's that's
[00:05:11] it the moon travels in front of the sun which it has done since the moon was the moon so I don't expect anything to happen but who knows who knows you can never tell what them wasquey demokwats. In Israel and the election and just everything everything
[00:05:43] and then I have to I have to ask you what did you do today to prep on oh my gosh we're changing out our wood stove for a stove that you actually have an oven in that you can
[00:05:58] bake and it has burners on top of the stove so it's kind of a cook stove I forget what it's called it has a name but the firebox is down below and then the no wait I think the firebox is up above
[00:06:16] which didn't make any sense to me I thought the firebox should be down below and the oven up above but it's it's a stove has you know burners and a thermometer and she wants to get stainless steel
[00:06:33] stove pipes take our others out we we tore the other stove out and behind it was a ceramic tile and uh whether you call it asbestos board and we we took all that out what a mess
[00:06:50] and then we went from floor to ceiling with stone natural stone so that's that's on the wall now it looks really great I think it's going to be wonderful but that's a work in progress yep
[00:07:09] we establish a position we improve upon it daily that's what we do here um incubators just hatched out some chickens we got quail eggs in the other one and we're keeping an eye on that
[00:07:25] all the plants have been started they've been in the house here we're probably not going to put them out since tonight tomorrow night it's going to be 34 but she wants to put them in the uh in the
[00:07:37] greenhouse because the greenhouse is pretty toasty it's uh oh probably I don't know 10 degrees warmer than the rest of uh when the sun is up yeah so yeah greenhouses that's part of that infrastructure that james was talking about prepper infrastructure get ready get ready pbn family
[00:08:05] but know this everything is a thousand times harder after shtf yes I mean how are you going to pull guard duty at the same time you're putting up a greenhouse just saying well and then we got into
[00:08:22] the conversation boy this is really random thoughts here we Marie and I got into the conversation last night if you didn't have kids how much of a prepper would you be because
[00:08:38] uh well I told told her about James's show I listened to his show on the way to Home Depot on the way back and uh and I told her what what he had talked about and she said well
[00:08:53] if we didn't have kids and it was just me and you man it would be so much different and I believe that I believe that uh she does go uh overboard uh and I just have to hang on for the
[00:09:09] ride but it's working out it's working out I can do prepperish things when it's her idea oh yeah I did put up some cameras something I've been wanting to do for a while
[00:09:24] um they're indoor outdoor type things um I'm not too happy with the the program but it has a little memory stick in them so you can you can record you know on the memory stick
[00:09:43] it doesn't have to go to the web and use up your bandwidth or whatever but I digress this is all this this is what we did this week just these few days I have a have a few more
[00:10:01] days left oh my back is killing me but I mainly got on here just to tell you about the the great shows that are on pbn oh and I missed Sarah Hathaway's changing earth audio drama oh my gosh if you
[00:10:19] have not listened to that it is unbelievable off the hook you uh it's coming to a head this this season right here is gonna really move the plot like you've never heard before so check it out
[00:10:39] it's amazing the the sound effects the music the everything it's just fantastic um I I die off a lot a lot of my characters are dying no spoilers so if you know who I am you know I'm dying
[00:11:00] just just worked out that way I'm sure I'll be back I have many more voices inside my head to use uh that's that's schizophrenic anyway oh I banged my knuckle terrible and it is swollen

[00:12:24] her captive all she's got to do is make him something I'm I'm chuckling because that's uh that's pretty true that's very true she definitely has some cooking skills and I often say
