[00:00:05] You're listening here to pay the end
[00:00:11] Your path back to stability here
[00:00:14] What is it that gentlemen wish?
[00:00:35] What would they have?
[00:00:37] Is life so dear or peace so sweet
[00:00:41] as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery?
[00:00:47] Forbid it Almighty God
[00:00:50] I know not what cause others may take
[00:00:53] As for me, give me liberty
[00:00:57] or give me death
[00:01:16] I am Liberty Live, welcome PBN family, thanks for joining me
[00:01:20] Wednesday night James Walton here
[00:01:24] James Walton is the head of the Prepper Broadcasting Network
[00:01:27] he is known for his work on in the field of emergency preparedness and self-reliance
[00:01:32] Through PBN he provides resources and information on survival strategies, self-sufficient living and preparedness planning
[00:01:40] His contributions often include articles, podcasts and videos
[00:01:44] aimed at educating and assisting individuals becoming more resilient
[00:01:48] Prepared for various scenarios, Walton's expertise
[00:01:51] covers a range of topics from food security and water purification to defense sustainable living practices
[00:01:58] I think
[00:02:01] Co-pilot has a crush on the intrepid commander
[00:02:06] I'm just saying
[00:02:08] I'm just saying the AI is very favorable of me, I don't know why
[00:02:12] I'm not quite sure, should we consult chat GPT, see what he thinks
[00:02:17] See what they think
[00:02:19] We are the day
[00:02:24] The show has an inflammatory title
[00:02:28] and it is
[00:02:31] Preppers don't know shit, right?
[00:02:36] I'm interested at
[00:02:40] what AI has to say about me because
[00:02:43] it's a weird thing, you know
[00:02:47] Oh wow, interesting
[00:02:50] See things change rapidly
[00:02:54] This one from chat GPT, the description of who James Walton is
[00:02:58] is almost identical to Co-pilot
[00:03:02] I don't know, there are many ways to measure what's happening with AI
[00:03:05] but I can tell you it's changing on a regular basis
[00:03:09] So the inflammatory title of the show came from, I don't know, just thinking
[00:03:15] like do you know what it takes to become a prepper?
[00:03:19] What's it take?
[00:03:20] What's the entry fee for prepping?
[00:03:23] Zero, nothing
[00:03:25] Nothing, you just wake up one day and say the world screwed and I see it
[00:03:29] and those are the qualifications
[00:03:32] You realize the world's fragile and then you say what
[00:03:36] Well I know my buddy's wife has been getting into prepping lately
[00:03:41] so I guess I'll get into it too
[00:03:47] I know the truth about some preppers
[00:03:49] better than most because when I became a prepper myself
[00:03:56] I went right to the airwaves
[00:03:58] I did not pass go, I did not click $200
[00:04:00] I went right to the microphone
[00:04:03] Now I admitted to the audience, I said you know I don't really know what I'm doing
[00:04:07] but I think we can figure it out together
[00:04:10] and thus, oh god, 12 years later
[00:04:17] 12 years later, yeah, I'm Liberty Show
[00:04:20] still reigns
[00:04:23] That's impressive, 12 years then
[00:04:25] first 6 years probably were
[00:04:29] no money, nothing
[00:04:32] I remember when my podcast was solo on Libs
[00:04:38] and I'd get excited because my podcast had 47 downloads
[00:04:43] you know what I mean?
[00:04:47] and I don't listen
[00:04:49] I don't back off of that either
[00:04:53] there's a weird thing that happens with numbers and downloads and likes
[00:05:01] and it is
[00:05:03] you lose how amazing it is that 40 people listen to you
[00:05:08] because remember this was also before alternative media was as big as it was 2012
[00:05:15] not everybody's best and favorite things were on their phone
[00:05:19] people were still watching television
[00:05:21] still believed the media to some degree
[00:05:23] still thought that Big Pharma was out to fix you right up
[00:05:28] still thought that Fauci was anything but a
[00:05:33] but a daemon
[00:05:36] so I always appreciated that
[00:05:41] I always appreciated the fact that I talked into my phone for an hour
[00:05:46] and 47 people listened to it
[00:05:48] and some of those people were Joe Prim
[00:05:51] some of those people were Ryan Buford
[00:05:52] some of those people were Chin Gibson
[00:05:55] I mean awesome people
[00:05:57] people that I look at like
[00:05:59] look at and look up to
[00:06:02] explain that one
[00:06:05] but all these years later man many prepper shows and content creators hence
[00:06:10] the reason I titled a show the way I did is because you know how do you know
[00:06:17] who can vet all of them
[00:06:19] right? Who can vet them all
[00:06:20] who can vet them all
[00:06:22] why should I listen to
[00:06:25] prepper mama one two two nines
[00:06:28] video on the world economic forum and how to prepare for it
[00:06:32] what are the qualifications
[00:06:36] and of course the interesting thing about it all is that you don't need qualifications right
[00:06:42] type of thing in a live show
[00:06:44] oh I did
[00:06:48] the most beautiful thing about being a prepper
[00:06:51] is the entrance is nil
[00:06:54] the entrance fee is nil
[00:06:55] we're wide open baby
[00:06:57] always taking applicants
[00:07:02] but the reason I titled a show what I titled is because
[00:07:05] everybody's coming at this thing from a different angle
[00:07:08] and we also always have to beware
[00:07:14] we always have to beware of people who are out to sell you a thing
[00:07:18] over prepare you for a thing
[00:07:23] you know what I mean
[00:07:25] I live in this world in this conundrum world now
[00:07:28] it's day three
[00:07:31] day three
[00:07:34] since the world of ready is published
[00:07:36] and
[00:07:38] I thought I'd have a so many on block
[00:07:41] very rare for me
[00:07:44] if you
[00:07:46] are terrified of alcohol
[00:07:48] or if you don't have a good relationship with alcohol
[00:07:51] or if you have no relationship with alcohol
[00:07:53] I would tell you that one of the best ways to live with alcohol
[00:07:56] is to make a pack that you drink only to celebrate
[00:07:59] it's really hard to go wrong that way
[00:08:02] I remember
[00:08:06] my sister's boyfriend
[00:08:08] years and years and years ago
[00:08:10] was drinking at home alone
[00:08:13] and this was a big deal
[00:08:15] in my sister's eyes
[00:08:17] and I'll never forget her talking about it
[00:08:19] she was kind of mad at him
[00:08:21] what are you doing drinking at home alone
[00:08:23] it was a it portend something much worse right
[00:08:26] and what I've devised
[00:08:28] because I don't really
[00:08:30] I'm not a huge fan of alcohol to begin with
[00:08:32] but what I've devised this was laying around
[00:08:34] because I had a
[00:08:36] it was open
[00:08:38] because I had a shrimp scampi last week
[00:08:40] it's phenomenal
[00:08:42] shrimp scampi you make shrimp scampi right
[00:08:44] sauteed the shrimp and butter on low heat
[00:08:48] don't kill your shrimp
[00:08:50] don't kill your shrimp
[00:08:52] don't kill your shrimp
[00:08:54] don't kill your shrimp
[00:08:55] don't kill your shrimp
[00:08:57] if they shrivel up to nothing you kill them
[00:08:59] I like the shell on
[00:09:02] I like the deveined shell on
[00:09:04] shell has a lot of flavor in it
[00:09:06] once that shrimp is looking good
[00:09:10] lots of minced garlic
[00:09:14] once that minced garlic gets flavor
[00:09:16] fragrant rather
[00:09:18] then it's the white wine
[00:09:20] and you reduce the white wine
[00:09:22] and the liquor
[00:09:25] they shrimp down a bit
[00:09:26] and then you mount au beurre
[00:09:28] or in other words
[00:09:30] you know
[00:09:32] mount with butter
[00:09:34] and lots and lots and lots and lots
[00:09:36] and lots of butter
[00:09:38] and I had mine over lingui
[00:09:40] I love it scampi over lingui
[00:09:42] scampi over angel hair
[00:09:44] you know it's just
[00:09:46] it's one of my favorites
[00:09:48] easy
[00:09:50] it's easy it's French Italian food
[00:09:52] doesn't even make sense
[00:09:54] really when you think about it
[00:09:56] it's a good thing
[00:09:58] when you hear shrimp scampi
[00:10:00] you think Italian
[00:10:02] but I mean it's
[00:10:04] I don't know do you think Italian
[00:10:06] to me it's always been
[00:10:08] better with pasta than anything else
[00:10:10] but it's decidedly French cooking
[00:10:12] white wine
[00:10:14] tons of butter
[00:10:16] I don't know
[00:10:18] welcome garden girl
[00:10:22] thanks for joining me tonight
[00:10:24] appreciate it
[00:10:26] so yeah in inflammatory title
[00:10:28] look at the title a number of ways
[00:10:30] there are a lot of new preppers and
[00:10:33] I do think
[00:10:35] they don't know what the hell is going on
[00:10:37] because it's really hard to know
[00:10:39] what's going on
[00:10:41] it's hard to know what to do
[00:10:43] it's hard to know
[00:10:45] you know
[00:10:47] when you're in what I call the purchasing phase
[00:10:49] as a prepper
[00:10:51] you're in a different realm
[00:10:53] than the host to the prepper broadcasting network
[00:10:55] you're in a different phase
[00:10:56] it's like the nine circles of prepping
[00:11:02] you're in just in a different phase
[00:11:04] you know there's more buying than doing
[00:11:07] because you haven't established
[00:11:09] the things to do yet
[00:11:11] so you start to think to yourself
[00:11:13] that prepping is this game
[00:11:15] and this checklist game
[00:11:17] when I get through this checklist
[00:11:19] and everything's gonna be okay
[00:11:21] and as you become an old rogue lion
[00:11:24] on the field
[00:11:26] on the
[00:11:30] what is the word I'm looking for
[00:11:32] the serengeti of prepping
[00:11:36] prepping becomes more doing than buying
[00:11:42] you were somewhere along that
[00:11:45] somewhere along that on your journey
[00:11:47] somewhere along that path
[00:11:49] you're either entered into the buying phase
[00:11:51] exclusively
[00:11:53] trying to figure out the best bag
[00:11:55] trying to figure out the best knife
[00:11:57] trying to figure out the
[00:11:59] you know the food storage thing
[00:12:01] and calculating that
[00:12:03] if you are in the buying phase
[00:12:06] listen to me
[00:12:08] please
[00:12:10] I wish I had access to these tools
[00:12:12] you should really consider membership
[00:12:14] pbnfamily.com
[00:12:16] sign up
[00:12:18] and you immediately will have access to
[00:12:21] my sheet
[00:12:23] it's just a one-sheeter
[00:12:25] and it's just a breakdown of how many calories
[00:12:27] are in a five gallon bucket of this, that
[00:12:29] and the other thing
[00:12:31] sugar flour
[00:12:33] powdered milk
[00:12:35] different oils
[00:12:37] I mean it's just perfect if you're new
[00:12:39] and you're just getting things figured out
[00:12:41] and you're saying to yourself
[00:12:43] I need a million and a half calories for years worth of food
[00:12:45] what should that look like
[00:12:49] right
[00:12:51] and of course we have our homesteading
[00:12:54] and prepping
[00:12:56] spreadsheet up there
[00:12:58] that is you know that it's a calculation spreadsheet
[00:13:00] that you tell it
[00:13:01] I'm bringing
[00:13:03] six people into my home
[00:13:05] or I'm gonna have a total of eight people in my home
[00:13:07] how many chickens
[00:13:09] how many goats
[00:13:11] how many ducks
[00:13:13] how much rice
[00:13:15] how many beans
[00:13:17] it does it all, spits it all out
[00:13:19] brilliant
[00:13:21] right, designed by the
[00:13:23] whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa
[00:13:25] whoa
[00:13:29] hang on a second
[00:13:30] check out the Collapse Survivor app while you're at it
[00:13:33] listen to me
[00:13:35] something just came across my screen
[00:13:37] I brought up the internet
[00:13:39] because I have a big prepper in the news search
[00:13:41] here in front of me
[00:13:45] and I need to tell you about this
[00:13:47] this is so cool
[00:13:53] and if it's close by I'm going
[00:13:55] go inside Airbnb's real life
[00:13:57] X-Men 97 mansion
[00:13:59] complete with danger room and more
[00:14:01] now you say this is too good to be true right
[00:14:03] please don't be in California
[00:14:04] please don't be on the West Coast
[00:14:08] during Airbnb's
[00:14:10] 2024 summer release of end of vacation company revealed
[00:14:12] that it was able to transform a house
[00:14:14] that looked exactly like a Xavier school for the
[00:14:16] Newcastle in New York into a cartoon like
[00:14:18] experience
[00:14:20] train in the war room
[00:14:22] with professional stunt coordinators
[00:14:24] I don't want to do that
[00:14:26] try on Cerebro's helmet
[00:14:28] I'd do that
[00:14:30] create potions and be slab
[00:14:32] that sounds fun
[00:14:34] I'm going to use my hand to paint the room
[00:14:36] oh that's clutch
[00:14:38] receive a diploma from the Institute of
[00:14:40] Higher Learning by Professor X
[00:14:42] where is it
[00:14:44] this sounds too
[00:14:46] too West Coast to be anywhere near me
[00:14:49] Airbnb collaborated with Microsoft
[00:14:51] to repurpose its 30 year old operating
[00:14:53] systems to make the working boom boxes
[00:14:55] and painstakingly hand painted every prop
[00:15:00] oh man
[00:15:04] did they paint the rooms
[00:15:10] with the experience also
[00:15:12] where do I find this thing
[00:15:14] Shrek swamp
[00:15:16] where are these things
[00:15:19] the hell is going on
[00:15:21] they have a video
[00:15:23] it's an enormous mansion
[00:15:25] Xavier's Institute for Higher Learning
[00:15:27] looks great
[00:15:29] I'd really love to know it is there's a sentinel head
[00:15:31] in the front yard
[00:15:33] smashed
[00:15:35] there better be a guy in a wheelchair to greet me
[00:15:37] no oh my god
[00:15:39] there's pictures of
[00:15:41] yellow walls
[00:15:43] giant stairwells
[00:15:45] check out the freaking war room
[00:15:48] there's cerebros helmet it's real
[00:15:51] they've got
[00:15:53] excuse me they got the X man
[00:15:56] here's the danger room now
[00:16:01] that is wild looking man
[00:16:04] there's a little fake little spinning
[00:16:07] saws in the room
[00:16:09] and fake lasers
[00:16:11] for those of you who don't know the danger room
[00:16:12] is like a
[00:16:14] mixed reality training facility for the X men
[00:16:18] oh my god this is way too cool
[00:16:21] I can't believe they wrote a whole article about this
[00:16:23] and it won't tell you where it's at
[00:16:28] into a cart is it in Newcastle New York
[00:16:31] a house that looked exactly like it is in Newcastle New York
[00:16:36] book it baby

[00:18:29] awesome totally awesome
[00:18:32] who wouldn't want to do that good thing it's not February

[00:19:47] it's over why is this article one day old
[00:19:51] this article says it's one day old it's from April 30
[00:19:56] wait wait wait wait
[00:19:58] what
[00:20:01] this year's holiday I wonder if they got the month wrong
[00:20:04] it says this year's holiday begins 12 or 1 a.m. on Saturday April 27
[00:20:09] that ends at midnight on Monday April 29
[00:20:13] why would they publish this on the 30th
[00:20:21] Greg Ritchie published this article on the 30th
[00:20:25] for a sale that ended on the 29th
[00:20:28] could that be right
[00:20:30] I don't know look into it
[00:20:32] here it is again April 29
[00:20:35] um
[00:20:37] for example if purchaser enters their credit card information in online shopping website on Monday April 29
[00:20:42] which is over at 5 p.m.
[00:20:44] but the generator will not be shipped to
[00:20:46] I don't know
[00:20:48] this is irrelevant
[00:20:50] they publish an article after the sale
[00:20:54] uh garden girl in chat says they did a big protest break up at a local college arrested everyone and knocked down the tents good beautiful
[00:21:02] it's it
[00:21:04] you know
[00:21:06] that's it
[00:21:08] I mean
[00:21:10] I'm so tired of like
[00:21:12] bandying on the 30th
[00:21:13] I'm so tired of like
[00:21:15] bandying about things that make like no sense
[00:21:20] you know what I mean
[00:21:22] I'm tired of listening to grown men
[00:21:24] debate things that make
[00:21:27] that we all know the answers to
[00:21:31] I can't take it
[00:21:33] it's painful
[00:21:35] you know
[00:21:37] we should not have people in the streets ripping down our culture
[00:21:43] yes we should because
[00:21:46] they are making a point
[00:21:49] shoot me in the face
[00:21:52] uh
[00:21:54] DK preppers
[00:21:56] what is DK
[00:22:00] daily calls
[00:22:02] I don't know this website
[00:22:04] I just searched up a bunch of prepper news for tonight
[00:22:08] April 17 2024 DK preppers
[00:22:11] Donkey Kong preppers Wednesday 17th of April
[00:22:13] supplies that may last me two to five years whoever wrote the head that's the headline to this article
[00:22:19] DK preppers
[00:22:21] colon
[00:22:23] Wednesday 17th of April comma 2024 colon supplies that may last me two to five years
[00:22:30] I have no clue
[00:22:32] what this is even about
[00:22:34] daily costs
[00:22:36] so what items do they say would they recommend water food battery powered hand crank radios flashlight first aid extra
[00:22:45] batteries whistle dust mask plastic sheeting duct tape towel let's wrench or pliers manual can up a local map stuff is not bad
[00:22:53] it's not a bad list
[00:22:55] not a bad list at all
[00:22:58] toothpaste petroleum jelly razors first day coffee better have that disaster coffee baby
[00:23:10] ah these are not so good
[00:23:12] not so good
[00:23:13] so never forget
[00:23:17] you know on this preparedness journey of yours
[00:23:22] that we all come here to some degree
[00:23:25] ah
[00:23:27] neo fights
[00:23:28] green horns if you will
[00:23:30] you know what I mean
[00:23:32] and
[00:23:34] everybody
[00:23:36] is that way to some degree
[00:23:39] what reminds me of what brings us to bear the strongest is standing around the fire at prepper camp year two was a year two or year one
[00:23:48] I think it was year two
[00:23:50] standing around the fire at prepper camp and ah
[00:23:55] talking to a group of guys who would turn out to be
[00:23:59] special forces
[00:24:01] people
[00:24:03] and
[00:24:04] all the things that they talked about wanting to learn here at prepper camp
[00:24:09] and that was one of those moments where I realized like
[00:24:12] this is a big thing
[00:24:14] you know this prepping business this is a big there's a lot we ask a lot
[00:24:19] there's a lot to learn
[00:24:21] you know what I mean
[00:24:23] and even when you feel like you know something you still don't know hardly anything
[00:24:27] and there's so much I don't know
[00:24:30] there's so much I don't know there's so much I haven't done there's so much I've never even thought of doing
[00:24:35] this is one of the reasons why people not only are
[00:24:41] I think falling into prepping because of the state of the world but are also falling in love with prepping
[00:24:47] for me it always was an opportunity to do things that I otherwise wouldn't do
[00:24:53] if someone had come up to me out of the blue and just said hey dude you should start blacksmithing that would be cool
[00:24:58] or you should get a bow and arrow and start shooting
[00:25:01] none of those I went no way
[00:25:03] but under the umbrella of prepping
[00:25:05] and sort of building a building a building a building a building a building a building a building
[00:25:12] building out things from the inside out and saying to yourself well you know
[00:25:18] maybe shooting a bow makes sense
[00:25:20] right
[00:25:21] I used to listen to the traditional bow hunting podcast
[00:25:28] daily or weekly I think it was weekly
[00:25:31] every week I'm listening to that dude getting hype
[00:25:34] going out on the weekends with the recurve bow and coming home empty handed
[00:25:39] and it was fine you know wasn't you know
[00:25:44] I was visited this evening
[00:25:49] oh for the members you're going to get to see a hilarious video oh my god
[00:25:53] it's short but it's it's great I created a contraption
[00:25:59] that's the best way I can put it
[00:26:01] I created a tree trimming contraption that is so out of order
[00:26:05] and it was simultaneously a test of the contraption
[00:26:13] a test of my own will and a test to see if whether or not I could take a serious limb off of a serious tree in my backyard
[00:26:23] because that expanded out into
[00:26:27] I mean did the tree grow so fast I think it's a birch it's enormous
[00:26:31] judging by the leaves
[00:26:33] it has expanded so much outward
[00:26:39] that it's really was really depriving my garden of essential sunlight so
[00:26:44] it had to go it was too high for me to reach with the thing that I would normally trim with
[00:26:49] it was too thick I'd be sitting there sawn at it forever
[00:26:56] and you'll see it all probably tomorrow I'll put together the video for you
[00:26:59] I recorded a few different parts of the video and it's good
[00:27:03] it worked I mean you know
[00:27:04] it almost didn't work a couple times but
[00:27:07] adaptability is one of those things we don't appreciate enough early on in the prepping game
[00:27:18] right when I say that preppers don't know a thing
[00:27:22] it's because a lot of us we don't know a thing
[00:27:25] right we hardly know anything
[00:27:26] what do we know
[00:27:28] how can you know
[00:27:30] you know in order to be the ultimate prepper it's impossible
[00:27:33] it really is
[00:27:35] but I do and should understand there are a variety of voices out there who are
[00:27:41] tempting you
[00:27:43] and I don't think it's the worst thing in the world to be tempted by clickbait titles and stuff like that
[00:27:48] I mean what do you think this title is right
[00:27:50] but when someone lives and dies on clickbait titles I think that should give you pause
[00:27:57] you know
[00:27:58] you should probably say to yourself what other things
[00:28:02] are being foisted upon me that aren't as obvious as the clickbait title
[00:28:09] we're gonna do some ads real quick PBN Family and then on our way back
[00:28:14] I'm gonna tell you about our latest sponsor
[00:28:17] and I'm gonna tell you how to get
[00:28:19] 75 rounds of 9mm ammunition
[00:28:22] free
[00:28:24] when we come back
[00:28:26] PBN Family come in
[00:28:29] I need your help
[00:28:31] I need backup
[00:28:33] the Collapse Survivor app has killed me off two times now
[00:28:36] the current simulation I'm trapped in is almost too believable
[00:28:41] you will also get real life threat alerts from Fortitude Ranch
[00:28:46] and have the option to manage your entire prepper inventory
[00:28:49] go to the app store
[00:28:51] download the Collapse Survivor app
[00:28:54] and be prepared to test your might
[00:28:59] are you prepared to be the family doctor in a disaster emergency
[00:29:04] this is the Intrepid Commander
[00:29:05] and I'm holding the Preppers Medical Handbook
[00:29:09] by William W. Forge M.D
[00:29:12] in this great book you'll learn how to prepare for medical care off the grid
[00:29:17] you'll learn about assessment and stabilization
[00:29:19] you'll even deal with things like bioterrorism response
[00:29:23] radiation
[00:29:25] and how to build the off-grid medical kit at home
[00:29:29] look 2020 taught us a lot
[00:29:31] about the limitations of our medical infrastructure in America
[00:29:35] get the Preppers Medical Handbook today at Amazon.com
[00:29:40] again that's the Preppers Medical Handbook by William W. Forge
[00:29:44] looks like there's some terrible, you were bad
[00:30:03] listen up PBN Family
[00:30:05] I crossed paths with a guy named Dan Morton
[00:30:09] and he is the owner
[00:30:12] of an incredible company called Ammo Squared
[00:30:15] Ammo Squared
[00:30:17] spell it out
[00:30:18] Ammosquared.com
[00:30:21] PBN
[00:30:23] what do they do over there
[00:30:25] it's kind of about as genius as it gets
[00:30:28] can I first say that my level of preparedness has been so upgraded by sponsors
[00:30:33] he's just
[00:30:35] you know the people that I bring you
[00:30:37] I bring you for a reason and then I utilize all their stuff
[00:30:40] I signed up
[00:30:42] I signed up for Ammo Squared
[00:30:44] because they take all the guesswork
[00:30:46] out of stockpiling ammunition man
[00:30:49] they take all of it
[00:30:51] they give you
[00:30:53] the ability to put a certain dollar amount into a Ammo purchasing budget
[00:30:59] and that Ammo purchasing budget can be spread out
[00:31:03] in a number of calibers
[00:31:06] so if you have five different calibers or something like that
[00:31:10] that you want to stockpile over time
[00:31:12] you could make your budget 25 bucks
[00:31:14] you could make your budget 50 bucks
[00:31:17] you can make your budget 500 bucks
[00:31:19] you can do it per week
[00:31:21] you can do it bi-weekly
[00:31:23] you can do it monthly
[00:31:25] that money gets pulled from your bank account
[00:31:27] and goes
[00:31:29] buy percentage
[00:31:31] you decide the percentage
[00:31:33] that you want to go into each caliber that you want
[00:31:39] and the way that the system works is
[00:31:42] as soon as you get a case worth of Ammo
[00:31:44] you have to build it in their location
[00:31:47] or you have the option to ship it to you
[00:31:49] you have to build a case
[00:31:51] in order to ship obviously
[00:31:53] they're not going to ship you three rounds of 22 long rifle
[00:31:56] okay
[00:32:01] for me
[00:32:03] Ammo is one of those things that
[00:32:05] I don't get out and buy a lot
[00:32:07] it's not on my list very often
[00:32:11] ever since I started making Ammo
[00:32:13] I think about it even less
[00:32:15] right
[00:32:17] when I'm a caliber of ammunition
[00:32:21] what Ammo Square does for preppers man
[00:32:24] it's like a dream come true
[00:32:26] I don't have to think about it anymore
[00:32:28] you know
[00:32:30] all I have to think about is how much money I need in my bank account
[00:32:32] when the money is pulled out
[00:32:34] when my monthly budget is pulled out
[00:32:36] and invested in ammunition
[00:32:39] and listen
[00:32:41] I have every bit of five calibers of ammunition
[00:32:44] that that money is going to every month
[00:32:46] and it's not a lot
[00:32:48] because that's not what this is about
[00:32:51] go to AmmoSquared.com
[00:32:53] slash PBN and check out the website
[00:32:56] Dan is a great guy
[00:32:58] hard working guy
[00:33:00] you've got to
[00:33:02] you've got to see the back end of their system
[00:33:04] and how it works
[00:33:06] it takes the
[00:33:08] headaches out of ammunition
[00:33:10] it really does
[00:33:12] unless you really like walking down the aisles
[00:33:14] and putting your fingers on all the boxes
[00:33:16] and that kind of thing
[00:33:18] because I go with the preparedness master schedule
[00:33:21] for when it's time to go buy Ammo
[00:33:23] and in all honesty
[00:33:25] sometimes I say you know
[00:33:27] I'll put that off till the next one
[00:33:29] if you sign up
[00:33:31] at AmmoSquared.com
[00:33:33] slash PBN
[00:33:35] you have to do the slash PBN
[00:33:37] then Dan's agreed to give you guys
[00:33:39] 75 rounds of 9mm to start on him
[00:33:42] 75 rounds
[00:33:44] of 9mm
[00:33:46] for free on him for signing up
[00:33:48] AmmoSquared.com
[00:33:50] slash PBN
[00:33:52] look if you want to get your ammunition
[00:33:54] in order man
[00:33:56] telling you
[00:33:58] this is a set it and forget it
[00:34:00] I like these things
[00:34:02] I really do like these things
[00:34:04] I also like the idea of not even
[00:34:06] having all the ammunition
[00:34:08] in one place
[00:34:10] but anyway
[00:34:12] back to the show folks
[00:34:14] back to the show
[00:34:16] we've got what do we want to do
[00:34:18] I'm not really
[00:34:20] I'm not feeling it
[00:34:22] I think I'd rather wax philosophical
[00:34:24] on prepping
[00:34:26] than I would talk about
[00:34:28] anything in the news
[00:34:30] there was a big ruckus you know
[00:34:32] nothing surprises you anymore
[00:34:34] but there was a big russ ruckus
[00:34:36] in the chat room
[00:34:38] the signal host chat
[00:34:40] about Joe Biden and his
[00:34:42] they're weighing possibly
[00:34:45] bringing the Gazan refugees
[00:34:46] to America
[00:34:50] and of course you have no say in that
[00:34:53] your representative will betray you
[00:34:55] and
[00:34:57] you know they'll do a Mike Johnson
[00:34:59] job on you
[00:35:01] and you'll say what
[00:35:03] why did you vote for that
[00:35:05] because I'm here to represent the people
[00:35:07] not the American people
[00:35:13] so you grow up in an illusion
[00:35:16] that the police
[00:35:18] and the government
[00:35:20] and they're going to take care of you
[00:35:22] you know you grow up in illusion
[00:35:24] that people all get along
[00:35:26] everything's going to be fine
[00:35:28] at some point in time
[00:35:30] that starts to crack
[00:35:32] I know a lot of people go to the military
[00:35:34] they come back from third world countries
[00:35:36] and they're like oh yeah it's time
[00:35:38] to get to it
[00:35:42] it can happen much later in life
[00:35:44] you know
[00:35:46] we're getting
[00:35:48] sort of the drive through fast food version
[00:35:49] of prepper initiation right now
[00:35:52] that seems to be what's happening
[00:35:54] right
[00:35:56] it just is what it is
[00:35:58] but eventually you know you wind up in a situation
[00:36:01] where you're one of these preppers who doesn't know
[00:36:03] what the hell is going on
[00:36:05] you don't know what you're doing
[00:36:07] and that's because a lot of us don't know
[00:36:09] shit you know we don't know what we're doing
[00:36:12] and it's not to say anything
[00:36:15] bad about anybody
[00:36:19] you have to understand
[00:36:21] what is being asked of you is tremendous
[00:36:24] as a prepper
[00:36:26] you know
[00:36:28] what is being asked of you is so tremendous
[00:36:30] and so overwhelming
[00:36:32] although
[00:36:34] the feelings of anxiety that I get based on like
[00:36:37] our government
[00:36:39] their actions
[00:36:41] things happening in the world
[00:36:43] pale in comparison
[00:36:45] no no no I'm sorry
[00:36:47] those reactions really take the cake
[00:36:49] in comparison to the anxiety I have over prepping
[00:36:53] and prepping stuff
[00:36:55] things I haven't learned
[00:36:57] things I should learn
[00:36:59] you know
[00:37:01] it doesn't really drive me crazy
[00:37:03] it's more of an opportunity
[00:37:06] but what we're asking people is wild right
[00:37:09] we're asking you to become masters of water storage
[00:37:12] food storage
[00:37:14] we're asking you to become
[00:37:16] capable of cooking
[00:37:17] and preparing foods in a variety of situations
[00:37:21] with a variety of tools you might have never used before
[00:37:26] we're asking you to become
[00:37:28] you know
[00:37:32] responsible
[00:37:34] gun owners
[00:37:36] who are proficient
[00:37:38] at the very least with their firearms
[00:37:40] we're asking you to take on
[00:37:43] the trials of self-defense
[00:37:46] of course if you're
[00:37:47] if you're
[00:37:49] at all
[00:37:51] listening to PBN then we're always pushing you to get in shape
[00:37:54] and that in and of itself is enough to drive a person crazy right
[00:37:58] just to say alright well it's time to get in shape
[00:38:01] so I have to get in shape
[00:38:03] I have to learn to shoot, I have to learn to fight
[00:38:06] I have to become an inventory taking
[00:38:08] water humping
[00:38:10] you know when I say humping I mean carrying
[00:38:13] sort of lunatic
[00:38:14] and I haven't even made it to first aid yet
[00:38:17] I haven't even made it to foraging and wild medicine yet
[00:38:20] I haven't even made it to you know what I mean
[00:38:22] we haven't even talked about animals
[00:38:24] and animal husbandry
[00:38:26] we haven't even talked about gardens and permaculture
[00:38:30] I want you to know that it's okay
[00:38:34] to be
[00:38:36] good at two things
[00:38:38] in the prepping world
[00:38:40] and to have this wide field of skills
[00:38:42] and stuff that you're not good at
[00:38:44] and you don't understand yet
[00:38:48] it's the case for most preppers
[00:38:51] you know what I mean
[00:38:53] that's the case
[00:38:55] because the truth behind prepping
[00:38:57] the real and it's a truth that a lot of people
[00:39:00] new preppers don't want to hear
[00:39:02] because of the state of the world
[00:39:06] the truth is we're dealing with a situation
[00:39:08] that takes a good decade to really
[00:39:13] shore up
[00:39:15] you're dealing with a set of skills
[00:39:17] and obligations
[00:39:18] and all of these kinds of things that
[00:39:21] maybe in about 10 years
[00:39:23] you'll feel pretty good about
[00:39:26] that's not to say there aren't things
[00:39:28] that you can do that will make you feel good tomorrow
[00:39:30] but when it comes down to like the bigger picture
[00:39:34] you're probably every bit of
[00:39:36] 5 to 10 years out before you really say to yourself
[00:39:39] like
[00:39:41] I'm glad I started this prepping thing
[00:39:43] and I feel good
[00:39:45] you know what I mean
[00:39:46] that's a big deal
[00:39:48] that's a big we're talking decade now
[00:39:50] you know
[00:39:54] so it is true that most of us don't know what we're doing out here
[00:39:57] but I do want you to be aware of the people
[00:39:59] who are gonna take this
[00:40:02] this moment
[00:40:04] and try to scoop you up
[00:40:06] and try to influence you
[00:40:08] in a way that doesn't make any sense
[00:40:10] or in a way that only makes them money
[00:40:13] you gotta understand guys
[00:40:15] it's not
[00:40:16] I don't spend my days watching preppers on YouTube
[00:40:19] and getting angry over clickbait video titles
[00:40:23] I see them
[00:40:25] I see the black scout survival guy
[00:40:28] whatever it is he always has some crazy clickbait title
[00:40:31] probably a good dude
[00:40:33] you know he's just on his grind
[00:40:35] it is what it is
[00:40:37] but
[00:40:39] what I see that you don't see
[00:40:42] are the invites that I get in the freelance
[00:40:44] writing world
[00:40:47] invites to certain types of jobs
[00:40:50] with people with certain types of intentions
[00:40:53] and you know it's pretty common for me to get an invite
[00:40:56] to a job and turn it down
[00:40:58] solely based on the game plan
[00:41:00] you know is this gonna really add value or not
[00:41:02] is this something that
[00:41:04] are you gonna use AI in this
[00:41:06] what's the game plan here
[00:41:08] I can't be a part of it
[00:41:10] you know what I mean
[00:41:12] I literally can't be a part of projects
[00:41:14] sometimes even if they're gonna pay well
[00:41:15] because
[00:41:17] I can't put my name on something crazy like that
[00:41:21] but there's people out there
[00:41:24] you know the worst thing
[00:41:26] the worst thing about the
[00:41:29] off-grid projects book I wrote is the landing page
[00:41:32] the book is so damn good
[00:41:36] but if I visited a landing page like that
[00:41:39] I'd immediately leave
[00:41:41] I don't care what they were telling me
[00:41:43] this is the one book that you need
[00:41:46] and it'll save you in a collapse
[00:41:48] landing page with the video attached to the landing page
[00:41:52] that's an automatic get me the hell out of here
[00:41:56] you know
[00:41:58] and I miss out on a great thing
[00:42:00] because that book is amazing
[00:42:05] it's horrible to tell preppers
[00:42:07] that there are threats all around the world
[00:42:09] that they're concerned with and preparing for
[00:42:11] and they also have to concern themselves with preppers
[00:42:13] and survivalists and products
[00:42:17] that will fail you
[00:42:19] you know don't get your preps from Tmoo
[00:42:21] it's a really good step
[00:42:24] another really good step is to align yourself
[00:42:28] with companies that are in your budget range
[00:42:31] and do your desired thing
[00:42:34] you know
[00:42:36] like some companies from me that have really panned out
[00:42:39] have been Kershaw
[00:42:41] you know Kershaw
[00:42:43] I carry a Kershaw knife almost every day
[00:42:45] and have done so for a very long time
[00:42:48] because I can go get a great Kershaw for 40 bucks
[00:42:50] you know beautiful knife
[00:42:53] sharp works well does what I need to do
[00:42:59] 3V gear was an early sort of
[00:43:03] what were they
[00:43:05] they gave me the opportunity to be a brand ambassador
[00:43:08] and gave me a bunch of free bags
[00:43:10] and I always promoted their stuff
[00:43:13] I always used their stuff
[00:43:17] and I use 3V gear bags more than I've used any other stuff
[00:43:20] as a brand
[00:43:22] to be honest
[00:43:24] the red line series I've used a lot
[00:43:26] the sling
[00:43:28] what's it called
[00:43:30] the outlaw sling
[00:43:32] I use that thing for 5 years until it was falling apart
[00:43:34] daily
[00:43:36] carrying firearms, carrying all kinds of stuff
[00:43:38] there was a time when that thing carried diapers and wipes
[00:43:40] you know what I mean
[00:43:42] that thing was fully capable
[00:43:47] right now I'm carrying a fishing backpack
[00:43:50] and it's doing a hell of a job
[00:43:52] it really is
[00:43:54] it's kind of nice
[00:43:56] but it's good to especially in early on
[00:43:59] to align yourself with these companies
[00:44:02] that not only do what you want to do
[00:44:04] but are within your budget range
[00:44:07] you know like
[00:44:09] you don't need archterics
[00:44:12] you don't even need
[00:44:14] what's the other great bag company
[00:44:17] that their stuff is so expensive
[00:44:19] they do the commuter sling
[00:44:21] which is really nice looking
[00:44:23] I can't think of it
[00:44:25] but there's a bunch of brands like that out there
[00:44:27] you know what I mean
[00:44:31] that'll put a real hurt on you
[00:44:33] you'll see people online wearing it, using it
[00:44:35] 511
[00:44:37] look at the 511 pants
[00:44:39] they're only $85
[00:44:44] all I can tell you is this folks
[00:44:46] and I'll leave you with this piece of advice
[00:44:49] if you're hearing me
[00:44:51] if you're within the sound of my voice
[00:44:52] you've come to the right place man
