Continue Hello everyone out there on Internet radio Land is a Dave Jones, the NBC guy. How are you doing on this rainy Sunday. I know I haven't been in daily audio cash mode lately. I actually did a few daily audio cashes and then ended up deleting them because I didn't. Think they were all that interesting. But I had talked to the Intrepid Commander and he said, sometimes people just like to hear what you're doing. And he said he's one of them. So I'm like, okay, I'll get on there and tell you what I'm doing. Well, right now, we're watching a series on Netflix. Now, understand, we never had a Netflix account before. Whenever we wanted to watch something on Netflix, we asked our son. He'd put in a code and we've watched that thing. So I recently broke down and actually got our own Netflix account, and we were looking at the History channels Alone, and they have only one season of Alone on Netflix. I don't know why that is, but they have their own series called what is it? Outlast. Maria is here in the car with me, but she refuses to speak. I don't remember an outcast our Outlast Outlast, and it is a crazy, crazy show. They take random people, not survivalists. One guy's at bartender, another guy's a construction worker. One lady just got out of rehab. I mean, this is the first season we're watching. And they stick them in Alaska with nothing but the clothes on their back. Now they're dressed nice. I mean, it's fall, it's starting to be fall in Alaska, and it's in the peninsula, so it's not like the tundra of the North. It's on the coast where they can fish and stuff like that. But anyway, they stick these people. They don't know each other, they never met, and they put them out there. All they know is they're going to do some. Survive challenge and at the end they could win a million dollars and I think the million dollars got to be split amongst who's ever left. But anyway, they they're there and this helicopter flies over and drops out via parachute this box. And they all run over to it. And that's when they start introducing themselves to each other, because they were dropped off. At different locations. And one lady pulls out the instructions on what they're supposed to do, and as she's reading, it says you got to form teams of four. There's sixteen of them, so four teams of four. And while she's reading, everybody's forming teams and she's not getting on a team. The leftover team was the one she was on. And then they go through all this stuff. But the reason I'm saying. Preppers should watch this, watch this is the terrible crap that happens. What episode was it, like five or six? Episode five or six? Now, now the first night or two, they're in bad shape. And if you want them to watch it, don't tell them everything. Well, here's one thing that caught my eye. They were having a hard time making fire because everything was wet. Technically it qualifies as a tropical rainforce because they get over ninety inches of rain a year, so everything's wet there and they're trying to get something dry. And I'm like, this girl's trying to make a fire and she has this massive pigtail. I'm like, cut the pigtail off light the hair. Hair is very flammable, and you got dry hair. I mean, if you want to get a fire started, you'll figure. A way to do it. And no one thought of their hair. One team did not get a fire started, and they froze. They froze all night. It was terrible. Okay, so should I tell them about the bad stuff. No, no, I'm not spoiling you. You got to see how rotten these people are two weeks into this thing, surviving, okay, scraping by, and they get the bright idea. One team's who's positively evil, gets a bright idea of steal another team sleeping bags. Oh my gosh. We're not all the way through this series, but I would highly recommend it just to see how rotten. Terrible people can be. I mean, the one guy leaves. The competition just because he don't want to be associated. He has a good team, they're doing well, they're eating, they have to fest shelter, and he says, I can't be around these people. They're just evil, and he evacuates. But you got to see it just for that reason alone. Of course, Murrio always puts us there and how we would be doing these differently right God speak. Anyway, that's my review of Outlast. There's two seasons on Netflix. I don't know if they are making any more, because this first season, Holy crap. I told Maria that if I was the producer of the show, and it turned out like this, I don't think i'd ever air it. I mean, honest, to steal someone's sleeping bag and you got to see the way they stole it too. Oh, you gotta see this to believe it. I'm not telling them. I just said you got to see it to believe it. That's all I can do. It allowed with that with the guy, never mind, Yeah, you gotta see it. You gotta see it, Okay, PBM family. That's it for this daily audio cash. If I have any more ideas about season one, without giving too much. Way, I'll let you know. Take care and prep on
