[00:26:13] You have to fight this is a fight You're in a battle whether you admit it or not doesn't matter, but you're in a battle for you for your freedom and That battle is between you and Instagram. It's between you and Twitter. It's between you and tiktok

[00:26:30] It just is it doesn't matter what you think about it what you can dream up about it What you know what I mean none of that matters you are locked in a battle with technology And you have to you have to use whatever

[00:26:46] Techniques you can to pry yourself from it. You have to limit yourself You have to make sure that you understand and one of the best ways to do this is to quantify it

[00:26:57] Quantify your time and investment look at your screen time figure out. What am I doing with my life? Did I do 50 hours on? Tiktok this week and if I did 50 hours on tiktok this week that means 50 hours of my life Didn't go to other things

[00:27:19] Now maybe you're rich and happy and everyone's happy and healthy and that's fine But if you got problems or if you've got a family and you know Something tells me you could carve off 10 of them hours and give it over to something better to start, right?

[00:27:35] But you're locked in this battle and I think it's important to be locked in this battle because these technologies are only gonna get more Alluring if you think they're gonna be like How about our next iteration of social media we make less addictive? It's not gonna happen

[00:27:52] It's not gonna happen So you have to understand how to pull away from these things It's like anything else. It's like any other distraction That exists You can get lost in it You will get lost in it Unless you start to manage it, you know what I mean?

[00:28:12] So it's important these things are important like I said the best techniques But the best techniques you can use are number one create lists You need to create lists every day

[00:28:23] Or else you'll find yourself in a rabbit hole nine hours later of YouTube conspiracy videos and be like oh Well, I understand how the Anunnaki Came to conquer the earth and transform us into what we are today

[00:28:39] But frankly other than that I didn't get anything done today, right? You need lists of to-do items. That's personal. That's that's Professional and so on that way you can measure yourself that way every day you can say to yourself look at the things I didn't get done

[00:28:59] You have to manage the time you have to look at your screen time and say what am I really doing? Let's stop telling myself lies. What am I really doing? Let's add it all up Let's add up the video games the virtual reality the texts the the

[00:29:12] YouTube time the tiktok time the Twitter time Let's add it all up and say out of a hundred and some odd hours per week that I have to live Cut out the sleep

[00:29:23] Add in the social media and technological distraction what percentage of my life is actually being lived blood and bone and that gives you a taste of What's actually happening, you know pbn family. I'm gonna call it here
