[00:02:32] Preparedness curriculum is gonna start right it's gonna start there

[00:02:36] before it starts anywhere

[00:02:38] It won't start in the public schools where they tell you they love the kids love the kids then

[00:02:44] Protest and don't open the schools up and shut down for every

[00:02:48] Every holiday for every person on the planet no matter how obscure no matter

[00:02:54] Another day off, but I'm not here to beat up schools not today. Anyway

[00:03:00] Teachers have a hard job. You know that about it kids aren't disciplined the way they used to be

[00:03:04] I see it all the time

[00:03:10] But we're here to prepare PBN family

[00:03:12] We're here to take the

[00:03:15] The benefits of preparedness with us into our day-to-day lives and live a lifestyle

[00:03:23] Unimaginable right

[00:03:25] That's sort of on the other side of prepping

[00:03:27] In the early stages of prepping when you're scared and anxious and buying guns and buying

[00:03:34] Can foods and that kind of stuff you say to yourself. This isn't really where it's at

[00:03:38] This doesn't sound as fun as James makes it sound

[00:03:43] But today over in our element chat thanks to big thanks to Sarah Hathaway by the way for shaking me

[00:03:50] Sometimes I need to be shaken

[00:03:52] You got to understand I

[00:03:55] Operate on many planes man. You know what I mean?

[00:03:58] Operate on many planes. There's always new opportunities and things that I'm passionate about

[00:04:05] There's writing for a living there's writing for personal enjoyment. There's

[00:04:11] Several layers just in the writing and the in the right of the writing of many books there is no end, right?

[00:04:18] And then there's the podcast network and then there's you know a network of prepping

[00:04:22] friends and family and affiliates and it's just

[00:04:26] Social media and all this kind of stuff man

[00:04:30] It's there. It's a lot. It's a great life for me. I love it

[00:04:34] Love being able to take it a quarter turn and find something else really fun and cool to work on I do

[00:04:41] but sometimes and as audiences grow and

[00:04:45] Again, I'm in sort of a transitional period now between

[00:04:52] relinquishing

[00:04:54] Many responsibilities to partners and friends and people who can help me

[00:05:00] I'm in the bit of a transition there

[00:05:02] You know, there's a big part of me that would just love everything to stay small

[00:05:08] And just be my little world, you know, I love it

[00:05:13] But at the same time, you know if quality suffers if I don't hear your voice like I didn't on this

[00:05:20] Sarah

[00:05:21] Message me. There was a conversation in element about hey

[00:05:24] We should start a recipe book or a recipe index here in the element chat if you're not an element by the way

[00:05:31] You're insane

[00:05:32] It's absolutely free. You go to prepper broadcasting calm go to the live show tab

[00:05:39] Join element get in there

[00:05:41] There's tons of people in there doing awesome things all the time

[00:05:45] This time of the year is the best time to be an element because everybody's taking pictures

[00:05:49] Gardens builds new things, you know, whatever they're creating all that kind of stuff man

[00:05:54] So get in the element

[00:05:57] Get in the element, right

[00:06:00] And if you're a member you have got to be an element because I post every bit of membership

[00:06:06] Content every bit of membership first look this book the world of ready

[00:06:10] The world of ready is came out yesterday, right and I

[00:06:14] 'd say probably a month ago if not more

[00:06:19] Maybe two months ago the members had seen

[00:06:22] pictures of

[00:06:24] The book and the concept art and all that kind of stuff man

[00:06:28] You know so but but but it all goes through element most of the majority of it goes through element

[00:06:33] I mean you still get it all prep pbn family calm, but anyhow, I don't want to talk about crap

[00:06:39] I mean we're gonna talk about a one-threat one solution because we have to but I don't want to do this opening my log

[00:06:44] I don't want to do this opening monologue

[00:06:48] Over shit going wrong. You know, I don't feel like doing that. It's a beautiful

[00:06:54] Unbelievable life and morning and circumstance to be in and and like never before see

[00:07:02] The beautiful thing about being where we're at as a country is we're almost to the point where we can only start to go up

[00:07:09] We can only start to see things get better. You know what I mean to some in some aspects of it

[00:07:16] Like I don't think we're gonna seek the crowds of Nazis at the universities grow larger

[00:07:22] People are gonna see the air in their ways, right?

[00:07:26] By the way on the subject of the kids in the tents

[00:07:31] In Columbia and you know all I'm just telling you I love my sons

[00:07:38] Duh, right. I'm not Hamas leader. I wouldn't hold them in front of me

[00:07:44] With gunfire

[00:07:46] Coming my way for their sake for their sake

[00:07:54] I'd walk into that tent city and I would drag them out of the tent city

[00:08:01] by the hair if I had to

[00:08:04] To to knock some sense into them

[00:08:07] If they were playing Nazi in New York City

[00:08:11] Do you understand?

[00:08:13] this is all but lost on

[00:08:17] These people this is all but this concept is all but lost on these parents seriously why

[00:08:23] Think it's because they believe their kids had been adults since their 14

[00:08:28] Right, that was the sort of the weird the weirdest part of the liberal

[00:08:32] upbringing right was

[00:08:34] He just makes his own decisions. You know he's eight

[00:08:40] He's like you're figuring out what he's gonna do what he wants to be what time you should go to bed

[00:08:44] We let him figure out when he wants to go to bed, you know go to bed whenever you want

[00:08:48] the weird thing about that sort of

[00:08:52] total tolerance is

[00:08:55] It you you tolerate things all the way up to your own demise. I

[00:09:01] Know the knife's going in me, but you know, I

[00:09:05] Know the guns to my head, but you know

[00:09:09] Tolerance the EI baby DIE

[00:09:12] DIE me

[00:09:14] so

[00:09:16] My parents would have done the same well, I don't know

[00:09:20] They certainly would have threatened it at least

[00:09:22] But but it's important to understand that you know

[00:09:27] This is not a crazy thought and I can't believe that we're not seeing anybody any parents like they've relinquished their child's

[00:09:35] Future to their brilliant decision-making at 19 years old. Oh, they know what they're doing there. They're standing up strong

[00:09:44] Are you telling me that if your kid at 1920 years old

[00:09:49] Was loafing around the park in the middle of a city

[00:09:55] Surrounded by people with placards that said

[00:09:59] kill the Jews

[00:10:02] If they had signs with swastikas on them, you wouldn't walk into that place

[00:10:07] Grab your kid by the neck and drag him home and

[00:10:11] Sit him down in the chair like a gene wilder in young Frankenstein

[00:10:17] What tell me about the brain that you put into the monster listen

[00:10:27] This is goes out to the liberal parents your parent you're a parent forever

[00:10:32] Okay, you're not just a parent until and then one in one regard. It's like yeah, I'm a parent forever

[00:10:38] I put them on my health insurance until they're 50. I let them live in the basement till they're 70

[00:10:44] But on the other hand, there's so they're so damn prepared for life and

[00:10:49] Responsible that they can live in my basement until they're 70

[00:10:53] but

[00:10:55] you know

[00:10:56] They can go out there and decide genocide or not

[00:10:59] So I'm just you know, I'm just letting you know

[00:11:04] For me, I wouldn't let my kid throw his life away out there in a tent

[00:11:08] Standing with a bunch of racists and and maniacs. That's all I wouldn't do it. I

[00:11:14] Wouldn't do it. I don't know that I'd make a habit of it, but at least one time I

[00:11:19] Would drag him out in front of cameras

[00:11:22] Whatever whatever the consequences may be

[00:11:27] Do you really want your kid to look back on their life and go?

[00:11:31] Wow, I

[00:11:33] Stood with people shouting for genocide. I

[00:11:36] Stood with my enemies that would kill me in an instant

[00:11:41] Not for some valiant effort just because I was you know, I was trying to get to the top of the victim totem as quickly as possible

[00:11:49] The the victim Olympics I was trying to be the best fan at the event victim Olympics

[00:11:54] So I you know, I put the face paint on I put the sign. I made a nice sign

[00:12:01] What I want and

[00:12:03] I get you know, it's just it's just tolerance gone too far. That's all it is right tolerance gone too far

[00:12:09] Where's the victim let's get on their side. Where's the under it's the underdog

[00:12:12] Is the America has always had a beautiful underdog mentality and still do you know, even when it's not insanity even when it's not like

[00:12:21] Hamas is the underdog. Let's

[00:12:23] Let's get him out in the streets with us. Hey

[00:12:27] Who are you bombing this weekend? Do you mind if I come along for the ride?

[00:12:33] These people are monsters. You should listen to and maybe I'll link to it down below

[00:12:37] I'll link to the world of ready and I'll link to this right now

[00:12:40] Down below also

[00:12:42] There was a conversation between a

[00:12:45] Well, the son of Hamas

[00:12:47] This guy's doing the rounds. This is a guy who grew up in Gaza his whole life. He knows more than you know

[00:12:54] Let's start with that. He grew up from a child

[00:12:57] He said from around around 10 to 18

[00:12:59] He was just beating constantly because he didn't go by the rules

[00:13:02] His dad was a leader Hamas leader

[00:13:07] The things that he's seen the things that he saw the things that he understands are more than any kid standing in Colombia

[00:13:12] Will ever understand about Gaza and Hamas

[00:13:15] and Palestinians

[00:13:17] And if you know, look, there's a lot of cool people doing a lot of cool things

[00:13:21] I've been listening to a lot of Douglas Murray because he's on the ground floor

[00:13:24] Of the war, you know, he hasn't really left israel in a while

[00:13:29] And then there's sort of people who are just uh

[00:13:32] They just know more out of experience

[00:13:34] And that's this guy

[00:13:37] This guy grew up his dad was the type of Hamas leader that spent like 30 years. He said in israel prisons

[00:13:45] Yeah, he's the real deal

[00:13:47] Okay, he watched it all he watched his community. He watched what the palestinian people really are

[00:13:52] He watched what happens in Gaza. He watched what the uh IDF did he watched what the

[00:13:58] Hamas rulers did he watched

[00:14:00] You know and he suffered it all

[00:14:05] You need to hear his story. I mean his story to me is the end of it all. That's all you need to listen to

[00:14:10] You hear one got one person's account

[00:14:13] From from, you know berth onward who's not completely brainwashed by kill the Jew and martyr yourself

[00:14:20] You can get a feel for what the hell's happening

[00:14:25] It's a great it's a great podcast. You you got to listen to it. Okay, Jordan Peterson interviewing the son of Hamas

[00:14:31] Mosab

[00:14:32] Middle name last name don't know but he trust me

[00:14:36] It's a great one. It'll help you understand what's going on in the world. Yeah, many of you already understand it

[00:14:41] All that aside

[00:14:43] You get a hold of it. It's it's you know the Hamasians they get

[00:14:48] They get a hold of the kids young and they train them

[00:14:51] You know, there's nothing better to do than kill Jews. There's nothing better to do than become a martyr for for Muhammad

[00:14:57] It works

[00:15:00] That's why we wrote the world of ready because it works

[00:15:03] You get a hold of your kid early. You say look the world

[00:15:06] Out there can present us some surprises from time to time, but if we're prepared

[00:15:12] Then we're prepared then we're ready

[00:15:14] Okay, here's a fun way to introduce those ideas a way that's not terrifying to kids, right?

[00:15:20] You don't want to terrify me. You don't like nuclear holocausts coming read this book

[00:15:26] Anyhow one threat one solution this uh, this is a good one

[00:15:46] Now I feel like i'm constantly talking about

[00:15:49] um

[00:15:51] surveillance cyber attack the digital world at large

[00:15:55] One of the greatest threats to your freedom fundamentally and you know, one of the reasons I always

[00:16:01] I'm pushing you towards off grid

[00:16:03] because off grid is is

[00:16:06] It's in your future

[00:16:09] It doesn't have to be scary. It doesn't mean 90 of america dead because of emp off grid is in your future

[00:16:16] Off grid is in your future

[00:16:19] Maybe by choice

[00:16:22] Yeah, maybe by choice

[00:16:24] You may find in another five years another 10 years that you're saying to yourself

[00:16:30] I don't want to be on wi-fi. I don't want to be on cell networks. I don't want to I don't want any of it

[00:16:35] I don't need it

[00:16:36] Or at the very least I don't need it on the weekends

[00:16:39] Right. I don't need it

[00:16:41] I don't need i'm gonna get myself a landline like the old days for emergencies and then and then we're going off grid

[00:16:47] For the weekend

[00:16:48] That's it

[00:16:50] No, no no online anything

[00:16:54] We're not going to continue to go in this direction where

[00:16:57] Everything is digital everyone is being spied on everything you say is being recorded. You know, that's a sacrifice that I make

[00:17:06] I literally press record on every word I say here

[00:17:10] You don't but the government's decided that you're gonna make a podcast too

[00:17:17] the gao

[00:17:19] One of my favorite organizations

[00:17:22] these guys they uh

[00:17:24] They really go out of their way for us the gao

[00:17:29] The government accountability office

[00:17:35] what

[00:17:37] What the hell are you guys talking about the government accountability office? That's hilarious

[00:17:45] They should be I mean, they shouldn't even have time to breathe

[00:17:49] The gao warns that additional surveillance of online video game activity is needed to counter extremism

[00:17:55] Why is this funny? Why is this one threat one solution? I mean it is what it is, you know

[00:18:01] It sucks for our kids

[00:18:03] In all honesty, that's really the the biggest story in all this. It sucks for our kids

[00:18:07] Why because young boys in particular and probably young girls too. I mean I hung out with a lot of young girls

[00:18:12] It's true young boys and young girls particularly when they're around their friends say outrageous stuff constantly

[00:18:19] constantly

[00:18:21] I mean the thing I could make you blush from the

[00:18:24] Outrageous things that I've heard

[00:18:27] Teenage girls say growing up together wild. You know what I mean?

[00:18:32] And uh funny, I mean hilarious, but

[00:18:36] This is what friends do. This is what kids do when they get out together

[00:18:39] They say outrageous stuff the difference now

[00:18:42] Is they say outrageous stuff with headphones and a microphone on in front of their computer playing video games with their friends

[00:18:49] And they put you know now the government is trying to while there are nazis in the streets

[00:18:56] There are nazis in the streets

[00:18:58] There are uh chinese soldiers ccp soldiers crossing the border

[00:19:03] Right. There are cybers threats within the infrastructure of the united states

[00:19:07] All this stuff is happening

[00:19:10] Right and these guys come out and they tell you

[00:19:13] Content on social media and gaming platforms that promotes domestic violent extremism has influenced several high profile attacks according to experts and agency officials

[00:19:22] As a result some social media and gaming companies as well as federal agencies are making an effort to understand

[00:19:28] And address online content that promotes domestic violent extremism

[00:19:34] What?

[00:19:36] I mean most video games are violent extremism like what are you talking about?

[00:19:41] They have nothing to do with america, but look

[00:19:44] Let's not be silly

[00:19:47] Like what percentage of video games is fps shooters first person shooters where you literally run around and shoot people

[00:19:54] In highly competitive games

[00:19:57] This is all you know, this is all one of those tactics to say

[00:20:03] And and really if they would just say it all it would be better

[00:20:07] It's to route out the uh type of extremism that they don't like

[00:20:13] Right, that's it. There's a certain type of extremism. They don't mind

[00:20:18] But there's a there's another type that they really don't like

[00:20:21] You know follow that guy

[00:20:23] With the ar-15 avatar and the american flag cape on his guy. He's he's the problem

[00:20:32] Now listen, I'll give you a little peek into my life and a little peek into what what is real about online gaming

[00:20:39] I play with these russian guys sometimes in a game called contractors in vr. It's a first person shooter in vr. Great

[00:20:47] training fun

[00:20:49] Learn a lot learn a lot about how accurate and good people are with even in the digital world. Um, but anyway

[00:20:58] I run into a lot of different groups. I never turn my mic on. I just listen, you know

[00:21:02] And I could definitely see I've definitely played on teams of people who are

[00:21:05] Either really great gamers are really great at gaming and and other things

[00:21:12] And you don't have to say anything to get that kind of proficiency in other words. They move they communicate. They shoot that, you know

[00:21:21] It's almost automatic the wins

[00:21:26] But I don't think that's what people are really worried about in the gow

[00:21:30] I think they're worried about the guys who get on and go long live george washington. You know what I mean

[00:21:35] So what's your solution?

[00:21:39] Well, I think the solution to this problem and all these problems involving surveillance are

[00:21:47] You know

[00:21:48] You got to decide where you stand on the issue and then you got to attack

[00:21:52] Fundamentally and what does attack mean? Oh, he's a violent extremist. I know it

[00:21:57] No, I mean you have to figure out where you're at on the issue

[00:21:59] And then you have to make sure that the people representing you are as well

[00:22:04] Your locality is as well

[00:22:06] Right from the political level you have to support the people who understand the fourth amendment. What's the fourth amendment?

[00:22:12] You know what I mean

[00:22:14] And then you have to go out into the world and into the digital world and

[00:22:19] Let your voice be heard

[00:22:25] I don't know how else better to say it

[00:22:27] You know if you think well

[00:22:30] I

[00:22:32] I

[00:22:35] I

[00:22:37] I

[00:22:39] I

[00:22:41] I

[00:22:43] I

[00:22:45] I

[00:22:47] I

[00:22:49] I

[00:22:51] I

[00:22:53] I

[00:22:55] I

[00:22:57] I

[00:22:59] I

[00:23:01] I

[00:23:03] I

[00:23:05] I

[00:23:07] I

[00:23:09] I

[00:23:11] I
