[00:13:06] Hold up, Ben So This guy wearing a helmet And the woman who's Got her back turned right now We're clearly Within the vicinity of The breakdown of the security perimeter He's got a face full of tear gas In a moment she's gonna say That the police were firing bullets And then later you'll hear her Specify rubber bullets

[00:13:36] I never saw that But These people were there Far earlier than most people On the ground And We spoke about last week how You know, during Trump's speech The rioting at the Capitol had already been occurring All the way through this zone That you've watched Somewhere Earlier in the day There had been barriers Riot control barriers Crowd control barriers Whatever

[00:14:07] They were nowhere to be seen By the time we arrived Go ahead and play and listen to What this woman says To the police Oh, okay She got shot the race for the tear gas And shot with bullets

[00:14:43] Excuse me, I can't rent

[00:16:03] Good stuff here, man. So... By the time this flag and I arrived documenting this, the upper decks of the east side of the Capitol were still controlled by police. You can see them in the safety vests. And across the screen right there is tear gas being thrown.

[00:16:30] The left and right is scapid.

[00:18:53] Good stuff.

[00:19:59] Right there in the same area where there was police earlier, now the crowd is taking over that spot. The police are still above them on the last tier. And it hanging in the air is this pink mist.

[00:20:20] And it was unlike the previous tear gas canister of grayish smoke. Shortly after J6, I asked Dave Jones, NBC guy, what kind of crowd control agents would appear pink in the air? And he didn't know of any. That's still a mystery to me.

[00:20:50] It only happened really briefly. And I think the video, the shot that we have right here is after it was brightly pink in the sky above the crowd. At this point, it's dissipating. Still a mystery to me what that was.

[00:21:48] Go ahead and stop. Just out of view, there's another person with, you know, obviously with the effects of riot control gas on his face. And in a moment, you're going to start hearing someone yelling, move, move in a very aggressive way. I did not film him, but I did witness this person.

[00:22:15] And at one point, as people were climbing the ledge to the left, he got insulting. He actually yelled, you call yourselves patriots. Get up there. Call him, you know, you know, berating people for being able to climb quickly. So when you hear somebody on move, move, that was that guy. And he was at this point, the second most suspicious person that I encountered.

[00:22:45] Listen for move, move. All right. So that guy hasn't started yelling move quite yet, but he will.

[00:23:14] Meanwhile, right there on the, basically the rail, there's a guy with long hair holding the flag with a leather jacket. Can you point it to us? Middle of the, up to your left and to the left. We'll fly. Left. There you go. Keep your eye on that guy. You see his thumb in the air.

[00:23:42] He's encouraging people to move as fast as they can up there. And he is the third most suspicious person or third, highly suspicious person. I encountered. He looks out of place to me. He looks like he's been there a while and he doesn't look like others in the crowd. Not from here. And well, let's keep watching. Let's do this.

[00:27:23] But at this point they were open and Time frame now is probably about 2 45 p.m. So all of Congress Most of Congress has fled the building In underground tunnels back to Various office you know congressional office buildings And the door is wide open I Commented at the time That's the door You go through to get arrested For certain And I couldn't believe people

[00:27:52] I couldn't believe it was open I couldn't believe there was people streaming Straight in

[00:28:53] Go ahead and stop So that's From the scaffolding That was erected specifically for The inauguration And there's no police in sight Anymore There are doors open And people are entering You're going to see that one more time But Other than some windows That were being smashed I don't have them on Video Slightly left of this That was the extent of The so-called violence

[00:29:22] On the east side of the capital And Obviously that You know as it pans out to the Towards the Washington monument That crowd is Several tens of thousands Just on the east side We got Jay Fergie In the house What's up Jay Fergie Commenting on the rumble stream Says My anxiety could never I hate crowds Being that Tightly packed That was something

[00:29:52] I was thinking of too If you had heard Gunshots Or Let's just You know Thankfully there wasn't But there was some sort of Pipe bomb or something Could have been a stampede Did you feel like the crowd was Out of control And could have turned At any second Or Did you think No People were smarter than that No No It wasn't that kind of energy The people that have been Battling the police And you can see them tear gassed Weren't the same crowd That is Arriving at this point

[00:50:42] Camps All The Centers Of Opinion On What That 2020 Virus Was Colorado Governor Signs New Second Amendment Restrictions Into Law Colorado Governor Jared Paulus Democrat Signed A Bill Into Law April 10th requiring people to obtain a permit and undergo safety training before they can buy certain guns. It's not just concealed carry.

[00:51:14] Safety training and permit required just to buy certain guns. Also bans bump stocks and some other accessories set to go into effect in a little more than a year. Do you think this bill will survive the courts? It's a law now, isn't it? Do you think it could somehow be overturned, overthrown before it goes into effect, I guess?

[00:51:42] I'm haggling over whether it's a bill or a law. I think it's a law now, Colorado. I think similar laws in other Democrat states are entirely in jeopardy now because when any or all of this is ruled unconstitutional, it'll apply to those other states. For the time being, it's a step backwards in Second Amendment rights, but in the long run, it might actually expand Second Amendment rights when it's overturned.

[00:52:12] And as Fire Wolf Forge states in the commentary, that'll be overturned. I agree with you, sir. And also, earlier, Fire Wolf Forge asked, why is this news? Well, if you go back to the heat map dashboard real quick for us, Ben, we're talking about the DIA report and the origin of COVID because we now know that that censorship happened. and the news blatantly censured is not

[00:52:41] a live real-time indicator. It doesn't behave like gold soaring, right? The public price of ComEx Gold traded in New York. That's a matter of record, right? So that gold hitting a high could be immediate. There's several indicators like that. There's several that are binary. If it's happening, it's happening. It's grade one. It's happening. News censorship is more, you know, it's a trailing indicator for when the actual

[00:53:11] censorship happened. Just, you know, hard to catch that indicator going hot in real time by the very nature of the indicator. It's news censorship. So, not going to let this pass, but it is, you know, it's one of the, you know, part of the structure of future dangers. Indicators don't always behave kind of in the same time frame as necessarily others. Yeah, it's kind of like, when was it exposed

[00:53:40] that this happened? Maybe it happened three, four, five, ten years ago, but it's just now being confirmed, confirmed 110%. A DIA report is confirming it. Right? Yeah. Well, it suggests it, right? It suggests. But yeah, we're getting the report now. It goes on the EAT map dashboard now. Well, let's go to economics. There's only a couple here. As you said, it's cooled down a bit since this time last week when really it was kind of peak tariff,

[00:54:10] craziness up and down and up and down. It's somewhat settled in the middle is a way I might put it. Let's take actually a look at the markets today. Go straight to the bankster source of information. self CNBC. Dow is just above 40 K. As I said, about 35 K or less is when it starts to get a bit serious. Anything below 30 K would be real serious, but bounce back since this time last week a bit.

[00:54:40] We're looking at gold all time high. It bounced back today to that all time high even after retracing a bit yesterday. So 3,265 just in the last 18 months or two years maybe. Gold has essentially doubled. We've talked a lot about gold and silver on Patriot Power Hour over the last 301 episodes. Big proponents of it. Silver 32,

[00:55:10] 35 Bitcoin holding just below 84 K pretty flat over the last week whereas gold has been gaining oil. Still quite low $61. I think some of that's from the policies of Trump. Drill, drill, drill. And I think part of it is global slowdown. More likely that was without tariffs. And as we've said tariffs are complicated

[00:55:39] but at a minimum there will be some disruption to trade and there will be a damper to economic activity no matter what you say if they actually go into place oil goes down from that as one of the ingredients there's so many things going into oil. What are you seeing economically otherwise besides that future Dan? And what's your thoughts on gold continuing every week it's like up a percent or two just keeps hitting all-time highs. Yeah, I'd like to hear a coherent explanation on what's driving

[00:56:10] those all-time highs. Plenty of people have a lot to say about it. Just a really persuasive logical reason why I could appreciate that. Let's take a look. Let's go to five years. Let's go to all the chart. Going back to the year 2000 when gold was about $270, $280. So in a quarter

[00:56:40] of a century gold has 10xed not too bad has inflation 10xed? No. However, inflation has been pretty nasty since 2000 especially from 2020 to 2025 and look at that spike in gold. It really started to go crazy summer of 2023 and that's where it went from 1800 to 3200 just in that last 1820

[00:57:10] months. Now why? Part of it is there has been some crazy inflation in the last few years and I think gold's finally catching up to that all that stimulus and all the money creation in 2020 really took a few years to work through the system. A lot of other assets went up 30,, 40, 50 plus percent in the last couple years. It took a while for gold to but it's almost like once gold gets

[00:57:40] started it won't stop. There's a lot

[00:58:11] of to but I feel like a lot of the gold is just catching up to the real inflation in the last few years. I'm thinking that Trump put on those tariffs watch what was happening in the derivatives markets so-called basis trade we won't necessarily get into what exactly basis trade is because it's highly technical financial stuff that I guess

[00:58:41] doesn't really even matter it's just another form of derivatives that can be a catalyst to blow apart the financial system and to have banks simultaneously collapsing right a true financial crisis has grade one future danger indicator banks simultaneously collapsing in other words the Fed the lender of last resort and the US treasury have to step in with quantitative easing and

[00:59:10] bailouts galore to keep everything from flying apart and it seemed to me that Trump his treasury secretary who was a hedge fund manager right he's from that world it's almost if you're really cynical and I'm not sure I believe what I'm about to stress

[00:59:40] tests to announce something that would be so revolutionary and rebalancing trade and rebalancing manufacturing worldwide what would that immediately break on Wall Street and it seemed like that basis trade was going wild just last week and right now it seems to in that

[01:01:10] give you know reciprocal tariffs so hey you all remove your tariffs we'll do the same seems like that'll work with some countries maybe not others quadrupling down against China but part of the movement of gold is also US dollars down a little bit in the last couple months which in a way Trump wants to do and also interest rates Trump wants interest to go down and if interest rates go down or are expected

[01:01:40] to go down whether by the Fed or by maybe a financial crisis one way or another if the market is thinking that interest rates going down gold will go up so all these things it's like all these are factors what's the biggest factor tough to say sometimes that's what they do in the market is try to bet on what factors are the most impactful win super hard to time the market

[01:06:09] news and most people know about the 10 year treasury but I feel like it's a little underrated in terms of the panic or the concern and how stressed you said this is kind of a de-stressing period or Trump was stressing the system and now backing off and then stressing the system and backing off and negotiating potentially so what I would say is this 10 year treasury is a good measure of how screwed we are

[01:06:39] if this interest rate goes above 5% we are in so much trouble it's ridiculous what are reasons this could go up number one China could dump even more of its US debt in a very quick manner hurting themselves but hurting us quite a lot they're already disposing of tons of our debt number two other countries could join in number three there is a

[01:07:14] would come in slash rates and hopefully bring it down below the 5% again Trump wants this back where it used to be in 2022 and honestly all the way back to the financial crisis 2008 he wants the 10 year under 2% 4.3 where it is now is pretty darn high because remember everyone has tons of debt corporate real estate the government not everyone but darn everyone has a lot of you know debt and they

[01:07:44] got to roll over that debt so high interest rates is a drag and too high is kind of that red line where it could really start to spin things out of control so let's see the one month it spiking it a little rough this ain't the best chart to look at honestly it's kind of an odd chart I mean like the actual layout of this graph here but

[01:08:14] yes just a small small little movement is billions and billions of dollars at play here so again the US dollar the other currencies like the yen and the euro and others that's really important to watch Trump wants that to go down which sounds weird like why would you want the dollar to go down well he

[01:08:57] I think he expects equities to do as bad as they've done in the last few weeks or worse even in the short to medium term gold low gold silver buy buy buy Bitcoin in my opinion buy buy buy real estate and land is a question you know if interest rates go up and up you expect the price of you know your dream homestead right you expect that to go down in price if interest rates go up but it depends where you live

[01:09:27] and I don't know the real estate market is such a mess we'll see what happens I expect a reset at some point but we'll find out anything else on the heat map dashboard we wanted to touch tonight yeah geopolitically last but not least they're all you know the low grade as starts we have US aircraft carrier group a second one moving into the

[01:09:56] Mideast we have stuff going on you know just stuff going on with Russia yeah keeping an eye on it keeping an eye on it none of those are alarming but yeah a little bit alarming that China is actually saying that out loud right you know the war of words between China and United States has escalated to you know a serious you know multi decade high right now so for them to come out here and say

[01:10:26] this what's the audience right you know them speaking internationally but they're also talking to their own population by calling this out so that communist party propaganda machine inside of China can really amp up anti American sentiment that's what they're doing right now with this they named University of California as well as Virginia Tech so they named a couple

[01:10:56] universities and there's a lot of Chinese studying in the University of California system for sure I'm sure Virginia Tech has a few Chinese nationals there but holy cow University of California massive amounts as I've talked about a bit especially grad school at Purdue huge amount of Chinese and Taiwanese I got along better with the Taiwanese for sure some of the Chinese were cool a lot of them were yeah

[01:11:26] a little robotic to say the least hopefully they weren't spies or nefarious but we know at least a certain percentage of those students are sent here on purpose for that reason so actual universities being named here as working with NSA cyber security attacks that's I don't know if I've seen that before no no it's nothing that would be publicly reported here they're just putting it out there and whipping up fervor

[01:11:56] against it sure definitely that was I think about it I guess always worried about the Middle East but also at the same time always a quagmire as long as nukes don't actually go off I think it's the ceiling of how bad things can get in the Middle East hopefully

[01:12:25] is set but if Israel decides to unload a huge attack on Iran and try to use bunker busters or God forbid some nukes on some underground Iranian positions that'll change things real fast so we got to keep an eye on that and another carrier group in the Middle East whether that's for Iran or other reasons something to watch definitely the Houthis definitely blocking the trade in the Red Sea
