[00:00:04] You're listening here to pay the end Your path back to stability here What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have? His life so dear or peace so sweet as To be purchased at the price of chains and slavery Forbid it Almighty God

[00:00:50] I know not what cause others may take As for me Liberty or give me death What gives you the drive to survive Why do you do all this crazy stuff? What's the deal? Kids wife, what is it sacrifice? fear

[00:01:30] What they used to call us paranoia paranoid right preppers were paranoid What what is your survival drive? You know, what is your survive drive? We have a big show tonight We're gonna talk about drive and Inspiration those kinds of things keep you going. How do you keep going?

[00:01:54] When you look at the world and you see nothing but liars and lizards What keeps you what's what drives you right? Maybe I should have named the show. What is your Maria? To Dave Jones in honor of Dave Jones and Maria, what is your Maria t-shirt?

[00:02:18] We have a guest on at the second half of the show 9 30 we're gonna hit an ad break right around 9 30 and We're gonna bring a prepper innovator on the show tonight and James the creator of the survive drive not James Walt and the intrepid commander is

[00:02:39] Gonna tell us all about this cool little gadget. I think it's sweet It's it's a little it's almost sort of like prepper meets 007 That's what it reminds me of and I think there's some serious viability and it might be something might be just the thing you're looking for

[00:02:56] might be so, you know I It's a it takes a lot to start a business You know what I mean? It takes a lot to run a business takes a lot to make a business successful and

[00:03:10] One of the funniest things about being a business owner is everybody thinks you're Rolling in the dough, baby You know so I've taken a liking lately to pushing Not just what's going on here with the survive drive, but

[00:03:27] Several other things particularly over on Twitter pushing small business guys podcasters that I think are cool And just giving them some love to our larger community. You know what I mean? Because I know the struggle is real The struggle is real we got to talk about tomorrow night

[00:03:48] Okay tomorrow night is a special We have a special event kicking off 8 45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time If you're on the mailing list, you got the email, you know what's going down If you're not on the mailing list I'm terribly sorry to hear that it's free

[00:04:08] You know I am sending out more email than ever before, you know, so two to three a week max One usually for promotional purposes and one for our weekly stuff

[00:04:23] But you know that just is what it is the nature of the business that we're doing it's the nature of the things that we're doing as a Podcast network with our sponsors and with our resources and with everything that we do because

[00:04:36] You know, we have a lot to offer The Brepper broadcasting network has a lot to offer. There's no no getting around it, you know, whether it be our host whether it be our Well, whatever. I don't need to do the litany thing Fundamentally what you need to know

[00:04:53] Thursday night 8 45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Jordan Myself been the breaker of the banksters and Dave Jones the NBC guy will be gathering for the pregame of CNN's uh presidential debate We will be running the audio of CNN's presidential debate In the background of the podcast

[00:05:20] We will collectively be listening In some sort of a almost like an audio version of mystery science theater 3000 Which that's what future dan called it future dan will be on the text lines for as long as he could stand it

[00:05:35] Um, and we're going to watch the debate and yap about it fundamentally So from 9 to 10 or you know, whatever however long joke can go We're going to listen to the debate and listen to the debate and talk about it um, so you know

[00:05:50] Words of advice, you know if this debate is a big deal to you Put it on tv put the pbn hosts on and be able to Mute us at a moment's notice because we'll likely talk over things. We'll likely talk over um

[00:06:08] The debate that's kind of the game plan You know, I'm sure at the end we'll do a wrap up Discuss our feelings on it and so on the element chat will be open We will be live And We're looking to have a good time

[00:06:23] That's all we're looking to get together. Have a good time be together As hosts and with you guys if you're willing to be together Um, it might be the perfect way for you to hear the debate

[00:06:34] It might turn out that this is the best way to listen to the debate because you're not really too into it anyway And uh, this will give you a way to you know to enjoy it. So I don't know your call

[00:06:46] 8 45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time tomorrow night live We uh, cnn debate kicks off at nine And we'll uh, we'll be yapping over top of All the mic muting and You know those things that are going on um for our members today I

[00:07:04] Published but did not post it'll be probably posted tomorrow judging by the Sort of Salvador dali-esque crutches holding my eyes open right now Uh It's been a great listen It's been a great day Okay, it's been an absolutely wonderful day. I have no complaints

[00:07:29] I really have complaints anyway, right? um But it has it's been a great day, you know business has been great You know all the things work, you know preps coming up roses the raspberries are exploding Do you know what I mean? I mean it's all good

[00:07:47] It's all good. We are we are where we want to be Kids are off spending time with that's good great day the the day gave way into Late afternoon which turned into workout which turned into a uh it was like 102 today Turned into a About a 30 minute run

[00:08:14] 30 minute run with two dogs just beautiful just wonderful really like If you can find if you can muster Within yourself the ability to get over the discomfort of the heat Oh god, I I There's just nothing like it There's nothing like the heat and the sweat

[00:08:40] There's nothing like it There's nothing like strenuous workouts. Yeah, you know, what's great too This is what's great about strenuous workouts in the heat. You want to talk about what drives me My survival drive right You work out in the heat you sweat you struggle

[00:09:00] You know you you I mean there's a good chance that I put myself in real danger through the summer with working out in the heat um

[00:09:09] But you know life must be an adventure pbn family. Do you understand like we cannot give our lives over to safety and security This is hard for preppers to understand You know because like step one for a lot of people

[00:09:23] When they get into prepping and homesteading and stuff it's like move far away from danger And what you know if that's your mode motive then whatever I you know But you can't you can't suck the adventure out of life

[00:09:36] A lot of times people move far away and they build a homestead up from nothing and that's one hell of an adventure in and of itself all that said There's nothing like the the the sort of spiritual cleansing That goes along with sweating yourself Ringing yourself out

[00:09:57] You know I got home and the dogs were so hot that they were like rolling on the tile floor They would like they were like turning themselves like like the opposite of cooking You know what I mean? They were cooling one side of themselves and rolling

[00:10:12] Tongues were red And then they're happy Right everything is happier after it works out everything Yeah, I mean it just it's so good But in the heat it's so good if you can if really There's a level of discomfort

[00:10:31] In the heat I can see it on people so clearly now because I don't get uncomfortable in the heat You know like there is not a heat that exists that makes me uncomfortable Just being in the heat

[00:10:43] And that's because I work out to near exhaustion in the heat So me standing around or me even doing like moderate activity is whatever In the hot But I see people breaking in the heat

[00:10:57] I see them break down and some people break down like they start to break down immediately entering the heat Like at the immediate discomfort of the heat I was running And I was thinking about the discomfort And I was thinking about how

[00:11:17] And this really is what drives me In all this prepping stuff all this family stuff all everything that I do These creative endeavors so on and so forth the writing of books the making a podcast I was running and it was you know, I was at the end

[00:11:36] And I was sort of going over my day You know telling myself what's left and how much time is left and how do I fit it in and then I got the show And you know all this kind of stuff

[00:11:47] And I got to the point where I was thinking about you know like And we're going to go deep here pb at families will bear with me You know because when you run in the woods everything is is

[00:11:59] Up for debate everything is out to question everything is for examination When you run in the woods because you see wildlife you see trees You see, you know wild edibles that you're familiar with rocks that been there for ever, you know what I mean

[00:12:13] You see the world for what it is Not the world that you know not the Sort of silicone world That you look into all day Or the comfy cushioned world that you sit in all day or the air conditioned world that we live in all day

[00:12:30] And I was running and getting tired and hot and I see the dogs are getting tired and slowing down And I started thinking about you know like Where where does humanity lie? Like what is it really humanity like where does your humanity exist?

[00:12:49] Because we're running and we're running with squirrels and the squirrels were out 100 degrees. They were out You know driving my dogs crazy Um, there was a dog running loose and a lady trying to find it and you know watching world the world go by looking at the wildlife

[00:13:03] looking at the birds And asking myself are where does humanity fit? You know like where do we stand out? Where does the consciousness the human consciousness come into play? And I started thinking because I was you know wanting to quit myself. I started thinking like

[00:13:26] On the at the end of comfort Is where your humanity begins Do you understand? On the on the other side of that comfort Is where your humanity really is what is where it really matters? To be human where you can really exercise your humanity

[00:13:55] Because to sort of be comfortable and be you know going through the day to day and Sort of autopiloting. It's a lot like what you see in animals You know you watch a squirrel you watch a

[00:14:10] Fish in the water you watch an animal do its thing and it does its thing And that's the thing that it does because it's that animal

[00:14:18] What sets humans apart is you know free choice and the desires and the ability to chase different goals and those kinds of things um But fundamentally you really get into The depths of humanity As soon as you become uncomfortable

[00:14:36] As soon as you reach a point where you can't Do it anymore You reach a point where you you're no longer you no longer have the patience to deal With what you have to deal with Then you decide I'm gonna go take six deep breaths

[00:14:56] And find the will and find the patience to do what I need to do right like From that moment on You're existing in the higher plane consciousness of humanity Like that's where you're at. I'm too tired to go on I need to lay down. I need to stop

[00:15:19] Okay, well what if I don't What if I keep going? What if my goal is to run 10 miles and i'm done at eight That's when you dig into that bag of tricks That's when you will you become a human being

[00:15:37] That's really where you find humanity on the other side of that that comfort once you reach discomfort Right once you reach. I don't have enough time panic panic panic I don't want to do it. I really don't want to do it and you do it

[00:15:55] That really is it Once you hit the wall and go through it consciously You sit down and have that conscious conversation with yourself, you know because an animal when it gets tired It stops and lays down, you know unless it's running for its life right

[00:16:13] Only humans push themselves beyond comfort When they don't have to consciously It's a different thing if you have to like you gotta wake up and go to work or you're gonna lose your house You're gonna lose your car. You know that's different

[00:16:28] But when you get to a point where life can be made better life can be made exceptional But you have to find the will to do it Even though your body saying you're too tired. You're hungry. You should eat you're you're uh,

[00:16:44] Too hot. You should you should rest you're too. You know what? I mean whatever it is You don't have enough time to pull this thing off. Well, you should figure out how to be more efficient and pull it off anyway When you drive yourself

[00:16:57] Man everything up until that moment is just animal But when you cross over to that higher plane, that's when you really start becoming That's when you start to understand the power of being human Right it's it all rests within the will it really does

[00:17:17] It rests within the will and is that understanding one of that understanding is one of the things that drives me in preparedness for sure You know, it's one of the reasons that I have Always opined the benefits of physical fitness Because all that's developed through physical fitness

[00:17:37] you know and it's so important for you guys to understand like Physical fitness itself is probably the best way to build willpower because The truth about physical fitness the truth about getting in really good shape Is you don't need anything You don't need anything

[00:17:58] You really don't need a single thing Like the fitness industry has convinced people that they need things like you got to buy the peloton You got to get the gym membership. You got to buy at least got to have some dumbbells

[00:18:12] You know what I mean? You got to at least have some dumbbells You don't need to buy anything literally nothing Sit-ups jump squats plank Russian twists push-ups pike push-ups for your for your shoulders I mean You can work out everything

[00:18:37] And if you really wanted to get in good shape You could drive how far how far away is your nearest school or park? And do pull-ups there In pull-ups for shoulders pull-ups for for biceps pull-ups for triceps pull-up for back Pull right all that kind of stuff

[00:19:01] yoga completely free All you need is youtube You don't even need a mat You can not use a towel Do you understand? like this idea That we need a bunch of stuff in order for us to uh

[00:19:19] You know in order for us to be able to get in shape We need kettlebells. James says we need kettlebells. We need this we need that We need a bicycle got to have a You know whatever I mean

[00:19:35] If you could have the it's not he I'm not saying it's easy It's very hard To tell yourself i'm gonna do a calisthenic workout exclusively five days a week And the monotony of push-ups and sit-ups and you know what i'm saying? It is boring and it is hard

[00:19:56] But the truth about prep or fit and health is You don't need nothing And the and the more and see here's the here's the biggest part about all that the more that you do that kind of boring workout The more willpower you build

[00:20:14] But it's hard. So you got to find what drives you you got to find what moves you you got to understand it You know sometimes sometimes what moves me is being alone At the top of the pyramid Do you know what I mean?

[00:20:30] Sometimes that's all the drive I need Is this sort of if I can't who will mentality? Sometimes that is just gives me so much fire. It's unbelievable right You know like just give me the laundry list And let me get fired up about it

[00:20:49] Right give me the list of to dos And then I'm going to go run three miles and I'm going to just think about that list and think about the fact that these things need to get done And and when they're done

[00:21:01] Then there's a whole bunch of other things that have to be done in order for me to be the kind of man I want to be the kind of dad. I want to be the kind of husband. I want to be Sometimes that just being alone just knowing

[00:21:16] Uh You know, there's no other guy who's going to do this work for me There's no person on the planet who can do this workout for me Nobody can write this email. Nobody can finish this article. Nobody can do this podcast for me

[00:21:30] You know what I mean? Like I don't know what it is, but it's that sense of Fundamentally being alone Not in a negative way But in a way that you know, you're the man in the arena But that Is just gives me so much drive sometimes man

[00:21:48] Sometimes it's all I need. I can go the whole day on that So I ask you what drives you What is your survival drive? What is your survive drive? What what what really moves you?

[00:22:04] You know, what is it that that makes you wake up day in and day out and do this stuff? What has made you A prepper all these years or what has pushed you to become a prepper now all of the sudden

[00:22:20] No matter what camp you're in, you know, there was some level of drive That has brought you here And the reason it's so important to know is because you have to You have to go back to the well from time to time

[00:22:35] You know, you have to go back to the well From time to time or you can get get shoved off of the prepping path and then just say whatever whatever You know, it's been good up until now. It'll always be good

[00:22:49] Or you know prep start to slip quality of things skills start to slip You know We took dry fire off the routine for this month We were working on the freedom march exclusively and uh My dry fire skill set has suffered

[00:23:11] I haven't dry fired half as much as I've been doing in the months past when we had them on our routines And it's that simple If we don't address a problem like that guess what it'll be this time next year and I'll be saying, uh, you know what?

[00:23:25] I better bring the iTarget pro out and um practice a little Because that's how things go. That's how life goes You know, it's why I sent out the email a couple days ago about the preparedness master schedule That gives you something to touch every week

[00:23:40] The end of every one do it on a friday do it on a saturday morning Do it on a sunday evening whatever touch the preparedness master schedule once a week And you'll be able to say to yourself. Oh, okay

[00:23:51] Yeah, I gotta kick that into high gear. I didn't do that this week at all You know And this is what it comes down to pbn family. This this is fundamentally uh You know what it comes down to so I think our guests should be coming on soon

[00:27:03] What is up my friend? Sorry, I didn't get I I tried to juke james out of the interview by not telling him what time zone we were in It's all right james. I'm glad to be here man. Thanks for the invite

[00:27:14] Oh, no problem man. We're glad to have you I gave the uh the audience sort of a little brief We played around the first half of the show with The survive drive as a concept You know like sort of like what drives you in survival

[00:27:30] Knowing that you were going to come on and tell us about the the survive drive Um, right what what drives you man? I see you got all kinds of gear in the background You you you got to be driven by something here um, man honestly, um

[00:27:45] A big wake-up call was a freeze that we had here a few years back and everything shut down. I'm from south texas So uh, when we had that freeze literally everything shut down and we couldn't get anywhere and it was a You know a big wake-up call

[00:28:01] No, I'm a bit of an outdoorsman. Let's go ahead james sir. I said snow mcgeddon. Isn't that what they called it? Oh man Oh, yeah, I mean you say what you will about texas man, but that man that screwed us over bad Uh, you know, we were without

[00:28:15] You know water and heat in certain situations for weeks people were dying. So it was a big wake-up call And uh ever since then, you know just it kind of planted the seed

[00:28:25] I mean, i'm a bit of an outdoorsman anyway to an extent, but that was really what started to open in my eyes to uh You know what could be coming around the bend? You a hunter or what do you do out in the outdoors?

[00:28:37] Um, I mean I like to go hiking. I used to hunt with my dad all the time down here We had a lease here in texas, but he is uh, he's passed and so since his passing another reason I came up with the drive

[00:28:49] Um, my mom being elderly, you know, I started thinking how uh, you know Something like this was to happen and I wasn't in town. I was away on business or something was going on How well would she fare?

[00:29:01] You know if something was to come about so that was almost the seed that started Survive drive is mainly for for my family and uh, and then I just started searching to see if there was anything out there

[00:29:12] Like survive drive and believe it or not man. There's as you know Nothing nothing out there that you can connect while the internet is off That would give you just a heads up on on how to get started Yeah, I mean

[00:29:25] I guess now that's the perfect segue into giving us the sort of heads up on what the survive drive is So why don't you give everybody kind of a breakdown of what what it is you you've created because it's very cool

[00:29:37] Well, thanks, man. Um, it started last year Uh, I have another business where you know, we uh, we do consulting for schools and safety You know, it's buddy of mine's a green beret and we started a company that

[00:29:50] Basically we we do uh safety audits and these types of things for schools They're required every three years and him and I were chatting about this and uh, and i'm the one that kind of came

[00:30:00] Up with it was like man. There's got to be just something out there that you can connect to your phone just because every Soccer mom soccer dad out there, you know, they've got a phone in their pocket and uh

[00:30:11] There's got to be something out there that if the internet and power goes down and you don't have your Your survival books right there next to you or your maps right there next to you or whatever the case may be

[00:30:22] Um, there's got to be something you can connect And lo and behold man. I couldn't find anything so The idea was just to build one for myself and uh, I just started kind of i'm a designer by trade. I'm a graphic designer by trade right now

[00:30:37] You know in a different part of life. I'm uh, I'm a supervisor at one of the big home improvement stores here in san Antonio, but

[00:30:44] Um, I am a graphic designer by trade and I started just fiddling with some things and I was able to come up with basically a survival bracelet Uh that you can save any type of survival info any info

[00:30:55] for that matter on there and uh, the added bonus is that I I've added a Library that comes pre-loaded to the survival bracelet I'll also be doing free updates for anyone who buys it twice a month

[00:31:08] And it's just basically a jump off point. Um, you know, a lot of people that don't have any clue what to do in a survival situation Or a disaster situation It's a jump off point for them and you can also save anything and everything you want

[00:31:21] Into that drive as well to uh, better your own knowledge and your skill set when it comes to surviving It's a great idea, man. I my the man who started the prepper broadcasting network glenn martin G man most people know him as

[00:31:37] Um a few years before he died he wrote this book called prepper survival navigation And and for all of you out there listening you have to have prepper survival navigation um, but what I love the book um, orienteering and navigation

[00:31:52] Uh when it comes to like the specs, you know what I mean and the tactics and the techniques or whatever Uh, not my strong suit. You know what I mean? I've spent a lot of time in the woods. So so I guess natural navigation

[00:32:05] I'm pretty good at you know sun and that and that kind of stuff um, but I slip the book is small the reason the some books

[00:32:13] I love because of their size but almost more than anything and the book is small and I slipped it into my backpack my bug out bag Well, actually it was my get-home bag at the time and uh, I realized the value of these references

[00:32:28] You know, I saw through like this idea of because I think as preppers and survivalists man, especially if we're like militant to some degree Or or maybe from the military even

[00:32:40] I think that we get like in our head this idea that I know all the stuff I need to know You know what I mean exactly? The survival book I don't need it because I know all of it

[00:32:54] And what I found man was sitting around the fire like at camping or after hiking or fishing or something like that I'd open that book up and look at it and I'd learn stuff

[00:33:04] Right and when I read about the survive drive. I said this this is prepper survival navigation times a thousand This is being able to look at any reference

[00:33:13] You know if you have set up the way that I imagine you do, you know shelter water fire all that kind of stuff I imagine is in there right in your survival library Hey, james. Yours is in the mail man Sweet that's great. Yeah, so um

[00:33:30] So having that reference man, I think people I I hope that people understand the value of that You know what I mean of being able to say oh god, I'm in a I'm in an emergency right now and even though I know how to do this thing

[00:33:43] It's not working or why is it not working or maybe I don't know how to do it. I thought I did Right or you're in a panic, you know Yeah, your your adrenaline's up. You can't think straight

[00:33:55] And maybe some of those skills that you thought you knew you just can't access them or yeah, you're right Maybe it's just not working. Maybe it's too wet outside to start a fire. Maybe, you know, whatever the case may be

[00:34:04] And as long as your phone has battery you can connect this in there It's basic pds. I try to make it as accessible For everyone as possible even on the price It's 25 bucks. I wanted the average american, you know, I'm not you know, I'm blue-collar

[00:34:18] I'm not trying to you know be a millionaire off this It's basically Trying to give every american a chance out there You know to bridge that gap between the professional prepper and the nine to fiverer that maybe used to know a little bit

[00:34:30] Or doesn't know anything so absolutely man the value That's something that I try to build into it and You know wonder brothers and initially putting this ride drive together Yeah, man

[00:34:41] I mean because the reason it's such a cool resource is because you talk about when your phone is offline Now it seemed like I don't know if it's like this in texas, but it seems like I can go further now um

[00:34:55] Then I used to be able to go and get signal, but there's still places You know, I don't know if you notice that or there are places you go in texas where it's like

[00:35:02] I'm not used to be able to get signal here, but now I can right but there there are certainly out there Yeah, no, I agree james same here man You know when I'll go out and about there's some places that I used to go out pretty rural

[00:35:15] And uh, I wouldn't get you know any type of signal. I don't know if maybe the signal, you know, the they got better You know, I use team oval myself and it seems like I get pretty good signal

[00:35:25] But yeah, you know as you know if something is to happen That's not gonna matter anyway. So right exactly I was talking from uh talking to Darius from Prepared mentality. I don't know if you ever heard of them. They're on instagram too probably worth talking to Darius

[00:35:42] um, but okay he uh He was talking about you know those those documents And those references and you know those things that we need to have access to in an emergency And you know, of course, it's better to have the real paper document itself

[00:35:59] But you know, I guess the survive drive would be a good solution for that too right on the digital side Right, um, you can literally save anything you want on there from photos to jpegs

[00:36:10] You get eight gigs, right? And I know in this day and age people are like, oh eight gigs isn't much When it comes to pds and photos you can save uh encyclopedia's worth of information with eight gigs. So, um, yeah

[00:36:23] I mean in some of the uh the videos that i've made you'll see I make it a point to like call out titles and deeds. Of course, I'm trying to

[00:36:30] You know name the more important things that we have in our in our safes and these types of things will's titles deeds That way if the original for whatever reason gets destroyed you have some sort of backup

[00:36:40] A buddy of mine at work actually mentioned he uh, he's like man, I love it I'm going down to mexico My wife and I are gonna be going down there and I'm gonna take pictures of our

[00:36:47] Passports and our ids just in case something happens to him. We got him there. I was like, that's a great idea I'm gonna start, you know, putting that on the marketing info. But so yeah, yeah, james

[00:36:57] You can literally put anything and everything and for those listeners that may not know how to do it You can do it now Any page on the internet if you go up to the print and uh to the print button

[00:37:07] You've hit print and instead of printing it to your hula packer or your epsom or whatever You print to pdf or save to pre pdf. That's all you have to do to save that page So that's what you would do with the survive drive

[00:37:20] You go up to that page whether it's maps of your area whether it's the phone numbers and addresses of your love ones Whatever the case may be Just go up there hit file

[00:37:28] print save to pdf and then just save it to your drive and then it's there forever Sweet man In uh my survive drive.com, right? Yeah, my survive drive.com as you know, we're running a little uh indiegogo campaign

[00:37:43] You know a kickstarter type campaign there and you save 10 bucks if you go to the indiegogo and uh Just help support us and get the word out 10 bucks off of 25 That's a great deal. I'm just trying to try to get that name out there, you know

[00:37:56] That's a great deal man. Yeah go to the indie and the indie so for those of you listening The indiegogo is linked at the website. You go to mysurvivedrive.com. You'll see the indiegogo campaign there You know, it's a no-brainer

[00:38:11] 10 10 bucks off the price support support what's coming up here with the survive drive And you guys have a what a cump button compass on there too. I thought I saw Yeah, basically it's kind of it's got a durable compass on there

[00:38:24] You get eight feet of the 550 pair cord with it So it's just a standard survival bracelet, you know figured a lot of outdoors guys would be into that Because I was thinking of maybe doing a neck Type memory drive which we might do down the road or whatever

[00:38:37] But I was thinking the most universal bit of kit would be a nice uh survival bracelet, you know starting So yeah, you do get the compass on there. You get the eight gig drive

[00:38:46] As well as the uh the pair cord and the eight gig drive is hidden in the buckle Correct. So it's not completely you can't submerge it as of yet Eventually i'm thinking we'll we'll get there where we can submerge it but

[00:38:59] It is water resistant and it is in the buckle so rain, you know water all that type any, you know anything But swimming uh the drive can hand It's sweet man. It's a little 007 I said at the intro of the show. It's a little 007 for the average prepper

[00:39:14] Pretty cool. There you go, man. Yeah and uh compatibility for android and iphone right you could get one or the other So whatever phone you're carrying Exactly exactly same price no difference. Um same thing if you go to the indiegogo

[00:39:29] There's a few different perk options there one for the ios and android and uh, yeah They're both been tested work great, you know very simple to use just plug it in open your files

[00:39:39] Look for the survive drive file. There's a little welcome letter in there kind of explaining how to use it One thing that we didn't touch on james is the uh the medical aspect of it, you know, there is a uh

[00:39:49] Basically a medical sheet that you fill out with your blood type any medical conditions or allergies that you may have That way if you get into trouble something happens first responder can plug that into their into their phone

[00:40:00] And and it has all the all the information there, you know, you're again your blood type anything really you want to put on there But uh medical conditions allergies, etc medications. Yeah Oh, that's cool, man That's real cool. That's a great idea

[00:40:15] I thought the old ab patch was a good idea you put on like the ifac That's way better. You give them a whole medical profile of your situation emergency contact information That's cool. Yeah, that's that's almost like a hike you must have

[00:40:31] Yeah, it's the first option that comes up when you open up the file so that way they don't they're not digging in through your Files, it's literally the first thing that they'll see it's uh well first thing you'll see as well whenever you plug in the drive

[00:40:42] Oh, man, that was a great call That was a great thought, you know and from the medical standpoint like That's where we're all lacking You know what I mean from like from a reps perspective, you know what I mean like most of us know

[00:40:56] The basics of first aid and maybe some stuff above and beyond that But like the physical reps that that that's where you're gonna want to be able to look at a reference and go like

[00:41:05] I think this person's in shock. What should I do, you know and get the right get the details, you know Exactly exactly I love it man. I think you've come up with something really cool Thank you, brother. I really appreciate the support James. I mean seriously, dude

[00:41:21] It's uh, you know you caught on as soon as I launched it and it's meant a lot man that you know Someone with your network and the backing that you have there

[00:41:30] Thinks it's a good idea. It's uh, thanks brother. Appreciate it. Hey, well, no problem. You followed me all I did was go Oh, look my survive drive started following me. Let me check

[00:41:38] You know what I mean? You get you get caught up in like the world wind of following and things like that And people following you all the time And what I've been having a lot of fun doing lately, man is when somebody follows that's not like

[00:41:52] Just their name or some stupid witty thing or just a collection of letters and numbers Like I look at them. You know what I mean? I was talking to a guy today from uh

[00:42:03] What the hell was the name of his operation? I'll give him a shout out while I'm at it Because he yeah, I could tell he knows his stuff Uh vertex point I don't know. I I don't I don't have the whole name in front of me

[00:42:16] You probably hear from a pvn audience. Don't worry, but you know, it's just another guy who followed me and I just said All right. Well that sounds cool. What's he doing? And it's way better use of your time than like

[00:42:26] What's biden doing? What's trump do? You know, it's a way better Absolutely. Yeah There's a lot of cool people out there that are like Under the thumb and it's us. It's our network too like under the thumb of serious advertising dollars that We'll never get on top of

[00:42:51] And the only way the only way we will have success is if we support each other You know, that's it 100 percent man Yeah, be the you know be the individual that supports the other individual man, you know, don't you know all that stuff

[00:43:04] For the masses. It's just not it's not helping us Yeah, man, and it's yeah, like I said, it's there's there are advertising budgets that little guys like us We'll just never get up there

[00:43:14] And maybe that's for the better, you know what I mean? Because it's cooler down on the ground level anyway You meet cooler people I agree man. I agree You know, you have in a conversation on a wednesday night with a texan with some

[00:43:26] Looks like some whiskey and the american flag hung up behind him. I mean Yeah, that's pretty sweet man in a short barrel rifle. It's a good deal Thank you, brother. It's a nice looking weapon Anything else man before we cut cut our ways

[00:43:44] I think that's about it james again. Thanks again man for the shout out and and for this fight here on the podcast I appreciate everything, you know that you've been doing for me and all the

[00:43:54] The communication if anyone out there has any more questions or anything like that feel free to uh to DM me there on instagram That's usually where I spend most of my time is on instagram not so much on facebook Again, if you want to save 10 bucks

[00:44:07] Indiegogo, you know, it's 15 bucks plus a five dollar shipping fee. So it'll come out to 20 bucks and i'm shipping i'm shipping them now I was I couldn't ship them until this uh this week really so they're they're shipping now. So i've got plenty in stock and

[00:44:22] On there that's about it Right on man my survive drive dot com and go to the indiegogo for 10 bucks off support this guy He's uh got a cool product. All right jim. I'll talk to you soon man. We'll be in touch

[00:44:36] All right, brother. We'll be in touch man. Cool. Have a good night, man. See you All right pbn family that uh that is the survive drive Pretty cool. I love that medical feature man slap all your medical information right up on the front That's a good deal

[00:44:57] That's a damn good deal. You get rescued man You know and there's no one to speak for you and god who who could speak for you on the medical level with some of those things You know, do you do you even know your blood type?

[00:45:11] Let alone does your wife do your kids, you know so uh that's pretty good now Whether or not they'll be able to tell you know that this is uh That that's lurking in your bracelet. I don't know but

[00:45:25] Who knows you don't know how how common the old survive drive can get I can't impress upon you guys enough like We talked about alternative everything and and You know, this is a concept that is real

[00:45:43] And what what is very real about alternative everything is that many of these alternatives? uh They'll never make it to amazon in in an ad Or in the capacity of sales that puts it front and center in your face

[00:46:01] You know what? I mean like these are the types of products that People are innovating all the time You know, they're innovating all the time and they're being crushed by the biggest players And it's just you know, that is what it is I mean there are

[00:46:20] Tons of great ideas just like James's survive drive That uh are just launching you know and I don't know for me. It's fun to seek these guys out and see what's up

[00:46:35] You know what? I mean see what they're working on see what they got going see what kind of people they are Here's the here's the real nitty gritty. Here's the real secret in it all um They're awesome people

[00:46:53] We get that you know, we get to pick who we want to spend our time with believe it or not most of us You know, we get to choose. Well, we all get to choose

[00:47:04] Now it might radically change your life if you decide the people you spend your life with now Aren't the people you want to spend it with be at work or home or whatever But you still have that choice You know I'm a guy who is online for business

[00:47:20] You know what I mean? And I have a tremendous degree of choice With how and who I want to spend that time with I've come to realize that these small business men in the prepping and survival world are All awesome

[00:47:42] They're all awesome people these guys that are up and coming doing prepping podcasts that doing prepping courses prepping consultations prepping innovations You know, you wind up talking to real americans You know Real americans real americans who are Working their asses off raising families doing the hard things

[00:48:07] And then you know what sets them apart To an even greater degree and why I can rub elbows with these people and feel kin with them a kinship rather um Is because I've been here for so long I've been in that

[00:48:24] Work your ass off all day and then work a little more at night And then you know do the family things and do the dad things and do the friend things and do do all the things I mean it is It is fundamentally

[00:48:41] Yeah, I know you're gonna be like some of you out there are gonna applaud and some of you're gonna be like Yeah, yeah, yeah But it is the way

[00:48:51] And I don't mean the way you know the reason this is the way from the mandalorian is so cool is because they ripped it off from Jesus They ripped it off from jesus Jesus is the light in the way like he is the way

[00:49:07] So what does that mean? That means sacrifice is the way Right not sacrifice that you're forced to make But it's chosen sacrifice Chosen sacrifice is the way And when you get around people who understand that Christian people People who follow the way

[00:49:32] You just feel it man. You look at they have a look to them. They have a you know, it's a it's a thing people who shoulder their cross And sacrifice everything for A chance at an adventure For their you know integrity for the people they love

[00:49:56] Those type of people Give off a certain energy They're a selfless people. They're the type of people that Pick up the things that you drop They're the type of people that knock heads with you because you both die after the uh

[00:50:12] The item that fell out of your pocket, right? Not because one wants to steal it But because one wants to pick it up and help you out before you even have to help yourself These are people of the way

[00:50:27] And they don't even have to be religious, you know, it's not like It's not like they have to wear a cross and say they're a christian. I know nothing about james's religion But I don't have to know anything about his religion To know he's living the way

[00:50:43] Right, he's following the way That's the unbelievable thing about it You know this christian uh moniker That we come to carry around I mean it has little to do with With what it actually is You know

[00:51:08] There's actually a name given given to us by the romans, you know is given to people who worship christ It wasn't like they didn't come Out of the woodwork and say we are christian. We are christian. That is our name

[00:51:21] They were followers of christian the romans called them christian because of that christians You know, you follow the way whether you know it or not I followed I followed the way for years not knowing it And wondering whether or not I was allowed to be christian

[00:51:45] I was looking for permission from the romans when I had been You know following the way for a very long time And you can taste it you can smell it you can feel it it radiates off people

[00:51:59] And I'm telling you uh, you don't have to spend more time around christians per se But it definitely feels really good to spend people spend time with people who are uh Who understand the way All right pbn family I will talk to you

[00:52:20] Tomorrow night and probably tomorrow morning as well Uh Yeah, that's it. That's it members I recorded a uh a video for you today about um Doing what works And I didn't it's public. It's up on rumble. I didn't get it published yet on the prepper broadcasting network website
