Hello, and welcome to another episode of The Strange Truth. I'm your host, called me and tonight we have a really interesting program for you. Uh. It is part one of the Intro into Transhumanism series. And if you don't know what transhumanism is, we're going to explain in it all to you uh today and and uh and talk about, uh, you know what it is and why it's important, why why it is important for you uh in uh the alternative media, in the prepping community, in the Christian community, to know more about the subject of you know, hybrid you know life forms, you know, hybrid human beings, you know, uh, integrating human beings with with technology and and why you know, this whole movement, this whole evolution, if you want to call it, that is seriously problematic and the dangers of of this movement right what it poses and how it is impacting you today and into the future. So, yeah, we're gonna get a little spooky, You're gonna get a little strange here on The Strange Truth tonight. I have so much material there is no way I can cover all of this, uh in one episode, So I have just kind of decided to just break it into you know, uh, two parts, right, So we'll have part one today and part two the next time The Strange Truth is on, we'll we'll complete the series. Okay. So that's the plan, all right. Uh So before we get into all of that, let's play some ads, right, Let's give a shout out to our sponsors. Uh, and then we'll come back and we'll get right into transhumanism and you know what it is and why it's it's a problem. Okay, fishmocks fish Docs. For the longest time, preppers have been looking for an answer for antibiotics in a disaster or emergency. In twenty twenty, we watch the supply chain fall apart. When I met the team at Jase Medical, they explained to me how they can put a prescription of backup antibiotics into your hands. The J's case is five different types of antibiotics, unlimited physician follow up for any questions relating to the use of these antibiotics, and a written emergency antibiotic guide that is authored by a board certified physician. This is the antibiotic solution preppers have been waiting for. Go to jasmedical dot com and check out the Jase case. Use the promo code PBN ten and you'll get ten bucks off your Jase case. All right, take your medical preparedness to the next level. Go to jasmedical dot com and use promo code PBN ten for ten dollars off PBN family. I'm gonna get you right back to your face favor host. But I wanted to tell you that I just got off a site called cell track. This site can trace any cell phone number in five seconds. That's because every day you carry around a gigantic tracking device. The good news is our great sponsor, Silent, make some of the best Faraday bags and Faraday sleeves on the market today. They all instantly block cellular Wi Fi, Bluetooth, RFID, camera EMF, radiation EMP, KEYFOB, solar weather, satellite navigation GPS. Go to SLNT dot com use the promo code PBN for ten percent off. Protect yourself from the prying eyes all around us and the potential for an EMP. Their Silent pocket Faraday technology is already in use in the United States military. I personally use Silence Faraday dry bag and their Faraday phone case to assure my devices are untrackable and protected from an EMP. Let people you know that we're here and we're offering this service helping you get prepared in a crazy world. Okay, all right, so let's talk about transhumanism. Okay, you know, it is a term that a lot of people are probably not really familiar with. You know what I mean it is, and I'm going to define the term for you. What transhumanism is. It's a big movement all across the globe right now and from Wikipedia. Transhumanism is a philosophical and intellectual movement which advocates the enhancement of the human condition by developing and making widely available sophisticated technologies that can greatly enhance longevity and cognition. Transhumanist thinkers study the potential benefits and dangers of emerging emerging technologies that could overcome fundamental human limitations, as well as the ethics of using such technologies. Some transhumanists believe that human beings may eventually be able to transform themselves into beings with abilities so greatly expanded from the current condition as to merit the label of post human beings. That's the part that worries me. Post human beings, right, you know, from the standpoint and I always do things from the standpoint of you know, being a Christian. You know, that's always first and foremost in my mind. I am a fundamentalist where the Christian theology is concerned. I'm a fundamentalist. I believe that God says what he means, and means what he says, and and I tend to take the Bible very very literally. Yes, while there is symbolism and figurative you know, language, and you know, et cetera within the Bible, I tend to take the Bible very literally. You know, when they say that, you know, the world was made in six days. I tend to believe that. Believe it or not. You know, I'm not an evolutionist, you know, I tend to take you know, the Bible very very literally. I know that the whole theory of evolution right now is is reigning in our you know, scientific community, right it is the current truth in our scientific community. But you know, I can't I can't remember where exactly the scripture came from, but I just remember this. It says everything that was written here was written for your learning. And that's in reference to the Bible. And I really believe that everything in the Bible is is is there to try to protect us. You know that the Ten Commandments is just God trying to put some you know's God putting out some laws that really, if you really look at them and follow them, it's all about protecting us. It's all about protecting the individual really, you know, from further harm. And when you look at you know, everything that's outside of that in our world today, right it's it's it's all inherently harmful. You know. The Bible contained contains really you know, it contains the truth and it and some of those truths are make people really uncomfortable, right, They're not convenient, But the truth a lot of times is not convenient. Right, So uh, let's just kind of now pivot back. But you know, a lot of this also is biblical, you know, because a lot of the transhumanists want want to they want to enhance themselves beyond what they see, you know, beyond what we are right now. You know, they they figure that it's just another uh signpost on the way to some future evolution of the human race. But what they're doing is they're not doing you know, none of this is happening naturally by say genetics or or anything like that. Right, It's all occurring, you know, using you know, technological means, and that in itself is inherently problematic. Some of the ways this, uh, this movement right or or this, you know, the incorporation of these technologies into into science, right, you know, into biology impacts us. Right, are in areas of foods, you know, you know, by bioengineered foods, you know, GMOs, that kind of thing. And by the way, you know, about three years ago, right, they they something was passed, I believe in Congress where they stopped using the words genemo and start using the words bio engineered, and that was done kind of on the slide. Most people still use the term GMOs. But basically, you know, the word bioengineered right, is being used right now, just you know, just putting that out there. So you know, in terms of food, you know a lot of our foods are bioengineered. There are foods that are not natural. You know, they don't really occur in nature. You know, there'll be you know, like GMO like produced strawberries or you know which which produce really big strawberries. But you know, in terms of you know, uh, calorie and food value, right, minerals and all that stuff, and in terms of what that food is doing once it gets into your body is a whole Pandora's box, right. So uh, you know, new diseases, you know, you know them them creating chimeric uh you know animals and then and and the diseases that might bring into uh you know, into being uh you know the whole uh what is it called? You know, like what they were doing in the Wuhan Institute there virology, Uh, you know the gain of function research is all it's all part of you know, the bioengineering right. It's all part of the transhumanistic uh way of looking at things right and doing things. You know, So if you believe that COVID was real, then COVID was most likely bio engineered right and got loose and it is you know, so, yes, this whole transhumanistic movement, you know, they they try to pass it off as oh, you know this, and I'm going to play I'm going to play a video for you where they describe, you know, what the transhumanistic movement is, right, and you'll notice just how reasonable these people sound and how they make it sound like, you know, this is all about enhancing the human condition and everything else. But you know Wilson Sheep's clothing, right, You know, you really have to examine and take all of these new ideas to task. You know, you have to turn them inside out. And because if you don't do so, then they tend to become they tend to the acceptance of a lot of these ideas become. You know, once it becomes embedded in society, then you know that the acceptance it gets out of control and it creates a lot of cultural issues within the society and before you know it, you know, the genies already out of the box, right, and we've seen that with a lot of ideas and cultural norm right, Uh, that were upended because certain new cultural ideas and cultural acceptance ideas were allowed to go unchallenged. And and now we're we're in quite a mess. So you know, this whole thing's a thing of transhumanism. We've got to look at it and turn it inside out, right, so ways it affects us, right, you know, so foods, you know, with buyo engineering, foods, identity and privacy issues. Uh. You know, I was watching the the series Black Mirror on Netflix, and while for the most part, a lot of the writing is is political, you know, like really progressive political, and you can see that they're working within the constraints of you know, the whole you know, they're they're working within certain progressive constraints on Netflix especially, But you see within that show, uh, you know the problems with uh, you know, the transhumanistic uh uh movement, right, you know, the the you know, the merging of humans with machines or or or it shows every episode in that series shows a problem that human beings have with some kind of like you know, technological advancement. You know, in one instance, they had like killer robots, right, these robot dogs were guarding this place, and these people broke in and uh, you know they start getting chased and killed by these dogs that just don't stop. You know. In another episode, they had you know, because you know, every human being has these implants you know, where they you know, where they can access the Internet by just using their brain, or everyone is kind of like jacked into the internet. Know, most people are jack into the Internet and the problems that it creates in terms of privacy issues. You know, one guy was kind of cheating, or one woman was cheating on her boyfriend, and her boyfriend just said, well, why don't you just play back, uh, you know, play back your your feed and let me see it. Uh and uh, and of course that caused a lot of problems for her. You know, he actually went for a job interview and and the guy's interviewing him said, okay, play back the last thirty six hours. That was one way of them doing a background check form on him. Right. So so you know, these things have implications far beyond what we would you know what you know, we we would normally think right there, there's there, you know, just like with the Internet, there benefits, but they're also significant uh. Uh you know problems along with the technology. Uh in terms of medicine, right, you know, you know, switching out body parts and different things, and and you know and and all that human longevity. You know, one of the big goals is to uh increase the lifespan of human beings. Farming and food industry right and food distribution right is also connected already being connected to the bioengineering you know industry right, using nanotechnology and m RNA technology. Right. Spirituality and social ethics and laws are going to be impacted by this, you know. Uh, you know, uh, when we create the superhuman superhuman, right, who will be stronger, smarter, better looking than the ordinary human being? Uh? Then who takes transcendence? Right? You know, does that newly created human? Uh? Is it human or is it something else? Right? So they have all these ethical issues that we're going to have to deal with. Right, we can deal with them here on the Strange truth. But I'm just throwing all of these things out too, so that you understand that right now these things are being done. Right. You know, Hybrids, you know, we live in a world of hybridsization right, their hybrids within you know our you know, our world right now with living amongst us, you know, people are doing experiments on animals and creating chimeras and stuff like that, you know, militarily, right, we're working on super soldiers and different things like that. So we're going to talk a little bit about a lot of that today. But let me play you the clip from BIOPS, the British Institute of post uh uh, post human Studies. Right, they're also called BIOPS. They're not they're no longer a thing. Uh. They went out of business maybe eight years ago or so, right, But it is one of the best videos that our you know, best clips that I've found, and I'll play it for you, and it really clearly explains what transhumanism is. And I'll see you on the other side of it. Okay. Every aspect of our lives has been reshaped by technology, from the way we get around, the way we seek information, and the way we communicate. It's easy to think that if only our. Technology advances enough, we'll finally be satisfied. The fact is we remain shackled by our primitive Darwinian brains umanity, for whatever progress we have made is the result of an unguided natural three point eight billion year long experiment of chemistry. Evolution is the process that has made you what you are, but it is not far seeing. It does not and cannot consider the future, make decisions about where we ought to go, how we ought to be. Passing on genes is the only object means we care about far more than that. Consciousness means that we have the capacity to experience the world, to reflect upon, and most importantly, to shape it. And so what begins as humanism, our most sympathetic understanding and treatment of human nature, becomes transhumanism, the drive to fundamentally revolutionize what it means to be human by way of technological advancements. Changing human nature might be the most most dangerous idea in all of human history, or perhaps the most liberating generally speaking. Transhumanist sport does two things. First, it considers current trends to see how future technologies will develop and how they might affect us. Second, it calls for the use. Of current and upcoming technology to bring about beneficial societal change. We'll examine three central areas of transhumanist thought, super longevity, superintelligence, and super well being, Dubbed the three supers because of their extraordinary transformative potential. So let's begin with a thought experiment to get your intuitions flowing. Consider this, an evil organization creates an airborne virus. It infects you and the entire human race. As a result, one hundred thousand people are dying every day. Within thirty years, in seven a billion people will have died because of the virus. Now, how much money should world leaders put into research to develop an antidote? How high on a list of global priorities would you rate this? There is no denying the situation would be die. Most people would demand immediate action. But hey, this is just a thought experiment, right, not quite. One hundred thousand people really do die every day from diseases caused by aging, but no one tries aging as a global priority. So what explains this double standard? Are we simply resigned to death by aging? Aubrey de Gray, and expert in research on aging, argues that our priorities are fundamentally skewed and that we must start thinking seriously about preventing the huge number of deaths due to aging, the greatest cause of fatal. Diseases in the Western world. The goal of This stranded humanism is super longevity. Today, we have the minds and the equipment to begin developing technologies to combat aging. Unfortunately, we let the will and the financial. Support do so. Most of us are so accustomed to the idea of growing old that aging seems like just a fact of life. If modern medicine is supposed to keep us alive and healthy for as long as possible, then the anti aging movement takes medicines to its logical conclusion. Is what happens when. As long as possible means as long as we want? But what would a world would out aging look like? How would we manage for huge population growth? And who would own the technologies that make it possible. These are huge questions, but we only have time to raise them. We'll investigate them in depth in future videos. Let's move on to the next area of transhumanist thinking. Every year computers are getting more powerful. What used to fill up a room now fits in our pockets. More crucially, the time it takes for computer power to double is also getting shorter. At the outset of computing, the doubling process took eighteen months, and this interval appears to be getting smaller. Plot this on a graph, and it's not a straight line, but an exponential upward curve. We need only project into the future to see. That there is a point at which this line is practically vertical, a moment in human history referred to as the technological singularity. The futurist thinker Ray Kurtzbeil postulates that as these technologies develop, we will likely edit our bodies in order to integrate with computers more and more. This concept should be familiar. We're already in a symbiotic relationship with technology. You can send your thoughts at incredible spees to recipients on the other side of the planet, find your precise location using satellites, and access the world's repository of recorded human knowledge with the device you. Carry with you at all times. And all of this was unthinkable twenty years ago. Out of this predicted computer capability explosion may eventually come artificial intelligence, a simulated consciousness in silicon. Given the rate at which an AI will be able to improve itself, it will quickly become capable of thought with precision, speed, and intelligence presently inconceivable to the human mind. If Kurtzfil is right, and we end up integrating ourselves with technology. We could be in private contact with this AI whenever we choose. The result of this is that we effectively merge with this AI and its abilities. Become our own. This would propel the human race into a period of super intelligence. But perhaps, as. Some argue, no non biologic called computer could ever become conscious? Or what if, as every other dystopian science fiction. Plot goes, this AI's goals differ from our own, And what does our increasing reliance on computers mean for our future? Super Longevity and superintelligence are all well and good, but only in so far as they make us happier, more fulfilled, more content. Let's look at the last section, which deals with the issue of well being. Imagine you're soon to be a parent. Your doctor informs you that if you want it, you could choose certain features of your child's biology. You could choose how genetically prone to suppression they will be, their levels of anxiety, jealousy, anger, and. Even their pain threshold. Would you choose a high. Likelihood of chronic depression an intolerably low pain threshold? How about panic attacks and anxiety? Probably not. The last major branch of transhumanism spearheaded by philosopher Data Peers aims to investigate and phase out suffering. He argues that ultimately, all our conscious states, our feelings, moods, and emotions are all an expression of our brain chemistry. For Peers, it is clear that natural selection. Hasn't designed us to be happy, is designed us to be good at surviving and passing on genes. A species that is permanently anxious and discontented will have a higher motivation to watch out for predators and take precautions for survival. But in today's world these emotions are vicious. Our biology has barely changed in two hundred thousand years, which means that whilst culture and society has arguably made progress, we are still those same aggressive, jealous, anxious, savannah dwelling hunter gatherers. This is why Pierce argues that if we ever hope to increase the well being of our species, we will have to edit our genes. Minimizing our suffering and the suffering of those we care about is a crucial part of what drives us. Hence, so called abolitionists argue that we start using modern technologies to do exactly that minimize and eventually abolish suffering. Ushering in an era of so called super well being. At present, every child is a role of the genetic dice. Pierce argued that the least we can do is load the. Dice in our favor to create happier, healthier, longer living humans. But might our compassion, curiosity, and pursuit of knowledge becomes secondary to our hedonism. If we're all content, why visit the stars? And isn't suffering sometimes a good thing? These are the three key areas of transhumanist thought, and we've only begun to scratch the surface. The three supers. Super longevity, superintelligence, and super well being might radically change human history if. Or when they are realized. One of the main issues based on transhumanist ideals is that they are seen as far fetched or perceived as just science fiction. But this is a big mistake. We are already transhuman. We're living longer, integrating more with technology, and emphasizing quality of life. We're in the process of redesigning what it is to be human. Only the effects are still so subtle and so slow that it doesn't look like much. But these changes will come faster and faster, and it's only wise to be. An active, informed participant in the next stage of human development. Right. I wanted you to hear all of that because you know, it reminds me of the Nazi eugenics program, right, you know, all of this stuff is just to me, it's kind of like it's it's kind of scary. It's kind of sickening you hear it. You know, they they they it's almost like they want to be gods, right, you know, they don't want to die, They want to live forever. You know. You see you know where as a society we're moving away from, uh, you know, any real responsibility for our actions, right, you know, we all kind of want to do what's right in our eyes. And and this, you know, and and this movement is is really I think a part of that. You know, it's a it's symptomatic of that uh you know, societal uh issue that's going on right now, where you know, no one wants most people don't you know, if they read the Bible, right, they're parts of it, and they're parts of it. They don't like they're ignoring those parts. We have preachers these days that are trying to more or less you know, be accepted by the world. So they're not preaching the entire Bible. They'll leave out certain parts that they think that that you know, their audience will find on palatable. Where everything in that document, right, what is it six h sixty books written by forty four different authors over what like five thousand years, Right, you know, is there for our edification. Right, it's there as a warning as to uh, you know, it's there for our well being. And once we start crossing those boundaries, then we we we have a problem. And here here, here we are on the cusp of or we're in the process of crossing those boundaries, right, you know, but you know I just couldn't you know, like they want to end suffering right by editing people's genes. You know, there's that movie was called Gatica, you know where folks did that in that movie. You know, everyone was kind of the superhuman where they would edit out, uh, you know, the genes that were problematic. Right, But people still found a way to do really bad things and murder each other. You know, it's just a part of the human psyche that they would never be able to code out, so to speak. Right, But it's interesting when you hear it, when you hear it crystallized that way, right, and uh, you know it just it just gives me the creeps, just you know, just listening to it. So before we now jump into the last portion of our show here on transhumanism and what it is and why it's important and why it's dangerous to us, let's do some more ads, right, let's hear from some more of response. Here goes. Look, Biden's America is crushing us. You've got companies laying off tens of thousands of workers one after the other, Americans working two jobs just to get by, and inflation is pushing hardworking families to the brink. I mean, aren't you glad you have laying hens? The digital dollar will control every aspect of your life, and it's already in the works. Truth is, you need a plan because once they have control of all your money and you're not going to be able to move it. That's why the Prepper Broadcasting Network is partnered with gold Co so you can diversify that savings and your investments with gold and Silver before things get worse. You know, I bring you the best and gold Co is a six time i Inc. Five thou Winner twenty twenty two company of the year, thousands of five star reviews, and they've helped people like you and me placed over one billion dollars in the safe haven of gold and silver. They're offering up to ten thousand dollars in freeze silver while supplies last. And if you call them today qualified cars, we'll get a free Ronald Reagan half ounced silver coin. Look the goals to change everything, the goals to control everything. Don't let them call eight five five four eight nine thirty ten today. That's eight five five four eight nine three zero one zero. The second largest producer of agricultural products, the Netherlands, is being forced to shut down three thousand of its farms in twenty twenty three. This is to meet the strict emission goals of the European Union. Twenty twenty three will be a year of food shortage and increased food cost across the world. That's why your backed up food supply and survival food are more important than ever. I want you to create your own stockpile or build upon what you already have with the best selling four Patriots three month survival food Kit, twenty mouth watering recipes for breakfast, low punch and dinner Right now go to four patriots dot com and use the code PBN on this or anything in the store to get ten percent off your first purchase. Start building your own stockpile today. Go to four patriots dot com and use the code pb N. All right, please support our sponsors. Now back to our topic on uh transhumanism, what it is and why it's important you know to us, right, why we should know more about this movement, what you know and how it's going to impact our lives, how it is impacting our lives. Right, this is a reality. It's not science fiction. Right, Let's let's forget you know, well, people create stories. I'm a writer, right, I am going to be writing and creating stories about you know this kind of uh, you know this kind of practice this uh you know this movement, you know. Uh, but it is a reality, right, Uh, this reality with the military merging man with machine, right, you know, or or creating super soldiers. And let's see, uh, let's see there is uh, there is an article here right that I well, let's just play the clip from NBC. Right, Uh, yes, we're going to NBC. Right, But they have a story here. China has done human testing to create biologically enhanced super soldier, says top US official. Now you got to remember too, you know, whatever is used in the military, right, usually becomes part of the civilian use. Right. The Internet was created by the military and became civilian. Right, the Internet was created by the military, and and now is being used by this by you know, the civilian right. And now we have this whole you know, camera type thing right where we have you know, this kind of biohacking, you know, mixing human with machine or playing around with genes. Great, you know, a more a better human being, so to speak, right in their words, right, a better human being, right, enhanced human being is now being done. So I'm just gonna play this clip for you, all right, and and then well we'll discuss on the on the other side of it. So here goes. And the capabilities. Pretty sure, that's the plot line of Captain America. But the reality we might be talking about Captain China. That's according to a new warning from the Director of National Intelligence about the threat from China, and by the way, a warning that has rare bipartisan agreement. China intends to dominate the world economically, militarily, and technologically. They intend to be the world superpower. That's John Radcliffe, of course, who is out with that new interview in op ed, and the two leaders in both parties on the Senate Intelligence Committee say, basically, he's right. Then China quote will stop at nothing to exert its global dominance. But here's the part of Ratcliff's warning. That is especially noteworthy. He says, China's efforts include human testing to help develop soldiers with those biologically enhanced capabilities. And that is why, of all things, we are talking about super soldiers right now with me now, it's Kendalanian, who covers national security and intelligence for NBC News. Ken Really, how real is this? How far along is this? As you said, Hallie, this does seem like it's right out of a Hollywood plot. But what we know is that the nation's Talk and Telligence officials says that the US has evidence that China is conducting biological experiments on its soldiers to enhance their capabilities. And as you said, he said this as part of an effort to convince Americans about the dire threat to American nationals from China. So I was somewhat skeptical about this claim, but when I started poking around, I found that private American military experts in the think tank world have actually studied this issue and written about it, and they have found that there is ample evidence that Chinese scientists are very interested in applying biotechnology to the battlefield, and specifically the Crisper gene editing tool, which raises a ton of questions. Picture super strong commandos who can operate on three hours sleep, or a sniper who can see twice as far as a normal person. This is the kind of thing that the Chinese aspire to doing. And you know, it's problematic because in the West we considered that to be unethical to tamper with the genes of healthy people. The Crisper tool. Is generally confined to sort of trying to cure genetic mutations and disease and try to improve plants. No one understands the implications of messing with human genes and so that's a real worry, and it also sort of underscores Rackliffe and others say, the extent to which China is committed to military superiority over the West. Sala all right, so there you go, right, yeah, we just clip that off, but you got the gist of it there. The Chinese already doing this. I'm sure it's already being done by every single like world uh you know Superpower, right and and others as well. I'm sure that we are doing it, the Chinese, the Russians are doing it, right, the North Koreans are doing it. I'm sure you know. So you know it's that. I'm sure the British are doing it, you know, the the EU, NATO. So uh, it's it's not it's not as far fetched as you may think. And I think that uh, you know, we might have a surprise is on the battlefield when we go up against uh, these guys, because I don't think that we've been taking this as seriously probably as we should. Right, So we know that this is a real problem, right, you know, we know that you know a lot of we're integrating human beings with the technology, right. You know, a lot of our drones are flown you know pretty much, you know, tom pretty much like they're like robots, right where you know, you have a human controller that can see where the drone is and and you know the human controller is kind of like the brain, right, and uh, and you know, we we've assassinated a lot of folks using robots, right, you know, using drones and different things. I'm sure. So, so this stuff is going on out there, you know, that's merging of of and you know, the whole gene editing thing, the merging of human beings with machine, right, is going on. You know, I'm sure top secret out there in the military, and whatever is going on and going on in the military will make it to the uh, you know, to the public at some point, right, So it's just a matter of time before this technology becomes uh, you know, you know, is in the use being used by by common folk. Okay, So, uh, I did a Google search, right, and uh, you know, just to see what's really out there, what's floating in the you know, what's floating out there? Right? And I looked up human camera, right, and and I and I got scientists create the most advanced human mouse from the Daily Mail online Fertility watchdog to allow the use of human animal chrimera embryos right for experiments. Three human cameras that already exist, right, and we'll we'll talk about a little bit about what a camara is really, right. But you know, they have all these labs and all these people out there now experimenting, right, you know, placing like human DNA, right, you know, within animals to you know, to get like you know, to further like stem cell research, and and of course you know, it's it's a way of uh you know, I think that there was even a mouse that was born completely with human blood or was it a pig? Can't remember, right, So they have all these crazy, crazy, weird, spooky, uh you know experiments that are going on out there, and a lot of them are pretty much under the table unregulated, right you know, So you know, so it opens the doors to a lot of questions from a person like me, like you know, what if you know, like what are the consequences for a lot of the stuff if this you know, if I can we create you know, or we can I'm guessing create pathogens and viruses that you know normally would be in say a pig that can now cross over to a human being, right, and everything else. So it gets a little it gets a little crazy. Right. But there's an article that I want to read to you, and it's from the Daily Mail. And I'm going to read this article because it helps to clarify a little bit of the whole camera issue. Right, So let me just read this article too, and it says this was written in twenty sixteen by Mark Prigg for The Daily Mail. US government gives go ahead to controversial camera research to grow part animal, part human Frankenstein organs for transplants. You know, some of you watch the what. Was it. What was the name of that movie? Yeah, Sound of Freedom, right where sometimes even these little kids were being used, as you know, to harvest their organs, right, you know the whole you know, child trafficking thing that was done in that movie, right, you know, and then reading an article like this just gave me the chills, you know, because you know, people are dying, always dying from you know, kidney failure, heart failure. You know, they need specific body parts, right, and one way that we've been trying to do this is to actually grow those body parts right in a lab and then use transplant those body parts into a human being. But we also know that a lot of you know, the transplanting comes from human beings, right, So this all gets kind of spooky here, and it says the federal government is planning to lift a moratorium on funding of controversial experiments that use human stem cells to create animal embryos that are partly human. The National Institute of Health the NIH, has unveiled a new policy to permit scientists to get federal money to make the embryos, known as chimeras, under certain carefully monitored conditions, and it says with recent advances in stem cell and gene editing technologies and increasing number of researchers are interested in growing human tissues and organs in animals by introducing pluripotent human cells into early animal embryos, roads carry wildness. The NIH's Associate Directive Science Policy in a blog post announcing the decision. They are major fears scientists might inadvertly create animals that have partly human brains, even with some form of human consciousness or human thinking capabilities. Another is that they could develop into animals with human sperm and eggs and and breed, producing human embryos or fetuses inside animals or hybrid creatures. I'll read that again. There are major fears scientists might inadvertently create animals that are partly human, that have partly human brains, even with some form of human consciousness or human thinking abilities. Another is they could develop into animals with human sperm and eggs and breed producing human embryos or fetuses inside animals or hybrid creatures. But scientists argue they could take steps to prevent those outcomes and that the embryos provide invaluable tools for medical research. Researchers hope to produce sheep, pigs, and cows with human hearts, kidneys, livers, pancreases, and possibly are the organs that could be used for transplants. Yeah, I'm sure that this is already going on in labs. Okay, I'm one of those guys right that really believe that this is already going on in labs out there. But this is so wacky, this whole science is getting, okay, and how creepy this whole thing is getting. Right, And here in Wikipedia, right, they say a human chimera, Right, A human chimera is a human with a subset of cells with a distinct genotype than other cells, that is, having genetic chimerism. In contrast, and individual where each cell contains genetic material from a human and an animal is called a human animal hybrid, right. And that's where a lot of these kind of like the you read that HG Wells were seeing the movie right, the Island of Doctor Moreau, where the doctor was experimenting mixing human beings with animals, right, and some of his some of his creations were monstrous. Right. And of course you another example of something kind of like this, and maybe the consequence of like this is that movie called The Fly with Jeffrey gold Bloom, Right. And in that movie The Fly, if you remember, right, gold Bloom, his DNA got mixed with that of a fly, and you know, he developed some of the abilities of the fly. He super sight and hearing and different things and strength. But then of course it started to go bad when he started to mutate into a monster. Right. So you know it's just one of those things, right that makes you wonder where is all of this going? And is it a good thing to do? But that's what a chimera really is, right, you know, it is where there within a single cell, right there, there are two different types of genetic material. Okay, A lot of times when you see people with two different eye color, right, they're probably chimeras. Right, maybe one was a twin. You know, Usually what happens is when one cell absorbs like a twin or something like that, right. I'm sure you've heard about that. But that's all examples of human camerism, and of course they're human animal crimerism, right. They're called hybrids, right, which you know, there's a lot of experimentation going on with that right now. Okay, Now, biohacking. Let's take a look at what biohacking is, and I'll read a Vox article too about what biohacking is. What I want to do is get you, you know, used to or hearing these terms that they're being thrown around out there now within this community, within the science community that a lot of folks are not paying attention to, right, But this biohacking is a big thing that a lot of people are into, especially the uber rich. Okay, so let's let me just read that article from Vox and then we'll talk a little bit about mr and then we'll close this out. So here's the article from Vox, how biohackers are trying to upgrade their brains, their bodies, and human nature. Nine questions about biohacking you were too embarrassed to ask? By Sigal Samuel And this is on Vox, right, published on the Box, and he says Even if you haven't heard the term by a hacking before, you've probably encountered some version of it. Maybe you've seen Twitter ceo. Well, this was written in nineteen I'm sorry, in twenty nineteen, right when Jack Dorsey was still CEO of Twitter before you let must off it over right. But maybe you've seen Twitter ceo. Or you've seen Jack Dorsey extolling the benefits of fasting intermittently and drinking salt juice each morning. Maybe you've read about former NASA employee Josiah Zayner injecting himself with DNA using the gene editing technology Crisper. Maybe you've heard of Bay Area folks engage in dopamine fasting. Maybe you let me have a colleague who's had a chip implanted in their hand. These are all types of biohacking, a broad term for a lifestyle that is growing increasingly popular, and not just in Silicone Valley where it really took off. Biohacking, also known as dy biology, is an extremely broad and i'm a forest term that can cover a huge range of activities, from performing science experiments on yeast or other organisms, to tracking your own sleep and diet, to changing your own biology by pumping a younger person's blood into your veins in hope the ill fight aging. Yes, that's the real thing, and it's called a young blood transfusion. More on that later. The type of biohackers currently gaining the most notoriety are the ones who experiment outside of traditional lab spaces and institutions on their own bodies with the hope of boosting their physical and cognitive performance. They form one brand branch of transhumanism, a movement that holds that human beings can and should use technology to augment and evolve or a species. Some biohackers have science PhDs, others are complete amateurs, and their ways of trying to hack biology are As diverse as they are, it can be tricky to understand the different types of hacks, that differentiates them from traditional medicine, and how safe or legal they are. As biohacking starts to appear more often in the headlines and recently in a fascinating Netflix series called on Natural Selection, it's worth getting clear on some of the fundamentals. There are nine questions that can help you make sense of biohacking. Number one. First of all, what exactly is biohacking. What are some of the common examples of it? Right? Is one and it says here. Depending on whom you ask, you'll get a different definition of by a hacking, since it can encompass a dizzying range of pursuits. I'm mostly going to look at bio hacking defined as the attempts to manipulate your brain and body in order to optimize performance outside of the realm of traditional medicine. Right, So that's what bio hacking is. And let's see number two. Why are people doing this? What drives someone to buy a hack themselves? On a really basic level, bi a hacking comes down to something we can all relate to the desire to feel better and to see just how far we can push the human body. The desire comes in a range of flavors, though. Some people just want to not be sick anymore. Others want to become as smart and as strong as they possibly can, and even and even more ambitious crowd wants to be as smart and as strong as possible for as long as possible. In other words, they want to radically extend their lifespan. Right, those are the ones that I am really kind of worried about actually, right is the ones that want to like, you know, live forever, right, because there's a whole uploading thing, right where they want to upload their consciousness like to some machine or the cloud, or transfer their consciousness from one body to another, right, And personally, I don't think that that can work because I think that your consciousness is your spirit, is your soul, which is a thing that is differ outside of the biochemistry of your brain or the signals of your brain. I think that you can copy the signals. You can replicate probably the signals of your brain, right, which would be a pretty close you copy of who you are. But I don't think that they can copy the essential you, which moves on after death anyway. Right. So the whole idea I think of trying to rep you know, copy your brain or upload your brain, I think that's a fool's errand because you can copy the human soul. Right, But that's another podcast, right Number four? How much of this is backed by scientific research? Some biohacks are backed by strong scientific evidence and are likely to be beneficial. Often these are the ones that are tried and true debugged over centuries of experimentation. For example, clinical clinical trials have shown that mindfulness meditation can help reduce anxiety and chronic pain other hacks based that. You notice that they're so anti Christian with all of this, Like when you're watching Netflix, you know, like they're all like anti Christian. There was even one episode of in that Netflix series of The Black Mirror where you know, they had Salma Hayek, right, you know, they had one of the the characters you know, actually defecate in a church. Now just think about that for a minute there, right, you know, can you imagine if they had that person defecate in a mosque? Right? It really goes to show you and I think it always validates my belief in Christianity. When I see the attacks on Christianity, when I see the disrespect for Christianity, when I see the everything but Christianity, right, I think that it points to the fact that, yes, there are spiritual forces at work that try to pull the populace away from Christianity. Right. You know, so of course you have you know, people with their with their alternate lifestyles that hate Christianity because the Christianity says, hey, you know what, your lifestyle does not conform to what God wants, right, you know, and stuff like that. There's specific social beliefs out there right now that should spirit uh with with with Christianity, right and uh. And when you see things like this transhumanistic movement and you see the harm that all of this is going to cause long term, the real harm is going to cause people. And when you see the harm that these other cultural so called cultural norms are trying to bring into our society, and the harm is going to cause this generation and preceding generations. Right. You know, when you see the harm all of the all of this stuff is going to cause, right, you realize that the Bible is correct. You realize why God say no, these are the things that you need to do. Please do them, because everything that is outside of that is harmful to us. Right. But of course you know there is this great movement out there right now to pull people away from Christianity. So everything but Christianity, right, the whole mindfulness stuff. I can sit and pray and and for me that's my mindfulness. You never see them say, oh you can, you can actually like lower your blood pressure, you can lower your stress levels by saying a prayer, by reading your Bible, by trying, by meditating on the God of the universe, by meditating on Jesus, by meditating, you know, by using Christianity, you can you can, you can do all these things that people go to other religions or religious systems to do. So. And you notice too that you know, no one ever attacks Buddha, no one ever attacks uh uh, you know not really. They don't attack any other religion, right, you know, whether it be Hindushim or whatever it is. They only attack Christianity. Why is that in our society? Right now? Folks will do especially you know, progressives will will, we'll p tis every single religion except Christianity. Right, Interesting to me, really interesting to me. Right, But let's move on with this. Let's just finish this article and then number five. This sounds like it can be taken to extremes. What are the most dangerous types of being tried? Some of the highest risks hacks are being undertaken by people who feel desperate on some level. That's very understandable. If you're sick and in constant pain, or if you're old and scared to die and traditional medicine has nothing that works to call your suffering, Who can fall you for seeking a solution elsewhere. Yet some of the solutions being tried these days are so dangerous they're just not worth the risk. If you've watched HBO Silicon Valley, then you're already familiar with young blood transfusions as a refresher. Refresher that's when an older person pays for a younger person's blood and has it pumped into their veins and hope that it will fight aging. So yeah, they're actually paying people eight thousand dollars a pop to participate in trials here, right, you know, and some big name investors are investing in a lot of the stuff. Right, Let's see number six. Are all these biohacking pursuits legal? Existing regulations aren't built to make sense of something like biohacking, which in some cases stretches the very limits of what it means to be a human being. That means that a lot of biohacking pursuits exist in legal in a legal gray zone, frowned upon by bodies like the FDA, but not yet right illegal or not enforced. As such as biohackers traverse uncharted territory. Regulators are scrambling to catch up with them. Okay, a lot of these are being conducted. Some of these are being conducted in people's like basements or garages. Right, you know, you know, you just need the equipment you can get on eBay and you can start messing around with you know, your genes and all that stuff. Right, it's kind of scary. Number seven. One of the more ambitious types of by hacking is life extension, the attempt to live longer or even cheat death entirely. What are the physical limits of life extension? Right? Some bihckers believe that by leveraging technology, they'll be able to live longer but stay younger. Gerontologists Aubrey the Gree claims that people will be able to live to age one thousand. In fact, he says, the first person who would live to one thousand has already been born, right, you know, so so they're actually like targeting that. Well, if you believe in the Bible, right, you know that people live to nine hundred. You know, Methuselah, right was the longest living person, but that the longevity of man caused all kinds of problems. And we're going to talk a little bit about what super longevity the harms that that could create in our society. Right, we're going to talk a little bit about that before we call it a night. So super longevity is a goal, right, But can you imagine the world with all these people living, you know, extended lives and the problems that it's going to cause. Right Number nine, At this most extreme, biohacking can fundamentally alter human nature. Should be reworried when you hear about people genetically engineering themselves or trying trying young blood transfusions in an effort to ward of death. It's easily to feel a sense of vertical about what we're coming to as a species. But the fact is we've been altering human nature since the very beginning. Inventing agriculture, for example, help us transform ourselves from nobodic hunter gatherers into sedentary civilizations. And whether we think of it this way or not, we're already doing some kind of biohacking every day. The deeper I delve into bio hacking, the more I think a lot of the discomfort it boils down to a simple neophobia, a fear of what to you. Not all of the discomfort, mind you, The more extreme hacks are really dangerous, right, So, you know, they even have a term or coin a term for this already, neophobia, right, you know, so pretty soon, I'm sure that all these people who have all these implants, right, you know, one of the things that they're going to throw out there, you know, the calliabiga, right, is this probably this term neophobia, it's already out there, right, you know about so it's it's just something to you know, to be aware of. Our children are going to be living in this world right where you know, people will have all these implants, you know, chips and implants, you know, brain implants where they can access the AI cloud, you know, and everything else. So folks, you know, we will have to deal with this stuff in the future. Okay, but it brings us to the whole uncomfortable issue if you're a Christian of man becoming something that is not meant to be and the problem that you know, this happened once before with the Nephilim, right, and the sons of God came down and saw the human women and mixed with the human women and produced offspring that were bigger, stronger, better looking, you know, smarter than the average human being. And the problem that caused in the human gene pool, so to speak, right, and then God had to wipe him out. And here we are again going down that path, right. And I'm sure that you know this is not only about what we're doing to ourselves using you know, biotechnology, right, but also what you know, the bad angels are also doing out there, you know, the UFOs and everything else. You know, if you've heard the Strange Truth, you know that I believe that all that stuff is demonic, right, you know stuff you know, they they there are creatures from another like dimension really that come into our dimension and intermingle with us. And they're not necessarily they're not supposed to, right, but they have their own agenda. Okay. So yes, I told you that we were going to get spooky here on on on the on the Strange Truth, and you can see that I was not exaggerating, right, And I just want to reiterate, right, the whole thing with this bio hacking and this biotechnology, right, this transhumanistic UH technology, we already we already saw that during covid with the m r n A vaccines, right, and and the problem that that created, right, Ffizer used the the covid UH, the covid UH emergency to really get this thing through the courts, right, you know you know, uh, they use this, right, I think, to get around all the the tests and different things that they had to do. Uh, but you can you know. And and one of my colleagues here also kind of mentioned this, I think it was Phil I mentioned this as well. You know, you know the idea, right that that they used it to get around all the legislative issues, right that's associated with the testing of of this, uh, you know, of of this type of technology. You know, it is uh, you know, gene therapy, right, and normally folks would not be subjecting themselves to gene therapy, right, the editing of you know, your genome, which is kind of what this does, right, although they say, well it really doesn't, but that's kind of what it does because it's doing things in our bodies. Right now, if if you've taken the vaccine, right, it's doing things in your body right that you know, like a normal like the Johnson Johnson the virus vaccine doesn't do, right, you know. So. It's out there. It's also in the food, right. And I'll read an article here from GEO from genengenews dot com. Some of these things are really hard for news and it says plants as mRNA factories for edible vaccines, and it says University of California Riverside researchers say that they're studying whether they can turn edible plants like lettuce into mRNA vaccine factories. One of the challenges with this new technology is that they must be kept cold to maintain stability during transport and storage. If this new project is successful, plant based mRNA vaccines, which can be eaten, could overcome this challenge with the ability to be stored at room temperature. The project's goals, made possible by a five hundred thousand grant from the National Science Foundation, are threefold. Showing that DNA containing the mRNA vaccines can be successfully delivered in to the part of the plant cells where it will replicate, demonstrating the plants can produce en m RNA to rival at traditional shot, and finally determining the right dosage. So they have they're doing this right now where they're uh, they're engineering, you know, uh, they're using the engineering these plants that can produce different types of m RNA delivered. The m RNA really is a delivery system, right. But they can deliver these vaccines, these medications using plants. So you go to the store, for instance, and you pick up some lettuce and the lettuce has uh this mRNA vaccine or medicine in it, right or that you can ingest, right, and then it goes on to of course do its thing in your body. Okay. And one of the things about this nanotechnology too is the farm to plate. They can use it to track the food supply, right and uh and I think that they will be doing this more and more where uh, you know, in farms, they will engineer these the these types of plants right that use this technology, and then they can definitely track you know, you know, you know your Brussels sprouts whey, whether did they come from? Or you know, your broccoli, your cauliflower, your lettuce, ory spinach. Right, they'll know exactly where it came from because they can scan it and inside the cell, the plant itself will have this tracking technology. Right. Scary when you think about it, right, but that's already in the works. People already getting nervous because they're already talking about injecting the meat with the mRNA vaccine and different things right to deliver you know, vaccines to cattle and meat using the mRNA vaccine delivery system, and that in itself and making a lot of people nervous because you can see what's going on with the mRNA vaccines right now and people where a lot of people are having all kinds society effects from getting the shots of this thing. Right. So the whole thing right now is complete, completely out of control. But I want to end our talk here right about what it was like in the days of Noah, right, So let's end with that, and I'm going to gout questions dot Org, right, and let's read a little bit about like what it was like in the days of Noah, right, and how it parallels our world today. The biblical account of Noah begins in Genesis six. Approximately one six hundred years had passed since the creation of Adam and Eve. As the earth's population exploded in number, it also exploded with evil. Long forgotten was the righteousness, the righteous sacrifice of Abel, as the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil. Continually now versus eleven, Genesis six' Five versus eleven and twelve, say now the earth was corrupt In god's, sight and the earth was filled with. Violence And god saw that saw the, earth and beheld it was, corrupt for all flesh had corrupted their way on the. Earth, However noah found favor in the eyes of The. Lord When jesus described the events that will surround his second, coming he, said just as it was in the days Of, noa so shall it be in the days of The son Of. Man they were eating and, drinking and marrying and being given in marriage until the day When noah entered the ark and the flood came and destroyed them. All jesus was pointing out that although the people Of noah's day were totally, depraved they were not the least bit concerned about. It they were carrying on the events of their lives without a single thought of the judgment Of. God noah is described as a preacher of Righteousness Sawod peter, two ver, five meaning he had spent years warning his friends and neighbors that The Holy god was about what The Holy god was about to, do but no one. Listened the depravity and ungodly lifestyles of the entire world at that time was enough to cause The lord to regret that he had made. Man many scholars believe that part of the need to destroy every human being Except noah and his family was that the sin was the sin mentioned In genesis six one through, four when The nephelim were on the earth in those days and, afterwards when the sons Of god came into the daughters of men and they bore children to. Them as evil reproduced and overtook the, world the most merciful Act god could perform was to start, over and he says Here jesus said that the world would be much the same before he returns to set up his earthly. Kingdom he wanders to be, ready because The son Of man will come in an hour that you do not. Expect. Jesus let's, See jesus gives a clear picture of the state of the world before he, comes and most likely also describes the world in the days Of. Noah that verse, says but mark, this there will be terrible times in the last. Days people will be lovers of, themselves lovers of, money, boastful, proud, abusive disobedient to their, parents, ungrateful, unholy without, love, unforgiving, slanderous without self, control, brutal not lovers of the, good, treacherous, rash, conceited lovers of pleasure rather than lovers Of. God it is becoming increasingly obvious that to understand what the world was like in the days Of, noah we only need to watch the evening. News and let me just read a little bit From ghpember's, Book The Second. Dispensation, Right i'll just read a section of it to, You and this is how will end our podcast, today, Right and it says here the characteristics of those times. Now the first mentioned characteristics of those former days of wickedness and peril is the rapid increase of, population a circumstance which in itself has ever tended not merely to, diffuse but at the same time intensify. Sin for every form of evil which exists in thinly populated countries will also be found where men have. Multiplied while while there are countless vices peculiar to crowded, districts and if there are numerous men support each other in rebellion and are prone to become far more daring and defied Of god among ourselves and the strongholds of rationalism and atheism are always to be found in large. Cities and he, says but while the families of the earth were thus increasing in, number they were at the same time making vast progress in civilization and. Knowledge cain had taught them to settle in communities and build, cities and the sons Of lamech speedily, followed no, doubt by many others had introduced the mechanical and fine, arts and the devised unlawful, means by evading the labor imposed by the. Curse you know What god, Said, okay by you sweat of your, brows you should eat bread and stuff like. That and in that age when instead of being cut off at three score and ten or four, score, right which is one hundred and twenty, years, right that's the lifespan of manual men lived on for nearly a thousand. Years their immense accumulation of, knowledge, experience and skill must have advanced, science, art and the invention and manufacture of all the appliances of a luxurious civilization with a rapidity to which to us is almost. Inconceivable right fast forward to our, time right, now, Right they want to they want people to live for a thousand years can you imagine what that would do in terms of you, know people would become really really, smart, right you want to connect to THAT ai and the, cloud, right you, know, uh you know all all these people, connected, uh you know globally, right you, know one, mind so to, speak almost like the, borg one. Consciousness it would be, incredible, Right but would that be good for us as a? Species AND i don't think. SO i don't think. So but that's kind of where all this is, heading, Right and AS i, SAID i had so much material to cover THAT i could not do it in one. Podcast, Okay SO i hope you found this. INFORMATIVE i hope you found this. INTERESTING i will do part two next, time, right next, TIME i WILL i will finish up the series on. Transhumanism you know the danger and why it's important that you know what this movement is and what it, entails you, know for, us for our. Children uh you know where and where it's all, going, right and you, know and and how maybe we can set our you, know set ourselves up to deal with, it you, KNOW. I i you, know me and my daughter we were having a. Conversation it's, amazing right because we sit around and we have these crazy conversations about the future and philosophy and different. Things and you, know one of the THINGS i told my family WAS i would never get anything implanted in, me, RIGHT i won't even if it meant THAT i was going to, be you, know better. OFF i will not have any kind of. Implants I'm i'm okay and ready to die at this. Point you, know that's the power of being A, christian, Right i'm ready If god takes me now or, today you know which you Know god's willing that you. Won't but if it, HAPPENS i am ready to die BECAUSE i Know i'm. Saved you, Know i've taken refuge in the blood Of, christ AND i try to live my, life you, know in A christian ways as Much christian way as, possible, right and you, Know i'm, constantly you, know Asking, god you, know just to forgive all my. Sins and BECAUSE i, UNDERSTAND i, KNOW i know that each person is, eternal, right and it's all a matter of where your soul is. Going AND i remember That jesus said he was the only way. There and the great lies at work in our society right. Now look at the great lies at, Work, okay the great lies of, evolution, right and where that's probably going to take, us you, know, well you know we're going to try and improve upon the human, race, right you know all these great, lies, right the great lies that there is no, devil the great lies that there is no, hell, right the great lives that The bible is just a bunch of stories that can be, disregarded, right the great lies right that, uh you, know certain lifestyles are are okay and must be. Pursued. Right. Uh where whereas you, know don't you we can see the damaging effects all of this is having on our. Society, right but you know these are things that must comes to, pass, right must comes to. Pass So i'm gonna close this up here, today, Right hopefully you've got something out of. This if you, did then please you, know pass this podcast. Around, okay it was interesting AND i can't wait to get into just complete the series next, time, please you know over the, weekend, right of course there will be you, know there will be uh Tomorrow, saturday, right there is the Last american right with Aident Tate and of course you know On sunday we have The Changing earth podcast With Chin gibson and uh And Sarah, Hathaway, Right Sarah, Hathaway Chicken. Gibson they do The Changing earth. Podcast you, know if you want to find out what's going on the, planet that's a good one to listen. To, Right and of course you can go back and listen to any of the programs that we're ON pbn this. Week, okay but, uh you KNOW pbn is the place you go for programs that it, is, right you, know you won't find programs like these anywhere else that will force you to think outside of your, box, right will force you to look at certain.
