[00:00:04] You're listening here to PBN
[00:00:10] Your path back was to be ready here
[00:00:57] Give me liberty or give me death
[00:01:19] Patrick Henry and Metal
[00:01:22] It's a good start, good start to any evening
[00:01:25] Welcome in, TVN Family
[00:01:27] It's the I'm Liberty Show
[00:01:30] The stalwart here at the Prepper Broadcasting Network now
[00:01:34] Not that the next generation is gone
[00:01:37] It's the uh...
[00:01:39] The Gunmetal Armory
[00:01:41] And the I'm Liberty Show
[00:01:45] What else?
[00:01:46] These are the old classics now
[00:01:53] I'm still reeling
[00:01:54] So I'm gonna try to drink a lot tonight
[00:01:56] Keep myself from hacking on the air
[00:02:00] The members piece for today
[00:02:03] Which I probably will put up tomorrow
[00:02:07] Was about attributes and skills
[00:02:10] And I apologize because I was driving
[00:02:14] And the coughing got the best of me to some points
[00:02:20] It is what it is, you know
[00:02:22] I feel better today than I have in a while
[00:02:25] Worked out twice today
[00:02:28] And uh... I feel great
[00:02:30] I feel like maybe tomorrow I'll wake up
[00:02:33] Not sound like I spent the whole night at a uh...
[00:02:37] A rave
[00:02:38] Uh...
[00:02:40] Welcome in everyone
[00:02:41] It's James from TVN
[00:02:44] I don't know why I turned like Winston Churchill there but
[00:02:48] So tonight on the I'm Liberty Show
[00:02:51] What's, why do I sound so weird in my headphones?
[00:02:54] Tonight on the I'm Liberty Show
[00:02:58] The overarching concept is I want to talk about no
[00:03:02] Okay
[00:03:03] The overarching concept is the idea of no
[00:03:06] And prepping for no
[00:03:08] And that's because there's so much out of whack
[00:03:12] There's so much silliness in our world today
[00:03:16] That
[00:03:18] We cannot forget
[00:03:21] Without our ability to say no we have no freedom
[00:03:24] And when you look at the many movements
[00:03:30] That have taken hold in our nation
[00:03:35] The most devious of them are sure
[00:03:38] That you will have no ability to say no
[00:03:44] Thank you
[00:03:48] Sorry
[00:03:50] They want to make sure you have no ability to say no
[00:03:52] Right?
[00:03:53] White people are bad
[00:03:57] No
[00:03:59] Well, then I guess you're racist
[00:04:03] You've got to be able to
[00:04:04] You've got to be able to hang on to that no PBM family
[00:04:06] Because the cultural side of things are just the beginning
[00:04:09] That's next to nothing
[00:04:12] Why am I looking at a picture of Marjorie Taylor Green
[00:04:15] On the Drudge Report holding an AR-15
[00:04:20] But they have a picture of her in like a leather jacket
[00:04:25] Holding a short barrel rifle or a pistol
[00:04:29] And
[00:04:33] Green moves to oust Speaker Johnson
[00:04:37] Now why would you
[00:04:39] That headline, why would you take that headline
[00:04:41] And put a picture of someone with a gun in their hands
[00:04:43] Green moves to oust Speaker Johnson
[00:04:46] She's coming for the speaker with her AR-15
[00:04:48] I told you those Republicans
[00:04:50] Schumer to revive border deal to challenge Republicans
[00:04:58] Oh, that's great
[00:05:00] I don't know if I
[00:05:03] You know, I just want to get around tonight
[00:05:06] I just want to get around tonight the
[00:05:09] The licentious headlines are brutal
[00:05:12] I don't even feel like getting into them
[00:05:14] It's, I don't know
[00:05:19] Nearly a third of Americans in constant pain
[00:05:22] What's that even mean?
[00:05:23] What does that mean?
[00:05:24] What do you mean in constant pain?
[00:05:26] I don't even think a person can survive in constant pain
[00:05:30] So
[00:05:34] Prepping
[00:05:35] Does a number of things for you, right?
[00:05:37] There's a number of things that it does for you
[00:05:39] Removes anxiety
[00:05:41] Fortifies you yourself as a person
[00:05:43] It gives you a base from which you can live a life
[00:05:46] Where
[00:05:48] You can be you
[00:05:50] And that fundamentally has been my experience with preparedness
[00:05:53] Right?
[00:05:54] It's led me into this life where I can actually be me
[00:05:58] And it's getting harder and harder to be you
[00:06:02] All the time
[00:06:04] Because everybody's kind of holding fast
[00:06:06] Whatever doctrine they have
[00:06:08] They're holding as tight as possible
[00:06:10] Cannot let it go
[00:06:13] Right
[00:06:14] But when you're prepared
[00:06:15] When you have a base like this
[00:06:17] When you're prepared when you have a base level preparedness
[00:06:22] Then you can weather the storms
[00:06:24] You can tell people to piss off
[00:06:26] You can quit your job
[00:06:28] You know what I mean?
[00:06:29] You're not in this situation where it's like
[00:06:33] If I make one mistake
[00:06:35] And I fall off the high wire
[00:06:37] And it's over
[00:06:39] You know
[00:06:40] And it's a shame because
[00:06:43] It's really a shame because
[00:06:47] My generation largely was the first
[00:06:50] Or maybe the second
[00:06:51] That was lied to
[00:06:53] And told like
[00:06:55] Just go to college
[00:06:57] Everything will be fine
[00:06:58] You know what I mean?
[00:06:59] And I don't think it was
[00:07:00] It definitely wasn't malicious
[00:07:02] It was just what parents saw
[00:07:03] They saw people who went to college
[00:07:05] And they said, oh
[00:07:06] Well they make a lot of money and live a good life
[00:07:08] It's nice
[00:07:10] You need to do good in school
[00:07:11] And go to college
[00:07:13] And
[00:07:15] I was thinking about that today
[00:07:18] Microaggressions, traumas
[00:07:21] All the safe rooms
[00:07:22] All that kind of stuff in college
[00:07:27] What popped into my mind
[00:07:29] Because when I was in college
[00:07:30] It wasn't
[00:07:32] The college at least that I went to
[00:07:34] Wasn't as indoctrinated
[00:07:37] It didn't seem like a place
[00:07:40] That was
[00:07:41] Against me in every way
[00:07:43] You know if I were to go back in time
[00:07:45] 18 year old me
[00:07:47] Step into a college with the kind of mindset
[00:07:49] That I have now
[00:07:50] I'd be
[00:07:52] Me against the world
[00:07:53] You know
[00:07:55] And I started thinking about
[00:07:57] Terrible things that can happen to a person
[00:07:59] Through their college years
[00:08:00] You know like
[00:08:01] Being completely and totally distraught
[00:08:03] Over a war happening all the way across the world
[00:08:06] That you know very little about
[00:08:07] So much so
[00:08:08] So distraught
[00:08:09] That you go out with a bunch of your buddies
[00:08:11] And buy all the same tents
[00:08:13] And hang out
[00:08:14] In a dirty park in New York
[00:08:17] I started thinking about the types of traumas
[00:08:20] That you can experience
[00:08:21] Not like
[00:08:22] Not like a group of angry people
[00:08:24] Calling for the death of your kind
[00:08:26] On campus
[00:08:28] And you trapped in a library
[00:08:29] Like some Jewish people have dealt with
[00:08:31] Nothing like that
[00:08:32] That's not real trauma
[00:08:34] That's not real trauma
[00:08:35] You see
[00:08:36] Not in the eyes of the mainstream media
[00:08:38] Or the academics
[00:08:39] But all kidding aside
[00:08:42] I started thinking
[00:08:43] You know
[00:08:45] Imagine
[00:08:46] You paid
[00:08:47] A hundred thousand dollars to get a degree
[00:08:51] And your time at the college
[00:08:55] Was best
[00:08:57] It was best for you to keep quiet
[00:09:01] You were basically
[00:09:04] Amongst a group of people
[00:09:05] That decided that
[00:09:06] You weren't allowed to bring up your point of view
[00:09:09] So you just stayed quiet
[00:09:12] You never gave your opinions
[00:09:13] You never raised your voice
[00:09:15] And you were
[00:09:16] You know
[00:09:17] Held up in a college
[00:09:18] For four years or more
[00:09:20] Where that was your deal
[00:09:22] Just shut up
[00:09:23] And give us your money
[00:09:24] Don't tell us your opinions
[00:09:25] We'll throw you out
[00:09:27] We don't want your right wing opinions
[00:09:29] In our college
[00:09:32] I don't know what's thinking about that
[00:09:33] No, crazy
[00:09:34] That must have been for some people
[00:09:37] To arrive upon
[00:09:38] Graduation with the type of debt
[00:09:40] That a lot of kids have
[00:09:42] And look back on their school
[00:09:43] And school time in school
[00:09:44] And just say
[00:09:45] You know, I was completely outnumbered
[00:09:46] In silence there
[00:09:48] And I paid for it
[00:09:49] Or my parents paid for it
[00:09:50] Whatever
[00:09:51] Gross
[00:09:53] So when you have some things
[00:09:57] Like that boiling just under the surface
[00:09:59] You have people in the world who
[00:10:01] Have proven
[00:10:03] Through COVID and the like
[00:10:05] That they like people to do
[00:10:06] What the hell they tell them
[00:10:08] You know, they really like this idea
[00:10:10] Of you do what I say
[00:10:12] Put your mask on
[00:10:13] Get in line
[00:10:14] Get in line
[00:10:16] Make sure you're six feet apart
[00:10:17] Dammit
[00:10:18] Right?
[00:10:20] They like to tell you
[00:10:21] Who you can and cannot
[00:10:23] Worship what you can
[00:10:24] And cannot favor
[00:10:26] Right?
[00:10:28] All that kind of stuff
[00:10:29] And it's gotten so out of hand now
[00:10:30] That they even question their own
[00:10:32] Existence
[00:10:33] And the existence of things
[00:10:35] Like gender
[00:10:36] And all of that
[00:10:41] We've reached a point
[00:10:43] Where
[00:10:44] We're so shallow and so bored
[00:10:47] Because we're so petrified
[00:10:49] This is the coming generation
[00:10:53] I do believe is petrified
[00:10:55] Of taking on the challenges of real life
[00:10:58] You know what I mean?
[00:10:59] And they're so petrified of that
[00:11:01] That they'd rather stay on campus
[00:11:02] And fight about what a girl is
[00:11:04] You know, that would be way better
[00:11:05] Use of my time
[00:11:06] Than actually admitting to myself
[00:11:09] That I need to get my shit in gear
[00:11:11] And get prepared for what could
[00:11:12] Be a very hard life
[00:11:14] Because I got news for you
[00:11:16] A lot of people live very hard lives
[00:11:18] With and without college degrees
[00:11:22] You think that if you get a good job
[00:11:24] Life is good to go
[00:11:25] I was listening to Tim Ferriss
[00:11:29] Pardon me, on the Chris Williams podcast
[00:11:33] I might have to put the cough button
[00:11:34] In play here
[00:11:36] I was listening to Tim Ferriss
[00:11:38] On the Chris Williams podcast
[00:11:41] Modern wisdom
[00:11:43] And
[00:11:45] For those of you who don't know
[00:11:46] Tim Ferriss was a guy
[00:11:47] Who wrote a book called
[00:11:48] The 4-Hour Work Week
[00:11:50] He was big on a bunch of
[00:11:53] Routines and systems
[00:11:55] And money making systems
[00:11:57] And lifestyle systems
[00:11:59] And psychedelics, that kind of stuff
[00:12:04] Kind of a guy who was like
[00:12:05] This guy has it all micromanaged
[00:12:07] And has it all down
[00:12:08] And is good to go
[00:12:10] And one of the things
[00:12:11] That he did in that podcast
[00:12:12] That was crazy as he said
[00:12:14] One of the things I'd like
[00:12:15] To do in life is to
[00:12:16] Get married and have children
[00:12:18] And I'm single
[00:12:20] So ladies, if you're out there
[00:12:23] And he did sort of like a cringe
[00:12:26] Bark at the moon for the ladies
[00:12:27] Listening to the podcast
[00:12:30] And I started thinking to myself
[00:12:32] With all the accolades
[00:12:33] That a man can have
[00:12:35] Or a woman this day and age
[00:12:37] With all the money that can be made
[00:12:38] With all the success that can be had
[00:12:43] It can make a part of your life great
[00:12:45] But you know to live
[00:12:48] A great life
[00:12:50] Everything has got to be firing
[00:12:51] On all cylinders, you know
[00:12:55] I bring up Tim Ferriss
[00:12:56] Because he's a guy who
[00:12:58] In my mind
[00:12:59] And the way I learned about him
[00:13:00] Has always focused on
[00:13:02] Maximizing
[00:13:04] You know himself
[00:13:05] His efforts, his life
[00:13:06] Challenges to his life
[00:13:07] And that kind of stuff
[00:13:13] What is required of us now
[00:13:15] And what will be required
[00:13:16] Of us tomorrow
[00:13:17] And into the future
[00:13:19] Is our ability to tell
[00:13:20] The idiots no
[00:13:22] Okay
[00:13:26] I've got a situation here
[00:13:28] In Richmond, Virginia right now
[00:13:30] I don't
[00:13:31] I'm not the only one that has this situation
[00:13:34] But we're going to use it
[00:13:35] As an example
[00:13:36] Because it's a great one
[00:13:38] It's that time of the year again
[00:13:40] Where our state government
[00:13:41] Sends us out personal property taxes
[00:13:43] For our vehicles
[00:13:46] And they send these
[00:13:47] Personal property taxes out
[00:13:48] And you look at
[00:13:49] You usually look at the bill
[00:13:50] And go like really god oh my
[00:13:53] Last year I got the bill
[00:13:54] And I looked at it
[00:13:55] And I said oh I guess
[00:13:56] I'm gonna have to take a loan out
[00:13:57] To pay this personal property tax bill
[00:13:59] It's so insane
[00:14:01] I mean outrageous
[00:14:03] You know
[00:14:04] They valued my car last year
[00:14:06] At like
[00:14:07] Two probably close to
[00:14:09] Three thousand dollars more than it's worth
[00:14:12] Well
[00:14:13] Two or three thousand dollars
[00:14:14] More than it was worth brand new
[00:14:17] Right
[00:14:18] This year
[00:14:24] And this happens to everyone in the city
[00:14:26] This year
[00:14:28] Somehow
[00:14:32] Now everything that I know about
[00:14:34] Vehicles is as follows
[00:14:36] They depreciate the moment
[00:14:38] They drive off the lot
[00:14:39] Right
[00:14:41] This year my car has actually
[00:14:43] Gone up in value by another thousand
[00:14:45] Dollars
[00:14:47] So
[00:14:48] You've got one or you've got two choices
[00:14:49] Right
[00:14:51] One is to pay the bill
[00:14:53] And say okay well
[00:14:55] You know
[00:14:56] That's nine hundred some dollars
[00:14:58] Out of my pocket
[00:14:59] Terrible
[00:15:00] For what
[00:15:01] They tell you all the taxes
[00:15:03] They go to the kids
[00:15:04] The taxes they go to
[00:15:06] Feed in the hungry
[00:15:07] And they go to fixing the roads
[00:15:09] I tell you the roads
[00:15:11] And you go okay well
[00:15:14] Kids can't read
[00:15:16] And the roads are broke
[00:15:21] So
[00:15:22] Mr. Mayor
[00:15:23] Where's the money go for real
[00:15:27] So
[00:15:28] In that moment
[00:15:29] You have to learn
[00:15:30] How to learn what your know is
[00:15:31] And you have to figure out how to
[00:15:33] Execute on know
[00:15:36] Right
[00:15:37] And there's a bunch of people who are
[00:15:40] You know
[00:15:42] Going to take steps to make sure that
[00:15:44] A majority of people who are being overcharged
[00:15:47] And over taxed for their vehicles
[00:15:50] Take action against the state
[00:15:52] I mean that's against the city rather
[00:15:54] So that
[00:15:55] They don't have to pay this insane bill
[00:16:01] This is one example of the importance of your know
[00:16:03] Within your community you know
[00:16:06] It happens at school
[00:16:09] Okay
[00:16:10] I'll give you another great example of your know
[00:16:13] And this is an example of how preparedness can help it
[00:16:17] Because the know goes to the superficial
[00:16:20] All the way down to the darkest of scenarios
[00:16:23] Right
[00:16:25] I told this story but I'll tell it again quickly
[00:16:29] My youngest son
[00:16:30] School had said had
[00:16:33] Planned two Fridays ago it planned a validation parade
[00:16:37] My wife and I we didn't know
[00:16:39] We had no idea what a validation parade was
[00:16:42] Truth of the matter is no kid going to it
[00:16:46] Knew what a validation parade was
[00:16:48] And no kid coming from it
[00:16:50] And still understands what a validation parade is
[00:16:52] In fact
[00:16:53] I don't know if anybody who
[00:16:55] Has put on a validation parade knows what it is
[00:16:58] We thought it was something having to do with the school
[00:17:03] Right
[00:17:06] Because of the nature of the school
[00:17:08] I look it up and I see that it is exactly what you think it is
[00:17:13] Right
[00:17:15] Validating yourself
[00:17:18] And I said no
[00:17:20] My mom said you know they're just teaching them how to protest
[00:17:23] That's all it is
[00:17:24] They're just teaching them how to protest
[00:17:27] I said nah I think we'll go look at samurai armor at the museum
[00:17:31] We'll take the day off
[00:17:32] We'll do a family field trip
[00:17:34] I set aside some field trips every year that I take them on
[00:17:39] Real cool stuff
[00:17:40] You know what I mean
[00:17:41] Stuff that we do together
[00:17:44] Take Friday off or whatever and go have a field trip
[00:17:48] Field trips ain't what they used to be man
[00:17:50] At least from what I see
[00:17:52] Because I lived the life that I live
[00:17:56] And I chose the career that I chose
[00:17:59] I was able to say no
[00:18:00] My kid's not going to your stupid validation parade
[00:18:03] For what
[00:18:05] To validate that everyone hates him for being a white kid
[00:18:08] Like what are we doing
[00:18:10] To validate that he's a boy
[00:18:12] He knows he's a boy
[00:18:14] He doesn't need a validation party
[00:18:16] To talk about his feelings on being a little boy
[00:18:20] You know what I mean
[00:18:22] Now these two things might seem superficial
[00:18:29] But you see
[00:18:31] You have to craft
[00:18:33] And polish
[00:18:34] And work on your no
[00:18:37] You have to get good at no
[00:18:41] Because there likely will come a time
[00:18:45] When you have to say no to something that is a make or break
[00:18:49] Could be a life or death
[00:18:51] Right
[00:18:54] Like maybe they one day come up to you and say
[00:18:58] Hey in order for you to come back to work
[00:19:02] You have to get vaccinated by an experimental vaccine
[00:19:04] And in that moment you might have to decide
[00:19:09] Is it time for me to whip out that no
[00:19:12] Is it time for me
[00:19:14] To use the no
[00:19:16] Or to be much worse
[00:19:19] So
[00:19:23] One of the reasons that we prepare PBM family
[00:19:26] Is so that we have something to fall back on
[00:19:29] If the no has consequences right
[00:19:31] Because sometimes the nose can have tremendous consequences
[00:19:34] Right sometimes your nose can have tremendous consequences
[00:19:36] Right sometimes your nose might be
[00:19:39] I'm going to break into this guy's house
[00:19:43] And steal everything in his downstairs
[00:19:46] It's of any value
[00:19:48] No
[00:19:51] No you're not going to do that to me
[00:19:53] But that no might have consequences
[00:19:58] Right
[00:20:00] So
[00:20:02] I want to talk about no
[00:20:04] I want to talk about prepping for no
[00:20:06] And
[00:20:08] Whatever else comes up
[00:20:10] Okay
[00:20:12] Let's not go out a couple commercials
[00:20:14] We'll get back to the I am Liberty show

[00:21:57] These are just ordinary people
[00:22:00] More Kansas Cityans embracing
[00:22:03] The prepper way of life
[00:22:05] Researchers found since 2017
[00:22:07] A number of preppers in America
[00:22:09] Is double to 20 million
[00:22:11] And up to a quarter of them
[00:22:13] Are people of color
[00:22:14] Why does that matter?
[00:22:16] More Americans are identifying as preppers
[00:22:19] And they're not just disaster obsessed people
[00:22:22] Corey Hubbard and his team at DEFCON Underground
[00:22:25] Have been building underground bunkers
[00:22:27] For the past seven years
[00:22:29] Quote, a lot of people just have this feeling
[00:22:31] That things are getting worse
[00:22:33] And eventually something's going to happen
[00:22:35] It's pretty interesting
[00:22:37] Prepper goes 20 million since 2017
[00:22:40] They go on to talk about
[00:22:41] It's sort of the run of the mill
[00:22:44] Prepper news article
[00:22:47] Where they highlight a couple of businesses
[00:22:49] Doing things in the prepper space
[00:22:51] Hubbard said inquiries for his underground bunkers
[00:22:56] Skyrocketed in 2022
[00:22:59] Yeah, we know when Putin came out and said
[00:23:02] You'll see something we've never seen in history
[00:23:06] That was like an Arabian Putin
[00:23:08] I don't know what happened there
[00:23:10] George Holt, who is black
[00:23:11] Is the co-owner of the Riverside Survival in North
[00:23:17] That's exactly how the article is worded
[00:23:21] I don't understand
[00:23:23] What does that have to do with anything?
[00:23:26] George Holt, who is black, is the co-owner
[00:23:29] Of Riverside Survival in Northmore, Missouri
[00:23:32] Holt has been prepping for 12 years
[00:23:34] His store has supplies you wouldn't find
[00:23:36] In most including dehydrated food
[00:23:37] I mean, yeah, this is a great thing
[00:23:41] To me it's a great thing
[00:23:43] I don't know
[00:23:45] A lot of people get upset about it
[00:23:47] Talk about people are more paranoid
[00:23:49] And you know, they're bringing the apocalypse to life
[00:23:52] I don't really think that's it
[00:23:55] I don't, I don't think that's it
[00:23:57] I think it is
[00:23:59] People are looking out onto the world
[00:24:01] And using the tools they have at hand
[00:24:03] And just saying to themselves, you know
[00:24:06] I want to be ready
[00:24:09] And of course there's that big dirty secret about prepping
[00:24:12] That life is way cooler as a prepper
[00:24:15] Than not
[00:24:17] Like it's way cooler
[00:24:19] To spend time
[00:24:21] Shooting guns
[00:24:23] Than shooting golf balls
[00:24:25] It's way cooler to talk to your friends on
[00:24:28] Ham radio or mesh-tastic text
[00:24:31] Than it is to, I don't know what other people do
[00:24:36] I'm leafing through
[00:24:39] A book
[00:24:43] Oh, it's an old book
[00:24:45] You may have heard of it
[00:24:47] It goes way back
[00:24:49] This one is a very interesting one
[00:24:51] Because I haven't touched it in a while
[00:24:54] I have several iterations
[00:24:56] And
[00:24:59] It's one of my faves, man
[00:25:01] It's one of my faves
[00:25:03] Now I have the entire section here
[00:25:09] I have the whole chapter of Ecclesiastes
[00:25:12] With a pink highlighter strip on it
[00:25:14] And that's where it begins
[00:25:16] Because in the Bible Ecclesiastes
[00:25:20] Is by far my favorite
[00:25:23] It really is
[00:25:25] It's by far my favorite
[00:25:29] Vanity of vanity say it the preacher
[00:25:31] Vanity of vanity, all is vanity
[00:25:33] What remaineth unto man
[00:25:35] In all his travail
[00:25:37] Would ye suffereth under the sun
[00:25:40] You know when you read Ecclesiastes
[00:25:43] You know that Shakespeare read Ecclesiastes
[00:25:46] And you can
[00:25:48] You know you can read it right in the first sections
[00:25:51] All the rivers go into the sea
[00:25:53] Yet the sea is not full for the rivers
[00:25:55] Go unto the place whence they return and go
[00:25:59] All things are full of labor
[00:26:01] Man cannot utter it
[00:26:03] The eye is not satisfied with seeing
[00:26:05] Or the ear filled with the hearing
[00:26:07] How could it be so all those years ago
[00:26:10] I mean when you look at the world today
[00:26:12] And you see the kids on the cell phones
[00:26:14] And you see the people on pornography
[00:26:16] And you say to yourself
[00:26:18] What is this new problem
[00:26:20] Right
[00:26:22] We have crossed the threshold here
[00:26:24] We have reached a point in America
[00:26:26] Or in the world where humanity is in big trouble
[00:26:28] Because they've never faced anything like this before
[00:26:30] All things are full of labor
[00:26:34] Man cannot utter it
[00:26:36] The eye is not satisfied with seeing
[00:26:38] Or the ear filled with hearing
[00:26:40] What is it that hath been
[00:26:45] That that shall be
[00:26:47] And what is it that hath been done
[00:26:50] That which shall be done
[00:26:51] And there is no new thing under the sun
[00:26:54] Is there anything whereof one may say
[00:26:57] Behold this is it, it is new
[00:26:59] It hath been already in the old time
[00:27:01] That was before us
[00:27:03] There is no memory of the former
[00:27:05] Neither shall there be remembrance of the latter
[00:27:07] It's so wild man
[00:27:11] In a time where everyone is searching
[00:27:16] For meaning
[00:27:18] You know
[00:27:20] You look at the pages of this book
[00:27:22] I go to Jeremiah
[00:27:24] To talk about the future
[00:27:25] Of Jeremiah
[00:27:27] To talk about
[00:27:29] How different we aren't
[00:27:31] More water
[00:27:36] More water the coughing begins
[00:27:39] I go to Jeremiah
[00:27:41] Five
[00:27:44] Seven
[00:27:46] No
[00:27:48] Five, Jeremiah five eight
[00:27:54] They rose up in the morning
[00:27:56] Like fed horses
[00:27:58] For every man nade after his neighbor's wife
[00:28:01] Hmm
[00:28:05] Thy children have forsaken me
[00:28:07] And sworn by them that there are no gods
[00:28:09] Though I fed them to the fool
[00:28:11] Yet they committed adultery
[00:28:13] And assembled themselves by companies
[00:28:15] In the heartless houses
[00:28:18] The heartless house is just in your pocket now
[00:28:21] Right?
[00:28:23] That's Jeremiah five seven
[00:28:25] How should I spare thee for this
[00:28:27] Thy children have forsaken me
[00:28:29] And sworn by them
[00:28:31] That there are no gods
[00:28:32] Like
[00:28:35] Like
[00:28:37] You walking around like this atheism thing
[00:28:39] This new atheism thing is wild man
[00:28:41] We gotta get this under control
[00:28:43] Jeremiah was already talking about it
[00:28:46] They rose up in the morning
[00:28:50] Like fed horses for every man
[00:28:52] Nade after his neighbor's wife
[00:28:56] And of course the Lord
[00:28:58] Strikes fear into your heart
[00:29:00] Makes you all wonder
[00:29:02] Right all of us wonder
[00:29:04] And worry
[00:29:06] How shall I not visit for these things
[00:29:08] Sayeth the Lord
[00:29:10] Shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this
[00:29:12] Climb upon their walls and destroy them
[00:29:16] But make not a full end
[00:29:18] Take away their battlements for they are not the Lord's
[00:29:21] When I read the Bible Pb and found that
[00:29:26] I'm just always reminded
[00:29:28] That the challenges that we face
[00:29:32] Are the challenges that we always face
[00:29:35] That there's nothing new under the sun
[00:29:38] Right?
[00:29:40] That this book right here is literally designed
[00:29:43] For you to be like oh
[00:29:45] I see
[00:29:47] We've been here before
[00:29:50] We've been here before
[00:29:54] Yeah, that's it
[00:29:58] And
[00:30:02] If you're a Christian
[00:30:04] Or if you want to be Christian
[00:30:06] Or if you're par for the course
[00:30:08] Or if you read the Bible and wear a cross
[00:30:10] Or whatever
[00:30:12] If you're nice to people
[00:30:14] And you like that thing
[00:30:16] Whatever
[00:30:18] You have to understand that your time is coming
[00:30:21] And the only thing that will stand between you
[00:30:24] And persecution
[00:30:27] Is
[00:30:29] No
[00:30:31] Right?
[00:30:33] And that might not even work
[00:30:35] I mean Jesus said it himself
[00:30:39] It's common
[00:30:41] But that might not even work
[00:30:43] But we have to secure our ability to say no
[00:30:45] And we have to use it
[00:30:46] And this is what's gotten us to this point
[00:30:48] It's not
[00:30:50] See
[00:30:52] Silence is agreement
[00:30:55] You get that right?
[00:30:57] In order to stay
[00:30:59] This is a problem with the Republicans
[00:31:02] In order to stay quiet
[00:31:04] In order to keep things calm
[00:31:07] We've opted for silence over agreeing
[00:31:10] Right?
[00:31:14] It's at the time for no has come
[00:31:16] And it's the little things all the way to the biggest things
[00:31:22] When you hear people shouting
[00:31:24] From the river to the sea
[00:31:26] That's where no goes
[00:31:29] Right?
[00:31:31] When your teacher tells you that
[00:31:33] She thinks your son might be a girl
[00:31:35] That's when no comes
[00:31:37] And maybe some consequences beyond no
[00:31:41] You understand?
[00:31:44] We prepare
[00:31:45] A number of things
[00:31:47] From self-defense all the way down to
[00:31:50] Food storage
[00:31:52] So that we can
[00:31:54] Maintain control
[00:31:56] Of our no
[00:31:58] You know it's a really good way
[00:32:01] To make people say yes
[00:32:03] To whatever you want
[00:32:05] To scare them to death
[00:32:07] And take away their resources
[00:32:09] If they can scare you to death
[00:32:12] And take away your resources
[00:32:13] You know like
[00:32:15] Not letting you go to work
[00:32:17] Well then all of a sudden you have to say yes
[00:32:21] Yes please Fauci whatever you say
[00:32:23] Whatever you have to say
[00:32:25] Just so I can get back to work
[00:32:27] Right?
[00:32:29] Yes sir
[00:32:32] Oh what the bird flew
[00:32:34] Yes sure I'll stay home for that too
[00:32:36] Only one person in America has been affected
[00:32:38] Okay don't worry
[00:32:40] If it's two people
[00:32:42] We'll shut the whole country down again
[00:32:44] Even though the guy got
[00:32:46] Basically pink eye like I had
[00:32:50] Look I'm not saying that
[00:32:52] That something bad
[00:32:54] May not happen with age 5 and 1 in humans
[00:32:56] But you're being cornered
[00:32:58] Pbn family
[00:33:00] You're being cornered on a day to day basis
[00:33:02] By people who want you scared
[00:33:04] And they want you scared
[00:33:06] And they want you to believe
[00:33:08] That they have the answers
[00:33:10] So that you can forfeit your ability
[00:33:12] To say no
[00:33:14] You see that's what's important to them
[00:33:15] Right you'll own nothing and love it
[00:33:18] You'll own nothing and love it
[00:33:23] You'll have no meaning
[00:33:25] And you'll own nothing
[00:33:27] Where's the meaning come from
[00:33:34] Where's what
[00:33:38] Why are we standing out in groups of people
[00:33:40] Hollering things we don't even believe in
[00:33:42] Because we're searching for meaning
[00:33:44] And because we can't say no
[00:33:46] Oh hey you're going to that thing tonight right
[00:33:48] Oh yeah I'll be there
[00:33:50] No I'm not going to that crazy shit
[00:33:52] Or you're going to that crazy shit
[00:33:53] No I'm not going to that crazy shit
[00:33:55] Are you out of your mind
[00:33:58] See people got to go along to get along
[00:34:03] Those days are coming to an end
[00:34:06] Corinthian 7-2
[00:34:08] If you're looking for meaning
[00:34:10] Forget about what the internet says
[00:34:13] About dating
[00:34:15] Forget about dating apps
[00:34:17] Forget about in terms of love and meaning folks
[00:34:19] Forget everything
[00:34:22] Literally forget everything
[00:34:25] If you're looking for a formula
[00:34:28] For the woman or the man
[00:34:30] That you're going to spend your life with
[00:34:32] I want him to be this tall
[00:34:34] And I want her to be this size
[00:34:36] And I want her to have brown hair
[00:34:38] And blue eyes
[00:34:40] And I hope she dresses like this
[00:34:42] And does this and does that
[00:34:46] That's about the quickest way to wind up alone
[00:34:55] Nevertheless to avoid fornication
[00:34:59] Corinthian 7-2
[00:35:01] Nevertheless to avoid fornication
[00:35:03] Let every man have his wife
[00:35:05] And let every woman have her own husband
[00:35:08] Let the husband give unto the wife due benevolence
[00:35:14] And likewise also the wife unto the husband
[00:35:17] Here's the part that
[00:35:20] That the left wing doesn't want anyone to hear
[00:35:25] This is the part of the Bible
[00:35:27] That they want no one to hear
[00:35:29] Which is why I have a pink highlighter
[00:35:31] Sticker over it
[00:35:35] The wife hath not the power of her own body
[00:35:37] But the husband
[00:35:39] And if it were only that
[00:35:41] They would love that
[00:35:43] They told you it's just like abortion
[00:35:45] We know it all along
[00:35:47] And likewise also the husband hath not the power
[00:35:50] Of his own body but the wife
[00:35:52] Oh imagine that
[00:35:55] That they said that in the Bible
[00:35:57] All those years ago
[00:35:59] The wife has power over the man's body
[00:36:02] And the man has power over the wife's body
[00:36:04] Holy man
[00:36:06] You must be kidding
[00:36:07] I would rather accept it be with consent for a time
[00:36:10] That you may give yourselves to fasting and prayer
[00:36:13] And again come together
[00:36:15] That Satan tempts you not for your incantancy
[00:36:20] Did I say that right?
[00:36:22] But I speak this by permission
[00:36:24] Not by commandment
[00:36:27] For I would that all men
[00:36:29] Were even as I myself am
[00:36:31] But every man hath his proper gift of God
[00:36:34] One after this man or another after that
[00:36:36] Therefore I say unto thee the unmarried
[00:36:39] And unto the widows
[00:36:41] It is good for them if they abide even as I do
[00:36:44] But if they cannot abstain let them marry
[00:36:49] For it is better to marry than to burn
[00:36:52] Yeah
[00:36:56] You know again
[00:36:58] It goes back to the
[00:37:02] The sort of
[00:37:04] Triple and quadruple checking
[00:37:07] Too many inputs
[00:37:10] You know
[00:37:12] You want to know what you're really looking for in a partner
[00:37:15] In someone you're going to spend your life with
[00:37:18] I'll tell you right now because
[00:37:20] There's a bunch of dudes out there
[00:37:22] With stay at home wives
[00:37:24] Who are Christian
[00:37:26] Who will tell you that
[00:37:28] There's one way to do it and it's my way
[00:37:30] Or the highway
[00:37:32] Those are the type of people that I run from
[00:37:34] You know if there's
[00:37:36] If there's a dude with a formula
[00:37:38] For life
[00:37:40] There's a way to go
[00:37:42] You have to get away from them
[00:37:44] You have to run from these people
[00:37:47] Because there's billions of people out there
[00:37:52] You see when my wife and I met we were
[00:37:54] Broke
[00:37:56] Both of us
[00:37:58] Had aspirations both of us
[00:38:00] Very different people
[00:38:02] As we are still today
[00:38:04] Very very very different people
[00:38:06] With very different
[00:38:08] Likes and dislikes
[00:38:13] Probably the most important thing
[00:38:14] There were probably two things that were
[00:38:16] Most important that we had in common
[00:38:18] Outside of our love for one another
[00:38:20] Number one
[00:38:22] Hard work
[00:38:25] Okay
[00:38:27] I don't know if that's a box
[00:38:29] You can tick in these dating apps
[00:38:31] But if it is that's the one
[00:38:33] Forget about everything else
[00:38:35] You know
[00:38:37] Hair yes maybe that's about it
[00:38:39] I don't know your preferences though
[00:38:45] Hard work
[00:38:47] That's what life is folks
[00:38:49] That's what marriage is
[00:38:51] That's what raising kids is
[00:38:53] You know what I'm saying
[00:38:55] That's it
[00:38:57] That should be
[00:38:59] That should be so high up on anyone's list
[00:39:02] Is this person going to do this
[00:39:05] For 40 50 years
[00:39:07] If you get a hint like
[00:39:10] A little lazy maybe
[00:39:12] I don't know
[00:39:14] Probably not the one
[00:39:16] Who's going to do this
[00:39:18] But if you're a dedicated people
[00:39:20] That know how to work hard
[00:39:27] That's who you want
[00:39:29] The other thing is
[00:39:31] My wife and I operate on
[00:39:33] We're on the same operating system
[00:39:35] You know what I mean
[00:39:37] I don't know if you understand
[00:39:39] What that means
[00:39:41] It's hard to explain
[00:39:43] The only way I can really explain it
[00:39:45] And we've always been on the same
[00:39:47] Operating system
[00:39:49] She's not a Mac
[00:39:51] And the way I explain that is
[00:39:53] When stuff goes down
[00:39:56] We're already on the same page
[00:39:58] You know what I mean
[00:40:00] When life events take place
[00:40:02] And it's not because we agree on everything
[00:40:05] Socially
[00:40:07] But the big things
[00:40:09] We're on the same operating system
[00:40:11] You know
[00:40:13] If something goes weird at school
[00:40:15] We look at each other
[00:40:17] This is the move we're making
[00:40:22] You know what I'm saying
[00:40:23] Far outweighs
[00:40:25] How much does she weigh
[00:40:28] How tall is he
[00:40:30] What color
[00:40:32] How many freckles does he have
[00:40:34] You know what I mean
[00:40:36] All of that stuff is so incredibly
[00:40:39] Unimportant
[00:40:41] 20 years 30 years later
[00:40:43] Like it doesn't even matter
[00:40:45] This one I don't even know
[00:40:48] Just a bit of advice
[00:40:50] So those of you out there looking for love
[00:40:52] You remember you're looking for love
[00:40:54] Right
[00:40:56] You're not looking for hair
[00:41:01] What, where did I mark here
[00:41:03] See some of these are so old
[00:41:05] This is John
[00:41:07] Some of these are so old
[00:41:09] It's hard for me to remember
[00:41:11] And I placed this sticker in such a way
[00:41:13] That I don't know
[00:41:15] I didn't want to highlight the Bible up
[00:41:17] You know so I put post-it notes
[00:41:24] And then I put these highlight stickers in it
[00:41:26] And this is the condemnation
[00:41:28] That the light came into the world
[00:41:30] And men love darkness
[00:41:32] Because their deeds were evil
[00:41:34] For every man that evil doeth hateeth the light
[00:41:37] Neither cometh to light
[00:41:39] Lest his deeds should be reproved
[00:41:41] See this I don't remember
[00:41:43] For God sent not his son into the world
[00:41:49] That he should condemn the world
[00:41:51] But that the world through him might be saved
[00:41:54] That which is born of the flesh
[00:42:01] Is flesh and that is
[00:42:03] That is born of the spirit
[00:42:05] Is spirit marvel not
[00:42:07] That I said to thee
[00:42:08] You must be born again
[00:42:10] Hmm I don't know what that one's all about
[00:42:19] I mean it's a very important
[00:42:21] John 3 you know
[00:42:23] You guys know if you read the Bible at all
[00:42:25] You know what happens in John in those early stages
[00:42:29] Yeah I thought I'd bring this old
[00:42:33] This old gal out
[00:42:35] What I have in my hands here
[00:42:37] Is of interest to you
[00:42:39] It's the 1599 Geneva Bible Patriots Edition
[00:42:43] Okay
[00:42:45] It was given to me by a wonderful woman who is dead now
[00:42:51] And I miss her every day
[00:42:53] The table of contents of this book
[00:42:59] Contains the prayer of George Washington
[00:43:02] Which I've read on here
[00:43:04] Books of the Old and New Testament
[00:43:07] The Old Testament, the New Testament
[00:43:10] Historical documents are also in this book
[00:43:13] Which is what makes it a Patriot Edition
[00:43:15] We have the Magna Carta in this book
[00:43:19] The Mayflower Compact
[00:43:21] The Declaration of Independence
[00:43:23] The Articles of Confederation
[00:43:25] The Constitution of the United States
[00:43:28] And the Rules of Civility and Decent Behavior
[00:43:31] All in one book
[00:43:33] Now
[00:43:35] This book will find its way into the hands of
[00:43:37] My children
[00:43:39] Hopefully their children
[00:43:42] And
[00:43:43] You know that's our duty folks
[00:43:46] We've got to hand these things down
[00:43:48] We've got to speak to them about
[00:43:50] What it is to be an American
[00:43:53] The way that our parents spoke to us about it
[00:43:55] And probably better
[00:43:57] Probably even do a better job
[00:43:59] There are so many people coming into our country right now
[00:44:06] I'm sure they aren't going to have any
[00:44:08] Explanation of
[00:44:10] Explanation to them
[00:44:12] Of what it is to be American
[00:44:14] And why America is such a great place
[00:44:15] Why they traveled over deserts to get here
[00:44:18] It's not just for the cell phones
[00:44:22] And the Marriott
[00:44:25] Right
[00:44:27] It's for the rights derived from
[00:44:29] The focus of that Geneva Bible right there
[00:44:32] It's about our
[00:44:38] Responsibility to protect those rights
[00:44:40] The beautiful thing about America is that
[00:44:46] Yes, here you go
[00:44:48] Bequeathed upon you
[00:44:50] Bequeathed unto you
[00:44:52] These rights given by God
[00:44:55] And if it were just that
[00:44:57] That'd be one thing
[00:45:00] But then of course there's responsibility
[00:45:02] And the responsibility to protect those rights
[00:45:04] And in an age like this
[00:45:07] It's all the more important
[00:45:09] Right, we want to censor what you say
[00:45:11] I can't do that
[00:45:14] And I can't allow you to do that
[00:45:16] That's why I have to polish up my know
[00:45:19] And get it ready
[00:45:21] Right
[00:45:23] Well, you know we want to take your guns
[00:45:25] Well
[00:45:27] Life, liberty in the pursuit of happiness folks
[00:45:29] And I'm telling you right now
[00:45:31] If you want to preserve life
[00:45:33] If you want to preserve liberty
[00:45:35] And you want to protect happiness
[00:45:37] There is a
[00:45:40] There's a necessity for violence
[00:45:44] Oh, I can't believe it
[00:45:46] No, that's true
[00:45:48] There is a necessity for violence
[00:45:50] You want to protect life
[00:45:52] And you run into somebody who wants to take life
[00:45:55] There's a necessity for violence
[00:45:57] In the case like that
[00:45:59] Right, if you want to protect
[00:46:01] Freedom and liberty of a people
[00:46:03] And a tyrant comes to power
[00:46:05] It's really weird
[00:46:07] You know the type of a tyrant
[00:46:09] That might like
[00:46:11] I don't know use
[00:46:13] The justice department against freedom
[00:46:15] Loving Americans
[00:46:17] Right, something along those lines
[00:46:18] I don't know
[00:46:20] Embroyal his political opposition
[00:46:22] In trial upon trial upon trial
[00:46:26] Right, Stalin-esque
[00:46:29] Trials
[00:46:33] If a tyrant like that were to come to power
[00:46:35] Well, yeah
[00:46:37] You know sometimes
[00:46:39] We don't know the point
[00:46:41] Everyone's scared to talk about the point
[00:46:44] Where violence
[00:46:46] Where the second amendment
[00:46:48] Gets put to use
[00:46:50] And we can't talk about it
[00:46:54] It's probably a topic worth talking about
[00:46:58] Any topic that's too scary to talk about
[00:47:01] That people won't let you talk about
[00:47:03] What happens?
[00:47:05] We watch it happen all the time
[00:47:07] It gets blown up out of proportion
[00:47:09] Right
[00:47:11] It gets suppressed
[00:47:15] You can't talk about it
[00:47:17] You can't say it
[00:47:19] If we had news anchors and journalists
[00:47:21] If every morning you saw a headline
[00:47:23] And the headline read
[00:47:25] When do the American people utilize the second amendment
[00:47:28] To protect their rights
[00:47:30] From a tyrannical government
[00:47:32] It doesn't have to be
[00:47:34] They don't have to say that this government
[00:47:36] Is the tyrannical government
[00:47:38] But if we were having that conversation
[00:47:40] If we were talking about like
[00:47:42] Things like intolerable acts
[00:47:44] You know
[00:47:46] If we were tallying up intolerable acts
[00:47:48] Of today
[00:47:50] But in the mainstream
[00:47:52] The mainstream conversation
[00:47:55] We'd be much safer
[00:47:57] It would be a much
[00:47:59] We wouldn't be sitting here waiting for an outcome
[00:48:01] Waiting for a crazy situation to unfold
[00:48:03] Like in a Washington D.C.
[00:48:05] Backdrop
[00:48:08] But of course we're too afraid of that conversation
[00:48:10] Never violence
[00:48:12] And no, never
[00:48:14] No, never until it happens
[00:48:19] So PBN family
[00:48:21] We hold on to our know
[00:48:24] We hold on to our rights
[00:48:26] We protect our rights
[00:48:27] They are God given
[00:48:29] And it is our responsibility to protect them
[00:48:33] We vote the people out
[00:48:36] We get involved in local politics
[00:48:40] If you don't have
[00:48:42] A recollection of the episode
[00:48:44] Just search Rick Austin
[00:48:46] In our latest episode with him
[00:48:48] And we talked about what that looks like
[00:48:50] It doesn't mean you have to become
[00:48:52] Head of the school board
[00:49:01] And take that kind of fire
[00:49:03] But most importantly we hang on to that
[00:49:04] For
[00:49:06] A lifestyle that allows us
[00:49:08] To say those two
[00:49:10] To say that word
[00:49:12] To say that word and mean it
[00:49:14] To say that word when it is
[00:49:16] Convenient and inconvenient
[00:49:18] When there are limited consequences
[00:49:20] And major consequences
[00:49:25] It is a measure of the free
[00:49:27] Of a free society
[00:49:29] Period
[00:49:33] I mean the ability for the people
[00:49:35] To say no
[00:49:37] Is a measure of the free society
[00:49:39] It really is
[00:49:41] It's a great metric
[00:49:43] Can you say it
[00:49:47] And does it mean anything
[00:49:49] Think it over PBM family
[00:49:51] My family is ready for me to come upstairs
[00:49:53] I can hear them
[00:49:56] They are being loud
