[00:05:07] The policy is aligned with the Biden administration's broad effort to prioritize

[00:05:10] or otherwise incorporate race into several major government programs and initiatives, right?

[00:05:16] Such as its payments to black American farmers who faced discrimination before 2021.

[00:05:25] What is, I mean, you know, this has all the signs of the old Joe Biden.

[00:05:30] I'm not going to divide.

[00:05:32] I'm going to unify America.

[00:05:33] And then immediately upon coming in office saying,

[00:05:35] I'm going to give black farmers money and not white farmers.

[00:05:37] Because you can't say one without understanding the other.

[00:05:40] You can't say we're going to give $20,000 loans to black entrepreneurs

[00:05:44] and not white entrepreneurs.

[00:05:47] You understand that it means the same thing, right?

[00:16:20] How do you, how do you make the best pumpkin seeds?

[00:16:23] I grew up eating those red man pumpkin seeds, right?

[00:16:27] They were, I think they were called red man pumpkin seeds.

[00:16:33] There was literally an Indian on the front of it.

[00:16:48] Instead, what we do to impart the salt and to get the good crisp on them is we take all our pumpkin seeds.

[00:16:56] We boil, I don't know, it's probably like a 50-50 salt and water.

[00:17:01] So, you know, one cup of water to one cup of salt or four cups to four cups, whatever.

[00:17:07] It's like a one to one.

[00:17:08] Well, you know what?

[00:17:08] It might be a two to one water to salt, actually.

[00:17:11] It's probably more what it is.

[00:17:12] We create a brine, basically.

[00:17:14] Just a salt water brine.

[00:17:16] And bring it to a boil, take it off, let it cool a little bit.

[00:17:19] You don't want to put it on there super hot.

[00:17:21] And then we soak the pumpkin seeds overnight.

[00:17:25] It doesn't have to be 24 hours.

[00:17:27] It can be, but overnight's fine.

[00:17:29] Soak the pumpkin seeds.

[00:17:30] Then I take them out the next morning, sit them in a colander, drain them really well.

[00:17:35] Once they're drained really well, I'll toss them in a little oil, some kind of fat.

[00:17:40] Whatever you want to do.

[00:17:40] I used olive oil today.

[00:17:42] And then I just dump, sprinkle tons of salt on them.

[00:17:47] And then into the oven, 400 degrees, usually about 15, 20 minutes.

[00:17:51] It helps to take them out about 10 minutes and move them around.

[00:17:57] And then once time's up, they're all crispy and golden brown and delicious looking.

[00:18:00] I take them out and I salt them again.

[00:18:02] Sorry about that.

[00:18:03] I take them out and salt them again.
