[00:00:04] You're listening here to PBN. Your path back to stability here

[00:00:32] What was the most important lesson you learned over the weekend? There's one takeaway that not just Preppers

[00:00:40] Should hold very close to their heart, but all Americans and maybe everyone in the world

[00:00:48] For all the governing bodies for all the three letter agencies for all the

[00:00:52] Regulations and rules that have been built into governments both

[00:00:58] Nationally and on a worldwide

[00:01:01] You know platform what was driven home to me?

[00:01:08] over the weekend

[00:01:11] Was the fact that nobody

[00:01:15] Gave any warning whatsoever

[00:01:18] About what we were facing from the Sun

[00:01:23] Nobody in government nobody in world government nobody in fat in the United States government. Nobody at FEMA

[00:01:30] No, the NOAA came out with a little something just a little like a little blurb. Nobody knew about it

[00:01:36] nobody even knew about it

[00:01:39] Until people started like getting excited about northern lights pictures

[00:01:45] Nobody even knew

[00:01:47] That there was a massive solar storm in route do you understand?

[00:01:51] What that means

[00:01:54] Maybe you don't I think a lot of you do I

[00:01:58] Just want you to understand

[00:02:01] Above all else the takeaway from this weekend is that the government is not going to brief you on shit

[00:02:10] They're not going to prepare you for anything

[00:02:13] Okay, when you think about

[00:02:16] National security and national preparedness

[00:02:19] What at least at a personal level and how it affects you personally just pretend they don't even exist

[00:02:27] Do you understand?

[00:02:31] Maybe not so much national security. Maybe more

[00:02:35] Emergency and disaster readiness

[00:02:37] Now I went on the FEMA gov just before I started because I was concerned

[00:02:43] I didn't want to come out and say you know what FEMA said nothing

[00:02:48] Let's have a look at the FEMA website, you know first and foremost you go to FEMA gov right now

[00:02:54] And you get to see celebrating Asian American the slide so fast. I can't even celebrate it properly

[00:03:01] celebrating Asian American

[00:03:04] Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander month. Okay, that's the biggest

[00:03:10] main slide on the government's

[00:03:14] Website for preparing you for disasters and emergencies. I

[00:03:19] Don't have a problem with celebrating that I have no problem whatsoever

[00:03:23] I have a problem with it being the first thing that comes up when I go to FEMA's website

[00:03:30] because that lets me know

[00:03:34] You're not a disaster preparedness website

[00:03:38] Which you're we fund you to be that that's what your websites for disaster assistance, right?

[00:03:45] Emergency management floods and maps you got all this stuff up here

[00:03:50] National hurricane preparedness is slide two, okay

[00:03:55] You see because diversity

[00:03:59] Inclusion and equity are

[00:04:01] the end of all things

[00:04:03] They take precedence above everything particularly your life

[00:04:08] your life

[00:04:10] Your life and your family's life are of minimal concern

[00:04:14] When diversity

[00:04:18] Inequality or inclusion and equity are concerned

[00:04:21] But this is what it is

[00:04:24] So in terms of emergency preparedness and early alerts and all that kind of stuff

[00:04:31] Understand that no one is going to tell you anything

[00:04:35] And if someone does tell you something if the government does tell you something if FEMA breaks something if the

[00:04:42] Somebody tells you something ahead of time. It's a bonus

[00:04:46] You know what I'm saying?

[00:04:50] It's bananas

[00:04:52] Now I could do the ugly owner CEO and traffic commander thing and say that's why you need to listen to the prep and broad casting network

[00:04:59] But we're not always on top of it either

[00:05:02] You need you need multiple new sources, you know, we were pretty early on with it

[00:05:06] In fact, we were we were talking about it two days before I talked about it here on PBN and that was my fault

[00:05:17] This was a big deal and this is still a big deal

[00:05:22] This was a very big deal when this type of energy comes out of the Sun anybody who's sitting here telling you they know exactly

[00:05:28] What's gonna happen is lying

[00:05:30] so in other words people saying that it's gonna be

[00:05:34] Total lights out wrong lying people that are saying

[00:05:38] It shouldn't affect anything everything should be fucked low-level stuff

[00:05:42] They don't know either what everybody can can wrap their head around is

[00:05:51] Be prepared for disruptions

[00:05:53] That's really all the American people probably needed to hear but I see I think the government trust is so little now

[00:06:01] Like if we tell them be prepared for disruptions half the population is gonna go panic by everything in the other half

[00:06:06] It's gonna get ready to loot and they might not be wrong

[00:06:10] They might not be wrong based on what I see out of people

[00:06:13] But for you what I want you to understand is

[00:06:19] You know, it's been very popular to say no one's coming to help you that that phrase has been popularized

[00:06:25] It's 100% true

[00:06:27] But I'll take it one step further. They're not even gonna let you know you need help

[00:06:34] It was a major failure man

[00:06:37] It was a major failure to have people waking up this morning and being like oh there was a solar storm over there

[00:06:42] Is that what all those pictures were on Facebook and have no one understand that

[00:06:50] The

[00:06:51] Magnetic field of the planet is so weak. I

[00:06:55] Didn't know this till I listen to Sarah Hathaway, but she said

[00:06:58] You're not even supposed to see the color red if you see the color red. It's a problem

[00:07:03] right

[00:07:05] Like this is a big deal

[00:07:08] The sky going red is a thing. I mean it's biblical right? It means some serious stuff is going wrong

[00:07:15] The storm wasn't that strong

[00:07:19] according to Sarah

[00:07:22] But the effects on the planet were unbelievable

[00:07:28] Unbelievable

[00:07:29] They saw the northern lights in Puerto Rico folks. You know what that means? That is insane

[00:07:37] You don't see the northern lights in Puerto Rico unless it's a big deal

[00:07:42] The only question is are they not telling us the severity of the damage to the magnetosphere?

[00:07:51] To the magnetic field

[00:07:53] Because they're they're scared are they not telling us about the shifting magnetic north and south because they're scared

[00:08:00] Is there nothing that can be done about it and

[00:08:05] That's part of the reason

[00:08:07] What what's the deal?

[00:08:09] Why did we have six?

[00:08:11] Solar flares massive explode out of the Sun come hurtling towards Earth

[00:08:17] coronal mass ejections

[00:08:19] flying

[00:08:20] At breakneck paces by the way, how long would how long would it take?

[00:08:28] Let's just see for fun

[00:08:31] How long would it take to get to the Sun if we were to launch an imaginary spacecraft from Earth that would travel around?

[00:08:43] 246,000 kilometers an hour

[00:08:46] Okay

[00:08:48] It would take

[00:08:50] 606 hours or 25 days for that spacecraft to get here now the Sun shot these things out

[00:08:56] They were here in four days. Okay wrap your head around that

[00:09:00] That is oh a wild PBN family

[00:09:06] Government said no they sit around. Hmm. I don't know

[00:09:10] What can we pin on what can we pin on Donald Trump? That's what we really need to focus on

[00:09:16] So I want you to understand that above all the great failure here

[00:09:20] Was no one was alerted no one knew what was going on

[00:09:23] I guarantee you a large chunk of the populations waking up today going what happened over weekend some happen

[00:09:28] What was it the Sun?

[00:09:30] I thought it was another eclipse or something going on. I didn't know

[00:09:35] Nobody even knew

[00:09:37] So imagine if you know Saturday morning

[00:09:40] Everybody wakes up and there's no internet and no electricity anywhere

[00:09:46] Or let's just say like the West Coast is completely blacked out and no internet and no communications going in or out

[00:09:54] Right because don't forget high frequency radio is also affected by these things

[00:10:02] nothing

[00:10:03] nothing

[00:10:04] amazing

[00:10:06] I don't want to do a one-threat one solution today. I don't really have I was gonna talk about homelessness and stuff like that

[00:10:10] I don't really have it in me. I

[00:10:12] Don't have it in me. I

[00:10:14] Was

[00:10:16] Flipping through my phone. It's all comedian get beat up on stage

[00:10:20] You got yanked off the stage and beat up. I

[00:10:23] Thought to myself what is happening?

[00:10:26] He got in a little skip like a little a

[00:10:32] Little tiff with some people on the offstage

[00:10:36] You know and they were talking about when they do was drunk and violent. There's no security at the club whatsoever, right?

[00:10:43] No, I guess no security at the club whatsoever and

[00:10:47] Then from another side a guy

[00:10:49] He called one of the audience members a snitch and the guy came up and just yanked him off the stage

[00:10:54] What's happening out there PBN fam? What's happening out there?

[00:11:01] What's going on? How do you go to a comedy show violently? How does that work? I'm gonna go to the show

[00:11:08] beat somebody up

[00:11:12] Crazy I don't know I

[00:11:15] Don't know. I think we I think we

[00:11:19] In large part are waiting on the next generation at this point

[00:11:24] Do you know that I really do I

[00:11:27] Think this generation of people is so pissed particularly the young ones, you know 20s are

[00:11:33] So pissed because they've been the

[00:11:37] The fools they've been made the fool of by mostly by the left wing largely and

[00:11:45] They don't know how to deal with it

[00:11:47] Do you know what I mean?

[00:11:48] like largely

[00:11:50] everything

[00:11:52] That the left told them and their left wing lunatic parents told them growing up

[00:11:58] Has completely fallen apart before their very eyes

[00:12:02] Do you know what I mean? It's all falling apart

[00:12:06] Like you they were like you go to college you work, you know hard you get a degree and

[00:12:12] Then you'll make good money and you'll be able to you know

[00:12:16] Live a life. I guess I don't know they got out of college. You're like there's no jobs

[00:12:22] The jobs are not gonna make me president the second week I get there so I don't want to do it. I don't know man

[00:12:35] It's chaos, but I don't think it's chaos just for the sake of chaos

[00:12:40] I think it's chaos because people were lied to their whole youth

[00:12:45] you know

[00:12:47] They were lied to their whole youth they were pandered to their whole youth and then they get boom

[00:12:51] You know the one thing you cannot help the one thing you cannot stop is

[00:12:57] Eventually you grow up and life hits you

[00:13:00] Eventually life hits you with all its consequences and all of a sudden you're like oh

[00:13:05] I

[00:13:07] I've got to do these things if I don't do these things. There's severe consequences

[00:13:12] You know

[00:13:14] Why do you think everybody runs around with masks on?

[00:13:17] Who's up and masks on try to avoid as much consequence for my terrible actions as possible, right I

[00:13:28] Seen Steve Buscemi got punched in the head at in New York the other day

[00:13:34] Yeah, you're just running around punch people in New York

[00:13:36] Yes, well, it's it

[00:13:38] You know you wake up in the morning

[00:13:41] Another day here in the big app. What am I gonna do?

[00:13:44] I'll go to half my classes in college run around punch a couple people in the face

[00:13:50] Call my boss tell him I'm not coming into work

[00:13:55] What the hell's going on out there, you know flip on my phone

[00:13:59] So you bunch of people doing better than me and have no aspirations to do as good as they are or

[00:14:03] Be mad at everyone else because I'm not doing as good as the people on social media are

[00:14:09] Spend the rest of the night punching people in the head at random boom

[00:14:15] Schedule made they solved let's do this

[00:14:20] I

[00:14:21] Think it's time for shtf chef folks

[00:14:25] Now that is a delicious cut of long pork

[00:14:29] I want to talk about a little bit of decadence this morning. I'm gonna have myself a bit of a decadent

[00:14:44] breakfast

[00:14:45] Okay, I'm starving and I don't think I'm gonna eat till after my Instagram post

[00:14:51] But I am starving. I've been starving since like seven o'clock

[00:14:57] Not the end of the world you see I'm fine. I'm starving but not the end of the world at all in fact

[00:15:02] It's been you know, it's only been like 14 hours since I ate last. It's not really that big a deal. I'm fine

[00:15:08] I'm good. I go work out and go run miles

[00:15:12] This is illusion that we have to keep constantly be shoveling carbohydrates in our mouth to have energy

[00:15:19] It's hilarious

[00:15:21] You know, it is what really I could be because I remember when I used to believe that and I believed it so hard that it would

[00:15:27] Actually affect me

[00:15:28] There was a time and a lot of people out there listening are gonna you're gonna, but you know probably in this boat

[00:15:35] Where you say to yourself if I don't eat in the morning then I don't have any energy

[00:15:40] If I don't eat breakfast in the morning. I don't have any energy. I

[00:15:45] Want to fall back asleep. I used to be like that

[00:15:47] And then I started intermittent fasting and it's just like

[00:15:54] Your body just gets used to it

[00:15:56] Once your body gets used to it. There's days. I don't eat till 12 o'clock

[00:16:03] Not because I'm like doing something valiant. I'm just like I'm good

[00:16:08] I just wait eat big eat a big lunch and I'll eat a big dinner and that's it done if you're bored

[00:16:17] You're eating

[00:16:19] Right, isn't that that's what I see most out of people

[00:16:24] You bored you're stuck doing something boring. You don't really want to do it

[00:16:27] You're shoveling food in your mouth. You know what I mean?

[00:16:29] But if you're busy and engaged and doing fun things doing meaningful things

[00:16:33] You know even food will just you know, you'll get there

[00:16:38] Some days it's like I mean to eat at nine every day and some days

[00:16:42] I'm like 9 30 10 o'clock. You know what I mean?

[00:16:45] But anyway, I happen in today

[00:16:48] Today I'm gonna try to wrap it all up by nine and what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna make scrambled eggs French

[00:16:54] French style scrambled eggs. What's that mean?

[00:16:59] That means I'm gonna add

[00:17:01] I'm gonna take probably about five or six eggs

[00:17:04] Whisk them up in a bowl. I'm gonna add a little bit of milk

[00:17:08] Only because I don't have heavy cream

[00:17:11] I'm gonna whisk them eggs up

[00:17:13] Pretty well

[00:17:15] You know, give them up give them a good whisk

[00:17:18] Then in a pot or in a pan rather I'm gonna start

[00:17:22] Butter just butter. Okay, just butter and

[00:17:29] I'm gonna cut some butter

[00:17:31] Now the key to making the best scrambled eggs is low heat long-time low heat

[00:17:37] You know, you should never be above about a four on your electric stove if you're making scrambled eggs

[00:17:43] Are you gonna have scrambled eggs that are brown?

[00:17:47] Or scrambled eggs that are sponge like now

[00:17:53] Danielle

[00:17:56] Don't remember his name anymore Danielle. Oh, I gotta look it up

[00:18:03] Chef Danielle French that's his name was that in Bouloud?

[00:18:11] Yep, there he is Daniel Daniel Bouloud French chef wrote several books

[00:18:19] The one book I lent out it became one of those lend-out jobs, you know, you lend the book out letters to a young chef

[00:18:27] Letters to young chefs a great book

[00:18:29] And in it in one of the sections he describes

[00:18:33] how to make the perfect scrambled eggs and

[00:18:36] To do so you you know low heat

[00:18:40] in butter

[00:18:42] While the eggs are starting to cook dice butter

[00:18:45] Little small bits of butter that you put into the scrambled eggs as they're cooking

[00:18:53] You're gonna cook the scrambled eggs till they're about three quarters finished

[00:18:58] Something like that soupy still, you know and understanding heat is everything in cooking

[00:19:04] So what you have to understand is even though your eggs are three quarters of the way finished and buttery and all that

[00:19:10] Take them off the heat. The pan has residual heat

[00:19:14] The residual heat from the pan is

[00:19:17] Going to continue to cook those eggs, right?

[00:19:20] And it will make them just creamy and perfect a little salt a little white pepper

[00:19:25] Then what I'm gonna do before I take them out of the pan is I'm gonna drizzle some truffle oil on them

[00:19:33] And then I'm gonna put them on my plate. I'm gonna make some toast with more butter

[00:19:38] and then I'll probably take some of my walking onion from the garden and

[00:19:44] Sprinkle some of that real fine chiffonade of that onion when we talked chiffonade last week

[00:19:50] And I'm gonna sit down. I'll probably listen to Glenn back while I eat my breakfast and

[00:19:55] Maybe even drink some milk because I'm hungry and that's my decadence for the day

[00:20:02] That's my decadence for the day. All right, let's get into

[00:20:07] Words is that we call this segment?

[00:20:09] I don't even know but we try to end each of these PBN daily news with a little bit of reading

[00:20:14] Are you guys reading? Have you read the world of ready yet? Do you own the world of ready?

[00:20:20] Amazon.com the world of ready written by yours truly

[00:20:24] a

[00:20:25] True magical journey for your kids to go on I'd say up to about the age of eight

[00:20:33] Where real preparedness topics can be discussed

[00:20:36] You want to you want to break new ground with your kids on on preparedness? You want to make kids who are resilient?

[00:20:43] I'm telling you right now the world of ready book series is

[00:20:48] Gonna be something

[00:20:50] We're already

[00:20:53] Beginning the illustrations of the backgrounds for book two and book two is every kid needs to read book two

[00:21:00] I mean every kid needs to read book one because it's fundamentally built around making a go-back and every kid should have a go-back

[00:21:07] Book two is gonna have a concept in it that really

[00:21:11] It's just basic stuff that kids should know

[00:21:15] And that's the whole concept here guys the whole concept behind the world of ready is a

[00:21:22] Picture book a colorful engaging picture book that kids can read

[00:21:26] You know, we need the kids reading too. The kids have to read

[00:21:30] Like a lot of kids can't read. I don't want to get into that

[00:21:37] Pardon me

[00:21:39] So the world of ready, please you guys have been doing great

[00:21:42] Spreading the word posting on social media. I really appreciate it man. It goes a long way

[00:21:47] This is gonna be a book series, you know, this is gonna be a series of children's books called the world of ready

[00:21:54] with a variety of different topics that it covers all about preparedness and

[00:21:59] You know get in now get in the ground floor because you'll be looking back one day

[00:22:04] I can assure you and saying man, it's booked. It's booked six already

[00:22:10] Because book two will be out two three months max book two will be out

[00:22:14] And you'll get to meet

[00:22:17] Two new characters well, you get to meet two new kids and you'll get to meet one new great character from the world of ready and

[00:22:24] This guy's a hoop really

[00:22:27] but okay

[00:22:29] You survivalists will really dig this character. Let's go with that

[00:22:33] But let's get into some words, okay? I have before me. I told you we're gonna read a little more Miyamoto

[00:22:39] Musashi we're gonna read from the book of five rings a little more regularly

[00:22:45] I

[00:22:46] Got a stack of books here that I grabbed from when it when I'm doing one of these shows, okay

[00:22:51] This is from the book of the void

[00:22:52] In fact, this is the intro to the book of the void

[00:22:56] The book of five rings is five scrolls that Miyamoto Musashi wrote

[00:23:02] On strategy and such

[00:23:04] So the book of the void begins

[00:23:07] people in this world look at things mistakenly and

[00:23:11] Think that they do not understand

[00:23:15] Oh think that what they do not understand must be the void

[00:23:20] This is not the true void. It is bewilderment in the way of strategy also

[00:23:27] Those who study as warriors think that whatever they cannot understand in their craft is the void

[00:23:32] This is not the true void

[00:23:35] To attain the way of strategy as a warrior you must study fully other martial arts and not deviate even a little

[00:23:42] from the way of the warrior

[00:23:44] With your spirit settled

[00:23:47] Accumulate practice day by day an hour by hour polish the two-fold spirit heart and mind and

[00:23:53] Sharpen the two-fold gaze perception and sight

[00:23:57] When your spirit is not in the least clouded when the clouds of bewilderment clear away

[00:24:03] There is the true void

[00:24:08] Pretty impressive Miyamoto Musashi deadly swordsman

[00:24:14] Listen, the promo code mama bear is still available up there if you want to become a member

[00:24:19] We're using we're doing the promo code mama bear for ten dollars off for the mother's day

[00:24:25] Join for one year you get ten bucks off it's fifty dollars for the year

[00:24:29] For the year

[00:24:31] It's crazy. It's crazy price makes me sad
