[00:00:04] You're listening here to PBN. Your path back to stability here. Happy Friday everyone. It's PBN Daily News, James Walton coming to you live from the the new Soviet states. The new Soviet states welcome in the world has changed much since we last spoke.
[00:00:49] Well, maybe not but it's changed much over Over the last what 10 years? Not about 2008. I think it really started to get its talons in us. The use of things like propaganda purge trials political repression support for communist movements these were all telltale signs and
[00:01:12] Strategium used by the Soviet Union between 1917 and 91 Propaganda do I even need to explain that one purge trials During Stalin's reign the government conducted a series of show trials against alleged enemies of the state Which were essentially political attacks against perceived threats to Stalin's power sound familiar
[00:01:35] You know anybody going through anything like that Maybe a couple couple names come to mind Political repression the Soviet regime Suppressed political dissent and opposition through the use of secret police censorship and political imprisonment Sounds oddly familiar in 2024 oddly familiar in the age of the the Biden-Stalin
[00:02:04] Nexus and Of course the support of communist movements They provide a support to communist parties and movements around the world in an effort to spread communism and counter Western influence Counter of Western influence
[00:02:18] I've coined a new phrase PBN family feel free to use it wherever you go however you would like to It's called distractivism okay, I was running yesterday with my dogs and
[00:02:34] Getting away from the computer getting away from the phone and going on a run a lot of times New ideas are birthed Try it. It's amazing and One of the the words that popped into my mind was distractivism because I was thinking about
[00:02:50] 2020 I was thinking about the current situation with act quote-unquote activism in the United States on the campuses And I'm always on this one of my core beliefs is this idea that Just work on you You know what I mean?
[00:03:08] Like when in doubt when angry with the world when upset about the conditions You're you're where your effort could go where your effort is where you're gonna have the most effect is on the way
[00:03:19] You behave day-to-day on the on the energy that you're putting out of what you are in the world Right because then you're gonna meet someone and then there's gonna be two of you that touch the world every day
[00:03:32] And then you're gonna have some kids and those kids are gonna go out and spread all across the world, right? I'm telling you right now that Daily impact is exponential compared to standing in a park in dirty clothes in a tent
[00:03:46] Or or you know sleeping in a tent. It's just you know, it's just better, but it's hard Right because in order to like constantly improve You have to look at yourself every day and go you're not
[00:04:00] Getting any better at this thing, you know, whatever that thing is, you know, you have to admit your defeats You have to admit your failures. You have to Look at yourself and say oh good
[00:04:11] You still have this problem and that problem and you got to work on them, you know And it's not fun to work on them and it's not fun to you know admit these things to yourself But I do believe that that That focus on you
[00:04:28] And being the best that you can be in this society in Enumerable ways how you interact with people how you interact with yourself how you interact with family, you know the overall health and wellness of your body and all those kinds of things like
[00:04:44] That's that's how you make a society You don't make a society by standing with a sign and telling other people how to act Just you know think about that way a society is not build on people with I love when the British say the word placards
[00:05:00] Plac with placards Pointing at other people and telling them how to behave or how they should behave or how you want them to behave So I thought of the frumpy faced blue haired oftentimes overweight activists quote-unquote
[00:05:19] And I said to myself something tells me these people have a lot to work on Right at the very least getting better shape so that you're healthier, you know, so you live a better life and then when when the news started talking about it coming up to
[00:05:35] Finals time and a lot of people like we're gonna try to We're gonna try to get around these finals with some serious protests about life and death and And also given the fact that we are watching one of the most Sort of spoiled generations
[00:05:50] One of the generations that's had more comfort and convenience more social media and internet than any and There and Look it probably is scary, but they are facing the end the coddling is coming to an end
[00:06:05] Right. It's like we did the school thing. We did the high school thing We did a college thing and now it's coming to an end and guess what? I'm gonna have to be accountable for myself And I'd much rather just be an activist Just be better
[00:06:20] Just be better than actually having to pay bills and be accountable for my actions and responsible and wake up every day and go to a job so I think We've got terrorists in these groups and then we've got distractivists in this group also
[00:06:35] You know, we've got groups of people who are participating in distractivism in order to distract You and everyone else and themselves from the fact that they have very real issues that they need to work out They have a life to build. They have you know, it's serious time
[00:06:50] You know, you're in your early 20s people tell you all the time live your life wait Hey, don't settle down early. Don't you know to give the shitest advice ever
[00:06:59] It's like when you are in your early 20s, this is where this is where the big ideas are starting to meld together This idea like just play another video game would be fine No way man
[00:07:13] This is where the big this is where you're starting to figure out like what I like about this life What I hate about this life what I'm willing to do and not willing to do
[00:07:23] And as I told you before, you know the if you really want to change the nation for the better Settling down and having kids and dedicating yourself to that and putting those kids out into the world with it with you know a
[00:07:37] relationship with God and good moral values and ethics and those kinds of things You're just gonna have way more of an effect on the world Than anything you do
[00:07:50] Then probably anything that you do and they're missing out on that, you know, they're gonna be wake up and be 30 years old Spend the next five years of their life dedicated to distractivism And that's it be miserable blame it all on me And you
[00:08:11] It's your fault my life fell apart because you wouldn't tell Israel to stop being a nation Okay, I don't know. I don't know what to tell you Let's get into one threat one solution folks. It's a wild wild world out there hang on
[00:08:41] We got a number of things. I have to read you this because it's so heinous I'm not a big fan of like over-the-top heinous stuff But this is so heinous I have to read it to you. It's it's absolutely crazy
[00:09:00] I heard nothing about it until I read it on the the gray man brief the Pfizer summer of recent development summary of recent developments a Black LGBT activist 20 years old killed a 64 year old man who was walking on the side of the street the murder
[00:09:17] The murderer I think you meant to say a man identifying as a female where a black bikini in a wig as he drove over the victim Once then reversed and drove over the man again The murderer then exited the vehicle Straddle the dying victim kissed them
[00:09:32] Stabbed him with a knife nine times as of and of course bystanders stood there and videotaped it because that's They recorded it. I'm sorry. They didn't we don't videotape things anymore. They recorded it and
[00:09:45] Then the murderer attempted to steal a vehicle turned around and leapt over the victim fleeing the scene he was later arrested What it's like a scene out of a movie It's Gotham City in the streets of the United States. The only problem with this article
[00:10:00] Or this little thing is there's no It doesn't say where this happened the border patrol is exchanging fire Fox news no Los Angeles. Oh, the LA bus. This could have been an LA actually the LA bus Fadely style is Houston Houston, Texas good God the
[00:10:32] The LA Metro bus drivers have begun to strike amid increased assaults This is not like This is not we need more money and and the
[00:10:44] What are they called the unions are telling us we need to know this is we're getting hurt at work by the lunatics in the streets of LA Case in point The 20 year old LGBT Distractivist by the way Right I'm an activist. No you're a distractivist. You're a lunatic
[00:11:09] You're at 100% lunatic you drove a man over twice in a black bikini and a wig Stabbed him nine times like what what are we doing? This is a person that should be locked up in a padded room in a straight jacket That's it. I mean there's no
[00:11:28] That's the best outcome if I had it my way to be very different to be very different You know what I mean? I'd ship her over to Ukraine or him over to Ukraine I'd send them to Zelensky now that there's 500,000 Russian troops amassed at the border
[00:11:46] I take these Distractivists that are violent and I tell them you know, I know Somewhere in your trunk. You have a Ukrainian flag because you care so much about everything So what we're gonna do as your punishment is we're gonna give you a AR 500
[00:12:06] An AR 500 chest rig with some body armor and we're gonna send you over to beat Voldemort Mort Valensky You go see Voldemort Valensky there's a lens key and talk to him and he'll get you squared up Okay, you're a Ukrainian citizen now. Have fun
[00:12:23] Do some distractivism over there? So yeah, you know the LA Metro the folks are saying we've staged an unofficial strike to protest poor safety conditions on public transit as The staff faces violent assaults from unruly passengers. This is the this is the thing
[00:12:42] This is what 2020 has wrought. This is what the attack on the police has wrought That's all it's done It's all it's done All we have done is unleashed Lunatics all over the all over the streets for people to deal with
[00:12:59] That's it now the people just have to deal with and when the poor Marine in New York City dealt with one of these lunatics He you know now he's going to jail. That's the beauty of it, right?
[00:13:09] The insanity of the whole situation is they unleash these lunatics on the street Right and you have to deal with them now listen protect with bear is not our sponsor comma yet but I will say the man in the in the subway remember this is self-defense insurance, right?
[00:13:35] It's not just about using your gun. It's about lethal force all together or even injury Even if you don't kill someone if you just injure someone they're gonna take you to court You know what I mean doesn't matter how crazy they are doesn't be right
[00:13:50] Unfortunately if that Marine would have had the ability to get up out of that scene and place an emergency phone call To an attorney That's already waiting for you. You know you sign up with these guys. It's like 150 bucks for the whole year. It's not expensive and
[00:14:07] Yeah, man You got the phone you have the ability to make that phone call Then you have a defense lawyer and then you have somebody who was on your side who can who can say look man
[00:14:16] This lunatic was running around yelling at women putting his hands on people and this guy had no option We have let these cities fall apart to the point where the lunatics are everywhere and Nobody's around to help
[00:14:33] Right, so then citizens have to on top of everything else we have to do We have to also figure out how to manage the lunatics now And then if we if we mismanage the lunatics and they die or get hurt or whatever
[00:14:49] Then it's off the jail with you you're a racist you're a criminal you're Violent extremist so protect yourself man, you know protect yourself. It's not uh It ain't pretty out there in some places The good news is in most places. It's not bad
[00:15:11] but if you find yourself locked eyes across the Isle with one of these maniacs and it's you know You better have some protection Not a not a promotional ad just literally a one-threat one solution, you know Is what it is. Let's get into shdf chef
[00:15:31] Now that is a delicious cut of long pork About some pork. What do we want to talk about with some pork? Let's talk about some pork It is a good time To To dry rub the pig you know that You guys make dry rubs at all
[00:16:03] I'm a big fan I'm a big fan of the dry rub particularly for the grill or the smoker Probably one of the probably one of my favorites is the old disaster coffee dry rub There's a lot of them out there. I mean that you know Coffee strong
[00:16:26] It's a powerful Powerful ingredient to add to things we used to do a coffee rub tuna steak on the grill At a restaurant I worked at was awesome man. It's really good. It was really good
[00:16:43] I'll give you a good standard fare or a good ratio, you know the best thing in cooking when you're not cooking down to the Outs like baking but when you're mixing ingredients or your Cooking savory foods a lot of times you live by ratios, right two-to-one cook rice
[00:17:03] It's an important ratio to two two parts water to one port rice most cases if you're gonna step out into the wild and make yourself a Coffee a dry coffee rub
[00:17:22] Which is great to put on things like ribs, you know pork chops pork the loins on the grill steak I mean it's not bad coffee rubs not great on poultry Really good on on big not on tuna like I talked about So here's a good ratio
[00:17:43] You're gonna make this dry rub you're gonna put a bunch of different spices in it that you like But what you want to have is the same. It's a one-to-one ratio coffee dish brown sugar Okay, one-to-one ratio so and they're gonna be the
[00:18:01] Largest parts of your rub, you know, so if you want to make a full cup of a dry rub because you're gonna rub down a giant pork loin or whatever Do a half cup of finely ground coffee and a half cup of brown sugar and that's your base
[00:18:19] For your dry rub and then from there Whatever else you like you can add crazy chili powder smoke paprika's You can add garlic powder onion powder, you know, whatever you like
[00:18:32] You can add in there cumin is a good one not too much cumin though because it's strong and you'll combat the coffee But basically, you know salt pepper garlic onion some kind of chili pepper and and maybe some kind of paprika and
[00:18:50] Whip that all up together man. You have your sofa a Really awesome dry rub Great on ribs. I mean, it's like an essential for ribs, you know the dry rub
[00:19:03] What I want to get into some Khalil some Khalil Jibran for the I haven't read from Khalil in a while Maybe we'll do that Yeah, make a dry rub this the other the cool thing about the dry rub is you know, you can make five cups of it
[00:19:19] You can make an entire Mason jar of this stuff and just have it for the summer. It's all dry Everything will be fine. You put the Mason jar lid on it would be fine, you know
[00:19:30] Let me find something to read from Khalil Jibran. All right, and then we'll wrap this show up with words The beauty of death Dedicated to M. E H don't know who that is
[00:20:01] Again, this is Khalil Jibran a tear in a smile. We read from it pretty often here. It's an amazing book of pros Let me sleep for my soul is drunk of love Let me slumber for my spirit is replete with the days and nights
[00:20:23] Kindle the lights and put fire to the sensors about my couch Scatter around my body pedals of the rose and Narcissus and on my hair put pounded musk Pour out upon my feet goodly smelling perfumes and behold and read What is writ by death's hand upon my brow?
[00:20:47] Leave me deep in the arms of slumber for my eyelids are tired and heavy with this wakefulness Strike upon the liar and the loot and let the echo of their silvered strings fall and sway upon my ears blow upon the pipe and flute and
[00:21:04] We from their limpid notes avail about my heart the heart that hastens to its end Sing to me songs of Ruhah and their enchanting cadence spread wide a carpet from my spirit Then look and in my eyes will you behold the light of hope
[00:21:22] Should we keep going? I've never read this before actually. This is pretty good Dry then your tears my friends raise a loft your heads as flowers lift up their crowns at dawn's breaking and behold death's Bride standing as a pillar of light
[00:21:38] Between my bed in the void still your breath awhile and harken with me to the fluttering of her wings Okay It's a master He is a master there is no doubt about it Element do I want to read this to you guys or not?
[00:22:00] What is it Friday? I don't know I've got some I've had some words from a member that were just so I got another email today from one of you guys I don't want to put anybody on blast, but you just amazing words

[00:22:54] It's a lot it's a lot everything that you do you must be kind of exhausted from it all and You know, I don't it to be to be honest with you
