[00:02:58] At one point, one in five prisoners had COVID-19 according to the tally.

[00:03:25] Just to put it in perspective, Barack Obama, he commuted 330 sentences.

[00:08:17] But the most dangerous thing you can do in a society is implant a king to decree.
