[00:11:19] Cyber security brief I got into that already this week. It's absolutely insane to Chinese or in everything essentially.

[00:11:30] Street takeovers in Tennessee 16 people were shot two killed.

[00:11:36] Pro Palestinians continue to follow President Biden and protest at his campaign events in Atlanta Georgia and T.

[00:11:46] Fulfillies continued unlawful protests of a public safety training center they refer to as cop city.

[00:11:50] You know the lines guys between these bouts of civil unrest and and attacks are just going to dissolve the closer we get to election time.

[00:12:07] That's just what it is you know that's a it's a scary these are the foot soldiers as I told the members yesterday.

[00:12:12] These are the foot soldiers of the election season. We went into a little more detail in that but what really what really looked like the real solution to this.

[00:12:27] And it's not as simple as what Ron DeSantis put together but but you can use it as a backbone you know Ron DeSantis DeSantis does things in Florida that we all say we want to do.

[00:12:42] He just does them yesterday he signed two days ago he signed a bill in that turned basically flash mobbing into felony.

[00:12:53] Looting in stores became felony. Looting with multiple people became a serious felony like up to 10 years of prison.

[00:13:03] So you see this mob full of people jumping into stores the cops can grab them now and say hey look buddy.

[00:13:09] Sorry bad decision your life's going to change dramatically now because you decided to kick somebody's door in break somebody's front pane of glass and steal the Nike shoes.

[00:13:20] So you're going away a long time. You're going away a long time. Imagine that imagine you break the law and go away to jail for a long time.

[00:13:32] It's not like oh I was speeding I got 10 years you know what I mean no I got together with a bunch of people and we decided we were going to go get all the best shoes and the best socks and the best jackets or whatever I don't know.

[00:13:47] And don't forget these things feed crime so we have to clearly define in laws around the states in this country what is viable as protest and what is not.

[00:14:02] You can't outlaw protest obviously but how about if you decide that you're going to start putting tents up how about if you decide that your protest is going to block a roadway which is a public safety hazard.

[00:14:16] If your if your protest creates a public safety hazard we've got an issue right. If it damages person or property.

[00:14:25] So I think the one threat one solution here with the civil unrest I mean we've talked about fortifying your own response to civil unrest in the past on these same PBN Daily News shows.

[00:14:35] But I do think it's time to pressure lawmakers and to make a solution guys come on you're all lawyers let's not act like we don't know what to do about all these protest what should we do.

[00:14:47] Right so it's time to pressure the lawmakers it's time to get on the laptop get on the cell phone whatever you got to do and pressure the lawmakers and say look I'm going to find a candidate who will do this if it's not you.

[00:15:01] Bye. Right. Because things can change governors can change things there's no doubt about it you know life in Virginia has changed a lot in many ways.

[00:15:15] Well since we got Glenn young can in here your governor is a clear reminder or one of the clearest reminders to me and your state legislature about the difference between Democrats and Republicans.

[00:15:27] You know it was fashionable for a long time to say Republicans and Democrats are the same thing. Yeah until they start throwing gun control bills at you and still right.

[00:15:38] So yeah one threat one solution folks sometimes we have to get involved in the political process. Sometimes we have to get involved in the political process that's all there is to it or we can look back and say.

[00:15:52] The Nazis marched through the United States in a different garb head scarves on rather than swastikas and you know we were complicit. We said I'm going to move far away I'm going to stock ammunition I'm going to close my eyes and pretend it's not happening.

[00:16:13] Oh hope hope right. So I don't know. I can only tell you and guide you it's completely up to you to execute is completely up to you to decide what books you want to put on your shelf what plans you want to make for your family.
