[00:01:33] What we know about our son and coronal mass ejections yet continuing to

[00:01:40] Digitize our entire way of life

[00:01:44] Is like some sadistic form of

[00:01:47] Digital Russian roulette or are some some sadistic sort of galactic

[00:01:52] Russian roulette right? It's like we built and continue to build our whole world on

[00:01:59] And the cyberworld

[00:16:04] What it is is about harvesting a bean when it's young, you know

[00:16:14] When another great spring vegetable is we take fennel and we take the green beans

[00:16:20] Okay, the Harry Covair the young green bean and then we would shave

[00:16:26] Julienne if you remember our talk about

[00:16:32] Nice and fine and we would even slice the beans a little

[00:16:37] Maybe one two three slices long wise

[00:16:41] If you don't want to get into that you can just have the bean

[00:16:44] All right, and then we would toss that into a bowl with some sliced fennel also and maybe some fennel fronds

[00:16:51] and to that mix we would add

[00:16:55] sort of like a

[00:16:58] Mayonnaise based I

[00:17:00] Think what it what it was was an emulsified Dijon stone ground mustard

[00:17:06] So I'm trying to remember this from college off top of my head stone ground mustard and

[00:17:13] Then you know some kind of emulsification we would use the mustard we would add champagne vinegar and

[00:17:20] Then we would emulsify that with olive oil

[00:17:23] So in other words, we blend it with a stick blender and slowly drizzle in olive oil until it got nice and creamy

[00:17:29] And we toss that whole thing together

[00:17:32] And create an incredible spring cold salad, you know

[00:17:36] If I were to do it today, I would take that mix and right before I served it

[00:17:41] I would put a giant

[00:17:43] Two big handfuls of like a rugala in a bowl toss all of it together and serve it that way

[00:17:49] You could get away with even adding some apple. You could get away with even adding some walnut making it like a like a

[00:17:57] Waldoor salad plus, you know what I mean?

[00:18:01] But that's an incredible spring salad to make

[00:20:23] The Beast derelict, let's get into it. I don't know if I'll read you the whole thing and it's not complete by any stretch but

[00:20:32] Just ideas at the moment so it's early stage first draft. I

[00:20:44] I know it's lost this labyrinth has baffled us all

[00:20:51] Why did they bring him here?
