[00:00:55] This is All Hallows Eve. I want to tell you a story. Fantastic and terrifying, but hey, as in a giant dark gathering of souls, and through the crowd, his name was Tung.

[00:01:35] And through this crowd of souls, this sea of souls, Tony took stage. And at center stage, Tony told a joke. A terrifying tale. An unbelievable joke. Garbage.

[00:02:03] And the people in charge of the headlines, the news makers, heard this horrendous joke. And they were driven.

[00:02:25] And this joke by Tony, this joke about garbage, this joke about people, became the story of a terrifying, horrifying tale. The most abhorrent of the world. Who ever graced the newspapers. And this joke drove the headline makers insane. But that's just the beginning of the tale.

[00:03:09] The most horrifying story. Is it not 24 hours later. The madness had seeped into the leader of the free world. Joey Bones.

[00:03:34] And while the media wasn't afraid of the free world. And while the media wasn't afraid of the free world. Over one man, one little man named Tony.

[00:03:45] Making a joke. About people in garbage.

[00:03:56] And the most terrifying part of the story. Is that the news makers. The line writers. The copy book. From Kitech.

[00:04:17] The piece to the police. In all their madness and insanity. Said. Nothing.

[00:04:28] A zombie is. When a person dies and is buried. Seems a certain voodoo priest who have the power to bring him back to life.

[00:04:42] Horrible.

[00:04:43] It's worse than horrible because a zombie has no will of his own.

[00:04:46] You see them sometimes. Walking around blindly with dead eyes. Following orders. Not knowing what they do. Not caring. You mean like Democrats?

[00:04:55] Yeah. Oh, it's good to be with you, PBN family. What is happening? Happy Halloween to you. I hope you enjoyed that sort of freestyle rendition there.

[00:05:16] Oh, no. You couldn't hear it? Oh, well. Too bad. Welcome in, folks. It was fun.

[00:05:22] Hunter SF is with us in the chat. Garden Girl is in the chat. L2 Survive is in the chat. Oh, we got a great group in there today.

[00:05:31] Some in X. Some in Rumble. This is James Walton with the Prepper Broadcasting Network.

[00:05:36] And we are coming to you live through X, through Rumble, and even broadcasting behind enemy lines on YouTube.

[00:05:52] Now, that's terrifying. That's terrifying.

[00:05:58] Sorry, I did a... That was a sort of impromptu at the beginning of the show.

[00:06:02] I don't know what it was going to sound like. I just went with it for Halloween.

[00:06:06] We're still going to do our Edgar Allan Poe later today. That was not that.

[00:06:10] Just for those of you who are fans.

[00:06:13] Welcome in, guys. What is up?

[00:06:15] Glad you could all join us. Hope you're all dressed up and ready for the big day.

[00:06:21] A lot of news.

[00:06:24] Probably the biggest thing that is hiding in the headlines today is, at least in my...

[00:06:30] It's been something I've been watching because it's my state.

[00:06:35] But yesterday, the Supreme Court's conservative justices...

[00:06:38] First of all, the AP wrote this headline, and it sounds like the AP wrote this headline.

[00:06:44] Okay? Just the language is incredible.

[00:06:45] Supreme Court's conservative justices leave in place Virginia's purge of voter registrations.

[00:06:52] Right?

[00:06:53] So when you hear a headline like that, what do you think?

[00:06:55] You think, like, uh...

[00:06:58] I don't know, man. That sounds weird.

[00:07:03] It's a great question.

[00:07:04] That nub in our chat says...

[00:07:10] He said...

[00:07:11] That nub in chat says, what chat are we using?

[00:07:14] That is the one problem with this multi-stream situation.

[00:07:19] I tell you this much.

[00:07:20] I will be checking the rumble, the X, and the element chats.

[00:07:25] Okay?

[00:07:26] But then sometimes I don't do anything with chats.

[00:07:29] So it's my apologies.

[00:07:32] Let me throw that up there.

[00:07:35] So yeah, we have a multi-stream chat room that I can see, for those of you listeners who are concerned.

[00:07:42] And of course our element chat is always available.

[00:07:44] But anyway, you read that headline and you say to yourself, what kind of madness is happening in Virginia?

[00:07:50] They're purging voter registrations.

[00:07:54] Those Supreme Court justices we need to assassinate, the conservative ones, are purging Virginia's voter registrations.

[00:08:01] This is madness.

[00:08:02] This is MAGA.

[00:08:03] This is exactly what I told you would happen.

[00:08:07] Yeah.

[00:08:08] That's right.

[00:08:11] Only the real story is...

[00:08:13] Let's see if they have the actual number in here.

[00:08:15] My wife told me.

[00:08:16] Here it is.

[00:08:17] The justices acted on Virginia's appeal after a federal judge found that the state illegally purged more than 1,600 voter registrations in the past two months.

[00:08:26] Also, they do not say the facts.

[00:08:34] Well, the propaganda is so strong, PBN.

[00:08:37] The propaganda is so strong.

[00:08:42] So these 1,600 voter registrations were non-citizens.

[00:08:46] They were non-citizen voters.

[00:08:49] It doesn't even say that in here.

[00:08:51] I'm not reading the whole thing.

[00:08:53] I'm not wasting my time with this...

[00:08:55] Say it with me.

[00:08:56] Garbage.

[00:08:57] From one garbage pile to another.

[00:08:59] I thought that was a pretty good show today.

[00:09:02] I've seen that on social media, on Twitter, and on Instagram.

[00:09:06] All over the place there.

[00:09:08] Trash cans.

[00:09:09] Literal trash cans.

[00:09:14] Memeing it up as Trump voters.

[00:09:16] It's really kind of funny.

[00:09:17] In fact, I think if you have a trash can and trash day before the election season, you put a MAGA hat on it.

[00:09:23] Because it's kind of funny.

[00:09:26] In other words, they took the...

[00:09:29] Well, here's what the beginning of the show was all about.

[00:09:32] So let's put this story to bed.

[00:09:34] Non-citizen voters.

[00:09:36] Non-citizen voters.

[00:09:38] Right?

[00:09:41] 1,600 of them registered to vote in Virginia.

[00:09:45] Which is really interesting to me because my father, who is moved from Delaware to Virginia this year, can't register to vote in Virginia.

[00:09:55] Okay?

[00:09:59] The Supreme Court's conservative majority on Wednesday left in place.

[00:10:02] Virginia's purge of voter registrations.

[00:10:04] The state says is aimed at stopping people who are not U.S. citizens from voting.

[00:10:09] What's bad about that?

[00:10:11] Why have an election if anybody can vote?

[00:10:15] Why have an election?

[00:10:18] If we're going to go this route, then we need to go split the nation in half.

[00:10:23] And half of it gets to have their elections where they do whatever they want to do.

[00:10:29] Right?

[00:10:31] You let whoever you want in through the western half of the nation.

[00:10:35] They go right up through California and infest everything west of the Mississippi or whatever.

[00:10:41] Sorry.

[00:10:42] That's too much, actually.

[00:10:43] We need Texas.

[00:10:45] But anyway, you know, that portion of the nation, whatever balkanization map you want to draw out.

[00:10:51] And they get to live their way, and then everyone on the other side gets to live their way.

[00:10:56] Right?

[00:10:58] What's wrong with that?

[00:11:03] I don't understand.

[00:11:04] So Garden Girl has some information on it.

[00:11:07] And she says some of them were actual citizens, but when they renewed their license, marked the wrong box,

[00:11:12] they are able to register up to election day and still vote if actually a citizen.

[00:11:16] Yeah, I'm good with that.

[00:11:17] That's beautiful.

[00:11:19] That seems, you know, that Garden Girl is like me breathing in a deep breath.

[00:11:24] When I read a sentence like that that you didn't even mean to, like, you didn't write that sentence to wind up in an article.

[00:11:33] But that two sentences that you wrote in chat would have made that article an article instead of a propaganda piece.

[00:11:41] It's totally unbiased.

[00:11:43] It's factual.

[00:11:44] And it makes sense.

[00:11:45] And it helps people understand that the voting system still makes sense.

[00:11:49] Morning, Jay Ferg.

[00:11:49] Welcome in.

[00:11:51] Yeah, some of them were actual citizens.

[00:11:54] But when they renewed their license, they marked the wrong box.

[00:11:57] Whoops, I made a mistake.

[00:11:59] The state says no biggie.

[00:12:01] You're able to register up to election day and still vote if you're a citizen.

[00:12:05] If you're not a citizen.

[00:12:07] Right?

[00:12:11] I don't understand.

[00:12:14] Anyhow, the beginning of the show, it sounds like it was a bust.

[00:12:17] My apologies.

[00:12:18] But the beginning of the show was all about, it was a sort of a Halloween take on how Tony Hinchcliffe told a story about Puerto Rico being a trash pile.

[00:12:33] And the media went insane.

[00:12:36] The media frenzy was unbelievable.

[00:12:38] It was insane.

[00:12:39] They went totally nuts.

[00:12:40] They went absolutely crazy.

[00:12:42] Right?

[00:12:44] The worst thing, well, it fundamentally became fuel for the whole MAGA juxtaposed with the Nazi rally.

[00:12:56] Right?

[00:12:57] Like, oh, it's just like the Nazi rally in Madison Square.

[00:12:59] Same thing.

[00:13:01] Can you imagine all the people there?

[00:13:03] How many people were at Madison Square Garden?

[00:13:05] Anybody know?

[00:13:06] In chat.

[00:13:08] Madison Square Garden.

[00:13:12] Trump rally.

[00:13:15] Attendance.

[00:13:16] Just think about this for a minute.

[00:13:18] This is the underlying effect that the left wing has had.

[00:13:23] Let's check the fact check.

[00:13:25] Nothing's better than fact.

[00:13:26] When I see fact check in capitals, it's bananas, right?

[00:13:31] Let's go see what the fact check says.

[00:13:33] Um, so it looks like 90.

[00:13:37] Madison Square Garden's website indicates that the revenue's maximum capacity is 19,500.

[00:13:42] So whatever.

[00:13:42] I don't care if it was 200,000 or 19,000, whatever.

[00:13:46] Um, wait, what?

[00:13:52] Madison Square Garden capacity.

[00:13:56] Let's see.

[00:13:57] Let's fact check the fact check.

[00:13:59] See, the fact checkers are wrong.

[00:14:01] You see fact check at the head of a story, you know it's wrong.

[00:14:05] You know what I mean?

[00:14:06] You know, it's prop.

[00:14:07] Literally, the word fact check has become propaganda when you think about it.

[00:14:10] They're close.

[00:14:12] But it says Madison Square Garden located in New York City has seating capacity approximately 20,789 for concerts and 18,000 for basketball games.

[00:14:21] You know, these things change because you can stand on the floor in a concert.

[00:14:24] You can't do that at a sports event.

[00:14:26] Anyway, um, I like what you're saying.

[00:14:31] You should have some skin in the game to be able to vote.

[00:14:34] Be a property owner or sign up for a selective service.

[00:14:37] Yeah, something along those lines.

[00:14:38] Maybe just be a citizen.

[00:14:39] I'm fine with that.

[00:14:41] Um, I haven't eaten yet, to be honest with you.

[00:14:47] I want to.

[00:14:48] I'm starving.

[00:14:51] I've been in a bakery.

[00:14:52] I've been to a bakery twice this morning.

[00:14:56] So, so of those 20,000 Americans, you know, when you walk out at Madison Square Garden after seeing the guy who's winning the presidential race right now, right?

[00:15:09] You leave that event.

[00:15:11] Let's just say you were there.

[00:15:12] Let's say you were there with your whole family, right?

[00:15:14] You took your wife, the kids, whatever.

[00:15:16] You're there with your whole family.

[00:15:18] You leave out of there.

[00:15:20] And then you go, oh, I was just, according to the news and every media headline and every radio show that I listened to, I was at a Nazi rally.

[00:15:32] That's what's happened.

[00:15:34] And then you hear Tony Hinchcliffe come on and tell the Puerto Rico joke about Puerto Rico being a trash pile or whatever he said.

[00:15:45] This was the biggest story of all time.

[00:15:47] This drove everyone insane.

[00:15:49] They couldn't believe how racist the Magites are.

[00:15:53] They couldn't believe how Nazi everybody is there and that the crowd would laugh at it.

[00:15:57] And, you know, I listened to I'm like I'm drawn to listen to this guy named D.L Hughley.

[00:16:06] I don't know if you know who he is, but he's the most wrong man on radio.

[00:16:10] I mean, it's almost like it's become this kind of running joke in the car on the ride home from school.

[00:16:16] And.

[00:16:19] He's wrong all the time, like you listen to him.

[00:16:24] And it's amazing that he has a radio show and people listen to it.

[00:16:28] And he was just going on and on and on and on about this guy and about how the Puerto Rican and then started attacking the Puerto Rican community for not standing up for the black community because Donald Trump's been racist towards African Americans for so long.

[00:16:42] And the Puerto Ricans didn't care until they got drawn out into it and all this like this.

[00:16:46] He built this crazy narrative that was it was awesome.

[00:16:50] I mean, it was awesome.

[00:16:53] To to experience.

[00:16:56] But, you know, when you publish things and you post things about Nazi rallies and people are Nazis and you realize, like, oh, I'm going to vote for that guy, you know, like half the country is going to vote for that guy.

[00:17:08] Hey, 20,000 Americans were in that crowd and you demean them in the worst way, in the worst way.

[00:17:15] I mean, there's no more more terrible and demeaning thing you can accuse someone of being than a Nazi, is there Democrat?

[00:17:24] But, you know, other than that.

[00:17:28] So on top of all of that, on top of the outrage over Tony Hinchcliffe, what is Biden?

[00:17:35] Let's quote Biden exactly.

[00:17:37] I mean, you can't really quote Biden because he's not even Biden anymore.

[00:17:42] Biden garbage.

[00:17:43] Let's go with that.

[00:17:46] Donald Trump, by the way, jumping into the crash truck with the Trump make America great again on it is it's phenomenal.

[00:17:54] You can't you can't combat that.

[00:17:58] You know what I mean?

[00:18:00] What did he say?

[00:18:06] Yeah, here you go.

[00:18:07] He says, I don't.

[00:18:08] And this is a direct quote from this is rough right here.

[00:18:12] Oh, this is from ABC News.

[00:18:14] Wow.

[00:18:15] This is a direct quote from ABC.

[00:18:16] I'm going to put it in the chat.

[00:18:18] I'm going to put it in the chat because it's this is how they wrote it.

[00:18:21] I don't want you to.

[00:18:22] I'm not trying to be funny.

[00:18:23] This is not even me making an attempt at comedy.

[00:18:28] Check this out.

[00:18:30] I'll put it up in the show as well.

[00:18:32] It's huge.

[00:18:36] Oh, it became two comments.

[00:18:37] Oh, well, it's too big.

[00:18:39] This is how ABC wrote it.

[00:18:41] OK, look at the look at the screen.

[00:18:47] So.

[00:18:48] I don't dash dash.

[00:18:50] I I don't know what the Puerto Rican.

[00:18:53] I don't know the Puerto Rican that dash dash that I know.

[00:18:57] Dash dash or a Puerto Rico where I'm for.

[00:19:01] In my home state of Delaware, they're good, decent, honorable people.

[00:19:05] The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters.

[00:19:10] Dash dash his his demonization of Latinos is unconscionable and it's American.

[00:19:18] It's totally contrary to everything we've done, everything we've been says.

[00:19:23] The commander in chief.

[00:19:25] OK, now this is amazing because.

[00:19:31] What.

[00:19:33] Trump's unconscionable demonization of Latinos.

[00:19:40] Put him in front of.

[00:19:43] An entirely Latino crowd to take questions.

[00:19:49] Right.

[00:19:50] What was that group called?

[00:19:53] They probably buried that story already.

[00:19:58] Yeah.

[00:20:00] He went to a.

[00:20:01] Listen, can I say something?

[00:20:04] I mean, I don't know, but I have a really good feeling that if you were racist and you hated Latinos.

[00:20:09] And minorities in general, I don't think you would go to Univision.

[00:20:14] You would not attend a Univision town hall and take questions.

[00:20:18] President Donald Trump tried a friendlier pitch to Latino voters during a town hall Wednesday, during which he touted his record on the economy and say yada, yada, yada.

[00:20:26] This is a NPR article, so I'm not even going to waste it.

[00:20:30] I was just looking for the.

[00:20:33] Trump.

[00:20:35] Did a town hall at Univision.

[00:20:42] The narrative is broken.

[00:20:44] The Democrats are deaf to it, and I think it really is going to cost them the election.

[00:20:49] Their deafness and their blindness to what's really happening in the world is kind of astounding.

[00:20:56] I'm serious.

[00:20:57] I mean, it's kind of astounding to me.

[00:21:02] It's amazing.

[00:21:04] It's like they're seeing things no one else is seeing.

[00:21:07] They're saying things that are absolutely insane, like his demonation of Latino.

[00:21:13] What do you mean demonization of Latinos?

[00:21:15] No, he has a problem like many of us have a problem with people coming in the country unvetted, 100 percent unvetted.

[00:21:27] And who wouldn't have a problem with that?

[00:21:30] You know what I mean?

[00:21:32] Like, I know I'm preaching to the choir here.

[00:21:37] You guys know the deal.

[00:21:39] But it's just another day.

[00:21:41] And man, I hope it goes the way we need it to go.

[00:21:43] I'll tell you that much.

[00:21:46] Election security.

[00:21:48] What do we want to talk about today on One Threat, One Solution?

[00:21:51] We talked about the ballot boxes on Monday.

[00:21:57] I think we're good to go on that.

[00:22:02] Do we need a One Threat, One Solution today?

[00:22:07] It's like drumming up.

[00:22:10] Drumming up, you know, problems for no reason, fundamentally.

[00:22:19] Where should we go next?

[00:22:21] You know where we're going to go?

[00:22:23] We're going to go over to the L2 Survive YouTube channel.

[00:22:29] And I'm going to scroll through some of these videos and see which one I'm going to recommend you guys today.

[00:22:35] Because we did enough politics, let's do some preparedness.

[00:22:39] Oh, man.

[00:22:41] That's a good one.

[00:22:45] Oh, man.

[00:22:46] There's a lot of good ones here.

[00:22:49] Building a chicken coop with that nub.

[00:22:53] What is up, dude?

[00:22:54] In chat.

[00:22:56] My get home bag.

[00:22:58] That's a good one.

[00:22:58] I think I'm going to put this one up.

[00:23:00] I think you guys should check out the...

[00:23:02] Because this is a quick video, too.

[00:23:04] This is nice.

[00:23:06] Starlink is like...

[00:23:07] It's a thing, man.

[00:23:09] You know, I don't have a little setup yet.

[00:23:11] But it clearly is something that preppers should have.

[00:23:15] Starlink went from being this kind of thing that everybody was like...

[00:23:18] I don't know how it's going to go.

[00:23:20] Ryan Buford was one of the earliest...

[00:23:24] He was one of the earliest adopters of Starlink out there.

[00:23:27] Ryan Buford with the Rising Republic.

[00:23:30] And he spoke well of it all way back then.

[00:23:33] You know what I mean?

[00:23:37] And now it's become this thing where it's like...

[00:23:40] You throw...

[00:23:40] Well, JB kind of taught us about it, right?

[00:23:43] JB kind of firsthand showed us like...

[00:23:46] This is how it can be effective in a disaster.

[00:23:50] And then...

[00:23:51] Elon Musk rode her coattails.

[00:23:55] Yes.

[00:23:56] Let's go with that.

[00:23:57] Let's go with that propaganda for PBN, huh?

[00:24:01] JB in...

[00:24:02] You know, one of our sort of guardian angels...

[00:24:06] Busted out the Starlink in North Carolina during prepper camp...

[00:24:10] So people could get...

[00:24:11] You know, could communicate fundamentally before FEMA arrived.

[00:24:15] And then...

[00:24:17] Donald Trump and Elon Musk jumped on the bandwagon.

[00:24:20] Basically.

[00:24:22] So what we have here...

[00:24:24] Power Starlink Mini with USB-C setup.

[00:24:27] By our very own Datnub.

[00:24:29] Very cool video, man.

[00:24:31] This one's going to go in the newsletter.

[00:24:33] I'm going to throw it in the chats.

[00:24:35] The link to it in the chats.

[00:24:37] Because this is...

[00:24:39] You know, if you ever thought about it...

[00:24:41] Have you ever had questions about...

[00:24:42] Sort of what it can be, what it can do.

[00:24:45] Let me know in chat if this thing links.

[00:24:48] Does this link or no?

[00:24:49] This is a new chat.

[00:24:50] So I know it links in the...

[00:24:52] In the...

[00:24:53] What's it called?

[00:24:54] Setup.

[00:24:54] Actually, I'm going to do one better than that.

[00:24:57] I'm going to do one better than that for you, Nub.

[00:24:59] We're going to put...

[00:25:01] We're going to put the title and the video link in here.

[00:25:06] You know, technologies are always changing and advancing.

[00:25:09] You never know kind of like...

[00:25:12] You never know kind of what is going to stick.

[00:25:15] What is going to work.

[00:25:16] And then what is going to become a thing that like becomes part of this whole preparedness web that you create.

[00:25:23] And when it comes to communications, we're always looking for solutions.

[00:25:26] You know, we're always looking for sort of answers and solutions to the problem of emergency communications.

[00:25:35] Although, I'll tell you what.

[00:25:38] Compared to like five years ago, the solutions for emergency comms are...

[00:25:45] Oh, man.

[00:25:46] Vastly improved.

[00:25:48] Vastly improved.

[00:25:49] Chin with the Changing Earth podcast has become sort of the resident expert on MeshTastic.

[00:25:56] MeshTastic is cool.

[00:25:58] You know, there are...

[00:25:59] There's some work to do, but they...

[00:26:02] It's pretty cool.

[00:26:05] Largely a text...

[00:26:07] It's a text-exclusive emergency communications option that can speak between nodes and phones.

[00:26:16] You know, so if you can...

[00:26:17] You could set up a sort of a mesh network that works something like repeaters.

[00:26:23] If it's between two people or it can be a mesh network between a bunch of people with these nodes that you can choose who you...

[00:26:31] And the way that it works, you know...

[00:26:33] One thing I don't hear when people talk about MeshTastic a lot is...

[00:26:36] And this is sort of the most simplistic way that you can understand it is...

[00:26:41] You put an app on your phone.

[00:26:43] You get a MeshTastic...

[00:26:45] I have...

[00:26:45] What's it called?

[00:26:48] It's got this weird name.

[00:26:49] I'm so sorry that I can't think of it right now.

[00:26:52] But it looks like a little walkie-talkie.

[00:26:54] It's about 60, 70 bucks.

[00:26:57] You get that little walkie-talkie looking thing.

[00:26:59] It's...

[00:27:01] It's gonna kill me if I don't know the name of it.

[00:27:07] MeshTastic...

[00:27:11] Radio...

[00:27:12] No, that's not what I'm looking for.

[00:27:17] If anyone in chat knows...

[00:27:20] Chin's gonna be screaming.

[00:27:23] He's gonna be screaming at the...

[00:27:27] At the podcast when it goes out.

[00:27:30] He doesn't come to the lives, I don't think, for the morning.

[00:27:33] But if he does, he doesn't participate.

[00:27:37] Anyhow, they...

[00:27:38] The box itself and the brand is not that important.

[00:27:41] If you look up the MeshTastic and the LoRa,

[00:27:44] then you'll see, like, a variety of...

[00:27:46] Fundamentally, the box that I have does the job.

[00:27:49] And it's not...

[00:27:50] The node is inside the box.

[00:27:53] The node speaks to the phone.

[00:27:57] They communicate back and forth fundamentally, right?

[00:28:00] And then if someone else has another box, another node,

[00:28:05] then you can send texts from your phone to the box.

[00:28:10] Your phone to your box.

[00:28:12] Your box to their box.

[00:28:13] Their box to their phone.

[00:28:14] No signal of any kind.

[00:28:17] Right?

[00:28:18] And then you can expand on that Mesh network

[00:28:21] by putting nodes out there

[00:28:23] that literally work as repeaters

[00:28:24] to get your message to go further from phone to phone.

[00:28:28] Or...

[00:28:29] A group of people who have these nodes

[00:28:31] and then create that sort of moving Mesh network

[00:28:34] in your area, in your community,

[00:28:35] in your neighborhood.

[00:28:36] I talked to the guy from...

[00:28:42] W...

[00:28:42] No, not WMD.

[00:28:43] What's it called?

[00:28:44] Mutually Assured Destruction?

[00:28:45] Yeah, MADD.

[00:28:46] The guy over at MADD on Instagram

[00:28:50] is doing all kinds of Mesh stuff.

[00:28:52] And I talked to him about, like, knickknacks.

[00:28:55] I think it'd be cool to make a bunch of, like, knickknacks

[00:28:57] with the nodes inside of them.

[00:28:59] You know?

[00:29:02] Um...

[00:29:04] The knickknacks

[00:29:07] with nodes inside

[00:29:10] would give you the ability

[00:29:11] to build a Mesh network

[00:29:13] throughout any neighborhood.

[00:29:15] You know what I mean?

[00:29:16] It could even be, like...

[00:29:17] You could create a symbol

[00:29:18] for your neighborhood.

[00:29:20] You know, like a...

[00:29:21] Whatever.

[00:29:22] Whatever your neighborhood's called.

[00:29:23] It could be, like, the initials.

[00:29:25] 3D printed, hollow,

[00:29:27] knickknack, or something like that.

[00:29:30] And then you shove a node into that thing, right?

[00:29:33] You tell them.

[00:29:33] It's not like, you know,

[00:29:34] you don't do it in secret.

[00:29:36] And then everybody has

[00:29:37] their neighborhood

[00:29:38] sort of knickknack

[00:29:39] that they put on the shelf.

[00:29:41] And what they also have is

[00:29:43] just by sitting it there

[00:29:45] and making sure that it's charged

[00:29:46] from time to time,

[00:29:48] they also create

[00:29:49] an entire emergency network,

[00:29:52] a mesh network for communications

[00:29:54] when the power goes out

[00:29:56] and the cell signal goes out.

[00:29:58] I don't know.

[00:29:59] I think it's a good idea.

[00:30:00] We haven't done it.

[00:30:01] We haven't tried anything like that.

[00:30:02] I don't even know how to build one.

[00:30:04] Could be a 2025 project.

[00:30:06] It actually came to mind

[00:30:07] because I was thinking about

[00:30:09] Christmas ornaments.

[00:30:10] You know, building, like,

[00:30:11] a mesh network

[00:30:12] with Christmas ornaments.

[00:30:13] But then I realized

[00:30:14] it's seasonal.

[00:30:15] It won't work.

[00:30:16] You got to keep them charged.

[00:30:18] And then I started thinking,

[00:30:19] you know what?

[00:30:19] A knickknack.

[00:30:21] Something you could put on a shelf

[00:30:22] that had the node in it

[00:30:23] or the repeater in it,

[00:30:25] however you want to look at it,

[00:30:26] whatever works in your head.

[00:30:29] But, yeah,

[00:30:29] that could make a world of difference.

[00:30:31] But the video,

[00:30:32] I'll put in the description

[00:30:34] of the podcast

[00:30:35] for another emergency communication

[00:30:38] from our L2 Survive YouTube channel.

[00:30:41] You guys got to go to YouTube,

[00:30:42] check it out,

[00:30:43] L2 Survive.

[00:30:45] It's awesome.

[00:30:46] Power Star Link Mini with USB

[00:30:48] shows you the whole process,

[00:30:50] both,

[00:30:51] you did a great job,

[00:30:53] Nub,

[00:30:53] with the physical process

[00:30:56] of setting up,

[00:30:57] you know,

[00:30:58] the,

[00:30:58] what is it called?

[00:30:59] The little board there,

[00:31:00] the little receiver.

[00:31:02] And then on the right,

[00:31:04] sort of like a split screen

[00:31:05] and how it's supposed to be done

[00:31:07] and the directions

[00:31:08] and all that.

[00:31:08] It's really well done.

[00:31:10] It's a thing.

[00:31:11] It's an affordable thing now

[00:31:12] and it could be a part of

[00:31:14] your emergency preparedness plans.

[00:31:17] So,

[00:31:17] check it out, man.

[00:31:20] What else do we want to do?

[00:31:21] I think I'm done.

[00:31:23] Halloween?

[00:31:24] Halloween is upon us.

[00:31:26] I'm over at the,

[00:31:27] the,

[00:31:27] the,

[00:31:29] I'm over at the absolute dumpster fire,

[00:31:32] by the way,

[00:31:32] that is

[00:31:35] the Drudge Report.

[00:31:36] It's so sad

[00:31:36] that the Drudge Report

[00:31:38] has disappeared

[00:31:39] and gone.

[00:31:41] It stinks, man.

[00:31:42] I used to come here all the time

[00:31:43] and now it's totally destroyed.

[00:31:47] I don't know.

[00:31:49] The world is changing, folks.

[00:31:50] Keep your wits about you.

[00:31:51] You know,

[00:31:52] you guys who have been with us

[00:31:53] here at PBN for a long time,

[00:31:55] it,

[00:31:57] you guys have so much firepower.

[00:31:59] You know,

[00:32:00] it's crazy.

[00:32:02] Like,

[00:32:03] and I'm talking about within.

[00:32:06] Like,

[00:32:06] you see,

[00:32:07] it's,

[00:32:07] not everybody sees sort of the,

[00:32:08] all the signs

[00:32:09] and all the writing on the wall

[00:32:11] with these stories

[00:32:12] and these

[00:32:14] attempts to sort of dissuade you.

[00:32:17] But it's cool to have an audience

[00:32:18] that does,

[00:32:20] that sees it

[00:32:20] for what it is,

[00:32:21] you know?

[00:32:23] All right, folks.

[00:32:26] I hope you enjoy your,

[00:32:28] the rest of your day,

[00:32:29] Jay Ferg.

[00:32:31] Maybe,

[00:32:33] I hope the little man

[00:32:35] is feeling better.

[00:32:37] You got me nervous.

[00:32:38] Maybe you need to give me a call

[00:32:40] and let me know

[00:32:40] how he's doing

[00:32:41] and everything

[00:32:42] if we can help out.

[00:32:44] It's so hard

[00:32:45] when the kids are sick.

[00:32:46] It's absolutely devastating.

[00:32:48] Jay Ferg says,

[00:32:49] she's crocheting a sweater

[00:32:50] for the baby

[00:32:51] getting ready for the cold.

[00:32:52] It is upon us.

[00:32:54] My son can't wait.

[00:32:55] My youngest son,

[00:32:56] he loves it.

[00:32:58] L2 survive.

[00:32:59] Let's put this in the chat.

[00:33:00] This is a cool one.

[00:33:01] Whenever there is a disaster,

[00:33:02] snowpocalypse,

[00:33:03] or hurricane,

[00:33:03] I see prepper channels

[00:33:04] that don't have power,

[00:33:05] gas, food,

[00:33:06] heat,

[00:33:06] or communications.

[00:33:07] We need to get back

[00:33:08] to the basics.

[00:33:09] Oh,

[00:33:09] I like that.

[00:33:10] That's a very good point,

[00:33:11] man.

[00:33:11] That is a very good point.

[00:33:14] I will say this

[00:33:15] when the power goes out.

[00:33:19] Well,

[00:33:20] it doesn't really happen

[00:33:21] to me anymore,

[00:33:21] actually.

[00:33:23] If I ever

[00:33:24] try to sell you guys

[00:33:25] on the fact

[00:33:26] that I couldn't do a show

[00:33:27] because there was

[00:33:27] a power outage,

[00:33:29] I want you to understand

[00:33:30] that that's just laziness

[00:33:34] because I've got

[00:33:35] 3,000 watts of power

[00:33:37] literally next to me

[00:33:38] every day.

[00:33:40] It's sitting here

[00:33:40] right next to me,

[00:33:41] my 0.0 energy generator.

[00:33:43] It's right next

[00:33:44] to my computer,

[00:33:44] and my computer's

[00:33:45] right next to my router.

[00:33:47] So,

[00:33:48] you know,

[00:33:48] at the very least,

[00:33:49] if it's a power outage

[00:33:50] and we still have

[00:33:51] cell signal and stuff,

[00:33:52] there's no reason

[00:33:53] why the intrepid commander

[00:33:55] can't plug his computer

[00:33:56] into the power source

[00:33:57] and his router

[00:33:58] and get to it.

[00:34:00] So,

[00:34:00] just a little

[00:34:01] behind the scenes

[00:34:02] for you.

[00:34:04] Cell signal

[00:34:05] and getting

[00:34:07] things uploaded

[00:34:08] to the internet

[00:34:08] can be a little

[00:34:09] more challenging,

[00:34:10] but to your point,

[00:34:12] L2 Survive,

[00:34:13] this is our game,

[00:34:14] right?

[00:34:14] It's either our game

[00:34:15] or it's not our game.

[00:34:17] You know?

[00:34:18] That's really well put

[00:34:19] because a lot of times,

[00:34:23] one of the grossest things

[00:34:25] that you have to deal with

[00:34:26] when you're a prepper

[00:34:27] is when you don't have

[00:34:28] something you need

[00:34:30] and everybody around you

[00:34:32] who knows what you do

[00:34:33] is like,

[00:34:35] you're a prepper,

[00:34:36] man,

[00:34:36] you're supposed to be prepared.

[00:34:37] Like,

[00:34:37] that's one of the...

[00:34:39] And what they're saying is,

[00:34:41] what they're really saying is,

[00:34:42] like,

[00:34:44] I am surprised

[00:34:46] you don't have

[00:34:46] every single thing

[00:34:47] you could need

[00:34:48] all the time.

[00:34:49] Like,

[00:34:50] I thought that's

[00:34:50] what a prepper meant.

[00:34:52] L2 Survive says,

[00:34:53] we just installed

[00:34:54] a whole home

[00:34:55] battery backup system.

[00:34:56] If I don't have power,

[00:34:57] I wouldn't know.

[00:34:58] Yeah,

[00:34:59] that's sweet.

[00:34:59] That's really cool.

[00:35:03] Goals,

[00:35:03] man.

[00:35:04] Goals.

[00:35:05] Right?

[00:35:07] The big old generator,

[00:35:08] the big old battery,

[00:35:11] I mean,

[00:35:12] it's,

[00:35:12] what the big,

[00:35:13] and then I gotta go

[00:35:14] because I'm 35 minutes in here.

[00:35:16] What the big battery

[00:35:18] always represented to me

[00:35:19] was like,

[00:35:20] uh,

[00:35:21] the DVD player.

[00:35:23] Like,

[00:35:24] the backup battery system

[00:35:25] in the home

[00:35:26] reminds me of,

[00:35:27] like,

[00:35:27] the DVD player

[00:35:28] when it first comes out

[00:35:30] and it's like,

[00:35:31] you know,

[00:35:32] you know one day

[00:35:33] they're gonna be

[00:35:33] much more affordable

[00:35:34] and most people

[00:35:35] are gonna have them.

[00:35:36] It seems inevitable.

[00:35:38] Although,

[00:35:39] I did just repost

[00:35:40] something on Twitter

[00:35:41] about a lithium battery

[00:35:42] factory catching on fire.

[00:35:44] You should check it out.

[00:35:46] It's been,

[00:35:47] it's quite the scene.

[00:35:49] But,

[00:35:50] um,

[00:35:50] anyhow.

[00:35:51] Alright,

[00:35:51] folks,

[00:35:52] enjoy your holiday.

[00:35:53] Do a little trick-or-treating,

[00:35:54] do a little spook

[00:35:55] and scary

[00:35:56] and hand out candy,

[00:35:57] whatever it is.

[00:35:58] Like I said

[00:35:58] in yesterday's show,

[00:36:00] there's a lot of

[00:36:01] social capital

[00:36:02] to be made up.

[00:36:03] Capital

[00:36:03] to be made up today.

[00:36:05] You know,

[00:36:05] a lot of,

[00:36:06] a lot of highs

[00:36:06] and hellos

[00:36:07] and how are things.

[00:36:08] I do appreciate you folks.

[00:36:11] Thanks everyone

[00:36:12] for joining us live,
