What do you think? Folks? Not bad? Not bad? Listen, it is June third, and I thought I would make the announcement that, at least here on PBN and probably in your own personal life and in a growing move around the nation, Pride Month has fallen. Pride Month has effectively fallen and given way to Men's Mental Health Month, which I couldn't be happier about. And at the head of today's show, I want to show you guys the routine we put together for the month of June. Now, for those of you are unawares, or for those of you who block it out because it's it could be a pain. You know what I mean, It can be a pain these every month we build a routine for our listeners every month. Every month we include things like preparedness tasks, drive, fire training, fitness, Bible versus and the nine right, the whole nine. And it's a lot, you know, it's a lot to ask. And for a while I was kind of on the fence about it. And you know, it's sort of the old saying, if you want an extraordinary life, then you have to be prepared to do extra. You follow me, If you want an extraordinary life, then you have to do extra. And you know, that's what this month largely is about. That's what every monthly routine is about. This one's a little different. And the reason it's different is, you know, well, we got to be thoughtful. What is the real need here? What is the real issue here? Right? Are you aware that, you know, men make up seventy five percent of suicides in the country. When I wrote my book Poems for Men, I was doing research on this and I found out that suicide is the second leading cause of death amongst men, fifteen to twenty four second. Okay, so these things should you know? Really open your eyes to the fact of the matter. I'm not here to tell you I know how to fix it. I'm not telling you I know how to remedy it. But I know I can help I know you can help. We all can help. So what we're gonna do is we're gonna traverse over to. The uh. We're moving through the members only page, and this is sort of the main website for everything. So a lot of times you go to the members' website pbnfamily dot com to find other stuff. Right, I'm sure it's under Men's health here if I search the archive and there we are Men's Mental Health month June routine. Okay, the junior routine. I build them all out in Excel spreadsheets. Okay, I'm showing that off on today's show. I build them out on Excel spreadsheets that you can easily download for free. You know what I mean, do what you want. I might have to share that separate window to show it to you, will I yes, give me one second. Let me share the actual routine with you, and we'll talk about a little bit. Because you know, there's stuff here. There's different stuff here. Where typically I'm pushing people to go insane and work out really hard and do a lot of prepper training. I took a different angle this month, a little less time on the punishing workouts. I figure, if you're a punishing workout, guy, like or gal, You're gonna do it anyway. You don't need me to say, oh, work hard today, right, But I really took on low impact fitness this month. Fifteen to thirty minute workouts low impact fitness, twenty minute mindful walk, twenty minute brisk walk, full body stretch. You know, a lot of focus on breathing and thinking. And that's another big part of this month Men's Mental Health Month, the June Routine, I added a column for journal prompts. Writing prompts. I know that some of you out there like, there's no way, there's no way I'm doing that. There's no way that I am going to do that. Look, that's fine, you don't necessarily have to write it by hand, although all throughout the history of writing, this is what I want you guys out there to listen to me and hear. You will remain in a state of utter contempt for the world and misery if you always throw away the greatest gifts, right, get like literacy and the ability to write steeped in privilege for a long long time. You know, it wasn't like people woke up three hundred years ago and grabbed a pen and started writing. You know and started pouring out their greatest thoughts two hundred and fifty years ago at the birth of the nation. Right, there's a lot of people who couldn't even read. And guess what, you ain't writing a damn thing if you don't know how to read. If you can find a quiet moment to sit down with a pen and paper and write with your hands, it's important if you understand what a gift that is. I know, it doesn't feel like it because you can also, you know, play Call of Duty online against you know, fifty people or whatever and have that kind of fun, or you can, you know, whatever kind of thing you like to bude your time with. If you only seek out the biggest and the best, then you're always going to feel like things suck. But if you can find meaning in the greatness, if you can find meaning in the forgotten greatness, and I'm telling you, putting pen to pad is the forgotten greatness. Really putting pen to pad and sending a letter to someone through mail, Wow, you know what I mean? Like the you got to do it, you know, you just have to do it. It's just one of those things you forget what a marvel it is. We've become so spoiled, all of us to the greatness of our society and the resources that we have at hand, that you know, even these miracles, these miraculous things that happen, they just happen. Like your kids, they just go to school. They learn how to read and write. They don't have to go to a private school. They don't have to be homeschooled. If you, if you put in a little effort, and they put in a little effort, they go to school, they come home, they learn how. To read and write. And for what you know, what I mean, do you ever think about that? So today's journal prompt is what fear of pressure am I carrying alone that I could share with God or a trusted person, right, decompression? How do we deal with the pressures of a life? I can tell you with one experience in this, God will take your pressures. He will he will take your worries, He will take your concerns. You don't have to hold on to every single thing. And one of the big things about that is you have to have faith that that's actually true. And then you also have to understand that And here I mean both of these are as big as each other. Number One, you have to have faith in the fact that God can take your great concerns. It will take your great concerns, and you won't feel the weight of them twenty four to seven. The second part of that is it doesn't matter if you worry twenty four to seven. You can only act on things so often. You can only do so many things to affect. You know a certain problem in your life, so to worry about it twenty four seven will kill you. Your hair will fall out, do you understand, And it will do nothing for you. And worst of all is you will create layered narratives in your mind about the way things are, the way things should go, the way things shouldn't go. You will physically and emotionally change because words have power. Right have I not commanded you be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua. One nine is the daily inspiration for today. All right, you'll get the rest of the month daily inspirations. And I called on the saints of the Orthodoxy this month as well. So we're not going to hear only from direct from the Bible, but also from the saints of the Orthodox, because they've inspired me lately. Right, because I am late, and I brought this to you late in day three. We missed out on Saint John of Carpathos, right and his quote, my brethren, do all that is in your power not to fall. If you fall a thousand times, rise up again at each time. I mean, it's the state of life, right, It really is the state of life. So in the face of all of this, what's up, Jewel Raid, how are you? My man? Life's been wonderful. I can't complain in the face of all of this. I just wanted to do my part, you know, the things that I'm good at, the things that I can do, the things that I do regularly, right, you know, because there's something to that too. The things that you're passionate about, the things that you assume you're good at. That it's good to share those with the world. But there are also things that you've done for so long that may not be your favorite thing to do. But guess what, it really helps people, right, it really helps people. I'm hearing things outside. I don't know what it is. It must be my wife arriving home. No big deal. So do your best with this thing. You know, what you have is an I mean, I don't know how many of you take advantage of this kind of stuff or don't, but you have twenty seven days and don't forget. You know, you can share it. So it's something that you can share with someone out there, even if you know you're not gonna, you know, go through with all of it. And remember you don't have to go through with every single day either, you know what I mean. I know you see thirty days as you panic, right, it's like, oh my god, I can't do that. There's no way I'm gonna do that. I'm not writing a journal thirty days in a row. Be lucky if I write a journal. I mean, look, I don't even write a journal. I used to. Just you know, things ebb and flow in life. You gotta be aware of the ebb and flow of life and it is that's one of those things. You know, Just go at it, just look at it every day. I mean, everybody can open this document up, you can save it. It's linked in the podcast. You can save it and you can open it up day and just read the inspiration. That's it. Just read the daily inspiration and be done with it. Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial. What's so hard about that? And think about it, and think about it a little, and you know, if you are sort of a high impact guy with the fitness, it might be a good time to slow it down, a good month to lighten up. I can't promise I'll do that, you know what I mean, because the hot weather is rare and exceptional for me. But nonetheless, you know there's an opportunity in all of that. We're not going to focus too much on news and prepping stuff today. Jorian says ice is coming for me. Yeah, maybe, I don't know. That'd be a fun that'd be a fun episode. That'd be a fun collection of episodes right on the run I see on the run. I do want you guys to check out Red Begon Daily News from earlier today. We talked a little bit about this. We also talked about something really cool that you could work up to. By July fourth, there's a big national poetry contest out pretty cool, a lot of cool entries. If you want to force your high schooler entering the two hundred and fifty year Contest Poetry Contest it's you know, patriotic focused, American lit focused, that kind of thing. Maybe if you're homeschooling or something like that might be a cool opportunity for that. Everything's got to be in by the fourth I'll be submitting I have no idea what I just found out about it today. To be honest, thank god, thanks to the epic times. I have some ideas. I definitely have some ideas, maybe more than one entry. I'll tell you about it later after there's enough in the back of your head right now. But it' sffice it to say, stay tuned, stay tuned to the Relentless Prepper Broadcasting Network. It's been a hell of a week. As always, we had a great night Vision show with the great folks over at US night Vision on Tactical Tuesday. If you're into that sort of thing. Church and State is always great. Yesterday was Kurt Cobain murdered with Richard Syrett. You never thought you would hear that on PVN, I'm sure. And today we have Raising Rabbits, a great show that The Red Beacon Daily News will be up or it is up. Actually, by the time you hear this, it will be up unless you're listening live. If you're listening live, I just recorded that outside then came inside to do this one. And what else, folks? What else? Dig In? Probably one of the most underrated things we're doing right now it's worth talking about, is the radio drama I was a Communist for the FBI. I was a communist for the FBI. Might be like curriculum. I think it could pass as curriculum if you listen, really listen to it. Like I'm telling you, there's a lot there, Like, there is a lot in that show. That show's got a lot going on in terms of learning. Like it explained, it's obviously a drama, and you know there's scenes happening within the story, but then it goes pretty heavily into sort of the basics and basis of communism, and then you remember, Wow, we've been fighting this thing since nineteen fifty or whatever, and it's by all accounts, at least in the cities of the United States, it's winning. So I don't know what else, folks. I think that's it for today. There's a lot on the plate today. You got a lot coming. What is it? Anyway? Tuesday? Tuesday is pretty quiet typically outside of the shows that we post regularly Wednesday Thursday, it'll start to ratchet up with the Patriot Power Hours and herbal medicine for preppers, and the Changing Earth audio drama and all those great things we do here weekly. All right, So I don't know what else to tell you. Stay tuned, spread the word, talk to you,
