You know, a large part of my journey into this prepping world started with the deep understanding that I had to take control of my life. I had always understood financial responsibility but the responsibility to defend was just not clicking. Like many things in life, it clicked when it had to. I remember buying my first heavy bag. It was pale and worn. It was so damned heavy, and it hurt to hit. I remember my knuckles started to change after only a few months.
