[00:03:00] A consideration of what should be, what could be, what you know in the face of losing everything
[00:03:08] or in the face of losing grips with society or even in the face of just continuing in the direction
[00:03:13] that we're continuing in which is a migration to digital everything.
[00:03:21] You know how long do you think it's going to be before people forego laptops for VR headsets
[00:03:32] or smaller VR glasses that allow a superimposed keyboard on a table
[00:03:40] and you type directly on the table?
[00:03:43] You know because once you're working, see I love VR.

[00:03:48] I think it's way better than playing video games for many, many reasons.
[00:03:55] And we're just scratching the surface. It's going to be so fun.

[00:05:41] You know once you can convince a generation that look, your consumerist mentality is bad for the world and bad for the environment and bad for you.

[00:05:54] You can not only have some things in your workspace that you like, you can have everything.
[00:06:00] You can have things you couldn't even fathom.
[00:06:02] You know you could have a black hole in the corner of the room that you work in.

[00:06:29] In the face of sheer total disaster, destruction, world war whatever.
[00:06:33] Or in the face of just the din of technological advance.
[00:06:40] Because there are things worth preserving besides dehydrated strawberries.

[00:06:49] There's family things.
[00:06:50] There's also contributions to the world by great people that are worth preserving.
[00:06:57] And not just saying well, see what happens, whatever.
[00:07:01] You know, I got every book ever written on my phone.

[00:07:45] I don't know about you guys but the moment I read the word bulk warrant, bulk search warrant, I think Second Amendment infraction.
[00:07:57] Those two things and the other thing I think about are like the bills that Congress passes every other day.
[00:08:04] Bulk search warrant should be abolished because the department, the DOJ, serve the bulk search warrant ordering Google to release personal information including
[00:08:15] name account, name account name IP address, home address, phone number and viewer activity of YouTube users who viewed specific YouTube videos.
[00:08:25] Publicly available tutorials on mapping with drones.
[00:08:29] So that's what people were looking for.

[00:08:37] Now, I don't know what happens to your brain when you hear certain information but when I hear this information it leads me right to the story of the drones buzzing the Air Force Base for months.

[00:08:52] Are they trying to find out who was doing that or is there something much worse happening behind the scenes who are not?
[00:08:58] Who knows?
[00:09:01] Between January 1st and January 8th, 2023, the STOP project, the surveillance technology oversight project commented on the recently unsealed court documents that revealed
[00:09:14] the surveillance efforts saying searching thousands in estimate 160,000 innocent people to look for one suspect violated the Fourth Amendment.
[00:09:28] This is real.
[00:09:32] One of the things worth preserving is privacy I think in this day and age and do you want to know, you're not going to like this because fun encrypted technology makes you feel like Batman.
[00:09:47] But I have to tell you the truth man, there is no privacy in the future in anything digital and you just have to understand that.
[00:09:56] It's a wrap, okay?
[00:09:59] There is no privacy in the digital landscape anymore going forward.
[00:10:05] No one can stop hackers.
[00:10:07] Remember that when you get your, you know, when you have your initial consult for your neural link.
[00:10:13] There's no stopping hackers.
[00:10:15] Hackers are always five steps ahead of security.
[00:10:18] You see it every day.
[00:10:20] I mean every day now you see it.
[00:10:22] This is a fundamental.
[00:10:23] This is a fundamental of the digital age.
[00:10:27] No one is ever stopping hackers.
[00:10:30] It's never going to happen.

[00:10:34] The moment AI is used to stop hackers, hackers are going to use AI to stop that AI.

[00:10:43] The biggest line of bullshit they can give you is that we can provide you with security for your website, for your digital, whatever.

[00:10:55] So it's just a matter of how much risk you're willing to take, you know?
[00:11:00] But more importantly than even that is the concept of sort of digital privacy in the face of the government because there are constitutional protections.
[00:11:10] Now what we need more than anything in this country is an advocacy group for the Constitution with real teeth.
[00:11:16] That's what we need.
[00:11:17] We need an advocacy group for the Constitution with daggers for teeth and claws.
[00:11:25] Adamantium, you know, Wolverine claws.
[00:11:28] And when stuff like this happens these committees just have to be attacked to the very limits of what they can take.
[00:11:39] Or else you have no constitution anyway.
[00:11:42] What's the point?
[00:11:43] Right? If you can get a bulk search warrant over 160,000 people and look at everything they've ever done online in an attempt to find people mapping with drones.
[00:11:58] What's the point?
[00:12:00] Why can't I get a bulk search warrant to look for a gunman and confiscate everybody's guns?

[00:12:10] Or at least come in and in your house and make sure that your guns are stored safely and properly.

[00:12:20] No teeth, no enforcement can do anything.
[00:12:23] Most importantly what I want you to think about though is the concept of having no privacy.
[00:12:29] You know, that's the reality.
[00:12:30] So as your digital realm expands you just have to understand that's the risk.
[00:12:35] And open yourself up to the amount of risk that you're willing to take, you know?
[00:12:40] That's the best you can do.
[00:12:42] So, and you know obviously the DOJ needs to be deflated, dehydrated in and of itself into a semblance of what it used to be.
