[00:01:14] I'm not sure how much the elevation is or how far the hill sprinting is but it's ridiculous, it's dumb, it's too far of a sprint.
[00:01:26] Sometimes I get to the top and catch my breath a minute but the path that I run on goes in a complete circle.
[00:01:36] I just kick off running again until I get back to the bottom of that hill and then it's back up.
[00:01:46] I'm thinking about how I can finish on the fourth one but by the fourth one I'm ready to finish it out with the fifth one and I'll make my way up to ten
[00:01:56] and I'll do ten in the hottest part of the year.
[00:02:00] And I'll let you know, stay tuned. Either that's good for me and I'm going to give a long healthy life or it's killing me and I'm going to die young.
[00:02:12] But I'm not here to discuss either those two theories.
[00:02:16] Instead, I'm wondering about the two-tier justice system and the heart of the average man, maybe the integrity.
[00:02:30] This will be the last time and the only time that you'll hear me discuss in any long duration, the situation with Fanny Willis Donald Trump, the corrupt judge in Georgia.
[00:02:44] It's it.
[00:02:48] But I think there's something people are missing.
[00:02:52] I think that I've been banding about in my own head is that of the two-tier justice system.
[00:02:58] On the face of it, we want a one-tier of justice.
[00:03:02] And all my life I have considered the possibility and the very stark reality that there are people with a lot of money who live a different kind of life, particularly where justice is involved,
[00:03:16] the rest of us, you know, the commoners.
[00:03:20] And in my naive mind I just assumed that there were those two classes of people and sometimes one class jumped to another class.
[00:03:28] But what I, until this Fanny Willis situation happened, I never before contemplated the fact that perhaps it is the aspiration of those in the lower tier of the justice system to make a jump up to the next and becoming untouchable.
[00:03:45] And now that's what I'm wondering about.
[00:03:49] I'm wondering, is it the two-tier justice system that people want to get around?
[00:03:55] Or do people just want to get to the higher tier so that they can be, you know, criminal and get away with it?
[00:04:03] I've heard a lot of commentary about it.
[00:04:10] About how heinous it is that, and for those of you who don't know, because I barely know, I was keeping my distance from it.
[00:04:18] But the Fanny Willis, the DA in Georgia basically committed perjury.
[00:04:24] And it looked like by all accounts there she was going to have to, you know, there will be some repercussions.
[00:04:30] Because it's a big deal. We don't make it a big deal when the right people commit perjury anymore.
[00:04:38] But it's a big deal when the wrong people commit perjury. I can tell you that.
[00:04:44] Whenever something like this happens, I'm reminded of the men who are in jail for trespassing at the Capitol.
[00:04:54] A lot of people, I've heard a lot of commentary about it. A lot of people have been saying how insane it is that now Willis has been allowed not only to practice law still without any repercussions.
[00:05:07] The judge read Mitterrand said, you know, it's not within his power to do anything about it. There's other organizations that should take action. None of them will.
[00:05:18] But I want you to understand something going forward. And this is the important part of this podcast. So if you're just have listening, please listen to this because this is the important part.
[00:05:31] The juries of the trials of all these Donald Trump trials have changed drastically.
[00:05:42] And I didn't really understand this until this morning. The jury pool has expanded to include the entire nation now.
[00:05:53] Do you understand what I'm saying? In other words, there's a jury that may decide he's guilty or innocent in the coming trials or whatever.
[00:06:03] But what's really happened is the entire country has become the jury for Donald Trump. And why that's important is because they have a purger, a pergerer.
[00:06:25] They have someone who's purged themselves. They have a tainted element now in the DA that's prosecuting this man and the judge that's overseeing it.
[00:06:37] So while a lot of people are saying, you know, it's not fair she shouldn't be allowed to do this. She should be punished and rightly so she should.
[00:06:46] But it's only to his benefit man. It's only to his benefit. Do you know what I mean?
[00:06:54] And again, think of the jury as the people of the United States not a group of people in Georgia because yeah, that jury matters.
[00:07:06] But the and I think Donald Trump understands is the real jurors in the United or of his cases, the real people who the real deciding force, the real deciding factor, the real judgment that matters is not coming from those jurors in Georgia.
[00:07:24] It's coming from the United States people. It's coming from the voting base who are watching this guy right now. And a lot of people are on the fence. See we're on the fence before this.
[00:07:33] A lot of people are going, should this guy have all these charges? Is this right? You know, like, should he really have all these charges brought against him and why should he have all these charges brought against him.
[00:07:45] And now he has a I mean, he almost has immunity in this case because of the fact that he can always say the DA is a liar and the judge is corrupt.
[00:07:58] I mean, really it couldn't have worked out better for the guy when you think about it. In other words, if before, if before you throw your first spear, you have six spears in your abdomen already.
[00:08:16] What kind of a battle are you in? And that's what Fanny Willis is right now. She's bleeding out.
[00:08:25] Before she even brings Trump to the stand, you know what I mean?
[00:08:33] So I know, you know, the corruption is hard to watch. And there has to be consequences or else people are going to lose their minds.
[00:08:40] And there will be, I think, I think there will be consequences.
[00:08:45] But I want you to understand the big picture and the big picture is that the jury is no longer this little group of people in Georgia or this little group of people in New York or this, you know what I mean?
[00:08:57] The innocence or the guilt is going to be decided by the people who line up that first Tuesday in November.
[00:09:06] But that's the real trial. And it's going to be really hard to convince a bunch of people that this man is as bad as everybody says, if he gets up there and tells the truth when the people prosecuting him or the real liars and have already been caught and haven't been punished.
[00:09:27] So that's about all I have to say. I really do think that, you know, well in their power madness and their blindness with power that the left is spiraling out of control.
[00:09:42] You know, if you read, I want you to remember I'm not making this into a rower rower Trump either. You know, I'm watching him as cautiously as anyone else.
[00:09:52] Not that I have a choice when it comes to the voting anyway, but you take a look at these people and its multitudes of people who are being pressed finally for once in their lives.
[00:10:06] They're being pressed by journalists. They're being pressed by alternative media. They're being pressed by investigations and you see that at the first sign of pressure, these people, these judges, these DA's, these bar associations or whoever should have hammered down on Fannie Willis.
[00:10:27] People are buckling under the pressure. The little, the tiny little pushback that they're getting, they're snapping, they're breaking, they're giving up going against protocol, they're showing themselves to be everything we always knew they were.
[00:10:45] And on the opposite side of the aisle is one man facing all the pressure in the world of this whole aparachic right this whole gigantic apparatus of the left wing attack machine from the highest to the lowest point.
[00:10:57] Places from social media to social hierarchy from government across the world to the slander at the water cooler at work. It's all like the eye of Sauron focused in on one man and his little team.
[00:11:18] And this guy stands strong in the face of it all. His family being attacked, you know what I mean? He stands strong in the face of it all. He's not poor. He doesn't have to do this. He's not getting kickbacks from China. He doesn't have a loser son that he has to prop up with jobs.
[00:11:39] He stands there and he takes it for America. And look, you could say what you want about a lot of presidents and a lot of great presidents.
[00:11:50] I don't know my history on presidents and the lead up to elections but I dare say there probably has never been a president to be attacked the way this guy has been attacked so relentlessly by all arms of the law.
[00:12:09] I think it's a society that could potentially do it. And to imagine at his age he's going to sit here and take it.
[00:12:20] It's not a thing you do to say I told you so. Even as as brash as that dude is, I don't think it's an I told you so this driving and I think it's a love for this country. I honestly believe that.
