The actual mother of Mayhem show tonight, folks. State of the Commonwealth is our show title for the day tonight, And yeah, we're here to talk about that. And I had this idea just based off of her sort of State of the Union fiasco. I thought it'd be funny to do a state of the Commonwealth because watching her do that, all I could think, and you were probably thinking the same thing, Dave, was what why are you doing? Like what why aren't you busy figuring out. Virginia right now? Yeah? Why are you doing this? And I think they were taking a big risk on her, to be honest, I do, and I don't think it went well. Yeah, and the you can early vote right now in Virginia, which I did today. I seen that. Yeah, vote no. Please put all this nice on this proposition. They put all this nice, flowery language in it. And if you can get a cop that and pull that up because the way they said it to make things more fair and uh what was it? Uh temporarily, Yeah, temporarily is a great one. There's no temporarily there's no I mean, what what's gonna happen after you get nine Democrats in there to one Republican then you're gonna change it back. I don't think so. Definitely ain't gonna happen. Yeah, you got Obama in there talking about it. I mean, all the signs are up. Yeah, he did an ad for the state of Virginia. And why does he You know, don't you miss the time when presidents just went off into the sunset and you never heard from them again. Yeah, presidents, musicians, actors, actors, yep, all of them, sports stars. Yeah, just go away, Yeah. Just go away. I'm looking for the language. I'm at the Virginia Department of Elections. Well, it would be let me see if I can google it. I guess probably Abigail's website, I bet would be good. That'd probably be a good spot to start. I'm sure she's got all the good language up there. But yes, to Dave's to Dave's point, the government doesn't do anything temporarily unless it saves you money. There you go. Proposed amendment in the April twenty twenty six special election, which see what they they're asking the voters right now to weigh in on this because they want to go against the constitution. Yeah, amending it. You know what gets me is what happened in Gaza when they elected Hamas As, they're, hey, we like the way you are going to govern, and then Hamas goes and cancels all further elections, So the people in Gaza were stuck with them no matter what. That's the question is should the Constitution of the Virginia be amended to allow the General Assembly to temporarily adopt new congressional districts to restore fairness in the upcoming election while ensuring Virginia's standards redistricting process resumes for all other redistricting after the twenty thirty census. Yeah, four years. Yeah, this is this is the question that's on the ballot, to restore fairness. Yeah, because what and what that means for fellow Virginians is you're taking the hit for the Democrats, the whole democratic look of the nation, because what they say in the commercial is it's so unfair out there, so many Republicans in Florida and Texas and have rewritten their maps. We're going to do our part in Virginia to help even things out. Yeah, and and not only that, California has redistrict to where they're a single party Maryland, you know, a judge stepped in and told them to to redraw the maps. They redrew it so that there's even less Republicans. I mean, I think even jerry mandering Okay was a Democrat. Oh. The guy's name was Jerry from New Jersey. And I think that's where it all came from. It's all started, you know. So if there's if they're pointing fingers, well the Republicans did it first in Texas. No, no, we didn't invent this and and that half census. The census is to be run every ten years. Well, people left New York, Illinoisia, in California and they went to Texas. And it was only because there was such an influx of people that they thought, well maybe we should look at this halfway through the census time. If Texas is redistricting, yeah, it's one of the red I mean, it was one of the reddest states in exist What were they trying to accomplish by making it more red? You know what I mean. It's not like one of these states that's like, oh man, I don't know, they might be read. They might not you know, this year, I mean this next election maybe who knows. I don't know, though, you know things you just don't know. You just don't know. The Democrats could throw up an absolute hamhock again as a candidate and then it doesn't matter, you know, in the general at least. But yeah, yeah, this is a big deal. This is one of the biggest deals for the state of Virginia for the at least the next four years, I would say probably forever. Yeah, because I don't see the Democrats or the Republicans ever pulling that power off and changing things. And I got to tell you, we voted myself, Maria and now Deanna. Oh Enna votes Now I forgot Yeah. Great. So we went and it was busy. It was busy. People were flocking in, and I'm. Like, it's because that's the early vote. Yeah, yeah, that's interesting. So what all were you voting on? Was it just the it's the one thing. It's the one thing that's. On the ballot. I wonder how many were voting for even Maria said, is that it? And I said, yeah, it's the one thing. Now, other places may have something else, you know, like yeah, do you want your property taxes to go up? Well, you voted for it. Yeah, they voted demon crat for it. So man, it is what it is. Yeah, they want a one party system. They want to And here's the thing, there's not that many people that actually believe in all this radical crap that you're trying to shove down our throats. A majority of the people in the United States believe boys are boys and girls are girls. A majority believe that you should show id to vote, that that you shouldn't let boys compete in women's sports. A majority yes. So when you put something like this on there, it's like, I can't remember what the statistic was, but it was like only fifteen percent of the people in the Soviet Union were actually communists and they controlled the other eighty five percent. Wow. Yeah, I mean, you know, it doesn't take a lot if you're well organized and you know, you can inspire people and you're good at lying. Yeah, yeah, good at lying is a thing you put up there. You go, you got to put up the right information and throw the ads on YouTube, and you know people there, well, the lady. That ran as a moderate and now, yeah, I mean, what was the legislative session. It wasn't I don't think it was two months. I think it was like six weeks. They crammed so much crap down our throat and just railroaded it. I mean, I don't think they knew what they were passing. Now here. Yeah, it's there's a lot out there, There's a lot. I mean that. One of the things is the criminal justice and public safety situation in this state I think is about to become an absolute nightmare. Yeah, the repealing of mandatory minimum sentences we talked about right the defelonizing of drug possession, which I don't understand. The drug situation. What we're going through in Richmond right now is we gave an inch. We opened up tobacco. I mean it was a running joke in our car, you know what I mean, like we'd be driving around and oh, there's another tobacco and vape shop. You wouldn't believe it. We opened them up. They were everywhere. Now every one of them almost is shut down. Every one of them was breaking code, selling drugs, storing laundered money, had weapons. It just became a complete and total gang store. Yeah, and now they're all I mean almost every one of them around us has a big orange sign on it about code violations and they're all closed. I don't understand why people think that the defelonization of drugs or the decriminalization of drugs is a good thing. But I can I don't understand that the gambling either, right, I don't understand how you have a woman who's we're going to make things more affordable. Doesn't matter how affordable you make it if everybody's dumping their money into drugs and gambling. Yeah, I mean they always sell the casino as being, oh, property tax relief and all this. Yeah, sure, and it never ever turns out to be that way. It never does. There's never a property tax relief. That's never nothing. They did a demographics. There's there's a certain amount of people that will gamble once in a while, there's a certain amount that will never gamble, okay, and there's a certain amount that will gamble once in a while. But you need to have a consistent flow to be able to maintain an operation. And and basically by legalizing all these casinos and stuff, all you're doing is taking the same people from like West Virginia and bringing them down to MGM Grand at the Harbor. Oh yeah, they're just they're just making the rounds. Because I've lived here for fourteen years, I haven't been to a casino. Yet I used to work with a guy who would come to work off no sleep, having riven to that casino. Wow, gambled all night, come to work the next day, no sleep. I mean this, you know this, This is what it can do to some people, you know, And it's just not one of those things I think we need to focus on. And you know, in order to the other thing that she dug us into now is rejoining the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, which is a carbon tax, right right, And so we have the combination of the data centers and the greenhouse coalition nightmare that is gonna kill you on power. Yes, it's just what it's gonna do. The moment I saw the data center commercial come out and say, oh, data centers are going to pay more for their power and it might even help out your bill, I knew data centers ain't paying shit. Yep. I said same thing with the casinos. So these data centers, the way I explained him in class was that the electrical grid was set up a long time ago with families and the industry that was there at the time. Yeah, and eighty five percent of our utilities in the United States are commercial enterprises. They're not owned by the government. Yeah, so they set this up, and now in that same grid you throw something like a data center. First of all, the grid can't handle something like that, and if it does, that's why we're having brownouts and stuff like that. If it does, it makes everybody's bill go up. Bingo. Affordability at its finest from the Mother of Mayhem. Yeah, I mean, did you get that text that Ben got. Ben sent us a text in the heart of the darkness when it was cold and frozen and everything was yeah, yep, it was like yeah. It was like, you know, you might lose power, try to try to try to stay warm without staying warm. Yeah, he said, figure out, figure out something to the effect of, if you lost power, figure out how you're gonna stay warm. Yeah. I mean that's what you need right when there's this big cold snap and we lose power here all the time. Anyways, I think we lost we lost power when we got the message. Where you were out every other day. I remember you telling me in the back channel, you bel oh powers out again, Oh powers back on? Oh power. Yeah, Yeah, that'll be America, trust me. I used to do a show with the guy in South Africa. I reach out to him. I have been on his show in a while. But and and it's their life. Yeah, he would. He would tell me, I can interview you between blank and blank and blank and blank because the other hours we don't have power. Yep, that's just it. They just don't have pad. The power goes off to everybody and then they run it for whatever many hours on either end of that break. Yeah, it's real. It can't happen here, yep. Maria talks about the times when they needed to send power to factories. When that happened, the power went off in homes, so the homes didn't get any powers because the factories were needed this power to produce things. Yeah. So some of the constitutional amendments on the board here passed early in session and headed to November twenty twenty six referendums protecting abortion rights, restoring voting rights to Felon's post sentence, allowing, and allowing mid decade redistricting, which is what we just talked about. It also says repealing the same sex marriage ban. I don't even know what that is. The hell was. That that's not there's not banned here, Not that I know of, not that I know of, bills on minimum wage hikes, paid sick leave, cannabis, retail, environment regulations, of course, proposed tax and nothing's better than environmental regulation, righty? Can you make off of that? Yeah? Uh yeah, Virginia, California. That's it, the VA two c A yeah, yeah, repeat, the repealing of the mandatory minimums, defelinizing drug possession, banning solitary confinement, and protections for those with disabilities. I mean, what protections aren't there for people with disabilities in jail? There's no way they don't have protections for people with disabilities in jail. Yeah, Like they just chuck a guy off his wheelchair into the cells, say had but good luck. I hope you can make it to chow, you know what I mean? Yeah, come on, this is the United States. Yeah, you can get out of here. Yeah. I mean, so these are these are kind of the things that I would have liked to hear her talk about rather than talk about Trump is lying and you know, so on, well, you know, let's run our let's run our clip real quick. Dave Jones, because it struck me so hard, I had to turn a whole entire I had to turn a whole entire clip into it for everybody to watch. So I'll ask again, is the president working to make life more affordable for you and your family? We all know the answer is no. It was just like she did that. For those of you didn't watch, she did that, I think three times. Yes she did. You all know the answer is no. Thing was thrice repeated, and it felt me like I was watching a real time brainwashing. You know what I mean. I played this. I played there the whole inauguration over two days, two periods to all of my history classes. Okay, because you're about the state of the Union. Yes, I wanted them to see what Trump said, and then I wanted to see her response. And the funniest thing was the people in her audience. They went like this when it was like they had some kind of a if you can get that, if you can get her response, Watch the people clapping. It's like someone turned the light on and as soon as the light goes off, they stopped clapping. It was that. Yeah, there's no spontaneousness about it. It's like they're all a bunch of robots. That was a political that. I mean, if you want my opinion, that was a political show to test her to see is she going to be the candidate day to run for the president against Vance or whoever. Yeah, and that really is what I think that was. But put her out there, little dog and pony show. Let's have her attack the president currently and all the things that he's doing, because you know, no matter who runs, it's gonna be that guy's gonna be like Donald Trump for the left. Yes, if you get him, it's four more years. That's it'll be to be four more years. Of Donald years of Trump. Yeah, that hate him as much as you hated Trump. Not like their policies are better. And then another thing which she went through that and she said, you have to ask yourself one question, is the president working for you? And I'd be I'd be listening to this and I'd be replying back. The kids would listen to me replying back, yeah, and I go like this, No, They laughed. It was hilarious. I we've got a at per the state of the Commonwealth. We do have a uh, I'm pretty sure it's a state wide hike on minimum wage. We're going up to fifteen out like like California, right, is it California? Fifteen or are they like twenty five? They're probably like fifty dollars an hour. Yeah, something crazy. But man, sheets, sheets is going to get more expensive everything. Yeah, they can't figure this out. They just put robots in at McDonald's. I mean, man, I just saw something crazy. I just saw isis? Where'd it go? So? Isis guy been arrested? Where did it go? Hey? Who's our sponsor for the night. Yeah, we're running the Dirty Man Safe, Dave Jonesy Dirty Safe. You got one? I got one? Everybody gets a Dirty Man Safe. I showed it off on today's show. Mine's right next to me here, okay, yeah, mine's right. Maria thought I had bought this and she's that's far. Yeah, And I'm like, wait it says NBC guy on here. Do you think I would send something for myself? And say NBC guy? Yeah? Really yeah, they're they're a great company man. Yeah. For me, it represents, like I said on today's show, it represents, uh, that whole survival cash thing, you know what I mean. It's it's one of those things you want to do. Maybe you've done it once. And you want to do it again with food, or you want to do it with you know, ammunition whatever. But yeah, it's. Did yours come with the plastic holders for silver coins? Yeah? Yeah, mine did too. That's nice. A lot of mine are in those already, but that is nice. I like that. That's great for go ahead. You could probably make one of these cheaper, but it would be hard to do and time consuming. I mean that's the question. Yes, the way they put it together to include oxygen absorbers or moisture. Yeah, And I'm like, wow, they thought of everything, and then the instructions on how to bury it with just a posthole digger and then you put the sleeve down in and the sleeve protects your whole from filling up with dirt and everything like that, and then the water proof gramots that are on the gas sets that are on there. I mean wow. Yeah. The only thing I could think to add to that. And they give you a teflon tape for the threads. I didn't see that. Oh yeah, they give you a little roll of teflon tape for the threads. The only thing I would add is maybe a little silicone gel to seal the threads, you know, the rubbers. As the rubber squishes, the silicon gel will make it even more waterproof. It's really really well thought out. You can tell that they experimented with different things, and yeah, it's fantastic. And then that little sleeve that goes on top, Okay, that white sleeve, that's the thing that covers it over and then you pull it out and that pops right off. Not only that, you know. The steel balls, Yeah, those are to seed your property. They give you steel ball. Barrel right, Yeah, so you could detect someone. Is trying to find your cash with a metal detector. If they know you have a cash and they're trying to find your cash, you throw them off with all these little steel balls that you plan around. The chances are, first of all, it's gonna take him longer'n Yeah, they're gonna they're gonna say, screw. This, right, how many holes is the average guy gonna dig if he doesn't know what he's digging for, or where it could be or what it might be. Yeah, and he dug up all those those balls. What I really like about the design from that perspective, from the opposite perspective is you can miss that thing, you know what I mean, He's not that's not even like a like a Pelican case or something like that. That's not even an AMMO cam where it's at least length wise, you know, to have it up right like that. You're talking ten inch maybe, yeah, maybe eight inch. You know you could dig on either side of that thing and miss it. Yeah, and your stuff is down in the ground so far. I don't know of a metal detector that could reach that far to detect your shit because they say in the instructions two feet minimum. Yeah. Yeah, it's a great device. Like I said, well, this is all I have to see you hit the nail on the head. Could you make one? Probably? Will you make one? No? Yeah? For ninety you watch it and listen. In ninety nine percent you might make a cash. You're not gonna make a cash? Is good, you know what I mean. So, I don't know if you can hear that, but we have massive helicopter action right now. Oh no, I do hear it a little bit. Do you hear it? Yeah? Oh yeah, I hear it. Now. Wow, that is multiple black Hawks. Interesting. Huh, that is very interesting on a Monday night. On a Monday night. Hey PPM family, you know, yeah, see, we take this for granted, guys and This is what you have to understand about prepping and preppers. What we take for granted is we're sitting on food and drink and fuel and Ammo and Intel and groups and networks. And you know, if you're not sitting on that, you need to be sitting on that, Like, you need to start developing that because I don't know how I would deal with it, Dave. I don't know how I would deal with life right now if I had a week's worth of groceries in the fridge and that was everything and. It was just you. Yeah, yeah, that too, right. And you have no contact with anybody else that's. Prepping right right. My best buddy's a guy I go drink with and he likes cars something like that, you know what. I mean, Like that's the full extent of your posse. Yeah, you get out with him and he's talking about Sydney Sweeney or something like that, you know what I mean? Yeap like that. There's a lot of people in that situation, and yeah, you know, you start chipping away at it now, guys, and you can you can establish a base of preparedness that will make a big difference in your life, because this stuff's not gonna go away, you know what I mean. It would be a miracle and and everyone should appreciate it. I'm on the show. Everyone should appreciate it. Okay. She went outside and looked two of them. Death. Oh god, they have the awkspring. Okay, they don't need to know where we live, but thank you. Yeah, how's about to mute you too, I guess. Yeah, it's okay. If you find my house, it's because you were looking for something else, right. Yeah, definitely that. Yeah. But okay, so they were osprey's. Yeah, that's why they were so loud. They do that. They do that. I mean they do it regularly, night operations, things like that. It happens all the time around here. But you know, I I saw one before, and an osprey flew by my kids school one time, and I called you almost immediately after, and I said, I don't know if that was a UFO. Yeah. It was the coolest looking thing I've ever seen in the air in my life. It was so fast and so loud, and I know, incredibly loud. It was wild. I was just sitting there waiting for him to get done school and if it's gone, yeah, and I was like, what what on Earth. Was that because it wasn't a plane and it wasn't a helicopter. Yeah, and you were like, you know what it was, James, sounds like it was an osprey. Yeah. They they can very goal take off and land, and they can fly hundreds of knots. I mean they're they're fast like a fixed wing and they can vertically take off and land. So it's it's like the best of both worlds. Yeah, they're pretty awesome. Thank God for the American military, I'll tell you that much. Yeah, I'll say. It's a wild thing. Man. I wonder if you know the other thing about this you not to get too far off topic of the Mother of Mayhem, but no cyber attacks. Yeah, that's true. That's true. I mean you would think that everything they had their fingers into they would have been jamming it up, screwing it up. Not a not a thing. It's one of those things that makes me a little nervous. I'm not gonna lie. It makes me nervous, and it makes me think there's something yet to come. Yeah, maybe they were well waiting for this signal. I don't know. That's a it's really weird about it, right, because Iran has hacked things or here's the other explanation. The other explanation. I thought about this a lot as the war was unfolding. I started wondering, are these quote unquote hackers winging it like they don't have a process or a procedure the way the United States says like, all right, we need to we need to hack this, this and this. Yeah, right, and this is what we do. Are they just you know, flying by the seat of the pants and then they'd get in somewhere and they're like, oh, we did it. We'll tell the ayah told that we got into the bank. Yeah, can you do it again? No, I don't know how to do it again, but we did it. Yeah, Yeah, I don't know. That's that's a tough one there. You know, shut down a pipeline like they did that one time. And right, yeah, if you could get into a colonial wament. Plants like they do regularly, it seems yeah. I Hey, but we were talking about the prepper sphere and having and I wanted to just say, stay tuned because we're going to have a back channel PBN. Calm Answer Calm Network for sure. Yeah, we're gonna we're gonna have an emergency comms network. I'm not saying it will be the Penn Ultimate the whole world has collapsed and you can still talk to me and Dave, but it is definitely gonna be an ancillary communications network. It's gonna be a way for you to reach out to people, a group of PBN listeners, hosts and so on that in a situation like oh, crap, a bunch of black Hawks or Osterbury just flew over my house, you'll be able to go a bunch of black cocks or Osprey just flew over my house. Anybody know what's going on? You know what I mean, which I'll tell you guys, in the dark of night, those things go a long way. Yeah, you know what I mean, in the dark of night when wars happening and crazy stuff happens, and you can clickic cly and find out like, oh no, we're not under attack, Okay, good. And get someone else's you know, opinion and what they're seeing, and you know, maybe it's nothing more than to hey, talk me off the ledge. I'm ready to need that. Yeah, yeah, I'm I'm ready. I think it's happening right now. I'm gonna draw out all my money from my four to one K tell me why I shouldn't. Yeah, you know that happens by the way. Oh, I got an email to day Listen. I get to email today from a guy, great guy, and he said, longtime guy here at PBN. And he said, Now, I don't know this whole situation. It is what it is, right, and I don't want to go into it because it's personal. But like suffice it to say, this person emails me and goes, you got any you got any episodes on mental health? Oh? Wow? Yeah? Yeah, it wears on you. And this is a guy who's prepped, you know, I know in fact, right, so it and like I said, it wears on you. And if you're if you're out there on your own, by yourself, and every night you're up all night on the computer, yeah, and your family's upstairs sleeping, and you're going it's all gonna come to an end, and I can't stop it, and I don't know what to do. And it's a snowball that's rolling down the hill and it's just gathering. It's getting bigger and bigger and bigger, and there's nothing that's gonna in your mind stop it, you know, And I'll admit through. This was back when I was working, okay, and Tim mcwelch, good friend. Best selling author bushcraft master. Yeah, great, dude. And I said to him, look, I'm ready to draw the money out of my TSP. Tell tell me why I shouldn't do this, And he said, went down through the litany of stuff, and then he brought up other times when you know, I think it was during Obama. Yeah, and he brought up other things that and uh, and thankfully I didn't do it because here I am right now, you know, oh, years years later. Probably hasty decisions, man, Yeah, it's weird. It's a weird thing. You want to you want to hang on to the money and be careful with the decisions because nowadays things change so fast, you know, like the chicken coop didn't change for how many hundreds of years probably, But now those quail cages I bought are a masterpiece. I mean they're like. Technology is changing things so fast. Like if you can, if you can afford to push it off, you may want to push it off just to see what's coming, because it could be cheaper, could be better, you know, and things are changing. You know, this thing with silver it's a massive change for me personally. Yeah, it's a massive It's changed how I look at precious metals completely. Yeah, my whole operating procedure is now changed because just because of the price of silver, because it's like, I don't know if this is going to do what I wanted to do. It's and it's volatile now and I don't know. You know. One of the things about fake silver was nice because it was always cheap. Yeah, you know, we'd always complain and say, this is not the real price of silver, you know. Yeah, and then you get the real price of silver or something akin to it, and it's like, all right, I want to lie back. I want the twenty dollars, so. Lie to me. Tell me it's eighteen eighty eight like it used to be. Well, what I used to do was I would gather up all the scrap metal and then I haul the scrap metal down to the scrap yard. They'd weigh it, they'd pay me cash, and I'd take that cash and I'd go and buy ounce of silver or precious metal. Yeah, from scrap metal to precious metal exactly. You know. Larry donated a lawnmower one time and I'd another friend give me a big washer dryer. He replaced his and it, you know, it was broken. So I took that in and that's what I used to do. Now, I don't think I could get enough scrap metal on my trailer to get an ounce of silver. Yeah, there's a lot of people scraping too. It's harder to come by. But yeah, you know, it is that it is so you know, long story short, PBN family prep on. Yeah, you know, it's just that that's what you gotta do if you want to not lose your mind, because we have we in my opinion, we ain't seen nothing yet in terms of civil unrest in this country. No, we ain't seen nothing. Yeah, and more years of Trump. Yeah, if you're stressed, the answer for stress is action. Always, definitely, always do something that that makes you a little better than yesterday. The moth man is out there, see the mothman back there. All right? Now? Yeah, that freaked me out, but you're a hundred percent right man. Action is the only thing that will get you out of that mindset, you know. Yeah, and then once you do that thing, you're like, oh, I feel so much better. Yeah, And the tougher it is the better you feel or the more of a the more of a you know, struggle it is to get it all done, the better it is. Yep, if you put up a bucket of food, that's one more bucket that you didn't have this morning when you woke up. Sorry you froze. Now, my dogs went to the front door, like somebody came in the front door. That's locked. And I was thinking, where's my gun at I was going, where is the firearm? Actually it's in my wife's glove box right now, I gotta go get it. We were racing time to get back here for the show. But anyway, Yeah, so the for you fellow Virginians, look for many more of these to come. Yeah. I mean this just sort of like the clockwork of civil unrest in the United States is so will be the chaos here in the state of the Commonwe Oh, you know what, I did want to talk about this real quick because I had I tried to get Keith from Common Sense Practical Prepper on and he sent me a message. He's traveling so he couldn't make it. It would have been really fun show. You, me and him. That would have been great. And he said he wanted to talk about the law she's about to sign that prohibits the transportation of AR fifteen's on the public roadways. Yes, and now it's it's any uh what they term assault rifle. Yeah, so it can be a hunting rifle. I think anything that holds five rounds or more. I think it's seven for the for the hunting rifle. Oh no, that's the shotgun. Yeah. If your shotgun holds more than seven, oh mine, dude, Yeah, I have a bandolier on mine. I have What that means, I have. One shotgun that holds four rounds. That could be the answer, though, that could be the answer. Get yourself a bandolier like I have. Yeah, because they're not in there, they're not in the in My shotgun can't hold all those, but they're right there ready to go. You know. I mean you know that cal Tech shotgun that has like the bullpen the three rotating barrels. Yeah, I mean I think it holds something like twenty rounds. It's a beautiful thing, it is. That's a bump in the night weapon right there. If I ever heard of one. Yeah, and the the other one that was that's passed the house in the Senate for a second amendment is uh carrying carrying weapons anywhere in the state, the entire Commonwealth. I forget what it is. It's SB something or other day write it down over here, but it passed. It was signed yesterday or passed yesterday the House and the Senate, and it basically it's, you know, the same idea assault weapons, shotguns above certain you know, magazines above certain, you know the whole thing. It was no, actually I gotta find it. You got time or no, yeah. I got time. But you know what gets me is they can pass these laws just out of what they think. There's no data behind it, you know. There. You can't say, well, there's shotgun killed this many people because it held this many rounds. There's no data. It's just no And it's all designed because criminals are gonna criminal Okay, they're not going to obey these laws. It's all designed to get law abiding citizens unarmed. Well, I was talking to my wife about it today and I said, you know how many I I'm insanely like, you know, silly with her. So I framed it as you know, we won't see so many people carrying air fifteens around Virginia. Anymore. Yeah, because that's what this is. Carrying loaded firearms. This is yea, this is SB seven twenty seven. Carrying loaded firearms in public areas prohibited and the penalties changed. Semi automatic center fire rifle or pistol that expelled single or multiple projectiles. But actually, but a twenty two right. Equipped at the time of the offense with magazine that will hold more than twenty rounds of ammunition, designed by the manufacturer to accommodate a silencer, or equipped with a folding stock shotgun with a magazine that will hold more than seven rounds. Anything with a threaded barrel. Yeah, there you go. It doesn't matter if you have a silencer or not, or suppressor, it's anything with a threaded barrel. And a lot of firearms are sold that way, you know, thinking that someday a guy might want to get one. Yeah, what's the harm? What do you think? You think a guy buys a silencer and turns into James Bond all of a sudden. I'm just gonna go shoot everybody with my new silencer. When have you heard a mass shooting where a guy had a silencer. It's like these people have some kind of. Brain Hollywood. Do you know they have no clue what reality is. I don't think I know of a killing offhand that has happened with a silencer. No, you know, like person on civilian on civilian type thing. Right, But here it goes. It says on any public street, roade, alley, sidewalk, public right of way, or in any public park or any other place of whatever nature that is open to the public in and then they erased all of these counties and cities that it used to apply to the Commonwealth, so that what they're saying is that some dude in South Boston, right, who's been there probably three centuries worth of or more of his family can't walk out on his on his sidewalk or on his street with an AR fifteen over his back. I mean that is so it's crazy. Yeah, I want to. I want a constitutional amendment for revolution. That's what I want. Yeah, I want to. In the Declaration of Independent Yeah, pretty much, it says, you know, it's our duty. Because what this does for everybody who's paying attention, this eliminates the capability to repeat the twenty twenty protest for the Second Amendment that was it was the greatest protest probably in the history of the United States. Yeah, I mean as far as outcomes, as far as the amount of people who showed up and what it looked like after we were done there. Yep. Now, that couldn't happen because you can't walk around with the air fifteen slung on your back like people were doing there. Exactly. They don't want that show ever to happen again, and this is their way to stop it. It's ugly. It's a very ugly move because that was beautiful. That was one of the most beautiful things I was ever a part of, and I'm a father of two. That's the state of the Commonwealth. PBN family. You better keep your eye on it. If you're in Virginia, you better keep. Your eye on it. Better. You better get out and vote. Like Dave said, you better vote no. Vote, vote like your life depends on it. Either that or you better start looking at real estate. Because if you're a conservative, gun toting, Bible thumping you know. The taxes on AMMO and firearms, that's gonna go because you know they did it with alcohol and tobacco and anything. Let it all go to education. Don't worry, the kids will be so smart you won't even believe how smart they are. They'll take your job. They'll be so smart, they won't be able to read, but they'll be so smart you won't believe it. Yeah. Yeah, I'm so done with taxes to schools because the only thing I see happen consistently in public schools is there's one thing that happens almost every year. Teachers get raised. I know, he's supposed to be like. Oh no, no, no, no, they deserve it. Well, maybe I don't know, but good God in Heaven, let's see some Let's see something come out of a Richmond public school that you're really excited about. Yeah, you know what I mean, because all I get around here. Is bad news. Yeah you know, but yeah, the taxes won't stop. And like I said, it may be uh you may see Dave Jones and the Intrepid Commander with palm trees in the background instead of moths. You yeah, oranges, oranges, homegrown lime trees. Can you imagine, probably go grow avocados in Florida? Right, that would be something. Probably do a. Lot of stuff, man, do a lot of stuff. Get them ponds going filled with giant bass crash. Yeah, the bass fishing in Florida's insane. Yeah, oh man, it's tempted. It's tempting. It's only getting more tempting. It's your what you been in office three months? Yeah? Yeah, we got a long way to go. I got a long way to go. Man, that's gonna be a lot of court fights. But all right, PB and family, I think we've done it. This has been the State of the Commonwealth on the Mother of Mayhem with Dave Jones, the NBC and myself. Thanks Dave for joining me. Man, always a pleasure to talk to you. Say, keep your eye out. Never know what's going on with these sleeper cells. If anything big happens comes up, then will pop on and give you, give you our two cents and what we know about the situation. Definitely all right, folks, talk to you tomorrow.
