[00:00:01] Good afternoon, PBN Family. The Iranian President has gone down in a helicopter crash today.
[00:00:28] It's being mentioned that foggy conditions had to do with the situation. There are 40
[00:00:34] search and rescue teams deployed to find the current President Ibrahim Raisi of Iran who
[00:00:43] has gone missing after the crash. That's all, nobody is assuming he's dead or anything like
[00:00:49] that that I've read about. I don't know, oddly a little bit of an interesting feeling
[00:00:58] in terms of World War I. You know, when these big heads of state and other important
[00:01:06] people in the hierarchies of nations have crisis befall them, you wonder whether or not
[00:01:14] it was by design and you wonder whether or not it might be what leads to the next
[00:01:20] phase of whatever it is we're in. I titled this podcast Talk Them Off The Ledge because
[00:01:33] we are dealing with a lot. We are dealing with a lot and there's a ton of things out
[00:01:43] there. I mean, if we wanted to here at PBN, we could have headlines, terrifying
[00:01:49] headlines four times a day and click bait people like crazy, I'm sure, and drive
[00:01:56] you absolutely out of your mind, you know? And pretend like we're informing you. And
[00:02:02] maybe to some degree that is informing, but the reality is there's a limit to what we can
[00:02:08] affect, particularly if we've limited what we will do to affect the world on top of it,
[00:02:18] right? I mean, it's one... I would caution anyone who's losing sleep over the condition
[00:02:28] of the world to spend copious amounts of time sifting through the news for another reason,
[00:02:36] to get nervous. But I was contacted by someone very close to me feeling it, you know? Feeling
[00:02:46] it, feeling it, feeling the... I don't know. Some days you just feel it. You feel it in
[00:02:54] the air. You feel like it's close. Like there's a heaviness up in the sky that's
[00:02:58] weighing down, sagging into our life. You know, like something's about to rupture above us and
[00:03:04] rain down. Holy hell! I told you before, you know, the most interesting thing about being a
[00:03:15] prepper is that you never quite know when your last day of prepping is. Could be today,
[00:03:21] right? Could be next Friday. Could be... Never. Never. Could be never. You could prep the
[00:03:29] days, disappear off this planet into the... Off of this plane into the next and that be the story.
[00:03:38] You know? Listening to some updates about chat GPT and AI and things of that nature,
[00:03:51] you know, it's become abundantly clear to me while we're hoping AI can be used to save
[00:03:59] this and save that or do this and do that. This is gonna be a tool largely for subjugation.
[00:04:08] Distraction, convenience and subjugation and the dulling of the human being on a whole.
[00:04:18] You know what I mean? In the same way that an iPhone debilitates your memory because all you
[00:04:25] have to do is search Google for the answer rather than sit there and figure it out or go
[00:04:28] find a book or use your memory. You know, who is that guy in that movie? Ah, let me Google it.
[00:04:34] And this is about to happen like a tidal wave. The wars, the pandemics, the tyrannical rule
[00:04:49] of governments, the collapse of society, the crushing and destruction of the US dollar which
[00:04:56] will undoubtedly affect generations to come. All of these things, all of these things,
[00:05:05] depend on the people's ability to realize and recalibrate. The success of all these
[00:05:16] terrible things depend on the people's ability to realize what's happening and recalibrate
[00:05:20] based on the conditions and the situations. The entirety of the prepping movement is based
[00:05:26] on people who have realized the situation or situations and have recalibrated, right? And
[00:05:33] reestablish their way of life because of it. And it's like I always tell you, you know,
[00:05:41] you're part of one of the most important groups in history. Believe me or not, doesn't matter.
[00:05:48] In 2018, I used to think that it would be something we'd have to expose. But now
[00:05:54] it's become abundantly clear that that's what this group of people is. We are the recalibrated.
[00:06:01] We are the recalibrators, right? When people have their aha moments, they come to the preppers
[00:06:07] to figure out what kind of life they want to live. What do they want to be? What do they
[00:06:12] want to do? And each and every one of you out there is a living breathing example of a way
[00:06:19] out of whatever system people feel they're stuck in. They're a way out of what seems like
[00:06:26] a doomed future, right? One of my favorite examples of this is Lisa T. of SoCal Prepper
[00:06:37] fame and now the host of Through the Veil. The SoCal Prepper was living in a 128 square
[00:06:44] foot room in Orange County. Doomsday was upon her, right? And she hightailed it all the
[00:06:54] way across the country to Tennessee to create a new life. She recalibrated. She looked at
[00:07:00] the situation and said, this is not sustainable. It's just not going to work. We all have
[00:07:10] that in us. It's all part of us. Doesn't mean that hard times won't come. It just
[00:07:17] means that in hard times, and this is why I always talk about adaptability, in hard
[00:07:22] times there are those that adapt and there are those that don't. We are part of the
[00:07:29] adapting class. That's what we do. We see things from afar. We voice our concerns.
[00:07:36] We shake them around in this group that we have come to know as the PBN family.
[00:07:42] And each and every one of us finds out our next best course of action. I want
[00:07:53] to read something to you that I think is important for you to understand as we look
[00:07:58] to escape the future and the trials of the future. It's 2 Timothy 3 12 from the Bible
[00:08:08] and it says, in fact everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will
[00:08:12] be persecuted. We see hardships on the horizon. There are hardships on the horizon
[00:08:24] that will eventually wash ashore here in the United States. And depending on where
[00:08:28] you are in these United States, you're already dealing with the hardships. Who shall separate
[00:08:38] us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or
[00:08:42] nakedness or danger or sword? Romans 8 35. What's your answer? What's your answer
[00:08:55] in that? Matthew 5 11 says blessed are you when people insult you, persecute
[00:09:04] you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Now some of
[00:09:13] you out there might be listening and maybe you don't stand with Jesus as strongly
[00:09:18] as others. But the reality is if you stand with truth and if you stand with life then
[00:09:26] you stand with Jesus. It doesn't matter where you fall on the spectrum. Romans
[00:09:40] 12 14 goes as far as to say bless those who persecute you. Bless and do not curse.
[00:09:48] That's deep Christianity right there. That's a very rare concept you really only find
[00:09:55] in Christianity. I'm telling you these things because I want you to understand
[00:10:04] just like I always tell you that the war of liberty is perennial, the battle of
[00:10:11] liberty for liberty is perennial. So too is hardship. The history of human period
[00:10:22] right the history of mankind is hardship. All of us are blessed in an amazing way and
[00:10:31] that we grew up in a time for the most part that was peaceful and for the most
[00:10:36] part that was prosperous. I don't know that we will usher in a time where prosperity
[00:10:45] is no longer but I do think a time where prosperity will be very different, where
[00:10:52] simplicity will return. I do think that's what's coming and I look at humanity in this
[00:11:02] life right here and now in 2024 and I wonder if we are even headed in the right direction
[00:11:11] in the type of prosperity that we are having today. In other words, are we to have our
[00:11:17] whole lives delivered to us? Are we to stand in front of an iPhone and make dancing videos
[00:11:24] of ourselves to become to some degree rich and famous for a short period of time? Are
[00:11:34] we to live this hyper convenient and comfortable lifestyle? And is it the way to be human?
[00:11:44] Is it the best way to do this thing, this life in general? Because based on
[00:11:50] depression and suicide and the relationship between men and women right now, it looks
[00:11:53] to me that we've overshot the pinnacle of humanity. We went a little too far.
[00:12:09] And I don't know what the next 20 years looks like but I know for a fact, well
[00:12:15] I have ideas, but I know for a fact that the simplification of life, the return to
[00:12:22] hard work and effort and passion and meaning is inevitable. Whether it comes through a
[00:12:31] post-apocalyptic starving settlement of sparse survivors or a slow change in the United
[00:12:41] States and the world, we are going to get away from this hyper convenient and
[00:12:48] comfortable lifestyle. Because the burdens of hardship, the slings and arrows of outrageous
[00:13:01] fortune as Shakespeare said is more of a life worth living. We need to have a challenge.
[00:13:14] We don't want a time laid before us where everything is fine and everyone will be
[00:13:20] happy and everything will be easy and there will be no troubles. This is a Christmas carol.
[00:13:30] This is to happen in December only and then back to the struggle of what it is to survive.
[00:13:37] So the future is undoubtedly ominous, right? 2 Corinthians 12.10 says that is why for
[00:13:47] Christ's sake I delight in weakness, in insults, in hardships, in persecution,
[00:13:53] in difficulties for when I am weak then I am strong. Now I don't understand that all
[00:14:02] the way but I can tell you that I sure do delight in difficulties and hardships and
[00:14:09] a bit of persecution. Now I'm going to leave you with this PBN family because
[00:14:17] this is our enemy. This is our enemy. This is who we stand against. And in order
[00:14:24] to understand the landscape of the future, in order to talk someone off the ledge we
[00:14:31] have to look at this swirling storm of what ifs. This swirling storm of could be's
[00:14:37] and we have to say to ourselves what are we really facing here? Now to those of you
[00:14:46] that this will ring true to you should feel good about yourself. You should feel
[00:14:52] good about your root. It's Matthew 13.21 and it describes our enemy. It says but
[00:15:04] since they have no root they last only a short time. When trouble or persecution
[00:15:13] comes because of the word they quickly fall away. But since they have no root these
[00:15:24] people who have no faith in God, they don't believe in God, they don't believe there
[00:15:29] is a God, they believe they are God, they believe they're making God. It says they
[00:15:34] last only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word they
[00:15:41] quickly fall away. Often times when we get overwhelmed and excited about the prospects
[00:15:53] of suffering in the future, the struggle that could be, it's because we're losing
[00:16:01] faith in Jesus Christ and the things that he has power over. And it's because we're
[00:16:12] losing faith in ourselves and our loved ones and our process and the many,
[00:16:20] many, many, many years we've been on this earth adapting and adjusting and recalibrating.
[00:16:30] And I can tell you right now if you're listening to my voice then you've never been in a
[00:16:37] better position to weather the storm of the future. You've never been surrounded
[00:16:45] by more people who understand exactly what you're talking about, doing the same things
[00:16:50] that you're doing, having the same struggles that you're having, fixing the same problems
[00:16:55] that you're having. So I say it all the time to new listeners but I want to say to
